Go Puff!!!. The first time I ordered from Go Puff they cancelled my order. They stated there were difficulties with payment but I was paying cash. I was confused and disappointed. I tried again and this time they called to verify order and they explain that I didn’t answer the phone the first time and that’s why it was cancel. With my second order I couldn’t use my coupon again because it was used on my cancel order. I didn’t like that however the second order ran smoothly and I received my snacks promptly. Go Puff needs an alternative to contact customer such as text messages or notifications. Sometimes you may miss a call but you may see a text message later. Also they don’t allow customers time to verify the order it was literally 2mins and it was cancel. With a text messages or notification they could continue the order and verification could happen at any time. Also they could proceed with the order like door dash... it was too many steps. Door dash all call if they can’t find where u live or something is out.

Very practical however a long term waste of money. The practicality and convenience of the app is great. Especially last minute items like flour, water, toilet paper, etc. The amount of items the company has is impressive and it’s even great for last minute snacks. That is where the good ends, the prices are absolutely outrageous for starters. I’ve used go puff for around 4 years now and the drivers have gotten progressively worse, my last 3 orders were dropped somewhere random with pictures not showing the location and when I contact the drivers they typically ignore me. My last order was placed at the wrong apartment, and when I called the driver he just cussed at me and told me good luck. The other massive issue is the “rewards” system: you basically get points for every purchase, but the kicker is that these points end up hurting you more than helping you. For example, you spend 10K points for a measly $5 off, but when you use the $5 off an order it takes you below the order minimum and they tack on an extra $5 which cancels out the discount. It works like that for every “reward” they give you a dollar amount or percent off then turn around and charge you the difference anyway. It’s pathetic.

Was good at first but now…. I’ve been using this app since the 2020 during the pandemic and at first it was one of the main delivery services I used because they had a good variety of things you could mainly get if you were to go to the grocery store. And I liked to use it especially for little things like snacks and beverages. But now I barely have no use for it anymore because their items have become a bit overpriced, and almost all of my favorite snacks and drinks I usually buy are always out of stock! And it takes so long for them to come back in stock. I also don’t feel like there are many good deals anymore like price drops on items or getting a percentage off your order unless you spend a major amount of money or something. Until there’s a bit of a change in those areas, I don’t really think I’ll be using this app that much anymore.

Love everything but the delivery time :/. GoPuff just keeps getting better with its selection, everything (almost) is always stocked, the customer service is wonderful and the app is fabulous to use. The *only* bad thing is the delivery. Every time I use it, the predicted delivery time goes up and up- usually it starts out and by the time it’s delivered it’s 30-45 minutes later. This happens at various times of the day, and not when you’d expect they’d be busy. I wish they would project it later, especially since in my neighborhood (in Philly, their flagship) they don’t ring the bell so I’m waiting around with my phone for a call. It’s frustrating. Anyway, go GoPuff, I remember when it was a little startup by Philly students. Also I can’t say how much I appreciate that they offer condoms and the morning after pill in my city. It’s a bit of a laugh but it shows that GoPuff understands the real needs for safety in a student heavy city and isn’t afraid to put it out there. <3

Why only one ⭐️. I give this app one ⭐️simply because most of the drivers do not actually deliver the order. They arrive somewhere close to your address then call you and ask you to come meet them. Secondly the instructions are written in delivery profile on how to contact me for me to be able to open the door. People have pulled and snatched on the lobby door like wild ape trying to escape the zoo. They have attitude issues. My order is always delayed. I mean every time I open the app it says delivery in 15 minutes or less. As soon as you place the order it’s an hour to two hours later before they’re anywhere near you. The only good this company has going for them is the customer service department. The main advertisement for GO PUFF is they’re going to deliver it in 15 minutes maybe 30. I’ve worked as a delivery person before. When I did I actually got out of the car and delivered the food or whatever was in the order to the HUMAN BEING. I did not call them when I was outside and have them come outside that defeats the purpose of them PAYING FOR DELIVERY!

Best delivery service. I’m located in Portland, OR and have been using GoPuff for over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience with my orders, drivers or customer service. Compared to other delivery services (I won’t name names) that repeatedly let me down - I’m always happy to order with GoPuff because I know it always goes right. You can get just about anything on the app and the inventory stays up to date - I recently ordered something that they had just ran out of and they promptly texted me if I wanted to replace the item or take it off. I really appreciate how quickly and efficiently that communication was. The drivers are always so nice and one even told me out of all the delivery services they have worked for GoPuff has been their favorite - so that’s good to hear the company is doing something right for their employees! Thank you for always being consistent!

I use this app all the time. I tried out this app just because it seemed convenient and I got the credit from inviting someone, but now I use this app at least twice a week 😅 It’s very useful to me as I struggle with PTSD, so it’s hard for me to leave the house or be around other people at times. If I forgot some ingredients for dinner, instead of having to go back out, they can get it to me in 20 mins no problem. They have a ton of variety in what they offer, I can order a fruit cup and a roll of toilet paper if I want and I think that’s awesome. The curated boxes are really nice too, I got the hot and sour one and I loved it. It’s super quick, the people who deliver for Gopuff are extremely nice and professional, and I love how the app is set up to make it easy to find what you want. I know the main demographic they’re trying to appeal to is stoners, but it’s also really amazing for people who struggle with mental illness. I recommend this app to everyone :)

Been using goPuff for a bit less than a year now, will stop using in 2020.. To start off with ive spent a lot of money on this app in the pass year. I’m a very lazy person who gets specific cravings at night and I don’t own a car so this was perfect for me. And since I work a job where I get a lot in cash tips, it was super convient for me to use this instead of trekking to the store even with the slight overcharge for everything. But now I feel like the quality of these things are going down and I can’t see myself using it anymore once my goPuff fam ends in January. The puff points which used to get you stuff like free ice cream or dog toys is now switched to getting you up to a 20% discount on your order. That was when I first knew I was no longer going be using this app anymore, as well as them no longer accepting cash in 2020. The fact that they accepted cash made them a preferred between my friends and I just because of the nature of our jobs. Now with all that I’d rather just walk the half mile to my nearest corner store and call it a day.

Be careful/may lose some business!. I had been using goPuff on and off for a good couple of months! I can admit they are pretty darn quick to deliver! But despite their quickness, them switching off the ability to pay with cash is very risky and may actually lose some business! I do happen to own a debit card, but let’s say there’s no money on it, but I happen to have cash, now what? They just lost business right there bc they won’t accept paper money! I know I gave this a 3 star review, as a matter of fact I would’ve gave it a full 5 star bc it’s service is... or was wonderful, but for every sentence I type, I’m removing a star! They claim it’s better and safer for their employees, and in a sense I can sorta see that, but I’m sorry, until they enable the ability to pay with cash again I may not use this service! Great service 👍🏼! Horrible decision making 👎🏼! Hear me out GoPuff! There are a lot of people out there who probably only paid in cash, now you just lot what seems like a small percentage, but is actually a big number of customers! Plz reconsider! Some people only use cash! Or proceed at your own risk.

customer service??. I had an account for a while and used it here and there only when I needed groceries and couldn’t go out, the beginning of the month I used the 14 day free trial of Fam, forgot about it and deleted GoPuff because I no longer needed it. When it tried to charge me once the free trial was up, I contacted customer support because for one I no longer needed it, no longer had the app, and I also genuinely didn’t have the money. I contacted customer service to cancel it (couldn’t cancel through the app) and the person told me they couldn’t cancel it because it was “past due” even though it was 30 minutes after the subscription tried to charge me. I told them I no longer used it and they literally ARGUED with me on why I needed to keep it because I used it earlier in the month and got no delivery fee. They also said it was a “good deal” which I agree with, but there is no reason a customer support agent should be arguing with me about whether I should or should not keep a subscription I no longer use OR assuming I have the means to pay for a subscription. I ended the chat and started a new one and the next agent cancelled my subscription with no problem. Train these guys not to be like this.

Literally hands down the best!. GoPuff is literally the best delivery service I have ever used. I have not had not ONE bad experience with the company and I have literally ordered GoPuff in three different states! The deliveries are always so fast, packaged so neatly and the drivers always call me to let me know the order is here or has been left per the instructions. They were open during Christmas Eve, Christmas day and even New Year Eve. The driver called me after delivering my order like literally at midnight on the new year. I told her I was so worried about her and to get home safe with it being the holiday. The driver told me “ We had some late orders come in and I was the only driver. If I didn’t deliver them you all wouldn’t have gotten your orders and I didn’t want that to happen .” Like seriously! How considerate is that!!! The drivers are always so kind! I mean so polite and so nice! Like seriously! What is GoPuff paying them!!! In all seriousness I will go out my way to use this service . Please please don’t change a thing.

Love it but app glitches lately. My husband and I use goPuff regularly. We’ve been noticing some weird things with the app. The first was that one day we can order alcohol, the next we can’t, then it’s back, then it’s gone. Frustrating. What’s more frustrating, is putting something in your cart only to find once your ready to check out that it’s unavailable. It would be nice if there was a way to remove the item altogether, if it’s currently unavailable or adding a label that says it’s unavailable before somebody gets their hopes up. Another recent glitch with the app: my husband ordered some snacks yesterday, the app reported the driver being like 15 mins away for at least an hour, 2 hours later he called goPuff customer support to cancel the order but the app just had the driver in the same spot for hours and the driver never came. With my order today, it took an hour where as most orders are easily under 30 mins. The app showed the driver being right at my location so I thought it was about to arrive, I check the app again and there are further away and stay there for 30 mins or so. I go to cancel the order because obviously the app is messed up and I get a call from the driver. Alls well that ends well but please take a look at the app pleaseeeeee. I love this app but these glitches are beyond annoying. Thanks!!!!

Bye bye UberEats!!!. FINALLY!!! It has arrived here in LA!! Oh boy, many will agree.. Uber is overpriced, GrubHub drivers steal food, Caviar is for the high-end, 7-Eleven app has only so many options and InstaCart is in a category of its own, not belonging in this conversation! There is not a single delivery platform that combines groceries, munchies, household items, and more.. and delivers within 20 minutes. DUDE.. NO… they’re not paying me! I only care to take this time because I literally just received my order within 15 minutes. They’re currently running a promo, as most new region launches offer, so TAKE ADVANTAGE FAST!! My $30 worth of junk food and toothpaste only costed me a FIXED DELIVERY FEE OF $1.95 (Not $8 because of a lack of drivers or high-demand) Pricing is ON POINT!! THERE IS NO UP-CHARGE!! If you walk into the store and physically see an item priced $1.75…. You can expect that same price listed on GoPuff. The only up-charge?? Is their $1.95 delivery fee which never changes. EVER! You guys!!! Im PUMPED and Im telling EVERYBODY!! You cant think of ANY platform that delivers within 20 minutes, lowest delivery fee, no up-charge on prices, very low minimum… AND AN INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM THAT IS ACTUALLY FRIKKIN AVAILABLE, RESPONSIVE, and LOCAL!! They call you quickly if something is out of stock or to adjust orders, etc. Guys.. DO IT! Find me and tell me I was wrong!! You cant.

Expired Food. I’ve been using goPuff for an entire year now, and I’m done. They have problems with delivering food at a reasonable time, hiring trustworthy people, and delivering food that isn’t expired. When you first place your order, the app will give you an estimate of when your food will arrive. Typically, the estimate is 30 minutes to an hour which is way too long for someone who lives downtown in a large city (meaning there should be more goPuff drivers available and near), but whatever. My problem is that they will keep changing the estimate when you check in on your order; it will go from 30 minutes to 45 minutes, and so forth. One time, I actually waited two hours for $15 worth of food. My final straw with this company came from receiving expired food. I’ve received expired food and stale items three of four times now, but I never complained. However, about two weeks ago, the last time I ever bought anything wrong them, I received food that was expired by an entire week and I let the company know. Two weeks later, they haven’t gotten back to me. No compensation, no apology, just silence. It’s pathetic, honestly. Take your money to DoorDash or UberEats, people.

I PAID $40 FOR NOTHING. Ordered a couple of drinks(alcoholic) and the typical process is you receive a confirmation text, then a courtesy call from the driver that they’re on the way, and sometimes another call when they arrive outside because they have to personally hand them to you AND scan your ID since they’re handing over alcohol to you. You’d think because you’ve ordered plenty times before its be the same process, but no. I ordered some beer and was told they’d deliver my order by a certain time. No biggie, I can wait. But as the time was approaching and they was no heads up on the drivers end, I chose to open the app and track their distance. They were on the way it said. Waited and waited, even 20 minutes past the time they gave, and the driver was still “on the way”. I had no number to reach the driver. I had to just accept the cancellation of my order I emailed Gopuff about the entire situation only to be surprised by their response. In a condensed version they said: we asked the driver and you couldn’t provide an ID so the order was cancelled. I even have screen shots of my call logs and texts. I tried going back onto the app to see if there was another method to get help, and they disabled my account. Doesn’t seem like they care about referrals. I’ll start telling all the people I referred to begin deleting Gopuff from their phone. If you can’t take care of your customers, you don’t deserve new ones. So in short I was charged for nothing

Great during these times. This app is great if you need somthing out of the blue. They will deliver within a half n hour while also the prices are marked up just as gas station prices. I’ve only had 2 encounters where I was u happy. 1. Them taking over 45 mins to deliver two items and forgot one item. Then I wasn’t allowed a refund smoothly. It was more like a credit for another item. . 2. Some of the delivery drivers are pricks. They’d stop in the middle of the road and cause traffic while getting out of their car to give me my items. I’m very unhappy about this. It’s unreasonable when there is parking available. But all else like I said, it’s very convenient if you wish not to head out of your home. If I can think of another down side, when I see the list of items, many items don’t show the nutritional label on the product. Just the picture of the product itself. This deterred me from purchasing many items due to my keto life style. But all n all a good application.

Fantastic...until recently. Love this app and have been a long time user, as well as telling everyone I know to download it. Have had a number of delivery driver issues but nothing beyond what you typically run into. Recently, I had an issue with a driver whose tracking location kept changing, marked my order as delivered and nothing was outside my door (no attempt to contact me was made) I contacted GoPuff support and they sent me another order with no issue. I'm pretty patient with this stuff so this was not anything to sweat for me and I was grateful for someone coming out again and delivering my stuff! However, since then gopuff has required me to meet in person and provide a pin to every driver. Right now I have covid and take locking down seriously and it is said my order isn't eligible for contactless delivery. I'm frustrated with this because contactless delivery is a huge plus of the app, I pay for a monthly membership with this app and am not able to access the full benefits that free users can enjoy, and I'm getting a feature taken away because of an issue with the driver, nothing that I could control. Questioning using this app any longer and just switching to UberEats or Doordash that have the same options without these issues.

Love the app but... The app is great for quick last minute or late night gets but there is one major flaw and why I CANNOT give it 5 stars. The customer support is lacking severely it comes across that everything that could go wrong even just asking a simple question is meat with just hostile answers back and little to no communication is there it’s just monotone I’m right your wrong answers. Maybe that’s how it’s designed to be but it’s just not as welcoming as other services when you have a simple question or wanna just make a quick complaint. Example my first interaction was over a leaky cup and melted frozen goods under-stably they wanted evidence of a mess I had already taken care of I understand that aspect being my fault but it was just meet with hostility. My most recent interaction was over a payment question and was meet with just usless info and hostility or what I perceived as hostility. Idk I just think if the app was a bit better declaiming info and working on the customer interaction I think the app would equate to a more rounded off experience the issues are minimal and just minor like mislabeling products ect but that’s the beauty of apps it allows for updates.

Good till i was scammed out of $70. There was a sale going on on tequila and they were offering half off even inexpensive bottles of tequila. So I ordered the clase azul which usually cost $120 and my order was on the way. Excited as I was I sat there on my phone and watched as this person got near my house and I was literally standing outside waiting and all of a sudden it was marked delivered. I never received the item and when I contacted customer support, they swore that this person got a signature and I showed my ID. They said the only way the bottle would get released is if the ID matched mine and the signature. I know this is a lie because I’ve had my girlfriend sign for a bottle before and show her ID. I swear to God on my life I never received that bottle. I never signed anything, and I never showed my ID. After contacting customer support twice they refused to give me a refund and they swore up and down that I presented my ID which I did not. I even referred people to it but now I just uninstalled because I’m not gonna get scammed out of $70 and then continue to use your app..

best for the lazy and lucky. They know their audience. They gave me a lighter with my first order. When it’s bad weather and the grocery store seems like a hike... it’s actually a pretty good deal. Compared to grocery store prices, of course it’s higher - but since they initially showed up in Chicago, GoPuff has only continued to improve. They’ve broadened their household needs product line, really the smartest thing they could do. The snacks and junk food sections are great and plentiful - the main issue with GoPuff is that they are ALWAYS out of one item on my lists. They also have some stuff that’s just not worth the price but when you’re desperate you’ll do it. Twice I’ve gotten stale items but I order pretty regularly... I’m pretty sure I’m one of their best customers, not kidding. When I lived in Lakeview delivery took ages, but now in Wicker Park they’re much quicker, like shockingly fast to deliver, so I think if you’re on the west side of the city then you’re near their warehouse and it is SO quick.

Ton of glitches. Ok so there’s been lots of glitches with this app! Like seriously! So when I first downloaded the app I placed my first order and everything was great. Then when I tried to place the second order it kept on showing there was an payment error. I contacted customer support apparently they can’t do anything about it. So I just wasted my Fam free trial and the other 2 $10 coupons. And customer support did not give me any compensation. There are also glitches on deals, such as a deal that’s $10 for 2 items but when you checkout it still shows the original price there is no discount. And the customer support still can’t do anything but tell me to wait. Lastly there’s couple of times when I placed my order and after I place my order it tells me a certain item is out. Like there’s no notification or message? I don’t even know how an item can be unavailable after I placed my order? And I didn’t realize until I got the order because there wasn’t any notification! Lastly this Fam subscription is really getting pricey it’s raised a lot. It’s $3.95 which is basically $4 for a delivery now if you don’t buy Fam. And Fam has increased to 7.99/month which is $8. The only reason I’m giving 2 star not a 1 start is because I like the rewards points function. You get free points everyday spinning the wheel and you can redeem items. And nothing went wrong with delivering.

Shocked. This has to be the most understaffed job in all of America. The wait times make no sense at all. I go into the app and it says 27-45 delivery time. Considering the track record that I’ve had with Gopuff this is pretty good. I’m also not in dire need of these items so waiting a little, yea I don’t mind. I do mind though being told my order is being delayed 60+ mins not even 10 mins after my order is placed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience with Gopuff but it will surely be my last. I’ve ordered ice cream from here and (that’s almost 7 freaking dollars) buy the time it gets to me its melted. If I wanted strawberry milk I would have ordered it. The wait times are just disrespectful, especially when the app is so heavily advertised as being “convenient” and “quick”. You think waiting a hour and half for a pint of ice cream and a 20 oz soda is quick and convenient Gopuff. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. The wait times paired with the pricing of items mixed with the terrible customer service is just not worth it.

False advertising/Complete waste of time. This app is such a joke. With the false advertising shown for offering alcohol and everything else available to users, in reality it’s only offered to like 3 cities all throughout America. A complete waste of time signing up and giving away all my personal information for them to sell. They don’t even tell you where they are able to deliver to before signing up, you have to put in your address to find out. This app is a disgusting information leach. In order to sign up which is a waste of time because you’re not going to be able to buy alcohol anywhere anyway (unless you’re in the 3 major cities they deliver it to) you must give away all your personal info. Including phone number, email address, the right to see and download all your google account email addresses, see and download your exact date of birth, see and download your street address, see and download your personal phone numbers. After ALL of this, then the app will tell you if they’re able to deliver to you. Such a disgusting terrible app. I don’t see why this app would deserve anything more than 2 stars with such terrible lies it says. ALCOHOL IS IN THE NAME OF THIS APP! And it only delivers alcohol to 3 cities! What is this! Worst app ever!

Great concept, many issues. I've been using gopuff for a few years now, and many aspects have gone downhill. First off, the ads to join fam are RELENTLESS. I've accidentally signed up and had to contact support twice now- there's a prompt you're forced to click through directly before checking out, and with a single misplaced tap you've been charged for a subscription. The delivery times are often great, but in the past few months I've had several orders take hours to arrive and customer support refuse to do anything about it. Not to mention the "multiple deliveries" addition. I've ordered frozen food that's arrived completely melted or thawed due to these prior multiple stops, and very frequently I'll see the driver on the map drive right by my house to do another delivery first. There's a pretty good selection of items, but for a company called "gopuff" they have an incredibly limited stock of vape juice/supplies/parts. Other items are often out of stock for weeks at a time. The minimum cart fee as well as the various other fees seem to change incredibly frequently. I swear I remember gopuff being 24hr, but relatively often over the past few months I'll go to place and order and they'll be closed- completely randomly. Lastly, the points reward system is a total joke. The amount of money you need to spend before you can redeem anything actually *useful* is just not worth it. Convenient in a pinch, or if you've got time to spare. Sad to see gopuff go downhill :(

My go to spot for snacks/groceries. Of course just like any app or really anything in this world, nothing is perfect. GoPuff and everything it offers, the overall service? How could you really complain? The minimum cost to order is cheap, they offer so many deals and specials along with the Fam membership that gets you FREE delivery.. the delivery time is like 45-hour at most but usually it takes around 20 mins to get your order! Also my experience with other apps like Grubhub or Doordash, I usually always get something stolen from my order but never with GoPuff! I’ve ordered over 100 times by now literally and never got my order messed up & if i am missing something it’s because they sold out which they communicate that to you very well! They offer electronics, grooming items, pet stuff they pretty much are your local grocery store but they deliver right to your door. They close at 3am in my area and open at 7.. so you have 20 hours everyday to order whatever you want!!! You can’t complain about this app easy 10 out of 10 try it out maybe get a small order? You’ll be hooked though I promise!👌🏾

👎🏾. I am a freshman in college and I thought this app was a great idea until I actually downloaded it. If this app was made for college students to buy snacks, the snacks on the app should be in bulk. What college student buys one to two bags of chips at a time? If we do that we would run out of food way too quick and would just have to order more in maybe a day or two. When I was ready to have some food items and other things delivered, I checked this app out and found myself disappointed that they only allow you to buy singular items for the most part. After I left this app, I found that Walmart has a delivery service, so I used that app instead because Walmart is a huge supermarket that has anything that anyone needs. It is a taxing $8 delivery, but I think it is very worth it if you buy enough snacks/groceries to last you months, or even an entire semester. I do however like the idea of gopuff offering items such as toiletries, household goods, etc; but Walmart does it better. I’d say if you are in college, or even anyone who wants to have items like these delivered, Walmart does it better.

Fun and timely. It’s refreshing to have the convenience to get that ONE ITEM you forgot from your grocery list, or that late night snack craving and not have to put on pants. Orders are accurate, delivered faster than pizza (go ahead and get the ice cream, it’ll be aight), and really hit the spot when you need something now. Be warned, this is a premium service. Do not expect sale prices or coupons. That 1/2 gallon of milk will cost you six bucks, plus delivery, plus tip, plus taxes. So shop smart. But you will shop often as it is fun, easy to navigate, and oh-so very convenient. What you are paying for is convenience, and that comes at a premium. But it isn’t always convenient… When deliveries are late, there is no recourse. Support is a cyclical bot that just tells you to keep waiting. You never interact with an actual person, and you never get to find out why you’ve been waiting an hour and the order is still in the “being packed” stage. So I’d recommend avoid the app if you require immediacy.

app needs a big change implemented, tired of awful service. used to be a big fan of this app, but the quality is getting worse and worse as time goes by. that goes for the workers, the app itself, the drivers, customer service, AND delivery services? before the orders used to get here 15-20 mins after ordering, which was REALLY helpful as im someone whos lucky enough to go out and get things i need from stores. i currently have the worst food poisoning of my life, i havent eaten in 3 days, have not kept water for 2. i ordered nausea medicine, and clear soda because i genuinely CAN NOT get off of my knees. the order said it would be here in 20 mins, as SOON as i pressed order, it changed. to 2 HOURS. im sick NOW, not sick in two hours. im so close to bawling out of anger and desparation, i have NO ONE to get me any medicine nor take care of me, it was 10pm when i ordered, its currently about to be 11:30 and as time goes on the suggested time keeps changing. before it used to allow you to see which items are unavailable, now yall just take our money and leave the delivery at the door with 2 of 5 items we ordered, no information about ANYTHING. not able to contact driver directly, not able to get ANY kind of support or empathy from anyone who works there. so sick of getting treated like trash, when all i want is to FEEL BETTER

In love..... I love, love, love GoPuff!! The inventory on the app stays up to date with what items are available and it provides a wonderful tracking system. I receive my order SUPER FAST!!! Of course every city is different, but I live in Nashville, TN and the longest I have ever waited for my order was 30 minutes. Most of the time I receive my order 15-20 minutes. The driver always finds my house — I don’t get any phone calls asking for directions, or what my house looks like. And the driver comes to my door....unlike many good delivery companies where half the time I have to go meet them at their car. I love the flat (and cheap!) delivery fee. I love the selection of items, and I’ve noticed the variety expanding more and more. It’s great for snacking, needing grocery items, needing medicine when you are sick and can’t leave the house, last minute pet care needs, and ordering drinks and party supplies without any danger of someone driving while intoxicated. I really think GoPuff provides a great service! Only thing I would change, is making it easier to obtain rewards with their point system.

unable to meet service needs and takes money out of my bank account!!. When I was trying to complete my order on Gopuff it said that my order was still under the minimum of $8.95 even though it was clearly over the minimum. Therefore I was not able to place my order. So I decided to delete and re-download the app thinking it was some kind of glitch, but unfortunately I ended up running into the same problem. Since the app was failing to meet my needs I decided to call the customer service line which ended the call before I could even speak to a representative. I am very upset and would like a solution for my problem. Once again go puff has failed me. About a month ago and today they have charged my bank account even though I have not purchased anything. The last time I used the service was a while ago. I also never received a refund from a previous order when I did not receive everything I ordered. This is unacceptable and I will no longer be using this service. It is quite unreliable.

So many problems now. Used to be great.. Extremely rude customer service. Orders get forgotten. Drivers show up almost two hours late. Now, even though the checkout page has an option for “contact-less delivery, leave outside door,” they refuse to and argue with you. On more than one occasion, they have just left with my order without canceling it until I called customer service, and was told 3-5 day refund and that they’d figure out about the contactless delivery option, since it’s regional. It should be standard. Every other delivery app has this and I’ve never had problems. Not to mention their selection is insanely limited to begin with, and then over half of the items are consistently out of stock for days. And I mean regular groceries, not like hand sanitizer and toilet paper back in April 2020. They are also egregiously overpriced (paid $6 for a bottle of Tums expecting the usual size and got a miniature that came with EIGHT tums.” I paid the extra in the past because the sheer convenience made up for it. Now it’s like i’m paying for literally substandard products and twice their cost and awful customer service. Stick with instacart and postmates. GoPuff does not have their act together.

Horrible Experience. I’ve been using Gopuff for about a year now and there’s been a few bumps, but it was an otherwise reliable service. I have deleted my account today after having a driver steal my order and then I was disrespected by customer service who insinuated that I was being untruthful. For an almost $30 order, I was only offered LESS THAN HALF of that as a “courtesy” and told Gopuff reserves the right to refuse deliver 24 hours after the order has been placed…which makes no sense bc it’s been less than two hours since this all went down. I explained the situation and how the driver’s “proof” doesn’t make any sense. If the order was delivered to my door, why didn’t they take a photo of the ENTIRE order? Why did they take a closeup photo of ONE item? I tried explaining this to customer service and was told over and over that they “understood” why I was upset, but were siding with the driver. Never using this service again. If you want to be scammed and disrespected, this is the app for you. I hope this app crashes and burns. Extremely unprofessional.

Best app ever. GoPuff is literally my FAVORITE delivery service app. I’ve had it for a few years now and the growth I’ve seen is incredible. You can get virtually ANYTHING on this app ranging from random obscure beers to healthy snacks to skincare. If I forgot to pick something up at the store or am just feeling lazy, 9/10 GoPuff has what I need. It’s also insanely fast… items get delivered within 30 minutes. I’ve ordered from GoPuff probably 25 times at this point and I’ve only had an issue ONCE. The customer support immediately refunded my money- and my order ended up showing up 30 minutes later. Last month my boyfriend and I unfortunately got Covid, he doesn’t have health insurance so covid tests were $200 at all the clinics around us and the at-home tests were sold out…BUT OF COURSE GoPuff was there to save the day!! They were selling at-home covid tests for just $20 and were restocking them every day. I also love their Sip Program, they do deals with beer companies which allow you to “sample” different beers for just 5 cents a can. Obviously I always add a few 5 cent beers to my order and share with my friends when they come over. I could go on and on about how much I love this app!!

They HIRE ANYBODY !. The driver stole my order. I called the customer service line and the lady exact words were “okay you want a refund?” 🙂 no customer services skills what so ever. This was my first bad experience with them(literally always used this app!) and honestly i am never ordering again. The manager or whoever he was Called and said “oh your driver should be outside” after i waited 45 mins for an order to arrive. The driver steals my order (literally just hot chips and apple juice) you really think I am going to open my door to guy who takes hot chips? 🤨 how are we even safe? These people know our addresses. They literally hire anybody from third party company. Would not recommend at alllllllll!!!! Will be posting this on my social media! Because it’s 2021 and it’s a lot of crazy people in the world! We need to be safe! I’ll just stick with driving to the stores. Cancelled my FAM membership and all. ✌🏽got my full refund. It’s not even about the money, i really wanted my snacks 😭 omg.

Useless customer support team. I was so excited to try this app for the first time. I don’t have a car and was hosting a housewarming for a few friends. I ordered several cases of cold beer as my friends were already starting to arrive. The delivery fee, other random fee, taxes, and tip made up 35% of my total. It was way too expensive but I was willing to pay it to enjoy cold beer in my new place. Delivery was fast and when I got the cases of beer, NONE of the cases were refrigerated. Every single item was non-refrigerated. We couldn’t even drink the beer because duh they had to be refrigerated for a long time. When I contacted customer support to let them know, the first thing they said was “one of my colleagues already told you we can’t refund” which was confusing since it was my FIRST time ever reaching out to Gopuff customer support. He realized this right away and then said they no longer offer refunds and that I “should have reported this order within 2 hours” because they have a new policy. Nowhere in my order confirmation emails or other Gopuff marketing emails does it say anything about this “new” policy. Also I’m a brand new customer, I’m clueless to your old AND new policy since this wasn’t stated in my order confirmation. The rep was unhelpful and came off super rude in the chat. This app is not it, I wouldn’t recommend anyone use it for ANYTHING. It’s too expensive and if you have an issue, customer support might tell you there’s nothing they can do!

Sketchy. Ordered and got a call almost immediately telling me my order was on the way. 25 minutes pass and I check my app to see delivery status saying it’s already been delivered. I contact the GoPuff location nearby and am told another customer accidentally signed for my order and was told I should get mine in a few minutes. 15 minutes pass and I call back and I’m told there are no other drivers to deliver because they only have one and that he doesn’t know what’s going on with the driver. I get another phone call back from a different guy saying the driver got lost because his GPS wasn’t working and just returned to their warehouse and that he (guy on the phone) would be delivering to me personally. This was 10 minutes ago and I still have no received my order. I’ve been waiting for going on 50 minutes when it was supposed to be less than 15. I was subscribed the the “FAM” feature for $5.95/ month but just canceled that. Don’t waste your time with these losers, just go to the store yourself. The prices of the items are overpriced in the app anyway. That’s why they can afford a $1.95 flat fee.

From the best to the absolute worst. I used gopuff from the first month they opened in Philly. I’m disabled and don’t have many options for getting food and household items, and gopuff had proven to be reliable, efficient, affordable, and friendly with incredible customer service. They pay drivers well and seem to take care of employees. But in the last few months, since they started the hot food delivery and expanded, the quality has gone to one star. Items are missing every time I order, the estimated wait time I use to judge whether I want to order or not is always way under the reality- orders take minimum of an hour to get to you, right now I’m currently 3 hours in. The drivers never follow instructions, my most recent one stole my pizza, the food is always cold, the coffee drinks spilled, customer service only says no when you ask for reasonable things. I’m so upset that such an incredible service has become this horrible. I was so happy to see their business thriving but I guess they don’t care about their customers anymore. I deleted my account.

Fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced. I love this app! I’ve used it several times now. Mostly while I’m cleaning or cooking. A few times while not feeling well and ordering some sort of OTC medicine. Saves me a ton of time and hassle. I stay on tract with what I’m doing if I’m working from home, busy doing stuff around the house, or just not feeling well to go out. My order shows up almost immediately. Like 10-15 minutes. Honestly faster than if I were to go out myself to the store. I literally have no clue how it gets here so quickly. I feel like they’re sitting down the street with my random items waiting for me to place an order. Like I know she’s gonna order some of this. I’m ready for her 😂 I love it!! As a single mother working a million hours a week, at the office and also at home… this app can be a total life saver. Thank you!!!

Fine enough, but be careful. I’ve been using this app for sometime now and usually the service is fine. This last order, there was a “network error” on the app and I ended up getting charged for 2 orders that the app said never went through. I called their help center told me it’d take 48 hours to get my money back. It’s been 5 days so I called again and was told that I’d have to call my bank to get the charges off my account. The bank said I’ll have to wait another 5 days to get my money back. Least to say this entire experience has been more frustrating than what it was worth. If you get that kind of error, be sure to wait a while before trying again and expect to be out of your money for up to 2 weeks. Especially since you can’t get anything off this app for less than 15 to 20 bucks minimum (with all the extra fees). I’ll be deleting my account and will be going to the store myself from now on. What a waste of my time, money, and energy.

WROST EVER!. So I decided to order from go puff before i decided i was going to order from doordash because theyve got my order right n great customer service but i wanted snacks instead so i ordered go puff ! so im waiting for my order it was 20-32 min n it said delivered but i didnt get my order! so i called them they said theyll give me a reorder so i said okay the lady or whateva was extremely rude and said can u please come downstairs to get ur order with a mean tone but anyway I was okay with that, I went down there no body no where to be found ! Then I called them again they said it was a dude and he knocked but nobody answered! It seemed like I got scammed 😂😂🤷🏾‍♀️. And I’m only 14 years old just wanted sum snacks it wasn’t that hard and I know how to work it ive gotten DoorDash like I said up there and the good thing abt door dash is they take a picture of where your stuff is being placed and they have a map so u can see where ur driver is at and u can text and call them 😂😂. Anyway I hope I’ll be getting a refund in the 3-5 days 😭🤷🏾‍♀️ they said they would but u know how that goes 😂😂!

Fastest delivery guy and gal in town hands down!. Gopuff always gets my order to me faster than Uber eats, Door dash, postmates, and more importantly they always get my order correct. I’ve never once had to call asking where my order is, nor have I had to call about missing items. If we held a race between the top 5 companies & include accuracy the Goouff would come in first place every time hands down I would guarantee it! They are transparent about what they have and what they don’t as the menu is always updated unlike the others, they have had the same low delivery fee since day one or you can pay for friends and Fam and get free delivery but no matter why you do everyone is treated the same. I love feeling like I’m not pressured into purchasing something and still get the same service as if I did. Thanks guys and gals you don’t get enough credit for what you do.

Way too slow, shoulda gone to 7-11. I used to love GoPuff. My order would arrive in 15-25 min flat. But today I submitted an order for a few snacks at 3:30 with a delivery time of 3:56-4:18. These were snacks I could’ve bought 2 minutes away at the 7-11, but I was stuck in a meeting so I opted for delivery instead. The progress bar moved veeery slowly. Order didn’t even start getting packed until almost 4. Around 4:15, I thought about cancelling because I was losing the craving I had had for a specific snack, when I saw my order move to the delivery phase. But then I watched the driver move farther and farther away from my house. They must have been completing multiple deliveries, but there is nothing more disheartening than wanting something badly, waiting longer than you planned to for it, and then finally seeing it’s on its way to you only to watch it go in the total opposite direction. It’s now 5:26 and I saw the driver get somewhat close to me, then continue on in the opposite direction AGAIN. Moreover, my meeting ended at 4:30 so I could’ve just gone to 7-11 an hour ago, but the app will not let you cancel your order after the driver leaves. I will not be ordering from GoPuff again. It looks like 7-11 has a similar delivery service now anyway.

Love my Fam membership. As many of you know, If you sign up for the Fam membership with Go Puff you get nice perks. When I was placing my order I accidentally pressed the “join Fam” button again and that created a charge I already had paid for earlier this month of January 2022. I called customer service to notify them about my mistake and the charge I created and they were super fast and efficient at helping me reverse that (granted it takes 3-5 business days to go back but it’s totally ok), so I did the one question survey for my CSR because she was awesome. I want to put a disclaimer out here, grocery prices have gone up in FL so be understandable. Don’t compare the prices to your Mom and Pop’s store because they are bringing your stuff to your door. If you can’t afford it then don’t use this app. Best grocery delivery service in my area!!

Maybe I was just unlucky?. I like to idea of apps like this, but in execution, it was very poor. I placed an order and it did not come within the delivery window. I contacted support who assured me it was on its way. It did not show up in that delivery period. I contacted support again and they assured me the order was coming. An hour later, I contacted support for a third time and was finally told that two of my items were out of stuck, this they could not complete my order. But the app never communicated any of this. If they had let me know right away, I would have amended my order and replaced the out of stock items with in stock items, but I wasn’t given the chance. They refunded my order finally and issued me $15 in credit to use towards my next purchase, but I will not be ordering from this app or any service like it, this has completely scarred me from using grocery delivery services and I would much rather brave the cold and travel the three blocks to a grocery store than wait over two hours with support who don’t even know what’s going on.

Worst app, worst customer service, and thief delivery people. If you want to have the absolute worst delivery experience of your life, please download! It took them four hours to “deliver” my items (ordered at 2 am arrived at 6:45am) and naturally I was no longer awake, so the delivery driver arrived and claimed he gave me the item and even received my pin when likely it was stolen by him. Recourse with the customer service chat box is so inane, you’ll lose brain cells. I was told to wait for over an hour to even ask what was going on (3:10am) and once I did, I wasn’t able to get a response in the chat box until 4:15 — again naturally already asleep. They closed the chat box on me and ended the refund process after 15 minutes even though they left me on read for over an hour. Then I try to get a refund when I wake up the next morning around 9am because obviously my items were never delivered or if they were they were immediately stolen because as we already established they were clearly fraudulent about receiving my pin and delivering in hand. This agent tells me they were delivered and I should be satisfied. Who in their right mind would be satisfied with a 4 hour late delivery when the Gopuff distribution center was 10 blocks away… just pure idiocy. Go to your local deli, go to a 24 hour grocery stores, opt for Uber Eats or DoorDash, this should be the absolute worst case option. I’d rather starve as I did last night then ever use this horrendous app again.

Convenient but glitchy. Terrible customer service.. I’ve ordered from them many many times. All of a sudden when I try to order juul pods they don’t show up anymore. Tried calling support and one person told me they’re still available and to refresh my app whatever that means and another rep told me they’re out of stock in my warehouse but won’t tell me if and when they’ll be restocked. Plus if they were just out of stock they would still show up and say out of stock but they’re not even showing up. Also had an issue with my puff points. I accidentally selected a reward I don’t want and I’m unable to deselect it myself so I lost thousands of points at the push of a button. I’ve talked to 4-5 different reps who all day they’re going to return those puff points in 25-48 hours, 7-10 days, but it’s been well over that and they haven’t shown up. I can’t select another reward because that one is already selected and can’t be in selected. The customer service agents are no help? Barely speak English and don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. Get your act together and you could be a great app. You’re missing out on a lot of money for orders I want to place but the items are not showing up.

I used to love this app but its gone downhill. Are used to use this app all the time as it was very quick for delivery and even offered discounts. If it didn’t get delivered in the time it said my last three orders have taken over an hour and a half with the last one taking 2 hours+ for two things of juice…. I contacted customer service to try to cancel my order so that I could just go through another app as I have a sick child at home and cannot leave to go get the juice. I chose priority delivery yet somehow it wasnt marked on their end so that meant I had to wait 2+ hours? I could have walked to the store and back in that amount of time… the best the customer service could do was give me a $5 credit (to my $35 order) that expires in 30 days… why would I ever want to use this app again when it consistently takes over an hour to be delivered and they don’t notify you when you order that it’s gonna take that long they tell you it will only take 20 minutes and then just keep pushing the time back until it’s been almost 2 hours and then they tell you you can’t cancel your order. So sad because I used to love this app but im better off using the 7/11 app at this point.

I highly recommend. I love GoPuff. It’s been one of my favorite ways to order food and late night groceries. They offer good incentives and discounts for promoting their app, and a lot of banks give cash back for using your card with them. I’ve saved over a hundred dollars ordering with GoPuff. And I always try to refer my friends. Also, their newest addition of hot items, like their pizza and tator tots, is a dinner go-to. They are super cheap and delicious, and stay hot until it reaches my door. Their packages for hot and cold items far exceed competitors. And I can always count on a driver being available for delivery- even late at night. Also, customer service representatives are super nice and understanding and they do what they can to fix a wrong order or compensate a missing or late item. I hope they continue to expand their delivery, so I can continue to use it when I visit home and travel to other smaller cities.

Terrible service. What use to be good service and app has very quickly gone done hill. Drivers don’t deliver to the correct address and policies that defies the purpose of the delivery. Tonight was the last straw. I’ve ordered cold medicine to be left at my door no problem. Tonight I needed to hand over my ID to scan before getting items. Turns out the changed their policy a few months back, which was like pulling teeth from customer service to find out. No warning or pop ups to tell you. Customer service said you ordered an “adult item” I didn’t order alcohol or cigarettes just some medicine you can pick up at the store with no ID. The customer service agent treated me like I was a child and here is $5 to keep using us. This was the last straw, I removed all my payment information, deleted my account and removed the app. What use to be a convient option for small items or not going out when your sick has turned into a hassle. Avoid like the plague!!!! I talked to my sister who tried to order a covid test it wouldn’t allow her to select no contact delivery for a covid test just saying it didn’t qualify. WTH!!!

Zero stars. I put in my order and wait was about an hour. No big deal. An hour had passed and it still said it was being packed. This was weird as I only ordered a pint of ice cream and 2 bags of chips and it was 3 am. I called and wasn’t given any help other than being told my items were actually already packed but it would take an hour. Again this was weird as I already waited more than an hour from the time originally given for the delivery and the place they do the shipping from is literally up the street from my place. The guy on the phone sounded uninterested and at the end of the day I just canceled the order. This was the WORST experience I’ve ever had from delivery services and as much as I like rooting for the new guy and showing new businesses support GoPuff will not be receiving any support or orders from me ever again. All in all the 2 hours I waited and the additional hour they insisted I wait on was a complete waste of time and by the time I realized their negligence it was already too late to go to any store nearby. If zero stars were an option I’d choose it but unfortunately I’ll have to give 1 star

When you placed an order it would take several hours to have everything delivered and when it was delivered some items you ordered would be missing or there would be something I didn’t order BUT this company has made drastic improvements over the last two years alone and is much more reliable. Every time I’ve ordered something in the last few months I’ve always had it delivered in as little as 30 minutes and it’s always accurate. I also like that the delivery fee is just a flat $1.99 no matter what time you order. I don’t know what this company did to improve everything but keep up the good work!

LOVE GOPUFF!. This has to be the best idea anyone has ever come up with. GoPuff has saved me more than a few times when I’ve forgotten to pick up milk for my daughter, who cannot go to sleep without it. Or nights when I want a drink, Ice cream, or a snack but of course don’t want to drag my baby to the store. Most importantly, when my daughter is sick I have a way to get medication or necessities here quickly. It is so nice not having to pay a bunch of extra fees for a middleman that just goes to a store to pick up my order. Sometimes my order is here in as little as 15 minutes. I always get what I ordered, they are always quick and efficient, and the drivers are great at communicating. 10 out of 10. They are awesome!! Thanks GoPuff

Worst Customer Service. This app is useful if you use it occasionally, but as a regular user who just cancelled their membership I must say it’s a poorly run company. They have some of the worst customer service agents I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to. They don’t actually aid in finding a solution for you as a customer any time an issue arises. Not to mention the app consistently displays countless products that are actually not in stock, so by the time you check out with 10 items don’t be shocked when only 3 items get delivered. Also don’t be surprised by unreasonably long delivery times without warning. Lastly, the app continues to raise prices every couple of months on products to where they are almost comically priced higher than other competitors. I will stick to DoorDash’s Dashmart going forward as they are top tier in my opinion for similar needs. GoPuff is a great idea that just isn’t executed well, hopefully they improve going forward.

Transaction fraud.. I had downloaded this app because it was recommended. I didn’t use it for long,. I didn’t use it often. For the time that I did not use/ was not using it . noticed on my account statement purchases that I did not make. This is the worst app I have ever used for this very reason. Our information is not secure our former purchased is not secure with the people of God puff. Has poor Security, and they do very little or nothing to help you. It’s all on you to fix this issue not on them. Witch is wrong. I hope they are careful with who they hire and their people are not committing fraud credit fraud or anything that will jeopardize their customers. This left me with a bad experience. I do not recommend it especially if you value the security safety and privacy Any information regarding your person. On top of that I’ve been in several different locations while using this up and they have poor choices for purchases anyways. I strongly advise against using this app. Customer Service is no help.

WAS ANGRY UNTIL…. Just to preface this the APP is great the customer service/support is great. It’s super easy to use and you get rewards. Not the cheapest but that’s not really the point they have a wide variety of snacks, drinks, health items, etc. So to begin the story… I ordered some energy drinks and two disposable vapes! When I opened my second one it was DEAD off rip. Contacted customer support they said “we have a 24 hour policy” I explained to them that I feel like I’m being robbed because I bought some thing from them that did not work and still got charged for it. They quickly said since you are trying to work with us we will work with you! They proceeded to give me a refund ! So yea I was gonna leave a super bad review if they wouldn’t have helped me in any way but they did and that changed my mind.

JUST TAKE MY MONEY. I am so beyond frustrated with GoPuff. Ever since I downloaded it, I haven’t been able to use it because they’re, “not available in my area yet.” Well that’d be just fine except it’s been over 6 months of me checking weekly and then still not being available. I live in a well populated area of Phoenix, AZ right near downtown. And to be honest, the MOST upsetting thing, that frankly just adds insult to injury is that my buddy (who lives WALKING DISTANCE from me) gets GoPuff all the time. So my question is WHY HIM AND NOT ME? Just take my money and give me snacks please for the love of God! Is it because I live in an apartment? I mean we literally are on the same street so what is up GoPuff staff? Please let me know ASAP when I can use you cuz as I said before, it’s been months and I’m losing my patience but I need you in my life! 💔 2 stars cuz I think the overall idea of this app is brilliant but I can’t use it :( I’ll change it to 5 when you fix my problem! Awesome. Overall this so is awesome. Have great items of different variety and for good price.. I’d definitely recommend this app. It’s convenient and options to get just about anything your could possibly think of. They even deliver adult toys in case you didn’t know already. lol . Some which I have never seen in stores and I’ve only ever found available thru po puff or were cheaper they go puff than in stores. Only negative things I could say are minor issues ... Sometimes Theres a longer delivery wait than expected... usually late at night, but generally my orders arE delivered by the ETA. .. Occasionally I’ve received a few items that were slightly different than I ordered Tho both were likely the fault of the individual person handling my specific order at that time and not faults of go puff per say.

I use it a lot. I love everything about Gopuff except the aggressive suggested tipping. First off, the suggested tip upon placing the order is around 40% . That’s more than I get tipped as a waiter. Second, the driver does not even shop for the goods. They are packed in a warehouse and the driver delivers them. When you get your delivery they send a little survey asking how it was and then they suggest that you tip the driver AGAIN!!! I have been a waiter for 25 years and never have I once asked for an additional tip. Ever. I know this is not the fault of the drivers and I DO tip them for my order but I think this is ridiculous and kind of guilt trippy/manipulative which makes me wonder if Gopuff actually pays poorly. Any company who aggressively asks for tips must. It pay well. Makes me second guess shopping here.

Customer Service is Fantastic. So far I am not sure about the other aspects of the app with my being a newer user; but having had several issues with Doordash and their terrible customer service, poor communication, poorly designed phone applications, and sub-par refund policies for cancellations of orders- I am extremely satisfied with the easily accessible app links and help options, as well as the prompt communication from the administrator working with me during the time of my issue. I submitted an order with the wrong address information and received a prompt response, cancellation, and refund; I was also able to submit a new order and received it within a 30 minute time frame all at 3am. Perfect customer service and help for my own mistake.

Terrible. This doesent even deserve 1 star, this is one of the worst apps I used my order total was only $10 as all I order was 3 snacks and a pack of gum but somehow it ended up being $19, does that make any sense?! And not only that but when I contacted customer support as when I first downloaded the app it said I got a $10 discount on my first 10 orders since I spun the wheel and got $100 but when I contacted customer support to tell them why didn’t I get my discount they said “without a screenshot of the discount I cannot give it to you” like why would you say I got a $10 discount if you won’t give it to me?? And not only that but all the added fees is literally too much as it also made me automatically pay a $4 tip and it would not let me change it like why would I give that much tip for a little delivery of barely anything this app is terrible I do not recommend just get door-dash as this app has terrible customer service and even worse added fees

Impeccable service but insensitive. I use Gopuff more than I should. I probably use it at a minimum twice a week- I get anything from coffee creamer, snacks, ice cream, toiletries, cleaning supplies, the whole 9 yards. My only complaint and issue with Gopuff is the user design is missing something. If you have an app where services are delivered, I understand that providing alcohol and tobacco products is a huge plus. When you’re hanging with friends and need more brewskis, but everyone’s been drinking, order Gopuff. Even the papers you all forgot. As a user that is 26 and 2+ years sober from alcohol, I don’t like getting ads for alcohol orders. I’m a strong individual and still do my work I need to do to abstain, but seeing “40% off your first alcohol order!” is a little triggering, no matter how you slice it. I don’t want to opt out of text messages for deals, but do wish I could opt out of text messages for alcohol.

If you’re looking no bs extra charges this app is it. On my first experience of the app, I was really pleased to find that the app is incredibly full of variety. There is so much to choose from, some of which I didn’t even know existed. The delivery times was on schedule and the order received was perfect with my soda still ice cold. I was quite pleased at checkout because I found that they have a super affordable delivery charge. This is great because i don’t really have much money, so now i get a chance to actually leave a delivery tip for my driver! And everything on the list doesn’t seem to be marked up by much if even at all. There’s lots of different categories, imagine it like a mini Kroger or gas station. Overall 5/5, definitely will recommend to a friend

Love it!. I rave about goPuff every chance I can get. It is so convenient and the prices are sooooo reasonable. You would think an app like this would charge an arm and a leg for the items but they are actually pretty close, if not the same, as they would be in store. They have almost every single necessity you could possibly need in addition to some great snack and ready-to-eat dishes. And by having almost everything, I think I must include the fact that they carry an actual drone, a beer bong AND a beer pong kit so if you ever have a last minute party, goPuff has your back, lol. I also like their Fam Subscription which gives you free stuff, as well as free delivery for only $5.95 monthly. Personally, that’s a great deal for me and cheap considering I use goPuff regularly as I work about 60 hours a week and don’t always have time to go shopping or get off too late to make it to the store. The delivery for me is also incredibly quick. I ordered something at 10:05 and it was at my house by 10:20-25. They also are great at communicating with you and PROMPT when it comes to fix missing items, out of stock items etc. Basically, I’m addicted and have been sharing and telling everyone I know about goPuff. It’s officially my favorite app :)

GoPuff has been a life saver. As a mom with three kids at home during quarantine/Covid-19, GoPuff has been such a life saver for me. Rather than having to take my kids out to the store and risk exposure when I only need a few things, I’ve been able to have them delivered straight to my doorstep without having to go anywhere. I’ve used GoPuff quite a few times over the last few months. I might pay a little more, but it’s worth it for the convenience and safety of me and my children. I had a small issue with a recent order, and less than 24 hours later I was contacted by an associate named Zac, who went above and beyond to make things right for me. All businesses make mistakes from time to time, but that kind of customer service is why I will continue to be a customer.

How have I not heard about this service by now?!?!. One night I came home and wanted some beers and was too lazy to go back out. I googled beer delivery, and “POOF!” I found GOPUFF!!! They have an excellent selection of products and their delivery will get there in almost record time. Most delivery services take forever and they never make the mark that they set for estimated delivery, you will never have that problem with Gopuff. I have now ordered five times over three weeks and 4 out of 5 were on time and the other one was 2 minutes past their estimated time of arrival. Who do you think you are Gopuff!!! They are killing it and are my new goto app for home delivery!!!! Love this service. Gopuff gives me hope that honesty and integrity is still around in this new business age. Excellent job!!!

Major kinks to work out. I got a delivery tonight, and GoPuff sent me an email saying 2 of the items I ordered were no longer available so they removed them from my cart. I contacted support and told them those items were the whole reason I was ordering in the first place. They said they could give me a credit or they could cancel my whole order. I said without the items I would like the order canceled - they said okay. 10 minutes later my order shows up with everything I ordered. So I think, great! It’s all available now and they didn’t have to cancel. We take them in. 15 minutes later — in the middle of the super bowl — we get another knock on our door. It’s the driver on the phone with Gopuff telling them they need to take all the items back from us because we canceled the order. Seriously?!? I’ve never been so confused in my life and couldn’t believe they actually sent her back to knock on our door and ask for the items back. They definitely need to figure out some kinks in this service.

The Best Delivery App. I have been using this app for about a year, absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend joining the fam benefits, they usually pay for themselves in your first order and then some, so its almost like joining for free. Out of all the delivery apps out there, this one hands down has the most efficient delivery drivers, I have ordered to many times to count in multiple areas of jacksonville and not one time had an issue, the drivers communicate, extremely friendly and polite, and are faster than any other delivery services. The prices are also hands down better than other apps too. As a single mom with 3 daughters, who are snack queens, this app has been a life saver! I would recommend you download and try it at least once, you will be hooked 😀

It AMAZING!. Honestly comes in handy, sometimes you just don’t feel like going to the corner store to get the things you need and want, it’s a waste of gas and money, the cheapest and most affordable way to get what you want and need Is through GO PUFF. Like I said it’s amazing and affordable and the delivery fee is only 1.95 like you can’t go wrong. I just wish it was everywhere some of my friends don’t have access to GO PUFF because the company isn’t in the area but when they come to see me they can really see how great it is. I hope GO PUFF GOES world wide its and amazing and helpful company and they are always trying to get you the most affordable prices and they even give discounts from time to time and cool deals. Check them out if you haven’t already and see what the future is really like, see how more efficient and affordable our world can be.

Lightning fast, super nice. I use a lot of different delivery companies (car-less person) and gopuff is by far my favorite, if only they delivered hot food too. Everything they do is lightning fast from the customer support to the deliveries. I’ve ordered an array of products from them and very, very few things disappointed me but such is the game when ordering without actually looking at something and that’s okay. I have relayed disappointment once and it was also quickly justified by them, without question. Honestly I just got off the phone with a representative to fix a wrong order i had just placed and i came here to leave a review because i forgot to answer the survey at the end. You would have thought i never messed up, they didn’t skip a beat; order even arrived early. Love gopuff

Terrible Service. The application works alright. It’s what happens after you submit an order that should give you some pause. If you order from GOPuff, don’t expect a short response on whether the order can be fulfilled or not. The time estimates are total trash and are not accurate. On my last order, GOPuff too over 90 minutes (93 minutes) to cancel out my order of 6 items and tell me that nothing was available. That was not the first time an order was completely cancelled with a delay past the delivery time. Even when the orders are fulfilled, it’s about 50-50 whether or not you get everything you ordered. Good luck trying to dispute the order received as well. The application makes it extremely difficult to contact customer service. The prices of items are marked up 30% or more than retail. I give the application 2 stars for its ease of use and 0 stars for the people powering it. This averages out to the 1 star rating given. Zero stars isn’t an option.

Fantastic customer service. Probably the best delivery service in Philadelphia. If you need an energy drink or some sort of snack or even if you’ve run out of deodorant, goPuff are the people you should order it from. Whenever I’ve had an issue (and every service is going to have the occasional issue) they’ve been great and resolve it right away without any sort of hassle. That can’t be said of other services where I have to argue with someone to get a refund on an item they forgot to deliver. Gopuff just issues a credit and will sometimes re-deliver the item if it’s more than $5(or some other amount, I forget) They even have rewards. I once used my rewards to get a Game of Thrones Clue board game. Although atm all they have is candy/snack related items you can buy with points. If you order from them more than twice a month, it would be worth it to subscribe to the “fam” membership or whatever they call it. For 4 or 5 bucks a month you get free deliveries. Considering I was ordering from them four or five nights a week, it was well worth it. Sadly, today is my last day in Philadelphia because I’m moving to NJ, but I thought I’d finally leave a review before I cancelled my membership. Thank you for being awesome, gopuff!

Worst delivery service I’ve ever used. I have never had a good experience with goPuff. Any time I’ve ordered it tells me it will be there in about 2 hours, which is insane. It will always be late, and I never receive the correct items because they’ll be out of stuff and either substitute it with random things or just won’t give me anything at all. I keep giving it chances because it’s really convenient to be able to get snack food when everything is closed, but the final straw was today when the delivery driver was late and made me cross a road with my cane then carry heavy bags back across it. They put 2 cases of drinks in a single bag and it ripped in the middle of the street. Instead of helping he just drove away. It would be one thing if it was a single delivery driver, but I’ve never had such a bad experience with a company ever. I’ve never ever felt the need to write a bad review before, but if you’re thinking about using this service, don’t. You’ll wait hours for your food just for it to arrive melted, shaken up, or not at all.

Slow, Glitchy, Out of Date. I received a gift card and was excited to try this app out, but sadly didn’t get to utilize it as the app experience wasn’t even worth it. When trying to browse through the available items, the app was slow to load, with some pictures never loading at all. The pictures that did load weren’t able to be zoomed in on, leading me to have to look up the ingredients list outside of the app. When I finally got to checkout, both the PayPal and Venmo options were incredibly glitchy and it took multiple tries to get the integration to work. Once I had placed the order, around the time the order was estimated to have a ready been delivered, I received calls from a number that my iPhone identified as a spam risk. When I didn’t answer, my order was canceled as an item in my order was out of stock. Overall this app was incredibly frustrating and I have zero plans to make another attempt to use my gift card.

Phenomenal!. I couldn’t write enough good things about GoPuff Minneapolis! They have single handedly carried me thru these months, especially during COVID! When all the stores were out of EVERYTHING, GoPuff consistently has had it all- sanitizer, baby wipes, toilet paper, antibacterial wipes, cleaning supplies, and of course, groceries, dinner, snacks, and beverages! Can’t find anymore rice and ramen?! ..It’s here! Their stock continues to get better and better. But their best quality? Their amazing staff! Those drivers are here before I can even jump off my couch to put pants on after I’ve placed my order. Yes, they are expensive, but when you live in an inner city during a global pandemic crisis, I’m willing to pay the extra so I’m not store-hopping in a million different cities at 7am looking for my basic needs! Continue to rock, GoPuff!

First time user, super happy. Delivery status was a little glitchy (order kept displaying as “packing” even as I heard driver leaving it at my door), but beyond impressed. I was curious how were able to choose from so many different categories and items in one order and receive it so fast, but I googled the pickup location for my particular area/order, and I think they’re partnering with 24-hour Target stores. That’s what the address showed me anyway, a Target. Makes sense. I was super impressed. Basically uberEats for every item you could ever need. I got garment (bra) tape, body wash, and Cheetos puffs in the same order - all under 30 mins. WUT. (Oh, and I also love the durable reusable bags they sent my stuff in.) Will order again…and again and again and again. Driver should prob just take my number tbh. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT ORDER FROM HERE. I ordered some ice cream, coconut water, and a few candy. I waited a long time and said it was gonna arrive and somewhere like 30 minutes after I ordered it no way longer than what they said it was gonna be and when I got my order, my ice cream was melted. It was all smashed up so my candies are missing and also the bag was open and my coconut water was all spilled in the bag and when I contact the customer service I was telling him about the order and they refused to do anything about it I asked for a refund and they were saying that I placed multiple complaints which I did it. That was my first one that I complained about so I would not recommend you guys order from this place again with a waste of $19 I would recommend you guys going to store like Publix Walmart a gas station it don’t matter just don’t waste your money on this because if you pay for something they won’t help you out with nothing.

Worst refund policy. I’ve used this app multiple times and it’s been great — when it works. Today, I placed an order, and when I got the notification it was “delivered” I checked the photo and saw it was delivered to the wrong address. I thought, no problem, I’ll report to customer service. I provided proof that the address it was delivered to was not my address (with a photo of a previously delivered order). I was offered a redelivery; however, I was asked if I wanted it “contact” or “no contact.” I said “no contact,” as I’m sick, and was told if future deliveries were not received again (even if because delivered to the wrong address), I wouldn’t be able to receive a redelivery or refund. (Then, even though I had requested the redelivery “no contact,” was told that it would be booked as a contact order anyway.) I will not be using this app again, as it’s a gamble whether or not I’ll get my order or potentially waste my money in the future.

The app just...doesn’t work. My friend and I got goPuff at the same time. We both had the same experience. The app was super sluggish and had to be reloaded numerous times (tried on good Wifi and LTE + iPhone 11) When we were finally able to get to check out it just...wouldn’t let us check out. I tried Apple Pay, Venmo and putting in a credit card. Each time the Order button would disappear for several seconds. When it finally appeared, it would disappear again after clicking it like some joke. Eventually it would let me “order” then give me an error message saying to log out and log back in. Repeated this gruesome process at least 3 times on both phones before giving up. I was really looking forward to this app but it just doesn’t work! On top of this, it just will not let me put in my address. I’ve never had an issue with any app not recognizing my address, but GoPuff will not recognize it. Strange stuff.

IN LOVE. I actually have no clue if I’ve already written a review for this app but you better believe I’m happy to write another. They are so quick with delivery, reasonable pricing on most items and delivery fee is soooo worth it. Let’s not forget their employees are incredibly nice and communicate wonderfully with you plus their customer service is very quick with responses and friendly. You will seriously wonder how you made it without this app. I particularly use it late at night when I’m up working on something or Netflix binging and just want something to snack on instead of a whole meal from your standard food delivery apps (which are typically hella expensive once you add up delivery, service fee and tip). To sum it all up give this app a chance and you’ll love it.

GoPuff…don’t ever go..puff…. I just experienced my first delivery with GoPuff. And they made a loyal customer out of me. I’m sure they aren’t perfect but you know what…right now I’m totally in love with everything about them. Where do I begin? Great all with tons of stuff to choose from..:including ice cream, healthy foods, chicken and tater tot’s (need i say more) and cute little selection of adult toys as well (again…need i say more?!). Plus, 24/7 delivery. Get out of here this is crazy. My delivery was super fast with updates on the status and a friendly delivery driver. Also, got a surprise first order discount. And a free gift. I ordered the pizza and the strawberry hibiscus lemonade. I didn’t expect much but pizza was surprisingly good. I really like the app, the concept, the items they sell and the whole package. Great job, GoPuff. My hats off to you.

Three and A Half hours in counting…. I am a regular customer with Gopuff and usually it’s great service but today was the totally opposite. I ordered go puff tonight we’ll within the hours for alcohol. (Only a few singles and then a snack). Four items. I ordered at 7:07pm, and it’s currently 10:42pm. I didn’t want to cancel my order because it’s the only service that delivers alcohol at a convenience. Not only that but when the map finally appeared on the app saying the driver was on the way after three hours, I zoomed into the map and the driver has been in the same position for 30 minutes (at a Burger King, I might add) . Ridiculous. And I haven’t even gotten my order yet. I called customer service twice, and no one’s given me an update. I only kept my order as long as I did because I wanted to clean around my house and I almost forgot about it until I got a texted “apology”. Not to mention the driver is so close to my house. Like come on.

super convenient and great people. for the most part, my orders have been on time (sometimes i wonder what takes so long, but it usually isnt past the time it says it will be) and always correct. if theres an issue, like for some reason they hadn't updated a product being out of stock, they usually call you and give suggestions for substitutions. AND i got an extra of that item for free to make up for it when it happened to me. they also compensated me $6 when i had an issue with my last order. so they really try to keep customers happy for sure. the only reason i want to rate 4/5 is because i think it could be useful to have some sort of driver tracker, especially one that updates more frequently (preferably real-time) and isnt "10 mins to 40 mins away," ya know? but seriously love this app y'all its 💯

Horrible customer service.. I placer a $53 order on go puff no contact delivery like I always do, then when the driver “delivered” it I went outside right away. Nothing there nothing in the neighborhood overall I checked the neighbors and nothing. I tried contacting the driver he didn’t answer or reply at all. I contacted support and they said there was a photo provided but I sent them screen shots showing there was no photo provided to me at all. Then they told me to check the surrounding area which I did. They offered a contact delivery but I had errands to do before work and I was waiting on this order before I left just for them to not deliver it. So I couldn’t do that because I had to go to work. Then they said “sorry we’ll give you a full refund in 1-5 BUSINESS DAYS”. It is ridiculous. I never had any issues with go puff until now but I won’t be using the app again. Horrible customer service not even a discount on next order or anything. I never leave bad reviews on here but I definitely had to do it for this.

Go PUFF while they SHOP 💨😵😎. Very convenient, reliable, order and get order within mins. They say 30 minutes or less but it varies. I can tell you, it was no later than 45 minutes, being my longest wait time. They have not everything but majority of what she would need it’s really good for Snacks, OTC medicine, quick Meals, juices/drinks. I haven’t went further than that so I really can’t tell you much more. I do know they sell alcohol, you can get lighters, you can get Rello‘s, or rolling papers. I saw today they even had all your paraphernalia needs 💨😱🤯on there for sale. It’s literally whatever you want, go ahead and type it, because I’m sure there is some type of brand selling that item that they carry. Quick and easy.

Don’t use this app. The first time I used this app (to order maybe 4 things, including frozen items) my order arrived two hours late, with frozen items thawed. After receiving an apology email regarding the “unusually long wait time” we decided to order again, only to have our second experience end worse. Our delivery driver didn’t show up after an hour. So we checked the app to find that it stated our order had been “delivered.” We checked outside to see if maybe our driver had just left it on our doorstep without calling, to find nothing. After contacting customer service via phone, I spoke to someone who offered to redispatch our order. We asked for a full refund and will allegedly receive it in 24-48 hours. However, the email apology we received from the “Homie Hotline” was entirely unprofessional, unhelpful, and almost more frustrating than not receiving the order in the first place. We will not be using this app again and recommend anyone tempted should just take the 5-10 minute walk to CVS or Shaw’s themselves rather than deal with the headache.

Marlin’s thoughts. In my opinion the food is very good and the delivery is very quick and excellent on top of that if their ever sold out of something you tried to order they call you and give you different suggestions related to it before even delivering it and they make sure it’s right by checking in with you before they leave to deliver plus in some cases this is cheaper than going to the grocery store a lot of the time and saves you gas money so this amazing plus they have other items like aluminum foil dish washing liquid so yea anything chemical or house related it can pretty much be found on here plus the delivery is way cheaper than using Uber or Lyft to get somewhere or Uber eats in general so I love it and like I said it saves Money and makes shopping easier

Used to use a lot, progressively getting worse. We have been using go puff since it came out now. The first year was great! The pizza’s and coffee drinks they made we actually good and delivery was fast. Everytime I order it’s getting worse now. First they removed all premade quick foods about a year ago. Instead of a good fresh pizza for $8 you can pay $11 for a frozen you then have to cook yourself. No more coffee drinks, no more burgers, no more sandwiches. The delivery times have gone from 20ish min to sometimes up to an hour and a half. If you order anything cold (half the items advertised as being shipped cold are not anyway) or frozen it will not be by the time you get it. Went in to order again today and now they have completely removed their rewards program, and all the points we had saved up are gone. Honestly it’s probably better to just do instacart or Walmart plus at this point, unless it’s late at night, I will give them that. Overall bummer.

Updated review. Update: someone from their customer service called me since. They were very friendly, apologized, gave me a full refund and a new discount. So I decided to try ordering again. This time everything went well, hence the updated rating & review. I appreciate that they took the time to reach out and make up for the initial negative experience. Original review: I just ordered for the first time and they forgot part of my order and then only refunded me about a third of the missing item’s value. They claimed it was because I had received an intro discount, but the intro discount was a $ amount, NOT a %. Not to mention that the tip was based on the total (before discount) too. First and last time ordering from them.

Regular prices, FAST delivery, CONSISTENT. This app is the next best thing in food delivery - I would much rather get something from GoPuff than a regular restaurant delivery app. The prices are fine, high of course because they’re bringing it to your house. Delivery fees are minimal so the price you see when you select an item is not far from the price you actually pay. Taxes and one fee. The end. The best app. My favorite aspect of this app is the CONSISTENCY. If you order it, it’s showing up in under a half hour. No need to religiously check the map feature to see what’s going on where your delivery is, it’s on time or at a reasonable time EVERY TIME. Other apps are hit and miss, maybe you’ll never get your order at all, but not GoPuff it’s coming and it will be 20 minutes before your mini pizza is in the oven 🌟

Best app ever!. Okay so I saw a ad on go puff I was like now way! Wait I’m try it so I buy some simple stuff like nerds rope Pepsi and jolly rancher pops and a pack of gum I order it (I was paying with cash) a lady CALLS me asking do i want anything extra I’m like extra will the price stay the same? I’m like so when I buy something I get something else for free ? So I said anything is good as long as it doesn’t effect the order the I give her the money and she gives me a plastic bag saying. Go puff then I saw 2 Pepsi’s hella jolly rancher pops my nerds rope and some other stuff (bc I got other stuff for my family to like the gum was for my mom and the jolly rancher pops were for my brothers lol)so I’m going to use it my often now! I went to thinking it was a joke to now actually using it 10 stars all the way!

The best!. I order from go puff pretty frequently. Anything from some snacks, food or for alcohol delivery. My husband is a musician/producer and constantly has people over working in the studio so it’s nice to have something that can get me a plethora of items as needed for clients or friends at home. The staff is always friendly and makes the process super easy (especially while waiting for the ID to scan on my beer purchases). The only down fall go puff has is that their app doesn’t do the same thing Uber eats and DoorDash does. So you can’t see where your driver is or have a a really solid time of when your driver will be there. It’s super vague. But the service itself is great and keeps people off of the road if they have maybe had one too many. I highly recommend.

Terrible at refunds when you don’t get your order. I used to utilize Gopuff all the time, it was my go to place when I needed something basic and fast. However, on two occasions when I didn’t get my items I had to keep reaching out for the refund I was promised and the first time I had to wait weeks to get it, whiles reps are telling me it was processed and to contact my bank, but yet I contact my bank and nothing. Then finally it was escalated and after a long time waiting I got the refund. Sadly, I am presently going through this right now AGAIN where they are saying they processed my money but yet I don’t have it and my bank CONFIRMED they doesn’t have it. The Gopuff rep just keeps repeating the same thing and then disconnects the chat. Before I would’ve recommended Gopuff but now not so much, people shouldn’t have to fight for their money because the delivery person stole your items or delivered it to the wrong location.

Awesome!. So it’s $1.95 to get delivery and no minimum price. The prices are going to be that of a convenience store, but not horrible. I feel their way cheaper than Shipt or Instacart, but I still like those apps, too. Sometimes you don’t need $35 plus worth of stuff you just need a couple of items and GoPuff delivers! I placed my order. Within a few minutes I got a call and a voicemail saying they were out of the brand of pop I wanted. They had the alternative, which I was fine with. Literally 15 minutes later they were at my door. (I’m sure times will vary). I do not believe that at this time they deliver cigarettes or alcohol. However, we’ve all run out of toilet paper, coffee, cat litter, dog food… This place has all of that… And when you’re sick in bed, this place rocks!

Please Bring Back the Spin wheel and the Puff Points. DEAR GOPUFF, I hope that your decision of phasing out the daily spin wheels and puff points would lead to losing customers as like myself because literally that seems like the direction your heading to losing customers like myself will become the loss of gopuff just because you decide to discontinue the spin wheel and the puff points altogether and not reasoning to me as a customer of why its being done so therefore i will be leaving gopuff and to the developer i will not accept your response to my review as your response means nothing to me and will not change anything to bring this feature back. Therefore YOU WILL LOSE A LOYAL CUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF HAPPENING EFFECTIVELY TODAY AND THEREFORE I WILL BE FILING A COMPLAINT FORM OF HOW HORRIBLE AND HORRENDOUS AND ATROCIOUS SERVICE YOU ARE AND I WILL NOT AND NEVER WILL BE COMING BACK TO YOUR APP. Loveeeeeee 😍😍. I've been using this service for a year and it is SO great. Prices are similar to convenience stores. I don't mind because this service is so convenient and FAST. The Raleigh NC gp drivers deliver in literally 15 mins. The no contact option is so helpful during a time like this because I work from home and can't answer the door immediately, amongst other obvious reasons. I have a fam account and it's worth it ESPECIALLY during times like this when not many people are leaving their house. Kinda wish they'd bring back using puff points towards actual items. The puff point system now isn't as good but that's with me really knit picking. LOVE GO PUFF ****edit: I still use this service today and I swear someone must live in my neighborhood because it takes them 10 mins to pack AND deliver my order. ONLY 10 MINS GUYS

great for food allergies/dietary restrictions/healthy snacks. if you have food allergies or are health conscious this is the delivery app for you!! i have Severe celiac and am also vegan and have struggled in the past to find delivery apps that have foods that i can eat. gopuff has tons of great options for everyone, awesome pricing, low delivery fees, fast delivery times, and is all around the best delivery app i have ever used. it’s a whole grocery store, everything from snacks, drinks, groceries, hygiene, cleaning, pet supplies, literally anything you could need on those days you just can’t get out of bed or don’t have time to go pick things up yourself. the only downside is that they don’t deliver everywhere yet, but they are quickly expanding and they do cover lots of areas! definitely worth checking out. thank you gopuff!!

Love goPuff but hate the app. I love you goPuff. Delivery is usually relatively quick, drivers are almost always friendly, and you finally got my favorite flavor of Ben and Jerry’s. However, using your app is an absolute nightmare. I’ll scroll down a little bit and then all of a sudden I’m in a completely different section of whatever category I’m scrolling through. I have a ton of puff points but can’t use them because that category rarely shows on my home screen. I’ll load my cart up, go to check out, and then my cart gets cleared, and that’s if I don’t randomly get signed off. Every time I see an update is ready I’m hoping these issues are fixed, but they never are. Also, wish there was a way to get ahold of my local people directly in case I accidentally forget to put something in the delivery instructions (my house is kind of hard to find). I love you goPuff but your app is so frustrating to use.

Fast and Awesome. I live on-campus at a university and GoPuff has always had great service for me. It’s always quick, and the late night hours are super useful cause if it’s late at night and you realize you’re missing dinner or want a snack or even need emergency underwear (yes, that’s on there lol), they got you covered. I also love how they’re ALWAYS adding new stuff. I started using it freshman year and now I’m a senior and it’s crazy how much it’s grown. I rarely have issue with them, and the most I’ve had happen is that they were out of stock of an item that showed as available, which can be annoying, but it’s rare and it seems like they’ve done a better job of keeping the app updated to what’s actually in stock. All in all, GoPuff is a super solid service and I recommend it!

Great App But.... Okay! So I use this app literally at minimum 3 times a week! I love GoPuff. Many’s the time it has saved me a trip to Walgreens. BUT - I do not like that the app doesn’t sell honey in my area. AND - I don’t like that there isn’t a map of where your driver us once you order. The vague “your driver is almost there message” usually means I’m waiting another 15 minutes. Which is fine - it would just help to have my drivers exact location! ALSO - when items are out of stock... there is nothing that says when they will be back in stock! It would helpful to add a little message saying something like “item to be restocked in ‘X’ days”. Just like at a store when something is out of stock and the worker says “we get a new shipment next Monday”, it would be helpful to have that on the app. Just a few suggestions!

The Best!. Literally use this app all the time! I recently lost my car due to it getting totaled so this app is clutch! Sometimes they may be out of something you ordered but it’s extremely rare. When they’re out they call immediately to see if you want to substitute or just remove part of your order. They give you a range of time for when your delivery will get you and it’s almost always accurate. I’ve only had an order be late twice out of at least 20 different orders and they were both on busy football game days which is totally understandable when you live in the same city as FSU lol This is the best app ever if you don’t have a car or just don’t feel like driving. If it’s available at a convenience store or somewhere like CVS or Walgreens, it’s more than likely available on the app. 10/10 would recommend.
