Love!. I love the creatively of this magazine

Good to go. Easy to navigate. But the "grab" function doesn't seem to work for me. Regardless,I always look forward to the next issue.

Very odd. I pay for a full access Dwell+ and print. Yet I’m expected to pay full price in the app for any content? I’m pretty confused why this app was created with such poor features. Please create a version that allows users to log into existing accounts.

Don't bother with this app.. This app is useless... Does not remain current. Does not update subscription with update. Does not restore previously downloaded issues.... Sadly you're better off sticking with paper... Again, cannot reiterate enough, do not waste your time.

App doesn’t work. Like many others have noted, the app does not sync with the paid for subscription for dwell+ or the print subscription. Seems like this app is an entirely separate platform and all this provides pdf thumb turn through their print magazines. Useless.

Awful experience. I’m a subscriber tired of clicking through emails and logging in. So I thought I’d try the app. I logged in but can’t access anything. The FAQ and help are useless.

Dwell. I subscribed online but am not able to access the magazine on the app. Very frustrating.

Content Great, Function Horrible. Love the diversity and quality of the content. Across devices and logins are Horrific, Burdensome. Please treat your customers nicely. They are your guests.

Not related to Dwell+ website. I’m rating this two stars in case you want to buy old Dwell magazines. But if you already have a Dwell magazine subscription, or Dwell+ website subscription, know that this app not part of those products. You cannot login with your website credentials, and will be asked to pay again for the same content. If all you want is dwell in an app, then this could be a great product for you. Just know that it’s not part of the print or web subscriptions.

Magazine subscribers will have to pay twice. If you subscribe to the magazine you’ll need to subscribe to this separately. Very disappointment.

Waste of money. App doesn’t let you sign in.

Can't restore purchases and support link is broken.. Does anyone read this? Bought the subscription on my iPad but cannot get anything to show up on my iPhone. Click on the support link and it goes to a broken page. Update: finally got magazine to load and the 'app' basically is just lo resolution scans of the magazine. I regret buying this subscription, should have just bought the magazine.

no sense. Unable to access newly bought all Access subscription on app while husband can on two devices.

Can't restore subscription. I can't seem to retire my subscription after this latest updated. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times with no luck! Please fix this issue.

Scott. I’ve logged in multiple times and yet i still get the the timer at the bottom. I’m a subscriber!

Worst App ever. Have a Dwell+ subscription ($50) but can’t log in... Deleted it and have to now log in on webpage.

Where is the latest issue?. So...it's the second week of December, and I am still waiting for the Dec/Jan 2015 issue. I've already communicated with MAZ who sent me to Dwell who sent me to MAZ. Zinio has it, but I am unable to transfer my iTunes subscription. What needs to happen so I am not spending 20-bucks on nothing? In other words, not worth the iTunes subscription; get Zinio.

App difficult. Difficulty login in and getting digital content

No Way to Log-In. 99% of my traditional magazine subscriptions provide me with free access to the iPad version of the magazine. Not Dwell. Look, I already pay for Dwell the magazine. Is it too much to ask for the same issue - in iPad form - for free? If I'm mistaken, then this app certainly doesn't make it clear HOW to retrieve free issues.

Horrible. Why can’t they create an app that doesn’t keep asking you to subscribe (even after you subscribed!)??? So stupid… and frustrating.

Dwell needs a digitally native app. Huge fan of Dwell. I think it has such great content and use often as a resource. I think the app is great. I like the design and think doing print editions is nice as it allows the reader to get lost - but think that dwell needs a digitally native app to feature content like the website. I think this could become like a Pinterest for designers/arch enthusiasts. Just my 2 cents.

Don’t even bother downloading…. If you got your Dwell subscription from the Dwell website, I have physical magazine + online subscription, this app is in no way connected other than in name. You can login but that is it. If you want to access content beyond minutes then you are required to pay. Reaching out for help through the app results in nothing, no reply just crickets. So if you got your subscription through the website this is not for you. Do not download.

Love. Much improved!

No sign in with google, unusable. I subscribed with dwell+ over the web via sign in with google. This login method doesn’t even exist on the app so it’s unusable for me, and get an error when trying to sign in with my gmail email.

IOS ap will not let me log into my Dwell account. Seems to be a useless ap, as it will not let me log in to my all access account.

My Best Architecture Read. Awesomely enlightening. Very creative material. So flourishing.

Horrible experience. I prefer to give you no stars, but that is not an option. I subscribed to both print and online editions. Online version does not work and limits me to 5 minutes. I have called customer service 3 days ago without a reply. I guess I was expecting a bit more in both product and service. May I have my money refunded, please.

Dwell. I love this magazine article and it helps me plan my future well. I played hopscotch as a child and continue to shoot nature in neutral light and I planted crops with no idea how to actually remove them from the ground and prime never came to deliver water so I count on Gods own rain to color all my plants and I wonder why do flies hang out on the bottom of my windows and not fly and what the telephone company wired small plug in boxes to the electrical outlets by all the formula done. Things were all hard wired into the walls and the neighbors shorted the lines and made all the cords fly off the wall so I can detect high energy and listen to my radio all hours of the night with out wearing the batteries down. All I wanted was the Mexican recipe book for crock pots and a new pottery barn cover for my living room sofa in grey and to inform electrical storms are controlled by weather in savannah , WIS. When my parents died they left me their inheritance and not an assault riffle to protect it which is equal to spitting in a river and throwing bread in the water to cover up they have rather thrown dice . The romanos went to prison over a movie they all claimed was called something about a girl. It was Titled something about a Diaper. All of my cactus plants pull towards the electrical outlets and it is authentic. The New American flag needed a small white chicken on it. One day you will hear my words. I AM Not Black. I am Imperial and world-wide the yellow cab number is exactly the same , for good reason. My own front door is a window to the world. Because certified electricians cut the handles off my electrical box and asked me to light them up and hold my hands up for five minutes knowing full well as I’d been sworn in as child in an international airh you port to guard and protect the Superior Court by never taking my own feet of the ground. My yard man once offered me a pellet gun stating they shoot rat turds like these in the electrical power closet. Score me.

Nothing syncs. I have signed on so many times in different ways trying to get Dwell to recognize my account and yet each time I purchase a subscription, nothing seems to sync between the email newsletter content I’m trying to view, the app, and the web, Pinterest, etc. I have to login every single time and most of the time it doesn’t recognize me and I have try something else. Complete waste of my time.

Just buy the magazine. There is no point in getting the digital version because Dwell hasn't done anything to make it a better experience. In fact, it's much harder to read and a less enjoyable experience. You can tell they put no effort into it. It's just another income stream. Ironic for a magazine all about design and living.

major improvements. This app works flawlessly! Have loved Dwell for years—thrilled to be able to access the mag from my phone.

iOS and Dwell app updates. Not sure who the culprit is but Dwell isn't working in landscape mode. Aggravating. Has been fine until these updates. There was, previously, something a little funky between portrait and landscape and the way features were foreshadowed differently and separately from the entire article. But overall a terrific app. Is there no testing before release anymore?!

Login doesn’t work. I originally set up my account with google login and now I can’t log into the app at all, even after resetting my password. The app also errors out when I try to contact customer service. Love Dwell, but the app isn’t there yet.

No new issues. I think I've watched about 2 or 3 issues go by in newsstands and I still am not offered new editions in the app. I think I'm gonna cancel the subscription and either try a different app or buy it in stores.

Does not support Facebook login. You can’t actually link your Dwell subscription to this app if you signed up online using Facebook login. In fact, you can’t sign into the app at all... and the website doesn’t allow you to unlink your Facebook account so that you can sign in the other way, rendering this app unusable.

Eye candy. Dwell is a constant source of inspiration for me.

Cannot login with dwell+ or physical magazine subscription. Something is seriously wrong with this app, one cannot login with the exact same login that I use on my web browser to see dwell+ articles, I'm also a physical magazine subscriber. So the app is useless and apparently does not have the proper support to fix it, complaints have been ongoing here for sometime and it's not addresses. It's interesting because the new ceo of dwell magazine wants to move away from the physical magazine and push for electronic content - thus why dwell+ was created (don't get me started on how that was unfair to existing physical magazine subscribers), so one would think that the "dwell app" would work.

Can’t access subscription. Paying for a subscription but can’t login into my account through the the app. Just says “something went wrong” with no further options. Extremely frustrating.

Can’t login with subscription credentials. Like so many others, I paid for a digital + print subscription and cannot login to the app, with “something went wrong”.

Could be better. Please update your app cause I’m having trouble getting the library icon on the app to go back to my past purchases to look at other magazines other then the newest edition of the magazine....please fix this problem and update the app or something.....I’ve never really had any problems with it before and was pleased, but still the app could be a little bit better...peace

Hard to navigate. Often the links from the content page don’t work, and once you finish an article if you click the back button you end up on the issue selection page. A frustrating experience.

Buggy app. Terrible ap! Bugggy. Like the content tho

Amazing Magazine, Terrible App. Dwell’s app leaves a bit to be desired. For a magazine that centers on design, the app seems to be an afterthought, especially on an iPad. Really frustrating. The Jan/Feb issue won’t show up despite resetting and deleting and reinstalling the app. Content is amazing as always, just difficult to navigate on this clunky app.

Incompatible print and App subscriptions. If you purchase a a print subscription there is no way to access the digital version. Spent an hour on the phone with Dwell and was told to “call Apple”. Looking at reviews, this is an old issue, wish that I had known.

Cannot be linked to current subscription. Despite a log in option, one cannot use the app if you’ve already paid for a standard Dwell subscription. Thus, not a usable app.

No option to log in with existing subscription. I already paid for the subscription but there's not option to log in. I'm not paying twice for the same magazine. Thanks.

App doesn’t work, and support is a bot. I subscribed to dwell, both print and electronic, via their website. I expected to mostly read the magazine on my iPad. However, I cannot log in to my account on the app. Therefore I cannot view the magazine on my iPad. I have initiated help requests 3 times, and all three times have gotten the same canned response from “Vikas Kadam” telling me to enter my subscriber info (account number, account number&ZIP, mailing address). But nowhere in the app is there the option to enter this info. When I pointed this out to “Vikas” I was asked for my email address. And then ghosted. Clearly the app is a scam and not an actual working app. Dwell knows this, but sells subscriptions that include “all-platform” access anyway. Cancelling my subscription and asking for a refund and deleting the app.

Love the houses featured.... But sometimes I feel it’s developed/marketed to a clientele richer than Ill ever be, and after subscribing for a year, I feel like they are constantly trying to charge me again, to see issues from the past (7.99 a copy, what? ). Maybe if I win the lottery I’ll renew.

It’s back...!. Seems like they’ve relaunched and I couldn’t be more excited. Loving the new and improved experience.

Useless. The Dwell app doesn’t allow you to read the Dwell magazine even if you are a subscriber.

Fraud. App doesn’t work and Apple won’t refund. Stay far away.

Cannot Access Magazine Even After Paying!. I paid a yearly membership today but cannot access the latest issue (November).

A fraud. You subscribe for content but the app doesn’t let you login (like online) to access the content. This company is going out of business soon. I can smell it from here. Don’t give them your money.

Where did all the back issues go?. The recent update (Nov 2020) seems to have removed all the issues prior to 2020. Whether it was deliberate or a “bug” that’s a pretty big fail either way.

Charges even though it’s 1 month free trial. Beware, they will charge the moment you press subscribe! - even if it says free 1 month trial - thank god I did not click for on the year, else they would charge full price for the year right away - if the developer has no intention for a free trial then why offer in the first place - I have no issue with paying but if they say 1st month free trial then they need to just do that

Dwell please fix this issue. I have paid for 6 months and now I'm missing nov and dec?!

I'm being billed a renewal fee? What for?. Billed a renewal fee?

Find another way to access this magazine.. Downloaded the app, paid for the subscription, but new issues do not show up. Contacted “developer help”, was able to get that issue, but the present issue again does not show, and can not seem to get contact with developer, very dissatisfied.

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Horrible. App doesn’t work, can’t view new issues, can’t get a refund, basically fraud.

No sync. No way to sync with brand’s online account

No longer receiving issues. As of Dec 2016, I am no longer receiving monthly issues from the Dwell Media LLC app. Both the App Store and Dwell magazine cannot help (both refer me to the other). Go through Dwell magazine directly and skip the App Store to avoid any issues.

Disappointed.. No options for previous subscribers. My subscription doesn't end for next couple months... and I can't access digital library with my current account. Disappointing.

Legit?. Upon further investigation, I have to seriously question whether this app is a legitimate offshoot of Dwell. Note that there is no mention of an app on Dwell.com, even when searching under support, and the pricing structure seems different than the subscription options offered on Dwell.com. It’s either a third-party app or a scam, but either way I’ve deleted it and don’t recommend its use.

No login for digital subscribers. I already subscribe to Dwell+ for online content but it does not apply to the app. You have to subscribe to the App separately which is an additional $20 per year. No thanks!

No support for people with exiting paper subscriptions. I have been a loyal Dwell subscriber for years and every other magazine I subscribe to supports an iPad subscription option for free or additional price. Sadly Dwell requires an entirely separate full-priced subscription on iPad. Get with the times!

Waste of time!. This app is terrible! I've made a number of calls to customer service which was also of no help whatsoever! Don't waste your time with this!

Can’t use it existing subscription. I’ve had a subscription to Dwell for years. I lost my Kindle today and am in the airport, wishing I could read Dwell from my phone as an alternative. Nope. This app is useless unless you want to buy a 2nd subscription.

Does not work with print subscription anymore. I have a print subscription and there is no way to sign in to view on the iPad with this version of the app. Very disappointing!

Unusable with current subsciption. *I can login with my username and password from previous online signin but keeps pushing to subscribe and times out *When I try to send customer support email through the app it then says you need to have Apple email working and no one uses that anymore *Your magazine is wonderful but you need to make this work thanks

No option to log in. Hey Dwell! Your magazine is awesome. Please upgrade your app to the same standards. I have a Dwell online account and would love an app to access the magazine. Thanks!

Subscribe to print - but does not allow you to log in. I am not going to pay twice. I'd like the apnifni could access the info on my phone with my current dwell subscription.

No way for existing subscribers to log in. No place for existing subscribers to log in.

pointless app. super annoying app - only includes the actual monthly magazines, not online articles, so useless if you have an online subscription.

Lame. It’s just a container to purchase their magazines. Nothing to actually see here.

Unable To Transfer Print Sub. Unable to transfer print sub over to digital. Do not feel that it is right to pay twice. Needs to be addressed.

No use for current subscribers. I have a year left on a current subscription but the app doesn't recognize it. Hopefully that changes as I would prefer to use the dedicated app rather than zinio.

Cannot view in landscape. We have subscribed for years - since it was in a larger format. I would prefer to received it on my iPad, but until Dwell polishes the application I'll have to stay with the paper.

Useless application. dwell not well integrated into this application. Bought through Dwell, they say just down load application from any source, and they will automatically link up. They don’t.

Greedy. Soooooo Greedy

Subscription is NOT “Family Sharing”. I bought the subscription for my husband but, despite the “Family Sharing” shown on the app, the subscription can not be shared. Unlike every other subscription I have, according to their help desk, I have to sign in to his device with my ID. How absurd. Update to add: after last communication with Dwell help in March, received an email in late June stating “our app do not support Family Sharing, therefore there is no option to share a supsctiption [sic]”

Doesn’t support Dwell+ subscription. If you have a Dwell+ subscription, this app doesn't let you login with it and appears to be a fully separate subscription system?

Junk. Previews of the new Dwell offer no content, confounding navigation, and print that is too small to read presenting what little is offered. An app designed for sharing, with nothing to share.

Can’t login with current subscription. Same issue as others mentioned 4 years ago. Can not login with existing subscription. Come on guys, this is basic functionality.

Nice Design, Bad Delivery. Love the app. Unfortunately as mentioned elsewhere still waiting for the new issue. An issue already up over at Zinio. And not getting much help from either the mag or the app developer. Sigh.

Not access if you subscribed on wen. For whatever reason you cannot log in with the username and pw you created if you signed up for a physical/digital subscription of Dwell. You have to buy this in app again if you want app access. Stupid.

Amazing new app. The social sharing features really set Dwell apart

Dwell app is garbage. Clearly the publishers could care less about the app for Dwell. Too many improvements required to make it worth downloading.

Useless. I have subscribed to the print version for years. It doesn't make any sense to pay twice for the same (or less) content.

Add authentication for existing print subscribers. Please add a way for print subscribers to authenticate and get access to the iPad edition. No one is ever going to pay twice for print and digital.

Stopped working. Paid for the subscription and I got one issue. Now the newest issue isn’t delivered and my previous one is gone. Do you even read these ratings, Dwell? Because I see you have horrible reviews for this app! Do you care?
