When I got this app, I was so excited to learn the ukulele. But now that I didn’t learn anything. I am very sad and Disappointed. Do you know! I’m at home with nothing to do, I was so excited to learn the ukulele.💔 Please anything kid out there or adult please know that this may happen to you to but if you don’t have a ukulele at home, this app will be good for you. Did the trick. Cool app, I used it for figuring out what I was playing on my uke so I could write it down. Worked really well for what I needed it for, don’t know about the other uses

The heck did I download?! 😠 😢. Ok. So I’m on a vacation, and my dad forgot to bring my ukulele as a surprise and we’re 8 hours away from home rn, and I want to make my own original song! But I don’t have my promised ukulele. So I download what seems like a suitable app but NO! It is irritatingly spammy, you have to purchase the ability of gaining five or more chords, the chord library is hecking confusing and it’s just overall junky. Honestly, if I could give this a zero star rating, I would. 😡😡😡

To be honest... THIS IS AMAZING 0_0. This is such a good app and I’ve always wanted a ukulele. But I never had one. So I found this app and I thought it looks really cool and I wanted to test it. I tried to play a short song I figured out and I made it! Only flaw is aren’t original ukuleles have 5 strings? And thats maybe why there’s no Cm string. So if you added that.. That would make my day :DDDDDD

Great Virtual app. I order a real ukelele but I’m practicing chords while it on the way and I have to say for a virtual app this is really great quality it teaches chords,few songs and has a very useful chord library it also has a few different tabs so I can practice finger placement on Chords mode and strumming patterns on Solo mode . I’ll recommend this for practicing but again it’s an app so quick far from the real thing🤩🤩🤩.

Don't buy. It only lets you have 5 chords up there at a time and you don't learn how to play it, you can't even strum it, you have 3 picks to choose from and they all give you an awful strumming patter that is off beat😡😡😡😡 This is awful for anyone no mater what you have in mind, this WONT fit your needs!😡

Buy pro. It’s AWESOME and I have only one question, why I can’t buy the pro, I really need more chords, please please please tell me why

Good idea, but hurts ears. This is a really good idea, and I mean really really good idea, but it sounds terrible! I got a little excited and I feel stupid for because I thought it would sound like a ukulele and I could play on the go. But it doesn't sound anything like my ukulele. I'm sorry, this was an awesome idea but needs an extreme amount of work. 😬

Buggy, but Fun!. This is a cute and fun app. Three stars because it is buggy to the point where some features are either frustrating to use, or play the wrong notes altogether. If these bugs were fixed it would be a five star app! Even despite this mid rating, I do suggest downloading it for the features that do work, like the main screen.

It is really free? How?. I love Grace VanderWaal, also the Ukulele. My birthday is not near. I felt left out that, I could not play the Guitar or Ukulele. So this game or call it app. It helps you to learn the cords. I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One thing I would change. The one thing I would change, or make an option for, is that the strings won’t make sound on the neck or at least the first three frets. Maybe this could be something you could turn on and off? It gets annoying when trying to practice when you don’t have your ukulele but it keeps making noise every time you try to find a chord. Otherwise, I love the app!

Crap. What a piece of doody. Could not find songs. Could not get to work. No cords. Very confusing and I wasted 1 hour trying figure out app. Junk. Junk. Junk junk. Only thing worked was pick your ukulele. Which means left it right strummer Junk!!!!!!

Good but there’s 1 thing. So you can’t see the whole ukulele so I can’t play my favorite song.

TheRedAppleCritic. This app is great for beginners but if your a professional I prefer you get a real ukulele. This app only allows you to have five chords at a time but there is a very wide selection to choose from. So if ur trying to play a song then you should pick a simple song with five or less chords. I highly suggest this app puts the strings closer together its hard to strum and it always sounds bad when I try to strum. My last critique is please add on more available chords it’s not worth it for an extra 2 dollars. I will bump up my review to a five star if this is done. And it would make it seem more like a real uke. I’m moderately satisfied with this app.

Great app. I use this with students who are physically disabled and unable to play a regular ukulele. It’s been great for them!

Make your phone a ukulele. I have searched for years for the ukulele I had as a kid. It had a capo like button contraption which played a different chord for each single button. My search is over with this great app!

Jamming. This app is really good I am getting my ukelele tomorrow but there are some bad things to the app it keeps on saying that I have to log in when I do it says delete app and I don’t it jams a lot I like the app because if you don’t have a uke and are saving up this is great to play in the mean time the chords are a little glitchy when I play them but it has a good sound and is accurate to a real ukele . What are you trying teach?. I saw the pictures and read the description and so I thought, “Maybe it will be good.” And when I download it it’s just cords and the ukelele. Dude, what are you thinking? You should DEFINITELY have songs there to learn. And it looks like an un updated app. Please, in your next update make the app look newer and add songs to learn. Oh yeah, and don’t make a subscription because we are just try to learn something new and we shouldn’t have to pay to do that. Thank you for your time.

Great game!!. This is an amazing game, my grand dad recently gave me a ukulele for Christmas. And I wanted to learn how so I downloaded this game to practice it. If you download this game you are definitely going to love it

Ukulele Newbie. Great app. It’s makes learning fun and it easy to use. I e picked up quite a bit in a short time but looking for the day I can play many songs.

Best uki app i Had So far. Really awesome app. Need it mainly for chords and there is a lot. Only problem so far is that the letters don’t bring me to beginning of the chords so I have to scroll and look. This part should work better and since there is so many chords out there they should have some quick search done on top to find what you need faster.

FIX AND UPDATE. I used to have this app a few years ago. I recently downloaded it again and I’ve never had a problem with the app until now. When I open the app everything is black, like my screen went blank. At first I thought it was my phone but it’s the app. It’s like the app doesn’t work anymore!! Please fix this!! The guitar app works fine but the ukulele app doesn’t! :(

Good but needs work. I get very confused with the setup. When you swipe up and down to play, the drop down menu on ur phone comes up and it gets annoying. It also doesn't sound right when you play. It seems out of tune when you play on it, but it sounds in tune when you play each string individually. I didn’t like it but when you get used to it then it sort of gets better

Unusable. There's no way to actually play. It's impossible to strum. Strumming down opens the Apple menu. Strumming up closes the uke screen. Finger picking is awful. Touching the fretboard plays the sound. Okay, so you can pick with your fretting hand? Only if you don't need open strings. Open strings still require touching the strumming area, so get ready to slide your fretting hand all the way down, or switching to picking with your strumming hand. But actually you can't finger pick either, because the app likes popping up modal advertisements and "fun facts" while you're playing. I have no idea how this app got approved.

Awesome app. I played this app during a friends get together,and my friends was looking around trying to find out who was playing the ukulele..

Good refresher for old players. Got my 1st uke as a high school graduation present 50 years ago. Picked up a new one and couldn’t remember anything at first but tiptoe thru the Tulips came back after about 3 minutes with this app. Not too complicated for the elderly.

Great app. This is exactly what I need as a beginner. It gives you the chords to play and hear how it should sound.

Best out there.... I love the tone quality and uku-lele-ness of it, but I wish the 3 different kine picks made sense or did something 3 diff ways. Also too confusing to play accurately. Dakine intaface could use some honing. Just not very instrument like to actually play. No better sounding uke app tho!

Umm.... So I like this app, but I am trying to learn how to play ukulele but this app didn’t help it just has you play stuff on it instead of actually teaching you how to do things. I was looking for an app that would teach you and this is what I found it was like learn how to do this or that. So not the best app for teaching but I like it.

I like it. Well one thing I have a hard time is, you can’t strum a notes as well as finger them. The fun thing is I can fidget with new notes and try them on a real ukulele. I definitely recommend this app for notes it has helped so much as a musician.

First try wasn’t great !. I’m just opening this app for the 1st time after downloading it & it won’t let me close the app. It was like the app took over my phone. It was very frustrating. Had to put my phone to sleep and then wake it up before I could access other features on my phone. Then it was an add after and add. Very disappointing. But thanks!

I like it.. If you have no idea how to play a ukulele, this is great practice for memorizing chords. If you like ukulele’s and need to practice, don’t hesitate. Every time I leave the app, the volume doesn't work. I have to keep on resetting my tab.

Ukulele. Hello! I am a beginner and so far this app is AMAZING! I totally recommend this and that’s why I wanted to review it. It tells me every note that I need, and I can even test the notes before I put them into a song! There’s also a right or left hand choice which is great :) I recommend this app to any beginners with ukulele like me!

Handy app. A Uke needs almost constant tuning between playing sessions and this app is so easy and accurate. There is a vast library of chords as well.

Buttons one semitone out. Just had a quick look at the app. The side key reg list is out one semitone , So Press 1 semitone higher to get desired list. Will give the app a little more time before I can give a fair appraisal

Great app but needs an update. The screen regularly goes black and cannot access chords. I use it with my class with online learning and a number of students are having this issue.

WORST APP EVER. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! DON’T GET THIS APP! It advertises that it teaches ukulele but it is just a simulator that you can click buttons to play notes. Also, it doesn’t have anything to do with “learning songs” because there’s no learning in the app. The app only teaches chords but it’s not even user-friendly.

It's bad quality. I have a ukulele but I can't take it with me when I travel I thought this would be handy,but it's not. It teaches you how to play but you can't play it on your phone cause the sound is bad I deleted it as soon as I tried it.👎🏻I was expecting more.

Useless app. There seems to be no point to this app except to tap on the blue circle to make sounds (phone cannot be set to silent). It doesn’t have any settings to show how to learn to play ukulele chords or anything else and the numbering system on the screen doesn’t seem to make sense either. The only options in this app is to ‘learn a song’ which really means: click blue button to make sounds. It doesn’t actually teach anything to do with the ukulele like the screenshots show. There aren’t any links to see chords or anything. Useless app.

TERRIBLE. This app is terrible, you cannot play riffs and whenever you strum, you end up pulling your lock screen thing down it was annoying and off tune. Definitely don’t recommend......

Basic functions don’t work. When I open the app, there is no ukulele to play with (black screen). The sidebar on the chord finder is very buggy. If my finger is on D, it shows E chords beginning on like Eb11 and such

Can’t see ukulele or chords. Used to work great, now most of the screen is black. The ukulele and chords no longer appear, but I can still press the three strum rhythms on the default chord. Not very useful or fun anymore.
