Tolerable. I only really like this app because I can use cash to pay. The food is OK but yes often late and their tracker system doesn’t really let you know how far away the delivery person is. When they finally arrive, I get a call... when I would have been ready and waiting if the tracking system worked better. The selection of restaurants is good but almost all of the menus are in Chinese and with very few options in English. And since I live in Taiwan this is not uncommon but with other apps the menus are offered in English. They’re often late and I really hate that it takes so long to update the system let us know if the order has even been accepted.

It’s really bad. First of all, the app is saying that certain restaurants do not deliver to my address but when I change the street number to two blocks away suddenly the restaurants become available. Second issue is, after adding the items to the cart and want to checkout, the app is saying that the items are no longer available (my guess is they are to busy at that time and can’t deliver, but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just say that). After 20-30 minutes, when I try again, I’m able to checkout and place the order (they might have some free spots available). After all of this hustle, I’m just happy that I’ve managed to place the order but to my surprise, sometimes, the order gets canceled when it’s close to arrival time. After talking to other users, it seems that they’ve stumbled upon these issues as well. I can get over the fact that they don’t have a group order, or that I need to walk two blocks from my address to pick up the order, or that I need to try multiple times to place the actual order, but the overall app experience and their delivery system is just bad.

Shady drivers, abominable customer service.. This is a SCAM. Please stay away from this service! My orders have been consistently late and the GPS never shows the real time location of the drivers. I put up with the mediocre service they provide, but just today they went too far. I always wait for the drivers 10 minutes before their eta because I had already heard stories about them leaving after only a couple of minutes so I decided not to risk it. However, today the driver picked up my food and on the app it appeared he did not even come close to my place. I waited in the yard where all drivers know where to hand the food. I saw drivers pulling over and handing the food but mine never came. He had the audacity to cancel and now I can't be refunded because he "tried" to reach me. The customer service is no better really. They don't listen to your concern and just repea the same sentences again and again. Pretty distasteful experience. The app is so laggy and doesnt even have in-app mesaage capabilities.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and a terrible experience. I tried to make an order to this new version of the app and picked the name of the building. The app doesn’t show you further details or the map. Once the order went through it showed a map and I realized the location registered wrong on the map. I immediately messaged them (since there is no longer a telephone hotline) and got no response. Then I saw my messages had been deleted. I tried again and finally got a message saying it was ok and the rider would be redirected to the correct address. Then one hour after my order had been created I got a phone call saying that they would not deliver as it was out of the delivery zone, and said it was all my fault because I had input the wrong address. Their app is actually at fault because it went to the incorrect address to begin with. Furthermore, although they refuse to deliver they have still charged my credit card and won’t refund for a few days. Their customer service rep refused the idea that their system had any problems and said I should have chosen the district correctly to begin with. Problem is their app doesn’t allow you to do that! How can they charge me money for something they refuse to deliver? And to have us wait an hour before informing us the order wouldn’t be sent? Horrible upgrade and terrible customer service.

Best alternative to uberEats. Most (perhaps all) menus are available in English, unlike GrabFood. For this reason, Foodpanda is the best food delivery app in Bangkok now that uberEats is gone from Thailand. I have never had significant problems with the functionality of the app. One complaint is that the app doesn’t accept my Amex or MasterCard for some reason, so I always use PayPal. Cash on delivery is also an option. In rare cases when my order is late, Foodpanda has proactively sent a voucher for discount on future orders. The tracker of the delivery driver is good but not quite as accurate as uberEats was. That is a very minor gripe though. Overall the app is great and I use it a lot.

Convenience at its best!!. We’re staying at a hotel in Phuket for a month long vacation. But hotel prices for food are drastically higher than any of the restaurants. Kids don’t want to leave poolside and we were forced to overpay for meals - ordering from hotel, Food Panda really helped out!! Once we discovered this Service - I couldn’t believe that it’s possible!! Not only there is no delivery charges, there is almost always coupon available to use (on top of already lower prices of meals!). Delivery is quick and food always arrives hot, on time and in great condition!! Drivers are very polite and nice and although happy to receive tip - never expect it as a must! Now my kids can play at the pool all day, we get great food delivered straight to us and we do not pay insane prices of the hotel restaurants!! Thank you Food Panda! We will definitely continue to use this service when we go back home!

Chat Interface Laughably Broken. Horrible customer service. Chat interface redirects you to an on demand call center in India, no matter what country you are currently in. They also do not notify you when an employee messages you back, which enables them to shirk the responsibility of your complaint when you don’t respond immediately, instead opting to close the chat and mark it as resolved. If you have a complaint involving missing food, good luck getting your money back, or really getting anyone on the line to care. When you do get someone on the line, they say because they are in India they can’t help with your case, and ask you to email the company instead, even though they are the recipients of your question? And Vivek kept calling me sir. I am a teenage girl with a very feminine name. Point is, if your chat interface doesn’t work, then just list the email option to communicate instead of wasting my time.

Got RIPPED OFF!!!. COMPLETE RIP-OFF…I placed an order for multiple items which came with $32 in delivery and platform fees. This would have been OK if my entire order was delivered…however, only one of the items from my order was delivered because the other items in my order were out of stock. The cost of the one item that was delivered was $39. So I only got a fraction of my order but was charged the full delivery fee. Why would anyone pay $32 in delivery and platform fees for a $39 item?!! I did not get any notification that only a fraction of my order was going to be delivered…so they don’t give you any notifications or the option to cancel your order if there are items out of stock or missing. Think twice before using this app!!!

They don’t want to refund you fully in Bangladesh. Once , Some items were missing from one of my order. When I asked the delivery person, he said , he will bring it tomorrow. (Funny proposal, isn’t it? ) So I asked for a refund, The agent wanted to refund me less than half the amount of what i lost and said , its the best he could do. I kept asking him again and again , how much did I lose? (As i could not check at that moment , i did not know how while i was chating with an agent )No matter what , he would not answer me. But later i was able to check and kept asking him , why will i be refunded less than half ? How was that fair? He kept saying its the best he could do and wanted to leave again and again( he did not though) . But I kept telling him that it was unfair . Maybe after 15 to 20 minutes (could be more) he refunded me the full amount. I went through a harassment with that. I wish i could hold that agent accountable for what he did. But foodpanda has no Customer Care Number in Bangladesh . I guess , not refunding the customer fully and also claiming the remaining money from the restaurant later is a new way of making some more money for food panda Bangladesh.

Be careful with the Pro subscription. FoodPanda is set up such that the app automatically switches countries when you travel and you can manually switch back. If you sign up for Pro subscription in Country A, for example, and you travel to Country B, you won’t be able to cancel your Country A Pro subscription because you can’t access FoodPanda Country A anymore. And your FoodPanda would now show the Country B version and it’ll show that you don’t have Pro subscription in Country B even though you have it for Country A. So they’ll keep charging you for Country A’s Pro subscription and you (1) can’t cancel in your app, (2) can’t cancel via App Store because a they make you manually input your credit card information, and (3) can’t cancel by emailing them because they’ll tell you that they can’t cancel it on your behalf. This bug is super annoying. Otherwise good app.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent support staff. I recently made an order with Foodpanda. The order I received was incorrect which is not foodpanda’s fault And I do not blame them for this. I contacted their support team To try and get a re-delivery. I was told by one person that a redelivery would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting this time and hearing nothing I contacted them again to which I was told there was no re-delivery made and that the restaurant I ordered from is now closing so all they can offer me as a refund. I waited 2 1/2 hours with no food and didn’t receive what I asked for. I believe it’s completely ridiculous that I was told that a redelivery would happen and apparently that staff member did not even submit the request. I’m actually curious if I will even receive my refund.

Very disappointing to say the least. I say it again. Time wasting. Abdominable service. Would give 0 star if I could Prepaid my food via credit card. Apps says the driver has arrived but is no where to be seen. Customer support is not able to give proper answer as to why the food is gone missing / just the driver has gone missing / unreachable. What kind of food service makes people pay first, make them wait over 50 minutes just to be told the driver is not reachable and will refund my order. No apologies were given. Did the driver pick up my order and got an accident/ ate my order? Plus the app did not let me order via cash payment just because there were 2 cancelled orders when the driver clearly couldn’t find my place and I was unable to pick up a phone call while working. The type of service they offer is abdominable.

I think it is a poorly designed app. Writing as a fellow product person. I notice a few poor designs in this app, that creates friction and causes bad user experience. 1) Unnecessary surveys: “Why did you not complete the order at X”. First, this X restaurant is wrong (I already placed the order). Second, survey is a poor way to get user feedback. Participation rate is not guaranteed. A much better way to do it is to do a thorough data analysis of user behaviour, form solid hypotheses and test these hypotheses thru experimentation. 2) Cluttered UI: Do we really have to have “trending order”? Do I, as a customer, really get value from knowing what others are ordering? Does it benefit me, a restaurant order, that customers only order the hottest 1 or 2 items from my menu? 3) It is just buggy. There are a few times when I simply cannot place an order. I click the button, then nothing happens. There is no way for users to report this bug, or seek help for it. 4) The rewards program. I understand rewards program create loyalty and we want loyalty in the fierce competition among delivery apps. But this rewards program is poorly designed; rules are not communicated clearly; the UI/notification is intrusive. All of the above makes me question: Who is making product decisions at Foodpanda? Are they really relying on data and listening to users? Or just go with whatever they ASSUME is a good idea?

Awful. Foodpanda is the worst delivery service. I would rate it zero stars if possible. More than once have I had food delivered over 2 hours after I put my order in. Customer service is horrible. They do not care that your food is late. I’ve noticed that when you complain that your food is late still in the processing status or preparing status and you want to cancel, immediately your order is changed to getting delivered. They do not compensate you for your lost time or late food. They do not solve any of the delivery issues. I will use the other services even though food options are not as great as food panda. Most awful horrible experiences. I’ve deleted their app off my phone but want to warn others of their crap service to customers and lack of responsibility.

Deleting the app.. Been using this app for years, but for some reason it seems to be getting worse. Using this app always causes to eat lunch at 3pm or dinner at 9 or 10 because it’s ALWAYS. SO. LATE. It has come to the point where the wait (and not to mention the extra money for delivery charge) is not worth it. Just now we ordered our lunch at 12, the app saying it would only take 45 minutes to get here. By the time it was 1pm, there was no update on the status of our order. Upon asking customer service they said there was nothing they could do to track it. Next thing I know I get a notification saying that the restaurant JUST THEN started to prepare our food, the time when it was supposed to be arriving. When I checked the status of the order on the app, the ETA had changed from 1pm to now 2pm. Ridiculous. By the time I’m done writing this review, our lunch has still not arrived. This will be our last order using Foodpanda.

Quick service. I think it depends on restaurants therefore I don’t need to wait too much time. Just only 30-45 minutes. Mostly I ordered coffee from cafe so fast service that I got. Keep going like this but I have to suggest one thing for delivery man. It happened on my second time’s order. He asked me my address number. I think it shouldn’t be like this. This app will be using not only locals but also foreigners. As a result of this, please look for delivery man at least who can read English numbers. 🙂 I know it’s related in your budget to look for delivery guys but mostly Myanmar people can talk 👉broken language 😁

Worst CS ever. Because of the quarantine I use Foodpanda several times. And I must thank those riders. Though sometimes the package got leaked or my soup ruined. I never complain. It s the time. But I got really mad this time. I ordered my food Foodpanda estimated its arrival about 45min later. Then I got called in an important meeting. My rider came early about just 20mins. I couldn’t leave. I asked him could he wait or if he could come back 20minutes later I will tip him nicely. Then the rider started blackmailing me and asked for the equal amount of money as my food. Right at that moment the dispatcher called to cancel my order. I asked the dispatcher was there any solution he offered nothing but to cancel my order which I have already paid. I lost my food the day and my money. Not to mention I was cut off by the dispatcher whose English I tried so hard to understand with patience and kindness. And when I contacted their Customer service, three times! And they never give you any solution. And blame it on you! Your blackmailing rider your useless unqualified dispatcher! And the trouble I have to starve for! Thank you food panda and wish you hell

Left starving. I waited for 2 hours in hoping my food would be just mins away. Just to find out my driver took 2 hours just to get to the restaurant and the restaurant closed on them. I dont understand when there estimated time of arrival to me was 10p but they barely got to the restaurant at 10:15 and surprised that the restaurant was closed. So with it being past the time of estimated arrival to me, all other restaurants were then also closed. So left with no other choice but to starve over night in hopes just to find food in the morning. I WOULD NEVER use this app again!!! I might as well just called the restaurant itself to have placed my order and paid more for delivery fee then to be left starving over night. I would not recommend this app unless you want the chances of being left starving at night. BTW I was being very nice that I placed my order at 8p to give them plenty of time to get my order to me. I’m very disappointed in the service of this app.

Foodpanda is a fraud.. scam!!! they are thieves. Foodpanda is the worst, every time i have placed an order they have messed up and then the customer support is the worst It is so inconvenient, and mess around with the order a lot and they have a lot of complaints mostly people in my workplace have stopped using this app 1. you place order and then keep waiting for it and when you check why your order hasnt arrived they tell you 'it has been cancelled' 3. sometimes the thing you order is just incomplete and which feels more like a fraud because you pay money for it 2.you have to wait for hours and hours for the support to respond back on your query and when they do they just say oh sorry heres your voucher which is convenient for them but it’s not worth our time and money i have a request please dont use their app, they are a fraud they scam people on a big scale and we should report this app to FIA

Worst help center and support system I’ve ever seen. I had an issue with my grocery order. I reached out to help center and the agent asked me to capture a photo. But each time after capturing a photo in the preview screen the use photo button would not work. I tried to explain this to the agent but they just shut me off saying cannot proceed without image. I have another phone so I thought I’d try with that one. I tried and was able to send the photo but the agent escalated the issue to some specialist team who’d get back to me by 24 hours! Later I reached out to another help request for the same problem and able to provide photo with the second phone I have. That agent also escalated the issue to the specialist team! And it seemed the agents are in a rush. They’d merely give me any time to explain my point! Today I’m super frustrated with foodpanda. I would try my best to avoid them as it’s hard to get any support once you face any problem with your order.

What happened?. My hanger is forcing me to write my first review to save others from expecting too much from this app. It used to be so good before. And earlier, I tried to use it again (from Bangkok) and in the span of pretty much 3 hours, I’ve had two orders cancelled and one that is taking 1.5 hours to arrive??! After the 1st cancellation, the app said I could order within half an hour so I did. It said the food would arrive at 21:03. So I waited. At 21:04, no food, but an email that says that that my order has been cancelled. If you could send a notification instead of an email, would have been great. Third and last order I’m waiting for... ordered at 21:11. It is now 22:27. Still no food. I’m giving up. I’ve been dealing with this since 7.30pm. I recommend everyone to go to ubereats if you suffer from hanger like I do.

Order cancelled and money not refunded. I placed an order and after checkout the restaurant closed. My order was cancelled but my credit card was still charged. After a few days waiting for the refund I contacted customer service. They said to wait 2 weeks. So I waited. After 2 weeks, I checked my credit card and still there was no refund. I contacted customer service again. They kept giving me a refund serial number and saying that my order was refunded. I gave them my bank statement and showed them images of the cancelled order. (The app deletes order history after a short period of time). Each time they reply to my request it’s a different person and there is no phone number for you to call. It is so frustrating. It’s been a month since my cancelled order and I still haven’t received my refund. I will never order through foodpanda again.

Dissatisfied with FoodPanda. what happened last night and this morning had obliged me to post this review. their customer service and support (no answers to emails, no phone number to call, restaurant phone number shown in the app doesn’t work, bpo chat representatives are based in india and are disappointing)are totally useless. i believe it is worth campaigning not to use this app. why? the cust serv rep sent me a phone number to call to direct my concern to the resto here in the phils. i told them it is not working. after a few seconds, they just confirmed to me that yes it is really not working just after they called. hahaha... so pathetic... their recommendation and action? nothing but a one word “sorry”. i haven’t had any assurance that they will do anything for the issues because they said they got no control to their affiliated restaurants... huh???

Full screen pop ups. I started using food panda as my bank doesn’t like charges through grab (or the banks fraud detection system) so too often orders are declined. After a couple of orders on food panda they now pop up full screen ”ads” that cant be closed without closing the app and launching again. The latest ad/notice? They were telling me to pickup the food myself. Thanks for the suggestion, but I’d just place the order directly with the restaurant at that point as most restaurant prices in these apps are 20-30% higher to cover the apps commissions/fees. So, back to grab I go since foodpanda doesn't want my business for food delivery. I’ll never understand what the brilliant minds at these services are thinking. Maybe all of these tech companies are run by an AI now.

What a terrible service!. The app simply does not work! We make a $60 order for a special family meal and nothing comes... we later find out the food was delivered to the wrong address and thrown out. We try to contact/chat with someone through the app and go around in circles trying to get our food or a refund, until finally someone agrees to call back. The call comes back hours later when my wife is sleeping (she works remotely on US time from Singapore) and so she misses the call. Now, when she tries to continue the chat the next day she is blocked on the app. The Food Panda people are deliberately controlling the app to take money from people without fixing their mistakes and doing what they are supposed to do: deliver food! We, as a family, will never use the Food Panda again!

This App needs works. I like the Delivery Service. This App is annoying. 2 Major flaw’s that have not been addressed. 1- Random address the app selects each time I open the App. I have a profile with a delivery address, this address has been delivered to 25+ times, But each time I open the app it selects a random nearby address(?). - Why have a profile if it’s not used? If you don’t pay attention the food will be sent to a wrong address. The Pizza, KFC’s app’s don’t behave this way. 2- Previous order. I tend to order the same things. I can see my previous orders but cannot select them for reordering. This feature is available in other food delivery Apps, either as a reorder or being able to save favorites that can be reordered. Having to reenter the order consumes extra time reduces the ease of use and creates a poorer user experience. These are two simple flaws that are a major annoyance and are easily fixed. Fix these two flaws your user experience will be greatly enhanced.

Cold Food. I have past orders where they sent me something different than I ordered and I let it go. This time was too much. The food was finished being prepared and the driver picked it up. Drove past my apartment where he stopped at LKF for more than 15 mins. I tried to cancel my order and was told if I did they would take the “pay by cash” option off my app. And reassured me that my food would still be warm because they use insulating bags. I told them that’s fine but to cancel the order. When the driver did finally arrived, he kept calling over and over again. I was like ok maybe I’m over reacting, maybe there’s a reason. Picked up my order, the food was cold and ice cream was melted and spilt all over the plastic bag it came in. I wish I hadn’t picked up and paid for this waste of food. Will definitely be using Deliveroo whenever I order.

Doesn’t Work. No Company Contact Available on Site. The location finder finds me, then when I hit “search,” returns a blank error. US is not listed as an available country on site, but it’s on US App Store. And trust me, non-Asians are just as convinced that they’ll spontaneously and gorily combust if they get our food right as they proudly are about our names, and an alternative is needed *badly.* Instacart only works if your order is “BillyBob’s corn-fried butter.” Anything else, you end up spending 40$ for two things of toufu, a bag of soy beans, and three oranges because they saw the Asian food and got scared they’d catch Asian cooties and ran. I went to company site to message about this, but “get in touch” button on site loops back to top of homepage. So I guess I gotta write a public review. There’s no true alternative, especially for those of us on medical diets that can’t just order from the local takeaway and desperately need a grocery service for when going shopping is just not feasible.

Wrong address delivery. This is very disappointing since it’s my first time to Order from foodpanda, I ordered a food for a friend since I liked to treat them for my upcoming birthday however when I placed the order and waited for how many minutes and even my friend was waiting infront of their house nothing came up and suddenly the foodpanda app was marked as DELIVERED which unfortunately never came to my friend: i spoke to an agent name Muhammad and we had a long convo and after telling me he will do his best to help Me resolve the issue even if I’m still Asking questions to him he ended up the convo and marked it again as issue RESOLVED which has not been resolved at all since my friend back there in the Philippines hasn’t received the food that I ordered. So calling all the foodpanda delivery department I do hope you will take action on this matter and rest assure it will not happened again. And this will be a lesson for me from now on.

Should improve the apps further. I read reviews that foodpanda is always late. Normally they r late because the restaurant side delayed the food preparation. I have tried to order from stores stating 30mins but 30mins become 45mins, 1 hour in few times. The 1 hr wait from 25mins at off peak liked 11am was the last straw. I never ordered from that restaurant anymore. However I feel that the apps only show the real updated time of the whole delivery. On the real time tracking, they should also put the time order was placed. So we know the time has been changed (few times) to show the change in delivery timing. When I’m a new user, I keep on wondering why is it forever 30-35mins. But time had actually passed by. Once I have also placed an order for something near, the driver took a big detour to elsewhere. Although stated as reach but he personally called me to inform that he will be late. I’m ok with this. Sometimes if on the way and only 5-10mins extra I can wait. Plus there’s communication from driver. At least I won’t be left hanging did he went wrong route? Overall I only use foodpanda n their services r still not bad. Just that I don’t know how to read reviews left by myself n others. Not v user friendly apps.

Installed and removed the same day. Great service.. It only took almost 3 and a half hours before I was able to get some food at my door. 😏 My first order was cancelled 15 mins after it was supposed to have arrived, and my second was cancelled after waiting for 20 minutes. Customer service chat did provide me with 5 ringgit to towards my next order, but I had to pointedly request compensation.. 3rd order arrived on time. When I asked why my app indicated that my order was prepared, picked up and was on its way, I was told that the delivery person simply refused to deliver because it was too far away.. Um, c’mon if this service is going to work at all, this company is going to have to create reliability in the system. Right now, it’s a mess.... Hopefully they will address these critical systemic weaknesses that are absolutely essential for a time-sensitive service where people are waiting to eat.

Customer Service Leaves a lot to be Desired. If food is running late then all they say is sorry. The message that tells me this comes through to me via text about 50 times. Another issue is restaurants accepting your order, you wait, then 10 minutes before the food is meant to arrive Food Panda texts to say “[restaurant] just closed, sorry about that”. You’ve then wasted your time, and no repercussions on the restaurant as far as I know. Also, they dish out coupons like crazy but only for new customers. I was asked by their employees to rate their app 5 stars on this store in exchange for vouchers whilst visiting the Expo at Impact Arena here in Bangkok. Got my vouchers and now I find out they’re only for new customers too - the employees saw the app on my phone and I told them I’ve used the service multiple times. Talk about tricksters! Customer service didn’t want to help me when I told them neither. I’ve changed my rating and will start looking into Grab Food and similar apps available here. Good concept but poor customer service and loyalty to those already signed up.

Amazing! Full of Variety and Options!. So the app is easy to use, highly ascetic - who can refuse a cute panda? And most importantly- it’s more than a small array of restaurants. From food to essentials, with stores that have actually given you a great array of options from their stock vs typical basics that won’t always satisfy your needs. It may not have play by play tracking but having approximate times with more options to serve you better makes it far superior to its competitors. Icing on this fantastic cake (I may just order one after this) is that the app does incentivize consistently- you don’t need to spend over a hundred dollars constantly to get a paltry benefit like 5 dollars off. No general amounts and purchases can easily reap you discounts more routinely and simply add to the convenience of it all. So in all- 10/10 I certainly recommend.

Review. Foodpanda is terrible: no real customer support; their GPS is completely wrong- it identifies my address somewhere else thus confusing the poor riders; my delivery address is clearly indicated in Thai language, I live on a main road, next to the only hospital here, with my condo name & number clearly displayed- yet foodpanda doesn’t pass this information to their riders; taking orders then cancelling- refund process very inconvenient for international credit card holders; sometimes certain restaurants are available then unavailable- they refuse to offer services to foodpanda until they have settled their outstanding balance, which they are slow to do. Please improve.

No more service in my area. Food panda used to deliver in my area (Somewhere in PJ) and even though they weren’t very timely with their deliveries, it was still convenient. I could order ahead of time and my meals would arrive by the time i’d want to eat. I would also excuse all the times when it was peak delivery and I couldn’t order anything because I felt that perhaps they didn’t have enough delivery drivers and ok lah I’d let that pass. But then, I opened my Food Panda app one day and no restaurants available to me at all! It’s been months now and I just tried again, you know, for fun, and still no deliveries available :( I don’t live very far away from major malls and eateries so I’m very disappointed that I can’t use this app any more. I have since moved on to Grab. Thank you Food Panda, it was nice knowing you.

Terrible customer service. Foodpanda is very slow. All my orders are late. Today I had to cancel an order that was over 2 hours late and still had a 30 minute “estimated” delivery time. Their app says to use live chat or contact by email to cancel and when I tried both, the email said it would give a response in 48 hours and to use the live chat, i waited a while for someone to come on to the live chat to cancel the order. They were very rude and ended the chat before even ending the conversation, I presume because they do not care about their customer experience. The first person ended the chat and another representative entered the chat just to end the conversation with thank you and have a nice day and immediately left before I could finish typing thank you which is extremely rude. And now here I am, 2 hours and 20 minutes later with no food and my family is getting ready for bed.

An occasional joke.. I am utterly surprised on how bad their service it at times. Firstly, as always, the food is ALWAYS late. I’ve never had an order that was early, or on a timely manner. I once spent a lot of time ordering food from my family, and as soon as I was about to press “Place Order”, it just said that “This restaurant is unavailable at the moment.” Or whatever. THEY WAIT TO TELL YOU AT THE END. I’m pretty sure they do it on purpose, to see their customers get frustrated. I also ordered from another restaurant, only for it to be late by 2 hours. Yup! 2 hours! But the worst part is, that they waited 2 HOURS TO CANCEL MY ORDER. I waited 2 hours, only for my food to get cancelled. COME ON, WHAT?!?! And not to mention the User Interface. Their app is so broken. It doesn’t respond, it crashes, it lags. The regular.

Customer Service needs to improve. The foodpanda app has no contact options which is extremely problematic since I’ve had trouble with multiple orders. When I tried cancelling my order it would give me the option to cancel my order and then say that it couldn’t be cancelled because the restaurant had accepted my request. It gives no option to contact the restaurant directly or foodpanda representatives in case of any trouble. What kind of service is this? Once you order you’re trapped? The chat option has also been removed. When you open the website on a browser it magically has some sort of contact number hidden somewhere but on the app it’s nowhere to be found. Even tracking the order is extremely inconvenient because when we ask where is my order their response is we don’t know. What is even the point of having a help centre in the first place? Please fix this issue.

Reliable!. I have used Food Panda numerous times already and so far, the app has never failed me! The delivery was always on time, and if ever there was a delay, it would only be for a few minutes. Tips: • Do not order if you are starving or feeling impatient. The preparation time is unpredictable and sometimes delays will be unavoidable especially during peak hours. • Don't rely on their chat services. It's pretty much useless. • Preparation time usually depends on the restaurant your ordering from. If you ordered from a restaurant with high demand, you'll probably wait a long time 'til your order is prepared. • Only order if you have time to spare and if you can still manage your hunger. Overall based on my experience, Food Panda has surpassed my low expectations and has satisfied me with my orders. From the discounts to the friendly riders, I highly recommend this app!

Great food service. My wife and I live in Chiang Mai, and we use Food Panda about 1–2 times per week. Overall it’s a great service. Sometimes the app is frustrating because it will “forget” what you are browsing in the app if you switch to another app for a moment, which happens to me a lot when I need to use my Thai dictionary when writing special order instructions. But the food almost always arrives pretty quickly. If there is a problem with your order, a very nice lady from Food Panda calls and explains what’s wrong — “the soup is not available ka!” — and offers a solution. I’m very grateful for the app because it’s so convenient.

Amazing Service!!!. Okay, so before I begin let me start off by saying I found this app by searching for a way to order food from outside of the country of origin. I’m an Amerikano with a Filipina SO and I wanted to try and order her food. Came upon a good opportunity to cheer her up with a milkshake and took it. Had never used the app before and actually ended up putting in the address wrong. Capital One worked internationally much to my excitement, and I messaged the rider about correcting the address and they used my correction and got it there very quickly. From the other side of the world, I was able to experience the joy of getting my girl a milkshake to cheer her up. Thank you so much Foodpanda, thank you thank you thank you! Will definitely be using this app again!

Long Distance Relationship UBEREATS!. This is identical to UberEATS except for the Philippines. I'm currently in the USA, and I have been ordering for my fiancee through this app. At first, I was hesitant, but it went very well. I had to communicate through the app and inform the delivery driver of my situation, and I handed her phone number. It was fantastic. I also purchased the premium with its many benefits. The only issue I've had was the glitchy chat, which would load and glitch. So I would go back and forth through the conversation to fix the hiccups. Besides that, I am dearly in love with this app because I can order spontaneous breakfasts or snacks for my fiancee! Thank you, FoodPanda!

Good order functionality, terrible customer service.. When things go well, there is no problem. However, inevitably, you will receive an order with a missing / wrong item. It seems FoodPanda does everything in their power to avoid having to offer a refund - from discretely responding to inquiries via email (instead of through the app where the original message was sent), to requiring you to make a choice on type of refund, and finally, once I provided my choice of refund, it was never sent. It seems these processes are built to make it more difficult for consumers to get a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks since my order and I still haven’t received a refund. Can’t complain about how well the food ordering function of the app works - because it works well. But after my experience with their customer service, it feels they intentionally give customers the run-around with the intention of making it as difficult as possible to get a refund.

Food Panda stole my money. Food panda is by far the worst food delivery experience I have ever had. I just installed their app to give it a try. My first order with them arrived late. After paying (and tipping) the driver, I took the food to my apartment only to find out that two items were missing!! I ran back outside to catch the driver but he had already left. I promptly contacted customer service to report this and their response was literally “We’re sorry you had a troubling experience and we hope that next time will be better, goodbye.” They did not offer a refund or a credit. They didn’t even offer to redeliver the missing items. They literally stole my money ( I paid for items that they did not deliver)!! I even tried writing an email to their corporate customer service who told me that no refund or credit will be given and “better luck with your next order.” I am appalled by how awful this experienced has been. I strongly urge everyone to stay far far away from using Food Panda!!!

REFUND SCAM !!!!. Foodpanda is good but their refund is a scam !!! I Made three orders , but due to rain and rider unavailability they cancelled my orders AFTER debitting the money from my debit card , and promised to refund BUT it’s been more than 20 days , everytime I contact they lie and make false promises , same scripted lies “ it’s in process , department is taking concern seriously , u will get it soon , we have started reversal “ but it’s all lies , the bank has confirmed and checked many times and they have not even started reversal process from their side , foodpanda takes money within seconds but when it’s time to refund , their finance department is a fraud !!! and on top even after multiple chats with support and email , they don’t do anything and keep stalling ,, I ask to get in touch with manager , they give excuses , no one calls their email support doesn’t reply to emails , FOODPANDA PK IS A FRAUD WHEN IT COMES TO REFUNDS ....

Would give 0 stars if I could. I am in Thailand for 6 months and enjoy walking around, trying the cuisine. Of course, this becomes exhausting and today, I slipped and sprained my ankle getting off the ferry. Decided to give this app a try and it failed. While I do not blame the driver, the restaurant or even the customer service agent, this app is faulty. It auto populates your location. And so for some reason the address was way off when it did so even though the map location looked correct. The driver calls me, asking where I am and I can only respond in English though I tried the words for Hotel etc. and I said the hotel name and everything. So I contacted customer service and they asked me to meet the driver at that random location that I have no idea how to find. At that point, I said keep the food and the money. I didn’t even ask for a refund. The app is broken. I would have liked to use this app for my travels but cannot and will not try it again.

International Credit or bank card refused. We had very nice experience with foodpanda during our visit to Pakistan, especially my kids enjoyed a lot and were very happy to have fresh and delicious food just one click away ! However we couldn’t pay by our card because our bank card were international VISA card so we have to keep cash with us. Now we are away from Pakistan and I am trying to order food for my mother who is very old but I can not order because card not accepted. Please please open this option for international customers so we can serve our loved ones. Jazak Allah

The most embarrassing customer experience. Dear FoodPanda, Thank you for copying and pasting over and over prewritten emails without even reading what your customers say. With extreme disappointment I have to say that I have been served with the poorest and the most embarrassing customer service ever possible. As a senior executive of a company that makes of customer experience their priority, you are proving to know nothing about your customers and so your business. The order was cancelled because of your mistakes and 2 days later you are still copying an pasting the same emails without even reading my messages or understanding what happened. This is simply unacceptable and unfortunately I don’t have any more time to waste with you. I am going to block this payment and do whatever I can to get my 200HKD back, not because of the small amount, but because it’s a matter of principle. I can promise you that you have lost me as a customer forever. Your business won’t suffer for it, don’t worry, but the way in which you serve your customers have been proven to be embarrassing and ridiculously wrong. Since you don’t read the feedback or requests from your customers you won’t probably understand or learn anything from here. What a shame… Congratulations FoodPanda, I can certainly say that you have given to me the worst customer experience in my 44 years! Good luck, G

Worst in class customer service.. Worst in class customer service. If you have an issue on your order, dont expect to get help unlike in other apps... I had ordered my dinner through them which was not confirmed for 30 minutes from them or the restaurant. The order was eventually canceled while my credit card was charged. Only available customer service channel is this online chat function in their app in which the staff never followed up with my questions and just left me hanging not knowing if i could cancel or get my refund. Sent them an email on this in which they said they will respond within a day- they did not. Only email they sent was a feedback form as if they have already closed my query. Have been a loyal customer but that ends today.

Poorly managed app, bad customer service. The app overall works reasonable well, some usability issues, their arrival timer and driver is highly inaccurate, adding and managing payment options interface is simply bad design. All that said it’s better in certain regions than other options. What isn’t good is their support and customer service. After 4 years of use my account got flagged for “too many cancellations” and my online payment options revoked. Mind you the first cancelation the order which was supposed to arrive in 35 minutes had said this for 1.5 hours, most likely their restaurant partner accepted more orders than they could support. The second cancelation was randomly canceled by their restaurant partner without notice after waiting for sometime for delivery. I contacted customer service. They had very little understanding of the issue, simply said there was nothing they could it would do. There is no appeals process. Needless to say I won’t be using the app or service anymore.

Scam artists. These people are scammers. I used the app for the first (and last) time to order food for our last night in Georgetown, Penang on holiday. I paid in cash and then it turned out we had the wrong order. The driver refused to come back and said it was my problem to sort out. The help centre were a joke. They refused to send the driver back and said I would need to apply for a refund that could take up to 2 weeks. They literally stole my money and refused to help. They also said they could only give me a voucher for less than half the value to order again - I think it was a huge lie. They ruined the last night of our holiday - we couldn’t even re order food! Don’t use them. It’s not worth it.

Very unhappy with order cancellations and refund process. More than 3 times ordered food in BD from Aus. Only once food went home properly. Rest of the times restaurants cancelled ordered for unspecified reason or computer generated reason. Foodpanda needs to have more control on restaurent and their service and also quality . Not to mention refund process on cancelled order. Very complex and tiring process to get money back when all these should have been normal and easy .

Great app for food delivery. The app is great, they serve food quite fast and accurate. One disadvantage- when you order food from restaurant and you need to delete an item, the app doesn’t allow. Also in the final payment confirmation page for OTP, the help button doesn’t work.

The service is Okay, but the inventory/logistics is really poor. The service is good, delivered on time. But The orders I make are always modified because of product unavailability, without ever contacting me. When I send a meal for the family, ask them not to prepare dinner because I am sending food, then only half the meal is delivered - can you imagine how embarrassing and inconvenient that is? I would like them to contact the buyer first and then make necessary changes to the order, for example, The buyer may choose to add a different item to complete the meal/requirement or choose a different restaurant if nothing suitable is available. Bad experience first time using. The app says it will take 55 minutes to deliver but not long after I placed my order, I got a call saying it would take 2 hours... reason given: lots of other orders. I cancelled my order, and cancelled my account, this is not good enough. If there's a backlog of orders, the app needs to say it so I don't waste 20 minutes selecting food and ordering

This App is disgraceful. !!!!!!!WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP... the amount of times that I have ordered and they can’t get our address right , the food has been cold , they haven’t listened to our instructions , the food has been over half an hour late and the drivers don’t carry change. How can you call yourself a food delivery service when you can’t meet the basics. If you want a reliable app please download DeliverEat. They do all the right things that foodpanda don’t. Unethical. Seamless process right? Try to contact them, even if it’s food safety related, try. I have tried a few times to contact them and it takes hours and they just don’t care. This may sound like a sook but it not. Try before something goes wrong. The more ethical option is call your restaurant and see if they can deliver for the same price as food panda. After update a week ago app doesn’t work for me. App worked ok apart from minor map issue. After the latest update it now decides there’s no delivery in my area or Phnom Penh generally.

Terrible. The worst food app ever. The time of delivery is inaccurate so you never know when your food will arrive. Don’t ever pay with credit card to avoid further stress. No one to contact or message aside from an auto bot... absolutely terrible.

Ignorant customer service and delivery man. The delivery man does not care about anything you write on the note. Meanwhile their customer service is too busy dealing with their dogs not having a drink yesterday morning than a serious issue you had, endangering life and safety concerns with the delivery man! Hate to say this, but if you are paying for a platform fee to foodpanda, then I’d say that was all for nothing, because they are not going to do anything when you are in trouble. I mean seriously?

Failed 2 times. Tried to use it two times tonight. Options were very limited but I understand is a process. Both times i got a confirmation email saying my order was being made. After 20 min the restaurant calls and tells me that out of 4 mains i ordered they have none !! So i cancelled the order. Second chance, again receive mail confirming delivery in 30 min. Wait 50 min and received a message from the app saying “restaurant couldn’t make the delivery”. By this time its already 10 pm. Ppl make apps to help other ppl, this one worsened my day a lot. Thank you guys. Lucky i pressed pa by cash. Wouldn’t risk using card here.

Terrible service constant delays.. The biggest problem with food panda is the complete lack of professional communication with their customers. I have been a consistent food panda user for years but I just can’t anymore. They have consistently reduced real time communication with customers. In the last 6 months it has become normal for orders to take at least 2x (or more) than the predicted length for delivery with no recompense. I’ve had three orders cancelled after an hour in the last month alone. Stop making promises you can’t deliver on. Stop making your underpaid employees the only point of contact that customers have. Personally I’m done. I won’t be using foodpanda in Singapore anymore.

an absolute disappointment. I am FORCED to use food panda’s services AGAIN just to utilize the voucher they issued me as a result of the missing food items from my previous order. I wanted them to either issue me a direct refund or extend the validity of the voucher - neither one of these can they do. After all the discussions, they just wished me that this would never happen again - what a pathetic way of resolving issues!

Technical Difficulties. The fundamental aspects of the service work well enough - you make an order from a list of restaurants, a driver is assigned to pick up your order and delivers it to your location of choice. However, the app is not nearly as polished as it could be. My main issue with the app is the constant reloading - if you switch to another app, Foodpanda will be purged from memory and it has to load up again from the launch screen. Another problem is the estimated timing and order progression. The time estimation is often incorrect and the delivery driver’s location is not updated frequently enough, leaving me waiting outside my residence early or the driver having to call me as they’re waiting outside. Fixing these technical issues would greatly improve my perception of the service. (Apple Pay support would also be appreciated)

Saved us so much money. Food panda has been the best. We are at a high end resort that is an expensive taxi ride away from any cheaper restaurants. Luckily I discovered food panda. We get our lunch and dinner delivered to the resort - so far it’s been easy, on time, delicious and so affordable. Even better you can pay in cash on delivery - we just get a call to our room when the delivery is here and meet them in the hotel lobby. Ultimately it’s meant we can try more interesting local foods. It’s awesome.

Worst service ever. Did not deliver my order and claimed it as delivered i was waiting for more then 2 hours for my order and then after out of no where they made it as delivered. And i did everything to get it sorted with support but they kept saying we are so sorry we cant do anything we cant refund we cant do nothing 🤦🏻 what kind of service is this my order was worth 3300 rupees its ridiculous how they are treating there customers deleted the app.

Avoid. Terrible app with far worse customer service.. The app works fine, it does things and you have 80% chance of getting your food. The functions like GPS and even setting you address is terrible and the customer service is terrible if you ask for a refund when your food doesn’t get to you. Go download Grab or go eat at a restaurant in person.

SCAM!. GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. NO MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AFTER YOUR MONEY IS TAKEN! They will give you discounts which really aren’t because they mark up the price by adding VAT and delivery cost then they show a false discount. After the first few times of ordering they will start switching your order to lesser value items. They will give you a long apology in email (no way in hell they will talk to you over phone cause this is scam) after you have lost hundreds of taka because you must pay or the rider takes no responsibility and will not leave your house. AFTER I HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE THEY SWITCH TO LESSER VALUE ITEM IN THE BAG, WHAT WOULD I DO WITH THEIR APOLOGY. They might give you a partial discount which is also a scam because at best the discount is 33 - 40 taka / 500 taka that you lost. SCAM!!!

Worst app ever. Everytime I try to order food using my MasterCard, they confirms the order, charge your card and after half hour cancels the order. And then when you speak to their team and ask them to resolve the issue they ask you to order again using cash on delivery method. If this app doesn’t have the facility of paying by card then why the hell do you show this option at first. Full waste of time. Not recommended at all if you want to order by your card.

No one is doing the delivery but the app says my food is coming. The app is terrible. It automatically updates the order status while nothing really is happening. This happened so many times and it’s really annoying. The first time, the order completed itself when I received nothing at all, chatted with the agent, they said oh we couldn’t get in touch with the rider; the second time, the rider was riding towards other directions; the third time (and the last time I ever used food panda), the app said my food has been picked up but I see no rider from the map; so I chatted with the agent, and he told me no one was working in my area! I really wouldn’t mind if you just told me from the beginning that you can’t accept my order! Not after you’ve charged me money, waited an hour & had to talk to somebody. Dump app

Garbage app by garbage developers.. This experience is the absolute worst. First, my phone number wasn’t accepted no matter what I did. Also, trying to enter it is cumbersome as if you exit the app for more than 5 seconds, whoever implemented it did not allow for background refresh / NSCoding properly so the whole app (and order process) restarts. Then, trying to chat with support is HOPELESS - your chat will continually be erased and the chat staff are stupid. I ended up uninstalling this after half an hour wasted just trying to get things moving. What a waste of time and an embarrassment of a user experience.

Poor logic and works against customers.. I had to get a new phone number. Tried to register with that phone number and could not because the previous owner of my phone number registered with foodpanda. Even though it is my number, I use it, I pay the bills, they won’t assign it to my account without the old owners permission. Also, they give you an estimated time for delivery. I understand it is an estimate, and, when the order is delayed 3 times by over to 20 minutes, over and hour past the original estimated delivery time, there should be an option to cancel without penalty. Wont be using again.

Helpful app, still can be improved.. As a tourist in Malaysia, Panda app is quite friendly and helpful. I like the way it can be pay by cash when food arrive. However experienced once out of 4 times that my order be canceled by the restaurant after nearly 30mins! And can not see some important info. For example: restaurants’ open/delivery time, meal portions, meal ingredients(only some have)... If you improve, I would like to give you a five stars!

Please include a messaging option. I’m really concerned about this. I can’t contact the people who’s delivering our food to the house. Not all addresses can be pinned. I just hope there’s a better way to communicate with the drivers so that less problems can be avoided.

Confusing app. Does not recognize specific addresses. Lags and not up to date with which restaurants are open. Does not have a choice of radius of territory to include some restaurants i want that are far.

Best food delivery app in myanmar. Unlike other apps you can track your order in the food panda app. i’ve had tried other food delivery app even grab food non of them aren’t convenient as foodpanda. Keep up the good work! P.S During this virus outbreak foodpanda let us pass with free delivery!

Love this app. Residing overseas and been using this app to order food for my family & loved ones in Philippines. Best app and been using it often specially this pandemic. Riders also have good customer sevice. No bad experience

Easy to order- but the delivery day interface was easy to miss. I order for the first time- user friendly, but i missed the delivery date and had to cancel my order because i wanted it ordered for the next day.

Scam. Worst app I have ever used only my life. Ordered food to my home address then the app randomly relocated me about 1 hour away in the middle of nowhere. Contacted help services and recovered the biggest joke of support possible. For 30 minutes we were given absolutely useless help which eventually resolved in them informing us that they could neither contact the restaurant or THEIR DRIVER to inform them about the wrong address. Following this they said it was our fault and that we would neither receive our food or get our money back. Complete scam never using this useless app again.

About food and delivery systems. Food was dependent on our city restaurants so the taste is up & down bt delivery system is quite weak because all time delivery boy has no changes and they took extra money. And in our city or area foodpanda have some of bad restaurants so they should be Removed

Just appalling customer service. Order arrived damaged and not even in a bag. Food just left on the ground. Called foodpanda customer service. It’s just a recorded message saying you have to use live chat. They DON’T HAVE LIVE CHAT. It’s a lie let alone bad service. There is no live chat feature in the app for support. You can chat to the driver but it’s not possible (and irrelevant to support) once the order status is updated. Moreover they actively penalise you with a rating as a customer if you make a complaint. Their service standards are completely reductive. Switch to Deliveroo.

Great, but here’s a suggestion. So far so good... my suggestion (if I didn’t miss finding this function) is to also filter by delivery time. It will be good to see the food options available on a faster delivery time for example when time is a limiting factor

Bad food safety, terrible service, dodgy refunds. This is for the Singapore service: The prices are much higher than those of the restaurants - Foodpand’s delivery charge only shows a fraction of what it takes. The delivery times shown are flat out wrong. You’ll often be left waiting for double or triple the time they state and when you ask the service staff, they say it was actually just an estimate. By the time the food arrives, it’s a safety hazard because the restaurant has prepared it over an hour earlier. And if you ask for a refund after waiting forever EVEN BEFORE THE RESTAURANT HAS STARTED MAKING IT OR A DRIVER AS BEEN ASSIGNED the service won’t give you a refund. Instead, it says you can get a refund after you’ve been connected to an online chat service - a service that leaves you waiting and waiting so long that by the time you are connected, sometimes 20-30 minutes later, a driver is magically assigned so that according to their rules it is too late for a refund and you are stuck spending far more time on the app than you want to. Bottom line, this is an unsafe, slow, expensive and dodgy service you should avoid unless you really have absolutely no choice.

Bad service. After placing the order I received a notification saying that they were checking how long the restaurant would take, I stayed in "checking" mode for so long that I had to ask for another service. After a long time I got an email saying that my order was on the way and would arrive in something more than 1 hour. It was too long that I had to wait, therefore I wrote trying to cancel the service and did not receive a response and the application does not have the option to cancel the order either. That is to say after placing the order you have to wait for the time they say.

Address problems. An update seems to have deleted my home address and changed the interface for adding a new one. Adding a new address now leads to a message saying that the email address is not registered. The help button looks to be disabled: tapping it does nothing. Using the web interface for now, where there also appears to be no support options, but at least entering an address works. The app needs fixing.

Military dogs have no rights to treat the staffs in an unfair ways. Hello, I even deleted this app because I feel very awful to use since this company is owned by the GREEDY DOGS I show a red flag according to the rider’s strikes. This time is the most dangerous time to deliver foods in Myanmar since the situation is very bad and the weather is hot but GREEDY DOGS give only a few amounts of salary to staff. Besides, this app becomes more famous not because of that GREEDY DOGS it’s because of hard-working staff and riders who send the order in time I feel a big empathy for the staff. Furthermore, DOGS are making them have trouble with money. Bc of those GREEDY DOG’s unfairness to staff, I highly recommended not using this app would help the poor staff.

Don’t care about location accuracy or wasting driver and customers time. Our current hotel address pins incorrectly, and the customer service team just don’t care. The drivers waste at least 10 minutes every time they deliver, trying to locate the correct address after being navigated by their app to the wrong location. We stand there waiting to try save them time and have tried to have foodpanda fix the issue a number of times, but they just don’t care. They say just wait and the driver will eventually find us or call us. It is so easy to fix incorrect pin locations, why do they not just do this and save everyone time and effort... because they just don’t care. I feel sorry for drivers. They get ripped off and the company doesn’t even care to make things easier for them. Rude.

Very good food and grocery platform. This is a great app not only to order food but also groceries I like food panda so much even better than Uber I am from australia on holiday in bangkok and I find food panda app so much more easier to use even better than grab and food panda is really generous with its deals and so many deals every day, I love food panda.

Theifs - no refund. My very first experience btw. Claim rider could not contact me, I received no calls. The address is there in black and white. Very simple, no excuse! Customer should not bare the cost of a riders incompetence! Also the app’s incompetence for cancelling without any warning or any notice of a problem. Nor do they give you the riders number??!!! Ridiculous! What a joke. I will retract this once I receive a refund. I notice many people have also gone through the same corrupt thieving.

Good service, but app needs work. App gets stuck at some points (like location map) and no ability to reorder past order. Support chat support sometimes closes after no response and then cannot be accessed again - have to start a new chat with support. Otherwise pretty good for the ability to find and order from a restaurant.

Used to be an excellent app. Used to be the best and most reliable food delivery especially for people faraway from family and friends, back when it was new but now after several upgrades app just rarely works when placing order or payment, app always not responding. Refund was always instant but now payments will have to be stuck in the wallet. Hoping to have the old good simple app.

payment system. order location, olongapo city, philippines. i used to be able to order for my mum in olongapo city, philippines through the app and pay here in melbourne, australia using my debit card. but recent, my card is being denied. when i tried to use a different card, i experienced the same so i couldn't place an order anymore. the company should explore different ways to pay especially contactless/online payments as many potential clients from overseas would want to order for their relatives back home. customer service is like a robot when it comes to solutions offered to the issues raised to them!

Good. Service is better than other food delivery service. Delivery person have mobile with gps but they don’t want to come home. Some good delivery person directly come in front of my house and some says their gps did not work properly. Please work on that. Thank you.

It’s the worst food delivery app in Malaysia. Several times I have order food and waited an hour or more to end up getting my order cancelled for who knows what reason. Today, for example, while tracking my order I saw the driver picked up my food, and after 40 mins of “your driver is on the way” and checking the tracking to find him not even near the destination, my food was randomly cancel with no explanation of why. My thoughts? Driver was lazy. And since food panda doesn’t help the customer only charges, it’s the worst service. Do not download. You’re better off picking up your food.

L People L Application L Company. Lamentably, the L application is a complete letdown. Lousy service, laggard deliveries, and a lamentable lack of reliability sum up my experience with this app. The L people responsible for its operation seem utterly disinterested in customer satisfaction. Long wait times, lukewarm food, and a laughable excuse for customer support have left me utterly frustrated. It's a real shame that this app falls so far short of expectations. I strongly advise against wasting your time or money on this lacklustre excuse for a food delivery service.

Inconvenient. I used to order for delivery from food panda when my method of payment was accepted however after sometime, using a credit card as a method of payment either Visa or Mastercard has now been refused by food panda, so I used PayPal to pay for delivery but now that was removed as well and I never use cash for safety purposes so this is very inconvenient.

Riders to not deliver on time as they do multiple deliveries and the customers have to wait for hours because one rider is delivering multiple orders in the same area, which makes the wait hour longer for a customer. 4 digit code not received despite 6 retries. I’ve requested the 4 digit code which is required for mobile verification 6 times now but still haven’t received it. Maybe one fine day when I do receive one, and if I’m still alive, I’ll be able to feed my children.

Marked delivered but never received, failed to issue refund in reasonable time!. The worst experience of delivery service to date world wide. Stay away of them if you could or only pay cash! Delivery time continued to be extended will beyond the estimate then marked delivered without being received. When I contacted support they only agreed to do 24hrs escalate without issuing refund although they knowingly failed to contact the driver. This is the worst type of delivery service I experienced worldwide when I’m in Thailand and I highly recommend to be aware of it. Any decent service with such delivery driver behaviour should have issued a refund immediately with some compensation then figured out logistics on their own time. Instead they held my payment hostage to clear then own logistics problem! Stay away of them if you could and never pay with credit card if you want to use them

EXTREMELY DELAYED SERVICE. I ordered KFC today at 11:55 pm and my order was recieved by the restaurant at about 12:15 am. The food panda app gave me the projected delivery time of about 12:46. An hour later at about 12:55 I contacted a person named Talha of Foodpanda who told me that the rider had left the restaurant. At about 1:20 I asked him again and he said me wait for like 10 minutes. At 1:30 i iquired again and he said that there was a technical issue and the food was on the way. This is NOT the first time this has happened to me. The Average delivery time of foodpanda based on my personal experience is 70-90 minutes. Anyways I contacted KFC and they told me that they had cancelled my order at about 1:30 which food panda never let me know about and instead kept me in the dark, told me the rider was on the way and lied. This is not the way a customer shall be treated!!! I recommend anyone who is downloading this app to call and directly order from the restaurant instead of making them earn commision for nothing. Impossible to get refund, frustrating experience. Won’t even give 1 star. First time using this app and the restaurant got my order totally wrong. Had to repeatedly raise the issue thru three chat support agents and all were not helpful and had the same crappy response. Other delivery apps won’t even hesitate and give you a hard time of getting your money back. They will refund right away as long as your claim is legit as shown in the required pictures of the wrong order compared to the receipt. Food Panda is way way behind when it comes to customer service and support.

Poor attitude of riders. I tried to order for someone in the Philippines since I’ve seen a lot of good reviews in foodpanda. I put the exact address and payed for delivery fees and all. Then, I got this bad attitude from a rider and they ask for another payment for delivery. They told us that it’s too far for them, when in fact it’s not my problem anymore since it’s also their job to accept it or not. It was early in the morning, and all I received is a poor attitude from them.

Refuse refunda. The app is difficult to use, especially the address selection screen. But I can live with that. More importantly, they refuse refunds. Over a month ago their driver delivered the wrong order to me. I contacted customer service to request delivery of my order. Nope, they cant do that. Only a refund. Ok fine. Since I payed via debit card it will take 10 days. Well, that seems excessive but ok. Over a month later still no refund. Contact customer service today and they say that no such order exists, despite my having all the relevant receipts and emails. Customer service rep just ends the chat and never tries anything to resolve the situation. Totally unacceptable. Recommend do not use.

Take long time to deliver. They should include more Japanese restaurant, specially SAMDADO (if not added yet). Regarding delivery time it should not be more than one hour in Dhaka city. Sometimes I receive messages like “it will take little longer to deliver your food....,” “Order pressure is high in your area.....” which is good for the business but not so good for the person who is hungry and waiting for the food. As the business is good and growing fast, I expect they should cope with the pressure by investing more or deal on their own ways. However, overall service of Foodpanda is satisfactory.

It’s bad!. Not all but a few delivery men are doing mischief; they just canceled the food order (after having online payment) and gave the cause that the customer didn't receive food! The app doesn't even care about it; there is no way to complain to all the authorities they gave to the delivery man. Why doesn't a customer receive food while she has already paid for it? Moreover, there is no money-refundable option. It's like no food, no money! ... restaurants don't even contact the rider while canceling the product and claiming it is a waste! worst user experience ever!

Good Service, Pestering App. Ordering food for delivery is really fast. Faster than Grab which is why I switched. But the reason I only gave it three stars is because everywhere I navigate in the app there’s another pop up offering something, or messages taking over the top half of the screen asking to upgrade to pro, or even open a different page than I requested advertising something else. It’s becoming really annoying to navigate that I’m actually considering going back to using Grab.

Perplexed and at a loss. I had a couple of food ordered delivered successfully so I started to use Food Panda more. Today an order was placed and then delivered according to the app. But I never received it. OK so there could be human error by the rider, but here is my main problem with the app: the order tracking function is useless. It just brought me back to the home page. The rider should have contacted me to confirm my getting it, but the app does not have that basic function. So it is a risky app! Not good.

Even Payment Decline, It Still Takes Time to Cancel Order. I’m not sure why your app keeps giving payment decline error with credit/debit card payment. Sometimes, even when the payment is successful, it gives error notification in-app but says the order was placed from the mail notification. I got super confused at times. Sometimes, when the payment is declined, your app still proceeds with the order and it takes the app 20 minutes to cancel order which is inconvenient. Your app is supposed to immediately auto cancel order upon unsuccessful payment to prevent duplicate orders in case if my 2nd or 3rd attempt is successful.

Poor Customer Service. The food received through foodpanda was stale. The buns were not fresh and fries were as cold as drinks. I got a complaint registered and some from customer service said we do not compromise on quality of food and someone will contact you soon and refund the money. I sent reminder as well but there is no response. It looks that first set of people do respond but second set of people who have to take action don’t respond. That is very sad and unprofessional

Ordering from Website. Ordering from the app on my phone is great! Would have given 5 star but had issues with ordering online from your website. Items were not being added to my cart and keeps giving me an error, issue was never resolved. Customer service just kept sending emails informing me issue is resolved. Just gave up after so many emails without a resolution.

Easily one of the WORST apps you can rely on!. 9/10 of my orders are bound to get cancelled due to some bs and then I just have to create tickets and contact representatives with 10 to 20 brain cells who can only refund me after a 1000 days as ‘policy’. In the meantime, I didn’t get the food I paid for and have to rely on other services (Grab is a more reliable option these days, not even going to lie). I was thinking of ordering just now BUT THE APP CRASHES WITH A ERROR THAT SAYS ‘Incorrect email or password’. Like, hello? I just ordered yesterday? Until all these issues are fixed and they step up, it’s gonna be a trash service. For real, guys. I wish I could post screenshots with this post to really stress the lack of commodity in this paid service.

Unethical business. Today I have given order of 5 items. But the restaurant Hungry max delivered 4 items out of 5. But delivery man taken 5 items bill! When I box out the food than I found only 4 items. I called the delivery man and he shown apology and requested to wait. After 30 minutes later I called again and talked with restaurant manager he said he send again it and he laugh! But he didn’t do that. I try to complain by chat with foodpanda, some one sahadat reply me a little bits and advice to reorder the item! But it’s already 4 hours has gone but they didn’t send my food nor send back my 160 taka! What a service it is!

Be careful!. Be very careful when you order from this app. The estimated time for your order can be off by an hour so if you have somewhere to go, don’t expect you’ll get your food on time. Also, if you plan to pick it up, make sure the restaurant is a legitimate place and the location on the app is correct. There are some scam restaurants that will take your order and money that don’t exist and Food Panda takes no responsibility for that. Food Panda will not reimburse or try to even a call the restaurant to get the correct location or try to change to delivery if the map is wrong in the app. If you have an issue, the app not help or issue a refund and you just won’t get the food and be out money as well.

Awful. Foodpanda is the worst delivery service. I would rate it zero stars if possible. More than once have I had food delivered over 2 hours after I put my order in. Customer service is horrible. They do not care that your food is late. I’ve noticed that when you complain that your food is late still in the processing status or preparing status and you want to cancel, immediately your order is changed to getting delivered. They do not compensate you for your lost time or late food. They do not solve any of the delivery issues. I will use the other services even though food options are not as great as food panda. Most awful horrible experiences. I’ve deleted their app off my phone but want to warn others of their crap service to customers and lack of responsibility.

No food and no refund. I’ve used Foodpanda successfully in the past and have only had this problem this one time. However, now that I did have this problem, I learnt how horrible the customer support is. 2.5 hours later, they keep saying we will get it to you don’t worry. While the rider has sent msgs on their app saying he’s taken the food but is not going to deliver. They refuse to acknowledge his msgs, keep saying it will be delivered in est time, which expired 1.5 hours ago, refuse to even acknowledge my request to cancel and then close the chat saying they have resolved my issue. Simply ridiculous support with no recourse.

RIDER STOLE MY MONEY AND FOOD. The rider cancelled my order but I didn’t get a refund because he claimed I was “uncontactable” when fact of the matter is that it was the driver who’s uncooperative! The directions to my house as well as the house # are indicated in the notes plus I contacted the rider thru chat and repeatedly gave him the directions. No reply from him and no calls either. I reported it to their support but they refused to refund my money because they’d rather take the word of their lying rider than their customer. I trusted this app and saved my card info to pay for my orders and this is what you’re doing? You refuse to provide a refund? I cannot trust this app anymore THEY ARE A SCAM! Rider would lie and say the customers is uncontactable and just steal your money and food. UNFAIR AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Love this app. I honestly don’t know why all the negative reviews! If it wasn’t for this app I wouldn’t have able to order food for my family in the Philippines. The drivers are also super quick! And the costumer service is amazing! I had a problem where I did not indicated that I wanted non spicy chicken. The costumer service got on it right away and correct the order. Thank you for having this app! I can finally order food for my family across the world!

What a terrible service!. The app simply does not work! We make a $60 order for a special family meal and nothing comes... we later find out the food was delivered to the wrong address and thrown out. We try to contact/chat with someone through the app and go around in circles trying to get our food or a refund, until finally someone agrees to call back. The call comes back hours later when my wife is sleeping (she works remotely on US time from Singapore) and so she misses the call. Now, when she tries to continue the chat the next day she is blocked on the app. The Food Panda people are deliberately controlling the app to take money from people without fixing their mistakes and doing what they are supposed to do: deliver food! We, as a family, will never use the Food Panda again!

Best food delivery platform in Bangladesh.. Foodpanda has the most intriguing food order system in the country. UI in both their app and web Is very simple and easy to use, enhancing the user experience. Their delivery men are also quite professional and knows the neighborhood well. Till now I never had to guide them to my address for delivery; whereas in other competing platforms, I had to guide the delivery man every single time. Just one feedback- bring dark mode in your app, using the current white version sometimes cause eye strain.

Got RIPPED OFF!!!. COMPLETE RIP-OFF…I placed an order for multiple items which came with $32 in delivery and platform fees. This would have been OK if my entire order was delivered…however, only one of the items from my order was delivered because the other items in my order were out of stock. The cost of the one item that was delivered was $39. So I only got a fraction of my order but was charged the full delivery fee. Why would anyone pay $32 in delivery and platform fees for a $39 item?!! I did not get any notification that only a fraction of my order was going to be delivered…so they don’t give you any notifications or the option to cancel your order if there are items out of stock or missing. Think twice before using this app!!!

Improvements needed.. Loved the app before the ridiculous update which has made the entire experience bordering on the terrible. The photos are definitely not photos of the food that the restaurants deliver, the interface has become ya too lengthy after the incorporation of photographs on the main page, the customer service is off the point when being chatted to with the usual reply being *somebody will get in touch with you*!! Improvements necessary to ensure that the app doesn’t lose out on its appeal of ensuring convenient food delivery!

GLITCHY APP!!. I’m using FoodPanda in Myanmar. Although i selected “Current Location” and clicked “order now” after selecting items, it shows “Please Select Location” It works when i uninstall and re-install the app but i can’t be doing that every time i order. It really waste my time. When i reach out to their page on messenger, They always tell me to go stupid live chat which is not easily accessible via application. Live chat should be just right there (BIG BUTTON) and not hidden. Please tell your software developers to fix the glitch when ordering. Also there are no images of food in most restaurants in Myanmar location of FoodPanda. I want to see what food i’m getting and make better decisions not just names. Thank you.

Title says it all. 25% of delivery drivers absolutely hate their job and you cannot report them or do anything about it. These people also have your personal phone number and address. If you get one of these lunatics, you will get them again some time later. Imagine a tantrum throwing man child who knows your address and and contact info and keeps coming to your place at random. This is my experience with foodpanda, and there’s nothing you can do about it apart from stop using foodpanda. Problem is foodpanda has a virtual monopoly, so you have to use it or go out there and risk covid.

Order number: #s5dp-cmyn. Terrible customer service by foodpanda (Subway order). Ordered two foot longs. Got two 6-inches. I had 4 people waiting to eat. Called both rider and subway, for wrong order. They said contact food panda. There is no food panda contact number. Had to spend 10 minutes in order to start a chat with food panda agent on app. Gave him explanation and picture proof of wrong order. He says he’ll see to it, then ends chat and there were no updates for 30 minutes. Whole time 4 people are waiting hungry. Started another chat with foodpanda agent. Gave picture proof and explanation again. He takes 10 minutes to figure out whats going on. As a “generous” offer, he gives me a refund for less than half of the order in form of a voucher (so I have to order again from this trash app). When I ordered again, I had to pay rs400 extra even after using the voucher (tax, “service”, delivery charges). 2.5 hours later, 4 people finally have something to eat with 2x delivery, tax and service fee charges. Their mistake, we pay! Terrible refund policy.

Delivery boys. They have trained little more to navigate address on the net rather than ringing customers 4/5 times for a delivery. Also they must be trained to address their customers by calling sir / madam which is normal practice but they call vai / vai or uncle which is not correct. Day before yesterday my food reached me dead cold from Mad Chicken company and it was wrapped in a paper envelope which was fully wet. By chance the bag was polythene which prevented foods fall off. It was real bad. In delivery food this type of packing never should be used.

Untrustworthy. I have used foodpanda frequently and now I’m really disgusted with them. Two weeks ago I ordered from the restaurant and food panda reported it was on its way here and then about eight minutes out it said it was canceled by the restaurant. I called the restaurant and found out that restaurant does not use foodpanda. It took several emails the food panda before they admitted they made a mistake. Yesterday I ordered from a local restaurant and was given 25 minute delivery time and it was closer to 50 minutes. Today I orderedFrom the restaurant and they said when they were one minute out that it was canceled. Screw you food panda you’re idiots and I hope your company loses a lot of business

Awful services!!!. ❕❕❕ I didn’t receive my order since the rider cannot find my place. But the platform refused to give my money back for the reason that my address is not accurate. What??? I had two other order delivered successfully under the address and when the rider cannot find my place, it became my fault! I have to take all the responsibility! I also talked so many times to the customer services and their representatives, they all give me the same reason for not issuing a refund. They said the store had already give out the food. This is really unacceptable. And the assistants are really hard to communicate with. I hate the platform and will never use it again!

Worst Customer Service Team. I made an order for my friend today, the delivery guy didn’t call and clicked delivered on the app. When my friend went and checked, there was no package for him. I asked for an immediate support and their so-called Live customer service team replied after an hour. And they took another hour just to reply that I cannot get refund under such circumstances whereas I was just asking what happened and where my order went. Under such circumstances? What circumstances? That I made an order but didn’t receive? The customer service team didn’t take accountability nor assisted the customer immediately. I’m gonna uninstall it and switch to Grab and other delivery apps.

Best to good to bad to worst. I used to use foodpanda a lot and I loved it as they were always efficient and got my order to me as quickly as possible with great customer service. As I continue to use foodpanda I noticed that the service got lousy and customer service wasn’t as good as it used to be. Now food panda gives me a headache every time I use it my order has been canceled three times for no reason and I was waiting for that food for more than an hour. I’m only telling you guys this because I really like food panda and I think you guys can improve. I just hate to see this great service go downhill. I hope you take note of my comments and I hope to see a better and improved food panda in the future.

I love it.❤️. It’s completely user friendly and there have more Resturant’s and grocery shop. Everything is completely fine. But try to add NAGAD on Payment system because right now NAGAD is the biggest mobile wallet in Bangladesh even also bKash. You have already added the bKash payment system. If you’ll add the NAGAD and others options on the payment system it’ll be more before and more user friendly. Thanks 😊

Worst food delivery service ever. Do yourself a favour and download Cheetay instead. I’ve been a long time customer of Foodpanda (over 380 orders), But I’ve had enough. Never again will I deal with such rude and unprofessional customer service. Multiple times they’ve completely messed up my order, Cancelled randomly after 1hr of waiting and shown complete lack of responsibility (completely refuse to accept their fault). Cheetay on the other hand, has a far better customer service (with helpline) and much better and smoother delivery. Save yourself the headache of having to deal with the foodpanda customer service (which is chat only).

Good service with a lot of nagware. The service is generally good however they send you tons of needless notifications when you haven’t ordered anything and I really don’t see any way to turn off the nagware. So my workaround is to turn off notifications for the app in the iOS settings and only enable them when I have an order pending. The app developers could easily fix this by adding more controls to their own settings. The only notifications setting they offer in the app is push on/off.

Reliable!. I have used Food Panda numerous times already and so far, the app has never failed me! The delivery was always on time, and if ever there was a delay, it would only be for a few minutes. Tips: • Do not order if you are starving or feeling impatient. The preparation time is unpredictable and sometimes delays will be unavoidable especially during peak hours. • Don't rely on their chat services. It's pretty much useless. • Preparation time usually depends on the restaurant your ordering from. If you ordered from a restaurant with high demand, you'll probably wait a long time 'til your order is prepared. • Only order if you have time to spare and if you can still manage your hunger. Overall based on my experience, Food Panda has surpassed my low expectations and has satisfied me with my orders. From the discounts to the friendly riders, I highly recommend this app!

Cut throat company. They need to consider the riders wages. The company pays too little. They used some excuses like system errors to underpaid the riders. I really hope they sort out the issue asap. Otherwise I will stop ordering from FoodPanda. I will urge other people to do the same as well. While this country is struggling with so many crisis how can the company cut the wages from riders? That’s pure evil. That’s day-light robbery. While you people sitting in air-conditioning room, the riders are delivering under scorching Sun for mere 300 Kyats! What a pathetic company.

So often disappointed. Seems every time I place an order with special instructions, the requirements are ignored. That’s the restaurant’s fault as much as it is Food Panda. But then when you contact FP, they try to beg you off with a 30 baht voucher. If I order a meal and what FP delivers cannot be consumed, I expect a full refund. I should not have to then argue in their chat window for 20 to 30 minutes to get a fair resolution. And I’m left with no dinner either, after well over an hour. And don’t get me started on how long most deliveries take these days, how often the delivery window keeps getting pushed out, how suddenly the rider has to make another stop before delivering my order, how often food arrives cool or cold. Food Panda is a very unreliable vendor.

The food is different in times. So basically I had a family gathering were I had to Take 4 burgers so I decided to order it in foodpanda the day before so I was a little late On ordering so all the burger spots were clearly sed and on the next day I just couldn’t even find the burger in the app on the morning it was so frustrating like if the restaurants were closed then why not atleast show when will they open but still I recommend this app because you can get tasty stuff for a cheap price

Ridiculous Wait Times And Service. Ordered from Pizza Hut through Food Panda and they dragged it for 2 hours which was 4 times the expected time of 30 mins. After continiously stalling for two whole hours they offered a “pity” token to cheer me up. The outlet i choose was 5 mins from where i live in Phase 6, Dha and they used traffic and congestion as a transperent excuse or “lie” as at the end they told me that the problem was on the restaurant’s end as they hadn’t prepared the food. Pathetic. Update: The same deal when ordered directly from the same branch of Pizza Hut arrived in 15 mins.

If you want to eat, look elsewhere. I’m lucky if my order isn’t cancelled on any given day. Until FoodPanda sorts it’s vendor performance, available service times, and terrible customer service, I’ll find food elsewhere. Update: the app has slightly improved, but customer service continues to be a joke. Order at your own risk. Lucky if you get the right order... if you don’t, you may not get a refund. Second update and final before deleting the app: good panda has left my family hungry more times than I can count on both hands, and they NEVER try to correct the problem. It’s a miracle that they are still in business with the offensively bad order fulfillment rate and an even worse customer service.

Been a regular customer until now... What a way to earn your living? They are your partners and treating them riders as you got privileges. How can an office worker understand the pain and suffering of the hard labor? Will never get it even you put yourself in their shoe. Try fullfill the demand of over power customers who sometimes treat them without respect. Shame on your company and what a bully for just getting a few to agree on all your wants.!!!! Myanmar people need an alternative company whose take care of their workers as their life long partners!!!!! Who cherish and listen to their voice and learn the mistakes.!!’ Shame to be using this app as there isn’t alternative. However, I have deleted for Just a start.!!! Hope people will do the same.

This App needs works. I like the Delivery Service. This App is annoying. 2 Major flaw’s that have not been addressed. 1- Random address the app selects each time I open the App. I have a profile with a delivery address, this address has been delivered to 25+ times, But each time I open the app it selects a random nearby address(?). - Why have a profile if it’s not used? If you don’t pay attention the food will be sent to a wrong address. The Pizza, KFC’s app’s don’t behave this way. 2- Previous order. I tend to order the same things. I can see my previous orders but cannot select them for reordering. This feature is available in other food delivery Apps, either as a reorder or being able to save favorites that can be reordered. Having to reenter the order consumes extra time reduces the ease of use and creates a poorer user experience. These are two simple flaws that are a major annoyance and are easily fixed. Fix these two flaws your user experience will be greatly enhanced.

Bad Restaurants Ruin the App. I was able to use the app well when I was in Islamabad. In Lahore, however, my orders are frequently cancelled, including ones where someone calls and confirms that the order will be delivered within a certain time. It is incredibly frustrating to order food and wait, have someone call and confirm your order, wait more, then the deadline passes and you have no food. Then you go into the app and suddenly there’s a cancellation notice. If it was a one time thing, I’d understand. However, this has happened multiple times with multiple restaurants. So there are two problems: bad restaurants, and bad notification. Save yourself the stress. Call out for pizza. They’re pretty good at following through.

Bad Review in Food Delivery. I order my breakfast at local shop around 10 am and waited for 45 mins and I thought it was wrong to wait for so long since I just ordered the easy menu. So, I suspected the delivery process and want to check for the remaining time. I found out that my order was canceled. I haven’t notified by the shop, the app and also the delivery company. I contacted their customer support for the reasons behind the cancellation without the notification. However they still can’t give a clue and they just said they will try to give the support in the future. What’s the customer right & why they can’t give the reason behind cancellation. I was hungry and I waited for nearly one hour for an untrustworthy service.

Worst customer service. Ordered on a daily basis for months. Useful service and great deals. Just don’t order if you’re hungry or risk getting screwed over. I’m based in Malaysia. Recently tried some new restaurants. Turn out to be a self fulfillment services (no indication in the app saying that). Delivery expected to arrive in 2 hours. Reach customer service and manage to cancel that. Second encounter, there’s a promo from Dominos Pizza. 30mins later I got a cancelation notice “due to technical difficulties at the restaurant”. Reached out asking customer service why, same reason given in template. Told them it’s horrible to have restaurants doing this, another template reply. Told him “thank you for being uninterested”, got a reply “sorry you feel that way”. Chat terminated and my account banned.

Have sympathy and empathy to your employee / riders. Food panda monopolized the food delivery service in myanmar and then they reduced the minimum fixed price for the riders. We currently facing the inflation crisis and coup and covid at the same time and food panda doesn’t give a s#it to riders. They have no responsibility for the life insurance of the riders in their working hours , reduced the minimum fixed price of a way to more than half. I don’t want to use this app anymore if they don’t negotiate the fair situation for the riders who really work hard for the food panda. If you are still using it, don’t forget to tip the riders and don’t forget to force the food panda to do the right things . If there’s no consumer using food panda, they are nothing at all.

Many errors in ordering. Have met ordering errors which resulted in cancellation many times after a long waiting time. More than once I received notice that my orders were canceled because the restaurants were busy; Other times I was informed the cancellation without further details. In most of these cases, I got texts after waiting for a while and by then too late to make another plan. The online customer service only checked order status for me but seemed unable to tell me what actually go wrong. I hope this issue will be taken care soon.

Use Uber eats. I am trying to use it in Taiwan as one of the restaurants is on foodpanda only but not Uber eats. Poor app, no map tracking and hard to use. They do not allow US phone number but showed no warning when I register. Uber eats in Taiwan just works as in US. You can track exactly the status and show you where the car is. Well it’s probably not fair to compare foodpanda with ubereats due to their resources. I guess that is how startup in on-demand eco get killed finally. Sorry but I’ll use Ubereats whenever I can.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent support staff. I recently made an order with Foodpanda. The order I received was incorrect which is not foodpanda’s fault And I do not blame them for this. I contacted their support team To try and get a re-delivery. I was told by one person that a redelivery would arrive in 30 to 45 minutes. After waiting this time and hearing nothing I contacted them again to which I was told there was no re-delivery made and that the restaurant I ordered from is now closing so all they can offer me as a refund. I waited 2 1/2 hours with no food and didn’t receive what I asked for. I believe it’s completely ridiculous that I was told that a redelivery would happen and apparently that staff member did not even submit the request. I’m actually curious if I will even receive my refund.

Convenient but poor customer service. App was easy to use and had decent restaurants. I keep having issues with their riders, however, because a few have been blatantly rude to my face. Riders have complained about how far my locations were. They told me I should just buy somewhere closer because they aren’t getting paid enough. They should complain to their management. I have no say in where restaurants choose to cater to nor do I even know where these restaurants are located. Not my fault they agreed to deliver to my house or workplace. Very unprofessional and audacious behavior. This happened in the Philippines. Not sure about other countries. Already deleted the app after 2 years of using it because I am fed up with these impolite, ill-mannered riders.

Fraud, no food, no refund. I have ordered maybe 4 times on foodpanda and only once had an ok experience. The first time the driver never showed, but foodpanda gave me a credit so i gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time was fine. The third time the driver took an hour to deliver the food, with the gps saying he was “almost there” the entire time. Food was cold, I was too tired and hungry to complain. Last time they didn’t deliver my food and refuse to refund. They claim i cancelled the order, which I didn’t. My phone was sitting on the desk while my wife and I worked on a project together. Support has repeatedly refused to contact me. Foodpanda is fraud. If I wanted to deal with police I would file a report. They’re that bad. Hoping apple deletes the app so no one else gets robbed

They Never Refund. Placed an order to KFC through Foodpanda. KFC is claiming they never received the request for the order. I never received my food. After showing it as “Preparing” for 6 hours they finally updated it to “Delivered” inside the app. Does it make sense that a food item will be delivered after 6 hours? Anyway, I had already paid through credit card. There’s no way in your app to lodge a complaint, I’ve reached out to you over messenger and email, only getting automated replies.
