Buggy and over priced. Could be good if it was consistent and had a lower price point option. Goes from free to about 40/month if you just want to access tasks. Can get that for nothing in most CRMs. Like the chrome extension except I keep refreshing to see my pipelines and freezes. Mobile could use a total interface overhaul so you can work from pipeline deals easily. I've tried it twice now and just can't make this fit.

Fine. It’s fine but you can’t create pipelines by yourself. You need a team whatever that is for I don’t know. If the developers want to contact me if they have a fix then I’d like that. P.s. pasting text turned it all black on black for me?

Lifesaver. We are a company of "crazy brained" people who have a hard time keeping track of projects and tasks. Streak is so easy. It's like nothing to tap into it from Google. And the format is so instinctual, the learning curve was not too bad. We are happy every time the Streak crew adds or tweaks a feature. They seem to understand what we need.

Amazing with a couple glitches**. The only thing that has a glitch is opening attachments. Once I do, it won't allow me to return to the previous screen and I either 1) have to restart the app or 2) restart the phone to use it again. An update with bug fixes is appreciated! Other than that, the system is the best I've ever seen!

Pretty great at first, unusable speed on iPad OS now. Not sure what has happened in the last few days, but creating new boxes linked to emails with Streak on iPad OS has become unusably slow. Great feature set, missing some key things (like adding/changing labels on emails) that make me still have to go back and forth between Gmail and Streak. Interface is somewhat inconsistent and buggy. For example, about 10% of the time, the “Add to Pipeline” button doesn’t show up above an email. Biggest problem now is that for some reason, after hitting “Add” or “Create,” the app takes ages (30 full seconds) at times to create the box. This is unacceptably slow for a CRM. Sometimes button presses just don’t register. If this interface were snappier, it would be a 4.5/5 app and I would use it every day on iPad. Devs, if you do nothing else, please fix the bug that causes an instant crash to Home Screen when typing “@“ in comments or meeting notes. Not acceptable.

Crm in gmail. Perfect!. Finding myself in need of a crm tool, I surveyed my options. Each crm tool had to import your email/contacts and them you had 2 systems to deal with: your email and your CRM software. Then along comes streak! Just in the nick of time too, before I was about to over complicate my life. I love how I can make pipelines right inside gmail. Just doooooo it!

STREAK IS A BIZ LIFESAVER!!!. I literally have no idea how I operated my business prior to Streak! I encourage all of my new team members to get Streak set up right away so that they have a solid follow up system! With Streak absolutely no prospects or customers fall through the cracks and everyone gets taken care of as you promised.

So Close...Great Start. I really was excited to see this today. Streak is an incredible product. On the whole, Streak needs to be able to nest boxes or pipelines into a hierarchy. But, that isn't why this review is subtracting stars. The first deduction is for the fact that It can only read the Inbox with no other labels to work from. If you use mailboxapp, it is pretty tough to get a good work flow going hoping between the two. While you're at it, please allow us to keep pipeline's hidden like on the desktop. The second deduction is for just how buggy this version is. The streak boxing tool and app header disappears with functional loss. I'll be submitting screen shots and coming back here to update this as things get fixed. At the end of the day. I do wish Wrike, Mailboxapp/dispatch/boxer and Streak were one harmonious product. Update: I was able to get the bug to go away if I went into a pipeline and forced it to reload an email and download an attachment. So, this work around gives me enough hope to add the star back assuming a fix comes out soon.

Pipeline. I cant create a pipeline because it the create button when i press the plus doesnt work and i press on add stages to the pipeline, app crashes

Frustrating. The email plugin is pretty good but the app is frustrating. I can’t respond to emails inside of a pipeline in the app and I have to therefore go back and forth between gmail and streak just to send an email. Also, I don’t like the fact that I have to open a second app in order to access my CRM. A simple email add on would be much more efficient.

How to track emails on iPad. Many people use Streak on their desktop to track when and where someone opens their email. The app version of Streak will not do that, but I have figured out how to use the tracking feature of Streak on my iPad. You must download an app called "Virtual Browser for Chrome" for $4.99. When in the app, go to the Chrome Store, search and download "Streak," go to your Gmail account, accept to use Streak and then you are able to use the the feature to track when and where someone opens your email just like on the desktop version. WARNING: The app, Virtual Browser for Chrome is very annoying! Each time you open the app, you must go through the process of downloading the Streak extension again!!! It will also ALWAYS ask you to update to the premium version ($1.99/mo). I believe the Streak extension will always work without updating to premium.

Nice app needs improvement to be usable. The app itself is nice and lets you update your Streak data while viewing your Gmail email. Allows you to link Streak boxes and pipelines to your email threads (conversations/subjects) from your phone; which in turn allows you to create reminder emails, add/edit opportunity information, notes, etc. Big problem is something is going on with Gmail reader within Streak. You cannot ZOOM into a PDF or other attachment in an email if opened through Streak. Action also locks you into an open email that simply won't close unless you shutdown the app. Please correct this major issue that makes you have to switch back and forth with other email client apps to view emails with attachments. This flaw makes this potentially great app impractical for use, in turn making it a low rated app in my view.

Need functionality to create custom pipelines. It’s almost there.. sort of. Needs functionality to create custom pipelines. They have standardized pipelines, and if you can find one that fits your CRM scenario perfectly, great! But, you can’t even rename, reorder, or delete the sub-pipelines, so if their stock Pipeline options don’t fit... well, you’re kinda sunk.

Fast, Perfect CRM. Great app. I've always loved Streak and I'm really happy with the iOS app. It's easy to find what I'm looking for. I use streak to keep track of my customers and all of the emails I'm sending back and forth. Its been a huge value add and makes GMail wayyy more powerful. I love all of the features. My sales team is a lot more productive.

Tasks Not Working. Letters don’t show up while typing tasks or meeting notes. Until this is fix, the app is useless.

Crashes Frequently. Click on a comment on Streak Box and it will crash No way to report the bug either

Meh... Can't really do anything with it.. I can't move things between pipelines unless I have the web browser interface which usually only works on the computer, so there's a lack of functionality for me and like another reviewer said it be great to ask for help.... But the in app chat feature doesn't work. Disappointed:-/

Crashes immediately. Looks like it's going to work for about 5 sec then crashes. I would love to try it sometime. It seems like it will be a good product. Im leaving five stars because I think you can fix this and this review will become irrelevant.

Unusable - and really bad even when it works. I can't log on... makes it impossible to use streak on mobile. Even when it used to work, the experience was slow, counter-intuitive and unpleasant overall. Really problematic as a long time streak user who is often on mobile. The low quality of the mobile app experience is making our organization consider alternatives for pipeline management.

Love it!. Streak continues to amaze and surprise me! This is a terrific application!

No supper for drive on iOS????. I just started to explore streak and almost immediately stopped when I found the google apps are unsupported on iOS. This app is useless to me until that changes, unless there is some way to create spreadsheets within the app.

Great app but huge bug. Update: been almost 2 months since update and still haven’t fixed the issue where I have to log in with gmail every time. Now my pipelines aren’t syncing. Moved my rating down to 1 star. Makes me log in to gmail every time I leave the app and come back. Besides that it's a great product. I use streak on pretty much every email I send so being able to do so from my phone saves me time on the go.

Annoying. I honestly hate that I cannot use it on the iPad anymore. The app isn’t compatible with the new software. I also dislike that you cannot add contacts to the new created boxes. It’s honestly pointless for me to use if I’m trying to use my time efficiently. It’s only good for just adding names and dates of when you talked to a person.

Great Concept. I love using STREAK, it helps keeps everything in my life organized. As a real Estate it’s much needed. But not being able to add pipelines or delete anything on the app is quite frustrating. Can you please fix this issue it’ll be an amazing fix. I’m sure others would appreciate it as well.

Streak Keeps Me Organized. Email is a mess and it usually isn't enough to simply "mark as unread." Streak shows me where I am in the process of getting things done, no matter what I may be needing help with. Glad I got it.

Too many steps on iPad. First, you must sign in with your Google account. Then you’re required to go on your desktop to set it up with iOS! Give me a break… this is NOT a user friendly or MOBILE app! Deleted.

Streak is Fantastic. Streak has been amazing so far in keeping track of all my clients and everything associated. I'm excited to see where it grows too, but hope you guys will stay true to offering your services at an affordable price when out of beta! I put 4 stars for one reason, and is because for the app to be of a productive use for me, I need to be able to see the categories I placed emails from clients in inside gmail. I'm not sure if this is possible or not, but if so it would make the app complete for me. Also It would be fantastic if you could, in time, create an app specific to the ipad utilizing its screen size and allowing for multiple sections of information on the screen. Overall though, fantastic service!

Login process broken again. Something has happened twice now with the login process breaking - or at least it has with two-factor authentication. The first time took a couple weeks but then a new version was released. This latest version broke again and it's been at least two weeks since it's been broken again. Basically, if you quit the app, you have to go through the two-factor authorization again - even if you had clicked the "remember this device for 30 days". And sometimes other bugs will present themselves (unrelated- I think) which forces you to quit the app but then you have to go through the 2-factor authentication again. I have to do it though since my business is running on Streak right now. I just have an unreliable time with on on mobile which is a bummer :(. I'm sure they'll fix it, but potential customers should know that the iOS fixes are not speedy to be released. EDIT: Appears that all I had to do was delete the app altogether, and then re-download it for the login issue (above) to resolve. That cleared the specific issue up for me. I had been so desperate for this to work that I randomly tried that and lo and behold, that's what did the trick! :)

Great App. I'm a bit baffled by the negative reviews because this app isn't the perfect app for reading email. It's purpose is to be the perfect app for managing your streak pipelines. It does a fantastic job of that - easily see what's in each stage, move items between stages, reply with your pre written responses. All good. I give four stars because of one baffling oversight. I am able to create a task and view it but I cannot mark it as complete or see a list of tasks that are due. In my case the issue is tasks need to be complete before something moves to the next stage

Solid. Expect bugs, but customer support is really awesome. They've fixed bugs i uncovered in a matter of days. Very good support. You'll hear others complain about price but to have gen on standby is well worth it. Feel like I know them. Tons of good webinars too. I'm riding with them as they improve as it's good but will be great

Go to tool to manage sales. Love the product. Been using it for over a year to help me manage my sales pipeline without going out of my email.

Awesome except one thing. I like it even better than the mail app iPhone comes with and better than the Gmail app but the attachments people send me blow up HUGE and I can see them, only a small piece of them. Forcing me to go check that same email in another program

All Promise No Action. Let me start by saying the concept of Streak is amazing. The only thing that could be better is if Gmail offered it natively buying doubt Google will ever push Gmail in that direction. As of now on iOS 8 the app does not work. It opens but clicking on an inbox causes it to crash every time. For a mission critical app this is very bad especially since iOS 8 has been in the hands of developers for months. Looks wise they clearly don't have a modern designer working on the project but hopefully a full redesign will be in the works. This goes for the app and the web interface. A big issue is you can't integrate gmail labels with the system. Meaning you can't use far better apps like Mailbox app to organize your emails into pipelines. You can track status of buckets but not the emails inside them which is unfortunate. So each email has to be its own bucket which then loses the greatness of having related emails in one bucket. Support and training guides is very limited compared to another robust free product Asana. If they hire great designers, developers and support staff this product could be amazing. But I think it's a few years off

No emails appear in "Inbox". Not sure what market advantage an email tracking app has over the competition when no emails appear in the inbox. Maybe I misunderstand what the app is supposed to do. I would ask the support team using the help/chat function of the app, but it doesn't work. Other than those issues, it isn't ugly, hence the second star.

Nice companion to desktop version of Gmail's plugin. My previous long review was deleted by mistake, so I'll be short in describing flaws: fonts too large on iPhones 5,6, interface should utilize the real estate better, I would recommend dedicating a row of text to each email section for boxes and labels, currently they're truncated, makes it impossible to know which is which. As for functionality, all other modern email clients already support swipe gestures to act on emails for reply, archive, delete, etc, the existing Archive function very poorly implemented. Bottom line, the app is usable when you can't be in front of your desktop, but definitely not a replacement. I have this app installed since it came out, and I'm keeping it, waiting for the updates

Finally. I have been waiting anxiously for something like this and so far it appears totally usable and saves me from having to log onto my desktop since 90 % of my business is done on my phone. Only problem is that you can't assign an email in a stacked message to a different box.. Ie mass email/same subject line different contact :(

Stuck!. I can’t add anything to the app or computer version. Also makes me have to use the trial pro version.

Would give 6 stars if possible. Being self employed and relying on gMail for so much business development, Streak became indispensable within 2 days of using.

Email Tracking Error in iPhone. Email tracking is not available anymore on iPhone, now you can’t view if the recipient has viewed or opened the email.

BUGGY. Bugs All Throughout The App. You Go To Add A Slip On The Pipeline & The Whole App Just Crashes.

Updated: All kinds of awesome now. I’ve been a user from pretty much the beginning. The recent major rebuild of this app is incredible, providing so much more control over boxes than one used to have. No more setting Due Dates but then having to go back to the desktop version to add Due Times. That alone has been a long-awaited game-changer for my productivity, but the sleeker interface and better performance are also great. And I can see they also recently fixed a bug I’d reported so that attachments can be easily viewed at full scale in both iPad and iPhone versions. Dude, I can’t wait for just a couple more things like either ability to also access one’s Saved Views, or simpler or set sort preferences for boxes by stage, barring them just defaulting to by Due Date. While a few of its features I use rarely or never, I’m in Streak and rely on it heavily every day, and the iOS version is now doing almost everything I normally need. Major props to the team behind it, and looking forward to next updates as always.

Review update!. Most of the reviews for this application say that you can’t add pipelines or cards but I have been able to do Both and I just installed the app 15 minutes ago. I love the desktop version, I’m still exploring the application but recommend it

Great small business CRM. This app is great for small business lead and project tracking if you use gmail based gsuite. For the next improvement it would be great to be able to add contacts from the app and also delete from the app.

So convenient!. Easy to use and integrated in with my Google Workspace acount so everything is in one place. You can't beat it!

Two major bugs. When writing a new email, I can’t add the email to a box. That’s a major bug. The feature is there but doesn’t work. You can click add to box, and highlight the box you want to add the email to, but when you hit select nothing happens. You can’t go to a box and click on an email within it and then email that person back either. If you have a box with an email chain in it, all you can do is look at the emails. You can’t send any emails from within the box. You can open a brand new email, but again, you can’t add it to a box. Using an iPhone 12.

Streak CRM is amazing!. It gives me a way to organize org-wide processes in discrete steps and efficiently track and communicate about group follow-through. The app is an elegant window into the state of each element/constituent/issue. Plan to spend some desktop time on setup - well worth it if you have a high volume of gmail based interaction and need another layer of structure.

App needs more work. The app needs to reflect the web functionality (magic fields, move boxes to other pipelines, customize the location of the fields, see email tracking, phone log, etc). I know they are working constantly on it, so hope changes will come soon.

Beware!. You have to agree to agree to let them read about everything related to Gmail, then if you look up Canceling in their Help, it only references the Mac side. So then you have to decide whether to install Mac just so you can UNINSTALL the iPhone app. It feels like a scam, though I’m not accusing them of that, yet. I can’t figure out how to get them out of my gmail with installing more.

Great tool. Great tool for business organization and task management. The iOS app crashes sometimes, but much less than the previous version. I really recommend streak in general but the app still needs some work.

Best CRM / project management tool. Streak is indispensable in my Gmail inbox, and getting a mobile look is the logical next step here. Great first version, and looking forward to future upgrades and features; these guys take excellent care of their product.

Brilliantly executed gmail crm service for teams. I started using Streak early in its public development. I had trialled many other email systems for a small business email and CRM solution. Nothing was as intuitive or powerful with email integration. Since my early use the product has continued to improve and add functionality. I can't recommend it highly enough.

NOT fake - a real CRM tool in your Gmail. Do not pay attention to the review by Ozchinese caking this "fake". Obviously, someone who does not know the product as a Gmail add-on and why it requires access to your data. This app is the iOS companion to the much loved Desktop plugin - it provides easier access to Streak's functions without using a browser and limited screen real estate of the phone. We are a team of 6 on 2 company and a team of 3 in another (personal, using a free account) and use it to track leads (pre-sales funnel) and also to do small / high-level project management (follow up on requests and communications from customers). Overall the app delivers - the only issue I found so far is when switching accounts between pro and perso. I had to kill the app to get the panels to refresh to the connected account data.

Streak - Great Experience on a desktop / Subpar on iPad. Streak fails to deliver on the iPad. Having to add ‘contacts’ via the desktop is a big disconnect to an almost automated system. In terms of features on the desktop, it excels in automation, making the experience much better.

Needs a iPad version. I love streak but I'm doing most of my work on an iPad Air. The current version is designed for the iPhone so it isn't very usable for the iPad.

Buttery Smooth!. Outstanding first version. My first impression was this is buttery smooth. I loved your concept of CRM in email from the beginning. And, now I love it even more that it's on my iPhone.

No Notes on App. Useless without access to notes. When will this app ever be updated?

Ugh... updates have made a mess. This app was my go-to for keeping my Gmail accounts easily accessible, but for the past few months the updates have made a real mess of it. I now HATE this app and would rather just login to my accounts on a desktop. I can’t switch between accounts, I can’t even switch been folders in each email account... what kind of update is that. And the fact that I have to keep putting in my passwords to login... if I’m even lucky to get it to login. Ugh!!! Whoever they’re letting work on the updates needs to be fired. WORST!!!

No email tracking. Does not track email like the desktop version. Deleted.

Incredible. I was aware of the concept and basics of CRM but had never implemented it into my own sales routine before now. After using Streak for two weeks I don't know how I lived without it before. Now my staff and I can seamlessly share information and update projects on the fly. Everyone on our team can see at a glance what stage projects are at and how to move them forward. Customers are responded to faster and follow ups are conducted in a timely, relevant manner. Not that it detracts from my five star rating, but I have two items on my wish list: 1) and iPad app that blends the simplicity of the iPhone app and the robustness of the full online version and 2) integration with Google Calendar. Right now if you want to turn a lead into an appointment it has to be entered manually into the calendar and there is no way of linking appointments with boxes in the same way emails can be linked. I'm sure these functions will come with time. In the mean time, Streak is helping my business leave no stone unturned.

Current Version Endless Sync Loop. Not sure what has happened but the iOS app that I have installed on my iPhone 6 and iPad Air go into an endless loop of synching rendering the mobile version completely unusable. Is there a fix? Otherwise this would get 4 1/2 stars as it is an excellent add-on to Gmail and very flexible in tracking virtually anything you want to do.

Love it but .... The app is almost fantastic. Hopefully the email tracking function will be added soon. Would like to see who opened/read what was sent.

Great App!. Just need to add the tracking to make it 5 star and the ability to rename pipelines and boxes. Lastly, it's opens up emails when scrolling gets a bit out of control. Look forward to update.

Horrible. I love the desktop version that gets updated daily. WHY hasn't this been updated?! I cannot experience streak on my mobile at all. This is outdated and very laggy. Please update the UX and UI.

Need to Edit Contacts. I enjoy the accessibility of having streak on my phone but I need to be able to add contacts and edit my pipelines properly on this platform. I need to be able to do the same on my phone as I can on my desktop, otherwise what is the point of the portability.

Awesome. I have been searching for a CRM for 6 months. I tried at least 1/2 dozen. None of them did what I wanted. Then I found Streak. Within 2 hours, I was up and running and I did that with out any instruction. It is intuitive, you can figure it out. I started using the Streak app while it has been in Beta. It is getting better and better. You get the same functionality now on your iPhone and iPad as on a PC/Mac browser. I am very satisfied. Can you tell? ;-)

Crashing!. Was working perfectly, but now it continually syncs and is unusable. Please look into this if you haven't already.

Excellent CRM platform.. I have been very impressed with this CRM solution. If your company uses Google-powered email, Streak CRM is a no brainer.

Immediately crashes on launch. Initial setup was fine but second launch of the app crashes immediately after starting sync.

Can't get through 2-step verification. I would love to try this app, but please fix this error.

Constantly have to delete and reinstall. This app is useful - for one day. It somehow loses my login and tells me I have to re-authenticate without giving any way to do that. I have to delete and reinstall to get it to work again. This is no help for productivity. Until the developers can fix this bug - the app is a total fail.

Finally a Useful CRM. For us small guys it not always about all the crazy features, it's all about how useful this tool is. Brilliant idea to fit a CRM into gmail. Keep it up.

Why can’t I track emails from the app?. I would just like the simple ability to send tracked emails on mobile. Could the fine folks at Streak please oblige?

Very good!. Regular updates, rapid development & working out bugs. If your workflow is closely tied to GMail, this is an excellent project management app! I'm a fan!

awesome tool for crm, hiring and customer support. i use streak everyday at work and for personal use on desktop. so happy i can use it on the go now. the app is clean, simple, and beautifully built.

Joke. This mobile app is a joke and completely useless. Its very frustrating as I use the Chrome extension all day on my computer and everything works great. The functionality of the iphone app... well what functionality? There is none

Crash and no update for a year. Love the gmail part but the ios app has been crashing for over a year and no update, no fix :( Are you abandoning the app?

App crashes on 5s. The app is very slow and gets stuck when scrolling. When trying to view an email in a box the app goes back to the inbox instead of opening the email. I have the same issues on the iPhone 4S I hope they fix it soon. I do love the desktop gmail integration

New features do not work!. The new upcoming feature just shows a server parse error. The email experience is still buggy. The desktop version is great. I wish the team over at Streak headquarters would create a mobile experience that matched.

Slow buggy hard to use. The app is still incredibly slow. Still get a silly screen asking to install gmail when it's already installed. And it constantly asks for my gmail password every time. No way to filter or sort "assigned to me". Terrible.

Terrible Application for a Good Tool. I can log on and see different groups of orders, but to go change the grouping/status on my orders just causes the app to shut down. It is not functional for what it should be used for.

Very good UI , stable.. The paid version priced extremely high for single user. That is a very good app , but $$$$$$

No email tracking?. I downloaded this app because the desktop plug-in for gmail has a very useful email tracking feature that allows you to see if your emails have been read or not and that feature is absent in the app.

Interesting ideas but requires google plugin. App alone isn't helpful if you're not using the good web plugin. Useless if you use a mail client for email. So if you use google web mail then this might work for you. App is nice but navigation irksome animations

Great until yesterday. Was working great until yesterday. Now crashes upon opening. lets go with a fix, quickly!

Login continues to be broken. App is useless if doesn’t log in

Crashes immediately upon sync. After initially entering Gmail information into the account settings the app crashes after launch when performing the first sync. Looks to have a lot of promise if we can get past this issue.

Won't let me get past sign in. I just downloaded this app and I'm a fairly new user of Streak for Gmail. However, when I go to sign in and I get to my 2-step verification, the box for the number pops up and immediately goes away. I tried it 3 times, then deleted the app, reinstalled the app, tried again and it still happened. So right now it's useless to me. If I can actually get to using it, I'll happily post another review.

Works well. For what it does, it does it well. Have not seen a crash.
