Good info, terrible app. This app was super helpful for me in passing the CNOR. I loved the rationales and the variety of questions. I paid the 50 bucks and got access to all 800 questions. I did them all and feel that was essential in helping me pass. That’s where my praise stops. The app is terribly built and constantly freezes, shuts down, and repeats questions. It would take me up to 15 minutes and multiple times closing in and out of the app to get the exams to work. So frustrating, especially when I just wanted to do a few quick questions when I had free time. Considering all the problems, I feel paying 50 dollars for this app is a bit much; however, when it did work, I loved it. Good luck to all taking the exam, I used this app and a CNOR exam prep book 2018 & 2019 to study.

So far so good... Just got this and I'm loving it. I plan on purchasing the upgrade and studying from flash cards and other books as previously mentioned by others.

Passed CNOR. Easy to use app! Questions were like the exam (not tricky, but made you think). If I had time for candy crush (then obviously had time for test questions)..

This app does not prepare you for the CNOR EXAM. 800 questions half are repeated. Questions are not like the ones on exam. I felt like I waisted a lot of time practicing these. Advice: know your material and be prepared for an NCLEX STYLE exam.

Truly helpful! Must buy. Passed the exam easy! Anybody taking the test - I highly recommend you buy this app and use it consistently! Definitely helped

Unable to use this app. App constantly freezes up and will not load questions. Haven’t been able to utilize for studying for weeks and I even upgraded to use this in which I feel I wasted my money.

CNOR Review. App is a great study tool. I used it off and on over the last few months. I liked that it was right there in my hand when I had a few extra minutes to study, so I didn't have to go grab a big book. The upgrade is well worth it. I never had any technical problems. Questions' format was beneficial. I loved the answer explanation with each question. Information is current. I used this as my primary study tool and passed my exam yesterday! I have several of my friends using it now and would highly recommend it to anyone planning on taking the test.

No longer supported. I JUST downloaded this app only to receive a message stating, “Your version of the app is no longer supported.” Then provides a link for an app that is. Save yourself a couple minutes time and just download NURSING STUDY PREP. If you don’t believe me- try for yourself. I’m sure this app was great though as my fellow OR RNs directed me here.

Excellent. Excellent appt, few technical problems but information in on point. I passed my exam today.

Great app but. I liked the 400 or só questions included with the basic paid version. But once you run out this app turns into an annoying advertisement generator. I can’t click anything in this app anymore without being nudged to give the MORE money. It was already overpriced to begin with, can I just study what I paid for in peace?

Great OTG Study Resource. All my coworkers who passed the CNOR recommended this app. Pay for it, it's worth it. User friendly. Makes studying on the go easy.

MJ CNOR. Just passed my exam yesterday !!!!this so was real helpful getting me used to how take a test. It has been years since my nclex so this was very helpful. I had the app on my phone and I pad so it was easy to study anytime. I still referenced AORN's guidelines and Alexander's care of the surgical patient and IAHCSMM central service manual. I also was able to visit the central service department where I work that was a big help. But the fact that the app is so handy made all the difference in studying more frequently.

CNOR study app. This was a great app. Utilized it studying for CNOR, after 6 wks passed no problem.

Great, but not Excellent. I did 500 out of the 600 questions on this app plus other CCI study material, and another 400 questions from other places, but failed my test by just a couple of points. I studied for 2 months straight. The test was surprising and had a lot of material that I didn't think they would have on there. To be written for a 2 year surgical nurse, you are expected to know a lot more. I thought this app was preparing me well, but in order to be prepared for the test you need to study outside of just what a surgical nurse should know. I would still recommend this app, but STRONGLY recommend more apps or study material on a preop nurse, pacu nurse, sterile processing, and crna or anesthesia material as these were the areas that I was hit hard with on the test and lacked from not only this app but the rest of my study material. I passed my exam!. I bought all the questions and completed all. I passed my test on the first attempt. The rationales are very thorough.

Great preparation!. Eye opener to areas that I need to brush up on. Haven't taken the test yet, but hopefully I will be used to answering this style of questions

Not worth the money. Wanted to like this app, but I'm finding that some answers contradict one another. I've taken quite a few tests up to this point, and still am confused about what to expect from the real test, it's this app although user-friendly is a bit disappointing. I also find it strange that all the ratings disappeared. Overall I wish I had spent my money on something different.

Best CNOR prep app available!!!. Multi faceted with reminders and many categories! Thought provoking but with explanation for each question provided! Best electronic on the go study aid I have found so far!!! Tx!

HELPED ME PASS MY CNOR. Today I passed my CNOR. This app was very useful. The app helped me know what to expect on the exam. I loved being able to practice question anywhere and the ability to create my own exam. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to take the CNOR exam and pass.

This app is a JOKE. Why have a subscription ending when you purchase a certain amount of questions and the subscription ends before you use all of your questions? Why wouldn’t it expire when you finish the questions you purchased?

Extremely helpful. I was very satisfied with this app. I know it helped me pass the exam. I also did the AORN online review but found this app better in that it gave an explanation in regards to the answer immediately. That is very helpful with our busy lifestyles to be able to study on the go. I would also say The app covered everything that I faced on the exam. I highly recommend it.

Best CNOR app. Used this app to review questions for a month in addition to the CCI book and I passed. The rationales are so great and provide a deeper understanding. Highly recommend this app😀

Awesome!. This app worked great from my iPhone or my iPad. Loved the question of the day feature! I'm ecstatic to say I passed my CNOR yesterday!! These questions definitely mimic what's on the test. The reminder to how many days until your test was incentive to get studying🤓 Also definitely need to use the books suggested by CCI, along with their study guide and flash cards. I would definitely recommend this app, worth the money!

Great Prep!!!. I felt that the questions on this app were tougher than the actual test itself. Great rationales!!! Took the test (really only studying with this app) and passed!!!

Passed first time!. This app was very helpful- I could study any time and any place! Customizable exams for content, time, and number of questions. If time is strained, just do a quick 10 exam. I set reminders for myself to do the question of the day and then go study too from this app. Also love the countdown to test day that keeps you motivated. These questions and rationales helped me tremendously! Had a few glitches and freeze ups but just restarted the app and all was well. I highly recommend!! I bought the highest level package— worth it!

Highly Recommended. I just took my CNOR exam a week ago and passed the first try. This app was very helpful in preparing me for the exam. I used this app, upward mobility, CCI and the Mosby app for my kindle. All of these apps are highly recommended.

Good review.. App provides a good review. I did not pay for the full features and I tried to unlock more quizzes using social media. I did not receive the additional quizzes. Please fix this!

Repetitive questions. I purchased the upgraded version which is great, love having basically unlimited amount of questions to answer at any time, but have noticed that I am starting to get the same questions over and over again and can’t help but feel that I am getting gypped

Took CNOR today. I really liked this app, it made me think and covered many areas. Unfortunately I did not pass today and will have to retake. I already had the upgraded version of this app so I will have to find other study resources. I used mainly this app and care of the surgical patient book. The questions were somewhere comparable to the test in format but the material was very different. Maybe because it is updated every year and it is early in the new year. Super bummed and out 380 to test and $20 for app. Good luck to all and I recommend this app in combination with other study resources. My score was 592 out of 620 to pass.

Very helpful. This app is great. A nice variety of questions and you can choose how many questions at a time, as well as the topic area. The only thing I would like to be able to do, is go back and review, again, the question reviews. When the app closes, I can not get back into the exam review.

RN. Lots of repetition of the same questions but at least good practice for test taking. The app booted me out after a couple of weeks, wasn’t done with all the questions yet or to my test date. Not sure what happened?

GREAT APP!. Today I passed my CNOR exam! 👏🏼👏🏼🎉🎉 The Pocket Prep team does an excellent job in compiling questions in which the stem of the question and the answer choices closely resemble the style of question-writing of the actual CNOR. I finished all 200 questions in just under 3 hours, partly thanks to the timer in this app. I learned how to pace myself while using this app, which in turn helped me pace myself today while taking the actual exam. In addition, the rationales which accompany each question in this app were most helpful to me in clearly understanding the reasoning behind the correct answer choice. I learned mountains of accurate information from simply reading rationales. Thank you Pocket Prep team!

Periop RN, 6 years experience. The App was extremely helpful. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to study anywhere without Wifi connection being needed. The explanations for each question were excellent. I took a two-day live prep course and completed the 600 questions on this app and passed the CNOR exam. I highly recommend it as an excellent resource.

The Best CNOR Reviewer by far.. Questions encourages deeper thought process. Answers explained in a different perspective and are accompanied with relevant and sometimes additional information.

Challenging but worth it!!. Finding areas that I need to study more. I like the explanations for the answers and the breakdown of questions at the end when graded.

Not all new premium questions.. Bought the upgraded premium version but questions are repetitions from the lower version. I expected new 800 questions. Don’t get me wrong there are new questions too. I feel like being short changed here..and misrepresentation of product.

Very helpful. I love being able to do 10 questions when I have a few minutes. The rationales are ready for you right away so you can integrate the information as you’re working. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of five, is the user interface requires scrolling, and since there isn’t enough room on the screen, scrolling sometimes causes you to click an answer erroneously. Those figure in to your metrics and skew the results.

Questions are good. Update is bad!. I used this app to study for the CNOR along with CCI exam study guide and AORN's perioperative standards. I needed resources other than just the app. I took my test yesterday and passed, so I would recommend using this as one way to study. I waited until after my test to review to see if it was helpful or not and I feel it did help. The update on the app was awful though! I had so many problems after it updated and it was really slow.

Quick and efficient use of my time. Question of the day & 10 quick questions both with rationale simple to use while between cases or on a break. I'm impressed so far.

Crashed in a few days of buying it. I bought this so I can review for my cnor exam anywhere. I couldn't and it crashed the day before my exam. I had it for less than a week and was a BUST! Waste of money! I will wait and see what the tech support will do, but by then I think it'll be too late!

Great App!!!. I successfully completed my CNOR today !!!!(10/22/15). Woohoo! This app is very useful! My 3 month study plan: I used this app and upward mobility. Switch and Bait. Downloaded to app today 10/10/20 to try out the free introductory period. Opened app and was immediately directed to download another app with a monthly/yearly subscription service. Shame on you. One cannot run the app at all to test it, must download the new app and pay.

GOLDIN !!!. This app has been very useful, and timely. It can be set, to give you questions on a daily basis, and will motivate you to pursue taking the CNOR test.

Questionable app. A question about a lap appy only had answers about a gallbladder (appendix and gallbladder are not the same, duh) and laparoscopy was misspelled. This made me lose confidence in the app. I have not taken the CNOR yet but I'm at question 97 out of 270 and I'm not impressed.
