Gps FAIL. Need to get the gps fixed! I cannot be 10 plus miles from where I know I am!!!! Other than the gps fail I haven't needed the other services yet!

Map. The map could work a lot better it likes to pull the menu open trying to go to the left

I can't see the icons for the fish!!. I have to click around until I find the fish I'm looking for. This needs fixing so I can use this when I'm out somewhere. Other than that I like the app. Could be a useful tool when I'm out.

Won’t recognize account. Won’t find my account regardless of info I input. Useless.

Ruined by Ads. This was an excellent app that has been rendered practically useless by obnoxious pop ups. Trying to find your seasons is confusing enough without the constant disruptions. I'll keep the app to report tags but I'll get my info from the website from here on. I hope TWRA at least does something useful with all that ad revenue

Could be better. The “where to hunt” options could be better. For Virginias app, they’ve got it to where you can select what you’re trying to hunt and it suggests the best places. Would be nice to see that here

Still does not work after update. Is this ever going to be fixed? Can’t do anything without it freezing or crashing. So annoying. Temp tags it is until I have signal I guess. *insert dramatic eye rolls*

Nothing works. All pages have load error. Completely useless.

Update. It would be 5 stars if it would update without having to delete it and reload it.

Does not load. The app never opens. Just stuck on the loading screen showing the TWRA logo.

Fishing license does not work.. Get an error for the SSN when trying to purchase fishing license. Is this app supported anymore? Latest update is a year old.

This is just bad design. Just really hard to navigate. Not labeled well at all. I'm pretty tech savvy and it took me a long time to figure out how to buy a basic license. The old app was much better.

Twra. Love the idea of the app, but it’s annoying to have to update the app almost every time I get one the app. It takes a bit for it to update on my phone, it may not do it to everyone but it happens to me almost every time I got on it

Document upload doesn’t work. It allows you to download documents so you can have your hunters, Ed and drivers license, but it will not open them once downloaded

Unable to use check-in. Tried all year to check in a turkey. It always comes up an error in Twra. Then have to go to checking station. Doesn't work from website either

Blows. Wish I never updated. It used to work perfectly now its total crap. Need to go back to how it was. 3 min and you was done not it takes forever and have I mentioned it's total crap

Not user-friendly at all. The only good thing about the app is if you are looking for a boat ramp. If you are bank fishing this app. Useless

🗑🗑. This app is garbage. Not user friendly at all .Twice it hasn’t saved my quota hunts applications that I missed out on an opportunities to hunt .the new style draw blinds are suppose to be easier and give more opportunities for hunting but when the app doesn’t work like it should it makes it worse than before .

Locations pins??. This app was pretty good until the new update. The location pins aren’t there anymore. Which is very handy to find new boat ramps to go to. It uses a different map system also which is very touchy. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Bring back the old version.

Software issues. This new app will not find my account/license information. The check-in station did not have an issue finding my information with the old app.

Not easy to use.. Could be made much more user-friendly. Works well for game check in never had a problem there, but searching for information is as basic as seasons and limits etc. I really struggled with.

Residency Issue. Says I’m not a Tennessee resident even though I gave them my TENNESSEE LICENSE NUMBER, not to mention my social. Then when you press on help it says “press the link” to update my residency status. Of course, it doesn’t even tell you where to find the link (nor do those words yield a link when pressed). Genius! Can government agencies anything right?

Map opens when trying to scroll. As other users have stated, any time you try to scroll to the left on the map, the side menu opens and you can’t move the map at all. Make the opening a menu a button on the bottom and not a scroll

Biggest feature of this version is video ads blocking content!. Woo hoo! I’ve been waiting for an app I use to view hunting and fishing regs to come along that had videos ads popping up blocking me from the contact I use the app for! Finally it’s here! This is utter garbage. This app now forces you to go to their website for the regs and you get bombarded with non-sportsman video ads blocking content. Your hundreds of dollars in license fees and other costs to this agency apparently wasn’t enough. Yet another group of worthless bureaucrats getting their pockets lined a bit perhaps? Hmmmm

Renew registration.. Can’t give this app to much criticism. Half pages load so you can’t renew registration, it crashes constantly, to go to there help area is a joke. It says nothing pulled up but it has an area to print the topic. This is barely good enough to see the season dates.

App not functional. There’s now a fixed banner at the bottom of the app that doesn’t allow you to move forward with license sales or quota hunt applications because it’s in the way.

Worked well, fast efficient.. Easy to use, great app. Completed fishing permit in less than 5 mins.

Quota application won’t continue. Been trying to apply for a quota and when you try to “continue” the application after one has “updated” their choices you can’t “continue” because it’s constantly hidden by the twra presidents name and the websites privacy policy. You can cancel the application it the “continue” is constantly hidden. Maybe someone could flip the buttons since who would want to cancel their application verses continuing their application. Absolutely horrible interface

Service this. The app keeps crashing or not being responsive so I can’t close out those annoying add on suggestions when I am trying to check out fix it

Complete and total piece of crap.. This app is pretty much useless when o can't perform a task as simple as locating a boat ramp without it crashing. I wish I could rate it as 1/4 of a star.

Great idea, but doesn’t work. Can’t purchase a basic liscense. Seems to have lots of issues.

It’s okay. The where to fish function is buggy, you can’t drag the map to the right to look left, without it pulling the map off and opening a side menu. Unfortunate

Could be more user friendly. I love having this app on my phone but it could be more user friendly. It's great for checking in my harvest, but if I have a question about something in the laws it takes my forever to find it!

To many ads. I get advertisement is everywhere but why does it bombard the app with ads. Click on anything and you will see 3 ads before you find what you are looking for. I buy the hats the hard copy cards and donate on top of licenses.

Not bad. Good to use if you don’t want to carry your physical license

New TWRA app on the go. The Hatfield knob tower cam will not load up and work on my iPhone 5s, what’s the problem, never worked since the app was available. It’s not much good if it doesn’t work.

Pop ups. The amount of pop ups makes the app unusable. On my IPad I got 5 pop ups in less than a minute. The pop ups just turned my screen black. It got so aggravating I just closed the app. This wasn’t an issue in the past so I’m assuming greed took the place of customer satisfaction. Leave it to a government agency to fix something that wasn’t broken. When I select the section marked all hunting regulations. Only on my IPad not on my IPhone.

Unusable for license purchase. Asks DOB and SSN information for login to purchase fishing license, then asks for phone number and email... then error-crashes out saying (no joke) "Invalid eye color." While I'm pleased that the TWRA is thoughtful enough to care about my eye color, it is not a question that was asked, and how can it be an invalid color anyway? At any rate, it is non-functional for me to purchase a fishing license, which was the entire point of downloading it.

App is good. I like the regulations at a finger tip and I like the purchasing license when every you want. Wish they would put public land access on maps for each county.

Ads and crash. Trying to read regulations takes you to a page full of ads and videos with the regulations barely visible. Then it crashes, which could just be my phone overloaded with ads. Not worth it to carry your license.

Maps don’t work properly. Trout stocking locations on maps do not open. And boat ramp location map opens but doesn’t show any locations. Even zoomed in to my favorite ramp and no pinned location. Liked the maps better on the old version.

This is ridiculous.. Come on guys. Can u not do better than this. I mean heck. I ordered my license off of the website so when it gets here I won’t really have any need for this app.

I’m old. I know I’m old, but this app is very difficult for me to use simple things like looking up county and hunting date took forever to find

Great hunting app. This app is great for seeing when you can go out in the morning and hunt. I have used this app to help my family and I get out at the right time

Previous version was much better. I am a bank fisherman. This app was one of my favorites, and I used it almost daily to locate potential fishing sites. The new fishing locations map is not user friendly and doesn’t immediately pull up to your current location. This makes it pretty much useless. As for the remaining features, if you intend to either renew a license or identity a catch those are good - but either of those can be done without the app. TWRA needs to bring back the interactive map that was in the previous version. I give this app a 1, because the fish identifier would have some redemptive value if it were functional. Otherwise this is pretty much a useless app; having not used it since it was updated several months ago, and seeing no improvement, I am deleting the app.

Does nothing. There is actually no reason to have this. It doesn't have any unique functions or value. Sorry...deleting it

I can't find the combo hunt and fish on this thing. The only option it gives me is an all species for 98 dollars. I know that's not right. Am I the only one who can't find the yearly license?

Very User Unfriendly. The concept is great but the application leaves a lot to be desired. Finding simple open and closing dates and regulations is a pain. Harvest reporting is relatively easy but looking up exact opening and closing dates is aggravating. Would love to see some improvements on user interface.

Nice app but license function falls short. Regs and other features are nice. But bought a license, and where is it? That's right, it's not in the app. You get a pdf copy via email, that you can't open on the iPhone. Sure would be nice to be able to show the warden your digital license in the app.

Awesome little app. I really enjoy this app. Has a lot to explore from places to hunt/fish to renewing boat/hunting/fishing licenses and fish identification guide. Really impressed. Now I don't have to run to wal mart to renew my licenses. Thanks! Highly recommended to anyone who enjoys the outdoors in tennessee.

Fishing license fail. Will not accept my SS#. What a frustrating waste of time. App support sends you to the TWRA general website, which is of no help.

Beware. Beware when you buy your license you won't get a hard copy in the mail. I bought my sportsmans license this year. Did not put the migratory bird on it and won't let me get a hard copy in the mail. I now have to go to a store and claim lost license and have migratory bird added for an additional $7. This was TWRA's answer from the Nashville office.
