Ur going to need to push urself. I am almost done with my 30 day beginner 1 and I already see a HUGE improvement . I got comfortable with the workouts and the steadily increasing levels are manage but tough. It does increase on a large curve but it gives you rest days and has the same workouts some days in between. You will need to push yourself a little but it is WORTH IT!!!

Awesome Family Challenge. We love this app. Each one in my family is at different fitness level so we love the fact we’re all motivating each other while doing different levels. What a great way for all of us to get back in shape or challenge ourselves to the next level of fitness.

Ouuuu baby these abs. I am obsessed with this app I’m at the end beginner 1 and and I feel stronger my abs are showing at first my abs weren’t even showing . My stomach is still tight though but the hard thing about this app is me keeping up with these days😂 ouuuuuu child but I highly recommend this app if your trying to get abs fast without doing a lot of extra things .

This is great. So, I’m doing it level by level, and I plan to complete all the levels. I love this app! I used to only be able to do a half plank for 3 seconds. I still can’t do a push-up but I’m only on beginner level one. It helped because, I used to be able to not half plank for even 3 seconds. I’m not even exaggerating! I can do a plan for about 40 seconds at the moment! I love it! I don’t have abs yet, but I don’t expect to until I’m intermediate!

Wow. I know I’m only on the second day but this app has made a big improvement on my life already (no I don’t mean weight wise) I’m able to fall asleep a lot faster than I used to be able to, and it helps me get my work done, as it gives me energy doing this. I’ve never been good at keeping up with exercise, but I think this one will work for me and I recommend you try it out even if only a day.

Very good. This app is a very good app it helps me get going and it’s easy to do, the workouts really do help me also I’m an 11 yr old and I don’t feel good about my body and I’m only on day 4 at this point but I’ve missed too days cause I’ve been tired but I’ve u get this app it’s worth it 👍👍👍👍👍

Have used this for three years. This is a terrific way to improve core strength. The exercises are ab focused but you will see benefits beyond that if you do it regularly. After faithfully doing the first beginner module every day, I then backed off on frequency, and have gone to every other day when I hit the gym. Advice: the first module is the worst because it’s nearly all sit-ups. My tailbone became a bit raw. I recommend skip Beginner1 and start with Beginner2 instead. Also, I’m using this app on the IPhone 12, and am not having issues that were described by another reviewer.

Held accountable. I love that this app has figured out the best formula to start at the right level and increase the intensity as I increase my strength. I especially appreciate the accountability as well. I started on the first day of a month which made it very easy to know where I am and that I don't miss a day. This app made and continues to make all the difference. Thank you ~

Why won’t this app fit to my iPhone XR. I began using this app when I still had an iPhone 7 and fit it perfectly I could see everything, I could tap on everything. I recently upgraded to an XR now everything is zoomed in and I can’t tap on things on the far left or the far right. I tried deleting it and downloading it back but that didn’t help.

waste of time. Why do the exercise counts double just after a few days? It doesn’t make any sense. Either the initial count was too low for the level, or the exercise counts are way too high for the level. It doesn’t make sense to do a a 30-day program where you are doubling your targets every other day. If you could actually do that then you were starting way too low to begin with and not challenging yourself. Not to mention, you are doubling, tripling and more the amount of time per day it takes to do the exercises. It’s a poorly thought out program, and if you just want to see how to do the exercises a few basic free print outs would do just as well.

Best Exercise. I am about to do the 30th day today. I work at a desk/computer most days now. I could tell my core and limbs losing muscle tone. I used to farm poultry and cattle full time and then I was in great shape physically. I recommend this workout very much. My core is much more strong. I’ve been doing the arm workout too. Both workouts are amazing and are highly recommend.

Amazing!. I am not typically one to write reviews, but this app truly works! Although I am only on day 20 of beginner level one, I am already seeing a difference with my stomach. I am WAY less bloated, my stomach feels harder, and most importantly, I am starting to see abs!

App is broken. I used to love this app a few years ago when I used it a lot. And actually, this review applies to the entire series of 30 Day apps from this developer. Unfortunately, I downloaded it again a week ago and it loads wrong and won’t allow me to start. Day 1 and 7 are cute off and it’s like that for the entire month. So the entire left side and right side of the calendar loads off screen. I emailed the email address under the contact tab but did not receive a response. I’m very disappointed in the lack of response and the fact that I have downloaded all the apps, deleted, and reinstalled but they still load like this and do not work.

I love it but.... I love it. I used the app and other 30 days challenge it at the same time. Very effective. However, the app doesn’t work on my new iphone XR. The calendar and days are expanded and zoom-in so I cannot choose the date and start my work out. I hope the problem will get fixed in the near future

Amazing app! So helpful!. This app is easy to use, it doesn’t have excessive adds like most apps these days, it shows you exactly how to do a workout, it has a great calendar, tracks your workouts, and has all sorts of different levels depending on how difficult you want your work out to be! Overall great app.

Can’t access Day 1. Ive had this app before and loved it. In fact I had all of their workout 30 day challenge apps on my old iPhone 6. I recently upgraded to the iPhone 10 XR and decided to redownload these apps. First it said it was restoring my saved data, it didn’t. Then I tried to go to the monthly screen where you click on the day. The days were made so large that they take over the whole screen and half of them are cut off so I’m unable to access them. I cant access day 1 on any of them and I’m getting quite frustrated because I love this app and honestly just wanted to get a quick workout in.

will not work on iPhone XR. I got this app and downloaded it, opened bigger level 1, but I could not press day one because it was off the screen. The screen looked zoomed in, I am giving this app 3 stars because I had it on my old phone and worked amazingly. I used this app on my iPhone XR a few months ago and it did the same thing, please update the app so I can use it again. A few months ago i did this and it still isn’t fixed please fix it.

It works!. I did the intermediate level 1 and noticed a HUGE difference. I haven’t changed my diet or done any other workouts. The workouts are perfect for a busy schedule and I love that I’ve seen so much improvement. The only thing I could think to change is making the levels build off of each other. It seems that when I started intermediate level 2, the workout is about half as hard as day 30 of the last level was. Other than that, great app and program!

Deprecated For iPhone. Great app for jumpstarting your exercise routine. I’ve had it on my phone and used it on and off for years. Unfortunately, in recent versions of iOS, many of the challenge days go off the screen and you can no longer click them. I’m very sad I can’t use this anymore. I would love to change my review to 5 stars if they would fix it. It may still work on the iPad. I don’t have one, so I haven’t tried it.

Hard but Helpful. I have been doing this for only a day, and it is a challenge for sure. But I know that here soon I will see some visible changes to my abs. I am doing this app, and about 100 sit ups for 30 days to see if there will be some results. I have faith in the workout.

Good app. Can’t use on iPhone 11 though. I used this app before when I had an iPhone 8. Worked fine and I have no complains about the content. For iPhone 11, however, the screen is zoomed in and you can’t reach the out edges. I tried restarting my progress once I got a new phone and I couldn’t reach day 1 because it was off screen. Other than that it’s a good, simple core workout regiment.

10 Days In. I just started using the app. I haven’t worked out in years, so starting from beginner level. The workouts are really good. Every day it increases the exercise amount you have to complete, which actually makes you work out. I will continue using the app, and really want to get to the next levels!

Easy to Use Ab App. After noticing that my pants were tight and I hadn’t gained weight, I figured it was time to do some extra core work. I like following a set workout and keeping track of my progress. I am only a week into my 1st challenge so it’s a little too early to comment on results, but so far I am happy with the way the challenges are organized.

Simple. Easy to Use.. I have been looking for a good workout application and after reviewing other’s ultimately settled for this app. It’s a 30 day workout comes with Beginner, Intermediate and Expert, with two levels for each category. It comes with a timer clock for certain workouts gives you information on how to properly perform your workout and it’s easy for daily use, looking forward to completing my first 30 days. So far so good. 5 days in. Will post an update.

Won’t work on iPhone. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading it and it just keeps cutting off half of the screen sorry if anyone can help that would be awesome but I’m not gonna leave a bad review cause I never got to see if it was bad I just had a minor issue

Day 5 and loving it!. I'm really happy with this app. I'm trying to get back in shape and my tummy is a problem area. After the first day, I could feel my abs. At 3 days in I could feel and see a difference. The exercises even have animated illustrations of how to do the exercises. This is awesome!

I love it!. I started with level intermediate 1 because my friend told me about this app and I was like ok. But once I started doing it it was so fun and easy. The app gives you instructions on how to do different stuff and even gives you a timer (in case you don’t have one) I love this app it’s easy and fun and you can do it at home. I love it!

Redid Beginner. I was able to complete some of the exercises very easily and others were difficult. For me the sit-ups are difficult and can only finish 50% and start again, my objective is to do it right and if unable then begin again. I wish there were options the leg crunches are easy and can do twice as many but the sit-ups.

Beginner. My husband and I are doing the workout together. It’s a great accountability. I’m doing Beginner level 1. I’m only on Day 4 but love it already. The app is easy to use and I like the image that shows how to do each exercise. In a few weeks, I will start the 30 day arm challenge.

Gotta stick with it. Combine this app with a slow and steady change to your eating habits, and you’ll start to see some real progress after a few months. I had no abs and some flab to my name before I started, but -7 pounds later and at the end of month 3 (intermediate lvl 1) my abs are now visible with minimal flexing. They’re not model worthy, but I feel good when I look in the mirror in the morning for sure. This app won’t give you instant abs, but nothing will do that for you. The true value of this app is habit-forming: a slow and steady change to your daily life that will last. Keep it going and don’t give up - the abs are coming!

Can’t even access day 1. I was super excited about using this app. It worked for me a few years ago. When I went to use it again, it was extremely glitchy. I couldn’t even access the first day because the graphics were cut off. And there was no one to contact to fix it. I think I had the same problem several months ago. So, it seems like they don’t care and aren’t fixing it anytime soon. I’m super disappointed.

Daily inspiration. I stared off this new year without any resolutions because I didn’t want to let myself down. Being significantly overweight was enough to bear. So I started this app to get myself going in the right direction and in increments that I could accomplish each day. Starting with the beginner category it takes me 2 minuets at most. Plus by the next day I feel my core muscles getting sore but stronger. I’m very happy with this app for helping me change my self-esteem and my feeling of accomplishment.

Awesome - Suggestion. I love this app!!! I was a very new beginner and the 1 levels challenge me, which is good. I’ve learned to love the rest days since my muscles won’t be able to handle it without them. the only thing i couldn’t think of to improve would be motivational quotes. when you have a very tough workout the last exercise is hard to get through, so a quote would be very helpful. it could maybe pop up right after your second to last workout!

Amazing. This app is absolutely amazing. works wonders. I’m only on day 10 and I already have abs!! Couldn’t say enough good definitely keeps you on schedule and doesn’t let you get lazy with it! I’m soo in love with all of These a 30 day fitness apps they all work amazingly however I don’t see all of these activity’s working for all ages or just anyone... before you started working out with this app I would definitely checks the workouts buy clicking the exercises tab and seeing all the workouts!! Not for iPhone XR. I just downloaded this app and I was excited to start using it. However, some of the words/graphics on the app were cut off on my iPhone XR. I know it says that it is optimized for iPhone X now, but I can’t even click on Day 1 of the 30 day challenge page because the circle for Day 1 is cut off on my screen. Since I can’t do the first day, I am not even allowed to do any of the other days that I actually can see. Please fix this I would love to use this app because of its great reviews!

I love it, but at times can be difficult. I downloaded this app years ago and honestly it helped a lot! It definitely worked. One thing that I do have to say is, is that I think it increases the intensity of the workout too fast. I think about this with all their apps. Other than that, I really like it!

iPhoneXR. I used this app on my iPhone 6 however I switched to the IPhoneXR and now the app is too big for my screen :-( I have even tried the zoom display and it didn’t work so if you guys could make it work for all phones it would be Amazing! Would definitely look forward to continuing my workouts on this app!

Versatility. Best thing for me about this app is ability to do two days in one day. I’m training for a marathon and needed a few days a week for cross training and core work. On days I don’t run I do this program twice a day. It gave me results and faster longer runs almost from day one.

I love this. I am a black belt in taekwondo but since I quit my 6 pack has started to fade. I tried to motivate myself to do exercises but I just stopped. one I got this app, I started seeing a difference after 5 days and it gives me daily’s reminders to do my exercises. I really recommend!

Awesome. Hi I’m Lexi I’m a 21 year old mommy of 9 month old , this is my app to snap back super simple to use and it fits with my busy schedule awesome for a quick work out if you want a tougher work out there are different levels this app is amazing not to many adds no adds interrupting my work out either this is the best app

I like it so far. Only have had for a short amount of time. Gets you sore fast, which I like cause it feels like results really quickly. I like how this builds you up without having to put work into an extensive program that is too hard

Helps. 30 Day Ab Workout does help a little bit. The workouts do get more intense as the process goes on. You basically have to do the same exercises day after day after day just more of them, which in my opinion can get a little boring. The good thing is they do let you have a rest day.

Was great but is not working now :(. I used this app for a while and it was very effective. Unfortunately, I am unable to use it now because the size of the interface is too big for the phone screen so many days are cut off. I would love to use it again if this is fixed!!

Just not for me. There’s nothing wrong with this app at all - except maybe that I couldn’t find a way to peek ahead in the challenge. Had I been able to do that, I wouldn’t have started. I have no need, nor intention, to work up to 200 sit ups and 150 crunches by day 30. And that was beginner 1 level. I just wanted a basic core routine to build some strength and stability in my core to help with some lower back pain I’ve been having. So this challenge was just not the right one for me.

Disappointed. This app is what I was looking for. I was very excited to download this app. It is just too bad I have no access to the challenges because the screen will not allow me to start with day 1. If I select other days it says I have to complete the previous day. Therefore, I am unable to do any challenges since, I am unable to even see day 1 in order to do the workouts and move on the the days that follow. Sad guess I will go back to the old fashioned way and make my own agenda.

⭐️ Completed Beginner Level 1! ⭐️. So I competed beginner level 1 and I see great results. 😍 I feel stronger, my stomach is flatter, and I’m seeing definition in my abs without flexing. Now I’m hooked! I started beginner level 2 this week, and which added in a new ab work out and starts off with more sit ups, crunches, etc. It is easy to use, and is definitely helpful if you aren’t sure how to start working out, don’t know what to do, and how much to do. The only thing I will say is, if you want to see results you have to be dedicated to completing the days / work outs. 💕

amazing app. i had just downloaded this app yesterday and i love it i can tell these are good quick ab workouts, you see i was doing MMA for a while but we had to shut down the gym for a while because of the 2020 pandemic so my slight shadow of the abs i had we’re fading but now the gym is up and running again so i’m trying to get extra lean while i’m bored at home, And this app is great for loosing weight while there are no painful work outs and it doesn’t take to long to do them i highly recommend this app to lose weight just know that it’s what’s on the inside that counts but if you feel like losing weight or getting healthy without suffering than this is the app for you! and it’s completely free

Best Ever. This is so great I have had it for 1 week and it is the best thing ever. I am so glad it is free with no in-app purchases. I used it to get a head start on Football lifting and it put me ahead of the crowd. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to shed a few extra pounds, get that beach body started, and even just to build your self esteem about your body.

Colors and animations are perfect but .... Since I do the exercises in the mornings before breakfast, the dark background with neon green animations are perfect. It's an easy to follow program of 30 days with 6 levels. After 30 days you can go to the next level so actually you'll get 180 days of workouts (not counting the day of rest every 5 days). However the app hasn't been updated in 2 years so access to the progress calendar is not available to an iPhone 11 user. (I sent a screenshot to the developers in hopes for an update but haven't heard from them yet.) I'd gladly pay the $2.99 and up the stars if they will fix this for the new iPhones. It works fine on my iPad Pro. Also, there is no iCloud sync but instead only an Airdrop. So even if they fix the iPhone 11 screen you'll have to remember to Airdrop to your phone if you want to stay in sync. (Maybe they'll add iCloud sync too?)

Real results, fast!. I’ve done this app twice now, and both times I saw an incredibly noticeable difference within just two weeks. I especially notice my thunder thighs thinning out and toning. I will say, though, that some of the exercises are less effective than others, and I usually tweak them to make them more challenging and/or eliminate certain exercises altogether and replace them with something else from my own arsenal. I also started in the intermediate section both times. I also hate planks and replace them with pushups. Overall, it’s a great app to give up structure and daily reminders for the exercises while increasing the difficulty regularly. I think it’s probably particularly effective for beginners who just don’t know where to start.

good app, but not yet compatible with XR. definitely a fun app to get fit. was a good activation/additional workout before a swim session, and made easier by doing it with a group of friends. only issue is, the app does not like the XR screen at all. i cant click each day, which is really frustrating because now i dont get the satisfaction of ticking off each exercise and have to rely on screenshots. if this was fixed, it would be so much better :)

The Best workout series ever!. This app is totally awesome, a lot of people are saying it lacks a music feature... From day 1 I cranked up pandora radio and busted out the sets required (a great combo) I just finished my 29th day! 22 hours until my final workout!! Awesome but (there's always a but). Maybe you could add a timer and a eating plan for the 30 day work out because no one will get abs by doing the workout with a chocolate bar so maybe if you add a timer the users of this app will be able to time a 25 second plank or any timing in the 30 days and if there was a music part that would be great too because there is nothing better than cranking the beats while you work out! 🌸🍀🌹🌻

App screen enlarged and can’t click on day 1. Great app but on my new iPhone the app is enlarged and I can’t click on day 1 to start. I’ve re-downloaded it several times and it hasn’t fixed the issue.

Upgrade new version. Please upgrade the new version of this apps cause i really love used this apps to keep track my exercise.

Can’t complete the days…. The completed ticks are soo big that you can’t select the next day. I did 4 days and then couldn’t click on day 5. Totally useless.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not in app. People should know a few things about this app: 1. Doing core exercises don't give you abs, a low body fat% does. You have abs as much as you have a skeleton 2. Weight is lost by a calorie deficit. These exercises may get a blood rush to the core and DOM, but they're not very calorie intensive. 30 minutes of prolonged cardio (whatever requires an elevated heart rate) would be much better. 3. Body fat is lost in the kitchen, and a good low carb diet more effective than a poor diet and exercise. Both would be even better. Body fat is only lost when your blood sugar is low from a calorie deficit and burns your fat to make up for this. 4. Some of these exercises (namely the leg raise) can cause back problems. I recommend you look at stretching exercises beforehand. And 5. The rep expectation of the exercises does get pretty ridiculous after day 15. But if you want to stick with it go ahead

Not fitting. I have had this app in the past with a iPhone 7 and it has worked perfectly. Recently I got a iPhone 11 and the size of the app doesn’t adjust screen making it to zoomed in and very hard to use. Hopefully it gets fixed :)

Not for the iPhone X. Doesn’t work with the iPhone X screen. The ticked days are larger than the I selected days and they eventually cover the days you’re yet to complete so you’re unable to continue.

🧘🏻‍♂️. Extremely easy to use. Also very helpful app. Notifications set to a timer definitely is a major bonus for those who run on a daily schedule. Absolutely amazing.

Good but gets boring after day 10. The exercises are good with good explanations and images. Tracking calendar is motivating. However, simply increasing the reps of the same exercises day after day gets a bit boring. Any way to mix it up a little each day??

Great! Motivation? Fun? Restriction?. This app is really good! The motivation to get up and just do the exercise is great! It is fun to do just before you go to bed (or whenever you do it). Great kick start to exercise !. This is great app that's helped me kick start my exercises! The basic is good for beginners and the next level is ok after you've done the beginners for a couple of months! Hate the ads! But love the new thing that shows you how to do the exercise!! Sad. I used to love this app but now it won’t work because it isn’t compatible with my iPhone. The app won’t let me click onto the appropriate day as it only displays a section of a calendar and not the whole thing. Please fix this!!!

Why does the screen look too big. I have used the app previously and loved it very helpful however I have now reloaded it and the screen when clicked into the challenges with dates is too big and won’t let me select the day. How do I fix this as I don’t know how many of the exercises I need to be doing?

COMPATIBILITY WITH XR. PLEASE MAKE IT. it is my favourite app for fitness but I haven’t been able to use it in 4 years bc it’s not compatible with an iPhone XR pls update

I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS APP. This app is the best and most motivational fitness app I have used. You can set reminders and it will always make sure you get up and be active and do the fitness. It is very fun to do and I recommend doing it before you go to bed (or whenever you want).

Great app, but.... I would nearly go w this app five stars because it's easy to follow along and I'm enjoying the app so far... Unfortunately my progress hasn't been saved the last two days so when I enter the app it says I'm on day 1 instead of day 4 or 5. Would like to see that bug fixed in the next version.

Boring. Beginner level 1 is the same exercises day after day

easy workout layout. really easy to use and keep track of. it works easily and doesn’t glitch. keeps me motivated to keep working out in quarantine. love how it starts easy and get gradually harder. over the period of a few days i can tell i’m already getting more fit and comfortable with my body shape.

Downloaded with errors. When I downloaded this app it did not work property. The screen was zoomed so I was not able to click on any of the days to start the workouts. I have previously downloaded it and never had a problem. I then redownloaded it and the exact same thing happened. Not only was it with this challenge app but the others as well. I was quite disappointed as a few years ago when I used this program it was fantastic and I really enjoyed using it.

Calendar doesn’t not work properly. I’m not sure if it’s because of my phone (IPhone XR), but the calendar does not allow me to click on the days. Very disappointed.

Doesn’t fit on my screen. I understand if app won’t fit on screen. But you can’t click on day 2 unless day one is completed. This app should be under the joke section not health and fitness

Unable to Complete Day 1. The fonts and icons take up the whole screen so I’m unable to see certain days. I can’t even click on day 1 to begin the workout.

Can’t use on iPhone XR. I downloaded several of the 30 Day Challenge apps and none of them work with my iPhone XR. Can’t see the full calendar and the alerts I set up don’t work. Is there an update or fix available?

Size is completely skewed.. I can’t even click on Day 1 because it is off the end of my phone’s edge. Fonts and icons look way too big and are not even aligned. I used this app a while ago and it is great, but this time around it’s completely useless if I can’t even click on Day 1.

Wonky Calendat. Completion “stickers” don’t match up with circle size on calendar, so I can’t select the day I want.

Magnified. I just bought an iPhone 11 and when I went to open all the challenges apps like this one, I can’t see the calendar, I tried resetting stuff in my setting on the phone and nothing was working and only in these apps 🤯 I was all set to workout and couldn’t, I’ve wasted a 1/2 hours just trying to figure this out and realized maybe the app isn’t compatible with my phone.

Unusable. The app has been updated and no longer fits on my screen. I can’t progress because I can’t select the days on the far left of the screen.

too difficult too fast. I have three apps like this one, and the other two increase the exercises at a manageable rate. This one becomes much too difficult much too quickly. Maybe needs so revision.

Not working with iPhone XR. Download the sit-up, push-up and squat challenges. They worked with my last iPhone but not the my 1-year old XR. Don’t waste your time on this one - lots of other apps to pick from.

very good. i liked doing this challenge. i just completed it and saw a difference in my waist and saw the outline of abs coming in. make a 60 day version!!

Waist of time. Got to day 4 and I can’t select the next day. Same problems as everyone els. Things are poorly sized and you can’t select the day you want.

Developer won’t restore purchases. I paid for this app long ago. Developer made a change and the Restore Purchases won’t work. I emailed the developer and I got no response. I’m pretty upset. Why delete the old app and force people to buy again?

Challenging and motivating. This is a very interesting app that motivates you to do crazy abs exercises. However, I think sometimes it is too difficult and the challenges grow too fast.

Great app - but not for iPhone XR. This is a great app - I completed the program once before and saw awesome results, however, it hasn’t been compatible with iPhone XR for the longest time and it doesn’t seem like they’re going to try and fix it. Effective and simple. I appreciate the fact that this app is effective but not complicated or difficult in terms of understanding how to operate it and use it. The simplicity in the effectiveness keep me coming back.

Broken. I heard some good things about the app, decided to try it out, and it is broken from the minute you open it. The calendar is too big for the screen. The days on the left and right of the calendar are completely cut off and you can’t even start. Hopefully the developer fixes this because it looks like a pretty good app and I’d like to try a working version.

Unbalanced for a Beginner. I have all the other apps in this series. The is the only one I find completely impossible to keep up with. Not sure why the curve starts high and goes really up with a steep climb.

Please optimise for iPhone 11. I really like your 30 day challenge apps. Easy to use and very intuitive. Recently I noticed that icons and text are to big on iPhone 11 and go outside the viewpoint. Great job!

Great. This app is great so far I'm on day 4 and get gets a littler harder each day. Im paring it with a walking app and i must say i feel better already between walking a mile and a half a day and tummy exercise i know I'm on the right path.

My review. Ok this app is ok it’s free which is a good thing but like you have to click every 4 buttons to know your done while some apps do it automatically and no music hopefully there’s a free app with music connected to the app in a different app either than that it’s good way to workout

App not working. Love this app. But can’t use now the image is too big and I can’t press the numbers for my workout day. I have deleted and re-opened twice and still nothing has changed. Anyway to fix this? Thanks

Unusable. The app seems to work fine until you go to actually use it. The window is too big and does not fit on screen. The first and last column are practically off screen so you can even tap day 1 to get started. Happy to share a screenshot with developer to fix. I have used this app years ago and loved it. Was hoping to use it with the group from work but doesn’t look we can now.

Very good. I am an ex army ranger as a unit we really didn’t lift weights however we were in top fit shape Almost everything in this app is useful Just stick with it and results will happen I will say I use top level for maintenance There is no additional levels for higher fit

Love it. I love this app I’m already seeing progress And I love how there are multiple stages of difficulty so you can do exercises that is not to hard but not to easy for you

Ratio Incorrect. The calendar seems to be zoomed in. The first abs last column are not even showing on the screen so it starts with the number 2 and of course you can’t click it because the previous day wasn’t completed. Such a waist for doing challenges. Would’ve went given it 1 star. But I gave it 2 because luckily it still shows the exercises.

Great app calendar does not work on 11. I have enjoyed app for awhile, upgraded my phone and now calendar will not load properly. If that could be fixed would be great!

Can’t Look Ahead. While I do enjoy this app, it’s really obnoxious to not be able to look ahead at where you’ll be in a week, 2 weeks, or by the very end. Like many people, I like to know my end goal from the beginning.

Love it so much. I love this app. I’ve been working for weight loss apps and came across this, I now have my sister using it as well as myself. We love it, it’s so simple to use and it has timers for planks which I love if how thought out it is. For sure recommend.

My opinion. This is very good for young athletes to I am only on day 10 and I’m already seeing some changes And I have never been sore the next day I feel more productive everyday I do this it is a great way to burn off fat 😁😁😁

Great app - Easy to follow. I could only start at Beginner 2. So far, it is just enough. App makes it easy to progress. I like the countdown feature when doing planks. Takes the confusion out of what ab exercises to do. Just follow and work.

Just starting. I like it so far, great reminder after I’ve been busy all day and forget to do it. The only thing is the notification keeps reminding me to do the 6th day and I’m on my 23rd day now. Then it does the day that I am on as well.

Didn’t work on my phone.... So I had this on my old iPhone 6s and I liked it! I wasn’t consistent with it so I didn’t see any effects, but this review is not about if it works or not. But after I got the iPhone XR, I tried to re-download it, but it wasn’t working right. It was very cut off on all sides. I was very disappointed because I liked the app, but I got a new one that I actually like better.

Amazing. I have been using it for almost a week, and I am already seeing results. It is also completely free, so no more gym membership and you can do it at you own time which is awesome

Not Compatible with iphone 11. I’ve used this app for awhile & I recently upgraded my phone where I ran into a HUGE issue. The app does not pull up the full calendar screen which of course does not allow me to click on the days I need. Huge inconvenience. Hopefully it’s fixed soon.

The calendar is stuck and will not advance to the next work out. I emailed the company but have not heard back yet. I did the first few days and then there was a day of rest but when I went to state that I had accomplished that task, it will not save and will not let me advance. I paid for the premium which is only $2.99 but nonetheless, I like the app and would like it to work.

Would be better if the calendar fit. I have an Apple iPhone 11 X and the calendar doesn’t let me select day one in any of the levels. I have deleted and redownloaded, I have tried turning the phone and nothing seems to help! I just keep hitting day 2 and it tells me I must complete previous day first! IM TRYING!

Screen doesn’t fit iPhone. I downloaded this app after my dad raves about it. Unfortunately, after downloaded deleting and downloading again it doesn’t fit my iPhone screen so when I would go to do the workout the days of the calendar were all over the screen and I couldn’t click day 1 hence not letting me utilize the app or do the exercises. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to trying it.

Needs update. I used to use this app all the time a few years ago. Really made ab workouts easy. For whatever reason, when you go into any of the 30 day an challenges, they’re all zoomed in, so I can’t even select day 1 on any of them. And if I hit 2 it says I must complete 1. Please fix this, I really enjoyed using this app in the past.

100% good app need support tho. Love it works my core have a six pack now only thing I got confused is leg raises 70x popped up twice in 1 day for workout is that a glitch?

Please update for iPhone 10. I love these apps. However it doesn’t seem compatible with the screen width on the iPhone X. I cannot get past day four because the checkmarks are so big they cover the option to select that day and beyond. Doesn’t seem to be a workaround.

I can’t use the app. I wanted to post a picture with this comment but it wouldn’t let me. I have the iPhone XR and it’s almost like the set up for the app is to in large for my phone. It’s almost like it’s zoomed in, but I can’t zoom out or move it over. I’m not able to even select day one because it off of the screen.

Builds up too fast. Good app for reminding you to do the exercise but it builds up from an innocent start too fast at beginner level. Day 1 is 15 sit ups; 5 crunches; 5 leg raises; 10 second plank Day 30 is 125 sit ups; 200 crunches; 65 leg raises; 120 second plank Very quickly it was taking me too long to complete the activities.

I would be giving this 5 stars but... I used to use this app on my iPhone 7 and loved it. I saw great results, and helped me get started without being overwhelmed. BUT now it won’t work with my iPhone 11. The calendar is all zoomed in and I can’t click on the days. I’m seeing that this has been an issue for many people for a while now. My 1 Star review will go to a 5 star review quickly if I could actually use the app.

5 stars all the way. This app helps you stay on time with workouts and has great, new, unique exercises. 30 day ab will defiantly allow you to reach you stomach goal.

Totally great app. I am giving this a five because I’m already seeing results on day 5. I am not eating on a diet, but I do drink lots of water. This is an awesome app and anyone can do these exercises.

Errors and no support. I seriously used to love this app. I got a new iPhone and I don’t know if that is the problem, but when I reinstalled the app the interface is so large that I can’t tap on day one to do the exercises. And of course it won’t let you tap on day two or any other day before you complete day one. Now this app is useless.

Please fix the app!. I’ve used this app for two years and absolutely loved it and have gotten many friends on. Ab challenge app. This app is awesome! I start so many workout challenges and forget what day I’m on lol. I use this app along with working out 5-6 days a week and I’ve noticed some definition finally! Lol love this app! *this is a real person* lol

Looks cool but not compatible with iPhone 11. The app looks cool but the size of the challenge calendar is too large to fit the screen of the iPhone and it won’t allow to see or select the day 1 challenge. Might just need some minor tweaking, but completely useless at this point

The App Is Malfunctioning. I have an for some reason I am unable to use this app. The display is zoomed in like crazy and I can’t access the left or right columns of the workout calendar, which means I can’t even select day one. I’ve used this app in the past and it worked well for me, so it upsets me to see it malfunctioning in such a big way. I hope this is fixed soon. If it turns out that the problem isn’t the app, I will of course change my rating.

Very helpful reminder to exercise. I love the reminder which helps with sticking to it- I took a hiatus but never removed the app and am grateful it kept talking to me everyday reminding me to be healthy- so it works to keep you engaged even if you need to take a break/can't justify the time/insert excuse.

Nonsense & Useless. This App was great when I had an older phone. But with IPhone 11 and possibly greater, the app is not updated so you can see each day of the week on your screen. You can’t do the challenge if you can’t access each day of the week. This has been reported, and nothing has been done to fix this, which makes this nonsense app useless.

Terrible glitches. I downloaded this app today and I was hoping for something better than what I was expecting. This is unusable, when I go to click on day 1 all of the other are off the screen making it impossible to access. You might say Just delete and re-download but already tried TWICE do better!!

Ab. Wow, this workout is the best , I can't tell you how tight my abs are , I'm 62 years old and my abs look great and my cloths fit much better , I'm on day 17, so pleased My née phone 11 won’t allow the screen to show me the workout, what can I do ?

App issues. I’m having issues clicking on the first day?!? It’s not centered on my screen and the first column is almost completely off the screen, so I cannot click on it and if I click any where else it gives me an error saying I need to start in the beginning. Do it!. Well-worth your time. It definitely works. I did the Intermediate Level 2 thinking it would not show results, but it is perfect for home ab workouts that are effective.
