Call drops frequently in iOS 8 beta, alert message!. It happened when I updated my iPhone to iOS 8 beta. Call drops every time I make an international call. I get the an alert message saying “We’ve encountered a problem while connecting your call. Please try again later”. I tried many times in different days and it’s still not resolved. I’ve contacted the customer service and will see if they fix it. Update: The recent update fixed some issues but the call drops when you multitask.

I love it!. This apps get me connected with my folks back home whenever I need and at cheaper rate! Even allow me to charge phone cards for my wife when I'm offshore using the site. Right now, I'm using more this app than skype! As said, love it!

Works great. Seems to work well with my enjoy prepaid emerald plan. Initially timed out when I attempted to login, but went through the second time over. I am not experiencing the issues reported by the other reviewers. One thing to make sure of is that you are not logged into your NobelCom accounts on any other devices or apps when attempting to log into this app.

Works well!. I am a long-term Nobel customer and was very happy with their PC-2 app on my laptop until it stopped working and Nobel lost interest in supporting it. I then installed the IPad app which works well. I have no issues with it. I just wish that they would fix PC2 so that I can also use it ....

10% connection success. Probably the worst app ever downloaded. Despite an energetic attempt on my part to get connection issues resolved I've been told that the only way to correct this piece of crap is to delete and reinstall every time I want a successful connection. There is no rhyme or reason to the inability to connect but fully 90% of the time I'm told my account doesnt have a balance. Even given the chance to rate a call fails. They wont refund my balance either, insisting that there is nothing wring with the software. Ugh.

Ahhhhmazing. Quality call service and beyond excellent customer service!! I would definitely recommend Noblecom for any calls abroad. Great rates and very easy to reload call balances.

4.8 stars. It works quite well and allows me to use wifi when I want to avoid cellular. I took off one fifth of a star because I have to tell it to use my calling card each time I log in. It defaults to buying credit in the app directly . Small issue relatively speaking

Ok. The calls are very affordable. However, many times I have to call 2 or 3 times until it works . The system doesn't recognize the PIN number ... And the PIN number is saved on the system

Useless calling app. Do not waste your money on this app. I’m constantly having to get in contact with customer service because they keep on dropping calls. Most of the time I can’t even connect. And often times the customer service takes a really long time to get back to you. Take my advice and please use your money elsewhere or else you’ll end up having a headache.

Don’t waste your money. I only used this card because my 83 year old aunt refuses to use a smart phone. Do not buy it. It is useless. It never completes my calls and customer service is horrible

Great app!. I've loved the ease of this app and the quality of the Nobel service. I recommend it to everyone I know who needs to call out of the country. The only problem I had with it was setting it up to use for the first time; I had to call customer service and they told me I had to select a different credit source than was showing up, and it wasn't intuitive that you needed to do it or how to do it. Now before every call I always have to select that one or my call won't go through, even though it shows that my default should be the correct one with credits.

App is OK but customer service is great!. I have been using the service to call Mexico and I had a lot of trouble connecting. Customer service was reliable on getting the technical staff to fix the problem. Still drops calls and still getting the can't connect now message but have been able to get through regularly. Easy to add more time and the calling plan bills by the second which is great!

Money transfer. I sent some money on the app yesterday for the first time and the recipient still has not received it, and I cannot find anywhere to track it

Frustrating. The app doesn’t do what it should. Adding money for use in calling is extremely slow. And I can only add one amount. Nolelcom does not recognize the free bonus minutes awarded when I downloaded the app. Nor will it allow me to add “deals” to the same account I linked during the initial set up. I used “deals” once And now I can’t refill using the same process. All of this is extraordinarily frustrating. I hope some of this problems can be quickly addressed.

Outstanding Quality!!. We hit the jackpot when we found this app. We had looked into various calling cards but none were as easy to use as Nobel. The calls to the USA sound like we are next door and not halfway around the world!

Love it but...... Great app. It has a major issue though. It times out unless you have to constantly touch it. When the iPhone goes to sleep, so the app. I already called support but respond. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

Horrible!. They’ve removed the number pad making the entire app useless

Once my balance is over will uninstall it. 2 stars for design and aesthetics but, at least for me, does not work as promised: dropped calls, as soon as another call comes in will cut my conversation, Bluetooth will not connect while using app, poor sound quality.

Good app for Nobel com users. If you are a regular user of novel com calling cards for overseas calling, this app makes things easier as it avoids one having to call the local number and then dialing the destination number. Very convenient. Good app.

Great App. Excellent improvement, I always use it to call countries with terrible phone lines. The sound is great and up to the second. Good job guys. Hope you keep up the great work.

So bad customer services. Good app, but very bad customer services, I bought a plan but when I wanted to link my account continuously an error came up and said the account is linked with other devices, which I just made with my phone and now trying to use it by my phone again. I was between a call, it finished my call, and it took 10-15 minutes to activate that plan, after that funny error. After 15 min, I lost my important call unfortunately, and when I called there 24/7 customer services, after a long waiting it said we are busy and unable answer you, I tried to chat through the app with help, after a min they didn’t answer me at all.

The best international calling option. Ive been using noble calling cards for many years and now the app has made it quicker and readily available on my phone with all my contacts all over the world and you cannot find that any other affordable rates like noble !

Don't buy!. I have deleted and downloaded at least 6 times today and I can't even get the app to open, I would not have tried after the third time, but I still have credit with them which I have paid for. I gave it one star because it would not let me post comment. Don't waist you money, extremely unreliable!

One Word: UNRELIABLE!. This is my first time rating an app and I'm only doing it because this one is so bad. I've had this app for over a month, I bought the $20 option for making calls from my iPhone via WiFi and I've tried almost everyday to make calls, and none have gone through. It's completely useless (even if you try using the access number) and when you write to Live Help, they always say they submitted your problem to Tech and it will be fixed in two hours. But it's not fixed and the time difference makes it impossible to keep waiting for Tech to help. So please stay away from using this service; I don't even think the'll give me my money back. When I mentioned it to Live Help, they ignored me.

Unreliable!!!!. This app is so bad,sometimes when trying to place a call an automated voice tells u thry cannot connect your call right now!...but I have $50 in the account,Now I keep getting a msg about updating to a newer version but the update Isnt showing at app store,I told them that and they keep telling me the same thing, but I told them its not there, unbelievable!!

Nobel App. This app is really great and very well designed. I would have given it five stars; but I am giving it four stars because I had to call them and ask that my calling card purchase be properly credited in order for me to make calls, as the app kept telling me that I didn't have enough credits for a phone call. Once debugged I will give it 5 stars.

Rip off. Phone calls don’t go through but still gets charged. Didn’t work for the last few weeks. Well google voice is cheaper and works.

Useful App.. I've used this App for years, virtually trouble free. It worked great in the US, had a few problems when I moved to Europe but now no problems at all.

Poor security and customer service. Avoid these con artists! They have poor security, my account got hacked and someone was using my account to call my contacts. I asked them to delete my account and information and they customer service lady was rude and hung up on me! She said we need your phone care information for financial purposes! Are they selling my info? Stay away, you will g t hacked and get the most shocking customer service experience!

Passcode interferes. Every time the app is closed (manually/phone power-off/app update) it requires a new passcode. After this most recent update, no passcode will work, new (resent more than once) or old, so this app is useless at the moment. "IF" one can get a proper passcode, the app works like it should and is very convenient. However, due to the hassle of getting into the app, we can only give you 2 stars. At this moment, we still cannot access the app and will have to waste more time calling technical support to get the matter resolved. We've been Nobel customers going on 7 years now and and have never been as disappointed as we are right now. You are on the verge of losing a loyal customer.

Very convenient.. Great app. I am a heavy Nobelcom user. Now much more because of the app. Makes things much easier. It also allows me to topup my families cellphones with pay-as-you-go credit when they need it.

Drops calls, steaks one minute at the end of calls. Phone screen goes to sleep, phone call drops. Every time. Bring the phone close to ear, phone call ends. Switch from car Bluetooth to headsets - phone call ends. Come under wifi spot from LTE and as the phone switches automatically, phone call ends. This app is programmed to end a call for any and every reason under heaven. The catch: one minute is confiscated at the end of every call. Did anyone say "thievery"?

Used to LOVE this app until..... I used to love this app and use it all the time. However, I have been trying to open the application not only on my iPhone but on my iPad as well and I keep getting an error box that says it cannot open connection. This causes a major inconvenience, and I really don't like the fact that I've paid for minutes that I now do not get to use.

Just awesome. I used their prepaid card for years to call Italy. I didn't know about the app and I would always enter the password and number separately. I didn't mind because the rate is so ridiculously cheap. I can't believe you could make a call for this little money. Recently I went to Italy and I got the app. Amazing!! I was able to call anywhere. It has all my contacts. I never needed to use AT&T and spend a dollar a minute. I love this app. I highly recommend it for traveling abroad. And now I use it from my home too.

Can’t really get anything done. Can’t get anything done on this app! The developer needs to work on this app! Recharging to call, not working it’s just pending and my money just in the cloud. Difficulty to send money. This was not my expectation when I was told about it.

Good quality calls. Reasonable rates although they could lower it a little more but I call Egypt and any other international calling carrier has even more expensive rates than this. Quality and customer service are great. Very helpful people. Just wish the rates for impossible countries (like Egypt) were a little lower so I can get more minutes for my money.

Great app. Easy to use. Now I'm able to get in touch with my mom oversea easily. Wish they had option for me to add more than $4.00 worth of minutes. 90% of the times conversation is great. Experience some problems only once or twice report it and since then it seems pretty good

Buggy. Loading a black empty screen and crashing.

Very unhappy. Since the update I can't use access # from the app. It disconnects at least dozen time every time I call. Very frustrating.

Version 2.0 not stable. Last version worked great...updated to 2.0 & the app won't open- crashes every time. Please fix!

Terrible!!!!!!. I can easily make a call using wifi. However no recipient for over three weeks can have a conversation with me. Every third word is only heard. I gave up.

Drops calls. In our first attempt to use this app calls were dropped repeatedly. Have notified Nobel and they credited the charges, referred me to their tech dept, and have told me to try again in 2 hrs. Will see if the problem persists.

Sound quality. I used the app to call Italy using the WiFi and the sound quality was very poor. I complained but it was never fixed. I was happier using the calling card.

Decent app. It is good in terms of organizing the contacts and making the calling process easy. But quality of calls sometimes is not good because keeps cutting off and can't hear the complete sentence.

Terrible!. UPDATE: Things have gotten worse! The system doesn't recognize the PIN. This update makes the app less user friendly. The old app had everything you needed available when you opened the app. Now you have to dig thru to place a call. The access number works poorly. It has to prompt the app twice to enter the pin. Please bring back the previous version.

Useless. It's hard to imagine a more poorly executed app. The company clearly has contempt for its customers. Don't waste your time downloading it much less paying for the shoddy service they give - when it works at all, which is rare. It's a disgrace.

Great app. Use it to call my mother in Poland. No issues ever! Love it!! ... And it saves me a trip from running to buy a calling card... Highly recommend it

Time waiting app. I try to use this app, but the process to activate your account on this app is so hard & no body there to solve your problem.

Not working. On one of the steps the app ask to add your email and password rather for new customer or existing customer when you hit add it gives you a message that "no email founded" in other way the app is not complete. I don't know how they lunch it without testing!!! it is bad reputation to Nobel.

Doesn't work. I'm sixteen years old and I went on a trip with my high school to Costa Rica for ten days. My mom paid for $45 worth of minutes and not a single phone call went through. Do not spend money on this app.
