Great App!. The workouts provided in this app are excellent! They are definitely improving my jumping ability!

Early Review. I like the well rounded approach.

First day. For the past two weeks I've been looking up training videos on how to dunk and I've been completing those exercises and now I am going to try this along with the training videos from YouTube for now I'm giving this five stars because it really works your body and it's a good set of exercises according to the first day

Great. This app is awesome I have been looking for daily workouts to increase my vertical I have not tried to touch the rim yet but I will keep you posted

Really Good. The app never has crashed on me and there are really good workouts, I highly recommend this app if you want to jump higher.

Terrible. I want to do a workout, but I saw some exercises costed money and I understand, so I scroll through to find the free exercises, but there is none you have to pay just to do your first workout, at least make people pay on there 10th as it could be a free trial but holy I’m not paying just to get my vertical up.

Do not download. This app was terrible I don’t want if you want to pay money to do your exercises go right on and do that . I for one don’t want to be one of thought idiots that pay money for a app knowing that there is other pass out there better than this one and it’s free

Great but. It's great but it doesn't show me what exercises I can do without using a machine this app shows a lot of good exercises you can do with body weight but not a lot with Blake dumbbells are home materials it is has machines machines and more machines if They can category eyes that it from machine dumbbell bodyweight curls whatever then that would be great

Really bad.. You have to pay for all the workouts. It says “to unlock all workouts pay premium!”. Why not instead of calling it premium, show the price on the App Store?
