Tina. I’ve been using this app for years! You can keep track every year who you need to buy for; the first you want to get and if you’ve bought it, received it, wrapped or even given it. You can track the budget you want to spend on each person and how much you’ve spent entirely. There’s even a graph on how much you’ve done or have left too do! I couldn’t do Christmas shopping without it anymore!!

A pretty good app. I like that you can see your info on your iPhone & iPad. Thing I would change: - when you give someone the same gift, it assigns the same dollar value for each person. So if you write “gift card” as a gift & write the dollar amount of $50, the app has to list $50 for every other gift card you give, even if you have different dollar amounts. So you have to work around by writing “gift card” in different ways so it sees them as different gifts. Takes more time to input that way.

Santas Little Helper. What a tool for organizing Christmas shopping! I started using it several months ago as I began collecting ideas for gifts. As Christmas is approaching I'm whittling down my lists and starting to shop. Tomorrow I hit the brick and mortar stores with a list of presents organized by store. I especially like that my data is available across multiple devices, giving me freedom to maintain my list without being tethered to any one device. What I would like is a listing of people showing the budget amount and how much I've spent.

Long holiday list? Best app ever. I’ve been using this app for years now. With it, I am able to keep track of separate groups in one holiday period: work gift deadlines, Hanukkah gifts, gifts to ship, Christmas Day gifts and my after Christmas friend exchange. I am also able to quickly see what’s in the different stages: purchased, wrapped, shipped, presented. From year to year, I’m able to transfer the entire list without the tediousness of re-entering each individual recipient. I’m also able to see what I gifted in prior years so I don’t give someone the same thing from the prior year. All this and it keeps track of your budget, money spent and even where you made the purchase. I can’t say enough about this app. One of the best app’s I’ve ever used!!!!

SO helpful. 3rd year using this app!. This is such a great tool for setting and keeping a holiday budget, knowing what gifts you’ve already purchased, and who still needs a gift. I buy gifts over the course of several months and this app helps me remember them all. I like being able to look back over the years to remember what I’ve purchased before, too. 4 Star rating because the add a gift action assumes you’re giving multiple people the same gift so it’s a teeny bit clunky IMHO but that’s a minor issue compared with the appreciation I have for this gift organizing app.

Keeps me organized!. Love this app! This is probably my 4th year using it to keep track of my Christmas Gifts and spending! As an accountant I appreciate that I can set a budget and determine what I spend each year. I can also look back and see what I bought the year before. Love the visual images of all the items I buy. I would recommend this app to keep your spending and gift giving organized. The only negative is the pdf reports don’t tally all people on my list.

Really 3.5 Stars!. Excellent idea. Ok execution. User interface just a tad clunky… but overall a real nice app. Really like being to reference previous years, and really like being able to add gift as an ‘idea’ and then changing status later (for example to ‘purchased’, then ‘wrapped’, etc.). App would easily garner another star if they would add the ability to have different lists besides Christmas… especially ’Birthdays’ or even a custom designation. And while it’s not a big deal, I see no point in having an option to count down to ‘New Years’ in a gift list app. Please add ‘Birthdays’ list option and I will add another star.

Must have gift Organizer. I’ve been using this app for years. Very easy to use. Updates have added helpful features. Easy to sort by status/person/gift. After downloading and trying several gift list apps, I keep coming back to this one. It is la long two features I think would be very helpful, and perhaps this is possible and I just don’t know how to do these things. At the end of the season, I would like to be able to unlink all gifts (but keep all the people) with one swipe or click to start over for the next year. The only way I can find to do this is to go through each individual. Also, I would love to see the option to organize birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc. gifts as well.

My Saving Grace. This app has saved me both time and money. Trying to organize and remember gifts for kids, family, coworkers, etc. felt like juggling feathers in a windstorm before. Finding gifts hidden in the back of the closet that I intended to use, but forgot about; worrying about having one kid feel crushed because the other sibling got more; spending too much over the budget; accidentally giving my dad the same gift two years in a row; these are all things of the past, thanks to this app.

Good, portable list. Nothing particularly fancy, but it gets the job done. I like being able to group the giftees together — Work, our house Christmas Day, Mail out, whatever I choose. Also, with “family share”, I can share the list with my spouse, but my teenaged daughter can have her own separate list. Other Improvements since I started using it, includes being able to come up with a new & different list for different holidays. After Christmas, I copy the entries for “Birthdays” and use it for the rest of the year.

Love it!. Great for gift planning and tracking. I shop all year long for Christmas and birthdays; and this helps me keep track of ideas, sizes, purchases, and what is already wrapped and tucked away. I keep it on my phone so it’s always handy when I’m shopping and find a deal or if I’m browsing and get an idea. There is also a budget tracker field that helps me avoid overbuying for the grandkids, which I may or may not have been guilty of in the past. If you hate last minute shopping with no gift ideas, you need this! When you type in a gift idea from a get together in June, you know you aren’t going to forget come holiday time!

Great App - I use all year - love improvements I’ve the years. I have used this app for years and really appreciate all that the developers and designers have put into it. If you are someone that shops all year for gifting occasions and the holidays it is a must to keep track of what you have and what stage they are in. Since one can ALWAYS improve, even on something that is very good I would suggest two things: 1). Unless I don’t understand, once you take a photo and it gets stored in that tiny space, you can never expand it again. 2). I create a person using their name and the word open for gifts that haven’t been assigned to a gifting event. I would LOVE to have the ability to move gift ideas or anything not presented to the next year. There is no way to carry over un-gifted items. After all the effort to put them in you have to start over the next year with all ungifted items. Thanks guys!

Excellent Gift App!. I’ve tried many gift apps but this one is the best. Enter your people in different categories such as family, friends, etc. Set a budget for each person. Enter the gift, the cost, a pic. Enter purchased, needs to be purchased, Idea, shipping, revived, wrapped or presented. Also a place for notes. It’s easy. I’ve had it two years and there’s not one better that I can find. I got mine on “App Advice”. Used to be “Apps Gone Free”. So I got it free and the pro upgrade free but knowing what I know I’d pay for the upgrade!!

Perfect, Quick & Simple. So great for recording spontaneous gift ideas. If you need something for recording store name, URL we’d site address, reviews, etc, and investing an hour of your time for each entry, then there are other choices out there. This one is simple, does all I need, and is the one I’ve come back to year after year. It’s perfect! Please don’t make it any more complex, but if you must, create a new & different app and leave this one alone. Thank you.

Gift tracking made easy. This app really helps keep track of what you need to buy, what you’ve bought, and even what’s wrapped, etc. With the premium (only 99 cents), you can print your list). It keeps history too with premium. I still had to re-enter the list of names and gifts. I’d like it to start with last years list and let me edit (at least let me pick the names I’ve used from prior year) but it’s easy to use and very helpful.

Super Helpful. I’ve been using this app for years now & it’s served as a very helpful organization tool when it comes to Christmas (or other holidays/birthdays). If I get a spontaneous gift idea, I just pop into the app & jot it down so I don’t forget to (price-shop &...) buy later. Also helps with overall budgeting (keeps me from going too far over), & shows me a visual graphic of how much I’ve spent/how much I’ve got left in budget & overall, what % I have already finished vs. What I still have left to purchase (wrap & give). It’s a pretty simple, clean app, but definitely does the job well!

Handy Tool. I have used this app for a number of years for Christmas list. I like most things about it. I have different categories for my work, my husband’s work, family, friends and gifts my child needs to buy. I love being able to set up ideas during the year as well as tracking the progress of the ideas (purchased, ordered, etc...). The filters could use a little work. You can filter, but as soon as you click on a name for more information you lose the filter. Biggest con - I can’t export the list. I would like to be able to export certain categories (with or without the filters applied) so I can give a hard copy to those who don’t use my app. Another suggestion is the ability to just import last year’s people onto the current year. Overall a good app, but a few improvements would make it great.

Exactly what I needed to keep track of my holiday shopping. I love this app for holiday shopping. This is my third year using it and I have no complaints. Some ideas for an even better app would be to allow people to share lists together across phones. Also, it would be cool to tell it what my total gift budget is and have it suggest an amount per person. Last, it would be nice to be able to edit the budget for multiple people at once, like by group, instead of having to edit each one.

Keeps me organized. I’ve been using this app for several years and find it very useful. It keeps me organized not just with my gift ideas but also helps me to keep track of my costs. A few cons: it would be nice to be able to transfer my gift ideas from one year to the next and not have to retype them in each time. And to have several gift lists i.e. one for Christmas, one for birthdays, one for special occasions, etc.

Useful but not intuitive. I was using another gift tracking app that is no longer available, so I switched to this one. I tried the free version first and liked it, so paid for the full app. It allows me to add pictures of the people on my gift list, and has space for gift, where purchased, and cost, and it has a little “budget” bar that shows where you are on your spending budget for each person. Overall, it’s quite nice, but it isn’t as easy to add gifts, and it has a section that lists gifts bought without showing who it was bought for that I don’t like when it defaults over to it, and I wish it were easier to show when the gifts are ordered, purchased, and wrapped. You can show this on the app, but it just isn’t easy or intuitive to find. I’ll like a little check box or a button or something. Or a little wrapped gift icon! So it’s okay, but next year I might look for something different.

Organized and not over spending!. I love this app! This is Christmas #3 using it and it keeps me organized. Now I use it all year long and am able stay within a budget. I would always overspend before. I’ve tried other apps and this is the best! My only suggestions- I’d like the option of a check mark over the image of the people on my list. Between family, friends, and co-workers there are probably 40 people on my Christmas list. When I open the list a red check would help me quickly see who is done and who I still needs a gift. I could clear the checks when shopping is done and then use them again when digging everything out from hiding places and wrapping. My other suggestion would be a place for a gift closet where you can list things you have on hand for gift emergencies. Honestly though, that’s it. This app is pretty perfect!

Great app - love that you can use it year to year. This is my third year using this app and it does what it says it will do in an efficient way and is quite helpful. Probably the most helpful feature is being able to pull over your list from years prior. I name each person with the person the gift is coming from in parentheses so that I can cover multiple gifts to one person from family members whose budgets come from my wallet. I.E. what my kids are giving to my husband, what I’m giving to my husband, plus what my kids are giving to him for his birthday (which falls right next to Christmas) and what I’m giving him for his birthday. Nice to have it all in one spot.

Decent but missing some options. My main complaint is not having the gifts be individual to a person. If I buy two people basically the same thing, shirt for example, without naming them different you can't give one a different price or if you need to delete an item it will delete that item from everyone's list. I also wish that the icons changed, there is no difference between saying you purchased, received, wrapped or presented a gift. So if I purchased or received something it checks it off as having it but in theory I'm not done because it's not wrapped. They want you to use the sorting list to figure it out but the gift sorting list freezes. I also wish it would auto capitalize words but that's a personal pet peeve.

I really like this app!. I love everything about this app. I like that it keeps an accounting of gifts and places and costs for me over the years. My only complaint is that the photo I take to show the gift won’t expand and the box is to small to see what I bought, I mean that is why I take the photo so I can see it and remember. Otherwise I think it’s done really well. I bought the pro version and will continue using it. I wish they would fix the photo issue thought.

At my fingertips. A great way to keep track of all the people I need to buy for. Allows me to budget and keep track of those gifts I buy when the moment strikes (like in July). Only wish you could duplicate previous year with people still in their group with their budget still in place. It would be ok to remove the gifts but it's tedious to add people’s budgets again. Would love to see a category for "ordered" (in addition to purchased) for those online orders. Love that I can password protect it to keep prying eyes out 😊. Overall this app has been a great planning, organization tool!!

First time using it, would like to see some fine tuning. Overall, I think this is a good product. It's nice to have a place to organize my shopping list, keep track of purchases, etc. We tried doing family sync, but it did not work. It may be due to the fact that I had her buy it after I bought it, but we then deleted it, purchased it through my account, and the data was still not synced in her version. I contacted customer support, but their suggestions did not allow my wife and I to share the lists on our respective devices. It would be much better if there was an in-app feature where sharing could be set up with other devices from a master user, rather than having to use family sync through our Apple devices. I don't want to share all of my wife's apps, just this one. My wife also thinks it would be nice to have a way to mark someone as done on the list. Maybe a way to darken their listing or "highlight" through it. One of people's favorite things to do is check-off their lists, and this would provide an opportunity for that. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

Could use a little more features/functionality. I purchased this app for the upgrade after liking the functionality of the light version. I have use the Gift Plan app for years but this one has a little more functionality and ease of use. This app is aesthetically pleasing and it works well on the iPhone eight...have not experienced any crashing to date and have used it heavily for approximately four days. To the developer, I would suggest the ability to scan receipts within each gift. It would be nice to be able to enter the details of a new gift and take a picture at the same time, rather than to hit the done button after entering gift detail then go back into the gift to retake the picture...almost seems like a glitch. Otherwise a pretty useful app. that I will enjoy using. Thank you

Christmas Countdown. I like this app - this is my 2nd or 3rd year with it, but I will go with another app next year if there isn't a few improvements. 1) I want the ability to delete a gift without having to delete the entire list and start from scratch. 2) I need the list to roll over year to year so I don't have to enter ALL of my people and pictures AGAIN. (I like the picture feature) and 3) I would like to ARCHIVE my lists from year to year, so I don't duplicate gifts. Some people are hard to shop for, so it helps if I can see what I have bought in the past so I can try to be creative rather than get stuck in a rut.

So helpful. I’ve used this app for 3 christmases and I can’t imagine gifting without it. It’s so easy to track gifts and spending. I buy throughout the year so this helps me keep track of my progress and the budget. I also like that I can jot down gift ideas as I have them. It would be nice if I could pull up a master list of items I still need to buy. Currently you have to go into each individual person. Or if it is a feature, I haven’t found it yet.

LOVE this app!. I wrote this a few years ago and I’m still using this app for Christmas. Unfortunately, the two suggestions I had have not been added that I can see. It would also be WONDERFUL if they added a “Birthday” and “Misc” list to keep all gift purchases in one app. Just purchased the Pro version of this app and it is absolutely worth the $1.99! Very easy to set up with just a little confusion on adding a generic gift like ‘cash’. I give various gifts of cash and needed to make a different gift for each amount. I love the way you can see your list in a number of ways and also like knowing right away what you’ve purchased and what is still left to do. Two requests to the developers: 1) allow me to order names under each group, i.e. I like to put family members together and the app will only sort them by first name alphabetically. 2). In the progress chart, let us tap on one of the categories and see what that number represents, i.e. 6 No gift purchased....who are they? Aside from these suggestions I am in love with this app! Oh, did I mention in the Pro version it will sync between devices????? The best.

Great!!!!. This app is totally user friendly and really gets you organized. I have 47 people to buy for and many family members where we buy multiple small gifts. I love the dashboard and countdown clock and the ability to track everything. Awesome! If you keep track of your Christmas gift purchases- it doesn't get better than this app. Seriously, it's so simple to use and so helpful! Also, I had a technical issue and the the developer support was amazing!

The Christmas Gift List. This a great holiday management application that allows you to create gifts lists from scratch or import them from your contacts of the free version in case you are upgrading to the premium version. The app backs up data to iCloud so all devices can be used for your gift planning as well. The app includes not just you marking down the gift recipient's name but categorizing the people included by family, friends or other. The amount of the gift as well as personal notes for that person can be recorded as well. The app even goes as far as allowing you to archive gifts from years back and marking the status of the gift such as if it is just purchased or if it needs to be packaged, presented and shipped. The design is somewhat basic and nothing special but the interface is easy to navigate and add data to. The app has also little ancillary features which bring some personality such as the ability to add photos for people and their gifts as well as countdown clock to Christmas or New Year's.

Great app!. This app is wonderful! I have used it for five years now. It helps me to keep track of all my Christmas gifts. You can keep track of each gift from idea to presentation! And as absent minded as I am I don’t know how I ever did without it. You can even look at what gift you’ve given in the past so that you don’t give someone the same thing two years in a row. This app is invaluable!

Very easy to use!. I really like this app! It allows you to categorize your list, put in an amount that you wish to spend, and then how much you have spent to keep you within your budget. In addition, it allows for ideas, when the gift is purchased, wrapped, and delivered so you do not forget any step. It keeps me organized for family friends and work!

Mostly love it...with a few notes.. This app is my seasonal go to. I put it on my home screen every Christmas season. I would love to see a "compare side by side" feature where you could select two or three names and it show how many total gifts you have per child, and how much money you've spent on each one. We try to keep things as even as we can, and it would make a great addition to the app if it had such a feature. Overall, this app rocks and I highly recommend it!

Love it!!!!!. I started using the free app last Christmas. It helped me tremendously! I have many gifts to purchase and found the various tracking phases (from an idea to purchase to having wrapped it and presented the gift) very helpful! This year I upgraded to pro so I can import last years list of people and I can look back and see what was given each year. I also really appreciated tracking the amount of spending. The app is user-friendly and I highly recommend it!

Great App. I have been using this app since it was available. I love all the features it has. There are a few thing that would make it perfect. First, it would be great to be able to make a list of stores to choose from instead of always having to type it in every time or have it recognize what store it is so you can tap on the store anywhere in the app. Second, it would be great to have a section to make groups for family members to make adding names easier. Third, it would be nice to have a "wish list" area for gift ideas through the year. Fourth, it needs a place to track stocking stuffer things so I can remember what I bought to make sure I spend fairly. Lastly, I have an iPhone 7plus and I can't view the whole page when looking at the progress. I can only see the graph and can't rotate the app to see the information. I have to use my iPad to view the entire progress page which is not helpful when I'm in a store. I'm playing around with some new apps to see if they are more user friendly.

Favorite Christmas list app. I have been using this app for almost 4 years now and it is great! I use it every Christmas to keep all my Christmas ideas and purchases here. It helps me stay organized. It also helps me remember what people say through out the year that they want toe need. If I hear someone on my list say "oh that's so cute I want one of those" I'll hurry up and act like I'm texting, but really I'm opening the app and marking that down under that persons name. Awesome app! Recommend to all my friends and family!

Keeps me organized.. I really like using this app. It keeps me organized because I always forget gift ideas and what I bought and for whom. It has saved me from over buying because it reminds me of what I have purchased so far and it keeps me within budget. The only thing I REALLY wish it had was the capability of shading or crossing a person off the list when completely done shopping and wrapping for them, that way I can clearly see who is left on my list and have a sense of accomplishment as the list diminishes.

GREAT APP! (+ suggestions). I really love this app! As someone who likes to stay super organized, this helps tremendously. I do wish it was updated more often though… The future suggestions I’d like to see are: - a small completion bar next to each name on the main PEOPLE screen, that way we can see the progress for each person… - the ability to click on each picture for the gifts already added…we should be able to enlarge the pics for quick reference. Now we can “take a photo” or “add from library”, but no way to click on a pic we’ve already added - a checked off section perhaps? Once we buy a gift from our list…it should move down or out of the gift list… - DEFINITELY a links section. It would be nice to click on a gift’s link to open a safari webpage… Anyway, great app with immense potential but idk if the developers are that invested in making it better. I bought the pro version, and happy to pay extra for more features.

Game changer & permanent part of my holiday shopping.. Used this app for over 5 years. Love love love it!! Before this app,I’d accidentally buy multiple gifts for one niece and complete forget buy anything for my nephew, embarrassing 🤦🏾‍♀️. I have 3 siblings and multiple kids ,and my husband’s side is the same. I can easily keep it all in one place so I know person I need to buy a gift, what gifts I’ve already bought, and more importantly, how much I’ve spent. While it’s not exact, since it a manual input, it helps to see how much you spent in total and on each person . Snap a picture in the app and it stays on the app in the cloud for years. You can move gifts from one person to another or save unassigned gift and decided later. Best of all it saves your previous years list of people and gifts (and photos) so you can see what you bought that person last year. I only use it once a year at Christmas but its a life saver. Worth it for the paid version because I think that’s how you can save years.

Good app but.... For the most part the app works great for its purpose. But I have two issues: one I was not able to upgrade my lite version and archive last years list & gifts, which is why I upgraded in the first place. Second, I have a suggested feature that, I think, will make this more user friendly. There needs to be an option to mark out or highlight people’s names once you are completely done with them or move them to the bottom as completed. Yes I know you can choose to sort them OUT but I like to see them all at once and see who’s done and who is not on same page. Just my two cents worth.

Great app to help gift organization!. I love this app! Have used it for about 3 years now. It really helps me stay organized and within my budget. Love being able to create different categories like Christmas and birthday but would be easier if could use same names within different categories. Have to add something to names to do that now. Also would be nice to have progress show separately for categories to give a more accurate picture of budget and progress for each category. That’s the only reason I didn’t rate it a 5.

Perfect for big families & Pre planners!. I have 5 daughters, 9 grandchildren, & a great grand baby coming soon...so I start shopping for Christmas as soon as Christmas ends. This app is PERFECT! It is amazing at not only helping me track what I have already purchased (so I know to look for where it’s been hidden for 6+ months), it also helps me track the number of gifts to prevent perceptions of favoritism. Also of importance, it is curbing my overspending. The minor fee for the upgrade is well worth it to me so I may look back to see what I purchased in previous years. I have tried a number of gift tracking apps and this one met my OCD requirements. Well done!

Organize your Christmas shopping.. We are retirees living on our social security. We don’t have a lot of money but have a large immediate family and love them all dearly. For Christmas and birthdays we set a budget and try to stay within it for everyone. This app makes that job so easy. We know exactly what we’ve spent on everyone and who we need to be shopping for. The free version is great but we upgraded to the ‘Pro’ version and it’s worth every penny.

4 stars because this is my first year. This has been great this year. I went for the paid version because I did not want to deal with the ads. I love being able to categorize and how I can put in information and stores. It tells me my budget and gives me so much information and yeah I can also make it work for me personally. My only question is whether or not I can copy the people in to next year and not lose this year‘s information so that I have a running record of what I gave this year so that I don’t duplicate gifts. That has been a problem in other similar apps.

Lovin’ it!!! Great App!. Update::This is my 3rd or 4th year of using this app and it is so helpful to me!! What did i buy? What is wrapped? Shipped? Its wonderful! Thank you! Oh man I upgraded to premium so i can go back and forth from phone and iPad. So if I’m out and get an idea I can put it In. Was worth $1.99!!! Plus it will store my previous years names!!! How awesome!!! Plus I can mark if it’s an idea, I want to get it, purchased it, wrapped it, shipped it, etc! Sooo lovin this!

LOVE. I love this app!!! I’ve used it for the last 5+ years. It helps me keep track of my budget, monitor my progress toward finishing my Christmas shopping, note the status of gifts (purchased/wrapped/etc.) and, when the year is over, I can archive everything and/or download a PDF showing what I purchased for the year. I also love that it can be password protected and that I can enable iCloud so that my data can sync across my devices. It even has a cute Christmas countdown so that I always know exactly how many days I have left. I’ve used other gift tracking apps in the past but this one is by far my favorite!!

Really helpful. I used this app during Christmas and it was great! But a couple changes would make it even better. I can move people from one to the next but not gifts. Please change that. I get my kids a few things that are the same every year. (Like lotion). Plus, I put lots of ideas down but didn’t purchase all the ideas. I would love to move those to the next year easily instead of manually. I might buy those gift ideas the next Christmas or another holiday/birthday throughout the year. Also, I’d like to be able to switch years on people. For example, I bought some small appliances for folks and I’d like to switch on their profile to see past gifts so I don’t buy it again.

Stress-free Christmas. This app is the bomb-diggity. Seriously. Love how easy it is to keep track of gifts and ideas and status of package and each person. Love the visual budget as well. Several other reviews said the same thing but wish it was easier to switch gifts between people. Like if you change your mind and want to a gift to go to someone else, I felt like it was difficult to make that adjustment. Would love to see a birthday section added!! I have a lot of winter birthdays and during Nov/Dec, I'm just buying like crazy to keep up!

Password function not working. Hi I purchased this app as it said it had the password function as my children use my phone and I don't won't them looking at what I plan to buy them. The password only works after turning phone off completely. Once you put the password in once and then leave the app the password is then not required when returning to the app soon after so I am unable to use this app as it is pointless to use if you need to completely turn your phone off and on each time you want to use the app. If you do not power off you phone after using it once it is then NOT password protected. Very disappointed in spending money on this app!

Basic functionality. An ok app, let’s you record a list, but lacks any useful functionality. Eg using the same shop for tulle pupated, adding different groups

Used the app for 2016 Christmas list with no probs, but since creating one for 2017 a few months back, every time I load the app it goes back to my 2016 list and I have to go back in and load my 2017 again. Every. Single. Time. Would be much easier if it loaded on the same list where I left off, or at least at a list of the different events to choose from.

Such a handy app!. This truly takes the chaos out of Christmas for me with the family. I know who wants what, who is getting what, what I need to buy, what’s purchased and what’s on layby and it tracks my spending! Thank goodness for apps like this

Keeping Focussed at Chaos Time. This little app has been an enormous help to keep me focussed on what and who I was buying for. Usually as Christmas draws near I buy additional presents because I can’t remember if I have everyone covered and my budget gets blown out of the water. I upgraded the app last year so I can have an archive of what presents I gave who - love it! As I buy presents for Christmas all year around this is so helpful to keep track of what’s been bought and what I’ve spent.

Third year running!. Started off with the free version for two years and have just upgraded to the paid! Love it! Now if only it could directly link with popular online shopping sites like eBay etc

Won’t sync with other devices. Have tried to sync with iCloud but will not, I am waiting for a reply from the app manager but none as yet

Great app for Christmas budget tracking. Very happy with the app, I’ve tried a lot of others and this is the best so far. I only have a loading issue once and a while where it gets stuck on the main page and I have to reboot, otherwise it is wonderful and recommend

Does the basics well, but not much more. Does the basics, but needs more sort, group by options, ie show gifts by person, not store. Would also be good if could export lists to a file to print out etc, and sort gifts under people view, manually or by a function, ie price, status, and show gift image.

Very Detailed!. Excellent app. Easy to import from contacts to populate list or can add individually. Options to organise lists by people or gifts. Gifts also grouped by shop. Like the visual budget chart. Plenty of details able to be added and it also remembers what gifts you've added previously so you don't have retype them if buying the same gift for multiple people. Being able to sync across devices also wonderful. Very well thought out and importantly, being kept up to date so it keeps working well! Very impressed!

Handy app. Really handy app to help you plan for the holiday season. Would love to see "To make" and "Made" categories added as there are some gifts I bake and/or make. Slight issue - I find the passcode isn't required every time I open the app. I find that annolying because I never know when the kids will grab my device and I don't want them to know about their gifts!

Helpful. I used this season and found it very helpful. The only thing I would change is being able to change the $ amount under different names. Example Amazon Gift Card will be the same dollar amount under each persons name. If you change one it changes then all.

Highly recommend. This is the 3rd year of leaning on this app to help reduce Christmas stress. It is now a tradition! If you stick with it, once over the learning curve it is well worth it. One thing I really appreciate is the ability to duplicate the previous list of people to create a new list for the next year. Also, I can keep track of things ordered online. So more efficient than my old paper lists that got crumpled & lost.

Used to love, but no more. I used this app last Christmas,2015 and loved it. Was using it this year and decided to make it password protected, it allowed me to put 4 letters as a password and initially I was not having any problems, then today, October 20th, I tried entering my code but it would not allow me to enter any letters, only numeric. Therefore it has locked me out with no way to contact anyone to find out why. I've tried to delete the app and reinstall it to no avail. Not a happy Christmas shopper :(

Easy to use. Almost has it all.... I love keeping organised for the holidays and this app almost has it all. I wish there was a long hold option to re-arrange the order of gifts/people. Also, i have yet to find out how to access archived years or if that is possible... very happy. Worth the few dollars for the paid version!

Good app as long as you input. The app was good to keep track of things. But I wish you could have last year’s gifts stored but off the main screen. So if I bought Aunt Martha a sweater last year ... and I go to buy one this year an alarm comes up to remind me I bought that for her already

Very handy. I love the features of this app. The only thing I have found that isn't user friendly is it won't let the same gift be added to more than one persons name. ie. Buying an "iTunes card" for more than one person. You have to call them something different for each person.

Essential gifting app!. This app is essential to keep gifting on budget, keep track of what you’ve purchased (especially if you tend to shop in advance of the holiday or throughout the year) AND keeps several years of gifting so you don’t make the mistake of gifting the same thing twice (unless that’s what you want to do).

Best gift giving app!!. I have been using this app for the past 3-4 years. It has made keeping gift giving ideas and purchasing gifts so easy. I have been able to keep track of how much I have spent on each person on my list and what I got them. Such a help during this time of year!!

Finally a way to stay organized!. I love this app. It keeps me organized, and within budget on my holiday shopping. Being able to import people is a time saver, and you can see what you bought for them in previous years. My only suggestion if possible is, to link stores with this app so shipping etc could be included.

So helpful. 2022- cannot handle Christmas gifting without this app. This year is crazy but Gift List keeps everything nice and neat. 2019 - another year with this app and another year of happiness. Couldn’t do Christmas without it! 2016-I've used this for the last few years to help me keep track of what I bought , how much I have spent, and where presents are going. Christmas Lifesaver!. I have 6 kids, a big extended family, and lots of friends to buy for and this is the only way I can keep everything straight! I have used it for 3 years now and love it! Purchased version isn’t that different.... I’ve used the LITE version for years and this year decided to upgrade. I spent the extra dollars and got the purchased version. It still doesn’t sync to my other devices, nor can I edit the info once entered, among other issues. I have researched how to use the App and cannot find much help on the update. Overall, I’d stay with the LITE version and save a few dollars. But that’s just me.

Awesome app until….. I have used this app for several years. I love how it tracks from year to year and the ease of use. However I recently lost my most recent two years’ data when I tried to use the app on my ipad as well as my phone. I wouldn’t mind losing 2020 so much but I lost everything for this year too. Any way to retrieve that information?

Worth the Pro. I’ve used this app for years and last year purchased the Pro. For a couple of $ it’s worth not having to add everyone back in and some repeating gifts. I don’t use all of the “purchased/planned” options, but It’s great to know what I have bought, shipped and received. Plus budgeting or at least knowing what I’ve spent is huge.

Sharing doesn’t seem to work. My wife upgraded from the free version and I downloaded the app and also purchased the pro version so we could share list together and it’s not sharing. We have our accounts linked but no info is transferred. She loved the app before we bought pro. I guess we’ll go back to the free option of sharing notes instead of using this and I guess consider our purchase a Christmas donation to your company even though I’d prefer to have the dollar back.

Fantastic. I’ve been using the app for about 3 years. I use it all year long to keep track of ideas I have for people and can mark them off when purchased. I can even add pictures of people and transfer from year to year. It’s been incredibly helpful!

Use it every year!. I love this app! I use it every year to keep track of what I’ve purchased and for which person. I can put ideas on the list. I can see how much I’ve spent. It helps me stay within budget. I love that I can copy the names from the previous year to the current year.

Needs tweaking. First I am having to use the 2017 list for my 2018 gift list. Otherwise I have to re-insert all the names again of my family. When I click on 2018 everything disappears and needs to be started over. Also I should be able to set my own defaults. Every time I buy a gift I have to change it to purchased because their default is “need to buy“. Otherwise it’s a pretty good app.

Very helpful. I've used this app for 3 years now. Was happy to upgrade to paid version and now I can track gifts year after year. An important improvement, however, would be the feature where the total inputted gift budget could have a countdown to $0 as purchases are made

Best App Out There. I have been using this app for about 10 years. I buy most of my presents during the year so it helps keep track of what I buy or I would forget. I use it diligently and would be at loss without it. I wish it would bring over the names into the new year so I wouldn’t have to manually enter them.

Great App with some add-ons needed. I'm really enjoying this app. It tracks your spending and totals the whole amounts. What I like to add, besides names if to enter date of birth, so I can know the age that I'll be getting. Also, to allow to take a snap shot of the present and store it to the person receiving. That way I won't have to go back and figure out who's getting what. That's all

Great App. This app took the place of the simple database I used to use to keep track of gifts. It does the math for me. You also only have to enter a gift once, and then you can just choose that gift again if you are giving the same gift to another person. I haven’t had any problems with the app at all. Update 2022: I’m still using this app. It works. :)

Love this Holiday App. I have been using this app for many years and love that it stores previous years’ lists. The many features allow the user to track budget, people, gifts, etc. and when bought, boxed, wrapped, etc. which makes life so much easier during the busy holiday season.

Nice little app. I found this app comes in pretty handy. You can organize by person by gift etc. I also like how it keeps track of what I’ve given people in previous years. Occasionally, I feel like you have to go through a couple screens to tie a package with the person,but overall it’s very easy.

Great, but development is slow. This app is better than any other for managing Christmas gift lists. I’ve been using it for 5 years and I love it. I hope it will soon be updated for the new iPhone X screen and Face ID. It would also be very helpful if you could put in a description like “making” or “in progress” for hand made gifts. The whole app could also a makeover sometime soon as well, it’s starting to look a bit dated. But functionally I love it.

Fun and accurate. I have been using Gift List app for 3 years now. It's fun to take pic of the items when they come in and either hide in the closet or go ahead and wrap them. Gift List does all the work, it even keeps the info from year to year. That way you can look back and see who received what so you won't make an embarrassing error of giving the same person the same thing again.

Pretty decent app. I like the ease with witch this app allows me to update and track my gifts each year. I’ve used this for a while and will use it again this year. My only suggestion is for the developers to add a birthdate field to the recipients and an age field for the gift. This way when shopping for kids it is a lot easier to track age appropriate gifts.

Love it with one feature wish. I have use this app for several years to keep my Christmas giving organized. There is one feature I’d love to have and that’s the ability to add gifts from other years in the same way that you can add people from other years. There are some people for whom I keep a running list of gift ideas that carries over from year to year. And, there are some handmade gifts that repeat from year to year. But overall it’s a great app!

Perfect. I've been using this app for 4 to 5 years to manage my Christmas spending and gift tracking. It's worked perfectly every year and was completely worth the small fee for the full version. archiving issue. I like this app overall; it’s the second year I’ve used it. it wasn’t readily apparent how to archive last year’s data. Customer service was very prompt and sent me detailed directions, which I followed, and allowed me to go on to work on this year’s list. I have been working on this year’s list with no issues, but I just tried to check something from last year and there is no data there at all for 2017.

Great gift tracking App. I have used this App for a few years. It is the best one I have found so far. I like that I can copy people from year to year. I would like to be able to toggle from year to year more easily but at least the data is available. It is easy to organize my gift list by groups of people also.

Need to be able to create categories for your people. Yes there are categories for people (pre-programmed-coworkers, family, friends)but I'd like to be able to add my own. With as big of a family as I have I'd like to separate people within their family. I'd creatE a category for the families last name. That would help me to organize and make sure I don't skip anyone. Other than that this is a great app. I love the budget feature and the tracking features.

Keeping me organized. I’ve been using the free version for years and love it. I usually keep a spreadsheet at home with my extensive holiday list. Then I forget to print the spreadsheet, misplace it, don’t update it, etc. Now I always have it on my phone when I need it. Glad I finally spent the nominal upgrade fee, because I can save multiple years and easily transfer people from year to year.

Best Christmas Present Organizer!. I have used this app the last two Christmas seasons. During the summer when I find that “perfect” gift, I can add it to the app. I even add in Notes where I “hid” the gift until the holidays. I feel more organized and ready for Christmas. Stop over buying or forgetting someone on your list with Gift List.

Love it. This is the fourth Christmas I have used this app. When you start a new year it allows you to import your previous years people list and you are able to look back to previous years so that you are not gifting the same items you have in the past. Only negative is that you can’t delete a gift ( at least that I can figure out) if you put it in error.

Beyond helpful. I have a large family and this tool has helped keep me very organized. I can add things throughout the year so I remember at the holidays. I love that you can keep your data from previous years. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I have yet to figure out the cloud aspect so I can share it.

Nice App. The app helps me stay on track with what I have purchased or need to purchase. I love that it syncs to the cloud so I can use on my iPad at home but have access to it when I am out shopping on my phone. The only thing I wish it had was a way to mark people complete when you have everything purchased for them so you can quickly see who you still need to buy for!

Perfect way to stay ontop of things at Xmas!. I've been using this app for two years now and love it! It keeps me organized and helps me not feel buried under a mountain of responsibilities for gift giving. I like that you can store each year's gift giving record, but I wish the individuals' pictures would follow through to the next year's list. That would streamline the process even more.
