Great help for dog training!. I'm in school to be a dog trainer right now, and this app is very helpful! It makes it easier to understand and read a dog's body language. And it's really cute too!

Must Have for Pet Owners. I work in rescue and have learned so much about reading dogs’ body language from this app. If more people were better equipped to handle their pets with this level of awareness, there would be more pets in homes! So worth it.

Dog Listening. As a professional dog trainer I recommend this app to people all the time. As humans that choose to bring dogs into our lives we should learn as much about what our dogs are saying as possible to improve everyone’s quality of life. This app lets you discover some often overlooked body language that dogs use to communicate with us. The breakdowns of every signal are well explained and the illustrations by Lili Chin are easy to relate to & remember.

Every Dog owner needs this app!. This app is AWESOME!!! Every dog owner should have it. I take care of dogs as a dog walker and I usually can tell when a dog is stressed, but I am not always accurate or sure what is going on. This app takes away the guesswork. I have learned so many things I didn't know before about what a dog is saying through their body language. I even used some of the calming signals to help one of my dogs feel relaxed and it worked! The illustrations are very clear and easy to understand. Everyone who has a dog needs this app for sure. I have already forwarded it to all my clients.

Fabulous addition to understanding canine body language. I love this app! With simplicity and a fabulous sense of humor Dog Decoder provides wonderful guidance in the interpretation of canine body language. Not only does our understanding of canine communication support the dog, it also may go a long way in prevention of injuries inflicted by dogs. Kudos to the creators of this app.

Dog Decoder. Great app. Love the doggie illustrations. The info is "spot" on. Very helpful for training and working with my dog.

Want to like but some issues.. I purchased this app after reading an article by the app author that I that was really helpful. Unfortunately, the app does not load images or descriptions for all of the entries. I’m frustrated that I paid $3.99 and it does not do what it claims to do. Please update the app or refund purchases.

Not much info. The info is all very basic, if you’ve spent even a small amount of time around dogs. Definitely not worth 5 bucks, I got all I needed from it in about 5 minutes.

Dog Decoder. I thought this was going to be a more serious app that might suggest ideas that weren't so basic and obvious. I didn't find it of an;y use at all because none of the descriptions seemed appropriate for my dog. I suppose it has to be very general but who doesn't know that a tail between the legs shows anxiety/fear? If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't purchase this app.

Dog decoder. I thought this app was fabulous now I know what my dogs have been trying to tell me all these years I can actually listen intelligently but I still can't listen as good as they do

Super buggy, keeps freezing/crashing. I have to delete and reinstall the app every time I want to move from one description to the next

Good content but far too glitchy. I’m finding the content useful user-friendly, but the glitches are maddening, bordering on unusable. It won’t let me look at more than one or two poses before glitching - content is slow to refresh, but even if you wait for all the icon images to load on the screen there’s no guarantee that when you click on a body language or greeting option you won’t be faced with a blank screen—one that not only never loads, but doesn’t allow you to return to the menu screen. The only way to select another option is to close the app and reopen it. Every single time you want to select a new option to learn about.

Enjoyable. This app has helped a lot in understanding my dogs. One of my dogs sometimes uses tongue flicks and yawns to indicate calm: she'll get on my lap facing me, make eye contact with me, flick her tongue & yawn, then settle. It would be helpful if after clicking on a picture for details, exiting took me back to where I was instead of to the start.

Great App to teach people and children. 400,000 children are sent to the ER because people don’t recognize the dog’s warning and stress signals. As holistic dog trainer and behaviorist, it’s my priority to help people better communicate with their dog’s. This app is what I recommend to my clients to test their skills and teach their children. The quiz is a great way to learn safely and build a strong family bond with their dog.

Excellent app! Only ONE criticism.... This is a REALLY great resource for getting to know what your dog is communicating through body language. My ONLY complaint: I wish the app wouldn't default back to the top after I exit a pose. This gets annoying when I'm reviewing postures near the end of the list. It should default back to the top of the section you're looking at perhaps? Other than that, I recommend this app.

Love it!. Great app! I am a dog trainer and behaviorist and I am always looking for new tools to help my clients understand their dogs' signals. This is great because I can bring it with me so easily. I love the info and descriptions and the quiz is a great idea too! Thanks you!

Love it, but. Ok I love this app. I am so happy to finally see an app of this kind. I'm a little dog obsessed. That being said I would love to see the quizzes be either longer or have options for longer quizzes. I would also love to see more aggression and what to avoid. Such as whale eye, or freezing. Maybe videos in the future. All in all great and thank you so much for all the information.

Nifty Little App!. I would like to see the quiz developed further, maybe with analysis and levels. But as someone on a journey of learning with an intelligent and sensitive dog, I like it! Good job!

Excellent resource for dog communication!. Anyone who lives with a dog needs to get this app. So helpful and easy to understand. We monkeys really struggle with the beautiful communication from our canine friends so this makes it so much easier! Can’t recommend enough!

Homeopathic scam pusher. Changed and downgraded my review as dog decoder has turned into anti vets pro homeopathic scams and I want no part of them using behaviour education to further those scams. I can no longer trust what they say

Helpful App. The illustrations are very cute and the advice is sound. A couple of points of feedback to the designer: there are a couple of proof-reading errors and the quiz could be more comprehensive.

Not worth it.. The creator of this app is known to steal the intellectual property of other smaller pet care/training businesses. It’s not worth supporting someone who believes that they are entitled to other people’s labour.

I thought why not buy it thinking there would be a whole lot of information as it was $6.15 with tax Yeah i was wrong the tests ask u the same questions just in different patterns the info is something I already knew ... Don't make the same mistake as me unless u really don't know a thing about dogs
