The best app ever!!. Our school district have purchased this app service as safety and crisis tool. The app is fantastic useful for teachers and students. They provide multiple templates for users to survive from crisis and be safe as possible and they also provide onsite training that help us to understand how to use the app. Now my school district are willing to purchase another year service.

CrisisGo. Amazing safety tool! Love this app!

It’s what you need. School and work place violence situations are likely the most traumatic situations you will face in your life time. The folks at CrisisGO are friendly, responsive and will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy. This system addresses all your needs from start to finish and their professional teams will work with until you are comfortable, confident and competent. I have done the research and this is the best app on the market.

Poorly designed and a waste of time. My school requires us to download it and fill out questions every day about COVID exposure. First of all, this is not keeping anyone safe. It’s like when you take your shoes off at the airport. Waste of time. Second of all, every day it asks me if I want to get notifications. No! Why do I have to refuse every day? Poorly designed app taking advantage of community fears.

Horrible. This app does not even work I logged in but instead of showing me the questions I have to have to get into my school it shows a screen with a unverified QR code with no way to access the questions

Solid Safety App. This is a great app for any organization that is promoting a safety culture. It enables me to digitize our emergency response plans by providing checklists, maps/visual aids, and emergency contacts. It also creates a communication channel to communicate with the safety team and visa versa through the panic button or the incident reports.

Functionality seems to do what it is supposed to do. I was worried when I saw reviews referencing battery life. I haven’t had any issues in that regard since I’ve been using the app. Once I was trained on how to use it, it seems to be working like it is supposed to.

Perfect tool for school safety.. The CrisisGo app has been a great addition to our school safety initiatives. The ease of use, uptime and accessibility during any type of emergency are all reasons that I give the CrisisGo app a 5 star rating.

Interferes with Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately, whenever this app is open, it interferes with my ability to use radio on my Apple CarPlay navigation system. It defaults back to Apple Music nonstop. Because my employer requires me to have this app on my phone, I have to disable it every time I want to drive somewhere.

Drains Battery. Even when this app is on battery saving mode, it still drains my battery. I never had this problem until I was forced to install this app by my employer. This app won’t be very useful in an emergency if my battery is dead.

Good idea but... It drains your battery FAST! Please fix.

Fails. Have to reload the app daily after deleting it just to get the I pass. Have to screen shot the pass due to blank page when reopening the app.

In a real crisis, it could cause more problems. In an actual crisis, I'd really prefer a better app. The user interface and UX are so convoluted and non-intuitive that this app could exacerbate things in a real situation. The audio alerts and various dings for events happen even during a hide-in-place situation. Basically, when you're doing your best to be as silent and alert as possible, your phone can give away your position. What kind of a benefit is that?!? (Hopefully, they’ve fixed this oversight by now.) During a drill, if it takes 15 clicks, taps, and swipes, to do a task, it's annoying, but won't cost lives. In a real scenario, it should be more intuitive and simple. If the programmers and app designers consulted with any real classroom teachers, they need more data points and feedback. Think about it: if there are only a half-dozen drills a year and each time teachers find it a challenge to use the app, then how will things go when the adrenaline is pumping, you and three other students are injured, and there are real-life consequences if you can't find little Timmy? It's barely more effective than holding up red, yellow, and green laminated cards across a quad.

Terrible App/service. Too complicated, too many opaque steps to get to anything. User interface is terrible. I suspect that this app will create additional confusion and stress during an actual emergency because we are focusing on a barely functional and poorly designed app instead of dealing with a crisis. If the user has to remember how to do something requiring a number of steps in a crisis, the developers have already failed.

Great app for safety!. I have been using this app for about a year. I love how the alert over rides my volume controls so I am aware of a situation. The app is easy to use as well and doesn’t even affect my battery. Glad I have this!

Battery draining. Terrible. Drains my battery even when swiped away. 22-40% of my batter goes to this app. The irony is my battery dies so the app is useless in an emergency!

Fast. Easy to send out alerts quickly and communicate.

Future of safety. This system is always improving and I think it is the future of safety since it truly aims to involve everyone inside any organization and can even connect to people outside as well.

Make Changes. This app goes off when the school where I teach has amy kind of drill even if I’m away on a field trip or conference and it goes off at full volume even if your phone is on silent and locked. It’s super embarrassing if you’re in the middle of a meeting or presentation and your phone starts making THEE LOUDEST SOUND EVER. This year many of us are working from home in a hybrid kind of system due to covid. Bc of that I’m not sure if there will be any drills but I’d rather not alarm my entire apartment complex if they do decide to have one. It should only go off when you’re physically on campus. Otherwise, I’m just going to delete the app.

Great app!. This is an amazing app that not only helps to improve communication, but it also can show what to do in different type of situations, maps, etc.

App for iwatch. Will you make an app for the iwatch anytime soon?

Apple Watch Please. Would love for this to be comparable for Apple Watches. Schools are using this app.

Intrigued.... I, Hoe Parkwood, don't understand this app. Is it meant for republicans or democrats? If so, is it SPONSERED by @POTUS, also known as Donald Trump? If so, am I being watched? This concerns me greatly :/ I'm honestly appalled. Also, is this application even real? Is this app pro feminist or pro meninist? #PossiblyTriggered. I don't mean to make this about politics, but when life gives you lemons, you gotta make lemonade. Speaking of lemonade, did this application tune into the Grammy's? Bad app. No cookie for you. This app is a battery killer and does not respect iOS’s text enlargement features. So many of the people that use this app cannot see the the tiny font but there’s no way to change it.
