Feature Request: Store Favorite Teachers. I find the MindBody app and the personalized yoga studio apps that are powered by MindBody great. Does everything I need. HOWEVER, I would LOVE to have a feature where I can save teachers that I like taking classes with. My use case is yoga specific but I’m sure it can cross class types. I find I prefer to take classes with certain instructors (whether at one yoga studio or sometimes they teach at multiple that are all on MindBody app) and it would be great to have somewhere in my profile that I could store my favorite teachers and maybe even jot some notes down about them. It could also provide data for the yoga studios :)

Fixed: Calender syncing issue. Update: it appears that 5.0.2 has fixed my calendar syncing issues. Here is the original review just in case others find it useful. Thankfully the 5.0.1 update fixed the issue where it was impossible to get past the intro screen. Now I am having an issue with adding classes to the calendar. I use the application to book a squash court and once it is added to my calendar, I change the title so I know who I am playing. Now, even though I am adding to the calendar for an individual time, the application replaces my changed appointments with the defaults for all of the sessions booked with the app. Going back ot the old version for now, hopefully Mindbody with fix it.

ZERO STARS. I can’t count how many times I’ve tried to use this app. I want to like it. It doesn’t work. Every single time I try to use it it gives me some error message. I’ve logged out, deleted the app, I’ve done everything I can possibly think of to try to make it work. And I’ve tried to make it work for months. I’ve had trouble with it no matter where I try to sign up for a class. It quite literally never works. Very frustrating. I’ve updated it probably six times. And it’s the only scheduling system that my yoga studio uses, so it really interferes with me being able to take classes which is infuriating. I’ve even tried to use mind-body on my web browser, it tells me that my gym has no classes available, which is incorrect. No idea how this app has so many good reviews

80% the perfect app. The app does pretty much every single thing I could ask of an exploratory fitness app. I love that any class I add gets automatically added to my calendar, makes keeping fitness a regular thing very easy! I do have some places of improvement now that I’ve been using it for close to two years now and in different states in the US. As different studios have different membership programs and websites to which you can purchase classes, those things do not always reflect in the MINDBODY app. Additionally, duplicates of class packs I’ve purchased often show up in my account making me think I was double charged (I never actually have been) or had an extra class to use when I didn’t. In the reverse, I have bought memberships and classes via my studios website that do not show up in the MINDBODY app. Like I said, as a beginner to the app it’s perfect, but as a regular there a few places for improvements

A Pointless And Useless Download. The app looks great and is easy to use. Registering for classes at my gym was easy. I don’t know how it functions for other gyms. I downloaded it hoping that logging in my 3 children into Burn Boot Camp child-watch would be easier than trying to use the non-mobile web browser from my phone. Unfortunately, I’ll still have to do the annoying process of zooming in and out on the browser. I have to go through that same process four times to get us each logged in. Because in the app you can only press the “book” button once it leaves my two other children unable to attend. There needs to be a drop down menu so a number can be chosen. Same with the web browser. It doesn’t bother me that I have to zoom in and out. The biggest issue is I have to go through an annoying process 4 times, every single day. I’m a busy mom I don’t have time to sit and mess with that. I think the real issue is that the developer didn’t develop the app to be used in the way my gym intended for child care sign up to function. It would be nice if the two of them could figure it out though. I know a lot of gyms have child care. Surely this is a function that all gyms, using the app would benefit from.

Overall a great app. I love this app and get so excited whenever I see my studio, spa, anything on it because it really makes scheduling super easy. My one suggestion for improvement, I wish there was a jump feature up top that allows you to skip to your desired day. Classes at my pole studio get booked weeks in advance so it’d be nice to go straight to two weeks out instead of scrolling through 14 days. Also, whenever I make an actual booking it brings you back to today. So this means that if I’m trying to book few classes few weeks out I’m wasting a lot of time just scrolling. Other than that just great. Nice interface and very intuitive.

New version is a UI/UX nightmare!. The newest update proceeds to excel at wasting iPhone X screen real estate. Good job! My favorite businesses and appointments are one quarter of the size of the marketing content on the landing screen. Choosing details on a business reveals a third of a screen, and completely useless, "MindBody" logo. Who are you promoting in your app, MindBody or your customers and businesses that depend on your platform? If I'm viewing a schedule for a business, why does every class entry need to remind me of the business name and it is 11.3 mi away? I know what business I've selected and where they are located, I want to know as much information about their offerings on one page as possible. What are you UX guys and gals thinking? You can do better than this abomination. Head back to the drawing board, literally. Shaking my head...

Fine if your the only person booking. This app is okay if you are using it to book just for yourself. It’s marginal if you are searching on it for classes and yoga studios. Generally I end up finding the places easier on traditional search engines and then see that the studio requires mindbody and then search for it by name on mindbody. If you are booking for more than one person, then this app becomes truly terrible. You can not book multiple people on one card. You read that correct, you need a different card for each and every member of your family and friends you are signing up to take the class with you. Traveling and want to go to a yoga studio as a family, be ready to have a different card for each. And be careful not to book yourself until last, otherwise it’ll say your already booked and it gets very interesting and unintuitive to book the rest of your family. Because I generally go to yoga with at least my wife if not my kids as well, so many cards just to book my immediate family! I really dislike this app. It’s like COMCAST for yoga, you hate having to deal with, but you don’t seem to have any other choice.

Completely UNRELIABLE. This app crashes and ceases to work more often than it actually works. You never know which part of the app is going to decide not to work that day, from my “favorites” list not showing up to studios’ schedules failing to appear, when I know they have a schedule and classes that day. Or any day. It’s insanely frustrating. I really hate this app but it’s the only thing out there that all my studios use so I keep having to try to use it and hope it works but I swear it’s a complete waste of time. Usually I end up having to look up a schedule and book a class online, or call them and do it over the phone (!!! outrage), which completely defeats the purpose of this app and apps in general. My friends have the same issues so I know it’s not just me. Someone PLEASE FIX THIS APP!!!

Purchased Class Pass that would not work. Customer service offered no solution. Pre-CoVID I purchased a class pass for a local yoga studio. The classes worked prior to pandemic. I was told I would be able to use the passes after the pandemic and the studio extended the expiration date. I tried to use them to purchase the same class as I had prior to COVID. Received error and contacted customer service. Suddenly, the classes I purchased are not “compatible” ?? How is that possible? I am registering for the exact classes as I purchased the passes for. Asked for my money back after no resolution or assistance. Was basically told to bug off because they could only work with the studio. They wouldn’t even look into my account and could only assist through screen shots I sent and gave me general/possible answers. They put literally zero effort to help me. The app works, two stars for that. Negative three for wasting my money and poor customer service.

OBSESSED WITH MINDBODY!!. I recently became a member at a pool that uses MINDBODY, which makes scheduling lane time and personal training sessions a breeze. I then used the app to discover a masters swim team to join, along with amazing spas and massage therapists for when I feel like pampering myself. The best part is that I can easily keep track of all of my daily appointments by exporting them automatically to my phone calendar- I usually have about 4 sessions scheduled a day so this makes organizing around my work schedule a breeze. This is by far the most-used app on my phone and looking forward to my next new obsession that I find through the app!

Frustrated with this app. The most annoying problem Mindbody, for me, would be searching for a studio in the search bar and SOMETIMES, it’ll show up as a result but I better click it quick before the page reverts to displaying the list of default studios. If I try to search again, it won’t even attempt to pull up the studio. Same thing happens when I click on a studio from my search history - brings me to the default list. I have to either close out of the app, or click on the classes tab and play around with date and time before switching back to the businesses tab to see if there’s any luck. Using the share feature to send a studio or class to friends - the link they get leads them to the homepage. What’s the point? How in all these years has MindBody not created a filter for free classes? Especially now that studios are offering free sign ups as a way to do Zoom classes in light of the quarantine. We shouldn’t have to scroll through every studio’s schedule to see what’s up. It makes me wonder if the developers and their staff even use their own app because these problems have been persistent for years.

Double check your appointments and screenshot everything.. Recently, I booked a massage with my favorite spa on the Mindbody app. I booked the massage a week and a half prior to the date of the appointment. I even took a second look at the schedule just days before the appointment and it told me who my massage therapist was as well as other details. I called the day of to confirm and I’m so glad I did because the mind body app deleted my appointment. I combed through the app with absolutely no evidence of me ever booking an appointment. I am angry and now I’m not getting my massage. An app that deletes appointments and shows no record of it automatically gets two stars from me. I won’t use this app to book again. I can call to make an appointment just the same.

Good but crashes frequently. I’ve loved using this app for about four years. I frequently use MINDBODY to find yoga studios in other states/communities but do find the search a little clunky. I love that it loads classes to my phone calendar and the payment function is very convenient. For some reason the app has been crashing frequently - like every time I book a class! I would guess this has been happening for six months or so. I had assumed it would be fixed in an update but so far no luck (and I think there have been a couple updates). Every studio in town uses the app so it’s not like I have any other choice.

Excellent. My body mind so damaged from a violent assault and this app lets me know the closest classes to focus on healing! Thank you! Great app! I found East River Pilates through discount promo via this app and it turns out ER Pilates exceptional w/ Australian physical therapists that also do private classes too. When I started w/ ER via promo I had bad posture, terrible pains in my body -- I still have the pain but now I can move my left arm better, get out of bed and chairs better... I have to keep working hard to support my joins w/ torn tendons etc... strengthen weak muscle groups from trauma but East River has given me knowledge and support. I would never have tried East River Pilates without this app and those cool promos they were on and the great way it's so easy to find classes. Thanks and gratitude! For the worst in customer service Google Dr Fagelman assault.

Has potential, but way too intrusive. Not worth using now.. What a mess of an app. The concept is fine, but I won't be using the app because: 1) these colors are hideously bright and clash with each other enough to make reading difficult. They give me a headache when I try to use the app for more than a few seconds. 2) What's with all the wasted white space? It's pointless to view a schedule when you can only see a few classes at a time and the whole screen is wasted with enormous and pointless icons. More functionality. Less attempt at being cool. 3) It bugs you CONSTANTLY for feedback. Honestly, it asked me to rate it within a minute of having installed it. I clicked "later". Later turned out to be five minutes later. I'm now rating it after having been asked to rate it three times. 4) It also bugs you constantly to make suggestions. I had difficulty even booking a class at my regular yoga place because it kept trying to recommend other studios to me. I'm not sure my home yoga studio will be thrilled to hear that. Additionally, this requires you to create a login in addition to the one you use on the website already. It's a minor inconvenience, but it proved indicative of their overall inability to construct a quality app.

Limits to Managing Profile and Viewing Passes. The app is great for finding and booking classes but the profile management capabilities lack the option to manage payment methods. I have an expired credit card it is always defaulting to and I have to manually choose the active card each time I book a class. For the section showing the “passes” that have been purchased, instead of just showing the type of pass purchased, it lists every single possible class to which the pass could apply. So if you buy a 10 class card that expires after 3 month, the passes section will list every possible class you could apply that to - that could be hundreds of classes. If you have passes at multiple studios, it’s very difficult to use the section to see what is remaining at a particular studio.

WORST App/experience. Between the apps for my business/personal and my four children’s devices I have seen and use daily my fair share of Apps. This has to be the worst App and customer service I have ever used. Check out the Upgrade History of this App to discover the constant new versions created to fix bugs and glitches. When my Calendar failed to sync properly due to a glitch in the App (causing me to miss two classes programmed months earlier) customer service allotted this to being my fault because they expect you to upgrade to the latest version of the App (basically every week if you’d like to keep up with their issues). Bottom line is that there are better service providing Apps than this one that works poorly and has even worse customer service.

One key feature missing. Overall it’s a well designed app, however I wish there was a way to favorite a specific class the same way you can favorite a teacher or a business. The “class” tabs in the favorites section is pretty useless because it just shows the entire list of classes from all your favorite businesses. It would be way more useful if it showed the specific classes I’m interested in, so I don’t have to search through the whole schedule. Other than that the app is intuitive and well thought out.

Can’t book virtual classes 😩🙄. I understand that there is an issue between mind-body and Apple that is creating this issue- that you can’t book virtual classes through the app. And while that is annoying, I definitely appreciate the dilemma. However, if this is the case, the messaging should be better. The pop-up only says that you can’t book virtual classes through the app. It should have some information about how you can book virtual classes: 1. Advising that you go to the desktop version of MINDBODY. 2. Or call the business that you’re trying to book with. 3. Or simply purchase your pass or package FIRST before booking. All of these listed help at least alleviate the stress of this problem and at best solve the problem. They are also VERY easy to communicate. I spoke with MINDBODY support, and they said that this message cannot be changed. I can’t believe that that’s true. I’m hopeful the app developers will see the feedback and either respond or make this update.

Fine to try. Great to see options and all the times available. Well now that I’m more aware and have been to my first session, I will down grade my review. The options and time available are great, but I don’t really like the fact that the workers in there do not look or ask to help people at all. I felt uncomfortable and judged anytime I had a question. And thus with the work out, there was one or more areas to ask questions. So if I am injured and need a different way to preform there’s no time or space to ask because there was no workers walking around to see with the customers. And there was no time to ask questions. I also had work right after, this needed a shower and bathroom to get ready after my earliest morning workout, and the business does not offer that, so I had to go all the way home to do that and was speeding, driving to work. I feel as if the company would do better if it improved on all these areas. I will try to go again to see if I feel different, but this is my first take on my experience.

Like it, could be better. I really do like this app and that I can see a variety of class schedules. I also love the Mindbody company and everything that they stand for. However, there are a lot of services offered in town that are not on the app. For example, there are chiropractors and tanning salons in town that are not on there. It would also be helpful to give more pricing information on other services that are not fitness classes. For example, how much is a massage? Which insurances do they accept? Etc. these things would help me to really plan out which health/beauty services I’m interested in pursuing. I would love to see these improvements and be able to fully utilize this app, as it has great potential :)

The BEST!!!. Ultra Body Sculpt is amazing! The staff makes me feel like I can achieve any goals while on my weight loss journey. They’ve provided me the knowledge base that I think is imperative to not only losing weight but a healthier lifestyle, by keeping the information simple. I’ve only had two sessions and I have seen immediate results each time. Mind you, my results are not just evidence of the machine that is used but they are a combination of following the plan that was set for me and the 90 minute treatments. Prior to learning about this treatment I was considering a tummy tuck, but to be honest I wouldn’t dare to do something so evasive that would require months to fully recover knowing the ultrasonic lipo is available and at a more affordable rate.

Could use improvement. I love the convenience of booking classes through the app, but I feel like it could use some tweaking to make it more user friendly. Also the app is definitely glitching right now in that I booked and cancelled 2 classes (within the required time frame so I wouldn’t still be charged for the class anyway) and now it’s saying I’ve used 2/3 of the passes I just bought last Friday. I’ve bought 2 bundles for the same business and booked/cancelled in advance previously, and I’ve never had this issue before. Only giving one star until I hear back from support, which is also frustrating you can only contact them via email (unless you’re a client on the app it seems).

Not user friendly. needs improvement in some major areas. 1 - it should tell me what facilities the studio has. Shower? Towels? Keypad lockers? Or bring my own lock? 2 - app should have 3-4 photos of every studio. Mandatory photos supplied by studio should be the fitness room and the facilities (locker room, showers etc). A lot of studios in nyc have grimy, small and terrible shower setups. People need to see the shower facilities in advance. 3 - when I move to the map view, you show me every business on the app. You should show me ONLY what is in my filters. For example a yoga class between 6-8 am. Don’t show me hair salons when I’m looking for fitness. Then I can use the map to pick one in a location that allows me to get to work by 9 am Think about it this way... I’m booking a fitness class for tomorrow morning before work. I live in Brooklyn and my office is in midtown manhattan. I need a class at 7am, with shower and towel facilities, close to my home or office, or anywhere that is close to 6th Avenue (my train runs on 6th ave). Does your app allow me to easily find the right class? No it does not. Allow me to filter on your map view. It’s very simple, every other app can do it. I used to use class pass and their interface was much easier to use. I’m happy to pay full price for fitness classes, but you need to make them easier to find.

App has completely stopped working. It’s been almost 2 weeks of me not being able to find any of the fitness studios or fitness classes I take on a regular basis and can only sign up for through MindBody. I tried to delete the app today & download it again but now I am being told my password is incorrect and they will not send me a reset password email. I’ve updated the app itself, my phone, turned my phone off the back on, I even tried making a new account and I still have no options to view any fitness studios in my area. I cannot get in touch with any costumer service representative either. At this point I am beyond frustrated with MindBody and am praying they either fix the app or my fitness studios use another scheduling service.

When it works, it works well. This app is spotty. I didn’t get any warning about my credit card coming to its expiration date, I was just silently dropped from the Flex program. The app wouldn’t let me update the expired credit card, or re-enter it as a new credit card either. I had to enter an entirely different card and manually re-enroll. That was in October now here it is February, and suddenly all the Flex program indications have vanished. I put in a ticket, but right now I have no idea. Maybe Mindbody has decided to give up the Flex program without telling anybody? Or maybe it’s just a really big bug, who knows.

Bad lay out. The mind body app is very annoying to use. Seems like they have so much going on and all I want to do is find my one studio to book a class. I’ve used this app in every state I’ve lived in and it still shows me studios from states I haven’t been in in 3 years. I wish it was easier to just open it, click on my studio, and book a class. I don’t care about anything else going on in the app and it’s too much of a process looking for the link to my schedule for the one studio I go to. Hope they improve this.

Great Potential- Several Flaws/ Bugs. Update: Nothing has been fixed yet. Still the same bugs as before. Please fix, as the concept of this app is great. It aggregates many services into one place. The issues for me are: - Calendar Syncing: events over three weeks out show up in the app but don't sync with my calendar. Not sure why they would not sync as soon as they are scheduled in the app. Have tried a lot of troubleshooting and it seems like a flaw. - Calendar Syncing: another issue is that sometimes the same class will show up twice in my calendar, OR WON'T SHOW UP AT ALL. I have to force close the MindBody app to re-sync and appear as they should. - Widget: specific to iOS, the widget app will only show your next class IF booked through the app. If it's pulled from another source, it will show up in your schedule but not in the widget. NEW ISSUE: - Past class # doesn't update on the app, even though it's accurate on the MindBody website. Have tried to resolve these issues with customer service. Have been told that these are bugs that will hopefully be fixed in future updates. Will update my rating if any of these issues are addressed. Thanks!

Search function never works. I’m kind of annoyed that so many businesses use this app for scheduling classes and appointments because I’ve always had so much trouble using it. The thing that really annoys me when using it is the search function doesn’t work at all. When I search for the name of a gym or company, it never comes up and says there’s nothing by that name. I search for businesses “near me” and nothing comes up. Search different topics, keywords, uppercase, lowercase. Still can’t find it. I have to use a desktop to sign up for the class so I can finally get the gym pulled up in my app, but then have no way to “favorite” that place so I can find it again if I want to sign up again later. Frustrating and not very user-friendly.

Can’t sign up for classes. The yoga studio I go to signed up with this app to show their schedules and allow students to sign up for classes on on their mobile devices. It’s supposed to link up to their system so that when you login into the app with the email you gave them at the front desk, the app will recognize it and pull your payment data so you can sign up for classes based on your subscription or how many classes you prepaid for. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t recognize my email address, so all I can do is view the schedule. When I try to register for a class, it always asks for my credit card so I can pay for that class individually instead of taking it out of the number I already prepaid for. They told me when I downloaded it that other people were having trouble with it (not sure why they stay with the app if it’s not working as expected...), so I e-mailed app support for help. The person who helped me just said to make sure the emails aren’t going to my “junk” folder, which is not the case and is irrelevant to the problem anyway—I shouldn’t get an email until after I’ve successfully signed up for the class. I’m hoping the yoga studio gets this straightened out because the app seems like it would be nice if it worked.

Needs better search function. It’s pretty easy to book something if you already know the business you are looking for. However, I think it’s really hard to find new classes. For instance, if I’m looking for a “belly dance” class, the results range from barre, dance, to even a weight training class. Some of the results don’t even have any of the words I searched for in there. The results don’t really make any sense. This isn’t helpful because now I still have to comb through all of the results to find what I’m actually looking for. The second issue is that not all of the fitness category filters are available. A lot of the classes I’m interested in are labeled “aerial” or even “other” and I’d like to find more classes in those categories, but they’re both missing in the filters.

Great app!!!. This app is do easy to use, and useful!! Love it! I’ve really gotten into yoga and it’s become such a huge part of my life. The MINDBODY App makes it so easy for me to enjoy my favorite new “hobby” — way of life? I’ve never not been able to do what I wanted to do, and do it easily! It’s totally intuitive to use, and you can do everything!!: browse schedules, research types of classes, read reviews, book and buy classes, cancel easily if necessary, purchase and use passes, packs, and packages — even research your visit history and what classes and teachers you’ve had. It’s all a smooth, seamless experience. Remarkable! Thanks!

Red Sun Yoga. I have been in search for a studio that offers flexible hours & classes of different levels from novice to expert. I am a true novice and I knew after 5 days into an introductory offer, I found a home. The instructors are professional, and their knowledge of the body, mind and spiritual connections are second to none. They weave the breathing techniques, instructional poses and the physiology simultaneously. So far I experienced 3 different instructors. Margo in particular reads a quote and paces her direction in a clear, articulate calming voice and in a way thats not intimidating. She encourages us and pushes our limits at the same time. Proudly I have had 21 classes and no 2 have been remotely the same. Any concerns or anxiety that you bring to the class are left at the door. I guarantee that your body, mind and spirit are significantly relaxed and improved before you exit the studio. Cannot wait for my next class. Sincerely Jean Marie

Decent app, needs work. The app will sometimes send a notification about a unique class. That’s great but good luck finding the class. When you click on the notification it just takes you to the main app page not the class/event that you had a notification about. The search function is really poor, made even worse in the covid-19 era where you have to know a city. For example I just got a notification about a core40 class in Costa Rica. Good luck finding that using the search function which is marginal at best for finding classes in a new area when you are traveling during a normal situation. The app works well to book classes where you have a pass. Occasionally your classes disappear from your calendar but opening the app will put them back. Sometimes you get two events for booked classes in your calendar for no reason. A downside of being a long time user is that any classes you have taken at now closed studios get removed from “your activity” so it’s hard to keep a goal when they arbitrarily remove classes from the counter.

Frustrating. Frustrating app- so many bugs/non user friendly designs. You rarely get a response to emails and if you do, it’s often to contact the studio (for example, my cc wasn’t going through so they told me to contact my studio but it was an app issue not a problem with the studio- my studio finally deleted my account and had me resign up and then it worked). I originally put my birth name in but changed it to my nickname. I started attending a new studio, and they see my updated name. However, my original studio still sees my birth name. They don’t tell you how many classes you have left so if you have a package, you have to count on your own. It also doesn’t tell you your expiration date if you have a monthly package. You can’t sign up for texts in the app. I originally got them but stopped bc it was annoying to get 10 texts right away letting me know that I had just registered for an open class at the beginning of each month. However, now I don’t get a text when I get into a waitlisted class. There should be an option to only get texts when you get into a waitlisted class or if a class in cancelled. They also don’t allow for discounts. My studio offers a teacher discount, but I have to ask them anytime I need to change my number of classes, instead of doing it through the app. My instructors also complain about it- I wish my studios would get another scheduling app.

Would love it to sync with apple health app. The app over all is very good and makes scheduling classes quite simple and seamless generally. Also, so many studios use it, so you can maintain one account and one app across many studios and locations which is great. Only suggestion—I wish it were integrated to the apple health app. This could be voluntary, as some may not want their data shared. However, given that the apple app tracks my other activity automatically including my steps, I would like to be able to reference it for a fuller picture of my activity including my yoga classes booked through mind body. Perhaps it’s not, but I assume this could be a simple update, given that your mind body schedule can already sync with the apple calendar.

Fitness / mental health and family operated!. One of Youngstown’s best yoga studios hands down and forward fold! It’s got a welcoming friendly atmosphere that embraces people for where they are and who they are. There’s easy beginner classes with compassion, know and lots of support to come as you are wherever you are in your practice! And there’s the tough stuff for those wanting to arm balance or get a sweat on and even blended classes with free weights! Not into that much movement!!! SPY (Simply Power Yoga) has yin classes for the a wonderful grounded super chill afternoon. If you haven’t tried SPY your missing out!!!

Possibly the hardest app to navigate. I have downloaded over 100 apps and this one has to be the hardest I have ever seen to navigate. The fact that our community felt they had to publish a separate 30 page document on how to use just 2 of the functions is a testament to that fact. I used it to try and reserve some court time on one of our pickle ball courts and it took about 15 minutes to navigate to something I previously was able to do in under a minute. It doesn’t let you see who has reserved courts. It took well over 10 minutes to get a confirmation email and about as long for it to show up in the app so you could cancel the reservation. Nothing I can do because our community requires using this app to make reservations so I am stuck with it. So disappointed.

Useful App, But Needs Inprovement. I would love to give a 4-Star review for this helpful app, but a recent bug still hasn’t been addressed. I found my cycle yoga studio through the app (both of which I love), and booking classes is fairly easy and fast. Adding classes to my calendar is also very helpful—when the feature works. Sometimes, the classes show up on my calendar, and sometimes they don’t (or they disappear after initially being added), despite automatic-add settings. Very frustrating that instead of simply checking my calendar, I have to check the app nearly every day, then manually add classes to my calendar. Please fix this.

Excellent teachers. Classes for Every Level. Great sense of belonging.. I had been “doing” yoga for 20 years—grabbing classes, watching videos, reading books here and there. But when I approached SPY with the commitment to deepen my practice, I found the perfect place for me to grow. Every teacher at SPY is outstanding—knowledgeable and present—and is skilled at leading classes with participants from every level. I love the community that the SPY teacher’s have created. Everyone is welcome. The Baptiste Approach is accessible and only requires we yogis be a YES to whatever we need during our practice on the mat. I never thought I could do Hot Yoga. Now I can’t imagine living a week without it. I can’t recommend SPY enough. There is something for everyone. And if you’re looking to “BE” more, than “do” more SPY is the place for you. Namaste.

Best Gym Experience Ever. It didn’t take long (after gyms reopened) for me to remember why I love coming to the KFS class at 301Strong. It’s 45 minutes of incredible guided instruction, where you learn to push yourself to your limits. We use different muscle groups each day so by the end of the week, you’ve had a full body workout with conditioning. I think my favorite part about the class is that I don’t have to think about what exercise I will do. The workouts are pre-planned for us and the trainers do a great job with demonstrating technique....so all my energy goes into challenging myself with the weight I’m using, and focusing on my form. Unlike some classes I have attended at other gyms… We don’t repeat the same workouts or movements, so it never gets boring and always feels fresh. The trainers at 301Strong are consistently talking with you to ensure your safety and to help you get the most out of the time you are there. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get my sweat on!

Falls Way Below Expectations. I am a Glow Sauna member and am ready to end my membership due to the fact that I haven’t been able to book a reservation through MINDBODY for months. And when I send a note about an issue, it takes MINDBODY weeks if not months to respond, and then it’s generally to tell me it’s not their problem. The current issue is that the cabin calendar dates never populate, much less show what times are available to select, ending with the message “oops, something went wrong.” (And of course I have deleted and reloaded the app multiple times). I also have an automatic monthly subscription to another business that previously used MINDBODY but switched to a different platform given all of the issues/customer complaints they experienced. The owner relayed they couldn’t be happier with their decision to switch. So….the message to other business owners is that despite their pitch MINDBODY is not a strong platform, their customer service is non-existent, they are costing you money through dropped subscriptions, and there are other options out there to better service your business needs.

Horrible, frustrating. I found myself blaming the hot yoga business that required me to download and waste my time trying to use this frustrating app rather than the app itself. I mean WHY would a business put their prospective clients through a time wasting process that doesn’t work when they could list their schedule on their website? I could have been done with this thirty minutes ago, instead, I’m ticked off and writing this review AND I’ve lost faith in whoever runs the yoga business I was thinking of joining because 1) they wasted my time 2) they obviously have not done their homework to see if the app actually works especially for a new client. I tried several searches in my town for this particular yoga business and found only one other class for a different company on only TWO days during the week when I know they offer classes constantly. It’s a bad sign that they would choose to make clients use this.

Now App won’t open. I am coming back to update my review. I had a ton of trouble with the app and came to review out of frustration. The creator did reply mentioning they had some trouble that day but all was fixed now. And yes I can log in now, and all seems ok, BUT I am still having an issue when changing days. I was just in my gyms schedule trying to switch days to see the different classes and it got stuck on the one schedule. Like I was on April 23rd and went to view classes for the week and when I hit the 24th 25th etc the calendar did not change, it kept the data for the 23rd. It has happened to me many times. I have to close down the app and restart. But once it kept doing it over and over so I gave up. Hopefully the developer can find out why it is doing this to me. I have an iPhone 6plus with latest IOS.

Concerns Regarding Recent Update. It would be a challenge to run my business successfully without using the MindBody Business App. For that, I am grateful. Currently, however, I am frustrated and concerned. Please investigate what might have changed in the most recent update to interfere with sending confirmation emails and the like. All week, I have been getting communication from clients that an email confirming a booked appointment was never sent. I have even canceled the appointment, rebooked it, and toggled to send a confirmation email with the client present in the office with me. It used to be Instantaneous. Something has changed. Thanks for looking into this.

A Must Have Fitness App. I have used this app for years in my hometown of New York and also in cities all over the country. I love taking classes in different places, particularly yoga classes and this app is the way that I find my way to the best studios in each town. For me this is a must have app. Can't figure out how I do without it. Very user-friendly. Easy to navigate. Easy to make reservations as well. And I am also yoga teacher and this is the app that my studio uses to keep track of his teachers, and classes and who is teaching what class so this app is also how I get paid! So all in all this app works well on all sides

Suggestions to see previous month’s activity. I would like to add a suggestion that you could go back to a previous week or month and see what your activity was. As it is you can only track activity for the current month. I find it motivational to be able to compare how many classes I took this week or month to previous weeks and months. I might add that I do not use a Fitbit and have no desire to but I do like to track and compare classes taken. I might also add that I’m a former professional dancer and exercise instructor.

Body heat saved me. I can’t express what this gym means to me. My friend Mia introduced me to body heat about a year and a half ago and I fell in love with their cycling classes, then their yoga classes then the boot camp classes. Every session is amazing thanks to the knowledgeable and motivated teachers they have. High energy and very spiritually fulfilling. I can’t count how many times I’ve gone to Liz’s yoga classes and have been brought to tears by the end because she so effortlessly brings us into our own expressions. Pings classes will have you crackin up and holding poses all at the same time. I could seriously write a book on how amazing every individual there is, if your debating against any other gyms, stop now this is the one, worth every single penny and then some. The manager also always has a warm welcoming smile on when she’s in studio, she’s even taught a few classes which I think is awesome. Thank you body heat for being such a light at the end of the tunnel in not just my fitness, but life’s journey.

I have improved strength, muscle tone, and stamina which helps me in every aspect of my life! Please fix. OMG I wrote the below review last week now the app is telling me it can’t find the businesses I want to book into....FRUSTRATING!!! This is not the first time sometimes the businesses I have marked as favourite don’t exist according to the app. I’m now going back to booking directly through the businesses. Goodbye MINDBODY! I’m having so many problems with this app. It keeps locking every time I book a class so I have to go out and back in again to set up my schedule and it is updating in my calendar multiple times (sometimes up to 10 times) as an ‘event’ but not what the class is. It is really frustrating because I have always loved using this app but I am ready to delete off my phone.

Great app - makes life easy!. Simple to use and it’s great that different businesses in different location all use this same app. When I go on holidays I can search and book my yoga classes and pay with the click of a button. No paperwork and no having to arrive early as a newcomer. Great app!

Issue. Some issues with the latest version - - can no longer see past attendances or number of visits - when waitlisted for a class the booking page tells you you’re booked, not waitlisted. It used to tell you your place in line but no longer. Would be great if you can reinstate these functions.

Starting to dislike app. Sometime recently, the app owners decided it is a good idea to continually push for location access. Asking for permission is fair enough, however, not allowing the user to discard it (with the request vanishing from the Home Screen) is just a bit too invasive for my taste. If I didn’t have to use the app for bookings at my yoga studio I would now delete it and will definitely not use it for anything I don’t have to.

Functionality. I find I have a number is issues with this app. In particular, I can never view how many passes I have left in a pack I have purchased and I am often unable to view my class history. There are also inaccuracies when being placed on a waitlist for a class. I have noticed on several occasions I am still on the waitlist but my roommate is able to book a straight into the class and book in front of me and several other people still on the waitlist.

Has become more glitchy in the last 3 months. Love this app as it gives me complete control on scheduling / viewing my classes and an easy way to cancel and reschedule. The ability to purchase additional passes is also great. Would be even better if it has less downtime where it occasionally fails to show class schedule or pricing...

Calendar sync is broken. I’ve used this app for a number of years. Every few months there is a bug that results in bookings being duplicated several times in my calendar; it’s happened again with iOS 17. Not sure why this is so hard to fix once and for all.

Almost unusable for the last month. I have tried in vain to use this App the last few weeks. I log out and in, delete and reinstall install still same issues. I only use it to book classes with the same Pilates company. It says no classes on days that classes are indeed available, it shows the same days schedule over the whole week, which is again inaccurate. I am missing out on classes and not using my membership to its full use, simply because of this App. I’m not alone, many others going to Belle Movement Pilates and using this App are having the same issues. I’m aware that the owner of the business is trying to contact MindBody. Why MindBody is not fixing these issues must be very frustrating to the businesses paying for their services to benefit their clients. Not good enough!

App works fine except for calandre permissions. So I usually set all my classes a few weeks at a time. But what happens is that if I don’t go into the app after a week (I’m still logged in btw) it removes all the classes from my calendar. Iv been told it is a security feature. But it seems like the developers just want us to use the app more. If it was a security feature it would cut the connection to the calendar but keep the events there. I’m trying everything currently to get around this non-security feature.

It’s easy to use 😊. I find this app simple and easy to use. I can book a class quickly without any fuss. It’s exactly what an app like this should be. I ran into one issue in the time I’ve using it the team at MINDBODY were more than happy to help me. Definitely one of the easiest simplest apps I use 😎

On going technical issues. I like how easy to use this app is and but it has lost two stars due to the on going issue it has had for quite a while now, when you go to book or cancel classes it often will book you into the wrong one or cancel the wrong one, what has meant that I have charged no turn up fee when I don’t turn up for a class even though I had cancelled the class a few days before and it has cancelled the wrong one. I also have turned up to a class to be told that I wasn’t booked in even though I had definitely book it. Once I would of though was my mistake but it keeps happens so much so that I have actually screen shot when I cancel an class to show my gym and then a soon as I click out and back into the app different classes has been cancelled.

I wouldn’t recommend this app to ANYONE. The app appears well at the beginning then turns into a nightmare to manage or book! Issues are as follows: Glitches uploading card details Problems seeing available times due to staff preferences (not a feature that’s even needed) Issues with prices appearing as on the website and even more problems trying to pay. We tried to book a session while we already had credits, it then would not let us book until the session was paid for twice… We had to message the business to book us in everytime, what’s the point of having an app if you might as well not have this system. The owners then told us the fee’s for this plate form which are beyond 800$ a month for more problems is the worst service I have encounted. Safe to say they no longer use Mindbody

Does the job. Works fine most of the time and does the job I need it to (ie book/pay for sessions with my fitness providers), without much effort. (Dev Response refers to resolved issues: Just downloaded the latest app update, and can no longer login. Even worse than the previous update when it made me login every time I opened the app.)

Mind Body App. Love this app, gives you many different options to search nearby classes! I joined Total Fusion in different places and thus app allows me to see different timetable at an instant and it is easy to register or cancel, quick response and easy to use, no delays!

Best yoga yet. Absolutely love my yoga classes with Bec and the other yogis who teach at Be Centred Yoga. Very accommodating and adapting to your body needs. They go out of their way to ensure your session is as comfortable as possible. I suffer anxiety but once I walk into these session it suddenly disappears. 100% recommend for all levels. 👌

Needs big improvements. While useful to book classes for various memberships, especially when traveling. The search function is seriously faulted and often returns false negatives. It does not work properly at all with my tennis club. When you get a new membership direct, it is a nightmare the link up sometimes and the support from MINDBODY via app is a generic cut and paste response (with missing info) that actually did not solve the problem & started with ‘thanks for chatting with me today’ ??? What???

Love it!. Such a great way to find specific classes you’d like to do in your area! I don’t know how to use discount codes though. I missed out on a $48 discount because I didn’t see a place to put it. So probably should’ve used the brand’s app rather than this one for that but this is great :)

Extremely unhelpful app support. I experienced a sort of scam through this app, purchasing a pass to a business that had closed and the business not responding to my request for a refund. I should never have been able to purchase the pass through the app since the business was no longer operating. The MINDBODY customer service has been extremely unhelpful, and have taken no responsibility for helping me obtain a refund. They continually tell me to reach out to the business, which I let them know from the start is not responsive.

Please fix, handy BUT. Great in theory, but being an app to book classes I pay for by date/time, I expect this part of the app to function correctly. It does not. When organising my classes in the schedule for my gym, after a certain number if swipes through it STOPS moving the classes, but continues moving the dates. To start with I think I’ve booked the wrong class at the wrong time on the wrong date and cancel it. Some classes are full with a waitlist, so that stuffs up my schedule- I can’t rebook as it’s full. I now know the schedule pretty well, so I can see when it “sticks”. Have to close and reopen app to resolve. This happens most times I do my schedule and it’s very annoying. iOS 12.4. Really love booking my classes this way and being able to see other similar businesses in the area. Would like to be able to isolate my gym’s weekly schedule by class type so I could more easily see its availability for the week. Great app aside from above glitch.

Not showing classes... Again.. Already complained once about not being able to book classes as it keeps coming up that there are no classes scheduled (which I know is incorrect). This has started happening again. The advice I was given last time was to book via the website (what’s the point of the app then?) and when I’ve tried to use the website, it hasn’t been loading properly to book me in. Really disappointing as the classes I want to book into have very limited numbers and I’m missing out as I have to wait for the app to decide it’s going to work properly.

Very clunky. The idea has so much potential but the app is clunky. I downloaded to be able to do a virtual workout at whatever time I want but it hasn’t worked out that way. It doesn’t show prices so you waste so much time clicking on a thousand buttons to see the price. You can’t filter by classes in particular languages. The app is like a phone book for businesses and not really the one stop for all virtual lessons like I hoped it would be. A lot of the classes say “error” when you try and book.

Mums E. My daughter gave me the 2 week voucher including a massage for Mother’s Day. So far I have been going for a week and attended the Pilates reformer classes which I have been enjoying . Tomorrow I will be trying out the yoga and meditation. The staff are very helpful , friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place 5 stars for sure .

Easy to use, lots of choice. I’m really enjoying the mind body app. I’m researching new yoga studios in my area to find one I will commit to long term. The app is easy to navigate and find out which schools offer what. The booking system syncs with my calendar so I always know what I’ve booked in. Highly recommend! Thanks

Please add waitlist notification!. Good app that I use often for my gym classes, but can you please add an ability to notify you when your class status changes from ‘waitlist’ to ‘booked’? I often have to go into the app to keep checking whether I’m still on the waitlist or have been accepted into class when others drop out, and would love a pop up to say it has changed. I’m hoping this will be in one of the future updates!

Good concept, insufficient businesses. I like the idea of the app but in my area there are only a handful of businesses using it and many of the categories just give back “no results.” It also purports to show health info inside the app but perversely only syncs with the FitBit app, not the Apple Health app, so anyone with an Apple Watch - or even just carrying the phone - may as well not have walked anywhere as far as the app is concerned. It seems strange to support just one brand of fitness tracker instead of using the built-in Apple subsystem for fitness tracking.

Mindbody. Joined for the purpose of doing online classes with gym unfortunately the app only allows me to pay for each class I book (I am paying for gym membership)so at present I have to book through gym not the app. I have made enquiry to Mindbody support and have received only an automated response. I would be grateful if someone could at least offer some support. Thanks for reply problem has now been fixed.

Help a Mumma out. This app functions really well, however there is no way to search for baby/kid friendly classes. Being a new mum, I have searched near and far for classes that I can take my baby to. This usually involves finding individual places and contacting them about this. For a centralised all inclusive app like this one, it should be a no brainer to add this feature (have a box that businesses can check with each class to say if it is child friendly), and have child friendly classes a search option for clients. I know it would be appreciated by a lot of people. Please do this! :-(

Was Better. Had an account since 2018, but can no longer sign in. There’s simply no longer an option to sign in with my existing email account and when I try MINDBODY creates a new account. Have to now use a guest account to see what’s in my area and then contact those places directly, rather than booking through MINDBODY.

Great app, but current bug in iOS version. I love using this app, it’s makes booking and managing classes so easy and user friendly However there is a current glitch with the iOS version saying that there are no classes available for certain days even though the gym has classes on every day Other members at the same gym reported the same issue Please fix and I’ll change my rating to 5 stars!!!

Pilates is Life. I’m actually loving Pilates and have been completely sucked in, I know I’m getting a thorough workout and some days I curse because I’m sore but I know that’s best thing as it means I’ve worked hard and I look forward to every class each week!!! The girls are awesome at the Klinic, best place to go if your looking for qualified instructors, they know their stuff!!

Notification hell - STILL - even with new release!!!!!. What mindless developer thought putting a notification pop up saying “great news we found you an offer” was a good idea...every time you go to book a class. I can’t believe this got through QA. Get you act together and get rid of this interruptive pop-up that serves no purpose...or you have to click ‘view’ and you are still on the booking page. Don’t let your monopoly make you arrogant. You can still be disrupted.

Several steps before actions. Suggestions for the App usage: In the first place, when using the app it would be good if it stated there are four to five approvals that need to occur and each step takes 15 to 30 minutes to be accepted and approve. Step one, give your email details and accept email, wait 30 minutes for approval. Step 2: Re log in and provide Credit card details. Wait 30 minutes for this to be approved. Step 3: select class you want and wait 30 to 60 minutes for this to be approved and activated. Select profile30 to 60 minutes after the above 3 steps to check approvals.

No responsibility for dodgy services. The App has a lot of useful functions, but takes no responsibility for false advertising. Service offers intro price, sign up, book class, turn up and they want money. That’s an absolute turn off and App team just say “we just do the software”. **** response to reply from App developer. I DID contact your team prior to leaving this review. As you would know if you actually read the review.

Really unreliable for students/customers to use.. The app continually logs me out and cancels my classes that I am scheduled for. So the yoga studio I attend thinks then that I have cancelled, and in turn they cancel the class thinking that no one is attending. This is really bad as the studio thinks that no one is interested. It also does not show me specifics if the class is in the studio, or online. Thanks to this I have now twice turned up in person in the last few weeks, only to find the studio locked up and it’s an online class. This is a shame, as MINDBODY seems to have the monopoly for class bookings in Australia, so we have no other option. I really wish there was a better system as I would ditch MINDBODY in a heartbeat.

Best thing ever!. This app has revolutionised my life ! It is so easy to fit fitness in - I just need to look at the hours I’m free and see what’s available. I get bored easily so being able to try all sorts of things, test out places with intro offers and keep track of all my passes for different places is amazing!

Issues with info not loading. The app constantly resets my account so that my gym membership and classes won’t appear at all. I also can’t go onto gym pages and book into classes, it just says the schedule is not available yet. I usually have to enter and exit at least 5 times before it finds my details again. Logging out and back in sometimes fixes it, but sometimes when I log out it also won’t let me log back in.

Lost membership. I have paid full membership for a month. The app is asking me to still pay for each class. I cannot book anything. I have a new phone had to download new app but it won’t bring up that I’ve paid for month. I’m losing classes can someone help assp.

Payment options not great. Please enable Apple Pay so I don’t have to go dig out my card! It is a huge disincentive to book a class if I have to find my card because you haven’t enabled the card number to populate. Also- Ezidebit is terrible, takes up to 4 days to process a payment, and if I don’t realise it hasn’t already come out and it debits when there isn’t $$ in the account I get a $50 fee- in what universe is this ok!? We live in a world of instant payments now, is this delay an excuse to charge extra? Other than the payment issues the app is great, if you fixed the payments it would be a 5 star review from me.

Can't sync bookings to my calendar. You always have to add bookings one at a time to the calendar. It would be great if you could have an automatic sync / URL subscription option. Also, I can't seem to access settings from the app. When you land on the 'Me' screen, there is banner that jumps to the top of the screen showing my name, that covers the 'Settings' button *eye roll* garrahhh. So, there may very well be a sync function, but I have no idea since I can't access my settings! :-| Very very frustrated now.

Extremely disappointed!. I am so disappointed with this app and extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received so far. Last Thursday my app randomly logged me out. I thought nothing of it and logged back in. Logging back in using the EXACT same email address left without without my class history, current bookings or my current passes. I followed the account syncing protocol online to no avail. In the app, I requested a verification email which never came, I then emailed customer service who told me to do what I had just done (which had not worked). They said I may have multiple MINDBODY accounts. How is it even POSSIBLE to have multiple accounts under the exact same email address. I responded to their email telling them I had already completed the syncing protocol but it had not worked. I asked for someone to get in contact with me to work through this issue properly. I’ve not heard back from them. I have an active pass that I now cannot access. This is unacceptable.

Ongoing issue with attempting to save phone number. There is an ongoing issue that I experience when I attempt to book a class on the MINDBODY app. When I select the class and click NEXT, the app asks me to update my account and asks for my mobile number. I complete this step and every single time the app states “Could not save. Your changes were not saved. Please try again later”. I have also tried to update my mobile phone number within my profile and the same issue occurs. I inevitably end up going to the desktop site of the gym that I want to use and I book that way. It is very frustrating. Please fix this bug. Please! 🙏

Disappointed. Sadly the app has a glitch, when changing from one day to the next you can’t just touch the day you want to move to at the top of the page (although sometimes you actually can). Because of this I thought I was cancelling a class on one day, when I was actually cancelling the class on the day I wanted to go. Sadly because this class is so popular I am now at the end of a waitlist. Not happy!

Mind body. I love the mind body app as I am in total control of my classes when I want to pick whom I want to do my classes with, what time if I need to cancel I can just go on line and cancel, and pay in bulk and get a really good discount, overall the app is very user friendly even for someone my age group

Allow ratings for gyms and it would be 5. Removed a star because I think it’s deceitful not to allow people to leave reviews of gyms/studios they go to. It means I see people leaving negative reviews on trainer’s profiles that are really complaints about the gym, which is completely unfair. We should be able to alert people to issues around establishments before they join. Not to mention gyms just completely ignore internal complaints. If it was public they’d be forced to do something about it. The only reason I can see for not allowing reviews is to appease stakeholders

Days of the week missing from booked classes. Love this app, but disappointed the latest update has removed the days of the week I’ve booked my classes. I now need to toggle between my Schedule in the app and calendar outside the app to confirm what days I have classes. Very irritating, would love if this could be addressed.

Calendar issues. The latest version of this app has suddenly started syncing my classes to a different calendar to the one I previously had it set to sync to. Every time I change it to sync to the correct calendar in the app settings, it reverts back to the incorrect calendar when I next open the app. It is also showing multiple events for each class - my calendar app on my laptop is showing 8+ calendar events for every single class I am booked for.

Good concept, needs improvement. I think the app is great in concept but I often want to use it before or after sessions to find myself getting frustrated as the app simply doesn’t work. I’m not sure what is the reason and the gym owner thinks I’m not telling the truth when I book and decide to cancel or show up without booking. Can you please fix this for iOS?

It used to be problem free. Not sure what happened as MINDBODY used to be an ok booking system. Not the case anymore. Now when I try to book my classes, the app says ‘no classes available’ for that day. Yet the classes are set days and times. Quick fix was to swipe out and start again. Now that doesn’t even work. Most times I have to message studio owner to book me in. Not convenient for anyone. Time to move on!

Having family members reduces its function. Have liked the use of the app so far without any problems. However, after adding a family member to the account it is impossible to cancel a class - it just lets you toggle between yourself and the family member. The business had to cancel the classes for me. Secondly, when scrolling through the calendar you can no longer see which classes you’re booked into until you click into a particular class. The only way to remove a family member from an account is to transfer it to their own email address. It’s impossible to just remove them from your account. If they don’t want to sign up they still need to accept the invitation and then delete their account. Has been rather annoying and support hasn’t offered much help unfortunately.

Double charged & still no refund!. [Update: After 3 MONTHS of chasing, I was finally refunded $160. It took a visa investigation to get my money back, and Ezidebit gave no reason for their fail. Don’t trust your money with MINDBODY or Ezidebit.] I was double charged for a class pack 6 weeks ago. The purchase didn’t show up in the MINDBODY app - even though $160 was taken out of my bank account TWICE. I contacted MINDBODY support, but they refused to take responsibility for their own app, instead telling me to deal directly with the gym (which has been extremely cooperative and helpful - but they only received one payment and not the other) and the third party Ezidebit (which also only recorded one payment). So I’m still trying to find the other $160 taken from my account. Both my time and the gym’s time have been wasted trying to find the missing money, and MINDBODY have just washed their hands of it. I’m appalled at the lack of accountability MINDBODY has for THEIR OWN APP. When things go wrong through MINDBODY, you’ll be left to figure it out yourself. Book directly through the gym - the fees they pay towards MINDBODY clearly aren’t going to improving the user experience.

Unable to book online classes. Have booked live online classes on the mindbody app for the past 2+ years. Now when I choose the online class I want to book I get a message telling me I can’t purchase virtual classes in the app. What is happening??

I press it and it says something like “try closing and reopening the app”. I do that and it never works. I also updated the app as it said to do that too and nothing. I used to love the app but this makes me frustrated. Please fix it!

All my passes disappeared. I couldn’t book classes (it says call) so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app as I was told by the gym and now I don’t see my 35 + passes. I don’t know what else to do! Can you help me please? Thank you!

New Update Not Helpful. As a gym manager, I find the latest app update where canceled classes now show as “details” infuriating. When you click on details, it then tells you as the client that there’s something wrong with the app (not true, it’s simply that the class is canceled). We have canceled classes for two holidays this week and I have received countless calls, texts, and emails from clients asking why the app won’t let them book. This is a huge waste of time for everyone and there was nothing wrong with the way it was before when it showed them as canceled. Please fix.

Unable to sign in and synch to a local business. Such difficulties signing in; I’m trying to synch my paid passes with a local business to the app. I got a message from MINDBODY support help to synchronize between the business and the app. When I follow the support instructions and try to sign into the business the app says my password doesn’t match the business password. But the business didn’t give me a password! Ive only used my personal password to sign in to the app. The business says it’s a problem with the app. I wish the MINDBODY App would talk to the business (Craven, in Saskatoon) and me and straighten this out.

Lots of issues. How does this app have so many high ratings when it is always crashing? Half of the time I can’t sign in due to an error message. The other half the app suddenly quits while I’m booking classes. Don’t get me wrong, the design and features are great! It just doesn’t run well.

Wouldn’t allow AppleId sign in. First off wouldn’t allow AppleId to sign and and allow the security - that says something - next have you read the TAC? They get to give your email address to anyone who might want to sell you more things they think you need - and tried to actually go that route with email address set up account and it’s just spinning - so how do I book my classses that I just paid for when the facility only uses this app? Time to change facilities that don’t need this app.

Frequent issues. This app seems to crash daily. When I’m trying to book classes, it will tell me it can’t show classes for those businesses, then kick ke out to the log-in screen, then tell me “something went wrong, try again in a few” when I enter my user name. After a few hours it works again.

Nice design, keeps logging me out. Great design and features but keeps logging me out even if I just switch to another app temporarily. This has been happening for the last several updates. Frustrating. Have to login several times a day.

Great when it remembers your settings. Love this app when it works, but it regularly forgets info like my favourites and my appointments. And when it’s in this forgetful mood, it also seems impossible to find any services in my city - nothing shows up. I’ve made sure it’s properly signed in and it is. I’ve tried to log out and back in and it stalls over and over. I’ve now deleted the app completely and I’m hoping a new download will help with this issue. This app is SO handy when it’s working so I really hope this bug gets fixed soon.

Please fix the search. The app is fine but search function is not useful or intuitive. If you search the name of a gym, the classes associated with that gym should show up. But the app forces you to search either by the specific name of the class or the business. Please fix this!

Can’t verify email address. It would be great if it worked. I’ve been trying to verify my email address for a few weeks now and keep getting a message that something went wrong and try later. Support tells me to contact my gym, and they can’t help me. No point it keeping it

Review feature isn’t working since the new update.. I can’t submit a review since the new added features.

Good but calendar sync is buggy. Calendar syncing doesn’t always work. Sometimes it deletes events from my calendar, other times it syncs to the wrong calendar. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Please fix this!!

Useless. This app has never been useful to me. I have multiple fitness places that I go to and book through mind body on the website and not once has it ever shown up in the app. However it harasses me everytime i try to log into the web app on my phone to “Download the app” Stop telling me to download your app if I cannot even see my schedule!

Constantly buggy / not functional. This ap is terrible. Multiple times a week I attempt to book a class and I cannot access the schedule or the pricing for the company I am trying to book with. I quit the ap. I restart my iPhone. I even update the ap in the ap store and it continues to be glitchy. Extremely frustrating.

This app never works for me. I am constantly getting kicked out, having to enter a new password, and then having to reset favourites all over again. Currently when I open it and try to connect with Facebook it just closes down immediately. If I try to log in via another means, it tells me I’m already connected through Facebook. For the massive monopoly you have on this business, you think you could get it together to work. Always frustrating that I can’t connect via my phone and have to use my desktop.

Can’t log in. I already have an account which I created on my desktop PC. When I open this app I get asked for my email address then it asks me info to sign up for an account. I don’t want to do that, so I click the log in link for people that already have an account. Then it just takes me back to the previous screen where it asks me to type out my email or sign in with Apple, Facebook etc. Why don’t you have a simple login form like any basic app? I already have account that I can use just fine in Firefox.

Constant Crashing. I haven’t been able to get into a class at my local for a few weeks because you have to book through this app. Every time I try to log in, it will just close out the app. So, I delete it and download it again. It’ll work sometimes. Most of the time it doesn’t and I miss my class. This app single handedly has pushed me away from in class. I am once again a YouTube workout person. THIS APP is the worst.

Mind and body outline. This app not only allows me to schedule my day to day activities at my fingertips, it also allows me to pay on the go without the hastily of cash, even cards. The minimalistic approach gives me the freedom to focus my extra time on zenning out in restorative yoga.

Cannot book activity. Very good to know if there is room in a course… but there is a bug and I cannot book course. The app tells me to close app and retry… same result.

one suggestion. Love this app. I like to keep track of my workouts (ie. number of times per month). I wish there was a way to go back and see how many times I went in previous months, as opposed to only the current month.

App keeps Spiking my bank account. Don't trust the app. It keeps spiking my bank account to extract funds without authorization. I wouldn't enter my bank info into this app.

Big step back in usability. Update Sept-2017; Post IOS 11 - the app logs me out every.single.day. Is this a bug or feature? It seems I now need to do 3 to 4 clicks for what used to be two. It's just not as efficient. User persona: I have an annual pass. I don't need to be told each time that I have a pass available. Just book the class. Don't then tell me it will be shared to my calendar. I expect that. Please also loose the final success dialog box that I need to dismiss - or only raise it in case of an error.

Worse customer support - do not recommend. I was charged the wrong pass for a gym, and when I called customer support of the app they told me to call the gym directly. When I called the gym they said I should deal with customer support of the app to fix it, and I shouldn’t come to the gym as proof that I didn’t use the membership. I have lost one month of membership because of that app, since they said they couldn’t do anything. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The worst. Quite literally the worst fitness app I’ve ever used.

Good for booking classes, terrible customer service. I’ve emailed 3 times to ask for help because, even after updating my consents, I still don’t get emails from my fave Pilates studio. And they send their emails through something in the app. Frustrating because I’m not getting the communications I want and frustrating because this studio is paying for a service that doesn’t even connect them with their clients. Why can’t your customer service just respond!?!

I love it!. Although initially I was a little hesitant to download and use the app, as it just seemed like one more thing on my phone, I'm really glad that I have it now. The app makes it really easy to discover new studios and deals. It's also nice to be able to view your upcoming schedule, especially if you train at multiple places. It's also kind of cool to see your class history, especially if you have a teacher you would like but later can't remember his or her name.

Calendar display issue. Calendar doesn’t highlight day selected. The current day remains highlighted even though I’m viewing differ days. Also, calendar periodically stops refreshing upon switching between days. The actual date will display the day selected but the class list won’t refresh to show classes on that day. Only way to get it to work is to go out and back in to the studio schedule.

Location settings seem off. When I first got this app a few years back it worked great, but now it doesn’t work at all. I just put in a search for yoga classes in San Francisco tomorrow (Sunday) and the app came back with a message that “no results” were found for yoga classes in San Francisco but that i can try their recommended classes 40 miles away in Morgan Hill. It’s impossible that there are absolutely no classes in my city on a Sunday. I went to settings and it’s seems to be turned on. I’m mystified as to why this app has been virtually unusable in the past 1-2 years

Helpful app, preferred previous layout. I’ve enjoyed using MINDBODY app for a few years. In general it is a very helpful app. Since the last major update, I have found it less useable than it was previously. The formatting is less clear in my opinion; it was previously very clear to see upcoming appointments, and previous history. The new version has these functions, but there are subtitle differences that make them, among other things, less straightforward. I would prefer an evolution of the previous format.

Wallet section+ Class pass needs updating. The wallet section needs an edit button, Apple Pay option, and PayPal option. The app is extremely picky about billing address accuracy if something is incorrect it won’t tell you where the error is-just that there is a problem, and your only option is to delete alllll the information and start over-so an edit button would be super great. When my bank confirmed the charge finally went through (money was definitely taken out my account) the app said there was a problem with my payment. I was charged for a pass but given no pass... now I have to deal with customer service and put in a claim with my bank. Lovely.

MindBody so convenient!. I’ve been taking more frequent classes than ever at my studio, and initially was looking at the schedule on the studio website, then when I wanted to book a class it would take me to MindBody. Then I realized it was so much more user friendly to just do everything on MindBody. It would always load better, and was easier to navigate, and then I was right where I needed to be to book a class. Thank you MindBody!

Mindbody. Mindbody is a well designed useful application for those seeking beauty, fitness or wellness services. The app makes it easy to search for classes or sessions based on what activities you are interested in whether it be yoga, pilates, spa treatment or any other holistic type of remedies. The app allows you to see if any services are nearby and what the cost is. The interface design is easy to navigate and allows you to favorite classes you are interested in. Mindbody works well as a hub for the fitness activities in your daily life.

Great app!. I love this app! It is so easy to use! I’ve been using it for a few months now, I like to add all of my classes a week ahead just in case there is a waitlist later on! I love the variety & times on classes, they just added a new jazz instructor and I was hesitant to take the class at first but with all the info I read in the description on the app, I took it & I loved it! I love the energy I get from the employees too, they’re really nice! they are always ready to help you with anything! 10/10

Mindbody is an unethical company. Ever since I started using the Mindbody app for my business, it has been nothing but problems. Wrong prices, classes that disappear from the schedule, inability to process payments, inability for clients to create accounts, and more. The back end software is difficult to use and time consuming. I have complained to the company repeatedly and they have horrible customer service. They locked me into a second year after telling me that I was only required to have a year contract for the first year. All they care about is making money and the small business owner is of no concern to them.

New Interface for Class Searches is Terrible. I use the MINDBODY app on a daily basis to check my yoga studio’s classes and as I travel a lot for work, it’s used to find yoga classes in the city I’m in. I loved the previous class search interface... it was easy to just select the yoga icon, change the city, and see all the classes available. Plus, you could just swipe right to see the next day. Now, I have to do a search for yoga, make sure the date and time filters are correct, AND change the date and time filter to see the next day’s classes. Why so add all those extra steps?! I’m definitely not liking the next interface.

Love the app. MINDBODY makes it so easy to check, schedule, and book classes! I love that I can see and leave class and instructor reviews. I also love that I can see all the past classes I’ve taken. My only gripe is that I feel like it pushes other studios on me when I have an unlimited pass for one studio. I would prefer not to see other studio options and would rather have the schedule be the homepage. Other than that, thank you MINDBODY for making taking exercise classes so seamless and convenient!

Has hidden fees!!!. They say they give you a set price and deal, and sell you with all the app capabilities. Then you agree on a price and go through the set up processing. Once done, you find out that your customers can Not pay for classes. Why sis that??? Oh because they didn’t mention there’s an additional monthly fee for that service. Try getting a hold of mind body for false advertising and false agreements after that.... very upset at their business model. In addition the app is not as fluid as they state, it’s very difficult to set schedules if you intent to have multiple locations and times, they is no way to put everything visible on one calendar, and it’s very difficult to get a hold of tech support. They only allow once per week and cut you off....

Manages workouts for businesses and clients. I’ve used the MINDBODY app for the past few years since the place I go to for a workout started using it to sign up for workouts. After signing up for classes, the app sends the client an email notification that a class appointment has been made and then 24 hours before the class it sends a reminder. Payments for classes can also be made. For the business, it collects and organises all of the clients and their appointment times.

Kailey D. Since I started going to Lotus Loft I’ve noticed such a difference in my life in such a positive way and I couldn’t thank Lotus’s team more for that. I really enjoy how each instructor is in tune with each and everyone of us during our classes no matter how many of us there are. The instructors have such amazing personalities and are super accommodating during our classes! Such kind people! It’s a such a great experience and I recommend to literally anyone that has an interest!

So Many Issues!. It’s very frustrating that a lot of gyms and yoga studios are using this app. I’ve had constant issues with that connecting to Orange theory and nobody can figure out how to fix anything. It says I have multiple accounts and nothing is interconnected. If one Studio messes up your email or your name forget it you’re basically creating multiple accounts for the same person. I wish they would figure out a way to just have one updated account in MINDBODY where every other app connects to and you don’t have to have multiple logins for every gym or every app. If they fixed the connectivity and account syncing issues it’s a great concept. However I hate that I’m bound to it based on studios.

MINDBODY saves the day. I used MINDBODY previously to book through studios I already knew. Then classpass closed shop on virtual live classes just as Omicron took hold. I appreciate MINDBODY supporting studios around the country so that clients around the country can find live classes virtually as their schedule dictates. The app works well and the selection of studios classes and instructors across the timezones is ample. I am delighted I can stay home, stay safe, and work out before the family and wfh demands begin.

Crashing and Forgetting Favorites. This application continues to frustrate me. I use it for my gym memberships and it had been working better for a while here. However, I think the update recently may have caused a bug in the system. It first changed or my time zone was and wouldn’t be corrected. Then it suddenly started forgetting and not finding my favorite gym memberships. I would search for them and they wouldn’t pop up. Now the app won’t even opening is crashing upon start. It’s frustrating because reaching support with mind body is challenging. Otherwise, the concept of this app is genius! Just wish it wasn’t constantly buggy.

A bug and a feature problem. The calendar feature breaks every week or so. The app tells me a new class I booked is “already added to calendar” and will not add it to my calendar even if I go several ways about it or close out the app and try again. I dislike that the app won’t show me I’m on the WAITLIST for a class unless I open up the class link. Only after that will then display “Waitlist” in my list of upcoming classes. On the desktop version of this website, you can search for instructors by name. And sign up for a series of classes by any instructor. Not possible on the app and that’s really annoying.

Cassie Kirk at Black Swan Yoga. I started my yoga journey one year ago. I had been avidly working out for 20 years and needed a change. I stumbled upon Cassie Kirk’s class and it has completely transformed my workout. I don’t lift weights anymore and have cut my running in half all due to her classes. Her classes are so fun, have a great vibe and her flows are always different. I am always challenged and I feel mentally and physically stronger than I ever have at age 43. If you are looking for a great addition to your yoga practice don’t miss Cassie at BSY!

Just no! Latest update ruined everything.. This latest update, while trying to look fancy, is just too difficult to navigate. Just trying to browse the schedules, I don’t l own if it’s the font, the new layout, or what but it’s just too hard to quickly browse the list. The total layout is not as intuitive or simple to read. The locator isn’t picking up My location or what’s available around me. With a busy schedule I don’t have time to try to re learn this app. The simplicity before the update made it quick and easy to find and sign up for classes. And while the functions appear to be similar, the layout is really awful. How to do I go back to the app before this update mess!? Don’t do this update!!!

Very useful and easy to navigate. I am new to Yoga and have been in pain for many years with slipped discs and tears in my spine which has made keep a schedule near impossible and ruined a lot of my old life. Hot Yoga 100 has given me a new lease on life and this app helps me to keep my schedule and stay committed and accountable which is what anybody starting something totally new could use. I needed something like this because of the pain. Great app. No notes so far as I see nothing to improve yet.

World-wide booking!. In addition to booking virtual classes at my favorite Pilates studios in the area from one app, I’ve started during the pandemic to book classes around the country, including so far Boston and Hollywood (where one instructor is a wonderful singer-songwriter). I’m looking forward to classes in London and other cities where i can handle the language and time differences. MindBody has used the pandemic’s in-person closures to bring expanded workout experiences into our homes. Good moves!

Great concept, could use improvements. This app is great and easy to use for the most part. Something I would like to see added is the option to set reminders for classes/appointments you have booked. As a pregnant mother to a toddler, I get major mom brain and sometimes forget I have booked a class and then end up being charged as a no show. My own fault of course, would just be a very useful feature! Aside from that, the glitches the app often has are annoying. Otherwise it’s simple and great!

I love Pilates with Niki!. I started to take Pilates with Niki last Summer. I have been exercising for 54 years.(I am 68 years old.) Pilates is now my favorite form of exercise! I am a Substitute Teacher. I try not to sign up to teach on Thursdays. Thursdays are my favorite days, because of Niki’s 12:00 Class! She is the most amazing teacher! She’s is in the moment, warm, kind, knowledgeable and overwhelmingly helpful. I am handicapped, because of having five hip surgeries and with her help, I feel normal. I am so grateful for Niki and this fantastic Pilates Studio!!!

Search. When I search a local fitness center it says “There are no businesses based on your current preferences.” I will literally enter in the exact address but it won’t show anything. I even tried to use someone else’s MINDBODY app on their phone. I was actually looking at the studio on my app and it would not show ANYTHING on their app??? A business will even direct me to their studio on MINDBODY and the app will tell me “There are no businesses...” super frustrating. It works for one yoga studio that I favorited years ago. It will not show me ANY other studios.

Great for Scheduling. I don’t currently use the explore feature on the top left often, so it’s kind of taking up space and I end up ignoring most of the screen besides My Favorite Place, but really, it doesn’t matter. Everything is there for when I need it for the future. I use the app daily to check the classes offered by my favorite place (I don’t go to many different places). It’s really helpful for knowing a daily or weekly schedule. Thanks!

Easiest way to book workout classes!. Love this app! It’s so easy to hop on and book your classes at the gym. You can see the daily schedule but let’s admit who can keep up with their own schedule let alone the guns schedule and this app does it all for you, even adds it to your calendar! Only change I would make is when your on the wait list you only get an email if you get moved into the class, I would rather get a text or a notification because emails are easy to miss.

Overall good but one annoying bug. I like that I can book online for classes. But I keep getting burned by the same bug. If you click on the classes you’ve signed up for and want to cancel anyone except the first, you click cancel for that class and it always cancels the first one. I’ve lost my spot in coveted classes multiple times because of it. Grrrr! If you use the schedule then click on the class it cancels the right one which is annoying as the more direct way SHOULD work correctly.

Candlelit Yoga bliss. As a mom of two under the age of three, Nourish's candlelit yoga sessions have become my haven during freezing winter evenings. The gyms are great, MINDBODY APP IS TERRIBLE. BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: the gyms are great, BUT THIS APP AND ITS CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE TERRIBLE. I think this is important to note. My gym is great and most of the reviews here are about how awesome their gym is. If the app has not cause any problems for you, you’re definitely one of the lucky ones. However, if you’re one of the unlucky ones like me (and I’ve from of others with the same situation), this app has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT EVER. Not only have they been condescending, but my gym owners had to intervene to get me assistance only for th app customer support to drop the issue after giving a bunch of failed solutions that me and my gym both followed. HOPEFULLY SOMEONE CREATES A BETTER APP OUT THERE SO TERRIBLE APPS LIKE MINDBODY DO NOT HAVE MONOPOLY OF THE INDUSTRY AND LEAVE PEOPLE WITHOUT A BETTER CHOICE FOR SUCH FUNCTIONS.

After 3 months, a solution was found!. I’m not sure where my old review is or if it is published, but I had a really tough go with this app. I was kicked out and unable to login for months. I couldn’t sign up for classes for a gym I paid a monthly membership for- it felt like a waste of money and my waist wasn’t so happy either ;) After 3 months of troubleshooting, Lisa in customer support prevailed with a solution! She stuck with me, though I probably annoyed her, and helped me figure out this ridiculous bug. But we did it. I appreciate you, Lisa in customer support!!!

Happy User. I’ve been using this app since its infancy, I think, and have seen it grow and evolve to this wonderfully convenient way to access all my interests. I think I started using this app around 2014, and even though the options were limited then, the businesses MINDBODY has drawn have always been worth a visit—a unique experience with a wide range of alternative, and traditional, fitness and wellness options. MINDBODY appears to be a business that attracts businesses of a similar likeness in striving to elevate the customer experience. Perhaps there are other apps out there, like this, that allow you to personalize your interaction with the fitness and wellness centers in your area, but MINDBODY has continuously proven to this user that they are a pioneer in creating accessibility and a feeling of welcome to this industry. Cheers.

Huge flaw-time zone. I’ve been using this app since 2018 and it has a pretty major flaw if you travel. If you’re in a different time zone than the class you’re booking it shows the class time in your current time zone. Makes zero sense. You will not be in the current time zone when taking the class so why the extra step for the user to calculate or be conscious of the adjustment before booking. This is an easy fix for MindBody but for some reason they only added a warning instead of fixing the problem altogether.

So convenient and easy to use. I love being able to sign into my yoga classes and have the ability to quickly cancel out of a class. It is great to see schedule for months ahead so I make plans and know when I am available for doctor appointments. I love getting the email reminders and notifications if a class is cancelled due to an instructor getting sick. It is so great to have this ability at my fingertips.

Overall Great App, but buggy. Overall this is a good app that makes it much easier for me to schedule and pay for yoga classes. There are great summaries for each yoga class and teacher and it’s easy to book ahead. It’s also easy to buy things like a one-off class or class pass. Love the look and colors and simplicity. Where they could improve: - Buggy with my credit card. More than once I have had to delete the app to do things like update my credit cards expiration date. - If I buy a class pass at the yoga studio, it doesn’t always sync to the app...which means I can’t book classes through the app. I try to make sure I buy the class pass through the app...this is annoying. - The calendar integration doesn’t work. I try to add a class to my personal iPhone calendar and it fails every time, so I need to manually enter it.

New upgrade: locations no longer show on Fav Class Schedule View. I love being able to view the class schedule for all of my favorite places in one view. However, with the new upgrade, I am unable to differentiate between two locations that have the same name. For example, I like too see the schedule for two separate Fusion Fitness locations. Before, it was very clear which class was for which location. Now, they all look the same unless I click on them individually.

Easy to use. I think this app is good at what it does. It isn’t perfectly seamless with the web version but the app is easier to manage bookings across multiple places. The app prompts for reviews a lot but so do a lot of other free apps I use so I get over it. The app isn’t cluttered and it’s easy to find what I’m looking for and to see at a glance when my next class or appointment is coming up. I hope the developers are considering integrating with Apple health in addition to Fitbit.

Frustrating. All of my yoga classes are booked through MINDBODY. Unfortunately the app is always crashing or won’t pull up my information for me to book classes. It always says that there are no classes in my area, my schedule is always blank (even when I book classes online on my computer and get confirmations), and it never shows my passes or even lets me chat with customer support. I tried to log out but now when I try to log back in it says “an error has occurred.” I’ve updated the app, uninstalled it, everything. I’ve been having this problem for weeks now. I can use my account on the computer but it never works on the app

A great app with great customer service. I highly recommend this app for scheduling all your workouts in one place. The add to calendar function has been a lifesaver as well as being able to see all my accounts and remaining credits in one place. The new update has been fantastic in eliminating previous limitations and the customer service chat is quick and knowledgeable if you have any questions. If you used this app previously and didn’t love it, check it out again with the newest updates.

Great app and great businesses that use it! Booking classes is SO easy!. Can’t tell you how much I love this app, especially when compared to some of the other fitness class booking apps. Nearly all local independent gyms and studios in my area are on MINDBODY and it makes everything so easy from booking classes and clicking once to add them to my calendar to buying passes to the wide variety of fitness and other businesses that use MINDBODY. It’s great!

Newbie ... kinda. Years ago, I needed a yoga class. To relax and sink into a deep stretch. I loved the classes. Not only do they offer relaxing classes, they offer extreme workouts! I had to put this gym aside cuz my heart belonged to another place. Now I’m back. Unfortunately, my gym closed. Body Heat has some amazing workouts and the staff are super friendly. I feel like I’ve belonged here all my life 😉. Come try it. It’s worth your time and your health can afford the price 💕

Keeps logging me out. This app is great if your gym or other facility utilizes it to schedule appointments, book classes, etc. I also really like the integration with the calendar app and health apps! I haven’t had any problems with it until this week when now every time I close the app it keeps logging me out so I have to sign in EVERY SINGLE TIME I open it. And the sign in process isn’t very speedy. I didn’t have this problem before. I looked in the settings to see if I can fix it but there’s no setting to make it stop logging out. It is really annoying and tedious. Please fix it😭

SUPER SLOW AND GLITCHY. The app is SUPER slow and glitchy for me. I’m constantly having to close and open to restart the app, just to be able to scroll through. Often it doesn’t load/freezes unless I shut the app down completely and reopen. I unfortunately don’t have a choice but to use this app to schedule my classes, so it’s incredibly frustrating when I can’t even get on the proper page to cancel or book my class. The calendar doesn’t sync consistently for some classes, but then it will duplicate calendar events for classes other times. I can see this app being awesome if it worked, but ultimately it’s just been annoying for me personally. Has anyone else experienced any of these issues? Is there anyway to fix them?

Having a few issues. The thing I love about this app is it directly connects to my fitness classes at my college. It’s really awesome that I can sign up for them there and immediately add it to my phone calendar. But the last couple of days, every time I open it and want to view the college’s or even my schedule, it says there is nothing there. Even though I have booked things and have a history on the app itself. In order to get my history back and see my classes, I have to delete the app off my phone and reinstall it. That’s my only big problem. Otherwise it is a great app.

What happened??? App is freezing!. UPDATE App was stable again after deleting and reinstalling. I’ve been using the app for a couple years now. Never had a problem until last week when the app started freezing. I would clear the cache on my phone but this never resolved the issue. The app also crashed a couple times. I’m not sure what the developers did in May of 2019 but it’s not working for me. And just for reference I have an iPhone 8 Plus and it’s up to date.

Super clunky. Doesn’t show results UNTIL you sign up. Why is there even a “continue as guest” option if it’s completely useless? EDIT: In response to dev reply re guest function: Studios do not even show up in search under guest option, negating your point. I wanted to see what types of classes a specific studio offered but I couldn’t see that until I signed up. The studio was hidden/invisible. Navigating the app is a pain, having to push the back button several times in order to get back to main screen instead of leaving navigation shortcuts visible during transaction.

Amazing gym. They have the best instructors who naturally design the most effective workouts and understand the balance of pushing you to go to the next step and ensuring you are comfortable and taken care of with great attention to detail in your form. The way they have adapted to the COVID situation has also been impressive and nothing short of remarkable. It’s a testament to their foundational philosophy of consistency and continuing to move to live a healthy life.

This app still remains useless. Would somebody please pay some attention to your user reviews, particularly when I paid $130 for a spin class membership that requires me to book classes through this app? This is enraging and frustrating, the app does not evolve past the first screen. It has consistently told me for a week straight: “something went wrong, try again in a few.” The guest option is also useless as it reads “something went wrong, please try again soon.” Please do something about this, it’s a poor reflection of your business and the businesses who are signing up underneath this app so they can operate more efficiently for their clientele, but that’s proven to not be the case since this app doesn’t actually work.

STILL SHOWS NO CLASSES. I don’t understand how the error message of “we looked, but we didn’t find any classes on this day.” is STILL showing up when I try to look at my clubs class schedule -- after uninstalling and reinstalling, after “chats” with the support there is still no resolution it. I have tried everything multiple times over the past several months and there has been NO fix and NO FOLLOW UP with the MindBody support. Please don’t reply to this review with your canned response of “contact us”. I have!!! And, nothing has been done to fix this. I am also not the only member at our club that has this same issue. Deleting this app for good this time!

Messy app. My login is constantly "expiring" which is frustrating. The interface is a mess and it often takes too many clicks to get to what I want. I primarily use one studio and I just want to get to the schedule for that studio quickly when using the app. It would be nice to stay in the same location since the last time using the app instead of reloading to the main page each time (or worse, the login page again!) It usually takes at least 10 seconds to load the schedule which seems way too long. Sometimes when I open the app a day or two after previously booking a class, it opens on the schedule page but doesn't automatically advance to the current day. The redesign of the schedule page has too much wasted negative space for each class. The information I'm most interested in (the teacher's name) is usually cut off. But there's ample space to show the full name. I am using the slightly increased dynamic text size (iOS settings). But still, the layout should be able to accommodate this.
