Give me the option to Make the cart disappear because.... I have 200 items, Half the screen is taken up with the cart when it could used for browsing and selecting products! The option to make the collection images smaller would be helpful Shopify😉to remove the bottleneck🍼 Beside that, this app works very well with my Shopify site.

Update is worse. Since the recent update, when you email a customer a receipt, it no longer saves the email under their customer information. You have to go back to their “profile” and type it again again a second time. Not sure why they look away this feature, it used to be so much easier.

Terrible App. This app is super buggy. I tried downgrading to the lite version on Shopify and now I can’t get it to work on the iPhone. It was asking for a pin and denying access because it’s stuck thinking it’s in pro mode. Deleted app and reinstalled now it just gives me a 401 and no other options to reset the app, sign in, or anything. It just shows a location screen that indicates there’s no location found.

Tap to pay on iPhone issues. This feature was already hit or miss, but it hasn’t worked in a while. I have missed out on sales due to this. I have contacted customer service and troubleshooted. I have ordered a new reader so I hope that helps.

Hates the card reader. Works fine as long as you don’t use tap and chip. You’ll spend hours to pair this thing up for it to unlink when you have a sale. So cash is king…lol. Getting a support rep is easy if you like an AI chat repeating the same response over and over until you get a person. Then, a rehash of what you’ve already tried to do it again. Adding in the additional frustration of texting the whole back and forth in communication, when a phone call would’ve been quicker and easier for the business side. But, I get it. They already sold us the thing, what a better way to get us to buy another device instead of fixing the problems. Also, there are random updates that will cause the whole to go down at predictable intervals, like Black Friday, tax season or back to school. Then nothing will connect again. Have fun.

Very slow checkout process. Takes about 45sec to 60sec to do one simple sale. Multiply that by 10+ customers waiting in line. Process used to be very fast, about 4-5 sec. Shopify says it’s our local network but it happens on all 3 of our business locations?? We get full WiFi speeds at our locations. Also miss the grid layout as well. When searching products the keyboard hides most of the product results and they aren’t alphabetical anymore.

Card Reader Consistently Disconnects. The card reader consistently disconnects. This slows down our business and causes the appearance of subpar customer service. Shopify customer service always consist of a link and email support which also slows down business. This is an entrepreneurs nightmare. We just want things to work, we have enough problems.

Horrible update. What was the point of this horrible unnecessary update?!? Where’s daily current total, do I need to add up each sale on my phone to see how much we are so far? Before I’ve had all my store items on the screen, so I can just click on one and add it. Nooow, with those tiles, to have them all on the main screen, I need to do it MANUALLY ONE BY ONE (to add it to the main screen). What if there are 300 items let’s say?!? Why “accepts marketing” option in the receipt is ON by default? Those are just few things that really made me hate this app after 1 day of using it. Oh, and the price that went up.

On the fence. While I love the sleek new look, I notice a few things have been taken away and now requires a paid upgrade to Pro. Something as simple as the ability to send the cart to a customer is no longer available unless you pay to upgrade? It’s been free for the 8 years I’ve been using it! Maybe I have more to learn so I will update my review but for now, I give it 3 stars

Needs more features to be functional. There are SO many features that are needed before this app is actually functional. There needs to be a search for products and collections when adding this to the home grid. More tiles on the home grid. Let me add multiple unique items to the cart from the custom item sale before this. It takes so long to add 1 item and then select custom item again. Let me add multiple from the custom item screen. Generally this needs better search functions. More intuitive payment screen and connect to my CC reader once and don’t make me reconnect it every hour.

Great in theory. Mostly works great with one major flaw. The contactless payment rarely works when needed. There is usually some update that needs to happen (my apps are set to update automatically but for some reason this one never does) or some other troubleshooting you can do to get it to work eventually but it’s of little help when you’re trying to use it with a customer. You don’t want to sit and troubleshoot in front of them. Instead, the vast majority of my orders have to be done manually. It’s not the end of the world but certainly doesn’t feel very professional when it’s clearly not working as anticipated.

Issues never solved. Giving a 1 star due to the high costs and the problems that we have facing for almost an year and no resolutions. My biggest concern is regarding the inventory updates. For some products, the inventory that shows on the primary product page is not correct. We have to click on the product details to see the right number. Many time it shows as sold out, and when you click on the product details, it shows the right number. It’s very confusing. They said it could be related to the apple iOS, and that we have to update the IOS, but we always update it and the problem is still there.

Updated: App doesn’t work. now FIXED. Spoke with an employee of the company. We were able to get it fixed. Had to force quit. Haven’t used it yet though, but I’m able to see my items on the app. I keep deleting and reinstalling. iOS and app up to date. Keeps giving me an error message about location and won’t let me type or exit out which is why I delete and reinstall.

Terrible Card Reader /Policy. We are on #5, that’s right, FIFTH card reader. Shopify itself is a great tool, but their card readers are awful. Doesn’t matter which model (we’ve bought multiple) they are constantly disconnecting or worse giving the “red light of doom” error. We’ve checked our wifi, updated our systems, and are ULTRA careful about not moving our reader just in case. Haven’t had reader issues with other companies thus far. Be prepared to drop $$$$ for card readers, and if they simply stop working- don’t expect Shopify to help or offer a reimbursement. As a previous user stated, we have to constantly manual enter credit cards. We lose out on sales, especially if folks don’t carry their physical cards on them and expect to pay via tap. Everything else seems to work great.

No one listens to the basic missing features. Been trying to tell them Since years that the basic functionality is missing like a different online and offline pricing or location wise pricing this is a Must

Meh, it works fine. Just fine.. Not wonderful, not terrible, just fine. Like when on a hot day, and you are craving some cool fresh water, but you only have half a bottle that rolled out from under the seat of your car. You’re still going to drink it, but there’s no satisfaction involved. Again; it’s fine. It works (mostly). It keeps you alive. But in no way would it ever be your first choice.

Requires restarting the phone every few minutes. Used the app for the first time in a trade show and was excited when the first tap to pay went through. Then every transaction after had it grayed out. Going into settings showed it disconnected and said to “restart the phone” for my new IPhone 14 Pro. Every time a customer had to wait for the phone to restart and then tap to pay worked. If it could stay connected I’d rate it a 4 since the interface could use improvement when navigating, but it is usable and a good starting point.

Give us back the tiles!. The new “Smart Grid” is anything but, forcing a product search to show up in an alternate pop up search menu instead of just narrowing down options on the home screen is the opposite of streamlined, and forcing the creation of a button to apply rewards instead of connecting it directly to customer accounts adds complications that just aren’t necessary. If there were a way to keep this app how it was before the update, or “new design”, I would. As it is, I’m looking for alternate options.

Can’t make a return without attaching to an order!. You cannot return an item for refund of cash or gift card if the item being returned is a gift with no order to attach to. If you can find the order and return the item the gift giver gets the return as well as notification of the return. Needs a simple option to return item for gift card or cash. Clover has this option.

Don’t update tap card reader!. Don’t apply the latest tap card reader or it will brick your reader. This happened to two of our devices. Had to get replacements because the tamper lights came on. The update got to 99% then failed leaving the four blue lights on the reader. Once the battery drains two red lights come on and it no longer works. No way to recover. Please test this more thoroughly going forward.

Don’t expect much, they will let you down sooner or later. Shopify trick you into thinking this is the best all around software for small business owners at the beginning, and just before the holiday season they give you a big price jump; If you don’t want to go with the new pricing, they cut your service that you have been using for over a year to bare minimum (lite). Not only we don't get a break for the pandemic, they are making our life even more difficult. We are now on Shopify lite, and guess what, they took away the exchange function. Do you know any successful retail boutique store that doesn't provide exchange services?

Great app. Excellent app , solid and dependable. We work abroad and local , we need reliability , flexibility and concrete functions , this app and service provide every bit of that and more ! Thank you. Keep it up!

Excellent platform. I recently switched from Wix to Shopify and the process was seamless everything is easy to use and convenient

Update 9.0.0. Rating as 1 star but I would rate as 0 if I could. If this change is reverted the rating will change back to five stars. The miniaturization of certain UI components that was introduced with this update (search as the search bar above the tile grid) is terrible. These are key components that need to be accessible quickly and making the components harder to find is not ideal in a retail situation. The new blue gradient that was added behind the grid is a obtuse nuance as the proportionality of the grid is not orthogonal to the rest of the UI components.

Poor connection, high cost.. It’s a great app, my biggest problem is the card readers regularly do not connect. Which is very poor customer service for us because we have to manually enter our customers debit cards, which takes time. This slows down our efficiency. The app also takes a fee for manually entering card information. The return policy for defective card readers is no returns. Overall, the cost for the deficiency in this app is very high.

V7 Variant Bug?. When scanning a product with multiple variants but a common UPC the app now arbitrarily selects a variant and adds it to the cart, bypassing the variant selection screen. Potentially causing over/under charges and inventory count issues. This must be fixed.

Issues on iPad 9.7. The fonts are an issue as the tiles now have to be scrolled and the group buttons have a lag. I had setup a collection called QuickPOS to have items that we don’t barcode. Bringing up that collection now is slower. Also the post sale screen I have to scroll to email a receipt as the 4 across buttons have been replaced. We email most of our receipts.

Poor card connection. I had to take an additional 5-10 minutes just to checkout customer due to the card not connecting. I had to manually put card information in and they will charge a higher fee for the app not working. I have all bars plus 5g and it stated I didn’t have internet connection but I did! The app just didn’t accept the card as the “tap” option! Very poor customer experience and service for such an expensively paid app/service! Replying back: - the 5g is on my cell phone. Brand new iPhone 14 max with AT&T network. Never had issues before with internet until the app.

Credit card reader goes out almost everyday. Still no resolution to this and support is support inconsistent/unreliable. They basically just tell you it’s too bad. It’s been an issue that has caused countless problems and my employees are constantly upset bc of it. It’s really difficult working with support as they have no replacements available and offer no solutions. Nearly ruined my business over the past 6 months.

DO. NOT. TRUST. EVERRRRR. I went months with no issues, all of a sudden they steal my money and tell me they’re holding all of my money for 6month and DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A REASON WHY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEN WITH YOUR BUSINESS !!!! Total violation of my rights and the law and you will be hearing from my lawyer They don’t have customer service. The help center is a joke. Do not trust them with your business

Yikes! Don’t trust your income with this app. Doesn’t even offer a connection option for the Shopify branded swipe and chip reader…in fact it only offers connection to the discontinued audio port and lightning readers that show as discontinued on their support page. Only documentation doesn’t match the app so I am not without a way to accept CC

User management removed. User management removed from free version to compel users to upgrade. Crappy move on the part of Shopify to make us pay for an app that is lousy at what it does already. For example - very difficult to track orders from web in bricks and motor location. Why can’t online orders for I store pick up be set up to automatically print in store where they need to be fulfilled. Or at least generate on screen alerts or pings so floor staff members can prepare orders for pick ups. No. This must be monitored in a seperate back office app that is not at all user friendly on an iPad

It’s just pretty looking but horrible. Since the update, it has sync issues with products, so I keep having to keep duplicating a product page until it syncs. To use the different developments, like adding a tile, it sometimes lets you do that, and most times no. To add salt to the wound, you’re charging an extra $89 per Brick and mortar above the monthly fee for this, which is not efficient AT ALL.

Old users credentials are permanently stored. We are having a user caching issue. The first user to ever log into this app seems to be stuck. We went as far as formatting the entire iPad and again on a fresh new install (no log in credentials were) asked. After installing the app it went strait to the pin screen where only the pin for the first user works. It’s like something with the iCloud user name possibly is stuck caching those credentials. Logging out and in with another user only works for a minute or two where they are auto logged out (it requires your pin only) and again. Only the initial first user who logged in pin will work. Even though they were logged out. Or in our case on a clean fresh install haven never logged in and have absolutely no passwords or credentials saved anywhere. So I’m totally confused how you can even log in without needing credentials is pretty scary and needs to be patched immediately! I’ve submitted a ticked for this issue with support as well but it doesn’t look like anything is progressing with that.

Having issues.. All the sudden the app doesn’t work. Won’t update. And now the app isn’t even showing as an icon on my phone but it still says it’s updating in the App Store.... This app is very useful to my everyday life and now it’s just a burden to my cc sales when I drop off clothing in person... please help.

Messing up when I need to move quickly>:/. I’ve been using the app for over a month now and everything has been smooth until the last week or 2. When I type in the 1st word of a product to bring it up quickly, product is nowhere to be found and I have to manually go and search for it when I’ve got customers waiting to swipe their card. Some products just didn’t pop up at all and I have to explain to customer that receipt will show a different product but price will still be the same. Not very good.

Stuck On Select Location During Login. Worked great all of last year, but the newest update has made it unusable. It logged us out for the update, and now when we try to login, it gets stuck on the select location page. We click our location and then the select location button, and just keep getting prompted to reselect the location over and over again. Completely ruined our market yesterday because we couldn’t login to accept sales.

Doesn’t sync well with online, card readers constantly lose connection. We have this in four stores and the card readers are constantly disconnected/disconnecting, not responding to resets, etc. imagine having four stores and having to manually enter cards all day (and pay a higher transaction fee to do such). On top of that, its sync with our online store is always off, resulting in customers purchasing things that are out of stock and headaches all around. Seriously considering switching after years of this crap!

Save Cart Feature : Bring it Back!!. We desperately need the save cart feature back. When multiple customers are shopping at once it is the ONLY way to keep track of people’s items without multiple re-entries of the same item, or handwriting item numbers and customer names to re enter into Shopify later. We’d love to see it back by Christmas.

GO BACK TO CLASSIC. Hey Shopify- Listen to your feedback! Among other things sales associates can no longer see the current daily total until they close out the register. If you have ever worked in retail you understand that being able to check daily totals throughout the day is imperative- employees need to be able to check progress on daily sales goals, which increases and encourages both moral & incentive. Going to analytics on the app is not a solution- this is not acceptable. Again, LISTEN to your customers and make the changes we are requesting. Thanks for your time.

Bugs in stable version. Erratic behavior, showing a different subtotal than the actual items in the cart and sometimes adding tax to tax exempt items on the checkout (right side) of the screen. The app sometimes freezes at login and will not allow the 4 digit PIN to be entered, or allows the first 1-3 digits and then freezes. Shopify Support doesn’t have any solutions other than to delete the app and reinstall. Also, update to latest iPadOS version. Waiting years for the ability to add permanent Custom Sale options with variable price. Shopify, you can do better!

Customer Service is not helpful. There’s a glitch in my system that can’t be figured out and it’s a big problem when checking out customers. They don’t seem to care that I have to deal with this problem and get back to me with an email that I can’t respond to.

Poor function and poor support. Discounted line items add up to a different total at the sum of the sale. When brought up with tech support the only response received was; “Expected Behaviour”. I interpret this as they just don’t care that they can’t do math. This is only one of the many bugs I have presented and they don’t seem to care.

Doesn’t show all of the products. When I type in a product it doesn’t always pull it up but it’s clearly available in the system. This proves to be a problem while my customers are waiting in line to pay for their items...they said they fixed this issue but they in fact did not.

Slow checkout process. The app is great, but it’s still not at the right level of checkout efficiency that I require. Whenever I scan a barcode with a handheld scanner, it requires additional steps, such as selecting the color and size. The barcode is already assigned to a unique product so why bother with all these extra steps. The card readers also always disconnect are not that efficient.

Application does not open. I try to open it but that kick me out - what is the problem ?

Not a happy customer. Got no notice I was being switched to the new Pro version, had a customer trying to checkout when I discovered I’d been switched. Called Shopify to ask how to checkout and discovered there is no more live person to help I have to wait and get a text for a person to call me back later. Shopify made me look very unprofessional. Do not like the black background. However Madison was very sweet and helpful.

Allow your manual entry credit card to scan the card!. One missing feature dictated a 4 star! But I know you’ll add it 😃 then I’ll update my review! Thank you Shopify.

Design is not user friendly. I get that new software is going to tiles because grids are so what....90s but seriously this does not make a user friendly checkout process. If the designers want tiles then why not create the feature to add a grid under a tile for example my location: “space A” so everything I sell is for “space A” tile created as a grid. Then more tiles can be used for other functional use. I watched the video and they lack information needed for small businesses that work pop up location like art fairs and such. Shopify I rave to others about how simple and user friendly everything is and this update is crap. Why change a system that works with the grid and before holiday season.

Printer Bug. Since 8.16.2 my docket printers no longer print from any other software or devices. The POS app is trying to be helpful and auto detect printers, but it locks them out for other users. Very frustrating for my cafe which has had no dockets for a week!

So handy for market businesses. We use this app to track sales at our market. It's great because it keeps our stock up to date on the website instantly. Easy to use and immediately updates in Shopify reports etc. Two requests: 1) can you create a location prompt when opening the app (at least at start of day), I have staff that forget to swap locations and then the reports don't match. Or a way to change location in order if it's entered incorrectly? 2)when is the Shopify POS payments mobile swipe machine going to be available in Australia? Thank you.

Missing the most important part. Shopify POS still lacks integrated EFTPOS in Australia. Our current POS has had this feature for years but doesn’t talk to our Shopify website. As most of our sales are in-store, we are more likely to change our website platform to something that works with our shop POS, rather than taking away the speed and accuracy advantages of integrated EFTPOS to suit Shopify.

Fantastic worked straight away. This is a great app, easy to setup and use. It'll be great when Laybys are allowed.

Total rubbish. Very disappointing. Was expecting much more from Shopify.

Very disappointing. We have used the previous version for a few years, it isn’t perfect but you can do what you need. The new version is very average, has all these new features that are supposed to make it great but hasn’t addressed any of the previous things that needed fixing. Now it is going to cost much more. Basic functions like scanning products are very glitchy, sometimes work easily sometimes don’t work at all with the scanner we have used for over 2 years. Very average product for the price now, would be fine if your needs were very basic, if you have products with lots of variants, customer accounts, accept appro’s & returns, need accounts to sub total for customer payments, find one that at least you get the features you need for the money.

Bad ratings. Their new version is hopeless,makes everything more complicated Takes forever to find a product. Massive mistake to launch this useless product.

ISSUES WITH NEW POS LITE ..not happy at all. New POS LITE - can’t save multiple customer cart anymore - can’t do a quick exchange for customer in our shop .. coming in to busy time instore and ridiculous to only have refund option now as we only exchange - can’t do layby - already pay enough each month to then lose features we are use to and have to pay lots of $$$ Time to look elsewhere to get what I need for my small business unless we get the features back YOU CHARGED US FOR POS PRO !!! 😡 AND WE ONLY HAVE AND USE THE NEW AND AWFUL POS LITE as we can’t afford to pay you anymore than we already do FIX IT URGENTLY

Removing the price override functionality. Why was this removed, it was such a useful tool. Now we must use the calculator manually and deduct which just takes twice as long, i do not understand why it was removed. To make way? To make way for what. Ridiculous update with low IQ developers and design.

Wisepad 3 and your updates have made it worse!!. Ever since the new update my wisepad3 will no longer accept automatic touch and go payments. I have to now manually enter cards. It's very annoying! Plus not only that, for it to actually connect. I have to turn my phone off, then the wisepad on, then turn my phone back on for it to connect. Otherwise it has so many issues. I see a lot of people complaining about the exact same thing, so please focus on that before adding more features.

Shopify have done it. Incredibly stable. Has increased our closure rate significantly. Reduces staff and warehouse Costs. Streamlines internal logistics for local deliveries. Increases margin with more relevant product info at fingertips. So intuitive. Flexible. Fast. Easy. Reinvigorates sales teams. Thanks Shopify. The platform to end all platforms.

New update thumbs down. The new update leaves a little bit to be desired. Grid view of products is gone along with side scrolling through grid view. Cannot find a way to get it back.

Very expensive. Really like the POS and all linked to the website but so expensive. I’ve never used the old version so can’t compare. I think they need to look at the costs. I’m paying over $150 aud per month then get hit with international transaction fees from the bank.

It's ok. Would be nice to link with credit cards for payments .

Love it!. We use POS for our pop up shops through Australia and its been nothing but amazing. The only thing that could make it better is barcode password for staff instead of numbers.

So easy. This makes selling from anywhere possible. Easy to setup and use.

Requires some development still. Shopify POS is sluggish when processing transactions. We have download internet speed of over 100mbps yet the pos takes a long time to process (compared to square). In Australia our staff would like to see: - Integrated with payment eftpos terminals such as tyro - Fast transaction button to quickly take cash/card. There are too many buttons/pages to press in one transaction. Especially when you try square and their system is so quick and easy! - Drag and drop products on the homescreen instead of them listed in alphabetical order - Staff login needs improving. The pin system isn’t efficient as with multi sites and huge staff, pin codes are taken and easy to use another persons login For the money you pay for POS being $50 usd per month, you would expect a better faster, easy pos system.

Update causing issues. I have just updated and since then my pos keeps locking up, needing to lodged in, won’t log in, and prints 3x receipts every time. I have done the adjustment’s suggested but we are still having issues

Great app, except missing one big business criteria.. Have been enjoying the App and how organized I can keep my sales and inventory. I love the instant receipts to my customers. My only issue is I have no way to enter my costs and get reports on profits from my sales. This would be ideal.

Not worth the cost on the pro plan. Run an Aussie business using Shopify. The pro pos plan is expensive to run in Australia. I will be switching to another product that has all the pos features a retail business need.

Bring back the old. I used to love shopify and spoke highly of the software for quite some time. Unfortunately within the past year with major updates like the barcode printer and pos software has left me searching for a new system to use. The new register app doesn’t even tell you how much you’ve earned for the day.

Garbage. What is up with Shopify and making the most useless software where you need 1000 apps to get anything done properly.

App does not support EPSON receipt printer. Buyer beware! This app is good except, if you want to print reciepts, the EPSON model they have suggested DOES NOT CONNECT. No one will help but they are “very concerned” and “someone will email you” I don’t know when but it hasn’t happened yet

Need after pay integration. Waste of time if we can’t accept afterpay

Terrible Update. The new layout is terrible, the functionality is gone, every process takes you to another screen. Was this made by someone who has never used a POS before? How do you go back to the old erosion without paying the ridiculous fees being charged. This is enough t make change from Shopify and I have been a customer for six years!

WisePad3 is the most useless thing. WisePad3 in Australia is the most useless device ever. I wish I never switched from Square but I have to deal with it now. We spend 20 mins per day trying to connect the device. I have 3 of them and Shopify has sent me a replacement one for one of them. Nothing has changed. If you want to pay your staff $30 per hour to connect this device every day, go for it.

Won’t save PIN. Can’t get past the set PIN page. Won’t save, so can’t use the app at all.

What a rip off this is now. So unhappy. Massivley disappointed in this new upgrade. Unless we fork put a small fortune each month x several locations, all the features we had previously have now been removed. We already pay a lot of money to shopify and now on top of that they want USD $90 per month, per location, to access the features we’ve already had for years? So unimpressed. Now is not the time to be doing something like this to merchants that were relying on the POS to keep our businesses running! The layout is also awful. Big thumbs DOWN from us! And in response to the comment left by Shopify, I think you guys are seriously out of touch with your customers. This basic LITE version doesn’t even have an ability to exchange?! For an instore POS system, you have to go through a crazy process of doing a refund, emailing the customer a gift card, waiting till that comes through on their phone (if they have it with them), using the gift card to credit the balance. Have you ever experienced that process yourselves in store as either a retailer or a consumer? It’s insane. Thank you for the suggestion of contacting your support. I did that, and then waited 9 days for a response. If I could give this review negative stars I would do so!

Getting Greedy. Agreed the changes to the pricing for POS is ridiculous and the other options available are looking much better again. Can’t even add missing/new products directly from the POS app anymore either now. Costs more has less features 👎

Very expensive. I used to love this app last year before there was a pro version for consideration. But now it just seems like a very very expensive POS app. As many others have said prior, it’s extortion and I doubt that they will reduce the cost despite so many complaints. Fair is fair but I feel this is way overpriced. It really needs to be reduced by half at least.... Adding further insult, the latest update has made my app sooo slow too so I’ll be on the lookout for a new system, especially if this price stays the same. You guys are a business and it’s fine to make a fair profit but you guys got really greedy.

New pricing model is extortion. The switch to the new pricing model for POS Pro/Lite is an absolute ripoff. Essential features that were present in the previous (free) POS are suddenly placed behind a forced upgrade and a steep paywall, right in the middle of some of the most challenging economic conditions we’ve ever seen. You are effectively holding small businesses hostage with this change and we will be reporting this to the ACCC. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Orders tab not suitable for multiple locations. This app has one major flaw for companies that have more than one physical location. Currently if a sale is made in "store 1" the staff in "store 2" can see the sale in the "orders" tab. In fact they can see every sale your entire business makes. I do not want my staff to know my turnover figures. It can also discourage staff from trying if they can see another store is hitting the targets for them. Perhaps a "show only orders from this ipad" in the location setting. Or an option to limit the "POS only" staff to only seeing orders from the iPads location.

Updated tracking WTD/MTD. The latest updates took away the drop-down option on POS to track ‘yesterday’, ‘week to date’, ‘month to date’ statistics and its near impossible to react to trade now!

New POS upgrade needs work URGENTLY. I LOVED the previous Shopify pos app. It HAD all the features we need. Since upgrading, I do not believe we should have to pay US $85/month just to be able to have the same functions and features as we had before. That’s roughly AU$125-$130 PER MONTH. We’re now missing the ability to: 1. Initiate a lay-by (partially paid order) This is an enormous oversight and needs urgent attention. OR if the ability exists, some instruction on how to. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. 2. Search for a partially paid order using the customer name, the process which makes the most sense. We now have to scroll through the list of orders (all orders) to see which ones are partially paid, it’s impossible. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. 3. Staff pins? Trying to issue my staff a PIN number via admin as can’t work how to do it in POS app. (they had one each before, 5 staff in total) and all I get is “Pin is already taken”. Plus I can’t see my staff listed in Shopify admin. AGAIN, URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. 4. The “add custom sale” tile takes you to a screen where it’s very easy to add the amount, BUT the design and layout really leads you to press the “+1” button rather than the “add to cart” button which seems quite hidden in the top right corner. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. 5. Add to cart. Paying an extra $85 (US!) per month is an extreme extra cost for a feature that was previously included as standard. The technology has not changed for this feature. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. 6. Remove extra steps. Please, to be exact, a fourth option in the bottom row toolbar, that is a simple “back to checkout” option. I should not have to press 5 buttons (at minimum) to get back to the cart page. It takes valuable time and is extremely frustrating. URGENT ATTENTION REQUIRED. Speed and accuracy are the most important things to consider in a busy retail environment. This upgrade has so much potential, but considering the above is clunky and does not consider the merchant in a retail environment at all. If you’re going to upgrade and rebuild an app in complete usability and layout, then the existing services should still be available for the same subscription rate. We’re already paying for a system which now has LESS features, and your profit is going up, right? These matters need urgent attention, as we are heading into the Christmas period and cannot afford more time and money spent for a system that worked perfectly well before the update. It pains me to consider looking at other options than Shopify. I do not want to retrain my staff, or rebuild my store or POS system. Please fix these issues as a matter of extreme urgency. In the future when an upgrade is planned (BEFORE it is implemented) I strongly suggest deeper level merchant liaison and feedback, and restructure based on this feedback. Still a Shopify fan, just not a happy one at the moment. As previously mentioned, the above mentioned matters were already standard prior to the upgrade. Isn’t Shopify as a corporation making enough money from subscriptions and Addons and percentages of online sales, without adding on the massive new POS fees just for the same features we had? Please work these UX issues out as a matter of urgency, or my money (your profit) walks.

Extortion. I used to love shopify. Over time I’ve realised I’ve invested so much time in to this system that I’ve made myself vulnerable to their ad-hoc changes and price hikes. You cannot trust that the features you have today will be there tomorrow. Or, if the features you need will be moved beyond a paywall that is more than 100% higher than your current costs. Basically, you can’t trust them to have your back. Don’t get this point of sale program if you’re a new business, small business, or start-up. Don’t get this system ESPECIALLY if you’re a single store brick-and-mortar. The basic features you need are not there (being able to save a cart or make an exchange). The basic features are behind the much more expensive tier of pricing. Shopify leave out key functions and then advise you to purchase (subscribe) to third party apps to bring those functions in. So, the actual cost of a working system is FAR HIGHER THAN YOU THINK. Just, don’t do it.

Basics covered. Not yet ready for Australia. Good overall POS with some decent features. Simple features missing though such as cash rounding, fulfilment at POS, TYRO integration (or other EFTPOS terminal), and global sales holds. Having a diverse range of apps to select from is ok, but some basics could be covered out of the box such as the ability to process/retrieve a saved draft order via POS rather than having to pay for an app to be able to do this.

Very disappointing. We have been using POS for years and now to access the same features we had you want us to pay $90 usd per location per month! Which is Absolutely crazy. Just add the ability to exchange items in the lite option would be helpful.

Shopify pos to slow. To find your product, then try and enter it as a sale is too slow a process with the hardware compatible in Australia

Im only talking about performance in AU One note... if your not fully ready to roll out in AU DON’T ! no payment intergration! for a busy store this is a must! manual payment processing is dangerous since it can cause errors! mpop intergrations dont work. After trying thousand times to print receipt and scan barcodes!!!! Support told us mpop dont work in AU! Excuse me.... but it is jn recomended hardware. in summary very disapointed!

It’s ok. Would love the ability to import customer details from stored phone records and to take part payments on invoices. Good but could be awesome with some work

Won’t load. Won’t import my store, continually asks to retry and still won’t load store even after reinstall. Might have to change back to my wix store so I can use POS at markets again instead of losing sales

4 years, still no cash rounding. Been using Shopify for almost 4 years but have encountered non-stop accounting workload since opening a physical store in 2016, all because this app STILL doesn’t have cash rounding. Every time I ask, I get told “it’s on the roadmap”. Oh well. At least I’m moving my business to an app that works.

New to Shopify. I love the functionality of this system and how intuitive it is. It would be so much better if I could add the wholesale cost of an item to the backend. This would make stocktake so much easier and end of financial year reports a breeze. Please consider adding this to further enhancements.

Broken. It asks for a code for connecting but I never set it up. No way to go back or disconnect and reset doesn't do anything on ios.

New POS is inconvenient to navigate and an eye sore.. As a small business Shopify customer for almost 6 years we have always enjoyed the ease and design of the services offered. After being forced to upgrade to the new POS system because our new products would no longer sync we are frustrated and displeased with the product. Having to scroll through large lists of inventory is stressful and inconvenient while ringing through orders. Not being able to use thumbnail photos for our collections slows down navigation. The blown up font throughout is an eye sore and is visually overwhelming. Having to switch to a new page to add a discount in the cart or adding a custom sale is poorly thought out. Disappointed that they’ve now forced small businesses to upgrade another $89usd to use some of the same tools we had before such as saving carts. The old POS design was sleek, easy to use and had a FAR superior design and aesthetic. It is so unenjoyable to use the new version we are already searching out other options to switch to, as the Shopify support team said there was no way we could switch back and no updates coming in the near future. Would NOT recommend setting up your POS system with Shopify unless there is a design update or better customization. Option to use old version should be made available. **Update: Shopify’s remedy in the reply does not do anything to ease navigation for a product catalogue larger than 20 skus. My frustrations with this, to be frank, hideous, upgrade remain the same!

Forces you to upgrade to pro. Just to have the same access and abilities as before you now have to have the pro version rather than lite which is frustrating as a small business

Constant issues. The payment terminal often needs to be unplugged and plugged back in so that it can continue processing charges. I have tried changing the smart grid (tiles) and it doesn’t work. Contacted Shopify support and the don’t know what’s going on either…

Bugs never seem to get fixed. Known bugs seem to not get fixed -Bug with barcode scanner will fill barcode into search bar but doesn’t add product to cart. Rebooting ipad works sometime, other times we have to forget and pair scanner again. This happens with multiple different scanners and ipads almost daily. - Shopify removed search feature within customer orders on new POS. This was a great feature when customers want us to search for certain products they have purchased in the past.

Not very reliable. Every time Shopify does any back end updates the POS system does not download and requires a complete start up of the system leaving staff unable to process purchases until management re starts the system

New update is buggy. Adding new customer requires removing text and re-adding. Layout in POS screen has much larger buttons too large for this screen

Too complicated. Compared to the POS classic this new system is complicated, convoluted, frustrating, costs more to use on top of it all. Nothing about it is enjoyable or easy.

Terrible App. We are constantly having issues with the readers connecting and the readers have a very hard time reading cards when people tap and sometimes insert as well. The app is not user friendly at all and all we’ve had is constant issues and nothing is ever done to fix them.

The latest update ruined the app!. I want to love this app with every fibre of my being. It was so good for like a month as we got the new version. Now since the latest update (November 14th 2020) when I search products some of them just don’t show up in the general search bar. As a store that has literal THOUSANDS of products I can’t look through my collections one by one every time I need a product added to my cart? I never really leave reviews but I hope the next update fixes this and so I hope the devs see this! Thanks for any help-

Terrible. This update 7.1.1. is horrible!!! SUPER SLOW, does not communicate with desktop version, tap & chip rarely connects. EXTREMELY frustrating. Only advice from support is to ‘reset app’. Does nothing. Want the older version back!

Basic features don’t work anymore. Must pay more to get it.. Used to be so helpful having the save cart options. Additionally, the user face has become awful. When searching an item, I can’t scroll down to find it. The screen just freezes. Will be exploring competitors if this doesn’t get fixed. It’s really too bad.

Abysmal service. When I joined shopify, I somehow managed to sign up twice under the same email with their confusing system. I was charged for 18 months for an account I NEVER signed into or used. This should be illegal. Shopify support refunded me for 3 months and refused to refund me for the whole amount. They wouldn’t pass me to a supervisor and claimed there’s no method to speak to a human. Only chat. Abysmal service. Do not recommend.

Hardware doesn’t work. I bought the card reader and have been trying to make it work for 2 days now. Support seems to have exhausted all their fixes. Still doesn’t work. I wish square worked worldwide. It was so easy compared to this complicated pos.

App Frozen Location Code 401 I’ve followed the instructions and still. Hi please help. This is costing me time and money……. I am unimpressed as I’ve had to delete redownload 3-4times, update my phone Deere and re-add 3-4 more times like I don’t know what is wrong and it’s causing stagnancy in my business. Please fix this

Living up to the POS name. Old version of the app did everything we wanted. Integrated the Moneris terminal and worked great. They decided to make their own terminal, which is fine, but there is no pin pad on it. No big deal right? I’ll keep using my old terminal since my customers always purchase 2-300$ worth of product and need to use a pin. Got an email that said I’m out of luck and need to use the Moneris as a separate terminal because they got greedy and won’t integrate Moneris anymore. Now returns and payment confirmations are 10x more difficult and my customers are mad at me. Oh yeah, they also cancelled my old Shopify plan and decided I need to pay more for the same service.

Worse update. This new update makes me want to switch POS comapanys. Its not east to navagate, it doesnt have sutomers drafts anymore. I was able to search customer on main screen on previous shopify. If i typed in customer name on search menu it it didnt show up i can just add it. To search and add the cusomers name is a huge hassle and time consumin. I'm very dissapointed the the new version. It seems like your catering more towards just online then instore.

Failed every market. This does nothing stay connected past one transaction, cannot accept tap, getting support requires you to login to get a code just to talk to support on the phone ( difficult at a busy market Basically the worst piece if equipment I have purchased with very weak support. I do not recommend this at all!!

Fix the newest update. I’m not getting details in my printed receipts such as date of pick up or flavours that the customers are choosing. Counting tool needs to be fixed also.

7.0.3 on iOS 15.5 still a mess. Have updated and reinstalled app. IPad has dedicated router connection. - saved carts add items in background and saved customer names on carts - debit/credit payments often fail for no apparent reason. Sometimes will work on second try. However, we have lost sales due to the issue. - counting tool needs to be returned to previous version as the workflow is broken with no NEXT button to move between fields. - Note fields are hidden by on screen keyboard

No Moneris Integration and no pin option. After promising to continue the integration of Moneris, Shopify has now elected to force payments through their system as Moneris is no longer supported. Also, with no pin pad option we are now forced to have our customers enter their pin on the iPad screen. Customers do not like this as their pin is visible to others in the line and it is not covid safe.

Worst one ever !!. Dont do that if you want to make money and get your money !! Because at the time you stat’rt selling , they will block you account !!

No functional payment integration. When we originally moved over to Shopify POS we were able to have integrated payment with our 3rd party provider. We are now told it is no longer an option and our only integrated choice is their tap/chip reader. It only works for $100 max, it has unreliable blue tooth connection and does not accept smaller bank cards. We feel like we are being forced to take a huge step backward. Very disappointing.

Barcode scanner not working. We continue to have problems with the barcode scanner at location, Shopify blames Socket Mobile, Socket Mobile blames Shopify and so on and on for over a month

Weak compared to Square. After a year with it I can say that this POS is poor. The reader’s battery life is short, it constantly fails to connect, the security sync is slow, it fails to read cards at times. I have been back and forth with support a dozen times and across many updates. It’s just lousy hardware and the software is outside of Shopify’s core competency. In comparison Square is solid and reliable. If they had a web offering as string as Shopify I’d switch platforms. I may just roll my own anyway.

When Printing its very light black. Hello. How can configure the printer to print in a darker black. The receipts are not visible enough, since the update of the software

Product list is inconvenient. When using on mobile, clicking on the product title in the product list will take you directly to the cart. this is so inconvenient It is also inconvenient that there is no quantity input device on the product list screen. And the pictures come out too small

New chip reader. Every so often the chip reader is disconnected, however if an employee doesn’t notice the sale can still be checked out but payment has not been collected. There should be warning that the payment was not collected.

Easy to use. The app works very well but I am unable to do returns or exchanges.

Bizarre. This app doesn’t make any bloody sense - no customer facing view? Even forgetting that we’ve been in a pandemic for a year and sharing a tablet isn’t feasible, I don’t understand why there is only one view for staff and customers. Customers can see ‘behind the scenes’ and it’s grossly unprofessional. I love Shopify but have just switched to the Moneris PoS because of this.

Sick of no phone number to call. How can such a large POS system not have a phone number to reach. The app has issues frequently and there’s nobody to call when you need assistance. It’s all online, and a virtual assistant isn’t helpful, at all. Considering how much we spend a month on their monthly fees and we cannot even speak to someone when there inevitably issues and bugs to be fixed is the worst e-commerce I’ve seen. Really, should be illegal.

Not nearly as good as it once was.. The original POS system was much more intuitive and it was free. The tile system and UI for creating orders is frustrating to navigate in comparison.

They have dropped the ball for retail payment transactions. This biggest problem with this app is how they are removing an integrated payment system and are forcing you to use an unreliable, inefficient tap & chip reader. They have removed one of the basic business features of a proper integrated merchant terminal. If you have high volume going through your POS, what they now are forcing professional businesses to use makes you look like a farmer’s market. The actual app itself works quite well, but when it comes down to payment transactions, in a brick & mortar store, with debit or credit, they have hugely dropped the ball and have let retailers down.

iOS 16 update made scanning slower or unreliable. Before the update it was working fine. Now it seems that my device can’t process barcodes fast. QR codes are working fine though. Please fix ASAP!!

No option for Global Payment integration. Only forcing to used shopify payment and they are not qualified our business to het shopify payment. No option for global payment integration.

No option to save cart. The very useful option to save a customers cart on the POS app is no longer available.

Stopped working as soon as this update was installed. Have to do everything from the PC as the iPad POS is non-functional. Please fix ASAP

Removal of Payment Integration. After months of research, calls with support, and a significant investment, we chose to move our POS system for our Brick & Mortar location over to Shopify. One of the deciding factors was the ability to integrate with Moneris Merchant terminals. Shopify has now removed the integration with a traditional payment merchant terminal in favour of Shopify’s own Tap & Chip Reader. The Tap & Chip reader system disconnects constantly from iPads (we’ve gone through 2 of them) and DOES NOT accept all bank cards. If someone has to enter a pin, they have to touch the store’s till iPad! So that means in COVID times, you are moving your iPad around the plexiglass glass to allow someone to touch it. Even in non COVID times, customers should not be touching the store’s till. Moneris can still be used but you have to add it as a custom payment option and enter totals manually opening the door for major human error. The removal of the traditional merchant terminals is a huge step backwards and feels like a betrayal to Shopify POS users. Our customers are shocked that this is what we now have to do as they also want minimal contact on surfaces. We now have to manual enter the amount, sanitize, pass to the customer, and sanitize again. How ridiculous is that when they had a fantastic touch-free system that worked perfectly. The Tap & Chip is unreliable and manually entering into the alternative systems is unprofessional for retail locations. It doesn’t matter to us if it’s Moneris or another company, but an integrated traditional system should still be offered. And for all the POS bells and whistles, the app doesn’t even cash round, which is a basic feature on most POS systems. We do not recommend this system simply for the removal of the traditional merchant system. If you are a retail brick & mortar location avoid.

New POS is awesome. So slick and easy to use, so far so good.

Need a decimal point. Shopify is fine on its own but REALLY needs a decimal point option for any business needing to do partial units. Shopify has to integrate a third party app that is troublesome and shuts down on the regular. Unfortunately, we can’t use our POS system when this happens and it stops all of our sales. It’s a retail nightmare. Shopify is aware and always just blames the app but could just fix the issue with a simple decimal point for those businesses that are needing it!

Tap & Chip reader. I’m in #3 in one year. When the first one wouldn’t work anymore they replaced it. But it was at Xmas time and I had no back up. Had to wait 10 days to receive a new one. Then I orders a second to have on hand in case it broke again and us be left with none again. The second one lasted 6 months when I had t replace it again. Wouldn’t charge then it won’t connect. I’m tired of replacing these abs being stuck with nothing. I looked into changing to Clover but then I still have to pay fees to shopify. Not overly impressed.

Poor support. App has been crashing on me, I can even get it to open

Great app. Update ** the double scan has been fixed ***not fixed yet - the logo has still been shrunk on my receipt s - location is missing from receipt - web interface is still green on grey - latest update to app was released without info on what was changed and on a Friday. Probably not a good day to install when you run a business. Overall a great app. Some problems i have had. One update caused products to scan 2 units per scan. Another update changed the size of my logo on receipts Another update caused informatiob to be missing from receipts. In another update they changed the Web interface for product management to a grey and green look. I find it difficult to look at. Calling for support takes approx 40 minutes to reach anyone. Updates through app show change logs of “bug fixes” without any details. Changes to software do not seem to be tested properly before updates are rolled out. Overall a very good product to get you online with little experience.

POS progressively getting worse and worse.. The awful POS issues continues. Can’t ring people through because the card reader won’t connect or just freezes. This has been happening every two weeks for the past two months. Too unreliable! To be able to complete a simple product exchange on the till you would need to pay for the upgraded premium version. Also one of the biggest issues is their payout from purchases are really slow to be deposited. Sometimes your order from Thursday morning won’t be paid out till following Wed. The in person experience is progressively getting worse with every update with less and less functional features and more errors. Its gotten so bad that we are considering switching all of our shops to another platform with less online service.

Hard to understand. No more customer service on the phone to explain how it works.... not impressed

Tap and chip. We continually loose connection at our Farmers Markets. It’s so frustrating and stressful. I’m looking to another solution. We’ve lost a lot of sales.

Issues. Setting up and help desk was a mess. Still having issues but at least now we can call and not wait over an hour.

Ugh annoying. I can’t enter my pin in. It keeps saying incorrect and dismiss and doesn’t offer anyway to change password or access it.

Terrible system for traveling artists. I really hate your system with moving stock around to locations, inability to add in tax rates for resort taxes and late deposits, but alas trying it again and hoping for an easier experience. Didn’t Einstein have something to say about that?

Problem with pin. when i downloaded the app it started to ask for a pin and there is no way to reset it and i don’t even remember making a pin i literally just downloaded the app

Still doesn’t work. Tried it , app wouldn’t load. Tried it again & now it won’t let me login it just reverts me back to email. Contacted support & no response smfh … not happy with this app at all.

Not user friendly. Layout on grid is not user friendly. Changes to pro and pro lite with refund/exchange only available on pro will impact sales. A few other changes such as save cart can have a work around but seems to add more work and cost by only available with pro.

Not User Friendly. Old version allowed us to load a collection and have 12 Tiles on a screen to scroll through. New version only lists them and takes more steps to search and add quantity. PLEASE allow this feature to return.

Update to continue? IT IS UPDATED!. I just downloaded the app and tried to log in and it says I need to update it to continue. I just downloaded the most recent version 🤨

New update 6.23 won’t pair receipt printers. New update causing receipt printers to no longer pair with the app, have spent multiple days trying to figure this out. Clearly related to the update as it happened to both my locations iPads/printers on the same day the update installed.

These people are crazy!. They have been going down a lot lately, completely shutting down our sales! Today, just this morning, they locked us out claiming they needed photo ID. NO WARNING! I’m “shopifying” for a new platform starting right now!

Worked once then stopped working. Got this app for tap to pay. It worked once, then stopped working. Support seemed confused about how to help.

Main page. Do not love the extra step to see all products. Would love to have option to have items on main/first screen.

Error message. Worked great for a few months. Then now when you log in you get an error message, it’s been happening now for almost 3wks now

Pretty features, but doesn’t work. We have to delete this app and reinstall every time we add new products. It doesn’t sync properly at all. We check for updates frequently and ensure that we update it.

Latest update is garbage. Back to QWERTY keyboard for numbers, image tiles won’t load, search lags and is way slower, register isn’t showing day end amounts correctly now, tiles are so big - used to be able to easily access 8 products and now 4. Good grief. Have your product designers ever worked retail?

Buggy. Extremely buggy. Products register as a qty of 2 when scanned once. Very poor quality control on this update. Needs to be fixed immediately as this can cause real issues when ringing up customers!

Ugh. This app randomly doesn’t scan some barcodes without deleting and re-downloading the app from scratch. Major problem and major bug that needs to be fixed o help business run smoothly.

Find something else.. Thanks for the “update”. Aka making us now pay $89 monthly for features we already had!! Went from paying $79 a month to $168. Thanks for looking out Shopify.

DO. NOT. TRUST. EVERRRRR. I went months with no issues, all of a sudden they steal my money and tell me they’re holding all of my money for 6month and DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH A REASON WHY. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER!!!! DO NOT TRUST THEN WITH YOUR BUSINESS !!!! Total violation of my rights and the law and you will be hearing from my lawyer They don’t have customer service. Update is terrible. Hard to use, items do not sync automatically anymore Have to delete and reinstall to add an item And while customers are checking out... please fix this ASAP before 2021 Spring Vendor Shows

Card Reader Problem. The card reader keeps regularly disconnecting even we requestedthe warranty replacement. It’s still not working at all!

App Keeps Crashing!!. The app keeps crashing during exchanges and nothing I do (uninstall/reinstall) seems to fix it.

Home Screen editing. It doesn’t always allow me to rearrange the items on the Home Screen. Kind of annoying. I’m using an iPhone 6s.

Crashing iPad. Hi our business uses Shopify and ever since the app updated a few weeks ago it has been completely freezing and restarting our iPads. Everything is updated and we have already cleared the cache and tried reinstalling the app.

Make the search bar big again. Make the all buttons big again. Retail is fast paced we dont need tiny buttons that are difficult to hit quickly.

Look at other options. They doubled the card processing fee unless you move to the premium tier…which they also jacked up the price on. Ridiculous given that you get the same features from Lightspeed or Square for half the cost.

Can’t login. Just downloaded the app and can’t even login. It takes me straight to a location page and gives an error. So disappointing as I have a popup this weekend and really need the app. Guess I’ll be using someone else.

Checkout button grayed out???. This app has been working just fine for months, and was fine yesterday, but now the checkout button will NOT turn blue and I CANNOT click on it to check customers out - what is happening??? Please fix!

Anti-veteran. This company deliberately seeks veteran owned business to ban and and take tens of thousands of dollars from them. These businesses have ZERO complaints, are not political, nor represent any fringe ideology, and these businesses are supported and used by multiple hundreds of thousands of customers. It is beyond disappointing that they would target veteran for the sole fact of being veteran owned businesses.

Freezes. Freezes at high checkout

New design is awful, not functional, and unnecessary. We had everything working fine until we were forced to update to the new interface. HOLY MOLY the hold music on their support calls is LOUD

App is great, connection not so much. The app itself is awesome, the tap and chip reader on the other hand regularly disconnects and it’s impossible to connect again :(

Need better QA process. Latest version doesn’t have any way to exit certain screens. Like the hardware setup and order confirmation screen. There is no back or close button and swiping down does nothing. The only way to exit is to force close the app.

Good. It’s good. I understand that there are a lot of optimizations happening right now, but I am hoping for more out of the box features.

Poor flow. The products page and the checkout no longer share a screen like the old interface, so we have to toggle back and forth between products and the checkout. Super inefficient. The products section should have the checkout on the right side again.

App Crashes Constantly. Every time I open the app it crashes. I haven’t been able to even see the home page of the app. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app several times, updating my phone, and restarting my phone. Nothing works.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. Never use it. If you’re a small business owner this app will never work for you when you need it

breaks Bluetooth connections on every update. Only way to fix is a network reset. It doesn’t even list the device for removal.

Go Back to the old way. Hate this new version. Not user friendly, takes longer for my check outs and the card readers are always acting up synching with it.

Todays update broke the App. Updated to new version of app this morning. After launching the app I had to sign back in. After signing in, I cannot get past the “select location” screen because the locations do not load. PLEASE FIX ASAP

Credit card processing stopped working. What happened? It worked yesterday and now it doesn’t.

Clunky. The previous version of this app was much more intuitive, this is clunky. Also, the ability to exchange has been removed on the Lite version. This is frustrating. I am now being asked to pay $89/mo for this feature, I’m no.

Missing products. I’ve been using the app for a few months and I’ve been happy with it but 3 weeks ago products stopped syncing correctly. I can access the same account, same app version on different phones and the products show up differently. Please fix this.

Not reliable enough for its purpose. Disconnects randomly, demands firmware updates in the middle of events, deletes tiles for no reason. Completely unusable, do not wish this on my worst enemy.
