Excellent & VERY, VERY quick program!. This is a VERY good program - especially for accounts having a very large number of emails! It does an excellent job of quickly loading and performs extremely quick searches within the accounts. There are just 2 reasons why I did not give it 5-Stars: A) Outgoing messages are composed in HTML which seems to add extra blank lines when composing some replies; and, B) It would be most helpful [at least for me] to have a feature where designated accounts can be integrated into a unified Inbox rather than needing to manually switch between the Inbox of each separate account within the program—to be fair, you can select badges to display the number of New or Unread message on the Avatar for each account. Nonetheless, this is my “go-to” program to find and verify messages—particularly when iOS is challenged by multiple accounts and large numbers of emails!!!

App was updated today and now crashes...fixed, maybe.. Ok. I've upped the star count to 4 because appsupport contacted me in less then 12 hours. What they said to do didn't make much sense considering the app would not stay up but the effort was there. Deleted and reinstalled. Seems to work now. Still only giving it three stars because support seems to have vanished. When I open app it stays up for about 2 seconds and then crashes. One star until this gets fixed. Also one star for there being no way to report problem. If you click on app support it takes you to a faq page. Big Fracking help that is . Seems other reviewer hit it on the head, all they care about is games now.

OMG!! like Wat just happen!😐🤷🏽‍♀️. Ok, so I had this app 4 the last 4+ yrs now. But I notice 4 some time now that every time I attempt 2 delete my unwanted emails I can’t which has became nuisance lately since the whole point of getting is reduce a lot unwanted spam & recurring mail third parties advertisement/solicitors. But that hasn’t happen. Also I notice it doesn’t offer any way 2 blocked once decision 2 delete. I already send request to creator of app. But either he/she is busy or they just don’t care e saw either something needs 2 be done ASAP or else I need seek another app that can provide better. I hope creator can come up solution bugs, glitches, & mishaps. The ball is in ur court now. Update: Still having the recurring with regards not be able deleting emails in my goggle email account. Please fix this. Also I should be able to block spam or unsolicited mail from telemarketers.

My Go-To Mail App. I’ve used this as my Go-To mail app since I started using smart phones and it has always worked great! As someone who used to work in a computer repair store, where we would often help people set up things like iPads and iPhones, I can say that the Apple Mail app isn’t as intuitive as MyMail. I have multiple email accounts between work, school, and personal and MyMail has been easy to maneuver and great to use. As well, the app is free without overwhelming ads. If for whatever reason, you don’t want to use Apple’s Mail app or the Gmail app, this should absolutely be the mail application that you use!

Updated Review. I’ve used my Mail for several years now. I’ve tried other email apps & this has always been the most convenient app for me. Unfortunately, the new update has just made my life slightly more complicated. In the past, when the app was opened, you could immediately see all of your email accounts and how many unread emails each contained. You could then click on the account of your choice & click on the new email. Now when you open the app, not only do you have to relearn where your accounts are located on the screen because that has been changed, but you also can’t see all of your accounts immediately, because the last account you had opened is the only one displaying on the opening screen. So you have to click on the account that was opened last in order to see all of your email accounts, then click on the account you want to open...which you also have to relearn because they are now displayed horizontally instead of vertically on the screen. Not a happy camper with the new layout! That one extra step is a nuisance, but having to relearn the layout after several years of the same one is very annoying. We are all too busy these days to have to relearn something that was absolutely perfect the way it was. I want to give it fewer stars because I’m so annoyed, but I have been a loyal user for so long that I don’t have the heart to. Why change what was already perfect? Why?!!!

Is there a glitch or bug with this app all the sudden?. I LOVE this app, but ever since apple did their software update my mail app hasn’t been the same. I’ve uninstalled several time to try to fix it, but it didn’t work. Then I saw your update last week and I thought it was a update to this problem but it wasn’t. The update may folders emptied out, I can’t make a folder for my emails or put them in folders. I get no alerts of new mail, and when I do it’s 100 emails at once. I had a lot of important emails that are now gone because the folders are now empty.. is there a new update coming out to fix this? Please fix this app or I’m gonna have to change my email app and I don’t want to I LOVE this app Thank you!

Better Than Gmail App. I’m always searching for the best mail app. I was having a problem with fake calendar appointments hijacking my email threads and that glitch where, if you type something like “I’m okay,” in Gmail, it would make the “I” lowercase if it wasn’t the first word in the sentence and capitalize the next word, so you got, “i’m Okay.” So, I finally got tired of the glitches and went looking for a better one. So far, using myMail, I have not had any issue with the I+contraction or the fake appointments. However, myMail does crash frequently, and there are certain emails where the images will not download properly. So, OneKingsLane is OOL if they are trying to inspire me to buy something h because I won’t go to a site if I can’t see an image that inspires me to go there. I just delete those emails and move on. Otherwise, it’s still better than the G app.

Formerly 5 ⭐️ app ruined by glitchy updates. Like many others, I have used myMail for years. It is absolutely the best app for managing multiple email inboxes. Unfortunately, earlier this year some changes were made “in preparation for a major update,” and many crucial features are still not working. Most notably, notifications are no longer received for new mail. This is beyond frustrating, as I don’t have the time to check all of my inboxes “just in case” there are new emails since I no longer receive a notification for them. I have patiently waited for months for the “major update” that will resolve all of the new issues. I have downloaded each update immediately, but still no improvement. I’ve finally accepted that myMail is not returning to it’s previous 5 star state anytime soon. Reluctantly, I have began testing other email apps. I hate doing so because I have yet to find one as complete as the original myMail 😩

App Stopped Working - And There Was Zero Communication. I’ve been using MyMail for a couple of years now with no issues. I relied on it and enjoyed using it. But, like so many others have experienced, the app suddenly stopped working for me. For the past few days, I’ve opened it to see my emails and nothing loads. The app just says my email list has failed to update and I can’t see anything sent, received, trashed, etc. I reported the issue to the developers through the app and have continued to open the app daily to see if anything’s changed…but it hasn’t. There’s been zero communication about this as well. I finally came onto the App Store to see if anyone else is having this issue and sure enough, there are many reviews talking about this problem and the developers are giving to same response to each person. They said they’re doing maintenance and making changes, but no one was warned or told about this beforehand. So as much as I hate to do it, I’m deleting this app and moving on. My emails are important and I need an app that’s reliable for checking them and receiving them. If this had lasted only a day or two that would be understandable, but this has been going on for days now.

Happy with the app, but an idea -. I have a bad tendency to try to move emails to a folder but as I scroll, I sometimes end up putting it in the wrong folder on accident. That’s bad and on me. BUT, if we could see what folder it was moved to, along with the ‘undo’ feature (which is helpful when you know which folder it went to), we could tell if we needed to undo it before the option went away. I don’t know about anyone else, but I would love that added as a feature on this app. I had it on a different app I was using before and it was very helpful and I really miss the ability to do it on this one.

Simple, Fast & Free!!. I've been using myMail for about six months now. I've tried so many email apps & none of them have worked for me. But myMail fits the bill. I love the simplicity of it. There isn't any extra fluff to confuse you. I handle eight different email accounts with this one app and it's remains fast. While at work, I'll receive a work email sent through myMail at least a minute before I receive it through my native work email account (Microsoft). I changed my cell number a couple of months ago & absolutely forgot that myMail users need their cell number to log in... I attempted to update my number within the app. It didn't work. So I reached out to customer support & they were able to update it for me. No problem. I will continue to use this app as long as they keep things simple & update it regularly. I really wish they had an app for my MacBook Pro. That would make myMail a perfect 5🌟App!👌🏽

Love this app then other old app!. Love it that I can have my two emails all In one same time.. I used have different app other email app for many years till few months ago keep problem for few months the emails in inbox that I delete it and keep come back I keep delete still keep come back in make me mad deal with it for months I’m fed up and remove it and look different one hope find that have all few emails in one and find this one I click download and been have this for one month I think?.. haven’t any problem at all so I keep this!

Best mail app!. I have tried every single version of a mail app to avoid using the native Apple iPhone mail app. Mostly because they haven’t updated it in years (that’s pathetic) and the design is boring and not modern. I downloaded this app and had a completely opposite experience. It’s fresh looking- it’s crisp- it works- it’s organized- you can see my friends emoji’s/profile pics on their emails to me. It has the cutest alert sounds and well designed notifications. I can go on and on! I highly recommend this app! Note: The one thing I don’t know about the app is if when you “spam” an email out of your mailbox, does the app refuse to accept email from that sender ever again? I would love that to be the case!

Most of what you want, and convenient. For the most part, the app is great. It does everything I need it to do. The only issue I can have is a kind of bugginess that pops up when I’m writing to someone. The cursor can disappear...it’s still there (I mean, it’s still tracking the last location you tapped): but you can’t see it, which is frustrating and weird. Also when I past in a passage from, say, Notes, the text pastes *much* larger than the rest of the text of the email, and I can’t find a way to set it back to normal. I feel like these would be major detractors for a lot of people, but for me, it’s a 1-star deduction, lol. If they’d fix it, I’d definitely give 5.

Not working with BellSouth now. for the longest time I’ve had trouble with the app saying that my password is not correct with my BellSouth email address it’s the same password there’s nothing wrong matter how many times I join and change it with the BellSouth AT&T provider the same password works just fine for everything else my mail app keeps saying that it’s the wrong password when I finally get it to except it it comes on in the moment and then the next time I have to re-sign in and says the same thing I complained already and y’all said it was AT&T BellSouth and not your app and still doing it now and now it won’t even bring up any emails a Bellsouth in my mail app I uninstalledThe mobile app and reinstalled it a greed to your new information And it’s the same thing is still not working yet it works with Gmail and Xfinity

Stay away…. Updated the app and disable started getting ax weird error. I would be signed in and able to use as normal but after about a minute a pop up Appears saying account authorization error. Quit and restart and can keep making progress. Trying to trouble shoot I signed out and unable to sign in. I can sign in to those same accounts just fine using other mail apps - not a credential error. Note I get an error of “Authorization error A stable connection to the server could not be established. Close. Why the 2 star rating?!! NO WAY TO GET SUPPORT!! The support link from the App Store is nothing more than read only FAQs. No way to contact support from their website. There is an email support option if you are actually signed in but that is not an option. Side note - emailing from the app FORCES a lot of private data be transmitted for those reading this - no way to select what data is being shared - it is locked down.

Support is abysmal. My Dell laptop’s hard drive died. We took it in for service, and it was repaired, but something got disrupted between it and my iPad and my iPhone which is where I had this app. I was not able to get into my app as I had forgotten my password. There is no “forgot password” option, so I am not able to set up a new one. My password manager is showing the password assigned to the app in my “passwords” but it does not recognize it. I used this app EVERYDAY for YEARS, and am now locked out. It would be nice if I could just wipeout all existence of my account with this app and just start over with our email, but once set up it “remembers” your email and if you try to start over, it tells you your email is already in use, yes BY ME! We have has the same email address for nearly 35 years, and have no desire to change or give it up. I don’t understand why, in this day and age, you can’t set up a new password. This is the only site or app I have ever used that does not have some method of recovering or resetting a password! I LOVED this app, but am extremely disappointed that they can’t (or won’t) assist me, so I guess I’m just going to have to find a better supported app.

Simple + Organized. Love love love this app. I'm a student, community organizer, and a social worker...so I definitely use different email accounts often. The interface is just so easy on the eyes. I oftentimes feel overwhelmed when apps have a lot or too little going on, but this app seems spatially balanced. I also have light sensitivity so the colors don't hurt my eyes as much too. The font is smooth and the different ways to delete/mark emails is really nice. There used to be problems with deleting emails from the original servers, but that's been long fixed. If you want something simple, nice on the eyes, and can handle your many many email accounts, this one could be for you! :D Edit: Just came across the pin option! This is a plus since some of my emails contain client information and I wouldn't want folx to have easy access to it just in case my phone gets lost/stolen.

Best email app I've EVER used. I only downloaded the "myMail" app 3 days ago, and I am so happy with it. I can't think of a single complaint or criticism. I've used the Gmail app for years, and it always found new ways to annoy me on a regular basis. I had 2 email accounts on my Gmail app. It would only synch my iPhone contacts to one of my accounts. Sounds like a small complaint, but it really bugged me. Even stranger, my recently deceased Mother-in-Law's email suddenly showed up in MY Gmail app! I personally deleted her Google and Gmail account from HER computer and mobile phone over 7 months ago! But suddenly, her email showed up on my Gmail app account last week. I attempted to access it in ANOTHER attempt to delete it, but it didn't work because Google responded that her account was previously deleted (by me.) Well, then I found "myMail" and I love it. Both of my emails were easily transferred over, including all of my iPhone contacts (and their pics.) The "myMail" app even preserved and transferred all of my folders that I had in my Gmail app. I am so pleased that I don't have to deal with the regular hassles from Gmail anymore. I'm a "myMail" user from now on. Great job on your fantastic app. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Annie ☀️

Used for years, but the same problems were never resolved. I have been using this app for more than five years and I have the same problems that, despite repeated attempts at contacting support, have never been resolved. I use the app (always the latest version) on both an iPhone and an iPad (running the latest operating systems). Whenever I delete an email on one device, I have to manually delete it from the second device, as well. My email account does not sync so that it matches on both devices. I have contacted support about this many times, only to be told to send logs and screenshots. They never have been able to fix it. Also, my application badge notifications always show one more email than I actually have received. (For example, the badge will show 2 when I only have received 1 new email.) These problems have gone on for so long, I got used to them. But I’ve recently discovered other apps - like Outlook - don’t have these issues.

Very satisfied. I’m a person who likes to try different things before I find what works for me and it’s no different with mail apps. I’ve tried a dozen they all had a few features I liked and others I didn’t really care for which is ultimately why I decided to try another app. After a couple of cycles of trying then getting over the app, I came across mymail. I’ll admit I was skeptical beforehand but after having it for a few hours, I knew my search for the perfect mail app was over. It has many features including having multiple accounts, ease of use, clean and sleek, has pictures next to who ever is sending you an email (even known company’s logos which I find really cool), personalized mail and several other things. The only downside is that I didn’t find this gem sooner. Thank you so much for this beautiful app, it has made the search worth it.

Search Engine?. myMail is my favorite email App Ever. I have downloaded all of the top notch email apps and this one has everything you could ask for in an email app. Except a good search engine and an all inclusive inbox. The features to access attachments through the files app, the ability to create new folder within the app and more makes it almost the best app in the game. But I can’t give it five stars nor can I continue to use until the search engine is fixed. I rely to much on this. For Support Team: Every time I search for my emails or search directly for he recipient or sender of an email it shows up and then disappears. I can’t find a lot of my emails because they are not showing up when I search for them. Please fix! If it’s a user issue I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.

Email daily. I have a hotmail email address and have for years without a minutes problem. Then last year, my email stopped updating. I get 100 emails more or less every single day and the last one shown was 3 days prior. I knew that wasn’t right! But it kept saying that it was updated. Somehow I managed to get it updated and it worked for a few months. Then it happened again. So I opened another email account, not with this app. I continued to try to get my updates with hotmail. Somehow it got my updates. I sent messages to a couple email addresses but never received an answer. This last episode happened about 2-4 weeks ago. Well dang! I noticed last night that it hadn’t updated again since December 9, 2022 and last night was December 11! Today, the 12th, still not updating although it says it’s updated. No way!! I’m expecting deliveries and have bills thst all info comes to my email. None of which are showing up!! This is becoming intolerable!! Going to switch to new email and delete hotmail account if I get this straightened out and it happens again. I’m done!

Need Help ASAP!!. I can find absolutely no way to contact anyone for problems with this app. My company uses this app to get notified of urgent support requests from customers (so we know immediately that something has come in to be dealt with), and today it stopped working. The inbox won’t bring in new messages, and the audible alerts we rely on have stopped. We get emails at all hours to the specific address linked to MyMail, so we rely on getting these notifications (to wake us up at times, if something comes in before business hours, which frequently happens). I can find NO WAY to contact anybody to report this problem and get help fixing it. Maybe a bad rating on the App Store will get attention and results—I am finding literally no other options. We need this fixed now!

A must have. I generally do not write app reviews - may have done 2-3 in the last 4 years but wanted to give this app some props - I have used this app for years and it is the only app I use to check my email daily - it’s extremely user friendly and simplistic - it has everything you need for your day to day email needs - if I had to find any fault with this app (which is not an easy thing to do) It would be 1) there should be an ability to arrange folders in the order you want them - placing the most frequently used folders at the top would make the user experience so much nicer and 2) the built in ads - now, before you turn your back on this app over the word “ads”, let me be very clear, you hardly ever notice them and should not detour you into getting It - they blend in perfectly with everything else so i cannot complain being that this is a free app - I just get tired of deleting them when they show up on my email - would have no problem paying for an ad free version of this and would recommend the developer to consider that. All that being said, this is a pretty flawless app and I have no intention of using any other app for years to come.

Account authorization error. Your recent app update did not work :((. I still have to login multiple times a day. Still holding out hope because I love this app. Loyal long time user. I’m using another email app for the time being. ——————- It keeps asking me to enter my password to log into my email account to see the inbox. It asks me multiple times a day. I had this app for many years. Never encountered this problem before. I see the “account authorization error” with options to either login or log out account. —————- Original Review: This is my favorite email app. I have tried others when I encountered issues with this app but I was using them reluctantly. I wanted to go back to this app! It has what I want and need. It's simple and basic. It doesn't have the extra fluff and other unnecessary things. I hope it doesn't change!! The app works smoothly and updates and loads quickly.

Last update. Ever since the most recent update I’ve been experiencing major problems. It hardly sends emails, delete junk or empty trash. I can flag all day long the emails I don’t want or that are scams and it does nothing, I keep getting a million junk emails even after I block them. I have a list of blocked emails and have unsubscribed to a million things and I still get them. It’s very frustrating! Please find the fix and provide an update. Thanks. For some reason I’m not getting my emails all the time. I’ve been told several times that when they send me an email, it gets kicked back. This is very frustrating for me as I use it to communicate with my kids schools and my photographer. They can receive my emails, they just can’t reply back as it kicks it back and says unable to send. Please help and fix the communication problem! Thank you!

By Far The BEST MAILAPP...EVER!. For years I depended on Microsoft’s “OutLook” as my Favorite Email App. But Not Anymore Since Meeting “MyMail!” True it’s only email, which doesn’t include the other connecting apps/programs such as you calendar, reminders, etc. BUT... who needs these other obstacles in our way on our Phones? We already have those apps on our phones! It notifies you when an email comes in but you can wait an take care of it like you can with a text. I wish you could sync with your computer and maybe in the future it will! At least they do NOT FORCE YOU to use THEIR DOMAIN NAME!!! I’m able to use my own Domain Name by way of my POP3 email server! However if you use GMail, YaHoo EMail, etc you can as well! Simple to run and simple to setup! This APP is a NO BRAINER!

Design flaws. I used this app to replace my Gmail app. But there are just too many design flaws. Banner notifications are weird and have too much text. All replies add an extra “Re:” at the front of the subject line, creating chains of tons of “Re:” before the subject if you have ongoing conversations over email. Really ugly and annoying. I also get notifications that I have new mail, but when I open the app, nothing is there. I have to refresh the app to see the new mail. The help/feedback function gets you no where. Just a lot of back and forth emails with support with no resolution. The only way to stop the “Re:” problem is supposedly to turn on threads (conversation view), which is just a deal breaker. I disable conversation view across all email platforms for all accounts. It’s just really clunky and unappealing for an app. Didn’t meet my needs for a Gmail replacement.

Notifications, Organization, Love it 100%!. I initially got this app because I needed to make sure I’d actually get immediate email notifications from my school (and the mail app already on my phone does a terrible job at that) and this app has become so much more than that in the time I’ve been using it! Now, after a span of a few months (if not a year), I operate with multiple of my emails (personal, school, business, etc) all with this app and can get actual immediate notifications from all of them, as well as send emails from all of them. The app’s interface is wonderful and this app has been a lifesaver to me, also making me more active with my email since it has become so much more accessible for me. Plus, it’s just a great feeling to be able to verify my email for websites in seconds, being notified in seconds as if the email is a text! This app has become my main mail app and I don’t plan on changing it any time soon!

Drops my outlook out, cannot sign back in. So, this morning I needed to get to my email quickly and it had signed my out if my outlook account. Thanks myMail, I am in a hurry and now I have to look up my #%^* password. So I found the password and log in. It comes back and says problems with server. I cycle the phone and still can’t find server. I log into outlook on the web and with the win 10 app. Works fine but with myMail, “problems with server”. Ridiculous, no way to fix so I simply download Microsoft’s native outlook email app and added my gmail account and all is fine. MyMail, you cannot indiscriminately log off your Customers, especially if you make it impossible to log back in again. We don’t have time to go through any chat or phone support and I doubt you have it anyway. Whatever your problem is, this will reduce your customer set very quickly. danfinn at outlook dot com.

Password issues. I have use this app for a year or two and for the most part I really liked it. But on multiple occasions it suddenly said that I had the wrong password. At first I thought it was an issue with my AOL account. So I change the password and went back-and-forth and finally got in through the app. But this time around, no matter how many times I change the password and make sure I was using the right password, MyMail would tell me I had the wrong password. I reported the issue and they said it was known and that they are working on it. This was two or three days ago. Just before this happened, I had sent an email to myself as a simple way to get a final bid from one computer to another. It took four hours for the email to arrive. From the same account to the same account. I also sent an email with attachments to my military account from my AOL account and it also took several hours to arrive. I am not having these issues outside of transactions that don’t involve MyMail. If they are experiencing a “known issue“ they should let their customers know so that their customers don’t waste valuable time trying to resolve something that cannot be resolved.

Emails receiving delays.. Great app. I’ve been using it for couple of years now, and totally satisfied. Except, for a month or two I noticed a huge delay in receiving emails to the app. Some accounts receive constantly, some couple of hours (2-5 hours). I addressed the issue to support, but they are extremely ignorant. It’s the second week since i emailed them to see if they have any news in solving the issue. Not mentioning it’s been more than a month since I requested help, and each time they ask me to repeat the reason of my reach or just tell me to wait. I would rather get the truth and be told it can’t be solved, than being ignored.

myMail is awesome!!!☺️. I’ve really wanted an app just like this one! It has the majority large email providers and you can add an email provider that may not be listed with ease. It is very fast and makes it easy for those who have more than (one) 1 email account. Joining all together without toggle in place is just great. One stop shop! I had to bring in ASTRO to help out with some cleaning and organizing. Great help from Astro. Just give a command and just like that it is done. Remember you can actually talk to ASTRO by typing. Thank you for such a life saver. I was working on 11,000 emails and now I have 643 that are relevant to me. So Awesome!

Only email app with subfolders sync and notifications. This app is a lifesaver. I have been on Newton (old CloudMagic) since they started, just got a message that they are shutting down so I desperately needed a replacement. I’m on an IMAP email server (GoDaddy) and I have a vast amount of subfolders with filtered email, where all my various clients get their emails filtered to their own subfolder. I need to get notifications for when a new email pops in in any of those folders and it has been a long and thankless search for an email app that would do this. MyMAIL is just perfect! Not only does it work perfectly with notifying me, but it is actually quicker and proved more reliable than Newton ever was (I ran the apps parallel while testing it) The new mail notifications came quicker than on Newton, and the mail count badge is for ALL folders, not just the inbox as with all other. You can also choose which subfolders to sync and get notifications on. Not to mention, they don’t charge $50 a year like Newton did! Big thumbs up from me. This is the best app for professional emailing. Seriously.

Used for years. I love this app and have used it as my main mail app for more than 4 years, started with my first iPhone. I prefer Apple products have a iPad Pro, iPad Air, and a MacBook Pro yet apples mail system is unfamiliar to me and prefer using my-mail, I guess it because it’s what I first learned so it’s the only app for mail I use. Nothing is prefect though and I do have a couple issues with it. The cell number associated with my first and main email account I can’t use anymore since II no longer have that number. Along those lines I wish they had app for my MacBook and my PC, I don’t like and rarely use my outlook/Hotmail accounts. Over the years some businesses would not except a mymail email if opening an account, I don’t know why, and maybe that is no longer an issue? It is great over the years they continue to improve by letting you add folders and other benefits I assume other mail apps offer.

Great App, But with ads. I was so happy to find this app because my email provider has a horrible app that I have been using for a couple of years and can’t stand to use anymore! The design of this app is similar to the Gmail app, which I also use for other accounts I have. I find the use of the app is very user-friendly and intuitive. My only gripe is that when I first started using the app there were no ads, and now after a week of using the app there are ads between every fifth email or so. Since the app is such an improvement over my email providers app, I can deal with working around the ads, but I was disappointed to have them appear.

Persistent Bug. Two updates ago the app started showing all read messages as unread, so I submitted a report. They wanted pictures of the bug, so I sent them. Then they wanted in detail how it happened and how to replicate it… Uh, what? I look at my Home Screen it says I have over 120 unread messages and I open the app and it says on the all messages tab the same thing until I open the tab and it shows them as all read. No replication necessary and if I could describe in detail how it happened I would be on their development team. The bug persists after another update later that supposedly was to fix bugs. Looking at other reviews this is clearly a known issue. Maybe try rolling back from two updates ago will do the trick, just a crazy thought.

Best emailing app. I’ve used this app since I believe 2016. It’s by far the best in my opinion being able to have all my emails in one place and a really easy organization to switch over to each different email quickly and easy. I use my hotmail, yahoo, gmail, all here in one place as well as the option for a lot more. One of the only issues I’ve had.. is not being able to set this app as my main mailing app in my iPhone settings. I only have the option for Mail or Gmail for my main mailing apps. Not “MyMail”, I’ve tried on on a couple occasions within the last few years to change it to the priority mailing app but still no integration for it. It still works fantastic but this is the only downside that I can see.

Best calendar app out there. I’ve used this app for probably 2-3 years. Its simple, intuitive design was exactly what I needed and wanted. It’s super easy to mark messages as unread or read, which I need because when I look at emails on my phone I may need to take care of it on my desktop and unread emails show up at the top of my email on my desktop. I liked that it notified me even when I get mail to my gmail filters, I have a lot of filters. Then one day it stopped notifying me, I contacted the developers and after a few emails back and forth I was told that Apple has blocked some VK apps. I am so bummed! I’ve been using another email app to get notifications while waiting for this to get fixed. It has made me realize yet again how much I love this app. So now I get my notifications on my screen from the other app and open the email in this app. It’s not very sustainable but maybe it will get fixed sometime in the future.

useless.. This is my least favorite email app. It does not function well for business or school. It takes forever to actually find important Mail because you get so many spam emails. It lacks proper functionality. There is no way to select multiple emails and marked them as read or unread. You have to click each email individually or slide it over in order to mark it as read. It’s really annoying. I use this as my business email and get so many spam and junk emails and there’s no way to block those users or stop the emails from coming opposed to the regular Mail app on iPhone. I get more spam and junk emails than regular and there’s no way to regulate them or mass mark them as junk. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Don't hesitate. It's a GREAT app and service.. Okay, so there are folks that have suggestions for improvements. MyMail had just the multi-account features I needed when I started and has worked flawlessly for several years. It WAS possibly THE best! However; What happened to all the filters I set up to file incoming emails into my custom folders?? Additionally, alerts are extremely inconsistent. Previously, they were rock solid dependable. I never hat to scroll my inbox cause I always knew what email was coming in from my ios alerts. Important stuff was filtered to appropriate folders. No longer though! What’s up. I can’t find the filter feature any longer. Am I missing something?? If no, then the app has gotten worse. Sorry. Seems like maybe they couldn’t keep up with the processing. Why not adjust pricing to reflect value? Don’t just eliminate features to what you can afford to provide with current pricing. You had GREAT features. People will pay for this if you ask.

Satisfied. Of course, no software is perfect, but this one is better than Microsoft Outlook’s app. One feature I liked in Edison’s app that this one doesn’t have is (1) the ability to view all emails in one in-box, as well as by individual email accounts. Another wishlist feature would be to (2) have one set of folders to be used for all email accounts. Another feature Edison had that I loved was the ability to (3) schedule an email to be revisited on another day by clicking a tiny clock icon. The message then moved itself to a Scheduled directory. All-in-all, after testing many apps, myMail is the one I ultimately chose and the one I will use moving forward.

Worst email app hands down. This app was nice at first and one of the first apps like this I've tried, however it just kept falling short. I liked the bottom menu and being able to easily switch through folders and settings. However, I have never once received a notification in the couple months I've used the app. My notifications were on and my notification settings were normal, no abnormalities so it is the app's issue. After the most recent update, the bugs will not let you use the app. They sign you out of your email every single time you open the app so you're forced to sign in again each time to each of your emails and this bug renders the app unusable and useless. If such a big issue was affecting your users, especially for several days, you should have already had a bug fix up and ready for download. It's ridiculous. The developers also always try to blame the users saying it's user error and redirect them to their FAQ as if any of that information is useful in the slightest. These are the app's issues, get it through your thick skulls cause you're not going to have any users at this rate. I've switched over to Edison yesterday and it is SOOO much better. Lots of different appearance settings and different folders and customizable functions. I also receive notifications from them and there are no bugs. Mymail can't even hold a candle to Edison. This is the worst email app hands down.

One missing feature makes it useless!. This app is so beautifully designed. The colors, fonts and spacing are perfectly pleasing and great to work with. It’s a pleasure to use, except for one glaring flaw which the developer just apparently does not see as being important, because people have been requesting it forever, yet he just refuses to provide it... Every email app worth using allows you to have a “unified” inbox, but for some bizarre reason, this app still does not. So if you have more than one email account, which everybody does these days, (I have 7 that I have to manage), it means you will have to constantly swipe back-and-forth, back-and-forth all day long in order to constantly check the inboxes of all your accounts. I just seriously cannot understand the point of this. What a shame. By simply giving the users a unified inbox, this app could easily outshine some of the big players in the market. But without it, it never will.

Time for a change?. I’ve been a loyal user of this app for almost 10 years. I remember when it was just a simple app that gave me notifications, kept sign-ins simple, and allowed me to keep my multiple inboxes organized. It was amazing. Today I’m giving this app two stars because it’s been 3 weeks of consistent missed emails and important information because the app doesn’t notify me anymore, as well as logging me out of all my emails one by one, repeatedly. I’ve changed my notification settings and reset it to run in the background (that was already my default). Nothing worked. I emailed the developer with a request for help, and all I got was a message saying they’ve gotten my request. I don’t have anymore time to risk missing important meetings and emails, and retype passwords every time I need to check my emails, so looks like it’s time to find a new email management app.

Lost years of emails!. UPDATE Nov. 2022: The app has just stopped working altogether. I haven’t received any emails in my Outlook account for 15 days, I haven’t received any emails in my gmail account in a month. I’m deleting this app and going with something else. It was nice while it lasted, by the original company sold the app to a failure of a developer and it’s just destroyed and useless now. MyMail recently (March 2022) sold out to another company. In the process of changing over, they managed to lose hundreds of emails. I had very important emails regarding estate inheritance and large sums of money. Correspondence between estate executor staff and attorneys, etc. All those emails are gone now and many important details with them. I can no longer trust this app. Furious! I advise avoiding this email app now.

Stopped Working, No Help. EDIT: finally figured out how to reestablish personal email accounts. Working now with no problems. I could no longer log into my private email, try to set it up again, and constantly get same error message, a stable connection to the server could not be established. I’ve reported problem multiple times, and keep getting the same response, Unfortunately, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical work, all your data in your account is safe. We are working on resolving the situation as soon as possible. The problem has been going on for over a week now.

Awesome app. I never write reviews, but when asked by myMail I thought I should given that it’s free and how much I like it. First off, the UI is excellent. What I really like about it is that I have and old AOL account that I’ve had since ~ 1996 and still get a lot of semi-pertinent mail in it. I also use it as a second email service so that when I sign up for something superfluous but necessary (e.g. ordering food) it doesn’t require my personal address. It’s always good to have a second email address for this. Nevertheless, the antiquated AOL system doesn’t catch spam and leads to cluttering; whereas myMail™️ catches almost all SPAM resulting to a more streamlined mail box.

Not good. I used this app for well over a year and gradually it started not sending emails properly. It showed like they were sent but the recipient did not always receive them. Sometimes it took a few weeks for the automatic response to come back saying the email was undeliverable. Half the time this came in Russian language instead of English. I don’t even have any Russian language on my phone nor do I speak it. Finally it logged me out and refused my credentials to log in. My website guru helped me try to figure it out, until finally she connected the dots that some of her other clients who had similar email issues had the same app! So she had me simply download a different app and BINGO! All my emails are there, sending works just fine, and I deleted this MyMail app for good. Update: I received an email in response to this review. They said they were doing some technical work on the app. I have multiple apps I work with in my business and so far all the others have alerted me ahead of time that the app will be down for a scheduled time (eg. 2:00 am til 4:00 am) MyMail did not do that but let me sit with multiple business clients not receiving my emails. I get the fact that Maintenance and Troubleshooting is needed. But communication would’ve made all the difference! I am happily using a different app now. Can’t risk this repeating itself.

Leaving. I did write a great review for this app however it is now a very disappointing application. I’m getting scammed emails twice my account has been compromised On this app, that are not on my server . Con not delete not forward some emails Frustrating

Totally Disillusioned. Have been using this app for many years and loved it - by far the best replacement for mail Now it has ceased to work and keeps demanding a ‘log-in’ All I get from the service people is a ‘temporary’ hitch will be rectified shortly. This has now got beyond a joke - the app is completely unusable ’a stable connection to the server could not be established’ - ‘log in to your account’ every time I try to access emails. After many years of preferred use it is now sadly time to delete for good. ------------------------------------------------

It’s fast and has a small footprint.. I just tried the yahoo, iOS mail and myMail. MyMail uses the least memory, loads faster and sorts through all my emails at least twice as fast as the yahoo app and ten times so compared to the iOS mail client. Looks nice and clean as well. Well done!

User friendly. I love my mail all in the 1 spot and it’s helped spam. Trust in them to manage my personal information and photos giving me feedback like this. I’ve given all permissions to them so I can worry bout other things in my life.

Email got hacked and blocked. I used this app for years and it was great. All of a sudden today my email was hacked and sending heaps of spam, then blocked from sending anything myself. I tried everything. Changing passwords, two factor authentication etc etc and narrowed it down to every time I logged into the app again was when the hacker was able to use my new password each time. I’m running a business that relies on email so this is pretty catastrophic. Still blocked a day later.

Was a good app, was.. I use to love this app, easiest email app I’ve had. Recently it has started kicking me out of the app logging me out and then not letting me sign back in, instead making me delete app re download and then log back in which sometimes takes days!! Never had this issue before and I hope they get it sorted out as I love using this email app, but if it keeps happening will have to use a different app.

Love it! It should replace the apple one. I love this app! It is fantastic! I would like to be able to change the background picture to something More personal and to have a selected email from certain people to stand out more or (something like the favorites thing that the apple one does) but other wise, great app and fantastically easily to use!!

Another unnecessary update. This app was absolutely brilliant back in the day prior to the latest IOS 17. For Anyone who has an iPhone X 16.7.7 steer away from this app until the developers fix these annoying bugs. For those who have Yahoo and hotmail accounts, this update will prompt you to enter your password constantly in order to access your emails. I have taken a different approach this time, I want to warn others of the potential problems they may face as apose to venting my frustration. This is constructive feedback for the developer team.

Finally reviewing after a year for honesty. I love having my emails all in one place. I own my own business and it’s so good to be able to manage my personal and business emails in the one place. Switching between emails is easy, Intuitive layout and lovely back drops. I will always use this app... AND THANK YOU FOR BEING FREE !!!

You cannot be serious!. Just read you FAQs and how you’ve decided to change how the app works to suit yourselves. You seriously want me to create a whole new email account just to use your app conveniently?! You have got to be joking! The app has worked fine for me for the past seven years using my main account and a subsidiary account, and now you want me to change it?? I’ve had my hotmail account for nigh on 20 years - do you really expect me to go through every single entity that has my contact details and re-sign with a new email? What a scam! You should be ashamed.

Easy to use, clean design and quick loading. Nice and intuitive, I like the design for my email - simple with good features it’s easy to use, have been using it for the last couple of years no complaints at all - perfect for my use- very happy. Highly recommend.

Love this app. Always have loved this app, although on iPhone version there is no delete option for messages you have to physically move them to trash when you link a gmail account. Outlook account has the trash option .... but it’s still a fantastic mail app

Good but been experiencing issues lately. Hi team! I’ve been using this app for years and it’s always met my needs. But recently over the last few months I’ve been experiencing issues where the app doesn’t receive new emails and I have to log out and back in for the emails to come through. Sometimes I need to delete the app and reinstall it for it to work. Now I’m having trouble even sending emails. It’s coming up with an error message “authentication unsuccessful”. I’ve tried signing out and back in and still getting the error message. Please help!

Was amazing until this year. Been using this app for over 5 years, loved it. Every now and then I’d wonder why I hadn’t had any emails for a few days and realise it had signed me out, but all good I sign back in and there they are. Until early this year, it just stopped syncing altogether. I’d receive new emails and not know until I look on a computer, but ok at least I have them. The massive issue is that all the emails I’ve “sent” in that time haven’t gone anywhere. Nobody received them, not in sent items, not in drafts, not in outbox. Just gone. It’s happened three times in a few months. I updated the app, changed the settings and thought I fixed it, but it happened again. App is now deleted and will never use again.

Best Mail App. **EDIT** Recently MyMail dropped support for custom Domaine office 364 accounts which makes it all but useless for anyone with their own web domain through O365. My accounts still work but if removed or password expires I will lose them from the client. It's lost stars because of this reason and also because the support team dismissed my reports and ignored me and left my ticket open with no explanations. I expected better. ** Have been using this for as long as I can remember having a mobile device.... From a time when I had one email to now where I have upwards of 7 accounts for work alone. This app has it all. Filtering. Good search functions. Ability to edit mailboxes and folders. Beats any mail app I've ever used. Makes using multiple accounts seamless and accepts literally any mail server. Always recommend this app to people and will continue to do so. Half my work place now use this. And best of all it is free..

Great app for switching between email inboxes quickly. This app supports multiple accounts and allows the user to switch between them effortlessly. All notifications from each inbox come through also! Highly recommend.

Great backup!. Still getting used to it, but does what I need. Had the iOS mail app and the notifications stopped on it for no reason, then the yahoo app did the same plus kept sending my replies to the drafts folder... this app does what I need to run my business, keep up the good work guys!

Once upon a time.. This use to be my go-to app as I have multiple email accounts that I monitor daily. The update for me is a lot more confusing and all over the place than it’s previous design. It doesn’t flow as well as it use to and it’s overall appearance has reverted back to the boring general layout of most email applications. Disappointment is an understatement in how the application has progressed but not everything can have a happily ever after like fairy tales. So onto the next email app that can provide what this use to.

Fantastic alternative. I found myself exceedingly frustrated with the limited options and customisability of the stock iPhone Mail app. myMail is a breath of fresh air; reducing storage usage, pulling emails far quicker, and having a cheery UI. Not to mention being able to open links in-app without having to wait for safari to open. I seriously like this app!

Awesome and super easy to use. Love it couldn’t load my emails on my old app and over safari so I downloaded this app and it worked strait away I’ve now deleted all my other email apps and only use this as you can have multiple accounts on the one app Well done best app by far

Becoming a very klunky app. I’m a long time user of this app and it has been working well until the last 12 months or so. Now it is very klunky and unreliable. I have a lot of saved emails, too many probably but there is no way I can find to quickly get to the oldest emails to begin deleting them first. The app is now not showing all emails received which I’m getting on another app. Disappointing!

Needs Blocker. This app needs the ability to block email addresses as I receive truck loads of spam email (mind you only with this email platform not with my outlook or iOS email), the spam is constant and no way to stop it because you can’t block the domain or the email address. Once it has that ability it would be perfect. I’ve changed my mobile number and now I cannot access my account because I can’t even login online now to update my mobile number. Do not use this app as once it’s hacked your completely screwed

Please, help me to sort it! Couldn’t find how to reach customer service. Have changed my surname 3 years ago, but the app keep digging out the previous one or even the maiden one (from 10 years ago!). Can’t rely on this and send to clients. Only need my current surname! Great New Feature Introduced: ADVERTS. After weeks of ad-free use I suddenly have ads appearing cleverly disguised and formatted the same way my emails are in my inbox. I realise that it's a free app and the app itself is pretty good and integrates with a Gmail well but with no way to upgrade and remove the adverts and the privacy issues that allowing advertising within a private email client creates I'm out. Thanks for the weeks of ad-free use I had but not so much for introducing ads without giving any notice or having an option to remove them. I'm out...

Too many problems. I’ve given two stars only because I’ve used this app for for 6 years and never had an issue until recently. I have two accounts and occasionally the app logs me out and pops up with “verification failed” and I have to log back in again and because of this I miss really important emails. Also, when I refresh it says “successfully refreshed” but it really hasn’t because an hour later I’ll get all my emails flowing in one after the other like spam. This used to be such a convenient app but now I have to use two separate apps because I just don’t trust this one anymore. Too many bugs for me to be bothered and I don’t like having to log in all the time

not as good as before anymore. I have been finding this app is not as good as before anymore. I didn’t change any settings on the app but the email notification does not come up anymore even I have set up properly in the setting. Also I could not search the email by tying keywords anymore as it always shows nothing is found. Very disappointing

Great mail app!. MyMail is a great little app that I can use to easily access a few of my accounts, the only tricky bits would be that the "move this item to a folder" icon always tricks me into thinking it's a "forward" button, and that creating new folders on the app is a little tricky. Folders created on other platforms do move across and appear on myMail quite well though, which is great. It's easy to delete and select multiple emails too. The unsubscribe feature at the bottom of each email provided by mymail is also quite handy.

Smart email. I have used this app for awhile now, just wish I could delete emails. I have this on my phone (Samsung) and had no issues really, but a completely different thing on my apple iPad, at present have about 5,000 I cannot delete or put in trash…..not good. It would be nice to have a reliable email that works 😕😕

Too easy. Having had my outlook email crash on me , I tried this out after trying 3 before this. Well wasn’t I pleasantly surprised !! Everything runs smoothly effortlessly and all too my liking . I don’t know how I did without this . Please if you need a good email app this is the one for you .

Used this app for over 10 years. This WAS the best mail app out there. Never any issues with syncing, sending, logging in until recently. Emails to support have proven to be useless as no fix has been identified. Have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Still randomly logs me out requiring me to enter my credentials again. Emails don’t always send. Doesn’t refresh emails unless I swipe down, then there’s a delay and white screen for minutes. Time to look for something else 😢

App won’t open after latest update. Didn’t want to write a less than 5 star review, however I cannot find the contact detail for the developer ANYWHERE? Anyway, since the latest update to the app I have been unable to open the app at all on my iPhone XR. Can you guys fix please? Can I suggest that you also make it a little easier to email you directly rather than via a review... I have checked all your links and can’t find an email or phone number anywhere...

One the best Apps ever. I used this App after I struggled to get hotmail onto my phone as well as my hubby's as we share the home email. This app is easy to use, reliable, fast and never had any glitches, I recommend this App to anyone looking for a really effective email service.

Surprisingly good. Like most I’ve tried many email apps but this one so far has been streets ahead of anything else. Was easy to set up with the ability to have all (8 so far) of my email accounts in one place. I would however ask the developers to put the email account name on the tab that shows the actual emails instead of having to go back to the previous tab to see which account I’m in and also it would be great if you could have the option of setting the unread messages tab to open instead of the inbox. Very smooth otherwise. I’m impressed.

Life changing. I found that juggling to remember passwords was really hard especially when you have multiple email accounts for personal life, work and even uni. It was hard to manage and took so much time to open up all the individual browser links. When I found this app it has really simplified the process. Enables all emails to go to one place. Just enter all your information and let it all sync up. What’s not to love about the extra layers of security with the pin and Touch ID integration. I am always forgetting pins and passwords so now if I forget my pin I can still unlock the app unless someone steals my thumbs which is highly unlikely haha.

Love the compartments. I love that I can have all my emails in one place but that I can easily go between the different inboxes without having to have it all in one inbox which I previously had. I’m able to separate my work and personal email addresses, which helps me me stop being so work addicted #lifebalance

Very handy. Good app - better than the ever-confusing Gmail one. Is now my main iPad / iPhone app and has worked beautifully through several updates. I particularly like the swipe-and-deal-with options, especially the immediate delete and also the flag to mark for later attention. You can filter and search for emails on a bunch of different criteria. Well done. I am still taking off a star because there is no 'pay to remove ads' option. Please add! I’d happily pay (a reasonable cost) for an ad-free version and am annoyed there still isn’t one.

Easy As 123. Effective, efficient and it’s right in the palm of ur hand very handy, send and receive within seconds awesome App. Cannot fault however I would like to mention if in future make it more privatised to help block and delete spam emails which would help minimise space usage for better emails received and stored.

One of the best email apps. This app has always been my go to on iphone, however a recent update caused a lot of my emails to stop working and so i had to try find other solutions while waiting for a fix. Their latest update did make a change so i could change more settings after the invalid email error showed up which let me finally access those emails this app was failing to let me access, i just hope that in the future they don’t end up making this app worse and keep having similar issues. Don’t ruin a good thing. Other than that, this app has always been great for me.

Starting to glitch. Have been using this app for years. Easily handles my mail. Downside is there’s no phish alarm or block options within the app. Some of the adverts are inappropriate so wouldn’t recommend for kids. Recently started to glitch. App opens but screen remains blank. Only a phone restart will reset the app. Am probably going to look for an alternative if the glitch keeps happening.

Was great to use, not anymore. I have used this app for years with no issues and loved it. Within the last year, emails are not loading so I have to log out then log back in again for them to update. And now I can’t access two of my accounts on this app as it won’t log me in! They work when I log in though Google, safari etc I have deleted the app and re-installed it but still it’s not working as it should. Really disappointed

Multiple Emails Made Easy. Having tried several email apps, this one has been by far the best. I have multiple email accounts for personal, gaming, family, work etc also resulting in multiple apps. Now I have been able to declutter my phone as I can use the one app to access all my emails. Moving between them is simple and it’s easy to set up. It has saved me so much time each day. I’ve found the support to be responsive and listened to my requests. Updates seem to happen regularly too. With our busy lives, save yourself time and make this app the first on your list to try.

Good Mail App. I reckon I've tried every mail app out there. So far this is the best for iOS and also for unifying email accounts. I work with 4. Love how you start a new device, log in once and down come all your emails. No fuss. Oh and I love the way you can easily customise signatures. Well done all. I would like to see a better search function.

The app I use for my iPad mail. Allows me to get my mail manageably from all my disparate accounts. I no longer need or really use my macbook pro - and my mobility regarding my work is greatly increased and enhanced. I can flag emails and put them in folders using parameters - only downer , I wish I could allocate different coloured flags as identifiers within emails. Also creating folders is at times difficult. Small matter though as search function is great. Good job guys much appreciated. nonikwe. 👽😄

It works very well.. I am very happy with this app. There was a minor problem when it was sending too many emails to spam, but once I realised what was going on, it was easy to fix, and it now knows what to send to Spam and what to put in the email box.

Login problems. Every time I login it keeps telling me, too many request try again later an won’t log me in, I’ve tried everything on my end but I still haven’t been able to login for two days now, not happy with this app as I’ve been using it for years an I’ve always had this problem with it no one I ever talk to can fix it no happy at all, just let me back in to my emails so I can transfer them to my new Email account please that’s all I need from this app thanks

Used to be good. Been using for 4+ years and recently it’s started logging my email accounts out every time I go to use them, not refreshing properly and the push notifications are sometimes days late, no matter what I do to my device settings. Also used to be able to set up rules to filter incoming emails into folders automatically, this feature died off like a year ago, which is a real pain. Used to love it but now I’m searching for something that actually works.

Over 5 year loyal user - decided to delete it. I am really disappointed with the app after using it for many years. I was so used to it since it’s very easy to use, especially when you have many accounts. This is my everyday go-to app for everything. However, one of my Hotmail accounts (happen to be my most used and most important account) is not refreshing properly recently. My other accounts seem fine. No matter how many times I tried to manually refresh the inbox and sent mailboxes, they kept saying list updated, however they were not!! My important emails were not read and important emails that I thought I sent successfully were not actually sent. This happened many times for the same account. I had deleted my account and added it again and again, but it still happened. I have no clue what’s going on with the app. The email works 100% fine on Google browser, Apple browser, and Outlook app. I really need some answers from the team to understand why my important emails vanished. I trusted the app and had been using it for so so long, yet I have failed to respond to important emails promptly due to the tech issues of the app. I am really disappointed and frustrated

Isn’t working. This app was great until recently. Its signing me out of all my emails and I can no longer send an email from the app. I’m having to sign in to each of my accounts each time I open the app; some emails aren’t allowing me to log in due to “no credentials”. Can this please be fixed.

It’s about time to fix the Glitches. I had reviewed everyone concern regarding this app. It use to be a good e mail application! Now we can’t even receive any e mails we have to go and sign in with a browser or another app that we can review all the e mails that was stuck into your server! I’ve done what it says to do but still the problem is still there ! As it has been going on for a few months now! Connected the developer haven’t heard a peep! Am using shaw and with gmail I have no problems and I had contact shaw and it’s not them so please fix as you can see mr or miss Developers you have a few people that likes this app! Little suggestion charge a flat one time fee of 3$ to use your app! As I seen a few app that charges a one time fee and they are happy users and it helps the developer! So for now am giving this app a one star until you fix the glitches

How the mighty have fallen. After being a very long time user of what was once a terrific app I just can’t tolerate having to constantly log into my multiple accounts over and over again only to find no emails for days and days! The explanation is buried in the FAQs. As far as I’m concerned it renders the app totally useless. Mailbox of another service (Gmail, Hotmail, Mail.com, Web.de and others) Due to technical issues, it is now impossible to log in to your mailbox from another service through the myMail application. You can log into such mailboxes via a browser or other email app.

Garbage app always gives errors. Trash. Waste of damn time app. Never works properly, loaded with bugs and errors. Authentication errors when trying to add email address’s. Always asking you to re-enter passwords. Never can get email notifications… need to scroll over each email to see if you have mail. COMPLETE GARBAGE WASTE OF TIME, USELESS APP FULL OF BUGS!

Really bad right now. I’m only writing a review in hopes it gets fixed. Before I would’ve put 5 stars but right now it’s really bad -Doesn’t notify me when I get an email (I have all my notifications on and everything) -When I search for a specific email instead of scrolling really far down it doesn’t come up. (I’ve tried to search for the most recent email I got and it doesn’t even show up, even though it’s right there when I don’t use search) -The most irritating one is that it keeps making me have to log in everytime I open the app.

great app but…. the app is overall great with them also providing a short and neat my.com domain is cherry on top BUT… major problem is the lack of desktop client. I wanna access my my.com mail on my laptop even if its the web. this should really be worked on and not ignored.

Awful. I used to have great success with this email app but in the recent months it’s been terrible. I’m not getting the emails in a timely manner, not allowing me to search for email addresses that have sent me emails. I have to go on to a browser and log in to view all emails. It’s frustrating. Terrible service. App is good at first. Then you move out of the country and change phone number and totally lose access to your email account and the app become useless just like its support team. No way to recover access using email or requesting a new access. Terrible service. Now I can’t access another account that uses this service.

Not getting emails. At times this app decided not to update my emails for over a week at a time so I get 60+ emails I need to catch up on as well as miss meeting invites. I’ve had this app for years and this has happened a few times over the last few months now. Deleting this app.

No longer works. Been using this as my go-to app for YEARS, but now, I can no longer login to my own domain based email address. There is only support for certain types of accounts, which is very disappointing and makes this app kinda useless for my needs.

Lacks functionality of an email app devoted to one type. Does emails well, just sometimes the emails don't load as quick as the email companies app.

Mass old mail clean out. What a CRAPPY app. I keep being asked to up my storage YET I don’t have an EASY way to MASS delete so much back mail. 16000! This app should have an AUTO delete for every email that comes in after two months UNLESS I specify always keep or important or bills yatta yatta. I used to hate snail mail because you never got REal mail. Just bills and promos. Emails are even WORSE. And the developers have known this for Years - yet they have not addressed the issue.

Asks me to login my gmail every time I open the app. I used to love this app and have had it for years. But during the last year it has become very unstable. It logs me out if my gmail account every time i close the app. Recently also I have written several emails and clicked ‘send’ for them to just disappear. They’re not sent or saved in draft.

What’s going on!?. It used to run perfectly but since the last update I’m guessing, it’s been hell. Have to sign in every time I open the app + read or discarded mail reappears. Lots don’t even load. Nothing is working for me anymore. Very sad. Please fix it!!!

Not receiving emails/ can’t login. The app has not been working for a week now and it has happened alot lately. Not receiving emails for gmail and can’t log in hotmail.

Horrifically Programmed. So not only does it stay not stay logged into my emails now after the most recent update, but the “FAQ” link they keep copy-pasting into the negative/critical reviews literally just 404s when you try to search it. Don’t know what happened to the team that first designed this app, because they either all left ages ago and left monkeys to maintain things, or they just stopped caring. UPDATE: So not only have they stopped giving a care, apparently their app just doesn’t work for other common email accounts now like hotmail, outlook, gmail, etc. What an absolute joke of an app that doesn’t remotely have an accurate review score for how it performs.

App not working. The app is not working I’m not getting my emails unless they go into the spam folder. I’ve deleted a bunch of emails already and still not getting any emails. It just keeps on saying list updated when I refresh the page.

Changed phones, mail no longer working. I would give a zero star review if I could. I got a new iPhone and when I attempt to log in and configure my mail on my new phone, when requesting a code, no code is ever received. I have attempted many troubleshooting techniques to remedy the issue to no avail. I use this email for very important communications and am terribly disappointed.

Not very good. I used this for a while. It frequently would not send messages. Then it began logging me out all the time (after each use). I uninstalled, reinstalled, hit ‘stay logged in’. Nothing worked. Not a very good app. There are far better out there. I began using Spike. I am much happier with it.

So many issues. I get logged out constantly and I think it’s been part of a password leak multiple times. Brutal.

Gone downhill. Used to be great app. Used it for years but now it logs out by itself and I have to log in everything. Imagine re login 4 different emails every day.

Great. I’ve used this app for years and I love it, I have about 7 emails and I can have them alll singed in this app it’s so easy to use. I would recommend this to everyone.

Average. I’m giving 3 stars because I have been using this app for 7 years now and it was all good until recently. It randomly logs me out now and doesn’t load my emails for up to a week sometimes! I miss out on important emails because of this issue. I have deleted the app cos it’s no more useful to me.

Office365 login fail. Cannot connect with an office 365 account at all.

Notifications. I really liked this app until it stopped sending notifications that someone sent me an email . It is so frustrating having to open the app all the time to check if I have any emails. I sent an email to developers about this issue and they said they’re working on it but this is been going on for months. Why can they not fix this ! Update : developers responded and told me to change my email address to a my.com account instead of gmail . Did that and now the app works perfectly again .

Nice little mail app. Was having issues with done of the bigger bane apps. This one does the trick.

Years of happy use, then just stopped working. I used this app for a very long time, I can’t even count how many years, with no issues with it whatsoever. That said, I have been lately disappointed with its performance: Lately this app stopped alerting me about emails and I found out it had logged me out of all of my emails. I had to repeatedly log back in and the problem would repeat regularly despite my updating iOS and the app itself. When even logging back in gave me an error and no solution to access my emails alltogether, I finally deleted this app and moved to use Gmail’s app. I don’t know what happened that the app stooped working for me so suddenly.

Only reliable mail app I’ve had and it doesn’t change all the time!. Having 3+ mail accounts for home and business as most of us do these days I tried several apps to “fetch” all. MyMail makes it so easy to switch between accounts, there are ads but minimal and you can delete them from your screen. I love it and best of all I’ve been using it for several years and it has kept up with all the apple OS changes. It doesn’t push liberal fake news in your face like when I connect directly with AOL, Google and Yahoo.

Works great and my go to for checking hotmail. Easy, full featured, and lightweight. Perfect for checking multiple accounts, and works especially when with Hotmail. I love the send mail to myself feature. The only complaint I have is that I lost / can't recover my mymail email account after switching phones. When I put in my phone # (Google voice) app gives me an error message and then says too many tries to send an email message. There is no easy way/ email to contact support for the app :(

Great for Multiple Accounts. This is my “GO TO” email client on all of my Apple devices. It is easy to add a non-standard pop account like Comcast and its ability to handle multiple accounts gives the user one stop shopping for all of their email. One thing I really like is that the messages are not integrated into a common inbox like some of the others I have tested. It has a clean interface and intuitive to use. Changing to a different inbox is as easy as clicking the icon associated with the new account.

Not sure what happened. This used to be the best email app ever. I’ve used it for years … streamlined, easy to use, and no frills. Now, ever since you brought out that major update several months ago, my mail won’t update. I have to log out and log back in and that used to be just daily. Okay, I could handle that; now, it is every single time I open the app. And you keep updating and saying you are, “fixing minor bugs”. Who do you have working for you that cannot fix this hot mess that you created with the update? I’m no coder by any means, but if you have problems, find someone that can really fix them. Until then, I can’t deal with this mess.

Great interface — terrible issues. I had so many issues with this service, that I can’t use it anymore. I unknowingly lost a ton of business because every single email coming from this app was going into spam boxes and I would also receive bouncebacks before that saying that my email was abusive. I didn’t have this issue on the native email platform at all or another one I tested. I also can’t stand how they handle their reply titles - they literally look like: RE: [1] RE: [2] RE: [3] and so on as you begin to reply to the same thread. Looks totally unprofessional and they stated they couldn’t do anything to change it. It’s a shame because otherwise it’s a solid app.

Easy, nice looking app. I LOVE THIS APP! So easy to learn and use! You do get instant notifications. But not only that, when you click on the notifications, it brings you to the actual folder it's in. It actually lead me to an old family photo that I somehow missed opening back in 2010. The look and design is also fun! There's one "Inbox" for my gmail account so there's no guess work on which folder your new email landed in, and like I said, if you do have any unopened mail, it will keep you on alert and direct you to the folder until it is opened.

Very good app with only one annoying issue. I abandoned my old email app a few days ago in favor of this one. So far I've been very satisfied but there is one problem. Almost every time I open the app the first item on the list of new emails is an item clearly marked as an ad. I tap the X to delete it and then go through my new emails. This is very annoying but I can't find any way to stop these ads from appearing. Please add an enhancement so we can block these ads from displaying.

great email app - annoying delete feature. I loved this app until they introduced this stupid undo delete feature I delete every email daily - now, when u delete, a window pops up at the bottom questioning if you want to actually delete the email, offering a quick way to undo your delete. On the iphone when u swipe up you can rest assurd that you will cancel your delete intent and undo everything you just tried to do - never mind that if do realize you made a mistake that you could go the the trash bin and recover what was mistakenly threw away - this feature offers no value and is a huge annoyance. Please get rid of it.......or allow us the ability to turn it off or disable it ....

Sad to see it go. Used this app for many years with no issues, was by far my preferred email app! However in recent months I have stopped getting notifications; contact support who didn’t seem to really care about the issue. I tried troubleshooting and it didn’t help. Been waiting for it to be fixed in updates but the issue has not been resolved so I will be switching my email app. Sad to see such a long streak go but the app just isn’t useful if the notifications don’t work

Used to love BUT 4/5/24. I loved this app but recently it keeps logging me out of two accounts. I have to login to them every time I open the app. I reached out and tried their suggestions and they didn’t work. I reached out again and their response was that I could just login on my browser to see my emails for those accounts. So pretty much: oh well, we don’t care. What? Seriously? I have also noticed that the email doesn’t update like it used to and the notifications are always delayed IF I even get any. They also now have ads at the top of all account inboxes. So now after years of use, I am looking for a better option. Don’t recommend anymore. Look somewhere else. So sad to see a good app deteriorate.

Best Email Organizer Ever. I’ve got to say how impressed I am with MyMail. Been using the App for years. Especially like the clear organization of my four email accounts and easy switching between them. The in-app browser is extremely fast and powerful. You can choose to open things in your Duck Duck Go, Safari or Google but there really isn’t a need to. Especially when you’re just ripping through attachments to eventually delete the mail. Very handy.

Do Not Disturb issues. I tried submitting a ticket directly through the app but apparently there’s a language barrier because no matter how I described the problem they didn’t understand. As of this date, almost 8 months later, the problem still is not fixed. When you set the app to “Do Not Disturb” between say 9:pm and 9:am it reverses it and notifies you between 9:pm and 9:am and does no notify you between 9:am and 9:pm. So it’s exactly the opposite of how it should work. Minor issue, but tech support wants access to all of your data for a simple problem.. not happening. I should be able to describe it and get I fixed.

Great App. I like this app because I have a lot of email addresses for some reason and I can keep them all in one place and that helps me. I just had trouble getting my icloud account added probably because I can't remember the password! But that's my fault not the apps fault. Anyway, overall I like the app a lot it is easy to use and I like the fact that you can clear spam and clear the trash in the same area that's helpful. I am not happy with the ads I cannot remove!

MyMail. This mobile app is great! I like most users, I have several email account that i like to keep separate. Before, i had apps for each service, and i would have to use 5 different apps, formats, folder, security, etc. Now, all my non-work emails are under (1) MyMail app, its all with 1-easy to use UI, contact are clean too. I use email fwd/spam rules within the Yahoo, and gmail actual email, which in turn feed myMail. It Just works .... Yes-still use MSFT outlook app for mobile work email per corporate standard.

Best Mail app out there but started having issues. I’ve had this app for many many years, at least 6+ years at this point and it’s always been great! Until about 6 months ago now and the app started having glitches. I no longer get any notifications, despite having them turned on in my phones settings, and the emails don’t always load right away when I open the app causing me to have to refresh 2-3 times before they will show up. Unsure what happened but I’m very disappointed that the app isn’t working like it used to :(

Pleasantly Surprised. I use this app for my general Outlook email. This is far better than any of the other platforms I have previously used. The colors and logos make the senders "pop," which makes it easy to locate specific messages and hopefully will make it easier for me to organize and edit my bloated cache!!! I also love that they text me every time a message comes in. I just turn off the sound when I don't want to be interrupted. Again, this is a well-designed app that meets my email needs very well. And the price is right (free). I highly recommend.

Stopped Updating in April 2020. Previously, this app worked satisfactorily, now it has become useless. It now never updates email since 30 April 2020. When started and even if pull down screen to force update, after “processing” and saying update complete, nothing has changed. Have twice sent in the issue to “Write the Developer” in the app, including log data, and all I have gotten has been what must be a form email telling me to submit my issue again with “more detail” and to include the logs (which I did both times). I’m looking for an alternate app now as this is useless and who knows if and when it will get fixed. 12 May 2020: continued to receive garbage form email from support wanting more information. DELETED APP I’m done with this, it’s trash now.

Great App!. I’ve been using this app for a couple years now! I hated the regular built in email App from Apple since it never synced my accounts correctly; Emails never really came through. After switching I was able to get my emails immediately without having to wait 10mins or so. I love that I can put a pin to lock my email accounts and just overall really easy to surf app. I highly recommend this app if you want to receive your emails without a long wait and the organization of it makes it perfect.🎊 thanks for a great built in app.

The BEST Mail app in the App Store!. I’ve used several different mail apps, even the built-in one, and none of them are as great as this one! I like all of the features that it offers, even the ability to schedule when an email will be sent. Sometimes you want to write an email, but it’s late in the evening, and it doesn’t look professional from a business point of you to send that email at 11:36 PM. With this app, you can compose your email, then schedule when and what time you want it sent. Now you are looking professional

Awesome email hub. I have about five million emails. Work, school, personal, one for wedding planning, and that one we all made when we were ten. I can keep them all in one spot and check through them quickly without closing in and out of a million apps, so it keeps clutter out of my Home Screen and little red notification bubbles to a minimum. I really love it! It just helps make sure I never miss any updates coming through email.

Pros & Cons. Cons: This email client offers the greater privacy protection to the Europeans than the Americans. Why? Because they MUST comply with the EU standards and for Americans, there are very few to comply with. Just read the privacy policy. I do not like how they take advantage of the 2 different regulations. Pros: Very easy to set up with ANY email. You do not have to be a Google or AOL user, etc. The audible notification is very pleasant to hear and not obnoxious. Very fast and efficient. You will receive emails with no delay and can easily read, delete, or mark them as SPAM. You can set your email to only be opened by face or fingerprint in case someone is lurking in your phone. BOTTOM LINE: No email client provides complete privacy, however this one could be significantly approved upon by choosing to follow EU standards for privacy that are very strict to Americans as well.

Waited for a fix but it never came, so I’m out ✌🏽. I’ve been using this app for years and it’s been wonderful. Recently I’ve stopped receiving email notifications. I tried to reset the notifications, which were set to receive emails the way I had always been. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and did the update. They come through in one batch maybe every few hours? I’m not sure, but when you’re waiting on an important email to arrive, it will not notify you when there’s a new email in your inbox. This has caused a couple problems with my job, so I’m deleting this app after many years. Maybe someday if you guys fix this bug, I will be back, but there’s other alternatives out there.

Replaced my iPhone mail app. A year or so ago, I had so many problems with my default iPhone mail app. The default app would freeze and close at random times, and sometimes emails wouldn’t be sent/received. That’s when I found this app. It lets you log in to multiple email accounts and works in the way you’d expect it to. It makes checking all of your emails very easy, and the app overall has a nice design. Despite the fact that my initial problem has most likely been fixed by now, I won’t be going back.

images not showing in emails (+ Update). I’ve been using this app for *years* and it is the best email app I have found. However, for the past few weeks, images will not appear in emails. That has made the majority of my emails unreadable. Updating the app did not fix the issue. (I also do not love the new privacy terms and visual changes, but that’s a different concern.) This really needs to be fixed so emails can actually be read again. **Update: I have found a new email app, as this issue has persisted for too long and I really find the new app layout quite cumbersome. I enjoyed the old app a lot more.

Finally...!. Email has been a frustration for me on iOS. With multiple accounts on different servers, it seemed to me that reliable sending and receiving should have been perfected long ago. For example, Apple's Mail on the Mac is convenient and consistent... not so much on iOS. Until now, after trying all the alternatives, I've been relying on Altamail, a feature-rich app that recently adopted subscription fees. But I'm really impressed by my first hour on MyMail, that is more automated that Altamail! It is sending and receiving, even with known-problematic servers! Great product!

Great 3rd party email app!. Love, love, LOVE this app! Tried using a couple of other email apps specifically for my work email and they both were missing features or functionalities that myMail has. One of them would often get stuck downloading messages to the point where I had to reboot the app to get it to stop. So far, myMail has not disappointed me one bit. Easy to set up, lots of configuration option, handles my work emails exactly how I want it to. Good job devs! Keep up the great work! Mahalo!! 🤙🏼

Use to work great. I have been using this app for more than five years now. Over the years the app has become more buggy and increasingly more annoying with issues that pop up. Just the past week or so I get logged out of all three of my emails every time I close the app. It’s quite annoying having to log back in with a password every time to be able to check email. Also the app does not alert me to new email as soon as I get them any longer, that’s been going on for the last six months. I have tried uninstalling the app completely and reinstalling, clearing the cash, to no avail. Tech-support just says “can you please replicate the problem”, which is a very thing to say

Easy to use. Had yahoo’s updated mail - hated it - makes you log in constantly and multiple times, plus they desupported linking business accounts into 1 mail app, even though it was also a yahoo account. switched to my mail and was able to sync all 3 mail accounts into 1 easy to use mail app! Does it do everything - no ( its only for ios- want a pc version as well) but its a far better mail app than any of the others!

Security issues. If you value your privacy, this is yet another email client that reads your email. I had an issue with the app not being able to display the body of any of my emails. Contacted support and they were able to resolve it without me downloading any update! What does that tell you about the control they have over your email?! Prior to that I had an issue with the client not being able to log into my iCloud email. No response from tech support. The app also has an annoying behavior where it will scroll up to the newest email even while you are in the middle of scrolling down. The said they would fix that but it has been a year. I guess violating privacy and violating human interface guidelines are things that do not matter to them.

Suddenly stopped working a week ago. I have used this app and relied on it for many years now, but about a week or 10 day ago it started randomly logging me out saying it needed to verify my credentials and now it won’t even let me log back in. Just says it’s verifying and it cannot reach the server. It’s been doing this for a couple days. I contacted support and they say it may be unavailable during technical work…everything was working fine. Go back to then! Cannot be off our preferred email app for this long so it’s only a matter of time until we find and get used to another. Your loss. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling with no help. If they don’t fix it this week, I’m moving on.

Disappointed in the app. I can receive emails, but I can not send them to trash easily and efficiently it takes a process where I have to go through each individual email instead of grouping junk mail and sending it all at once to trash. I also discovered that I can’t even send an email. I can type one all out and click send but it gets half way sent then a pop up says it was “undeliverable” and I know it has nothing to do with internet connection. I even made sure the app had the most recent update to cure this problem as well and it made absolutely no difference. Very disappointed in this app and will be getting rid of it.

stellar substitue for email on apple devices. I discovered myMail at the recommendation of Apple support. They did not recommend this app directly, but encouraged me to find an email app as a workaround to a current standoff between my internet/email provider and Apple. As I cannot connect my email directly through the email app on on all my Apple products, this app is a godsend. Love the ease of use and the interface. Very reliable. Truly a great app and setup was simple and quick. Now I can access my email no matter where I am! Thank you myMail!

NO GOOD ANYMORE. I have been using this app for a few years with no issue. Then all of a sudden all my accounts are logged out and asking me to log back in and authenticate again. And my main email account shows NOTHING in the inbox or sent box yet it will show me the number of unread messages. I logged out and logged back in numerous times but still nothing in inbox! Unbelievable. Time to switch to a more reliable app...what a shame. Seems many people are having same issue especially with Gmail. What a huge blunder. I have switched to Edison mail and it's great. No ads and more functionality. Too bad...loved mymail until now...moving on, as I'm sure tons of others will too.

What Happened??. Update: On a whim I decide to try again and now I can connect my yahoo accounts again!! I hope I can send emails now. Also is it possible if there can be memos that pop up when you have something that is expiring or a bill that’s do. Thanks I absolutely loved myMail and it stopped working in the last few weeks. It doesn’t support Yahoo mail and I am not able to sign in or respond to emails anymore. I am currently trying a replacement

Easiest to use yet!. I have spent the last few days trying to find a replacement for Spark because it suddenly stopped working correctly. I tried about six different apps and I was really getting sick and tired of it. I am a writer and have several websites for my work. As such, I needed an app that could work with imap configurations. Mymail did it perfectly and with just a few steps. It was able to glean all of the information for the setup directly from my keychain on the iPad. Muchisimas gracias!

Better than the apple mail app. MyMail is faster and easier to use than the apple mail app that comes with the phone. It also registers new emails up to five minutes earlier, which makes it invaluable when you are working and need email to be prompt. The feature I wish it had would be collecting all of your mail into one feed. It is set up in different feeds, so you still need to switch between accounts-something that you don’t have to do in the native apple mail app.

Mail. This is a pretty good app. I don’t like that it limits how many accounts I have under one phone number. That’s my fault though because I’ve forgotten so many passwords and just made new ones. But because I can’t remember them, I can’t login to delete them. I like having one for family and subscriptions, a shopping email and one that is more professional looking for jobs. So I don’t know if any way to sign into my old ones to delete them. I also wish there was a way to send a certain email permanently to a different email. Other than that. This is a great app.

Very Happy. I’ve had several email accounts and this is by far the easiest and best one to work with. I love the availability of the folders and the ease to make new ones. I love the fact I can empty my mail and any other folder with one key stroke. The fact that I can do this from any device is great. My other emails are full and because it is such a pain to empty them, unless I use my computer, I haven’t even turned it on in months. Nope, I will use this as my primary as long as hotmail is around.

Better than Apple Mail App. The one thing I like about this app is that it doesn’t cache the unread messages like the Apple Mail app does. For whatever reason, the Mail app for Apple will tell the user they have x Amount of unread messages. Well every now and then, you won’t have any but it says you do. Also, the messages for Apples Mail App continue to come back even after you delete them. This app has better theming. Makes things more attractive. Also does better caching and get this, actually delete messages when you tell it.

I honestly love(d) this app. I have a lot of important emails that I’m basically checking everyday. I love the fact that they are all right there under one app. It saves space on my phone, and I don’t have to constantly log into each one individually. It’s definitely worth downloading. I gave 5 stars because I haven’t experienced any problems with this app. WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON WITH THIS APP! Ever since the last update this app has been a 1 star at most. I get the advertising but why can’t I send emails? 4/4/24 I have been having so much problems with this app. It keeps kicking me out of my emails and forcing me to log back in. It does this several times per day and is very frustrating. Someone please help me!

More improved from years past. I’ve been using this for my mail app for a few years now and it has improved quite a bit. So far it is still my favorite mail app and I have tried many! It still doesn’t group email by sender to sort through senders but I have resigned myself to the fact that this is just not going to happen in any mail app. The filters work well for the most part - some still appear in my inbox occasionally.

Update fixed quickly - Stopped working suddenly. Update. Not hours after I submitted a negative review the makers had uploaded a fix/update and now things are working perfectly again. Thanks for the quick work! I have really grown used to this app and until the recent update have never encountered any problems. This has been a great aggregator for years but suddenly it stopped working. I’m getting notifications for new emails but as soon as I open the app it crashes. Have reinstalled same issues.

Great app. The best aftermarket email app I've used. The only issues I have is the search feature doesn't work unless you're online and I can't type and send emails to a queue and then have the app send them the next time I'm online. It says "not on line" and it's not possible to save it as a draft either for the same reason. It means it has limited functionality on a plane, though you can scroll back through emails and look for content manually (no search on plane). For someone who travels a lot, it's kind of annoying.

Error Message. I’ve been using this app for years now and never had an issue until last month and now in May. I have five different emails attached to this app and only two of them work and when I say work, they only partially work. I can receive emails on those two but I cannot send any emails or forward anything. It’s a little frustrating when you need to respond and you get an error message in return. as for the other three, they no longer show anything when I click on them. I made sure that everything was updated and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still is not working correctly.

Excellent app. I have to do things like press releases and verifications of several emails. I use this with Yahoo email and also with eBay and it seems to work excellent. I like the fact that I get a little tone played each time I get mail on each different account so far everything so good. If I have recommendations I would email them to these people because I think they've done a very nice job. I would like to see a tutorial on selecting all to delete a bunch of spam email at once. I haven't been able to find this picture very easy.

NO STARS for you!!. I loved this app initially, but the search function doesn’t work. It appears to be working because I can see a list of emails matching my search parameters, but as soon as I hit return, they all disappear. I have sent this to customer service, tried their clear cache fix, sent them screen videos, etc. Although responsive, they’ve never fixed the issue. Now I see a response to a customer review from a year ago ... a customer who had the same issue ... and the developers response was “this is a known issue?” A year ago?! Sorry, I’m out. Other than that issue, it was okay. No batch delete, no alternative way to view emails by type, date, alphabetical by subject or sender, etc. Shopping for a new one.

App not auto updating current # of unread emails. The app has not been updating/refreshing the number of unread emails in my inbox without me having to manually fetch my inbox by dragging down on my inbox screen, & this has been going on for MONTHS now. VERY annoying. I’ve also not been receiving ANY notifications for newly received emails, only upon manually fetching for new mail will I receive a countless number of new inbox notifications all at once. Also VERY annoying. Please fix these issues!!!

Even better than Gmail. This app is the best email app I have used so far. I keep changing my mailbox once in a while, if I find something that doesn’t interest me anymore. But myMail is one of the apps I have been using for a very long time. Their UI is build with elegance, which is even better than the official GMail app. Everything which you want about email controls, are right their organized without any confusions or configuration in setting. Keep building those awesome apps.

Mail app where is all month? Spying my mail system. This mail app we discover spying my mail system and accrued my traffic and mail passwords and etc.. I was using the past two years I was tossing them but when we figure it out there’s people using our password and other things through the subject of my email, getting it from some of the people from different places from my iPhone and we start looking into the app will find this app is spying you and your emails. Please be careful I am looking to have some explanation from this developer or owner of this product. It’s not secured and you lose everything with them. I’m looking forward to hear from someone.
