I can’t live with out Trip. I am only going to write one review , I’ve been one of the lucky ones that can appreciate the era of Ctrip to now trip. I lived in the time as an expat I couldn’t get tickets if it want directly from a carrier in 2014. It was frustrating to say the least , when trip developed the English version it’s become a travel changer. It might not be perfect for some , but I can appreciate the work that has been done. Now all , the new features and upload of people’s travel pics is amazing. As a travel enthusiast and vlogger I love sharing my pics and thoughts. Over all thank u for this amazing app , that really makes traveling easier for us expats.

Extremely Revolting. Overall the absolute worst website I have ever used in my life. The complete lack of empathy is both disgusting and sickening. I will strongly recommend that anyone uses ANY other site. I am revolted. The website automatically put in a date for my stay which was three days BEFORE the date I was actually trying to stay. I didn’t notice the date was wrong until I got my confirmation email and saw the dates. I called customer support about 30 minutes after making the reservation and they told me that there was nothing they could do for me. They ended up taking $100 out of my account. I was extremely upset and disgusted. Customer support was no help and this site is NOT to be trusted. I would highly recommend anyone to never use this site. If I could give this app a negative rating, I would. I am disgusted and beyond upset.

False advertisement. This app help false advertise a hotel. They showed a hotel as a clean and nice place to stay with my family. When I got to my room they locks was broken on the door sink was broken dirt was all over the walls and the room smelled of weed. I had my mother and my two babies with me. When I went to the front deck the woman was rude put me and my family in another room and that room the ceiling was falling in. On that side of the hotel people was smoking weed and was yelling at me for just walking into another room. I went to return my keys because I wasn’t staying there with my family and I told her about the rooms and the guys the front desk laughed at me and said they would hurt me. I left and reported the place this app told me they will give me a 15 cent refund. THATS IT!!!

Holiday inn Southeast in Plainsboro, NJ. This hidden gem hotel provides all of the amazing amenities of the Crown Plaza Princeton ( which is basically attached to the holiday inn on an amazingly beautiful 27+ wooded acres featuring extensive running trails, a beautiful pond and multiply fountains and waterfalls….. not surprisingly, the IHG/Crown Plaza is frequently the site of weddings as well as conventions of a less romantic bent…. I was a guest at Holiday Inn/IHG Southeast for the Fall/winter of 2023 and was very impressed with their newly updated rooms ( renovation was completed on the Holiday Less than 6 months ago and the rooms have a splashy , bright, modern look that I actually prefer to the Crown a plaza , all while sharing the amenities of the aforementioned hotel….. it’s truly a great value! I’d like to conclude with a special Thank You especially to Jothathan as well as the other entire front desk staff who made my staff exceptionally comfortable, they were friendly and went above and beyond throughout my entire stay …. Cost more in the end.. The idea is good but if there is anything that happens on the flight or anything changes you will be stranded. They do not offer any kind of support and using them creates a situation where the airlines also just pas the responsibility. I used the service and a flight got canceled. The process to handle the cancellation was horrible - I did not cancel It the airline did. We are now more than one week into it and no information comes back to me I have had to call each time to find out anything and they are still saying it will be 6 to 10 days more which is what they said from the start. 6-10 days waiting in a city for a resolution is ridiculous. So you have to pay a lot extra on the day if there is a problem. Don’t use this service what ever you do

Terrible customer service. There was so many problems with trip.. so stressing never have I had a experience like this. I ordered 2 separate flights from this website for starters I was double charged for the first flight and then the second one ended up getting cancelled after getting delayed all day. Everyone got refunded but because I didn’t order it from the actual airline they are saying it’s non refundable? The flight was canceled completely out of my control and I spoke to the airline they have refunded the money but it went to trip and they won’t help me!!! Do not do service with these people

Failed to alert need for Covid test. Was I surprised when I arrived at the gate to check in and was told I needed proof of vaccination for a recent Covid test that was negative. Luckily, JFK has a vendor who offers the service. It was a big hassle getting back onto the air train and go to the other terminal but I made it and my family were tested and we were all negative problem is because the $550, I could’ve had this done the day before and put it through my insurance. The other problem is not being able to choose my seats two months before the flight. And when we were able to, they were just handed to us, and we all had to sit separate this occurred both going and coming back from Brazil I wouldn’t recommend using this app

Incredibly useful. This app is VERY useful. I’m not much of a planner so to be able to book a plane ticket the night before and a hotel at the airport AND have all the information I need (ticket information, hotel check in info, even arrival and departure card info for international flights) located in one app has only added in my inability to plan ahead...which I love. My only note would be to have tabs on the top of each hotel selection... so instead of scrolling down each time a hotel is selected; users can quickly access reviews, hotel amenities etc.

May. Do not order from them they take your money and move on to take someone else money! Buying Insurance is a waste of money .Bought flight tickets to my son and flight was delayed by 2 hours he missed his connection flight . No refund was given no rebooking another flight for him. We had to find him a different flight , rent an hotel room and pay for a different flight. Horrible customer service!!! Email them try to call them they never answer the phone or they put you on hold about 2 hours and than uou get disappointed ,they ignore you , never return phone call.

Not a good app. I have purchased couple of tickets to take my 6 year old to Disney with this app and it was the worse experience ever I had. They sold to me tickets for a full flight with the Spirit airline. Never assigned me a seat and when I got to the gate to board the airplane, the airline didn’t have seats for me and my son. I think agencies should not sell tickets with a full flight. I have purchase these tickets sometime ago to take advantage of the price. Which made me very much upset. Because I couldn’t fly and they couldn’t take my luggage from the plane, my luggage was missing the whole time I was in spring break and still missing. It has been 9 days and the baggage still no sign. This is all because I was not in the plane I was supposed to be. It took me 11 hours to get to Orlando, when was supposed to take little over 2:30 hrs. Frustrating. Should not sell tickets with a full flight.

Doesn’t let me choose my passport date. Overall ok app but the app doesn’t let me choose correct passport expiration date. It automatically sets the expiration date minimum 6 months after the departure but my passport expires two weeks after my departure and I never had any issues traveling back home like that. I couldn’t use the app to book my flight because otherwise I would be providing false information if I choose wrong date. Also many countries and airlines don’t care about passport expiration date, the app shouldn’t restrict us.

Horrible. Don’t ever book through this company. I checked them out after the fact they’ve had several issues and have multiple complaints filed with the BBB. I booked my daughters a round trip flight, they spent $100 going to and from the airport because they never notified us the fight was cancelled. No other flights were available. This is even after they paid $60 to check a bag so they were out $160. When booking they claim they protect your info so they put all of trips info on not yours meaning if you had to rebook, be notified of a flight change etc it goes straight to trip who also did not contact us. There is no one to call when things go crazy and it still has shown the flight took place when it didn’t. Don’t fly this these people.

Service. I booked a hotel on the incorrect date due to the app switching the date. I showed up to the hotel who said they could not cancel the room or refund my money and I needed to contact the app. The app customer service then says they have to contact the hotel for “permission” to refund my money. I tried to cancel pretty quickly after booking the room there is absolutely no reason even a partial refund shouldn’t be issued in a situation like this. I never write reviews but because I just lost out on over $100 I feel it very necessary to write this and warn others that whoever runs their customer service has absolutely no empathy or concern for how their customers experience ends up.

Money scam. Seriously do not book anything with this app. I bought plane tickets - our outgoing flight was cancelled. They were not able to make any accommodations, or find a new outgoing flight. They did refund the outgoing but said they couldn’t refund my returning flight. (What?) so I had to buy my own outgoing flight. When we got to the car rental place, we thought we were good to go. I booked the car through trip with my card. My boyfriend was going to be the driver. This was set up ON TRIP. When we got there the rental place said we would have to pay extra since the card didn’t match the driver. We couldn’t get ahold of anyone from trip to explain why we’re able to make that reservation but all of a sudden it’s a problem. If you enjoy paying for things just to have to buy a different accommodation - then trip is the app for you.

Scammers. Don’t bother trying to book train tickets through them, they are totally unreliable, and if the train is booked up before Ctrip gets access to your tickets, then you’ll be left in the lurch just like we were, since we weren’t told that the tickets were canceled until we were at the station, less than two hours before the train was to depart, and there were no more trains that day. Yes, I’m promised a refund, but it could take a week and a half, what are they doing with that money in the meantime? They’re unreliable. We had to book all new tickets for the next day, and it cost a lot more money. I used this app because it seemed convenient and reliable. Don’t make the same mistake, do your homework and get your tickets from a more reliable.

Awful, do not use!. This is the worst hotel service I have ever used. Our card was charged by the service provider for our room and the service card that they sent to the hotel declined. The customer service provider could not figure out could not understand what was going on and wanted us to pay for the nights at the hotel and then have the service refund me for my charge, even though I already paid the service. If the provider could not pay for my room after I paid them. How could I expect them to refund me. Not only was this bad but the customer service was awful she hardly spoke English and was very rude to us after I refused to pay the hotel for the room I already paid the provider for. Now I have to dispute the charge to the provider because I ended up paying the hotel for my room. Luckily they gave it to me at the discounted rate. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m convinced this is a scam. BEWARE!!!!!

Don’t listen to their policies on COVID-19. While their policies state they will assist or refund or at least help in SOME possible way regarding flights and the COVID-19 virus, I’ve found this was not the case at all. I was trying to get home and ended up stranded at an airport in LA after a transit country changed their policies on allowing foreigners through, and so was unable to complete my flight. I called Trip and was helpfully told they would get me on the next flight they could. Hours later, I’m still sitting in LAX without a phone call. I had to book a hotel and eventually another flight, still hearing nothing from them. I was stranded in LA for three days while they couldn’t be bothered to send even a single automated or otherwise update that they were working on a solution. I called numerous times, and each time the support I received was progressively worse until I received emails that they closed the ticket because it had been too long! They didn’t take any action but closed the ticket because they couldn’t come to a solution??? PLEASE. If I could, I would leave 0 stars for this company. DO NOT USE THEM FOR TRAVEL. I recommend any other booking agency or the airlines directly. Don’t get screwed over like I did.

What happen?. I love this app. As someone who lives in China this app has proved its worth many times over the years. Sadly though it seems that as soon as a crisis comes they aren’t prepared. I was suppose to take a trip but because of the Coronavirus outbreak I was unable to. I canceled my hotels and one round trip flight without issue yet when it came to the international round trip I was told to call customer support. I chatted from the app and the guy said he would start the process and it would be done in 24 hours. It’s been 21 days and I was JUST told the cancellation process was stopped because they don’t cover it anymore. Without my flight cancellation I can’t proceed to cancel my other activities has had already paid for on my holiday. Each time I’ve chatted or called I’ve been told it’s being processed NEVER that it wasn’t going to happen. Poor customer service in a time of need. Poor communication since each time I was told I would get an email and I NEVER do. Will go back to using other apps that aren’t as easy to navigate but have decent service

Great deals and excellent customer service. First of all I looked everywhere to make sure that I’ve got the best deal, then an emergency occurred and I had to cancel my reservation, the customer service was really friendly and understanding , they fixed my problem in no time. Will definitely book through this app every trip without any hesitation.

Exceptional Customer Service. I have always been pleased with trip’s ease of use, especially living in China and not reading Chinese. But recently their customer service really impressed me. I’m traveling to Vietnam over Chinese New Year/Tet and I booked a hotel back in November. The hotel fell under new management, who refused to honor my booking. The trip staff offered a good alternative at a better rate. I didn’t take it because I had some specific amenities I wanted that the new hotel didn’t offer. I found a new hotel and trip sent me a good amount of money as compensation, even though this was not their fault and I had not pre-paid for the room.

Scam. Hello everyone, I book the hotel with this app they charge me 157$, I type in and searched for a specific locations putting name of a specific hotel in Philadelphia, I find the price I was looking for and I booked, I got confirmation of the booking, I was busy somehow I haven’t got time to look the confirmation, later on I was about to drive to the place I open my email I realize that there was a mistake, the app book me hotel in Atlantic City in New Jersey states totally different location from one I have booked under same hotel name. I call them up and explain them I told them I need to get the hotel on location I searched and I booked because I am in PA not In NJ, they told me they can not do anything. But they will send the request to IT department to check if is the app error the will refund me, guess but I got email that I searched for Atlantic City and they not refund me which was aspected. This app is junk do not book try other app which are much better and trusted. This a is outside of country and not trustable. Be careful everyone...

Great App with Flights. I had a vacay panned but booked my flights late due to the Covid pandemic and travel restrictions. When I was ready to fly or knew, prices went sky rocket. Trip was it and the tickets were issued quickly even when I wasn’t expecting it so soon as it had explicitly said so. Great job! Hope the hotels could be the same or even better.

Worst Travel experience Ever!!!. Two days prior to my vacation ending I was notified on of my flights home was canceled and moved to a later time which made me miss my connection flight to my final destination, I was told there was nothing they could do after asking if I could get on a different airline, or keep the second portion of my flight and only cancel the one that was moved, I was told that was not an option and so I had to cancel and find a different way home, I had to call several times to get my second portion of my trip canceled and the cancellation submission was declined every time, I had to purchase a ticket from a different airline to get home.. I want my refund! and yet again on the day I was supposed to fly out I was sent an email saying my refund and cancel was not submitted. When I called I was told I had to show proof of my other airline purchase so they could request, for the 3rd time, to get my refund. This is the poorest form of customer service I have every encountered, I will never book through this site again! It not only ruined the last half of my vacation but cost me a second airline ticket and rental car to get home!

Worst customer service ever. Today I experienced the worst experience in dealing with customer services. Tried to contact them through the chat function on line, waited 20 minutes still no response whatsoever. Next I tried the customer service phone number and got hung up on twice and all I was asking for is how to find a receipt for what I had paid for when I booked the room. I used to believe the Chinese folks were respectful and were great folks to deal with at least here in the USA they are, but when you call the support folks in Hong Kong it’s an entirely different story. At least the hotel did confirm my reservation. Now I’ll have to make sure that they were paid. I’d rather pay more from other hotel websites than ever deal with these folks ever again. I wished I could rate them with a negative stars especially when it comes to customer service.

Convenient (Expat abroad). CTrip makes booking flights supper easy and straight forward. I live in China and it’s not always easy to communicate or make travel arrangements. However, now that ctrip has a new price alert option it allows me to take advantage of affordable prices that are suitable to my budget and schedule. CTrip is becoming by far the best way to book and arrange trains and flights. Especially if you are an Expat living in Asia.

No stars. The communication that you have with your “contract airlines”, who cancel flights without alerting you. Which makes it even harder to communicate with the airline, which gives you the “ you need to speak to your travel agency. While waiting 10-14 business days for a refund. Is a Insult. Which makes you not even want to be a customer. While being told “ relax “, over your money. Is a insult. Meanwhile your stranded in the airport forced to spend more money to complete a trip. Is unprofessional, and makes you wonder did I just get scammed. Not to mention customer service agents over the phone that don’t even sound as if their in the same country .To understand your concerns. Never Again. The first time is always a forced lesson learned‼️

Scam. Avoid!. All of these 5 star reviews are bots. A quick google search will show you true reviews (1 star across the board). My flight was cancelled by the airline and they took 9 months to refund me. This was after paying a premium for “priority” customer service (including expedited refunds). After contacting customer service 7 times and getting nowhere, I eventually received my refund, BUT it was sent to an old account. I had asked them to update the refund information beforehand but they refused to do so. Since then, Trip has withdrawn the remaining refund back OUT of my account and is refusing to acknowledge it despite my bank statement. After giving proof to customer support and being told multiple times the case is being “tagged as important”, their conclusion is to say that my “refund has been issued and may take 30 days to process with my bank”. If you value your sanity and don’t want your money stolen, AVOID!

Uncompassionate. This has been the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The app is glitchy and the call center is in China. I had a emergency in my Family and was unable to cancel my booking the calL rep I spoke was rude and unhelpful just repeating the same words back to me over and over even when I asked my next steps and asked for more help he kept repeating himself. I’ve emailed this organization twice and they had the same rep call me on the day I was suppose to leave for my trip asking me for proof and being so inconsiderate it maybe uncomfortable I had to hang up the phone. Please do not book from this site you will have nothing but issues if you need to reach out or confirm with anyone and all Hotels will refer you back to these people who have no desire to help you.

False advertisement. This company they tell you something and when you get the booking you’ll get something else I book ticket from Orlando to Newark when I booked it, it was include baggage and then when I get the confirmation, it was not include baggage or carry-on. I called twice first time they said they are going to call me back, they didn’t second time they deny they advertised it include Baggage. I asked for supervisor the person I spoke to. He said you have to request it and he will get back to you in 24 hours and my flight will be before he will respond to me.

Badly being scammed by this app. 3 weeks ago I bought 3 return tickets with this application with the insurance of flexible date changing for the flight, and i paid 35$ for each insurance and at the time of selling the insurance for me, they were saying that all costs of the flight date changing will be only 135$ at anytime before departure. Since last 3 days i have been talked plenty of time with the customer service and they wasted too much time and at the end they ask me 940$ for the flight date changing even though they sold me the flexible flight date insurance. And their excuse is that insurance was not covering the fare and taxes, so what does an insurance means then? They scammed me so badly and they are just wasting the time. Please never ever trust on this app. Is not trustworthy specially for people in the USA. I have proofs and screenshots how they are scamming. I am super disappointed and sad.

Misleading Hotel Booking. I booked a hotel for 2 nights through this app and unfortunately found this app to be terrible. The photos of the rooms shown on the app were incorrect and misleading, not of the actual room we were booking, but of a significantly larger (and more expensive) room offered at the hotel. It turned out the room had no microwave or refrigerator, unlike the picture, and overall was much more cramped, less than half the size of what was pictured. The Trip ad was deliberately misleading with the photos used and I otherwise would’ve passed up this room for the price. I find those kind of tactics unprofessional, disrespectful and devious. Booking through any other site or even the hotel directly if this is the kind of deception you get when using Trip.

Does not work!. Do not book Legoland California tickets! I purchased 2 adult and 1 child pass, paid for it, got confirmation in email. Arrived at park, opened the App to show the tickets and mysteriously shows it was cancelled. I quickly booked a second time, paid for it got confirmation email this time I kept the app open and refreshed and within a couple minutes it says “cancelling”, just like the previous one did. Paid the regular price at the park entrance, and hoped I would get these passes by the time the confirmation email guarantees but nope. We’re an hour passed their guaranteed time and there’s nothing that can be done. Try calling their customer service, they’re in Singapore time zone. How’s that going to help? Tried emailing customer service. I’ll be calling my credit card company to file fraudulent claim. Can’t believe this is even an app on the apple App Store.

Thankfully Shocked. Can not believe that with all the travel industries facets that in this dawning tech era world we live in there isn’t a single third party company whom has the ability to maintain and uphold the highest values of ethical business, provide exceptionally superior customer service, while also maintaining sovereignty as a bargain travel site with truly the most inexpensive discounted rates and full total disclosure of their expectations as well as the property’s. Love this site and have literally deleted and closed accounts with all of the rest.

Absolute scammer. Normally they never issue flight ticket in 1 minute. I was using this app for the first time and I booked the flight for wrong date. I realised my mistake right away and applied for cancellation in less than 30th seconds after the payment and contacted their helpline where I was told to wait for 2-3 minutes after that another 3-5 minutes. After that I was told you ticket has been issued so now you will have to pay cancellation charges which are almost 80% of ticket price. When they were issuing /processing the ticket my cancellation request was already submitted in the system. But as it’s a complete scam so they told me to wait and issued the ticket instead of helping me.

Easy, efficient, safe. IHave been using this app for over two years now and everything seems to be up-to-date they give you a warning if the hotel may have specific rules or regulations. I enjoy that I can read others reviews and also look at pictures of the place as well as the location/ nearby areas.

Best travel app. This app is awesome! It’s tells me everything about my booking in one convenient place. It is updated in real time. Ex: will Give change of gate number or plane delay as it’s being announced. (If you travel abroad and don’t speak the language, this is SUPER helpful). It’s also sends warnings around potential hazards weather that is predicted for your area of travel. Also connects directly to Apple and Google maps and your Apple calendar 😃. The customer service on the app is also wonderful! The only thing to improve would be letting me know if foreigners are accepted at hotels. We’ve been turned away a couple of times after COVID in mainland China.

Opaque pricing and spam. Taxes and fees are not included at the top level of searches, so the actual costs are not known until the purchase process begins, making it tedious to compare prices outside of Trip. Otherwise they send a surprising amount of email spam, all of which cannot be switched off. Ultimately I didn’t find Trip to be more useful than competitors such as Booking, and unfortunately a bit annoying. Solid and responsive customer service, but I deleted my account. UPDATE: Developer responded with “We regret to learn you are not satisfied with our pricing”. They didn’t get the gist and ignore the spam topic, which is not matching the claim of placing “great importance on the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our customers”.

How we got a free room upgrade !. My mom got a $86 a night room for 2 days upon arriving we found out there was no hot water, so we called customer support and the lady refunded us and used the money we previously payed and upgraded us to a $170 a night room for the same price! If you’re wondering how we got this room same price, they payed some of their money to get us a more expensive room for our inconvenience full kitchen!

Best customer service ever!!. Im not one to leave reviews but iTrip has far surpassed Travelocity when it comes to their user friendly App as well as their customer service. I made hotel reservations through iTrip, the transaction was fast and no-nonsense. Two weeks after booking, I had to cancel part of my reservation and iTrip refunded me, no questions asked same day!!! I will be using iTrip from now on.

Very confusing user experience to book a train in Korea. I get to know about this app because when I search for train in Korea, it was the top from the search. I thought that this is an official train booking app that is directly connected to Korail, the Korean railroad system. However, when I went to the station and trying to issue the ticket, the kiosk said the ticket is invalid. So I couldn’t issue a ticket, and needed to rebook it through the official kiosk system. When I reach out to the customer representative (which took a very long time), she or he said they cannot give me a refund because the ticket was valid in their system, even though it was actually invalid in the kiosk. When I ask them that instruction was also very confusing, they said it’s because I cannot read Korean! What’s the purpose of this app if they are pointing out that I cannot understand foreign language. What a fraud. I don’t recommend using this app when you are traveling Korea. You may just want to use the official Korail app, which is the authorized system to book the ticket. I wasted all the money and time.

Okay app, questionable service. I think the app runs well and is simple and really easy to use, especially if you travel in Asia a lot. They have a cancel button for flights on the app but you still have to call in and hope someone is available, so I’m not sure what the point of having that button is. In fact, most things end up getting directed to the customer service phone line. Last time I tried cancelling a ticket I couldn’t get anyone to answer me and when someone finally answered they were pretty rude. Only reason I use it is because they take my Chinese bank card smoothly. A shame considering a year ago the customer service seemed pretty great.

The only catch was that the price included a discount that you only received if you purchased a one-year membership - or cancel after 30 days. Now I will be getting on the plane and hopefully all in order!

Bad customer service!. I’m normally not writing reviews but it is a must to come express my self here for other customers or passengers. I’ve been treated so badly with this people that works here. Both of my flights got canceled and I called tons of time just to put me on hold for the next 10 mins or so.. frustrating if you’re a traveling that is on a tight budget because the moment the table shakes you’re in big trouble to either rebook new tickets or get stalk in airport terminals.. the customer service is really not doing well too, the calls we place consumes lots of money yet still they keep you waiting for a very long time that I had to hang up the call! I understand the flight fares are quite reasonable but Incase you something pops.. get ready to spend money on new tickets or what have you. So far.. please improve the customer care service and handle us properly. We are spending a lot of money on tickets and doesn’t wanna spend more on calling you again!🙄

So far so good. Initially I was nervous to book with this site because of all their negative reviews but, I booked a hotel in New Orleans for a great price. After I booked, I called the hotel directly to confirm my reservation and to receive my confirmation number. In the days following I checked my reservation on the hotel’s site and it was confirmed. I’m giving it 4 stars for now, I wanna see what my check-in experience is like. Will update in 3 weeks.

Terrible customer service. Literally there’s always something whenever booking trips through this app.. from check in issues to baggage.. This last incident was the cherry on top. I booked two round trip flights from Barcelona to Rome, paying for baggage through the app. When we got to the counter we were told we had to pay for the checked bags AGAIN even though we’d already done so, and showed them on the app. I contacted Trip and was told I would be refunded in 7-10 business days. An entire month went by with no word/payment. I inquired again and now they’re saying I won’t be refunded at all. So I don’t recommend this app, and will not be using it anymore.

Refused to refund even after speaking with hotel manager. I inadvertently booked a room for the wrong night and immediately called a trip representative to let them know. Since the reservation was confirmed (which happens right after you book online) they said it was non-refundable unless they could confirm with the hotel manager it was okay to cancel. The representative called the hotel manager directly and I witnessed the manager say the reservation could be canceled while I was checking in. The next day was told now written proof would be required. Totally getting the run around so they don’t have to refund my money. I do not recommend this app or company. Total rip off!

This is the worst travel application on the planet.. Both times I booked with this application I have had nothing but problems. I booked a flight from Dallas to Bangkok on Japan Airlines. There is a connecting flight in Japan where it is at a different airport. I have to arrange ground travel from one airport to another and what not informed this before purchasing the tickets. It also has a connection that is too short for baggage transfer. So this means I will travel through 12 time zones on three different flights and when I arrive more than 24 hours later, I will have no checked bags to pick up at baggage claim.

Great prices but no so great Customer Service!. Great prices on flights and several options available. However, if there is an issue even when airlines change their itinerary, be prepared to invest many many hours of your time calling, following up, trying to find a way to resolve it.... You can never speak with the same customer service representative and even if you ask to speak with a manager, they avoid transferring the call and then will tell you that isn’t available. Customer’s status (silver, gold, platinum, etc) means nothing to them.

Old, tired and not for a fun vacation. We stayed 5 nights at the Westin Tampa Bay. The only good part was a bartender named Jimmy. The service stunk, the amenities did not exist and the room service??? What’s that? When we asked for an alarm clock, which was actually needed as there are FEW electrical receptacle in the room, we were first told “oh yes, every room needs one of those.” Followed by it will be delivered later today, then “oh, that’s not happening for you.” Add that to a hairdryer delivered because, yes that too was missing, with no working plug. All this for an average nightly fee of $200? Oh, let’s add in the soccer teams with kids not controlled by parents or hotel staff… lobbies are really practice fields, right? Well, what’s not happening is we will never stay here and we suggest no one else should either!

Best app for frequent flyers/backpackers. This app is best for people that are confident travelers that can rely on their phone for electronic ticketing and boarding passes. Fares are excellent and includes discount airlines as well. This app has the best Forest I’ve ever seen. And travel very cheaply on one-way tickets. This is a cheap app but is it worth getting cancelled cause you got merged with different airlines that they won’t issue the tickets to as you need a transit visa which is (2 hrs only) they need to explain properly how the self-transfer package tickets work cause no one wants to spend their hard earned money on a ticket that they can’t travel. Awesome application and service. This is by far the best experience I had booking flights. The application is awesome. It is well designed, stable, and very fast. The payment tool is just great very organised and clean. The embedded chat is great and support agents are helpful and to the point. I will definitely use this service again. cost wise it was the best price I found online. One suggestion, it would be great to add support for flexible dates and to also show some kind of a notification when a payment fails cause I had to go to my mailbox to figure out that the initial payment failed. Also, providing a pricing matrix would be a very welcome addition. I think the dev team should be complimented on developing such an awesome application. Kudos

The app does not allow my ipad to rotate and that is irritating.. The app works on my iphone find but when I tried using on my ipad I realize it does not allow rotations. That is irritating

Very reliable. I've had trouble with other booking apps, finding my booked hotel doesn’t have my booking or the place no longer exists. I’ve found Trip very reliable and the only time I ever had a problem they immediately found me another hotel nearby.

It has everything you need to know in a clear no-fuss format which is easy to navigate. A very intuitive design with great content and good pricing. Even though it has more functionality and detail than I have seen elsewhere it is super fast and responsive. Highly recommended. I just registered and booked my whole trip with ease and confidence, this app will be my new go to app for travel. Very well done!

Don’t expect to change flights cheaply. This site is absolutely the worst if you want to change a flight. To change a flight back a few days it costs twice as much as it would to not take your flight and book a new flight. Just don’t use this mob.

Slow, Delayed, Spent more. This app is slow, esp with their customer support. I was trying to contact them to change my flight and it took them half a day to respond, telling me i have to pay for fees since its in their policy, while i was sleeping. Taking them more than 12 hours in responding in my contact, is terrible. Better you go direct. This is ridiculous. Props to the customer support hotline though, she was really nice and patient with everything.

So-so. I like to write reviews but really don’t like to write negative ones. This one is neutral because the general information was good but there were no prices on tours until you went to book so you didn’t know what it cost. ‘Fees & Policies’ section only had policies, no fees. I deleted the app after the first couple of searches. I want to know what I’m going to be paying before I book. So it was no use to me. It may be useful for people who don’t mind what they’re paying or have the time to go through the whole booking process to find the fees.

Stop Emailing me!!. Used the app to book a small local overnight stay. App was easy to use and trip was uneventful. Since I’ve used the app, I’ve been sent daily emails, sometimes multiple in one day. I’ve unsubscribed from emails 4 times, but they keep coming. For the love of god STOP! I’ve just deleted my account. We’ll see if that work. Never going to use them again.

Unprofessional and unreliable. In any unlikely events they will not help you out. I booked extra baggage allowance 2 months before my flight and it was pending until 2 days before the flight and got canceled. I did try to talk to them why is it still pending cause money has already been paid but all I got is it won’t be approved until 72 hrs prior the flight. When it got canceled I panicked because I have already purchased lots of gifts to take and now I don’t have the allowance so I tried to ask for help and all I got is “ book thru the airlines “ Why wasn’t I told this before? Why made me wait for 2 months and cancel at the very end ? If booking thru airlines was safer and secure option why you guys take the booking from your side?

Misleading App - be careful. This app needs work. It’s misleading and has disappointed me greatly. Having been prompted to download the app while on the AU website, the app automatically pre-selected USD instead of AUD currency for a local flight. Why would I ever set it is USD for a local Australian flight? I was meant to be charged 279 AUD but as the app was pre-selected to USD (WITHOUT explicitly stating this) I was charged 279 in USD which equates to over $430 AUD. The customer service didn’t help me with a refund. I would have never purchased flights for this price. Very disappointing.

Excellent app for the traveller. I do a lot of travelling even in these days of Covid. I’d normally use and agent or book everything directly with airlines, hotels, ACR hire etc. but I tried this app and it’s fantastic! No need to look at the departure board any more the app sends updates with gate information, delays etc. really good app highly recommended

Just booked. Watch this space .. Have just booked return tickets for myself and husband - great price and choice. Then happened on a stack of damming reviews ( also some very good ones ) so I am throwing it into the lap of the Gods . Am a little concerned the airline doesn’t seem to acknowledge my booking number ...We will see if we fly out on August the second 😊

No cancellation. I inadvertently booked a dormitory room at a Singapore hotel. I was specifically trying to avoid them but they know how to trap the unwary traveller. It’s their job, after all. My enquiry to Trip was met with a second rate attempt to seek a cancellation but, of course, once you have pressed the button to save 25% on your booking, you forfeit the right to cancel.

Always use for bookings and transportations. Always prefer this app for my travel arrangements. Easy to follow and navigate, I quite enjoy the specials too. Always get great deals and recommendations on where to stay when visiting a new city that is close to main points of interest

Useless App, cTrip was way better. Flight search results don’t show you detailed Overview of Stop-overs (such as City, duration etc.), having to do many many more clicks just to see details of Stop-overs, then having to click back back back just to go back to search results and having to do this all over again for every other possible flight. AND app not available in Landscape mode for iPad, only Portrait mode . This app deserves 0 stars, lazy Developer, no thought process into App, I used to use cTrip all the time, now I’m going elsewhere.

Payment failures. Tried to pay both by Apple Pay and PayPal but both of them bounced back. Tried many times but nothing changed. Customer support is hopeless, they asked me to cancel my booking and do again and another one asked me to contact Apple Pay and PayPal while both of them work perfectly fine to me. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service and flight booking system. This is the worst app to date. Do not book if you need to book particular flights! The app will force you out of the system saying “sold out” and you have to start again. So evidently, I had to book a much earlier flight. To my disgust, found out that the flight I originally wanted was still available! The system “kicked me out” saying it was sold out, and yet this flight I was looking at minutes later after buying a different flight, it was still available! The customer service did not help, and kept saying that prices changes, and I was not asking for changes in prices, only that I had originally wanted that flight but the app kept kicking me out saying it was sold! Will never book through this app again.

$1178 FEE even if an airline cancels on you. I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a month where an airline cancelled their flight from Melbourne to Hawaii. My connecting flight still left from Hawaii to San Diego and they are telling me that my flight cancellation is a “minor time difference”. They say I have to lose $1178 because apparently an airline cancelling on me is voluntary. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Flights get cancelled all the time and it’s not worth the risk.

Just don’t. Save yourself the trouble and book through an airline, or literally anyone else, this mob is a scam. If I could rate lower I would! They are happy to take your money and then change everything up, and make it a pain to even contact them let alone get some money back.

Terrible experience. App would not remember booking details, pop ups everywhere, pointless notifications, told me my stopover in SFO was overnight and recommended a hotel when the flight landed at 06:40! Offered a lounge pass deal while booking for SFO - LHR only to find the Air France lounge is closed and in a different terminal/gate to my flight. In the USA this means standing in line for an hour each time for US Customs, first to get to the airside lounge and then for the departure gate Use the United Airlines app instead!

Do Not Use This APP to Book Flight Tickets. This app is cheating when book flight ticket. They use a relatively low price to attract you, when you select the price indicated, you will see “sold out”, and then you will see a higher price, which is same as other websites. Don’t waste your time on this rubbish.

After 2 years of COVID19,1 use this app again and i was book flight ticket but i do it double, after i knew that i booked double i call them directly same day after book 10 minutes and thev just don't help me to cancel, only talk about policy and no help, Im fell exploited by the policy that unflexible, unreliable, difficult to contact, im a gold member and after this trip i will never use it again, this is how i feel about this App

Terrible service! Avoid at all cost. Tried to cancel the booking due to wrong date right after but they just refunded small amount. The reason they provided was the booking had 2 separated flight so only one was cancelled. This is ridiculous as I booked for one whole trip and only one cancellation button. Called the customer service but no help at all. They just tried to return money to customers. How a customer can continue with the flight if one connected flight was cancelled ?I will raise the case to Fair Trading. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely horrifyingly terrible.. If I could leave a zero I would. Absolutely horrific company. Terrible customer service that won’t give you any straight answers. They offered a booking that was literally impossible to actually complete and then have cancelation fees that cost all most as much as the flights themselves.

Best app for China travel. Massively useful for travel in China. I lived there for 5 months and used this app on multiple occasions. My main use was for trains but accommodation is also available on it. Fully recommend.

Worst experience. Never going to use this again I booked 2 way flight which has 1 transit and gave me 2 different airlines while returning 1 airlines changed the flight and another didn’t after that it make me to pay extra AUD $601 for changing another airline flight, I suggest everyone avoid this app and website. Bought a flight price hold and the platform didn’t even send an email. Pretty disgusted that you’d simply not notify me at all about my price hold after paying 26 euro for it. Clearly it’s not in your incentives to actually go ahead with the flight but I think that’s poor customer behaviour. Won’t be using this service again.

Unpleasant experience. Surprised about all the good comments because really different to my experience. First and last time I use it. I cancelled a booking for hotel and booked a new one, this is actually what they recommend to do on the website. However, they cancelled both, they took the money from my account on both and they lied when I asked for help in the chat. I was supposed to receive information within 2 hours and nothing. Contacted them again using the chat and had to explain everything again. To take the money is immediately, to give the money back because their system failed, please wait. Just unpleasant experience. 2 stars because at least the flight tickets seem to be right (hopefully the situation doesn’t change).

Easy app to use. First time I have had to book multiple train trips in one stay...This app makes it so easy.. get to the counter with your passport and show your phone pick up number and you’re set to go.

Good for English service in China.. I have used trip for a while now. I am happy with the service I get but there are some big problems to be aware of. Mostly if there are changes to service you booked. Train tickets sometimes cannot be changed or refunded in full via app. Plane tickets. If booking cheap flights. Be aware that if airline makes big changes to flights. You will have limited ability to make a choice of flights within trip. If you like some flexibility and to make better changes. Then suggest book direct with airlines.

Best travel/booking app I’ve ever used. This app was an absolute gem when travelling China. Initially I was just using to book trains but I ended using it for flights and hotels as well. The ticket pick up information written in Chinese made life so easy at stations and I love the bookings timeline so I could find each booking so easily. Brilliant app congratulations and thank you

Dodgy. Double Booked me . Therefore double charged. Refund was prompt. Then 2 weeks before travel booking was cancelled saying room was no longer being available. I rang the hotel. The room was available for a cheaper rate. I hope the refund for the 2nd cancellation is prompt. They also tried to call me at 1am to tell me booking was cancelled.. that was not ok.

Broken app with dreadful customer support!. The app is broken, and customer support has no interest in properly addressing the problem. It’s supposed to be possible to change train bookings in the app, but it doesn’t work, and the only options customer support could offer involved additional cost when this was not supposed to happen. When your app is broken, it’s not the customer who should incur the additional cost!

NEVER USE THIS TRIP TRAVEL AGENCY EVER. Before you book a ticket there is an option to select Economic, Premium Economic or Business. As soon as you book a ticket the only flight available to change is business class only. The customer service are so unprofessional, have no clue what they are doing. The trip travel agency itself not willing to help, everything is all about money. This is the first time and the last as well to use this. Not happy at all.

Mauvais service. Nous sommes restés en attente de 5am à 11am pour se faire niaiser. La compagnie aérienne United et Trip se lancaient la balle. Mon conjoint n’a pas pu embarque sur son vol à cause qu’il n’avait pas de preuve de vaccination. (Son escale le demandait) il ny avait aucun endroit dans ma réservation sur Trip qui mentionnait que c’était nécessaire. Résultat nous avons payé près de 1000$ pour rien. Aucun modification ou annulation possible car ils ont pas voulu changee de compagnie aérienne pour changer l’endroit de l’escale. Des heures et des heures de téléphone pour avoir perdu mon argent. Je suis très déçu c’était pas deuxième fois avec Trip et ma dernière.

Bad experience to change the Flight. I booked the flight with trip.com and it was quite smooth. But due to medical issues I m unable to travel on schedule . Trip.com was very non cooperative in this scenario. They were not willing to accept the medical grounds moreover, they were asking the change fee more than what is showing on the airline website. So very disappointed with this. Furthermore, at the end when I asked them to refund my tickets.As per policy, I applied 48hrs before (even I have screenshots) but they are not accepting and charged me more fees. Never book from this fishy site/platform.

Trip.com. So fast and easy…!!!

Terrible customer service. I received an email 7 hours before my flight that it was cancelled. When I called trip.com, they advised me that it would take 24 hours or longer to rebook the flight. No offer of a refund, just that I should contact the airline? The reason I use a travel company is so I don’t have to talk to the airline. No accountability, they didn’t care, trip.com was more than happy to take my money but not interested in resolving the situation. Avoid this company at all costs. Now I am supposed to go to the airport at 3am and fly to Taipei with no confirmation of a connecting flight to Vancouver. Trip.com, you truly are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to customer support.

Terrible never use again. Worst customer service, waste your time and money

This is one of the most untrustworthy platforms. Here I have a review. I met a lot of people who were expecting a flight to Vancouver with Lynx through trip.com were in panic as they changed the departure time repeatedly then ultimately cancelled, and the crew and the trip.com was handling it as normal situation with an attitude “ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM”. The same happened to me today, I’m sitting at Toronto airport while writing this review. They cancelled the flight and changed it two days later, and again the were acting normal. When I called customer support they were explaining me the flight policies at that high time. When I asked for a refund they said we will give you coins!!! Like seriously?? And I just checked now, they are giving me just 30USD back.😂 I asked for flight change with any other airline, he said its not in the flight policy. They didn’t even offered stay for those two days. I had to book an instant flight with another airline at high price and waited on Calgery airport for almost 8 hours. It happens every single day.

False Advertising. I go through travel agencies all the time and I’ve never had an issues until having trying out “trip.com” for the first time. I book a pair of return one way tickets for pregnant fiancé and myself only to receive an email saying “Failure to Issue Ticket” because of this: “ Kindly reply to us whether you would like to accept this flight (previous flight $1100, supposed new flight $1600). Misleading. I booked a round trip flight through trip.com. Through reservation I didn’t get any notification that my second flight doesn’t have carry on luggage (cabin luggage). I paid around 80$ in airport. Im just wondering how usually trip.com can send many alerts and notifications that tge flight will be full,HURRY UP!, but can’t inform customers that what is included in ticket. It is misleading!

Awful, waste of money.. Me and my wife had a flight back to the U.S. cancelled. I’ve tried over 5 times to solve the issue with costumer service (phone and chat), wasted 4 vacation days, trying for hours each day, just to have them fail, and then tell us that they would TRY to get us a refund, no guarantees. We’ve been waiting for over a week. Awful. There are many other similar companies, we travel a lot, have always been satisfied. Stay away from these greedy amateurs.

Horrible Customer Service. Horrible customer service. The app booked a flight that required changing airlines, and terminals (going thorough security a second time) with only 25 minutes between flights. No way to make the flight. Contacted customer service and they say can’t do anything because flights were technically on time. Contacted the airline directly and was easy fix, something that Trip customer service could have easily corrected.

Love CTrip especially for domestic travel.. CTrip is a very good company with great customer service. Lots of good deals with airfare and hotel bookings. Yet, to make it even better, they should add an option that allows you to book the HK and Macau ferries. Also, it would be nice if customers are allowed to add in their frequent flyer numbers with their airfare purchases whether it is with the operating airline or an affiliated airline within the airline groups such as SkyTeam, Star Alliance, or OneWorld. Absolute Crooks. I purchased tickets and realized directly after submitting I got my date wrong. They claim it is easy to change and I even bought the cancel or change guarantee and after calling 1 hour later they said they couldn’t help me. I talked to three different reps and they all lied. It is unlawful to now allow a change of flight if within 24 hours. I finally got my flight number out of one of them and cancelled with the airline. They are not giving me my money back and I will NEVER use them again. You should be ashamed of your business!!

My stay at Liki Tiki. It got off to a rough start but things mellowed out. I would have much rather been informed when there was going to be work done at the property because it gasped to be right in the area where my room was located which made it very noisy an it lasted longer than I was told. Big Data Rip Off. Trip parent company suffered a bad reputations and law suits of using BigData to rip off their loyal customers, as cases of was reported that charge more to loyal customers. In Trip, the oversee version of XieCheng in MainLand China, I search a flight of the fare initially 377 USD, when I am booking they price keep go up and up from 377 to 389 to 405 and the fourth time I finally was forced to book as 419 USD!!! During the booking the app warn me the tickers was sold out four time within 3 minutes every time I check out. Worst, by the time I just finished booking, the price dramatically drop to 260 USD, disgusting company

Saves a little money but no headache. If you enjoy not having to print your boarding pass book elsewhere. By the time their over prided check in actually happened, I had already printed it and was alders waiting for my flight early the next morning. If you just need to save a few bucks though I’d recommend just don’t think they will get your boarding pass to you.

Terrible app, terrible company. I wish I could give this app (and company) zero stars. Price increases after you select a flight, prices for both hotels and flights are cheaper on the Chinese version, for foreigners payment options are a nightmare (if you us a foreign credit card and there’s any issue with the booking, their customer support is only trained to say one thing: it’s a problem with your bank, you need to contact your bank), and finally overall their customer service is abysmal; poor English, no ability to resolve your problem (in fact that’s exactly what it is: it’s YOUR problem)

Biggest mistake. I plan one of my trips with this company and it was the worse thing I could do. First, they changed my flight so I had to pay more to get one that could fit the days I needed (their costumer support was terrible!). Then, I had to cancel my flight because of the COVID and I’m waiting for my refund since April 5th. I, again, talked with one of the customers service and they just give me excuses and saying to have patient. I’m really disappointed! I just want my money back, because it was great to buy with them, really easy! Until you have a problem, then you just have zero support.

Worst travel app ever!!!. My sister needed emergency heart surgery so I needed to fly to Colombia that day. I book my flight only to find the date was moved to a week later for some reason, so I had to cancel it and book a new flight. They still charged me for both flights even though I cancelled the first flight. When I called them they said because I cancelled it through the app it was not refundable. So they charged me for 2 flights even though I cancelled the first one.

Beware!!!!!. I booked a hotel overseas using Trip. I called the hotel to arrange transportation, and they cannot find my reservation. I contacted Trip, and they contacted the hotel only to tell me the hotel can not find the reservation, and they suggest I cancel my reservation. How can they offer the hotel and take my money, yet have no meaningful relationship with the hotel? Had I wouldn’t have called the hotel I would be overseas with no hotel in the middle of the night after an almost 24hr journey. Trip cannot service you. They can take your money though. They are a joke and a fraud.

Horrible Service. I booked a round trip that they immediately changed the flight times afterwards making it to where i would not land at the connecting airport in time to catch my next flight, i called asking for help and they rejected my change request on my flight twice, told me i’d get a refund and upon asking for a refund rejected that as well. I will never be using trip again for this inconvenience as i’m in the marine corps so im not allowed to make drastic flight changes having my leave block already submitted to my chain of command

Booking Issues. I didn’t receive emails from the airline after booking this flight. An email was sent by them to the email on file about arrival timing, that I missed. Due to that, I was not allowed to travel when I tried to check in. I told them I received no emails, so they checked my information on file. A Bejing, China physical address popped up, along with a completely different email. I missed my brothers law school graduation and was not refunded for anything. Saving the couple dollars is not worth using this company.

Horrible service. Some how out dates to check into the Excalibar hotel in Las Vegas got mixed up. We’ve been up since 6am PST today, trying to get the date’s changed and they keep on saying we will call you back with the changes in an hour for hours today and nothing has been done. They just told me now I have to wait until Tomorrow morning at 11 am to know if they change the dates. Absolutely ridiculous. And totally uncalled for. Do not book with this site at all. Not worth your time!

Kirman belazure trip. I and my family enjoyed our staying and holiday in kirman resort everything was available the services were excellent and all employees were cooperative and the show and activity were wonderful and the team was very nice and worked hard especially Mr. Tarik he was very cooperative and guided us and we enjoyed his meeting. Finally it was a nice trip.

Excellent for use in China. Many booking apps in China will not tell you if a hotel or place is allowed to host foreigners, but this app automatically guarantees that security. And if a place on it it happens to refuses to accept you when you arrive, they are required to provide a place for you that will.

Great app, great customer service. I’ve been using CTrip since I’ve been living in China (2015-present). I’ve never had issues with the platform and if something did go wrong their customer service was always super helpful and solved my problems with professionalism and timeliness.

Refund. I checked into my hotel and had no problems with the app and the release was supposed to happen the day I checked out, however they waited until almost a week and a half later to release it and I ended up having to pay the hotel extra and still haven’t received my money back so when you go through this app be careful

Save yourself the headache. I highly advise against using this travel service. They make you wait 1-2 hours for link to pay for any changes. Then you have 59 min to pay for ticket change. The agent did not explain this to my husband and we were made to pay thousands of dollars for flight changes for a flight that was canceled by an airline. We learned our second time around and my husband was up until almost 0300 to be able to pay for the flight.

Great price and reliable service. Booked a round trip airfares less than 2 days before departure from New York City to Nashville. Got confirmed number in about one hour, saved about half compared to all other websites. Very satisfied and definitely will come back in the future.

King size room. The pictures online doesn’t look like the room we ordered. Will not be booking here when coming back to Pensacola,FL. Also, I’m use to room service coming in everyday, the receptionist stated because we were only staying two days room service wasn’t required. I also had to go to the front desk to get my own towels. The comforter had lip stick on it. Nothing seemed washed. Not a satisfied traveler. Breakfast was limited. The doors to get inside the hotel with the key were locked with a sign the next day. Very inconvenient.

Take responsibility. Travel websites have a responsibility to help make sure that you are well informed of all the forms and documents you need to her off the ground. Should not be allowed to take your money without knowing if you even qualify to go. My flight came and went due to extra requirements that the ticketing counter person that was needed but nowhere on the website list those requirements or even tell me to meet certain requirements. Disappointing to say the lease to find out you can’t go on a trip you been planning for months.

Don’t trust this company. This company is good for purchasing but if something goes wrong, you can forget about trying to get your money through them. don’t bother! just contact airline directly. Trip is a Chinese company and They will give you runaround until you run out of time. Seriously don’t even bother working with them. They will delay and stal. It’s trick of the trade to the extreme. Misleading notifications. It keeps indicating that there is one message to read with that red dot. On opening the app there is nothing, nor have I ever ordered with the iOS app. Apple? Do something about this. They are abusing the notifications to try and trick you into open the app. Incredibly bad behavior. 2 stars stars because other than that it's OK, used them for a decade or so on other platforms when necessary. Not better than others by any real measure but at least they aren't owned by the exact same people.

A “travel agency” that takes no responsibility. Stay away: my trip was booked entirely here and at some point I get an email from them that the airline has canceled my return flight, moving it to the day after (!). Not Trip’s fault directly, but not doable anymore for me: bummer, I try to cancel everything and get a refund, right? Well, since the first leg of the trip was “still on time”, they only offer a partial refund of $30 per passenger for that portion. A real insult: I will not use them ever again and I make sure that everyone knows about this.

Please improve to share my trip schedule with someone. This app is great. Definitely one of the best travel apps ever. However, there is another possibility to be better than now, it is to add a function for invitations to share schedules. Wish I could give a zero too!. Somehow this company doesn’t handle finances very well. My account has been frozen for services I did not use. I made booking through someone trying to start a travel business and fully paid for my trips. At some point the “financier” decided to defraud the company and chargeback some 50k+RMB. Since they can’t or won’t take those people to court, they’ve decided to freeze my and a few other people’s account until WE PAY THEM! Also, the iOS app stopped working from about January.

Easy to navigate and quick update. I use this app for all my bookings, the reviews are helpful and quite accurate. When I need to amend the booking I can do so quickly and the changes appear instantly. If I cancel a booking my funds are refunded immediately. Would recommend this application to friends and family.

Can not select City Destination in flight menu .. I am using the app on iPad Pro. The search box for city destination does not work . There is no keyboard menu to type the destination city. The app use to work but since update, it no longer works. So frustrating. 😟

False advertisement. This company they tell you something and when you get the booking you’ll get something else I book ticket from Orlando to Newark when I booked it, it was include baggage and then when I get the confirmation, it was not include baggage or carry-on. I called twice first time they said they are going to call me back, they didn’t second time they deny they advertised it include Baggage. I asked for supervisor the person I spoke to. He said you have to request it and he will get back to you in 24 hours and my flight will be before he will respond to me.

They will take your money and give you nothing. Airline canceled my flight, a trip customer service helped reschedule, then the reschedule was canceled. At that point I requested a refund, which was refused to me. This site and these people are ridiculous- it doesn’t matter if what keeps you from making your flight is their fault or not, they will keep your money. Scummy scummy people. But I guess dealing with the greedy billionaire airlines and their bffs that help them make money one should expect nothing more 👎🏼 thumbs down all around and I will be getting lawyers involved

Unfortunate experience. I booked flights on this website then i had to cancel it. The website doesnt give enough info about the cancellation so i called the customer service they said if the ticket is not issued we can refund if it is issued already you have to pay 50 dollars. Apparently it is 50 per person. What bothers me is that first they issued my ticket to get 50 dollars per person then cancelled my ticket. What an integrity!!! I would not recommend any company trying to make money like this. Definitely will not use their service again.

Welcome changes. As others have said, this app makes life much easier for English-speaking people in China. I also welcome the change of adding Union Pay bank cards to complete transactions. Then I don't need to use my foreign bank accounts to book tickets.

This app deceives you. They let hotels sort reviews such an order that they all decieve the clients. For instance i have stayed in mgm grand. The hotel had terrible guest service, lots of hidden cost, no working wireless etc. Me and other 2 guys have written very bad reviews. But guess what when i checked hotel reviews , the good old reviews were at the top but our newest reviews are listed below. I have asked them why they told me hotels are arranging that. Are you out of your mind ? Then why you are sitting in the middle!

Horrible experience. I will never use this app again. Out $100 because of confusion in the app. Partly my fault I’ll admit for not carefully double checking the info but the app switched the state during my search and I didn’t notice. I’ve used many travel apps over the years and this was first and very last experience with this one. And no easy way to speak to a person regarding the problem. There’s plenty of other travel apps. Do yourself a favor and use one of them instead of this garbage.

My favorite. I travel a lot and this is my go-to app for buying flights. It allows my calendar to send me notifications as well and keeps me up to date. I’ve also bought tour packages off the app and I’ve found it easier for me to handle everything in one single app.
