Do not purchase. Very limited help. Works on a few of my vehicles. On my jeep I had a engine light and it didn’t even see it. Trash.

Still looking for an obd app that works. Dont know whether this app is useless or the obd tool I bought is broken. Obd seems to be working so that leaves me suspecting this app is a flop. I connect alright and see the voltage level indicated but then nothing else works because it says no connection.

Terrible app, waste of available data space.. This does not show any diagnosis data that’s important. Basically it shows only what you have on dash. Who needs it???

It’s good. It’s good don’t get me wrong but, it would be so much better with the premium features but it’s just costs a little to much for me. Gives correct codes and fixed so many issues with my cars!

Stepped up. I changed phones and was asked to pay for the functionality I already had. Once the developer found out they told me how to get functionality back. Great customer service. I use the app often and I’m glad I got it.

Pretty dang good. It does everything I'd like it to do. 5 stars for a what to monitor a record real time driving data to share in a forum type atmosphere to get help from others reading. Right now all I can manage to do is take a screenshot and upload that pic to the forum, kind dangerous to have take hands off wheel to take snapshot. A way to begin recording real time values to share layer with others. Thank you.

Great To have. So far it’s been good have idea of what’s wrong with my vehicles. Some issues i can handle the rest I just take ‘em to a trusty Shop.

Transmission temp?. Good product for the price. But was told this would show me the transmission temp. On my truck but haven’t been able to do so. If anyone has any info on this that would be great

Really disappointed. I had no problem to. Spend the $32 on the full app but the result is truly disappointing. You get the data and there are lots of tables and menus and details, but it is tedious to get to it and it really lacks some simple dashboards where you can get a good overview what is going on and then drill down to the details. This is not designed from a user perspective but a straight roll-out of the OBD specs. It is also very disappointing to see that you can (and have to every time) the make of the car, but still you get a long list of parameters that is labeled 'manufacturer specific'- I truly would have expected that someone took the time to map this table to the real name. EDIT: I just bought OBD Fusion for a third of the price and I could not believe my eyes. So had to revise my rating from 2 Stars down to 1 because in comparison this one here is crap!

WiFi version.. Don’t know if there connectivity issues with other models but I’ve had a really difficult time connecting with the WiFi version. My mistake when buying as I thought I had selected the Bluetooth version. Have only been able to successfully connect a handful of times (let’s call it 1 out of 10 attempts).

Don’t waste your money. Everything I tried said I need basic mode. Purchased basic mode and now it says everything doesn’t work for my model of car. All I want to see is cylinder misses.

Awesome. Easy to use. I already knew what was wrong with my car and the appropriate codes showed up on the app. I wish I didn't have to pay to clear the codes but this is cheaper than going to a dealership and quicker than going to some auto parts store to do what I can do at home.

Never received the actual tool. Waited a couple months, never received anything from them.

Terrible for collecting performance data. Almost unusable because of it. The only way to view performance metrics is to either email yourself a .txt file with interval measurements (would be better if it were a more comprehensible format), or to view it in the in-app graphs which crashes every few seconds.

Cons&pros. Free version used to allow codes reset. Other free apps allow that and sensor data. Free functions very limited. Pro functions have potential. Without evaluating them on the free version it would be difficult to judge its performance. U could be losing paid upgraders for that. The connection process is slow and disconnects too easily and often and not easily reconnected. Having some way of trying the higher functions before buying and fixing the connection issues Would rate this higher. The main plus is its clear drive cycle tests section.

350Z. Won’t read any sensors

Not Impressed. Personally I don't like this app at all, and I think it's WAY overpriced for what it is/gives. Then you have to upgrade (again, way overpriced) to really get the more useful info, which I decided against. I found a much better app for half the price that does everything I was looking for (just wish I would have found it before wasting my money on this one!). Do yourself a favor and skip this one.

No expensive tools!!! This does it all!!. I own a small dealership and this device has become a very must-have tool. Fits and works with most vehicles mid 90’s and up.

Does not work with Honda Civic 2003.. I cannot get this app to work with my Honda Civic 2003, although web site says it is compatible. Difficult to set up and cannot clear the check engine light on car.

OBD 2 reader. I like this app for all my trouble shooting and monitoring of my personal cars. I have been trying other OBD 2 apps this one is the best unfortunately my older vehicle only show the minimum requirement for a vehicle built in 2000 but I use it at my work also and for newer vehicles it is a good diagnostic app

Cannot Get It To Connect. Was bragging to my sister about my Bluetooth OBD saving me money, she gave me this one saying she could get it to connect. Took it home, came here to the App Store, found this app, downloaded it. Went to the vehicle, started the car, opened the app, plugged in the reader to my OBD port. In my settings window for Bluetooth, it showed that I was connected; in the app it didn’t. Tried several times to connect, would never make progress to actually show a connection. Deleting the app and throwing reader into my junk for donation pile. 😡

Decent but way overpriced. App has some good features. Really was disappointed when I upgraded (which is 4 times the price of a better app, OBD Fusion). Try this app last if the others don’t suit your needs.

Do not pay for the upgrade. I just paid $18 for the upgrade to clear DTCs on my car, and it couldn’t do it. Hope I can get my money back

Emissions Tab. This is a great app but your required to purchase more options to make it fully useful. Also, it would be better if it had a selection to check if emissions passes.

Works as stated. It works good shows everything that’s wrong the car like codes and other stuff. But other stuff you need to buy. The only problem I have is the app just closes out of no where.

Doesn’t work. Will tell me I have 15 fault codes then I go to look at them and suddenly there’s 0. App didn’t get the number of faults correct nor did it ever tell me what they were. I know I have 9 normally and I’m just trying to get the abs codes but this app doesn’t seem capable of doing anything useful

No US measurement. I activated the basic feature for $10 or more. Turn out this app only support Europe and U.K. measurements. Please add U.S measurement and I might consider adding more stars and possibly buy /activate the advance version.

Dont waste your money. You will waste more time trying to pair the device than you will reading vehicle data. The tools that come with the free version only barely work and I have yet to see the tools that come with the plus version work either. There are so many other smartphone-compatible OBD2 readers out there for you to waste your money on this one.

wifi scanner. no abs

No Connection to Elm 327. Tried multiple times to get the Bluetooth connection to work between my Elm 327 and EOBD application and never succeeded. I’m driving a 2013 Ford Focus in the US.

Extra costs. I ordered this item and when I got it I hooked it up and I can’t do a darn thing with it unless I purchase another thing for it I thought when I ordered it is all I have to do is hook it up and that’s it but that is not the case so I am telling you I do not like it and I want to return it but they will not take back it back because they don’t offer a return for this if you buy this just remember you won’t be able to return it don’t ask me why if you purchase a item you should be able to return it if your not happy with it so I guess you could say that I’m stuck with it now

Much improved since update. Used this for a number of months and it’s been very useful. Then there was an update which stopped all communication, but they’ve fixed this issue and it’s working well now. Useful paid app that has helped with a number of cars and issues.

Not bad for the money. I am a self employed mechanic and use this app for on the go trouble code retrieval and sensor monitoring via live data when i dont have my big scan tool. Layout is thoughtfully designed. Easy to read and convienient.

Waste of Money. I only gave this five stars so it will come to the top of the reviews. Biggest wast of money. In free version shows lots of details of tests greyed out, so i paid to get full version. Thinking that it will be with full reports etc. the various items shows Not Supported and orher info does not show on display as originally showing frame that info will be inserted in full version but does not show in there at all, does not freeze frame info at all to be able to look back at results. Nearly all shows Not Supported, only thing that the paid version does extra to free one is shows VIN. Total waste of money. I thought i would get paid version to see what in free shows not supported. Paid version also shows Not Supported. Does not put any info into places like 0-100 or 80-100 or 400 or 1000. Also does not put any info to the boxes as you would think it would if you upgrade to full version. Don't buy as you will be sorry like i did.

Poor functionality. I purchased the premium version for $22.99. The functionality for my fiat ducato is next to useless. When selecting my vehicle, the only data available was the battery voltage. Even with the engine malfunction light illuminated, there were no DTC's live or recorded. I could only get data if I selected "no vehicle". Engine rpm, coolant temp, turbo boost pressure,etc has grossly unrealistic figures. I am disappointed.

Premium access not worth it !. It appears if there aren't very good iOS apps for OBD2 scan tools. The basic version of this app is useless, and the premium access is a disappointment for the price charged. I expected this app to be much better. Apple need to allow us access to premium updates for a limited time to enable us to evaluate an app before purchasing. This app has potential, but it require a lot more work. Emailing records provide unusable txt files. There is to little life data for commonly used parameters. The life graphs are good, but more parameters should be recorded at a time. If you evaluate fuel trim on a V6, you need both long and short term fuel trims for banks 1 and 2 as well as rpm,but you cant see graph with all this info for diagnosis. Playback of the data should be easy on the app, and you should be able to email a pdf file with the results. The txt email file has no value.

Doctor. It works, which is neat. Given me a code and detail of what it was so I could check it out. but every time I enter it I have to restore my purchase... I really don't get it.

Expensive and almost useless. This app is extremely expensive and has next to no functionality compared to other products in the App Store. I certainly feel ripped off. Getting a refund would be nice.

Waste of money. Got the premium access but still doesn’t support most of the test it got in it, and if it doesn’t it’s useless.

Check Engine Light. How frustrating when it comes on. Do I have a panic attack and pull over like the cars on fire? Do I ignore it and hope it goes away? Or do I drive to the nearest dealer to have my wallet emptied and the light turned off with his whiz bang plug I gizmos. No, with a basic ELM2 I can now read the codes, Freeze the codes and what they mean then, turn off the light and head to my favourite mechanic in time as necessary. More often than not it’s millivolt dropped somewhere. A must have if going on a long drive.

Fix iPhone bug. Great app up until apple updated iPhone software so we can no longer use it on a wifi device so please fix this issue as the app will not connect due to apples new network settings.

Westwast. Down loaded the free app ,look like it was compatible. Purchase the basic package $27.00 no difference . Keep crashing ,no date ,said I need to purchase pro pack. $55.00 So fast very poor app no support or anyone to contact.

Contacted the support group and they explained that there's a restore button, so if you paid for the premium in the old version, you don't have to pay again. GREAT APP it reads more than just ECM. Well I have only played with it for one evening and I think it does what I need it to do. That was to read the TCM on a 2002 JEEP Grand Cherokee WJ 4.7l. It worked very well. Even cleared codes. I am using a PanLong wifi scanner model PL-OBDwiFi. You need to keep app working or maintain the iPad from going into sleep mode to maintain wifi connection. Resetting the connection or starting from ground zero by unplugging the wifi scanned from the vehicle is about the most you will need to do but it resets up no problem if you have to go that far and you can prevent it from happening. App itself appears to be very stable. Hasn't crashed yet. Very good for diagnostic work and basic acceleration tests although I have not tried that as of yet. Looks easy to use. Thumbs up!

Useless. Does not report any error codes despite the check engine light being clearly lit. Cannot complete most of the sensor readings it claims to enable. Useless and Riddles with errors. Waste of money.

Obd facile scan tool:. Could be better,for exemples: -the sensor could include a GPS localisation features. -more parameters could be inserted on graphics. -apple watch application could be developped.

Just a money grad.. Bought it many years ago and seldom used it. Now i need it and most of the useful, functionality appears to require further payments. Getting repeated airbag errors yet the app doesn't find anything. For occasional usage its cheaper and a lot less frustrating to go to the dealer. Adieu!

Good app but gui can use an iOS feel. It's a great app but I believe you can make changes to the gui to make it more user friendly to the eye. Please give more description of Bmw error codes.

Review of the scanner. I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima and the check engine light came on. I hooked up the scanner turned on my app and nothing. I tried it in a 1997 Honda Civic it found what was wrong. I ended up taking my Maxima to the shop and they scanned it and found out it was the second O2 sensor. I guess I shouldn't have gotten the Maxima. Make some YouTube videos on how to use it.

Clawing back features.. I used to be able to reset the check engine light with this app. Unfortunately, the developers have pulled this feature, and want me to pay to unlock it. I am adamant that previously free content should not become premium content - at least not without a heads up. Too bad.

When do we start punishing fraudsters?. The developer's website clearly states that the app, as listed - it's free version - can clear trouble codes (turn off check engine, MIL codes) Further, the developer's website indicates what upgraded functions the in-app purchase, the pro version, would provide. The six bullet point list does not include clearing codes. It only refers to real-time parameter recording, reading and displaying of multiple simultaneous parameters, recording of parameters in background mode, viewing and sending recorded parameter traces, GPS support and the ability to upload recorded data to a server. Clearly, Apple needs to remove this app from the app store until the developer becomes truthful with its users because users are forced to purchase hardware which may or may not be returnable as a result of this fraud.

Read only. As a free app only get the basic function, work with OBD2 vehicles, even OBD1. Can read and display codes but can't erase without purchasing full version. Sometimes have problem to connect, need to exited and reopen

Too expensive. Works with ELM327 wifi but cannot do anything on the car without paying for the premium upgrade at $21! Don't bother with this one, DashCommand is cheaper.

Bad Purchase & a Rip-off. Can’t restore my purchase & they refuse to help cause they want you to buy it again with a new higher price, Apple Store can’t help because it’s an in app purchase, it’s a genuine ripoff, I will do my best to post it all over the net so people don’t fall into this scam.

Easy to connect and use. Easily got connected to the obd scanner. Just plug in connect to the wifi connection and from app connect. If it says failed connection. Turn off the car remove it. And try connecting again.

Terrible. Waste of Money. I paid to upgrade. $40 sum dollars. What a mistake that was. Upgraded within the app and so cannot request refund via itunes. Feel completely ripped off. Don't pay for the upgrade(s). I knew within 5 mins I had made a mistake but with now way to get a refund I am stuck. :( If someone from Outils OBD wants to refund me then I will retract this as, if I had gotten a refund I would not have left feedback at all. Let me know.

Elm 327. Does not specify the correct tools needed for elm 327 wifi interface.But uses a different kind of apparatus selling in pounds.paid for this app was a foolish idea.please investigate first what exactly is what u need.And what it connects to.thanks.

Very good.. This is a very good application, even the free version. I'm going to buy the paid version to get the advanced features. I like it because it is a no nonsense application without being junked up with fancy doodads. Just upgraded to the paid version. It is definitely worth it to get the extra functionality - it is almost data overload.

Can't upgrade to full version. Every time I try to purchase the full or pro version from within the program it will not connect to the App Store. It times out after trying for a long time. Unfortunately, you cannot buy the full version any other way as you need to be connected to the wireless ELM327 adaptor to get to that screen. I'm tired of trying to give them my money and the program not facilitating the purchase. I guess I'll buy another app that works better. Pity.

Okay. Average obd2 App. I've used most of them. This app tells me that my vehicle doesn't support o2 sensors. And most likely will crash when I try to select one. I haven't seen live data or custom pids. I wish we had Torque Pro It's in the lead and the iPhone Apps are trailing. It thinks my F150 is a chevy. Ha ha

Works well!. This app works well. I have upgraded to the premium version. I used it multiple times to read and clear codes. I even used it to monitor my MAF and compare it to the trims. Works well for me.

Doesn't clear codes. Works great for checking codes and information about performance. However you have to buy pro version to clear the codes which is one of the main reasons I wanted the program.

Eobd premium. I do not want to create the forum, as regards the premium version of the APP works fine

Great app.. This app. Works excellent!! This has helped me out on many cars. The best way is to purchase the app like I did,as it gives you more options for example being able to reset the codes.

Elm327. Works great with my iPhone 6. Connects easy to elm327. Does basic functions easily.

Works as advertised.. Nice app. Very easy to use. Absolutely no issues hooking up to the Xseries wi-fi ELM 327 unit.

Good app, does not remember in app purchase. Like the app overall. Provides insight to my 335d other apps do not.

The program works well. This system did exactly what I wanted after I paid for the more complete version. The connectivity is not always as quick as I would like while traveling. But overall it does what it is advertised to do.

Key feature missing in free ver.. I purchased the adapter before I realized that the free version of the app does not allow for CEL clearing. That being said, the app does generate a tremendous amount of useful information. It has a relative easy to use and attractive GUI as well. I only wish I could clear codes and turn off the CEL with the app. It looks as if I may have to purchase it!

Upgrade does not clear codes. I bought this for my Honda Element because I had a check engine light come on. It worked well but o water to clear it, so I upgraded. It did not work . Tried several steps to make it work and no luck . Works for the codes but the upgrade to clear them did not.

No frames. I bought the license so that I could look at the freeze frames but when I get to frames it says frame 0 with no data and if I try to select a different frame number it reverts to 0 others no data. I've tried every way that I can think of to refresh but nothing works. 👎🏼

Not worth wasting time with it. Very poor app. A 5th grader could write a better one. Upgrading to full license does not work and without the full license most of the functions are locked. Don't waste your time with it. I ended up buying Dashcommand and it it vastly better than this childish app that does nothing.

Good companion for ELM 327 wifi. I have used this app several times with an ELM 327. It does job well, so far have only used free version.

Saved me hundreds!. This was my first time using any OBD2 scanner. I solved the problem in minutes! After repair, I cleared my faults and the MIL.

Sweet app!!!. If you can navigate and adjust your settings with ease you will have no problem using this app with the interface. Plug and play pretty much! I did purchase the premium upgrade with ease and Cleared my codes after fixing my problem and it's been good to go ever since!

Don't waste your money. Wish I could rate lower. Long story short I purchased the license several months back and now after an update I cannot restore the purchase. After several emails with them I have gotten nowhere and learned I threw my money away. Downloaded and paid for a different app and am having zero issues.

OB2 scanner worth downloading this app. I have the iPad 4 64gb I bought the ELM327 Bluetooth wireless OB2 scanner and downloaded this app App works great no complaints or problems A+ :)

Not work, not function, no testing in freeware. Attention, this software doesnt work, no testing in freeware possible. you must buy for all function and then: your car is not supportly. Vorsicht, diese Software funktioniert mal überhaupt nicht. Ein Testen in der Freeware ist nicht möglich, also kauft man. In der Vollversion funktionieren dann alle Funktionen nicht. Getestet an mehreren Fahrzeugen, VAG, Renault, Opel. Hat nicht einmal funktioniert.

Terrible.. Relentlessly locks up, had to reboot my iPad numerous times to get it to work, worked once. Tried it again on another car, just would not work at all. Save your money and choose something else. Very, very frustrating. Junk.

Good app. I think you should update the app to make a good and fast performance also to compatible with iOS 10.

Works as it should. Overall for what I need (read/clear codes, get history etc) it works great.

Didn't work for me. It worked until I spent the "extra" $15 to upgrade to get more features. It stopped connecting to my vehicle. Then when trying to get help, they were responsive but downright nasty about it and told me to quit writing to them about it - first in French, and then after my request, in English. I'd recommend against giving them any money.

Doesn't Connect - worthless!. I bought this a few years ago and upgraded to the full version - It will not connect to the interface which makes it garbage.

Great app! Was able to scan 2 cars with ease!. I scanned both a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta with no need for documentation. Pretty easy to use. Just be sure to stop and save your scans before turning off your car!!! The app will hang and shudder if you don't.

Monitors. Monitors in this drive cycle are backward if ready show not , if not ready show ready, please correct . Terminal page not scrolling when it's full unless disconnecting please correct , other then that great app. Thank you

Works, best for iPhone. There aren't enough of these types of apps for the iPhone, but this works well to diagnose issues and play around with ECU data.

Works well. App works well. Sensor response could be a little quicker and data logs are not reviewed well when sent to email. But I like the features. Does what it says it will do. Price is much more friendly then similar chorded tools that will not do as much.

Great application. I had an issue with my car and I tried this application and then compared the results that were matching.

Good for reading codes. It's really nice to read check engine codes but they need to upgrade the app for more free features

Waste of time. Unless you plan on just buying this app, don't bother with the trial. 95% of it is locked. Not much of a trial in my opinion. They don't show nearly enough to decide if it's worth the money or not. Based on that, I deleted it.

Great!. I bought a cheap OBDII unit on eBay and tried three different free apps to read it. The other two couldn't connect, this one connected quickly and gives clear information. I should see what their paid version offers!

Asks me to pay each time I use it. Every time I logon to check something on my vehicle it says that I don't have premium what I like to purchase it then I have to restore the purchase before I can move forward so I have to disconnect the machine reconnect to the Internet restore the purchase and then clear the codes kind of a pain

Works pretty well... Actually better than well. I've had this for about over a year now. I've used it on my friend's 2001 navigator and my 2001 BMW 330i. It's pretty accurate, for the most part. 👍

Worth the money. I used this ap on three different cars. All worked great except for a VW Passat. The other two were Mitsubishi models. Easy to read and clear codes. Having to link every time is a little trouble but still worth the money to find and fix the small stuff yourself.

Excellent. Works great for my Mazda 6i and ford expedition only downside is the premium buy but other than that I recommend it :)
