Good but started crashing!. Hi, this is overall a very good and helpful app. Actually not complicated like people say. But I started having a problem recently. It stared crashing!!! I import files from my computer to my phone and when I try to add them to photos (press export) it just crashes!! I tried uninstalling it, but it does it all the time. Can you please fix this?

I lost my content because of it. I was using it for year's suddenly if stopped and it needs payment and I am in a country it doesn't support the Internet payment and I had too many things inside the application and I can not reach it even after an update is still the same but not all the users had this problem I think just that who they didn't import everything because they will be forced to pay like me it's fraud and rope And by what by my content that I kept it because I trusted this full of bugs that it didn't fix for years and ads ads ads application

Incompatibility with IOS 11.2. This app was good in previous versions, but it's not compatible with IOS 11.2. When the program runs and plays music, for example, after 1 minute the program is locked and no function works, and we have to close the program and re-run it, which again happens again. Maybe because of 64 bits and 32 bits. Please try to resolve this issue. Thanks

Not happy.. I’ve had this app for about 6 months and I loved it. This past update has made my music list disappear and files barely even load or open. I did not pay for this app to have it not work. Please fix these issues.

Good but horrible update. I did like this app but this new update really frustrates me. I didn’t download SHAREit for the news but instead for my downloads. Now It’s so hard to get to my downloads because it just shows news. All the folders are missing and I have to go to the sharezone and find what I want to play from the whole list. I have so many downloads that were organized before but now it’s a jumbled mess. Please go back to the original format, I would give it a higher rating if it was that. It’s so inconvenient that I’m thinking about finding another app. It’s a shame because I really liked SHAREit.

Crash problem fixed, great app!. It seems like I had the exact same crash problem that many people had. Every two or three minutes(more or less depending on device) The app would crash making it really hard to listen to music. Right when I was about to post a review complaining about the problem an update came out which seemed to have fixed the problem. Other than that one problem they fixed it’s a great app for sharing files and works as a very good music player.

Great!. Very useful and easy to use. No the ads aren’t annoying are vulgar. Just normal ads on this free app. Fast transfer from IOS to PC and visversa . Music Player has a spinning disk, cool. Musical transfers must in compliance with Apple policies. iTunes will not work. After using the free version, will be upgrading to Pro. Thanks for this very useful application.

Report a bug. The application is great, but the latest version has a bug I can not import videos received from another phone into a player app or file manager. Also, videos do not import to the gallery meanwhile the auto import option in the setting is enabled.

Awesome. This app is great, I moved everything pictures, videos, and music. From my Galaxy to My new iPhone without the need of a computer or iTunes. Hopefully in the next Update the Developer will add the Shuffle option in the music player and maybe we can edit the artwork, Thank You EDIT: Found the Shuffle option.

Don’t like this recent update.. I really loved this app. Until this recent update. The problem is when looking up a song I can’t see the text in the search bar. This dark mode is hard to see text. And when I try to add a song to an existing playlist. Then it shows that theres no playlist to add. Only “create playlist” optionThere’s been times where I couldn’t play the next track. And I would have to exit the app and relaunch. I hope there’s an update coming soon.

The control of the video is too bad in new version. Hello SHAREit, can u add the control features from previous version to the new version update of the app. The control is too bad in the new update such as the seek bar and volume control and brightness control…

MUSIC crashes. Hi It used to be a great app for playing music but recently Whenever I play music in Shareit, it always closes itself after 2-3 minutes automatically. I updated the app as well but still didn’t get rid of this annoying crash problem. I’m using iphone 6s and IOS version is 15.1.2. Please help me in this regard. Thanks

Normally works very well. I've really enjoyed using this app as an Airdrop alternative however, with the past day and after an update the app continuously crashes and I'm unable to open any videos I have in my device. I'm going to be fair and give this three stars because while like I said it normally does work very well, the app has now been very buggy and a pain to try and make work. I'll be more than happy to xhnage my review once I contact their customer service and the issue is resolved.

Recover shareit vault. Hi there ! I have a problem ... I updated the shareit by mistake... i had many photoes and file in shareit valt & the version of my app was very old ! ( my reason not to update the app was exactly that i knew if i update it , they will disappeared but unfortunately it happens ) Now in the new version there is no shareit vault and all my photoes has disappeared 😔I need your previous versions which they have shareit vault . Deleted wrong Photos!. When SHAREIt said I had several photos in my iPhone that were duplicated and I needed to delete them I of course didn’t hesitate because I take lots of photos and I have many the same that I edit and try new things with the same photo, the inspiring photographer that I am can’t stop this. Anyway, now I have just bought and have yet to back up my iCloud with my photos and I can say maybe I should have because I now have a new problem, SHAREIt has deleted over 2,000 photos from my phone and I am not able to retrieve them. I’ve looked and looked everywhere I can the app hasn’t a single photo and I don’t have any photos either. It’s as if they’ve never been taken! I’m definitely not a big fan of this one it can happen to other so beware! Back up the iCloud or don’t push that button

It suddenly stops!. It was great transfer tool specially for pc and iPhone but nowadays while photos are transferring it suddenly breaks the connection between two devices and the transfer doesn’t work completely. This problem is really getting greater and it makes users trying another transfer tools. Fix it soon as much as possible. Thanks

Throw your wires, download it. Transferring files from phones to computer is used to so hard, plugged in the wires and dealing with the detecting problems it’s no more. Just throw the wires get connect the phones with computer just by clicking, here are your selecting files to transfer. The only thing which I hate was the annoying ads, it’s totally blocked the page what it’s being transferring so literally I had to close it every time to check which file it’s going on. Other than this I would say it’s good

5.99 con ! Beware Automatic bill at just over 2 days. Before I had 3 days of use app billed me $5.99. I knew that it was going to bill after 3 days and was going to delete before that but while I was thinking 3 days of use at the time it was installed they are counting the day installed as a full day so basically you only have 2 days plus hours remaining on the day installed (in other words billed at 49 hrs not 72 if installed at 11pm). The app also failed to do what I needed it for which is to transfer text messages from Note 9 to a iPhone 13 Pro, this was done with remote help from AT&T.

App crash. I love this app but a problem that happened recently is that when i proceed to open the transferred files on another app, shareit crashes suddenly and therefore, I’m unable to open transferred videos or pictures or even music on other players. I’d be glad if anyone could help me regarding this newly occurring matter.

Mr Wise.. I’ve been using this amazing app for years now. A recent update has cause it now to take a long time to open with this white screen and the annoying ad every time I open it. It’s very distracting when it comes to driving. I hope the developers are reading this and fix this please. I always have to wait for the white screen to come and go then the ad, this can cause accidents every time you close and open there’s always an ad. It wasn’t like this before. Please fix it, I really enjoy using this wonderful app except that long white screen and boring ads.

Only reasonable way to get your music on iPhone. I have nearly 4k mp3 tracks. All ripped from my cds and transcribed from my vinyl. All id3 entered by me. If this player could play random by genre, artist it would be complete. If there is something better please tell me.

This app is absolute garbage.. First of all, there’s only portrait mode on this app. It won’t work in landscape mode, which is ridiculous. Second, i can’t see the entire screen at once. I have to flip the iPad Pro 3rd Gen 12.9” upside down to see the other side of the screen. Third, when I transfer a video, it won’t let me transfer it to “photos” so I HAVE to watch it via the app. And then, the videos are about a quarter size of the screen, even though they are 1080p and show up full screen just fine when I hook up my Samsung phone to my TV. This app needs a loooooooooooot of work.

Problem. Could you please fix the issue with the music? For some reason in the last update the name of the songs I have changed he in. A word mo3 format and y can’t manage to find the songs I want to play by looking for them, hopefully the music player can work as before thank you

Music Folder Hidden. I really like this app it does work, But unfortunately I have to delete it because no matter how hard I tried or how hard I looked on the Internet for information on finding the music folder you cannot find it, Unless you open Share it app and watch their Ads,,So because of this I’m deleting this app, If I cannot access my music folder without opening this app I don’t want anything to do with it.

I hate the Updates!. I’ve been using shareit for years and its music player all the time but the recent update is a disaster! It stops working all of a sudden and i can’t use its player. I regret updating it :( please fix this problem i do love this app T^T

Please fix this!. Hello, i’ve been using this app for around 3 years now to transfer songs from my ipad to this phone. However after the latest update, im not able to “copy to shareit” of the song i wanted to be transferred to my phone. Everytime i pressed the button it exits the shareit app. I really hope this will be fixed.

I love it, but...... this app is amazing but lately i have been having issues. i’d send a song from one device to another, and even though it shows that it’s 100% sent, when i go to listen to the song, it doesn’t show in the device. I dont know if this a bug but i need for it to get fixed.

Help. SHAREit is a good app it helps transferring apps files photos etc. But I’ve been having troubles with transferring things I can’t seem to choose the things I want to transfer for example I’m trying to transfer an app to a device I tap on send and they give me options for what I want to send but it doesn’t let me choose what I want to send like I want to send a specific app but I’m not able to To me it’s a good app but it need improvement

Awesome app!. SHAREit is an awesome and easy to use app. The only concern I have is I got a new laptop and whenever I try to send my pictures to it, it says network error. I’m unsure whether it’s just a glitch with the app or my computer or what, but I felt that I should let you know. Just in case there’s something to fix on your end.

Awful. This app is terrible. 1.) it cost money 2.) they show you ads on top of charging you money (which is annoying because the app isn’t robust and constantly crashes - the ads don’t help) 3.) the app doesn’t work 4.) this is painfully slow. You’re better off using a cable, backing up to a computer, then reuploading on another (if that is what you’re trying to accomplish) even on my home WiFi. I was getting 95kB a second? That’s insane. It took hours to transfer a couple hundred MBs. It would take minutes, seconds to do this with a cable on a computer. But you have to pay, watch ads, and have it crash 4 times. Go buy a $60 chrome book and a big SD card if you don’t have a laptop/computer. You will save yourself a lot of frustration.

Dark mode. I like the app it’s good for videos and music, but the new update messed it all up, when I turn on dark mode the text turn all black for the music. I don’t like that when I had the old update for update today, dark mode was not a issue when my dark mode is on the text stays white which I like it that way, and a lot of people like it that way too. so can you please update the app to change it back to normal so it won’t be a issue for me.

Doesn’t work. I select pictures, select the device, connect, have to again hit send, then again for some reason have to select the pictures, then hit “ok”, then brings back the last screen with empty list, which has send button that when you click you go back to the cycle Not to mention when I installed the app, I had to agree with their terms of using my data, or else I couldn’t open the app, the second I hit agree certain things started uploading to web, no idea what they were and what types they had

If I rotated my screen the video does not. I used SHAREit for a long time and it was awesome too, But this update is not working well with ios 13.1.2 like I said before when I rotate the phone the video doesn’t rotate plus there’s blue line on the top of the screen so if you guys can check it that will be great.

A little bit effort will result in better performance. Dear shareit developers This app is great one in sending and receiving files by WiFi but these days your application is (I am so sorry for my example) such a trash with wasteful trashes Why did I say that? I said that because in your application most of your ADs are not useful and they just make app work worse than before But I really appreciate that your developers are so patient because they respond to all of our reviews with patience and it’s so good thank you!

good but music player needs update. the app it amazing, for the first time i can download music and listen anywhere, anytime. I love it! however, i wish we could change the names of the music, because when i convert and download music to my computer and then transfer it to my phone it stays as for instance “kokobop - exo” as the title and “unknown” as the artist, please add a feature where i can change the title and artist of the file but otherwise it’s a great app that works fast,, just a few minutes ago i downloaded 100+ songs in about 10 minutes!

Need work to it. When i first had this app as a music player it was perfect but the recent updates made it work poorly ive had times where when i leave the app while playing music 40-50 seconds into the song the app crashes. Ive had other problems with it but thats the main problem and i hope you fix it very soon.

The app doesn’t play the next music. Initialization failure? Try again. Until a few days ago, I can no longer send iphone pics/vids wirelessly to my windows laptop. It just freezes. So I updated the app...and still nothing. Ill give it a 5 star anyway; It was a good run..really liked this app bc it was super quick and easy.

Too bad. I’ve used SHAREIt off and on since it was Lenovo app. But now I tried to us it again on my iPad and the advertisements spread completely over and beyond the screen so I can’t see any way to dismiss them. Nor can I find a purchase upgrade button since it must be way off the screen. Somehow I got the send-recieve screen and had half the receive button since it only displays in portrait mode bus is paired i landscape mode. I suspect there may e doing this since I’m iPadOS 13.1.2 which rought other problems too. Ever the wisdom of Apple: “Push the ew iOS out so it will force the users to get ew apps ad rig more money i.”

SHAREIt Search. The last 2 versions were better before the upgrade, and this is why; the search for songs is flawed, whether you try to search for the artist or the song! It just doesn’t work! There is a noticeable lag-time when loading the music within the app, and a second short lag before you can stroll through your music. Finally, the history is flawed, and lag times are noticeable. Can we please go back 2 versions? I loved this app before the updates! Or, can you resolve these issues? Thanks!

Fast and easy but ads annoying. This is a great app to get photos to or from my PC to my iPhone. Actually faster than if I were transferring to my MacBook. The problem is the advertisements that get in the way or open automatically after a transfer. I would happily pay for an “Ad Free” version of this extremely useful app. Any chance that will be available?

Needs many improvements. I used to enjoy using Shareit before but now I find it excruciatingly painful. Even if I couldn’t download music on Shareit, I would be able to download it from another app and transfer it to Shareit and enjoy the music. Now neither can I download it from Shareit nor can I transfer it to the app. And the amount of ads is so annoying, every time I open the app even if it is to change the music, I have to watch an ad. Why bother using it? My whole family stopped using it for such reasons😔

problem. I love this app untill last update because when copy files to share them the app does't open ... and just i can select files from gallery and i can't sent files from my file manager

HORRIBLE APP. I was sending photos from my phone to my moms phone because she needed it because it used to be her phone and i thought i could trust this app seem like i can’t because thousands of photos/videos were missing from the phone AND I GET ADS EVERY 2 MINUTES REGARDLESS OF WHAT I’M DOING

Still Crashes!. Still crashes a few seconds after opening. This happens on iPhone X and XS. (Latest firmware). Frustrating to say the least. Please fix this once and for “ALL.”

Fix this please !. This app holds over 700 and something of my songs and was extremely good. Now it appears to be extremely buggy and once I have picked a song every time I try to change it the song screen will song stay open and will return to the list of my songs. The part of the app that made it appear on my lock screen will not work anymore and it won’t appear meaning I have to open the app just to change a song and then the problem I previously explained will happen leaving the only way for me to change song is when I have the list with all my songs up down the very bottom right and it is extremely small. Not to mention then I can only go forward I can’t go back a song. So I’d have to open the song page which once I then go back it instantly minimises back to my list of songs making it extremely frustrating. Pls fix I miss listening to my old music I have saved on there and as I have stated it it’s over 700 songs.

Almost like all the time I would tell my friends, “Oh don’t worry I will share the app to you!” or something like that, then we’d both go on SHAREit and then I’d remember that SHAREit doesn’t let you share apps! So I’m hoping that this update will let me start to share apps! If it did share apps, I would’ve given this 5 ⭐️s!

Transfer Failed. It was working extraordinary well for the first few transfers, but then a month later when I tried to transfer again from PC to iOS it kept on saying waiting and transfer failed. Now I can transfer files.

One thing only. Share it have an amazing video player and I really hope that you realest on the AppStore even if it cost money because it really worth it

Can’t transfer my videos. It used to be super easy to transfer files. But today I suddenly cannot transfer anything. When I click on the videos I want to transfer, instead of getting the circle ticked, a iCloud icon come out!! I can’t select any of them. I spent 30 mins already trying to click on them and transferring them. But no. It’s not working.. just wasted my time. Thinking this will be faster than using my airdrop. Very disappointed and annoyed right now.

Scrambles my video. The transfer initially seem to work but when I checked the video the image was intermittently scrambled with digital artefacts. Not sure why this would happen less there isn’t any error checking when the transfer is happening. I was really hoping this would work as posting a video from PC to Instagram is tedious on an iPhone.

Rubbish. Can’t move my files out to another location. What’s the point of transferring files if they can’t be used? Waste of time.

Camera access. I press okay for it to send me to the camera access and then it doesn’t allow me to turn it on.

Forget Airdrop. Very fast and best of all, reliable, can’t say the same for Airdrop

Beware - Ads!. I downloaded the app on my phone and the program on my work lap top to get an instructional video onto my computer. Now ads are popping up with annoying “ding” on my computer constantly! What has happened? New scanning software and $100 later, still Ads popping up. Not a good look when I am a teacher. I blame Share It and need to get this problem fixed. Removed the program, deleted the app. Still ads, grrrr!

Best app ever. ShareIt is very helpful in transferring files and songs especially to and from my iPhone. Just today I found out that my transferred songs are not automatically imported to ‘My Music’ folder where I usually play the songs. However, the song is already in the Music folder, which confuses me. Is there a way to refresh the ‘My Music’ playlist? I have tried restarting the app and my iPhone but it’s still not working. The app is up to date and so is my iPhone SE.

Lock screen playing. Please fix the lock screen playing.. it doesn’t appears on the lock screen and need to change the songs manually as it’s not continuously playing..need to unlock the iPhone to hear a new song... Thank you! ✌️

Aggressive ads and bugs. I’ve been using SHAREit for a while and don’t mind the the ads but off late the ads are very aggressive and too long. They’re so many and so long that I forget what I needed to share. And sometime the ads just gets stuck on a black screen with no way to close or exit the ad video. You’re forced to kill and relaunch the app and rewatch the ads again. It’s has become all about the ads and very little to serve it purpose.

Their privacy policy is shameful!. BEWARE! They collect all personal info about your profile and data you send from the app! It’s crazy. If you’re worried about privacy don’t use this app

Spams notifications with ads. Could your hideous app keep ads to the app itself.? It is spamming my Notification Centre making other important messages not seen which require urgent response.

Bad update. The latest update of SHAREit is too bad it doesn’t work. App will open for 2 min after that it will get closed without any reason please make it perfect or don’t put this type of updates 🤷🏻‍♂️

I can’t share my game. Why I cant share my game to another phone using share it

Dumb app. It says 'Click on avatar to send' but I click on the avatar and nothing happens. The PC version is lackluster and doesn't even let you select what device to share with.

Good but some inconvienience occurs. I have installed the latest version of shareit but disn’t get import option their to import my files to my phone system. I found it very much inconvienient because i have shared those files from my pc which is a very long procedure itself. So please help so that i can import my files as soon as possible.

Not responding. Previously I was Fond of using this app but from today onwards it is not working properly. When i open it ,the starting phase of app opens but then gets itself minimize... so i cant understand-it...... hope you will look it would give some suggestion

Pop ups. It’s a good app to transfer some files except for the fact that sometimes the pop ups make you crazy

Search feature on Send tab. Pls add a feature where you can search up a certain file when trying to send to another device. I have over 1000 songs on the music player and it’s tiring when I have to scroll and find the certain song I’m tryna send. Most times it takes up to 10minutes to find the song I’m tryna send.

Photos will not open. My photo files will not open or let me open in another app, I’ve opened and closed SHAREiT but still won’t work.

It crashes as soon as I lock my phone when I listen to music. I have the latest iOS 11.1. I download the latest version of the app also that was supposed to fix crashes but it hasn’t fixed it. What happens is that I choose a song, I put my phone to sleep (click the power button), and within 10 seconds, the song stops and the app crashes. I tried restarting my phone and refreshing the Pp and nothing seems to work. Please fix this issue. Regards John

Too many adds. There are too many adds when we about to send. Each and every time i have to skip the adds when i have to send anything important urgently.. useless…

The add kills it. The add when you open the app it sucks!!! There is no “x” close option, neither timing, it takes the full screen and can take minutes!!! How to skip the add and how to continue to use the app? One more point, the music player sucks!!!

Privacy. This app doesn’t respect the user’s privacy. I read the privacy policy of the app and it was shocking! They basically collect everything that you don’t expect to be collected. Ip address, email, the profile’s photo, your location..... And they say in their privacy policy that they can transfer your information to the government (The Chinese Government) for “regulations and legal procedures” !!

Nice scam. Any files sent between devices ends in network error this is not end users issue its the devs of the app not fixing true local network file sharing i wonder why apple allows an app like this that plays ads & doesnt do what its supposed todo send files from device to device

Songs name change automatically. Just updated it and songs name changed automatically and can’t even find my songs by series.

Songs won’t play. This app is really useful for me. I have most of my songs saved on here but unfortunately these last two days none of my songs seem to be able to play. When I want to play something the screen becomes frozen. I hope this is a bug and there will be a new update that fixes this thank you!

Two is generous even though it works great. The problem is it’s paid now. It was hard enough to get people to download an app they didn’t already have, now I have to convince them to start a free trial with a paid subscription too? Most won’t, and so I effectively still have no cross platform airdrop solution. It would be way better, for all of us AND your company, if you made a paid subscription required only to SEND files OVER a certain size. You’ll become a common app and name for most of the same people who would never pay for it anyway, keeping the power users way more likely to use you because they know so many people so commonly do, and then those people and any one of the many regular free users who want to send files over a certain size will happily pay when that’s what they’re trying to do because they’ll know at least they’re unlocking the full version of something “everyone” has. I want to have to pay to send files over a certain size, but the receiver should be able to get a file of any size for free. That way I know that (a) “everyone” has it, and (b) I can send everyone any file size I wish if I pay for that power. Only one of the two people sharing, whichever direction the file is going, should have to have a subscription for both to share. Having to download and start a free trial to send or receive anything at all when I know most other people won’t even have the app I’m paying to use because they didn’t hear of it because it’s not popular or common because it’s not free for something most people would rather find a free workaround to using is not useful. I’m not trying to be harsh. I love your app and I’m telling you what I honestly believe will make it more popular and make you more money, with which i know you’ll only keep making it better and that more and more people will have it which keeps it relevant. I’m more likely to pay if I know the people I want to use it with don’t have to, because then they’ll actually get it when we need to share something, or eventually the situation will reliably become they probably already have it. You’d rather millions of free users with a small percent paying than thousands of paid users who are always exposed to all the free workarounds everyone they can’t convince to buy it are instead using. First, replace everyone’s perception of an alternative by making an alternative so unnecessary that no one bothers to think of one or use one which is even slightly less convenient than the all in one solution of a refined and well reviewed app. You’re killing yourself in the long run for short term gains and I don’t know how long it’ll be before a competitor doing what I’m saying now will make you irrelevant. The day that happens, no matter how small of a risk of that you perceive, is the day it’s too late. Once people switch it’ll be nearly impossible to get them to come back, even if you then do fix this.

$100 dollar in-app purchase and ads still present. bought the lifetime edition of ad free experience/ faster transfer speeds and didn’t receive anything in return as the ads are still there. App works as described, just stay away from the premium features - I now have to msg apple to get my money back

Horrible installs malware on computer. If I could give this app zero stars I would!!! I installed it on my phone and computer so I could “air drop” pictures. It added malware and was putting smut on my computer. Adds kept popping up of scantily clad women and pop ups for so many things. It took me about a half hour to uninstall alllll the hidden crap it out on my computer. I’m not even sure it’s all gone. My kids use my computer and I don’t want these inappropriate ads popping up!! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Amazing. I love this app. The only thing I wish is had was the ability to file where ever we want I say this because I have a file for each artist and it moves to the music file instead and I can’t transfer it to the artist file.

Doesn’t work. Before it worked as well, and I shared my files with pc, but when I updated it doesn’t work well and it doesn’t connect with my pc, I hope to fix this problem soon, because it was amazing app for transferring files with pc.

Copy Cat. Just like every other good app I used to use, ShareIt has gone Premium and is now offering more features and charging a fee to use the Premium version of the app. I use at least 50 apps regularly. They all want me to pay for the Premium or Ad-Free version. I want them all but cannot afford them all. Some are almost $200 a year! Everybody charges to use their apps = I don’t get to use any apps. Thanks geniuses!

Sketchy app - misleading practices. My worst app purchase. App keeps asking to access more photos without me initiating. Adds take up the whole screen and impair your ability to move around it. If you don’t hit something exactly to get out of it, the ads takes you to a site. There is no delete account button. Only delete history. I wish I never created an account with them.

Crashing.. This app is great! I’m am just a little disappointed because after I got iOS 11 the app has started to crash. I can’t stay on the app for longer than a few minutes without it happening. I have also updated to the recent version and it still crashes. But before that the app was amazing.

Not showing up. I’ve used this app for awhile but there seems to be a problem. I’ve recently transferred a few songs from one device to another but they do not show up in my ‘my music’ list. And it’s frustrating. I do hope this problem is fixed.

wonderfaul ut the music player. The app is wonderful in every sense of the word. But I have some observations about the music player I wish I could edit the name of the song or the singer or the album. And the research needs to be improved. I hope my notes are taken .

Problem at last version. I used this app previously a lot but now after update I try to open the app but it stuck in the hello page and when I press content button it’s not work and still stuck. Note: I use the app in Arabic Language.

Latest update is ok. The latest update has somewhat fixed the previous version but it still needs some improvements or in my opinion, I prefer it before the latest updates

How to change settings on video player. The video app that came with this sharing application is very poor, and it’s almost impossible to set up the way you wanted to. I preferred to have ID descriptions, for the blind turned on, and it was impossible to turn that on with my video playing.

App got a problem. When i play music in shareit, suddenly it stops playing and every time have to get back in the app and restart music from the beginning. Don't know what's wrong with it!

annoying and aggravating. I installed shareit to transfer a mp3 from my pc to my iphone se 2020. Not only was the install process clumsy and needed to be repeated four times, but the ads are so intrusive that they bog down file transfer. Once I transferred the file, it didn’t appear in my music library and could only be played from within Shareit. After 15 minutes I gave up and deleted this from phone and pc. A real waste of time

Good app but a problem. The app is fantastic, but once you send a file from your PC, you can't save pictures or videos in your iPhone gallery; they remain accessible only within the app, and that's disappointing.

Music player doesn’t always keep on playing. So I’ve had this app for a while so I could transfer my Samsung music over to my iPhone and for the past month the music player won’t always show up on my screen or it’ll only play one song and stop kinda making me want to delete this app and find another

The updates are making it worse. I like the old SHAREit where things were sorted into files within the app, now everything is jumbled up & put in the recent file, it’s frustrating, it used to be so neat. Please bring it back, the app deserves a higher ratings if not for this issue.

Hmm. Haven’t used it a whole lot yet but the features and layout are nice. I like how it provides a aid for centralized platform for transferring essentially any kind of data or file or whatever across basically any devices. Needs a dark mode though for sure!

DO NOT DOWNLOAD, has sex ads. Installed this app to try it out and the first thing it does after getting through the introduction is display a full screen sex ad. I hope someone makes a completely ad-free, in-app-purchase-free app that lets you transfer files between devices without internet connection that makes apps like this one go out of business permanently.

A 30 seconds ad for EVERY file transfer.. I loved this app, it saved my life so many times. But now, if you want to transfer 500 photos, you are forced to see 500 ads, and some of them are 30 seconds long. A file before and after each transfer is more than ok, but with every single file is just waaaay too much. I really hope they fix this. In the mean while I’ll be looking for another app

Downloading problems. Hi!this app was the best for sharing files with other devices but since last updates, I can’t download its datas on my pc (all files appear as a 192kb file named:NSDOCUMENTDIRECT on my pc ) and it’s made me really disappointed:( some help please❤️

APP crashes while connecting to photo library. APP continues crashing when I click photo or contact tab. The issues stays after I reinstalled the app.

Wants payment info even to just trial it. App offered a free 3-day trial, but insisted on me providing payment inf before it would even activate. I removed app without even trying since I’m not about to hand such info over when I don’t know if app will even do what I need of it. 2 stars only because I am giving it benefit of doubt.

The only sharing app. I can’t think what would be happened if there were no share it app in the App Store, biz it’s the only app which can share file smoothly in a very excellent speed in practical life. Only one thing is a pain ...... the connecting procedure between iOS and non iOS device 😫.

iphone to PC music transfer quality. The quality of file transferring from iphone to pc has considerably decreased. Multiple attempts needed to send one single music to your pc cause either it disconnects or the transfer begins but does not go further than 0 percent.

Good music & transfer app. This app sends musics, pics and videos from one phone to another. U can play and next music from the home screen. I recommend this app if you don’t wanna buy music from the App Store. Love this app!
