Worth the A-List Status!. One of the new features I love about the Alle points program that BD did not have, is the ability to earn points on a variety of in office/spa products and treatments, as well as non-Allergan related products, treatments or services. Brilliant marketing!

Horrible new program and app. The old program was great. If you were in your 20s and a Botox user only, you got bonus dollars after so many treatments and maintained A-list or whatever the top tier status was pretty easily. Now, unless you do several Botox appointments in the year, only treating one area at a time, it’s next to impossible to maintain A-list status. The new program is designed to force people to use fillers to meet their point requirements when there’s lot of people who don’t want fillers. Oh and did I mention what their new top tier status called A-list gets you. NOTHING! No more bonus dollars, no more perks, all gone. Just non-expiring points, which I was just told is also a lie even though their terms and conditions say points don’t expire, I’ve been an A-lister for years and apparently my points expire. The app is crap as well, you can’t can’t see this new expiration detail, you can’t see if and when your A-list status was renewed or extended another year, there’s no customer service by email. Only phone # and a basic M-Fr 8-5hrs when EVERYONE else in the U.S. works and when you do reach someone they give you different answers, which is why I prefer email to provide proof of what was told to me. Just another money hungry company, finding ways to lose customers. Wonder how far they will take this crap of a program and app before they lose so many customers they bleed dry in money.

Love my Allē points!. Perfect treat for later use on procedures you want but can’t afford!

Back to Groupon!. I was surprised at my provider’s office today to learn that Allē forces a minimum of 20 units by not allowing earning or redeeming if you get under 20 in one visit (depending on the provider). It’s because they consider 20 a full treatment. My FULL TREATMENT was 10- 3 in each DAO and 2 in each nostril for flare. Sorry, Allē but you don’t get to decide what a full treatment is. Back to Groupons or finding a different provider since Allē is now useless

Love the discounts!. Best app ever if you want to save money on your services! Better than looking at discounted places because I can go to my favorite skin care center and afford it! Thank you!

App won’t open.. I’ve removed and reinstalled. I’ve updated. Just get a back screen.

You Cannot Open this App. I have had a Brilliant Distinctions account for several years at the same plastic surgery practice. No matter what I do I cannot access either my Brilliant Distinctions old account password or establish a new password with the Alle app. I know I have accrued points over the last year that I cannot access. Apparently I will have to contact Allergen corporate directly or have my doctor's office do so. This app is worthless.

So easy to use!. I love opening the App and seeing my point totals as well as significant $ discounts and offers just waiting to be used.

Gift card. The rep was wonderful, efficient and friendly.

Prompt. This app & program by far are better than any other out there! They have periodic offers that really help us consumers that are on a tight budget feel we’re getting a break! In today’s world, this is so generous and appreciated!!! Thank you Allē!!! ❤️

PRO upgrade doesn’t work. I subscribed to the Pro annual subscription and when I try to use the PRO it says I need to sign up. I have tried over and over. Restarted my phone etc.. still doesn’t work.

Providers list not up to date. I’ve been using your program for years - I moved out of state and have called two offices listed in your app that supposedly take Allē and they do not. Update your list please, this is painful.

Allegan is a ripoff!. Had a Brillant Distinctions account. When I tried to login with my established Email/password, it says “this account has been migrated, please login from Allē”. When I tried to login on Allē it neither accepts my password nor allows me to change it. Once again - Allegan is a RIPOFF!

Please update/correct. Hi! Like others, recent update glitching and only shows black screen on iOS. Deleted and reinstalled and still not properly loading.

Best app for botox & filler!. I have saved SO much money on botox and filler! I went in today for half a syringe of filler and saves $100! I also saved $40 on a few units of botox :)

Not what it use to be, but still worth it. I enjoy the deals and points, but you don’t get near as many perks like you did before Allē took over. I did enjoy the gift card to gorgana we received a year ago, but haven’t noticed anything else like that. Sending more perks such as they would be nice

Won’t let me into my account!!!!. This is the worst ever! I have switched from BrilliantDistinctions to this account and now can’t access it. Worst ever!! Hate it. Will be looking for new products also. Too bad they changed, I lost a LOT of points!!

Issue with App. 9-23 - Still won’t open. The app was working perfectly until the latest update. I’ve deleted it numerous times and reinstalled it along with shutting down my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I just get a blank screen. Nothing comes up. When it works it’s great. I did call the company and sent a screenshot. I purchased the iPhone 15 Pro Max and it doesn’t work on this phone either. The company has been wonderful and reached out to me and they’re still trying to figure out the issue. Today is October 10 and it still doesn’t work. I’m giving them 3 stars right now because the company is really trying. Once it works they’ll get a 5 because they have tried more than any other company that I’ve dealt with since I’ve had the iPhone 3S. Thank you.

Can’t get the app to work. I have attempted to reset my password or join for numerous months. I have even emailed. The company and no response. I have asked Rejuvenations for assistance on how to get this app to work and no help. I have not been able to receive my rewards because they can’t submit the information. Because I cannot get the app to work what can I do?

Worst app ever- need to go back to BD. Have been unable to access my account multiple times. Have had to reset my account password and keep running into same problem. Takes forever to get into app so have been unable to use my points for any appointments bc it won’t load. This app is GARBAGE

Can’t create a password. When I get to the password screen there is no box to put my password in. I even updated the app. I have an iPhone 13 max pro. I’ll change my review if someone can plz help fix this problem. I should have a bunch of points!

Doesn’t work anymore. Developer your app needs to be updated. It doesn’t open. It’s displaying a black background without anything else on it. I just deleted out and went to the website. Since Allergan is a big pharmaceutical company, you should fix it, because your looking really bad right now.

Recent malfunction. I like Alle as a whole, but they've been having some major issues recently. First, after earning all my points, my account wouldn't update to A-list; had to call (customer service was awesome I'll give them that) and took about 3 weeks to update my account. Now, I can't even open the app on my phone -- tried the whole on/off restart delete/redownload login/logout stuff, still nothing. Keep getting an error message.

App works only 30% of the time. This app rarely works. More than 80% of the time it doesn’t accept my password and I have to keep resetting it and that is if the send a link and most times they don’t. When I want to use the app at the time of my appointment it rarely opens and I cannot add in my points. I’m going to look for another app.

Critique. I think the app is designed nicely but I think it’s sort of weird that you can’t search based on the service you specifically want. Just because you have practitioners doesn’t mean that they do what you’re looking for.

App not working with IPhone 15. I’m unable to use the app since I got my Apple IPhone 15 2 weeks ago. The app shows only a black screen. Anyone else having issues after getting the IPhone 15?

5 star. I absolutely love my Allē account and drs who accept it. Total game changer for an on the go mommy that can barely make time or funds for herself. That once a year treat is awesome especially with Allē to help on my journey. Everyone wants to look and feel beautiful!!! 10/10 recommend & super easy to use!

Never have deals like the previous app BD. When I had Brilliant Distinctions, they would have deals quarterly at least! Allē never has any deals. I follow them on social media and have notifications on the app. I get nothing. Very disappointed.

Update: Since the latest update it is now working again, thank you. It was working well for me until this last update. Now, altho it shows a history category, and I’ve used it previously, it no longer works. I need it to know when to make my next appointment, please fix this!

Can’t get past creating a password.. Trying to sign up, get to the password creation page, can’t scroll down to agree with terms and continue. This must be why I didn’t sign up before. Please fix this bug—iOS

App never works. I’ll be logged in but it requires me to reset my password over and over. I end up using my phone number at with my provider, but can’t purchase Skinmedica to be shipped. Allē does keep track of usable points so I’ll give them two stars.

Disappointing. This app is extremely frustrating simply because there is no access to customer support. Sure it allows you to track points, but if there’s an issue then what? Allē doesn’t provide a phone number where you can actually reach customer service. If that’s outdated then pls update.

Not working since last update. App was working just fine up until last update!! App shows, downloaded and icon on screen but when I press on it screen is completely black!!

Not really saving. I miss brilliant distinctions the app had way more offers and bigger point rewards. Since switching over to alle almost 2 years ago I probably got 2 maybe 3 “special” offers. Use to be able to earn 30$ points with juvederm voluma now with the alle app they give you 20$. Use to be able to refer friends and watch videos and earn points. Saved more with the old app. Not much savings with Alle.

A sweet treat!. This app is amazing! Racking up points is so easy with Allē. Especially for us girlies who like our 4 month touch ups! Next thing you know, you have $50 or $75 coupons.

App never works it’s a scam. It won’t let me reset my password. I keep clicking to send a verification to both my phone number and email on different occasions, but it never sends. It won’t let me make a new account since my phone number is already linked to the account I can’t access. I even bought a new iPhone 12 and reinstalled the app and it still doesn’t work. I don’t see how this app has any good reviews.

Game Changer. Allē makes it possible for me to save up and get the services that I want and need. Plus my family can buy me gift cards!! I so appreciate Alle!!

The app stopped working when i got my new phone. I fully support one of the other reviews in a could not understand why it would stop working when from being dropped and got physical damage. It must be related to update please fix as I love this app so much.

Useless app. Unlike the brilliant distinction app you can’t earn extra points for watching videos, learning about new products or referrals so why bother downloading the app and using phone space. I’ll just use the website to check balances .

Sub par loyalty program. Allergan has a history of running great promotional deals / coupons towards their various products. However, since the introduction of this new Allē app the coupons are few and far between, and downright insulting - a $5 off coupon using Allē flash?! It’s almost like they’re laughing scornfully at their own clients. This faithful Allergan customer is *NOT* impressed.

I don’t want to call customer service I don’t have time. I wish this app would work-it is just too inefficient and faulty. I have zero time to spend on customer service phone calls, so I find it insulting you released the app before it worked properly for all. It’s a great idea, but do the hard work and make it efficient. In this era, it’s poor business practice to direct customers from the app to the phone.

Great Program Terrible Support. I love the program. The app and the website have zero support! No support links or contact us button. The site and app just refer you to useless FAQ videos that are no help. I can no longer even get to or shop from the brilliant distinction mall anymore. The link and option just disappeared. I had over 1000 pending points. Using the support or missing points page on the shopping mall was even more of a joke. You won’t receive a response until months later or just no response. I been a brilliant distinction reward member for a long time and a diamond member. You think they be more accommodating to someone who spends allot of money on the services.

The App Doesn’t do anything. The app is still bugged and shuts down randomly and on certain pages it just won’t let me view - including the “how it works” page. I got allergan implants and would love to claim the rewards but its not possible on app or website. The only thing the app/site does is promote doctors to try to sell you on getting more procedures, but once you get those procedures, how do you even get the rewards points? I would never use a rewards app to find a doctor, I only wanted it because I am getting the implants anyways, might as well get the rewards for it. They dont have a chat line or an email either which is crazy in 2018... they expect you to hand write and post mail letters to ask your questions or call the hotline which redirected me to the HK jockey club. I have been trying to find any access to customer service reps via linkedin, google search etc but I will also ask here.... so I got an allergan product, how do I let the app know in order to claim the rewards? Please update the app so it is possible to access the rewards function once getting the procedure

Won’t allow account setup. Did you test this on iphone 7? It does not allow me to create a pw during account creation. The continue button doesn’t light or function.

Won’t open. I’ve been trying to open the app for 5 hours now and all I get is a black screen. Why??

Malfunctions on the app, not allowing you to see your account.. Why will it not let you continue after you click “no thanks” to enable Touch ID? The app doesn’t allow you to do that. If you click no thanks, it does nothing and does not allow you to see your account even after you’ve entered your password. Also, If you do enable Touch ID, this feature doesn’t work on the app either. This needs to be corrected by the techs over this app. I am still unable to log in even after I said no thanks to Touch ID, after you click no thanks, the app still doesn’t refresh to your account page. Very frustrating when you need to see this info.

Useless/doesn’t allow you to log in. I’ve tried multiple times to log in, failure each time. Changed my password and still couldn’t log in. Ridiculous.

Already many negatives. I downloaded on my Iphone and didnt get credit (100 bonus points or $10.) Next I go in to the app and it tells me it cant find my provider, who has and is a member for more than a decade and one if the top Allergan salons for injectables. Last, I go and try to ‘Contact’ Brilliant Distinctions and the page is blank. Lets see, I did 3 things and all 3 didnt work. I absolutely LOVE the brilliant distinction program and while Ive been away for a while as they didnt work when I went to a neurologist, I have been a member since way back in 2009. I soo appreciate the bonuses etc but please, get your tech people to fix this app as its 2021 and there is no excuse for bad websites and apps from major companies. They say you can judge a company based on how it presents itself ... come on BD, you are a great company so get it together please. Also, I have never written an app review before so I must be pretty unhappy. Hopefully things will get better!! Stay safe this holiday season all!!

How do I find a provider?. Awful, awful app. Brilliant Distinctions was way better. How the heck do I find a participating provider??

You will NOT lose your BD rewards!!! Definitely an upgrade. I originally wrote this poor review below - I had a coupon I had been saving for my next appointment and it was not expired - my BD app went automatically to Allē - so I merged my account with no problem and figured my coupon would still be honored - BUT I no longer have it ...and it says I need more points for rewards - use your coupons BEFORE merging accounts - once you merge accounts it’s too late :( The app may work fine - but to trick your customers into thinking it’s an upgrade is insulting. UPDATE: What I found out when I went to my appointment was the opposite- my benefit of the coupon was indeed there and I used it that day - the doctors office handled all of it for me. They also explained the app more and that the benefits and rewards have actually been increased and have a longer life vs Brilliant Distinctions. Once I was more versed with the changes I saw that this is better rewards program than before and is a lot less work on our part to use!! I would definitely recommend this app!!!!
