Add easier camera access.. I use this amazing app for my business and take hundreds of pictures weekly. I would just use the regular camera app but my pictures need to be in a certain format . The latest update made it even harder to access the camera than it was already. I think a camera icon should come up next to video -photo -clear under the NEW tab. Amazing app but if the app is not updated I’ll unfortunately have to find another app as time is crucial in my business and this extra step and having to click all the way on the top right just to activate the camera will set me back over time.

Ruins dynamic range. I tried the free version for literally 5 minutes and it wasn't worth using beyond that. The export blows out a lot of highlights that are visible in the original video. Gave it 3 stars just because it seems to function well with easy to understand UI. But the processing of video files really needs some work to make sure they don't alter how the image looks after rendering.

Love it. I do voiceovers and post my work to Instagram . I use iMovie to edit my videos and of course iMovie saves my work in widescreen 16:9 ratio aspect. So to include a thumbnail for my videos I have to reduce the video down to IG square 1:1 ratio aspect. And this app is the ONLY app I’ve used where saving my videos from 16:9 to 1:1 doesn’t distort the audio or visual . It comes out HD just like the original . Thank you so much . My search has been frustrating becuase every app compresses the video so much it sounds muffled and the visual is a little fuzzy but this app kept the definition and audio quality in tack . If I could give it 10 stars i would .

Does exactly what I want.. Allows for cropping the actual photo when in the app and sizing it for Instagram (others don’t), only a couple clicks to create the format (others require lots of steps), can edit many photos one right after another because the app doesn’t bounce you out of editing after saving, doesn’t denigrate the color of the photos (others do). So far I’m really liking this app.

Great App. I use this app for selling clothes online, easy to navigate & find tools quickly. Never crashed on me since I’ve had it-probably over a year. Free option is great-aka has ads-not saturated at all, ads play between each saved photo-no app water stamp. Can create almost all size ratios, edit photos w/ variety of choices, format is consistent. Side note:if ppl complain about too many ads in app then they don’t realize we couldn’t use any app for free unless their were apps. Great app-5 stars-highly recommend!

downloaded for resize of video but don't see that option. Downloaded for resize of video but don't see that option? Developer told me where to find the option. Too late now, canceled the trial period and found a free app that just does resize. Upgraded to 3 stars for telling me where the hidden option was:) maybe enough for me to try it again sometime. If I were a developer I would either give 30 day trial(not?3) or lock app after 3 unless customer subscribes. Free beta testing that way for population stereotypes.

Disgraceful ad choice. I had a good opinion of this app, I used it for resizing different things & it was functional. But today, I saw an ad with PORNOGRAPHY in it. What the heck? I’m a serious Christian. I’m extremely shocked & also concerned. What if a child sees this? What are you thinking with allowing this type of ad on your app?! It’s disgusting the way they completely ignored the fact that this ad was inappropriate. I would’ve screenshotted it but I don’t want that type of thing in my screenshots. I’m going to be very brief/concise & say that the ad showed a girl sitting on a bed with her (visible) underwear around her ankles. She reached down & between her legs, apparently masturbating. I feel disrespected by the fact that this footage was on my phone when I am very very careful about what I see or read or listen to etc. I don’t listen to certain music because of inappropriate words but, wow. This was something that I would have much preferred not to have seen. That was filthy. I’m going to uninstall & use some other app!! I’ve used plenty of resizing apps & only installed this one temporarily anyway. But you lost business. You’re not getting $ from me watching those ads. Bye!

Basically What I Need. I had to make a rectangle book cover into a square without losing any of the image by cropping. Basic functionality of this app allowed me to do this effectively. I only wish there was an eye dropper tool to match the background color with less effort.

Solid photo accessory app. It’s one of the few that I’ve kept on my phone long term. I always get what I need when I’m done with no fuss, no bugs. I would upgrade for more features or fewer adds, but I don’t buy subscriptions (they add up too quickly). Maybe consider an intermediate paid app, even if it wasn’t the full feature?

Happy customer. I have been using this app for years and always tell other about it. Whenever my friends and family post a picture and the face doesn’t not fit or it’s cropped off, I always recommend SquareFit.

Not working at the moment.. This used to work but it doesn't anymore. I hate to downrate it because it was good but I'm leaving an extra star because of that. I hope they fix it. Edit: It seems to be working a lot better now. This is the only truly free app there is in terms of service. The others are free to download, but not free to use. There's so many bait and switch developers who deceive you into thinking their product is useable in some way without paying for it but that's just flat out false. This has no strings attached and does what it needs. You will fit your entire imagine in that square now.

Love this App. Love love love this app I’ve been using this for the past three years. And this one is one of the best ones out there. There’s a lot of apps off there but this one is the number one out there. Keep up the good work and I will continue using this every day. 😃💛

After Using - Amazing!!!. I absolutely love this app! The things I'm able to do with it are awesome! I can't say enough about it. It's not an app that you need a class to use although there are how-to videos. It's straight forward and useable right from the start. Simple and easy to use but not because there are only a few things to do with it. Definitely worth every cent! ✨ I said this many years ago and I still mean it.

I love this app- easy photo editing and more. This app makes it extremely easy and convenient to edit any picture. Pretty much all the tools are free but there’s an option to upgrade (which they don’t keep shoving that in your face like other apps!) Not only can you edit and enhance the picture, you can crop it for a certain fit, the three presets are pretty cool, and offer a different type of dynamic to the picture as a whole. *important to note that when I pull these pictures up on my Mac book, they look just as good as they did before - no phone to computer blur This app is better than adobe in my opinion, I just cancelled my subscriptions and this is the only photo editing app I have on my phone.

Easy and powerful. Just got this app and so far it has been terribly easy to use and seems like it is packed full of features. One of the main reasons I wanted to try it is to be able to put a border around a photo and still be able to see all of the details of the photo within the border, which I haven’t been able to do with other photo apps.

Does exactly what I need. I got this app just so I can fit my whole entire pictures and videos on Instagram or Facebook. With this app, nothing gets cut off! It’s super easy to use, and I haven’t even gone through all the features. I just select what picture or video I want, and save it with a white background within 10 seconds!

The perfect frame and caption application!. I purchased a Aura photo frame it is there top model expensive as it was no provision to edit, frame or caption photos. Every photo has a name and story especially if you share photos between family and friends. After looking for work arounds I happened on Square Fit app, I had been using for Instagram. Perfect for my needs. My only suggestion is provide a wider selection of more traditional frames… love the app!

Great app, especially now that Ig is more annoying than ever. I use this app mainly to post things to my Instagram where one has very little control over how to crop things. This app has tons of options, is super easy to use, never glitches, and does exactly what I want and more! Super!

User-Friendly App for TT and IG Videos. I am not technologically-inclined, and this app is one of the first that have made it easy to edit photos and videos to fit the screen sizes on Tik Tok and Instagram. I have even become a tiny bit creative in photo and video-editing thanks to how easy it is! I would recommend this for other beginners. 😄👍🏻

This is the best app of its kind.. This app does EXACTLY what it claims to do with several additional features. It frames non-square videos into a square frame. Perfect! I would like to give them $1 and keep watching ads so they make even more money because that’s how capitalism should work. You provide an awesome service, you make more money than if you don’t.

Changes. This app is good for editing my vids and pics and plus no watermarks which makes it even better but what there should be is an undo button or return button Incase is delete something or make a mistake but overall it’s a really good app for editing! Keep up the good work

Helpful suggestions.... This app is close to perfection, but I have some ideas... I was thinking that this app supporting gifs from the camera roll would be fantastic. This app also needs to improve in quality & HD... it leaves videos and pictures blurry after saving them. And 1 more thing... it would be nice if we could have a really nice picture college on here that fits multiple pictures of different sizes. That would make this 1 of the greatest editing app in the App Store. Thanks.

Good free program ..... The program is good for quick image editing. With the monthly subscription, you get a couple more of it’s best features such as being able to use your own photos as background. Unfortunately, the program took a hit with iOS 14. Before iOS 14, you could use your own downloaded fonts. Now, if you have iOS 14, that no longer is the case. I really miss that feature, and have fonts that I purchased just to use with Square Fit. I now have the fonts and no program to use them with. Back to the drawing board for finding another simple image editing program for me :/

Excellent — One issue. Square Fit is an excellent app, and well thought out. I use it regularly. One issue however that I’ve found that is a bit annoying if you choose to use something like a circular border... the border will leave a tiny 1px silhouette around the image even if you set the parameters to zero. Couldn’t seem to remedy the issue so stopped using that particular feature and looking to other apps for this task, however I would prefer to continue using Square Fit for this as I like its UI and options better.

No longer works. I’ve had this app for a long time with all my old phones and didn’t have any problem. I have a brand new iPhone 8 Plus and I’m allowed to edit the pictures, save them, but not directly upload it from the app to Instagram itself. The icon button will darken when I press on it as if it’s going to open but never does, I can hold it down or press it multiple times and still nothing. Please help me fix this, it’s my favorite photo app. :(

Awesome app! User Friendly.. I love this app!! It is simple to use, and gives your content that amazing'POP' to stop the scroll. You will not be disappointed. Trust me. I do not give reviews unless the developers have gone the extra mile. And, in my humble opinion, these developers have gone far more than the extra mile, they have truly done an outstanding job!!

Sound Disappeared. Sound completely disappeared in editing. Cannot get it to return. Have tried numerous videos and dropped and added it 4 times hoping it would fix. Nothing. It worthless without the sound!!!

Border color was different once exported in video. This app is extremely useful, but the border color seems to be different in the app and after exporting when applying it to a video. This only really matters because I selected one that was nearly identical to a border that was in the video itself, but it came out looking noticeably different from the color on the video once it was exported.

Solves SO many frustrating picture issues!. I LOVE this app! Even the free version rocks! There were so many times when I would get frustrated trying to make pictures fit in things like collage templates without being cut off. But this app easily fixes those issues. I also use it to make sure I have things the right size before I print them. No more using all your printer ink because a picture ends up printing out huge when you thought it was going to be smaller. You can see it on just about any canvas first. There are also all sorts of cool frames and graphics you can use too! This is a MUST HAVE app. Like I said the free version is great, but the paid is of course even better!

Square Fit. My favorite editing app! Love that I can edit both photos and videos. Use the “Cut” feature constantly for all our Social Media posts. Makes adding company logo to everything a breeze! Too many features to mention, but being able to add a still photo to a video is great. I use this app almost exclusively for creating our posts.

Feedback. I wish there was a way we could set the background color to the same shade each time bc when I close out of the app and edit another picture I have to set the color again but I’m not sure if it’s the same shade since it’s a slide and select color pallet. It would be more user friendly if this issue was fixed. I use this app for free and the ads do not bother me. I love the 3 standard size option that’s provided so please don’t change that. I wish I could buy 1 pro thing individually and not as a bulk since $9.99 is a lot to spend on 1 app. Wish there was a sale soon! Lol

Very Nice App But.... This is a nice app for people that don’t care about your photos being slightly compressed. Not sure if the App’s Premium have the option to not compress your photos. But there is a noticeable difference in quality between the original photo and the photos saved from this app. I would definitely rate this app a five star if my image isn’t getting compressed. But just keep in mind I’m using the no payment option. Overall a very decent free app for Instagram.

Very easy to use with lots of tool options. I use this app consistently before posting to instagram. The borders are clean and I love the subtle options for customizing the overall look. The ads are definitely present but they’re not distracting from the actual use of the app

Absolutely Love! Necessity!. I have been using this app forever, I use it to not only to shrink down my photos so they don’t get cut off but also to add photos together…I do this all for my online store and it is a life changer!! I’ve gotten new phones in the past and being so many copy cats and apps that are so similar especially specifically the icon, I’ve struggled finding this EXACT ONE and every time ended up being a HUGE REMINDER as to why I absolutely adore this one SPECIFICALLY!!! The others just don’t have ALL the features I’m looking for! Sure they may have one or 2 but they just don’t complete the job! Eventually I’ll find this one again, thank goodness! As I'm reminded how awesome this app is and how well it works for my personal posts as well as my online store posts! Everything I need in one place!!

5 Star App. powerful app. lots of tools. little to no learning curve. the interface is very easy to figure out just by doodling on your first few times using it. I can’t think of any type of mobile device user that couldn’t use this. especially on social media.

Love it —Perfect for Poshmark photos.. Easy to use! I used another app for a long tome and it had one too many steps to resize a photo. Love that you can take a pic directly through the app and save it easily as well. I use this for taking portrait photos in square mode to easily upload for Poshmark. Highly recommended!!!!

Great app, gets the job done without hassle. The only feedback I’d like to offer is perhaps the addition of an eye dropper tool when choosing a color for the background so it can look more homogenous with the image itself, but otherwise, the app is very good, and has helped me many a time over the years.

The Best Tech Support!. Not only do I find this app extremely useful and easy to use, but when I emailed the creator about seeing an offensive ad on the app, they immediately replied with concern and took action in blocking those ads. Since the ads come through another party, they don’t have control over which ads are shown, but they really care in user experience and informed me that they were working with the third party to report those ads and blocking as many as they could find. I’ve never had such a quick and caring response from a company before. Great job!

Been using for years!. Really easy to use and it does what I want it (to make Instagram pics fit) I’m thinking of upgrading I wish there was an lifetime membership fee though it prob would be cheaper than $3 a month but even for free this app is great!

Used to be perfect. Used to be a 5 star app, but can’t seem to import pictures to edit anymore. Deleted and redownloaded, and restarted my device. Still gets stuck when choosing a photo and doesn’t load the photo or close the selection window. Have to double click to cancel the app.

Love the ease of use. Love this app. Been using it now for going on 3 years. I mostly use it to shrink my pictures down to the appropriate size for Poshmark, but have also used the editing tools and filter options. It’s very easy to use and has always worked exactly as expected.

Head and shoulders above the rest.. No gimmicks. No bait and switch. Pop ups you can live with. A robust assortment of features with none of those obnoxious upgrade reminders. Works brilliantly for resizing which is really all I needed it for. Add to that the editing tools that are superior to iPhone's native photo app, and I've got my go to app for all of my post photo needs. Kudos square fit for being the only re-sizing app with integrity.

Best Insta crop app out there. I tried quite a few cropping apps before I landed on this one. Most would crash or show constant ads and just generally not work. This app is the complete opposite. I can crop multiple photos in a row and even on the free version, the ads are never annoying. Very very impressed.

I like the features one gets from the free version.. The ads aren’t too intrusive either. Of course, many many features require one to pay for them, but I get along nicely with the basics provided, including resizing, adding color to the spaces around the item you resize, and cropping.

Simple and effective. Squarefit has a ton of great features. It’s super simple, but it is rly intuitive. All the features (or at least most of them) that you would expect to find in an expensive editing app. I use this everyday, multiple times a day for social media. Need better layer functionality, can be difficult to grab items on each layer or adjust because if you accidentally touch the background it comes to the forefront and you have to rescale the whole image to get to the items it now covers. Otherwise great for editing at the basic or intermiediate level. Would also love a background removal tool….maybe one day

Best app for is purpose. We all know how annoying instagrams size defaults are, constantly distorting pictures and videos. Well, this app is hands down the best FREE app to use to fix all of that. All of the apps I’ve tried that cost money have the same features and I truly appreciate this app being free and allowing me to share my content as intended!

Great free app!!. It does not crop away any of the picture or video, it makes it fit into the square. You can add background patterns, colors, or presets such as a blurred version of the picture you are cropping (which is a personal favorite)using a tiled version of the picture, and one other which I can’t seem to remember right now. All free features. No money spent. You can add a black border and adjust the size, you have other adjustment features as well. Very happy with it. I get one pop up ad in the beginning that is just a picture I have to X out of, and that is it for my use of the app. Can’t ask for much more than that. Literally no complaints as of right now!

Easy to navigate & gets the job done!. Love this app, never really need anything specific when it comes to borders or frames (for myself and my social media accounts) all I ever use is the white ones when putting a pic in a aqua but I love the other 2 options of black or blur. I also love I can square my videos too when posting on Instagram! Highly recommend! The app is easy to navigate and always gets the job done 😁

Get back Age Tracker. Please update and bring back Age Tracker to the App Store. It is outdated and removed from the app store long time ago. There is no app provides similar features even when it is simple. I want to upgrade to iOS 11 and many apps that I'm currently using won't work or even install with iOS 11, Age Tracker in one of them. So please consider return it back to the store. Good app for quick edit. I do love this app for editing photos it’s quick and easy and saves photos without a hassle. Only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because the app needs more up to date filters and patterns for the background other then that it’s a go to app for me. 👍🏽

Can’t access app!. Can’t get past the ads at the start of app. None of them will play & the ‘x’ button doesn’t appear till after the ad has played. But it won’t play!

My main go to app for post processing and framing. Just love it’s easy to use quality. And surely there is a filter for any condition! Love it. Only enhancement would be to be able to sort filters to your own preferences and maybe even to manipulate and save your own ones.

Quality issue. It has alot of options to crop and customize but at the end of all that it significantly drops the quality of final image. Like for me it dropped from 12MP image to 4MP image.. there are other apps which does it better.

BEWARE FREE TRIAL NOT REAL. I was told I’d have a 3 day free trial but I got charged for a full month!! Don’t use this app. Now I am stuck since I already paid for 1 month. Thieves!

Best instasquare app. Kinda pixelated as photos are shrunk to fit the Format but easily fixed with cropping and editing tools. That being said please at an orientation tool so photos can be rotated and so that the vertical angle can be rotated a bit

Square fit. Semble rapide et efficace

This app is worthwhile downloading. It's a really good app: no ads or pop-ups (there is the occasional rate) but overall this app is great. You can get straight to work on square photos for Instagram (that's what I use it for) without losing any of the photo. Would recommend to anyone posting photos or even memes on social media platforms. You can crop yourself or you can select three modes: Frame, best fit or zoomed in. You can also choose between three white space fillers: white, blurred image and sharp image. Good for photos and videos! Great app and very user-friendly. 10/10 would crop again.

Works good. Does what it promises, ads aren’t intrusive. Setting defaults on things like border colours, etc. would be nice.

If you don’t renew they take away what you paid for!. This is a yearly subscription and let’s say 6 months in you decide to NOT renew the app, yet you still have 6 months on the subscription. They take away what you have paid for, for the entire year. They are scammers! Don’t subscribe to this app!

Not the best. You can only do pictures and they should add videos

Better than the Facebook/meta app!. It does what I want very quickly. The only small issue I have is that the colour setting is wayyyy to the right. If I could default to a black border, I’d give it 5 stars.

Awesome!!. I love this app and have been using it for years! I’d definitely recommend it. It does just what it says and is super cool bc you can have a white background or use parts of your photos as a background.

Easy to use, great for resizing photos. I use this app to resize photos for Instagram. I upload a photo and then add a plain background for the sides (usually white or black) and then it fits perfectly as a square and I don’t have to crop or cut anything out of the photo.

Simple, Helpful. This app is SO simple to use, yet it has all kinds of extras to make your photos pop. When I see folks with cutoff pictures or videos, I always suggest Square Fit! Always works wonderfully. I love the updates!

Love this app. I love using this app to make my photos perfect size for profile pictures. Facebook and other apps have made it hard to just click on a photo and have the entire photo in it.

Best app for video borders. I’ve downloaded a lot of apps for video borders and they’re all the worst. i need to use wifi or the ads interrupts while i save the video to my phone. highly recommend this app if you take a lot of videos and want to put borders to post it in any social media

Just a simple positive review. Love this app. Comes in clutch especially when you’re trying to upload pics to dating apps, which automatically crop out the outer edges of your photos. You can use a Square Fit canvas to ensure that your entire pic is uploaded. Highly recommend

Really helpful tool. For starters the fact that’s it’s free and it doesn’t shove a subscription down your throat is amazing. Also very easy tool, I use it for maximizing my picture so it isn’t cropped when posting. 10/10.

Square Fit. I have been using this app for the last two weeks or so and it is the best I have ever seen for photographing online items for sale.

Awesome app. This app has some awesome frames! Really easy to use and I went through 4 other apps before I got to this one. Try this app out, I recommend it. Other apps have frames that aren’t as uniform, easy to customize with this app.

I don't know what I would do without it. Square Fit has been a loyal companion for my photography for a few years now, and I really have only good things to say; the only thing I'd love for the app is perhaps more aspect ratios to mess around with.

Great!. This is the best I’ve seen in all of the App Store. I have the photo only app and wished I had been aware of this one at the same time. Missed out on buying it outright, but my saving grace? ??? Still enough freebies within to play with.

Surprise. This is amazing! I love this app, usually you don’t get insta templates anywhere else but this got it! I recommend this 99.9% the only thing I have a problem with is that you cannot make a collage😭. If you are looking for a collage app then you should get Effectshop. Does the job!. Love it—simple interface, easy to understand, and quickly squares any photo. Saving the new photo to my camera roll is also very easy.

Square Fit, the free version - highly recommend!. Very user friendly and full of features. It’s lots of fun to play around with! If I took more photos, I’d definitely buy the upgraded version.

Really love this app!. So easy to use and setup is simple enough to use right out of the gate! The only thing I’d love is if it were possible to setup presets/action sets to make batch processing a little easier haha

Didn’t reduce quality!. It didn’t leave a watermark and also didn’t reduce the quality of my video. Don’t even bother downloading the competitors apps this one is way better. I tried three apps for this and the others didn’t even compare 👍🏼

Easy to use, and no watermarks with free version!. This is great to get those square Instagram images with the blurred background. Lots of ads, but they’re not videos you have to watch or pop up’s so I can deal with that! Thanks!

Great App. It’s a great app! You can choose your own color for the background, and it’s really easy to go straight to a new photo for editing. The app saves the photo automatically for me when I click done so I don’t have to click another option after to save it myself. :)

Useful!. This app is very useful. It would be nice if it had the option for different colored backgrounds in the future, but it really does do a great job of doing what it needs to do.

Saved My Life. I always have photos that don’t perfectly fit Instagram’s dimensions and this app has saved me so much trouble. Best Crop App!. This is the best crop app I have used so far. I like the presets and it has a simple interface and not too many ads (only like two when you first start it up). Highly recommend!!! :)

The best. I tried many apps before this one and this was the one I was looking for. You can put a frame to a picture to not crop it and then upload it to Instagram.

Useful more many things. This is such a great app. I use it for lots of things, but especially for re-sizing and repositioning photos and other images to create perfect pictures for Contacts. I can't say enough about its unique abilities.... I haven't found any other app like it.

Love this app!. Great app. Very easy to use. Lots of amazing features. I am a photographer. I use this to edit my photos all the time. I appreciate that it’s free and gives you an option to join, for a reasonable fee.

Merging. I use it to merge several photos into one and it works great. My only wish is that we could bring in more than one photo at a time. It works for what I need and for that it gets 5 stars.

Worked great for a while but..... It worked great for what I needed to for a while but after a while it would freeze on the ads and not let me continue. I’m a photographer so when I post on Instagram, I hate to have 1:1 crops and this had the best reviews but it just got too bad that I deleted it. There’s only so many times that you can close out of an app due to it freezing before it gets to be a turn off.

it’s a great app. very convenient for when I want to post the full picture. it’s easy to do and navigate through and the extras they provide with a free membership are awesome!

Needs more fixes. Love this app, use it almost everyday. Today I’ve had to delete it and reinstall it a total of 3 times so far. Never had it problem before but the app will go all white and freeze

On the Honeymoon- Still learning the APP. so far the app functions on what I learned are the limitations. It’s serving me well I’d like to find the background remover if there is one if not, I guess that means another app purchase but so far so good.

Excellent - plz add multiple video Merge option. This App is excellent. Please add the feature to be able to merge multiple photos and videos. It lets you to edit only One video 😔. This app meets all my requirements, only the Video Merging is needed to make it the perfect One Stop shop app. 😊
