Exceptional Employee!. Destiny went out of her way. We called ahead to see if the Sweet Almond pretzels were available and they were waiting for me when I arrived. Destiny C. Was very kind and friendly with a beautiful smile greeting me upon arrival. She made my day!! Thank you!!

Horrible service. So my friend bought 32 dollars of food there and they did not give him a receipt so we went back got his receipt and I scanned it for the free pretzel. It said “hooray you won a pretzel” so I went up to get my free breezes because that was the only way I could get anything. She very rudely says what do you want and I say I have this free pretzel and show her the coupon. Like it was instinct she says no free pretzels now with a slight smile like in some way she sickly enjoys saying it. I walk to the side to let the next person order and ask her why no free pretzel. She does not respond and I can do nothing. I walked off without a pretzel. I can’t even use it later because it goes away in 90 minutes and I can’t get to another one that soon. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Didn’t apply my coupon. Paid full price even tho I followed the directions step by step for my T-Mobile tuesday promo. Employee didn’t even attempt to help me fix the issue. Don’t understand why in the world in the same session does it not apply the coupon I just attached. App logic needs to be improved.

Failed Promotion. I download the app a few years ago and have been roped in by promotions since then. With one particular promotion I actually went out of my way to go to my local mall to take advantage of the reward offered. I made the purchase and then when I asked the cashier at the store to honor the reward she said “It has to show up in the app”. I showed her the promotion but she wouldn’t help. I’ve contacted Customer Service several times and no help. Very irritated that this company entices me to spend more money on a promotion that was never honored!

Delicious but way too expensive. I just ordered a single pretzel for my daughter at the Annie’s in Heb and didn’t realize it would clear my wallet out of cash! I paid almost 7.00 for 1 pretzel with salt. I can get a bigger one for 2.12 at S—-‘s that tastes equally as good. So needless to say I will not be buying a pretzel from Annie’s again unless I’m desperate and rich. Not to mention the woman at the counter said if I downloaded the app and took a photo of my receipt I would get a free one next time and it only brought me to being able to buy half a pretzel.

Barcode. When I order my pretzel, I’ve been doing it for a while and they always telling me the barcode scanner is not working so take your receipt and do it so when I try to scan it through my phone, it doesn’t work but when I enter it manually it works. I’m really not a complainer, but if we can fix these little problems, that would be great. Thank you.

It’s a scam. I saw a Auntie Anne’s booty in person with a sign that says “Download the app for FREE pretzels”. So I said “Who am I to turn down free pretzels”. I downloaded the app and went up to the cashier. The lady at the register then proceeded to tell me that I would not get my free pretzel until I gain 250 points on the app (getting points requires real purchases). This is a total scam and I was very upset about the whole thing.

Outlets. Wanted to scan my barcode at Auntie Anne’s and they told me I couldn’t use it in a rude way. When it says you can use it and I have to scan the receipt. The guy at the register didn’t know how to scan my barcode. Waited in a long line for pretzels. The prices of the pretzels are getting higher and higher.

Great deals!. This is a simple app that allows you to get great deals at Auntie Anne’s! It works well and I have gotten awesome coupons from it!

Poor user Interface. Good app, it gives me points when I buy a pretzel but the user interface is terrible it never responds when I press a button. I would rate it higher if they would fix this.

It Doesn’t work. It said it will email me my reset password since It keeps saying my email is already registered but I never receive any email even from junk email. I tried like 5times but no email receive. They will give you offer but you can’t even used the offer they are giving you because you cannot register or log in through your email as it keeps saying already registered.

What a joke. The “skip the line” is a complete joke. Even with a line in place, people who order from the cashier and waiting in line is still faster than ordering it via the app and then waiting for them to make the food. Literally defeats the whole purpose of this app. Waste of customer time, waste of company time, and a utter waste of investor’s money. Learn to run your business a little better.

Wonderful customer service.. The employees at the colonie location are always friendly and handle even the busiest days with professionalism.

About the pretzels. The pretzels were so good and delicious and I wish I had more so I can share with my mom and dad. Keep up the good work auntie Anne’s your the best pretzel place ever.

App doesn’t work except in malls. I thought I would use the app and the coupons at a local Auntie Ann’s located in a Walmart. It doesn’t work here. When I looked for locations in the app, it only lists big megamalls. There are only 3-4 locations in my county of 3 million people (Ft Lauderdale). The app is useless. They need to make this at all locations to be effective. I just won’t eat at Auntie Ann’s .

Wont Even Let Me Open. I have had this app for a couple weeks. From the time I downloaded this app, I have not been able to open the app. I have good service and a good wifi connection and have the most updated version of the app. I am running off of an iPhone Xs on IOS 14.6, the latest IOS right now. There should be nothing wrong. Yet, I am immediately kicked out of the app EVERY SINGLE TIME. I cant even make it to the home screen before it forces me to exit. This is extremely frustrating as my birthday was yesterday and I was trying to get a free pretzel but it’s hard to do that when you have an app as terrible as this.

The worst service I’ve ever seen. Not only does their delivery system not work properly, they don’t even call you if they can’t find your address. I spent $30 on an order, only for this man to show up to the wrong house, and didn’t even bother to call me when he couldn’t find my address. You can’t contact the store in question, and DoorDash won’t refund this sort of issue either. This app is a joke.

Not dependable. Boy did I have a bunch of adventures because of this crappy app. I went from buying at least once a week to never. The app crashes or just doesn’t register orders or registers but doesn’t send successfully to the store. That was happening pretty much every time. Then I moved and the new location near me is garbage 🤢. Done!

Horrible Log In Issues. Because you use a different company to log into the account, my password saves in my phone and never works. Punchh is also used for other rewards programs and trying to use them at different times causes me to have the forget password and reset every time. You should fix this. Good food & service, but this keeps me from doing catering orders for the office.

Great sales lady. Every other morning I walk around the mall for recreation, every morning the manager greets me with friendly smile and tries her best to get me to cheat on my diet with a sample. She finally broke me down with those cinnamon nuggets, they where definitely worth the calories.

Broken app. This app is broken. It used to work fine. Just tied opening it, it would load anything. Tried deleting and reinstalling and now it won’t even get past the main screen. FIX PLEASE.

It’s Stuck! What’s the Point. I’ve had this app! Deleted it then reinstalled. Still stuck on, “turn on your notifications” which I’ve done. If I can’t upload my purchases or redeem my perks, what’s the point. Please go back to the old fashion punch card! This is entirely too frustrating!

Freshest Pretzels in Town!. The Auntie Anne’s crew in the flagstaff mall are always so helpful and make sure we always receive fresh pretzels. You can smell them baking as you walk through the mall doors. I suggest the Mango lemonade either iced or Frozen. Auntie Anne’s is a great add on in the mall.

Redemption In Reward system not friendly!. It's National Cinnamon Day and we get a BOGO email from here that works through reward app. But these Ontario Mills Auntie Anne's are not participating locations. They tried to run the QR coupon but it didn't work. I Wanted to use the birthday coupon instead but app only allows one redemption every 4 hours. Walked away with nothing :(

Good App. Decent, clean layout! Easy to use, no complicated hoops to jump through. They keep it simple! 👍 Two small glitches, nothing big - When opening the (food) menu a video pops up taking over the screen and it’s oddly automatically at about 3/4 or completely “played” and the “video” is just a blank white screen? It’s odd. Luckily, hitting the X just gets rid of it and you’ve got the food menu. Happens again when ‘Drinks’ is tapped within the food menu. Second issue: A tap on ‘Catering’ (again within the food menu) results in the app continually trying to load. I’m definitely not looking for catering. I was just browsing the app, but the company clearly has an interest in fixing this. I don’t visit their restaurants often. It’s a rare splurge for me, but their pretzels are definitely really tasty. If you frequent them often, it’s definitely worth getting the app to make an account and earn some free snacks! Would recommend!

Application broken on two different devices. I’ve had the first generation AC and now the second generation SE and every time when I login I see the screen saying turn on notifications first of all there should not be a force Notifyer freeze just the access points for the pretzel s:;t Second there should be an option to make it go away but I see that this is an application problem not a phone issue And then if you have a newer phone hard touch it and hit the home application if you have this issue that’s the only way to fix it

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used. The app doesn’t cache any data, so when you go between the different tabs you have to basically restart what you were doing every time. Pair that with the garbage way they handle applying rewards/discounts make using this app incredibly frustrating.

Good. This is a good app very underrated love the way you can see the menu to see all the tasty treats and drinks. It does not lag or freeze, also at 250 points from buying (food or drinks) from them you get a free pretzel. THIS APP IS A 4 1/2 rating great app.

Free Pretzel...?. Drove all the way to the mall for the free pretzel offer, only to find out that if you tap the button, you have 19 minutes to redeem it or it expires. I feel like that is unfair. There should be a warning, or else don’t put a timer on the offer at all. Sonic got it right. Auntie Anne’s, not so much. Wasted trip.

PENN STATION LOCATION. I visited the 34th Street Penn Station location on Monday the 11th & the service was incredible!! The guy working the register was so nice and the pretzels were so soft.

Pretty Useless so far. Got this app, first off it’s not very user friendly. If you hit the back button after you already selected a location, you will have to re-enter the location again that you are ordering from and the items that were previously in your cart get erased. Another thing that is frustrating is that not every location will offer or honor the rewards you qualify for in the app, so you’re still paying as much as you would if you ordered there. Not worth the frustration to use this app.

Rude staff. Second time we’ve walked all the way down to the only auntie Anne’s in the Walden Galleria in Buffalo NY only to be met with lack of product and rude staff. We decided to order a meal instead since my daughter wanted a dip with her pretzels and figured it would be cheaper so we ordered the combo with the drink and dip. But then she didn’t give us a dip. She said it wasn’t included. I said that’s why we ordered the drink because if she was getting the dip anyway. She said oh it does come with the birtnday cake ones. Like what difference does it make? If you can get cinnamon why wouldn’t you be able to get the new birthday ones. So then we have to pay $1.59* more for a dip. My order was to be a small cup of nugget combo but they didn’t have that so we’re pushed to spend over $12 for that combo. And they were barely even warm. And the girl was just rude.

Love it. I really enjoy this place its very nice people are friendly fast and my order is always correct i tell all my friends about this place and i will always get my pretzels from here there amazing thank you

Guest experience. I had a great experience loved their food and drink especially the frozen drinks since summer is coming up they are great for the kids.

Solano town mall fairfield ca. Not sure why the app doesn’t bring up this location. There are advertisements all over their kiosk for using the app yet their scanner doesn’t work. I went there twice and I ask the young men ringing me up to put the receipt in the bag and nothing was there when I got home. I asked her for it today to be handed to me. Ha I know better now. Food excellent.

Pretzel mini dogs. Auntie Annie’s has very good mini dogs and are fresh and always willing to make new ones if they aren’t!

Now You See Me, Now You Don’t. Apple store says the app is on my phone, but I don’t see it. Siri opens it when asked. Tried looking at hidden but is not there. Tried to delete and reinstall, but you have to find it to delete it. Ugh! Though once open , via Siri, works ok. Scan receipts has never worked.

Best there is this far.. I love how everything is always fresh and ready when it’s time to order. I take my son for a treat there and he enjoys it’s ever time. I tree e drinks for the summer is also refreshing

Terrible service. This app screwed over my payment method causing me to opt in for a 15 dollar order I wasn't available to pick up when I picked the delivery option several times over then it had no refund option for me to disable this error which is taking unneeded money out my pocket

Worst App Ever. This app honestly has the worst UI and UX ever and made my experience 10x worse. I recently made an account and got a couple of rewards for free pretzels. I tried to redeem those two rewards on the same day. Nowhere in the fine print does it say that a customer cannot redeem more than one reward on the same day. I wasted 20 minutes of my time trying to figure out why I couldn’t apply my reward. I had to exit out of the app just to remove the reward from my cart because clicking “remove reward” on the app. So frustrating. The timings for each store is also not updated.

Clean store. Great customer service and very clean. There was a line however went fast and very nice location .

Stuck on notification. If you are stuck on the notification page, just go to your settings and then display and brightness, go to the bottom to the text size and just lower it one or two down, then reload app and it should work. I read that on another guys comment here and it worked for me too!! Definitely try it.

Rewards error. When you click on a reward, a pop-up tells you that you have 90 minutes to use it once activated. But when I actually click on the redeem button, it only gave me 9 minutes. Lost out on a reward due to the time discrepancy and a long line at the store.

Great Service From Asst Manager. Melissa went out of her way to be kind and professional in serving me this afternoon. We chatted about the old stamp cards and told her I still have my old ones. She told me that Auntie Ann’s still does points, but on the app which I did not know. Now I can get points the modern way.

Expensive Expensive EXPENSIVE!!!!. An Auntie Anne’s app may sound good on paper which it does, but it’s not what you think! Orders under 12$ can’t be delivered. And not to mention it’s 12$ for a pretzel by itself!! The hidden fees you barely even hear about are there as well. DO NOT BUY!

Hidden Fees for a Rewards Program?!?!?!?. What an absolute scam. Auntie Anne’s collects personal data, makes money of it … yet has the audacity to charge a “service fee” that most will miss as it’s combined with Taxes. A variable fee which easily surpasses $0.50 … so there is a fee for the rewards program. Which means everyone, and not just California residents, should be able to opt out of the collection and sale of our personal information.

Mostly good. The app is convenient and the pretzels are great, but there always seems to be an issue like an airport location doesn’t take discounts or a mall location only offers one size (not the perks rewards size). The staff usually offer a work around, but it’s always a hassle.

Very Confusing. Poor layout and almost impossible to figure out how to order and/or redeem rewards.

Ordering Function. Love Auntie Anne’s pretzels but the ordering function can be tweaked a little. On the ordering part on the app it just feels like a regular webpage. Maybe this app can do their ordering similar to Chick-Fil-A’s. Where everything is categorized and then from the category you select what you want.

the worst. if you’re expecting this app to work like other apps where it saves you time standing in line, dont download it. you still need to wait inline and they dont make your order until you get to the register. i made the order 20 minutes prior to arriving and i still had to wait. others who were in line received their order before me. and its fine but to advertise that your digital order will be picked up in a timely manner is false and honestly a waste of time

Cinnamon Pretzels. Yes, I love the Bucket Cinnamon Sugar Nuggets and the Sweet Glaze. The nuggets are always hot and fresh. Go eat them and you won’t regret it!!!

Nobody would accept it. I went to several locations, all of them turned it down whether they had signs saying no coupons or not. Waste of time.

Doesn’t work. Can’t get past the launch screen. I even tried deleting and reinstalling the app and still all I see is the nice salty pretzel from the launch screen and it never shows anything else. Is this even a real app or does it just display an image?

App doesn’t work correctly. I can’t get the notification alert that keeps popping up on my app when I it, to go away. I’ve got all of the necessary notifications set correctly for the app to work. Went to the local Auntie Anne’s, but they were no help, don’t have a clue! Should I delete the app & reinstall it?

Costs Money to Order. Only App I know of that charges you a $0.35 to place a pickup/order ahead. Shouldn’t be charging me extra to give them extra business & streamlining their restaurant orders.

Broken UI. The app does not let you get past the front page if you are redownloading it. Changing the text size does not help

Unbelievable. I CANT CANCEL MY ORDER. I spent 30 mins trying to figure out how to cancel my order and even went to my local Auntie Anne’s to ask for help. But they couldn’t seem to figure it out either so I called customer service which I got no response from but a constant ring for over 15 minutes. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!

App won’t even launch, crashes immediately.. When i try to open the app it doesn’t even launch. I tap it, it opens it shows me the load screen and crashes. Wish i could use it. :(

Looks good but doesn’t work. The app design and app layout looks great. But when trying to place an order it doesn’t work at all. How can I get rewards for placing orders but the app won’t even let me check out.
