Can't print monthly reports. I will filter down for one month and for one job and will try to send to a printer either from my phone or from my iPad. The report prints as one blank page. I can email the report and it works but then I have to copy the contents of the email to a word document and print it as a PDF. Much too complicated, this has worked in previous versions, but now does not work now.

Not as easy to use as it could be. It does the job but that’s it. Basic features like expensing, other payments and not are missing. Also it would be nice if you could add payments for a given pay period to keep your own books balanced. It could be so much more.

Great App. I like the app a lot. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because you can’t duplicate days.

Going on 4 years using EasyHours and stlll love it. Our organization’s time sheet system doesn’t have a phone app. Easy Hours is an easy and fast way for me to keep track of my time every day and have all my info organized when I sit down and log my hours.

Lost time. I have many job going in the app. For some reason the history of a huge job just vanished. Can’t find it, waiting for support. I don’t like leaving. Bad review but can’t get paid With out hours. Bad deal

Easy app, responsive developer!. For my limited needs this app is very easy to use and keep track of the somewhat random time I spend doing tech support for an artist/teacher’s online classes. The timer feature makes recording my time as easy as a tap on the screen to start and stop, and calculation of hours and dollars is automatic. But what has really made this app stand out for me is the developer’s responsiveness to my need for a change in reporting so I can hide all of the days with no hours to bill. A new switch was added within a couple of days and my reports no longer need a lot of editing to turn them into invoices. Well done!

Great app for tracking multiple pay rates. I’m a union stagehand who works under literally dozens of different wage scales and contracts. I can start a work day at one rate and have a rate change for various hours during that work day including overtime, double time, key rate increases and meal penalties. I might have two or three different employers in the same week all with their own wage scales. It can be tedious to keep track of. This app has helped make tracking my hours ssoooo much easier! Thank you.

Great for basic time tracking. I use the app to keep track of time across about 6 projects at once as well as doing time analysis and billing for those projects. I don’t use a lot of the bells and whistles, but for basic time tracking and being able to report and analyze time spend and billing, it’s great. Super easy to use, very intuitive. And the sync feature works really well too. Use it every day, love it

Take the stress out of tracking time. This app has allows me to easily track my time for multiple jobs, making it easier to bill for my time. It is the ease of use that sets this app apart from the others and makes it such an indispensable tool.

iOS 15 - double entries. Easy hours was working great up to iOS 15. Now the entries are listed twice and the hours are doubled. Example, before iOS update, project A would be listed once and starting time on the project would be counted once. Softer iOS 15, project a is listed twice and starting time on a will charge to both project A grouping. The. It will show up twice on weekly report. So if you only work ten minutes, it will show up as ten in the in the first A and another ten in the second A. Please find a way to fix it. I tried archiving one of the duplicates which resulted in both duplicates being erased.

GREAT APP!. I never write reviews! But after downloading this app and the customer support I’ve received, I knew I needed to share how good this app is. If you’re looking for an app that keeps hours that you can customize then this is it. I work weird hours and have all kinds of different jobs that I do during a week. This app helps me keep track of the hours I spend doing those different jobs. It allows me to see where I’m spending my time. I love it!!

The best time tracking app using geolocation period.. Fantastic and intuitive interface. This is the only geolocation time tracking app that has a calendar view showing the specifics of that day. Every job you were at, times in out, on one page. No more sifting through all your jobs trying to figure which ones you were at a week ago. Developers are responsive to feedback and quick to implement updates. Simply the best.

Time. This is a really great tool to have when you’re working on multiple projects so far its been great.

Amazing. I love the geographic fencing feature, allows me to set up a fence for work. At the end of the pay period when I need to enter my time I just have to open the app. Makes managing my time at work much easier.

Very good. I bought five apps for this purpose of keeping hours straight. It seemed like all of them were too much or too little, do you know how it goes LOL, this one was a great fit for me personally and my small company.

Much more info than the other onsite app I was using.. Just get it if you need to track your hours. I rarely remember to write down my times at various job sites and this app has eliminated a ton of time and frustration for me. Two thumbs up!!!

Could use a some tweaks. I use tags for work order numbers, would be nice to be able to sort from beginning to end or end to beginning! Also the chart feature starts at your first week of use of the app, if you want chart data of most recent work you must scroll through weeks or years to get to current data. A date search feature would help! It is a good asset app, a few tweaks would make it great!

As the name implies. I use this app daily to track my hours for clients. If does as it claims. It is nice to be able to quickly turn on and off timers as I move through the day. One advanced feature I would like to see is the ability to automatically export structured data from Easy Hours so that data can be ingested elsewhere. That may be a bit specific to my use-case but it really is the only thing that is missing in my workflow with regards to Easy Hours. Today I do a lot reentering of data, for instance as Invoices are created. Being able to ingest the data outside the app would also allow custom metrics to be utilized outside of Easy Hours. That app is great, it collects a lot of valuable data for me, It just would be nice to have more access to that data. That is the reason I give it 4 stars.

Almost exactly what I was looking for.... I was looking for something like this for a while. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because one of the features I’m wanting is not available. It has a reminder for when you have hit a certain allotment of hours on a job but not during a time period. So if I have multiple jobs I can tell it to let me know when I hit 8hrs in a day or 40hrs in a week, but I can’t get a reminder when between some or all of the jobs that I’ve hit 8hrs or 40hrs.

Useful, intuitive and effective.. I'm an independent contractor and have different rates for different jobs, and this is the perfect tool to quickly keep track of all of that at the same time. Gets better with every update!

An asset to any business. Software is easy to learn. Effective and generates clear and understandable reports and documents that are essential to the collection of billable data!

Easy to use. This app is easy to use. Helps me figure out and keep track of hourly rate jobs. I do mobile welding and tree service stuff. Wish it had more colors to place jobs and different hourly rate stuff in color coded fashion. I’m usually too lazy to read the title and just click on the colors.

Use it all the time!. Great app! My only complaint is the reporting. I like the option of exporting an Excel doc but I’d like to be able to control how and what is reported. Such as being able to separate by job and then tags. I might jump around from one or two jobs during the day but within each job I have multiple responsibilities that I have to keep track of. Being able to break that down in the reporting would be wonderful. Otherwise I love this app and tell all my coworkers about it

Get This App!. I write very few reviews but I’m taking the time to write this one! I’ve used, tested and purchased every time tracking app on the App Store glad to say my search is over... I was going to hire a developer to create my own because I couldn’t find a simple app that did it all. The design is awesome, easy to use and flows very nicely! You won’t spend more time tracking your time then the actual work itself. The Apple Watch function works like a charm and I don’t even use the app on my phone except to add jobs and send my reports to my billing person. I can honestly say that this app is enjoyable to use and will make your time tracking fun again! My only issue with it there is no Badge icon on the app logo so I’m constantly forgetting when I’m clocked in on a job. Having this would make this app perfect for me.

Great App to Track Hours. I am a consultant with multiple clients and this app allows me to easily track my hours on the go. The ability to upload as an Excel file significantly reduces the amount of time to submit my hours. Highly recommend this app.

Best tracking app I’ve found. There are some aspects that are a little clunky or require workarounds; but overall, I’m happy with it, and it does everything I need.

The best for freelancers, contractors, and those in between!. There’s only a handful of apps that inspire praises. Easy hours is one of them. It does everything you need to do in order to track your time and bill a client. I’ve used it on all my jobs and so far it hasn’t let me down. The only down side is that in order to get an excel spreadsheet from the app you have you go through a complicated process. If it wasn’t for that my title would use the word “perfect” instead of the “best”.

Super Buggy Experience. The first day I purchased this, it randomly deleted 3 of my 4 job timers. That was irritating, but I created them again and all was well. Today is my first day really using the app, and it's been disappointing so far. When I stop a timer on my watch, the timer is still running on my phone. I'll make sure the timers are all off on both my watch and phone, and then after my break when I go to turn a timer back on, ones already started and been running for no apparent reason. If you're looking for an app to help keep track of how much time you spent on different tasks, I'd suggest you keep looking. I figured an app that starts and stops timers would be simple, but I guess not. I do not recommend.

Simply brilliant!. A number of years ago I researched and tested many timesheet apps and this one was both visually elegant and feature rich. I’ve been using it on a daily basis since to track my daily tasks. My boss can ask me at any point how much time I spent on a project and I can bring it up quite quickly with the date/job/tag filters. I’d love to be able to sort the day’s entries by time rather than by job category, so I can easily check that I have recorded all time slots. The only complaint... a year or so ago the developers used to be super responsive to my questions but I haven’t received a response to my last two recent emails. Not sure what that means.

Easy as. This app makes work a lot easier for me. I don't always have a timesheet or a pen and paper on me - but I always have my phone. More accurate timekeeping has meant more money for me; I didn't realise how inaccurate my timesheets were and how many smaller items slipped through the cracks. The simple stopwatch system is brilliantly simple and I like how I can swing between multiple projects quickly and easily.

I've tried dozens of timesheet proggies .... This is my favourite to date (2015-05-06). With a couple mods (e.g. make it easy to change a time entry's job, make a proper iPad variant) it will do everyone I need -- and want. That's a tall order no other app has come close to fulfilling. Kudos. Ha! 2015-06-26 they added the ability to change an entry's job, sweet!!

Awesome app!. I've been using this to keep track of my three different freelance jobs, and what I've done with what hours. It has given me everything I need! And the people making it have responded quickly to my emails, and even implemented a change I wanted to see. Best app ever, I'll never look for another.

Exactly what I was looking for in an app.. This app is very helpful to me in keeping trick of my time when I am on different jobs. The customer service is great as well and quick to respond. I made a suggestion to improve the app by allowing a place to take motes and within the hour I had an email responding to me saying that it is already in the works with the next update. Great price for it as well!!

Fast, Clean, and Simple!!. I was using hours tracker, which is another highly rated app. This one seems to just be cleaner and easier to input information. The export HTML is really nice looking, better than the others. Auto clock in is a huge plus for me. This app is a real time saver when it comes to tracking my time for the week. Version 8.5 update. Fantastic timekeeping app. This is my go-to timekeeping app. It's fast, straightforward, and has all of the essential features for professional time tracking. 1. It's easy to start and stop timers for various jobs, and to go back and add time later if I'm unable to capture it in real-time. 2. The various views show me how I've spent my time, and also let me add narrative descriptions for each job on a daily basis (you can also add narratives while timers are running). 3. CSV export produces a clean, usable spreadsheet with the jobs, time, and narrative for each day. The developers also update the app frequently to take advantage of new iOS / hardware features (e.g. 3D Touch), which is nice.

The best time tracker out there. I have tried a lot of other time tracking apps and none had the option to log in and out using geo fencing, besides that this app is beautifully laid out and super easy to use, and the developers are quick to respond if there is any issue for the users. Once you try this one you won't need any other time tracker.

Aesthetically superior, natural to use, doesn't get in its own way.. I chose to use this app for job hours keeping because it is by far the most graphically pleasing and natural to use on the fly. The cloud sync is seamless across multiple devices giving me great confidence. I would give it "six" stars if it could subtotal by job across a week or month. I have not figured print output - it prints a blank page for me.

Awesome Tracker--Does All Of The Work For Me!. Love this app! The Geo-locating/clock-in/clock-out is amazing and essential. No more forgetting to log hours for consulting--whether I am in the field or at the office. Wonderful.

Good and can be great. This app is very intuitive which takes a little to get used to. It is very clean looking with a great design. I would give a five if a notes section was added to the days or each time u clock in. If this is added, I give it a 5 stars easily.

110% Excellent Time Tracker. I can't say enough how well this app has shown me how much extra work I do a day and to show me what it adds up to by end of week. It made me be able to prove the extensive hours I was and had been working for coming up on three years. My supervisor worked in another building and I suppose she didn't realize how many hours I did put in. With this app data and review

Great feedback and customer service. Just got an email from them telling me that the request I made to be able to archive old jobs so that my job list doesn't become a mile long with jobs I have completed is now implemented with the newest patch. That to me is amazing. A lot of companies "say" they listen to feedback. This is one of the only companies that has told me "hey thats a good idea" and actually implemented it. To top it off an email back to me to let me know my idea is now live was a nice touch. Keep up the great work guys. Love the app

Highly recommend!. I am a skating coach and have been searching for just the right app to keep track of lessons given while on the ice. This app works perfectly for my needs and doesn't take away from my coaching time. No need to fiddle around if things change on the fly! Best app in its class. Very simple to use and works as described. Eliminates the need to use your brain to compile one's timesheets. Definitely saves me a load of time! App dev definitely listens to feature suggestions and incorporates the requests in updates/patches. 5-stars!

Does not support multiple projects. This app bases your time on location. This does not support multiple projects at one location. Very weird set up - not useful for professionals.

Better than expected. I pull in the parking lot and I am automatically clocked in. It is nice to have accuracy without the manual input. This app is incredibly user friendly. I highly recommend it!! Love the name too!

Love the new update!. This app is great for contractors! Every UX/UI thing that has bugged me is now fixed! (Annoying side bar animation, clock button tapping cell too small, wrong widget) So happy :) will be great to have the jobs on widget according to last use though.

Finally found what I was looking for!. I have over 300 apps on my phone, but only a handful I use every day. Easy Hours is one of those select few. It works flawlessly in keeping track of the time I spend at client sites and other configured locations like home or the gym. The local notification support is incredibly useful and lets me know the app is doing its job without me having to open it. The interface is clean and intuitive. Its not easy to build a good geolocation app, but Easy Hours nailed it. Great App!

Makes me more productive!. Excellent App! I've used this app for many many weeks now, and while it sometimes misses an entry or exit, it is maybe once or twice a week (out of 15-20). It has definitely saved me time tracking my onsite time at a client location. I like it a lot.

Great App.... Missing 1thing. This app helps me to keep track of my work hours. The only problem is that I get paid by the hour, and 30 minutes is deducted for my lunch. So, during an 8 1/2 hour day I can not deduct 30 minutes for lunch.

Continues to be a great app!. Work as a freelancer on multiple projects at the same time. This app is by far the most user friendly of the lot and I've tried a lot of them. The export options for timesheets work great. I also use the Geo Fencing capabilities when I do work on site at a client and it works surprisingly well. Developers are responsible to feedback and quick to make changes.

Odd Implementation. The premise behind the application is clear. The execution, however, leaves a bit to be desired--on an iPad at least. In general, apps that only work in one orientation (portrait or landscape) on an iPad come across as an afterthought. On my iPad Pro, as an example, the application opens in full screen, but is in portrait mode--despite the fact that the iPad is in landscape (as it must be to use the Apple keyboard cover). It's a shame that this glaring omission takes away from an otherwise solid application.

Love it. This is a great app for keeping track of multiple jobs. It will not let you overlap times or be clocked in on more than one job which is nice. Gives you daily, weekly and monthly totals. I really like that you can choose which day is your first day of the week.

Excellent app!!. I have been using this app since it first launched and I love it!! I'm a post-doctoral research associate at a major public university. My job requires that I conduct research and also teach a few classes. Dividing my time evenly between classes and work is often a challenge and this app makes it easy. For the longest time I used my planner and post-its and it just grew to be a hassle. I had been looking for a simple solution such as this one for weeks and I finally found it! I Love the simplicity and elegant design of the App! It has a clean interface, is uniquely and creatively designed, and very easy to navigate. I would recommend this app to anyone who appreciates the importance of time and usability.
