What is caller-id app? The authoritative Caller ID reverse lookup app. Our app has provided reliable, free caller name ID since 2013 and amassed nearly 20,000 positive reviews. We are the only phone directory that has patented our advanced, transparent search technology assuring you updated and accurate information.

Major version release 2.0 brings an entirely redesigned interface incorporating innovative suggestions from our users. If somebody called you or contacted you via social media and you're trying to find out who owns the number, use our app to quickly do a "reverse lookup" and determine who called you.

New features in Version 2.0:
-Global Caller ID now allows search of over 1 billion phone numbers worldwide! Our free version covers ~60% of numbers - the best free service available.

-Maps Geolocation shows approximate area by area code.

-All new Social Media directory to publish your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and email addresses in our phone directory!

Most (if not all) cellular phone carriers do not offer the full caller ID service that exists for landline phones. When someone calls a mobile phone, the cell phone caller ID leaves out the name, only showing the phone number and/or city of the caller. Real caller ID shows the number & name of the caller. Since 2013, Greenflight has offered this invaluable free & real caller ID utility for the iOS architecture.

This tool may only be used to research phone numbers that called you or contacted you via social media. All use must comply with applicable international, federal, and local laws. The Caller-ID service is not a consumer reporting agency as by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

For Caller ID Pro Edition subscriptions, a free trial three day trial is available for first time users. After the free trial finishes, premium membership for up to 30 searches/month is available for $9.49 a month.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase, or end of trial period, if applicable. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Caller-ID Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

False Product.. Literally this app does nothing but link you to a website. From which it wants you to sign up, and pay money for a service. Is the app free? Sure it’s a fancy Hyperlink to a website, you could have just searched for on Safari. Also this is not Technically*** a free app and should say that it has in app purchases required for use. Except they have a loophole because you again, Technically don’t PAY in the app you pay on their website. Which all the app did again, was link you there. Completely misleading and looks like a hacker from 1990s created an Old webkit app. Do not even waste your phones space, or your iClouds memory on this pile.

Great App. I have used this App for a couple of years now for many different reasons. Finding who’s number my cheating Ex husband was calling, to numbers I didn’t know. Sometimes the App hasn't gotten the updated information on who has the number but it always been accurate 90% of the time. I even have used the call number feature. It calls the number anonymously sonyou don’t have to. You don’t ever talk to anyone you just get to see who answers the phone or who's voice ya on the voicemail.

No ads and fast, but.... There are no ads (so far) and it seems fast, but it always quickly returns only a blank caller ID. In the years I’ve had it, I think it may have identified one number. But at least it doesn’t try to pawn me off on a subscription ID, personal info/history service like all the rest do. Callers with non-commercial legitimate intent should not block their ID’s, or at least unblock it for personal calls. All numbers should be associated with an easily identifiable ID/owner. If they block it, then we should all practice not answering such calls. They’d soon stop waking us and unnecessarily disrupting our days. As long as they get someone to pick up, they get paid; even more if you buy whatever they’re selling. Even if one person in 2 dozen answers, and one in 50 go for their deal, it’s worth it to them. That our congress opted to exempt political calls from Do-Not-Call list regulations was a travesty, and an example of the weaknesses and perversions in our otherwise plodding but sometimes effective government system. If only we could find enough politicians with the guts to separate cash from elections, how much more beautiful and true-to-intent our Constitution would really be.

Great for landlines. First off, this app really is free--i. e., it doesn't claim to be free and then ask for your credit card info to use after the "free" trial. Second, it reliably finds landlines. It doesn't always have cell phone numbers and then can only give you the location of where the cell phone was purchased and first used. But hey, it's free, so you have nothing to lose by trying numbers. Thank you to whomever made this app!

Almost perfect. I have been trying to find the perfect source of reverse directories -- I have not found one that is perfectly accurate every time I use it... but this one is pretty good...it's better than the others I've tried-- even some that I paid for are not as good as this one---and it was free! So I can't complain---It's not going to be useful if you expect it to be perfect... but it's probably as good as you're gonna get--- I've tried lots of others - and this is currently the only one I haven't deleted -- I use it frequently-- it's not gonna cost you anything to try it--- so why not check it out...

Too expensive, rarely worked. From the reviews I read, the ones the developers posted, it sounded like a great app. But during the trial period it only ever worked on one reverse lookup that I tried. I tried to reverse look up several numbers and only one number identified the caller. I cancelled before the trial period was over (only a 3 day trial, on an app that is charging 9.99 per month!). It’s too expensive especially for an app that works 1% of the time.

SirTomek. This is a pretty good app in that it identified a caller was from the Middle East & not anywhere in the USA as the number would indicate. After finding out who/where the number belongs to I block the ones that leave no voicemail or are ones I don’t know. Number Guru used to be more thorough but screwed up the app completely when they changed it. This app & one other are the only free ones left that do any good. I know this, because I looked. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY is all the other ones are about.

Works for me!. I have used this app for quite awhile now and I have no complaints. It's easy to use and I can see who to call back or block. Here's what I do because there isn't a back space. I just get my iPad, go to the app and put the number in from my iPhone. If you don't have your iPad with you, just wait until you get home. It is just that simple and the problem is solved. There's no need for paper and pencils to write down the phone number.

Great App. Every phone number can not expected to be traced as new numbers are switched and/or created daily. However, it does as good a job as any in pulling the most accurate up to date information that is possible . Some things are just impossible and improbable like having the identifying information on pre paid, burner, or newly acquired numbers. In addition, some numbers are not even from a service carrier and are obtained via calling apps which only increase the difficulty in obtaining accurate information. Overall, the app does a fairly well job in acquiring caller information. It is just important to understand that not all calls will generate information as some are specifically created to do the exact opposite in which case good luck.

Caller ID. The app has returned proper data when checking phone numbers that I knew who they were assigned. I downloaded the app to check on suspicious text messages. Assuming the name returned for those have the same accuracy, then the one I just checked showing a Wall-Mart store (holdin a gift card for me) happens to be an insurance company. I intend to keep using the app even though it’s usually obvious that the message is a fake. I never click on a link provided unless I know the sender.

Great app. This app is not a “hunk of junk”. Although you can’t look up your recent search history, you can glance between apps and easily enter the phone number- it takes the same amount of effort ;). Plus this app does its job: tells you who the number belongs to, and if the information is available, it will even tell you the persons address.

Great for the price; does what it says it does. The UX could be improved in a couple of ways: - put a lookup field on the first screen, or at least a "tap the phone to continue " message. It took me a minute to figure that out. - after looking up a number, put both Geolocate and Lookup Another buttons so you can skip the Geolocate step - leave the input field open so you can Lookup Another in one step after your first lookup

Frustrated. When I first got this app years ago… it was great… if it was a valid phone number attached to a plan (Verizon, AT&T, T-mobile, etc) a contracted plan, the name would come up. That was all I needed… to know who was messaging me. If it’s a prepay monthly plan, or one of those kind of things, of course the info won’t come up, as those aren’t tracked anywhere. However, in the last few months, the contracted names won’t even show up. All you get is this little message below where you input the phone number that says verified number. To make sure it was the app and not the number, I put in a handful of numbers including my own that I knew would in fact and should in fact come up with the name. Also, their icon at the top doesn’t match what we have… I’m not sure if the app developers went out of business, gave up, don’t know how to keep up, if an update is in order or what the deal is but this app no longer works… and it was probably the best available before, if you were simply looking to match the number with the name like I was. Huge disappointment at the moment.

Worthless. This app is worthless. It has gotten its 4star rating by requiring users to rate the app before it will release information— after which it will link you to “fee required subscription “ sites where they will keep your card information on file. Don’t be fooled into giving this app a good rating - you will get nothing in return. (LookUp is a free app that allowed me to get a caller ID on a text within a matter of seconds without any “catches”. If you just need an incidental look up, I recommend LookUp” rather than this worthless spam-generating app.) Bottom line, don’t waste your time on Caller ID. All it’s going to give you is SPAM.

So far so good!. I've only been using this app for a week or so but so far the app can identify every number I ask for. The interface is a little outdated in my opinion but as far as caller id identification goes this app delivers! The only thing I wish it would do is identify the call as it comes in not just when you ask for it. That would be great if it had that!

Caller-ID. Just started using. Better than new version of White Pages. Doesn't distinguish disconnected number. Seldom gives address. Interface needs work as others have stated. Keyboard covers click box for search, has to be removed first. Phone number should be listed on results page. Map information too general, does not indicate location of phone. Does not give nearby phones as White Pages used to do. Will use this first in preference to others.

Thorough Database. This app seems to have a pretty extensive database because it nearly always provides the person or company's name and location. It takes a little bit of guessing to get it to work the first time while avoiding clicking on any unwanted ads, but once you use it a couple of times you should have it down. I'm quite pleased with it.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Quick and easy with no crashes so far and have yet to come across a number it couldn't identify. Only annoying thing is that the geolocation lookup is a bit misleading-obviously that only works for landlines which are few and far between these days. Other then that it's the cats pajamas! Update-I forgot to mention that the design of the app is rather outdated. Although it is very simple to use, the lack of a "back" button is extremely annoying. I hate that I have to do the extra step of pressing geolocate before I can clear out the number I am done with and enter another one for it to look up. How could such an obvious necessary function have been overlooked? It's not like the rest of the app was so intricate and detailed that the developer was overwhelmed and forgot to add it in there, this app has literally like 2 things it can do. How hard would it have been to add a third function; the back/clear button?!

Gets the name sometimes, but interface has issues. Was able to get a name and address for free for the first number I tried. So it's better than the White Pages app which charges $1.99. However, has annoying interface issues. For example, when you get the result you can't go back to the search screen without clicking the button that displays a map of the location. Also, after entering a number there is no "search" button visible. You have to touch a blank part of the screen to dismiss the keyboard first. It would also be nice if the results included the phone number along with the name and address in case the user wants to take a screenshot of everything together.

Useless, incorrect, clumsy, deceptive front for Spokeo. You’ve been warned. Ran a couple of inbound calls, which you must do manually. Upon beginning to enter the phone number, the entry pad covers the [Get Caller ID] button, leaving only a fwd arrow to do the search. All that will do is open the Spokeo website. You have to click the open area to dismiss the number entry pad & reveal again the APPS search button. Which in my testing has been either 100% useless (800) numbers just report they are “800#’s”. My own years old Comcast cable number lists someone else entirely (and not any known previous users of that phone number).

Very Helpful App. I have used this app for sometime now, about 18 months... It does not always find out who is calling by name but it seems to work about 90% of the time and that is good enough for me to offer a *****5Star Rating***** For the 10% that i can not get a name i try: allintext: "xxx-xxx-xxxx"... this is part of Google's search procedure and it is helpful too... go to Google and do a search called Google Search Engine for more details... Thank you for reading my review and i hope it helps you in your decision making process to give this app a try... and to try and reduce the massive spam and scam problem we have allowed to fester in the USA! Gil

Works ok. Most of The time I put in the numbers especially those that are calling me that I don't know who they are I can put them down later as someone I know in my phonebook but not all of them will give me the names I would say 60% of the time I can get the name of the phone number so that way I won't know whether to Adam I'll block it is very useful for what I have been using it for keep unwanted callers out. But sometimes it only gives me cities and no names lately actually a lot more than usual.

KTT🌻. This app worked well when I first started using it. I love the fact that it's entirely free. I can't remember exactly how any times it worked successfully, but just by guessing I probably received good results around 2 out of 3 numbers I looked up. However, for months now I can't receive any useful result at all. Maybe 1 out of 12 times it works. It doesn't work more than it does. It's so bad now that I've just gave up and stopped using it. Since I first got the app the location has never really done me any good at all. I'm not sure if the app does this for anyone else or not..? But when I search for the location I don't receive an accurate location or description really. For example when I look up a number that is in my state, the map shows an area that covers half of my state.. Doesn't really narrow down the possibilities very much.. The map also doesn't move, zoom in, or anything else that useful for me. Overall I loved it when I first got it (for number look up only) but I'm disappointed in it now.

Uhhh…Really?. Sorry, for me it didn’t do anything. And you want $9.49 for ad free and no usage limit? I was kind of disappointed when I read all the info before installing and found out it didn’t actually work automatically when my phone rings , but since most everybody else seemed happy with it I thought I’d give it a try. So the first thing I did was to try to paste a number copied from my iPhone 11 pro phone app, and a little temporary message popped up saying “pasted number from iPhone” , and that was before even tapped in the number search box to try and paste. But the number didn’t get pasted, and I was never able to get an option to paste…only cut, copy and select. Tried it several times…nothing ! So I entered the number manually but got no results. Maybe. hopefully, others will be happier and luckier than me.

Works great. I have this application for 20 minutes :-) but I like it so far. Tested a few numbers that I know, it shows the right names of the number owners as well as where the number was registered if it is a cell phone number. Yes, the missing "back" button is annoying. Otherwise, simple and convenient application, definitely a keeper.

Free & Works just fine for what I wanted to know. Worked just fine for what I was wanting to look up about a number that had texted me as if they knew me. This app gave me the name assigned to the number and a general location on where the person linked to that number is from. Allowed me to not worry about the number and move on with my life. This app as well as a hand full of other similar apps I used to reverse search a phone number, all apps gave me the same name that is linked to that specific Tele number and that makes me satisfied that this app as well as the others, works just fine for the low low price of FREE.

Unbelievably accurate!!!!!!. I don't know about you, but I get so many unknown callers every day that will not leave a message. It is very frustrating! Caller-ID is easy to use and gives me the name of the caller or the company and their address!!! All within seconds!!! This gives me peace of mind, and that is worth so much these days. Thank you Caller-ID!!! You are the best app of your kind and I recommend you 100%!!!!

Exactly That ! ! !. The app is exactly that, a free software app capable of identifying the caller that you are looking to see who the number might be or where the call originated from. The app does not interphase with your phones ability to store or review present or past calls, but how hard is it to memorize 10 digits. I remember growing up having to remember my home, work, relatives, and then some phone numbers. But in a world that now limits our abilities to use are mathematical and long and short term areas of our brains, essentially dumbing us down ! For what it is, it's better then paying a look up fee, or having to google reverse look up numbers. And it only takes less then a minute if that to look up a number through this app. How hard is that. I thank the engineers of this app for your ingenuity and time it took you to devise this app.

Caller ID. It's simple to use. I rarely answer the phone if I don't recognize the number. Unfortunately, it can usually only let you know where the number originated from, which doesn't help since most people with cell phones keep their numbers when they move. Sometimes it can give you a name or a set of initials, especially when it is a landline. It can be enough information that you can cross reference online if you want. Overall, it's worth giving it a chance to ID the caller, especially with all of the scams going on.

Grateful for this app!. In a time when financially average or below average folk have to PAY for things that should be or used to be free-this app is a refreshing option for those of us who cannot afford to pay to know the ID of everyone who calls us (anymore than most of us can afford to go from one doctor for all of our body heath issues-to the new world of a doctor for every part of a body that ails us in numerous locations). The app cannot ID everything you might desire-but is a GREAT ALTERNATIVE for those who want or need to know Information and should NOT have to pay for it!

Bait and switch. It says “the first FREE internet service” all I got was another service to which they sent me to, charging $0.95 per search. If you enter a phone is hard to go to the search button at the bottom but when you get there all you get is adds and more adds. Just as a test I tried searching a friends number which happens to be one of my contacts, guess what I got? I blame Apple for allowing these kinds of Shysters to use their service to cheat their customers. It actually removes my confidence in the Apple AppStore. What’s to keep someone from putting a virus in our device through the AppStore? They don deserve a minus 5 stars much less one.

Seems to work OK. I've not gotten sufficient lookups to determine fully the value of this app. It keeps pestering me with a request to give it a positive review when I've not had enough success to do that. The app needs to count the number of times it is used and after 25 or 30 times, then ask for a review. When first executed, it should inform the user that this will happen and then, when used, a little side marker saying something like like "23 uses till review." Then 22, 21, etc. So far, I'm irritated by this app and if that irritation continues, I will delete it! - Guy from Colorado

False Advertising Don’t waste my time. There used to be multiple websites that actually provided a free basic reverse phone number search listing the owners name and if it had been reported as SPAM. Apparently the companies that want ridiculously amounts of money for monthly subscriptions keep buying those out and linking then to their subscription required services. I thought this app might be different but no. You do get what is described as an option to upgrade to premium services instead of the advertised free version but if you click “no thanks” the app suddenly can’t connect to the internet 🙄 Why do all these company think that after baiting people with claims of a basic reverse phone number search think we are actually going to trust them at all or suddenly decide they will pay for service that was advertised as free?

Magic!. It does what it describes. It's FREE....what do you people expect? Seriously. Just copy and paste the number and Boom....simple as that. if you want caller ID features then this app is not for you. You need to "PAY" to have that. If you go to a $3 car wash and you expect the car to be spotless with shine then you are out of your mind. You need a "Detailer" for that. Anyways, just be happy that this is free and if not delete the app and don't post negative reviews. Rather complain, give them your input about the app to make the product even better.

A very useful app. I have been using this app for about a year -- mostly to help ID robocalls. It is restricted by the vagaries of the cellphone system, but, overall, it does a good job of helping me to detect robocalls. You have to take the time to figure out how the system works in order to get the most benefit out of it. And it has helped quite a few times to ID good guy calls were I had no record of the phone number. In the end, I am glad that I have this app and for the free service that it provides.

Serves it's purpose for sure.. Yep does exactly what it says in locates the number area it came from. I get a lot of telemarketer calls and they're getting pretty crafty. The numbers will show up Caller ID from our area. Siri or so forth. That I have family or friends. With this I can pretty much cleaner and have found that people drop calls from other areas. And for free yeah it does what it says. Thanks app your the haps

An helpful useful solution. I came across this incredible investigator that has proven to be a true and sincere lifesaver when it comes to locating my misplaced phone. This investigator’s ability to track and find my phone has left me thoroughly impressed with its reliability and convenience. The investigator tracking feature is exceptionally accurate. He quickly pinpointed the exact location of my phone when it went missing, saving me a great deal of time and worry. The real-time updates and precise location information provided by the investigator ensured that we could retrieve the phone swiftly and efficiently. I wholeheartedly introduced this hacker as well to my friend who was suspecting her partner unfaithfulness and the hacker was able to track her partner’s phone; And she has access to his WhatsApp, Snapchat, instagram, Facebook and everything going on inside his phone without him knowing. I will prescribe this spy expert to anyone in need of a reliable and convenient solution for finding a there's or friend's lost or misplaced phone or cheating partners. You can reach the experts at TheSpyPegasus@ gmail com ; talk about being trustworthy, amount-friendly, accuracy and giving you additional security features on your devices to make it an indispensable tool. I can boldly say that TheSpyPegasus is a true lifesaver, providing peace of mind and valuable assistance when it matters most.

There two important features that this app does!. It reports the registered caller ID of a phone number that calls you! Also it will attempt to geolocation using google maps! Of course the app is only as good as the available registered information! But it does work well when information exists!

Helpful. It’s true that you have to memorize the number which isn’t fun if your memory isn’t good. It would be helpful if a paste worked. Being asked to write a “positive” review to make the app work isn’t good in my opinion. It suggests that you have to say something good to keep it working which means the reviews become less reliable. With all that said, it’s been helpful to me on many occasions. You simply type in the number and very often it pops up the persons name. It’s helped me figure out if the person is a scammer for example. I use, like it, find it helpful, but my only real complaint is not being able to paste the phone number in which isn’t that big of a deal.

Needs to give the information requested. This app needs to be updated so that you can actually find out who’s calling you. The location of the person doesn’t do much for a person who is trying to figure out who keeps calling your phone and not saying anything. The service is suppose to be free, why am I getting redirected to a sight that will give me the information I would like to have for a fee. That’s misleading if you need to charge I understand but be upfront about it. This is my reason for two stars because I like to know exactly what I am dealing with from the beginning, no surprises.

Terrible design interface. Looks like a class project that was designed in the mid-80s and got a C-. Even the developer's own screen captures show how lame the app is. Toll-free number (a toll-free number could be legitimate) and general map tell you nothing about who called — but you are lucky to even get that. The map has never worked for me plus I never got the actual caller revealed, even though I am always current with the latest iOS. Necessary feature/design improvements have been non-existent. You'll get better results by googling the phone numbers. The 3-, 4- and 5-star reviewers must be friends and family. Don't waste your time with this.

Works for me!. I agree with the previous comments about the interface being outdated. However, it's great to have the simplicity of this app to perform its main function. I used this along with many other similar look up apps. It would be nice to have integration with the phonebook instead of the traditional copy-paste method. Bottom line is, it gets the job done. Be advised that it won't work for every single contact out there. Please keep this up and running with near future upgrades!!!

Better than others I've tried so far. This app has been solid. Contrary to another reviewer's complaint, you do not have to memorize or write down numbers. Simply copy and paste from your call log. The other caller id apps I have tried so far did not have the copy and paste feature that I expected. Other apps required payment for credits just to be able to use despite claiming to be a free app. Another two or three could not identify any of the 10 numbers attempted. This app identified all 10. I have only used it for a little while but I don't expect many if any trouble. I'm completely satisfied as it offers everything that I need for free without unnecessary bells and whistles that are expensive and rarely functional. This is the app you want. 4 stars!

2 Stars because.... I’ve had this app for years now it seems it has went down hill big time when I decided to give this app a try it worked pretty well I was getting a name 1 out of 5 times and a location 3 out of 5 times and it still wasn’t an accurate location but close enough. So here we are a few years later and MAYBE 1 out of 30 times will give me a name the good thing is other apps charge to view a name. So with this app giving me info I need 1 out of 30 if I’m lucky, I’ve been looking for a new app and then I will be deleting this app as it’s pretty much become useless I don’t even think this app has had a update since I’ve had it, I’m bummed out at “Caller-ID” as it doesn’t I.D jack squat these days... #DoSomethingForUsCallerID

So Good, I’d Pay for It!. The greatest featured lacking from our smart phones today is the inability to display collar ID. How we have amassed such technology into our hand and yet still cannot reveal who is calling us unless the number is in our contacts is beyond me. I have used many phone number look up apps and generally they all do a poor job of finding the name corresponding to the number I search. This app found numbers my other apps couldn’t. In fact I thought I would throw difficult numbers at it and even found those. While the interface isn’t the best it’s simple enough to figure out and the back end is powerful enough to keep me using this for a long time. Now I just want to pay for it and remove the ads.

Great app. I got tired of looking up numbers online only to have them want you to pay. This app looks them up quickly, for free, and will even geolocation for you. One caution: don't use the search right next to the box where you enter the phone number. This takes you to the website Spokeo and wants $$ to look up the number for you. Once your keyboard disappears click the search box closer to the bottom of the screen.

Better Than the White Pages App!. This app is able to identify "unknown" callers and calls that only identify themselves with a phone number. Works for me about 98% of the time. Yes, some calls could be legitimate numbers, however, keep in mind that phone numbers are often "spoofed" so there isn't any way you can tell who the actual caller is. These "Spoofers" are getting more clever. Grateful for this app which works 100 times better than the White Pages app, which I only get results 2% percent of the time.

Extremely Accurate So Far..... This app does exactly what I downloaded it for which is to reverse lookup phone numbers... I haven't been able to find any other app quite this accurate until now. If you have people calling you and don't recognize the number or a cheating spouse that you want to check up on, or any other reason to do a reverse phone number search and are having a hard time figuring out who's number it is or what the name is of the person calling/texting via typing in the phone number google THEN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP! Very simple and easy to use.

Really useful. It is nice to have an app that I can use to determine who was calling. I hate to block numbers that might be someone I would want to talk to but did not know the number just because it was not in my contacts. Would be wonderful to not have all the junk calls but until then, this app is great to have.

Jo Jo. I like the app but the geographic location information is very limited. I looked up some of my contacts first and most of the addresses were super inaccurate or vague (like resulting the location as Texas instead of at least narrowing it down to the city of residence. Many of the numbers I searched didn't even have a geological /address. I am trying to wean out spam calls... I get a lot of them because I sign up for a lot of online coupons etc... And come across many spam posers. More detail in the search would make this app awesome.

A great app. It would be nice if it also could locate cellphone numbers

Queenbrules82. Great find location

Useless. Free app is 100% useless.

Is this a joke?. No connection for every single number. I’m better off using a web browser

Good enough. Good enough to get 5⭐️ it’s handy too, no need googling

Nice to c who called. This is exactly what I was needing and looking for.

It Works!. Just type and tap...

Scam - redirects to URL with $ for caller info. After using this app it appears to at best be a URL for the whoeasy.com service.

Does not work. It does not work for any countries it was great before the new changes. Will be deleting this awful broken app

Worst. Keep showing connection error. No caller ID revealed

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shows no info.

The Demonical Horseman. So says The Demonical Horseman...if you want the W-5 about who's phone numbers are showing up marked "unknown" fast and haste-free, this is the app for you. Not only is ownership of phone number displayed, geographical location is calculated and displayed as we'll...and the accuracy is astounding! Try this ibe and you'll never go back to your old ways...after all, why go backwards in time when you can be in the "Here and Now". You heard it from The Demonical Horseman...Multi-media Tech extraordinaire !

Mrs Imeson. Awesome love it

wcmatt. Junk, every number I looked up it said it came from the same place and google adds keep popping up and blocking what you are trying to look at.

Hawg. I find it useful for call out of town that I don’t know where and who it’s from

Crap Crap Crap. The app will ask you to rate it before it unlocks the ability to reveal the details. Once rated it’s the same. Just a city view of where it could potentially be from. Nothing you wouldn’t already know by the area code... Crap Crap Crap

What a scam.. This is a joke. 13.00 dollars a month. Hell use your block number on your phone. And it’s free

Best Prog ever. Best prog ever very good

was a great app. this was great this app before the new update. no good now. i will be deleting it.like they say good things do not last for ever. this is proff now .

Garbage. Does not work!

Scam. Doesnt work.

Lovely. Well done thanks

Good. Great app

Useless app hasn’t found any numbers that phoned me. After inputting number and hitting enter it goes back to query screen with no info, would be nice to know that it can’t find a match for the number or some type of message so we know if it did a search or if it is working at all.

Works great!!. Has come in handy many times when other sources failed to deliver.

Robbit. 👌

Id’s caller accurately. Work extremely well.

Haven't tryed. I haven't tryed it yet will let you know

Damn! It’s not a myth!!. This is the first app to provide validated intel for free.

Not good. Wants money false advertising saying free it’s short trial and doesn’t even work

It’s a good app to have. I was getting fraudulent calls pretending to be Canada Revenue Taxation. They’re trying to get all you financial and social insurance number etc . But I realized they were calling from Virgin Mobile . Yeh Taxation Canada uses Virgin Mobile to charge you with taxation fraud!!! The number is 613-802-2703. Don’t believe them they want your identity!

Good. Ok

Misspelt names but it worked. Not sure where they get their names from but it’s not from the phone companies as they say. I tried it with my own number and the name came back badly misspelt. However it did return my name so that’s something.

Bees knees!. Easy to use, accurate location. What more can we ask for....well..haha but really this is a great little app!

Very reliable. It is very accurate

Useless. Only gave city Which I already knew cuz of area code

Useless. It only showed the name of city and the state. It does not show who called you. Just a useless app but they make money as tons of ads they show on it.

Works. Good to have.

Mr. Great application

Better than competing apps., but info on Caller-ID often partial. Better than competing apps., but oncologie on Caller id of t’en partial

Amazing app. Use all the time like it a lot Thanks

Not worth it.. I'm deleting and stopping subscription. Not working at all.

caller id. easy to use practical and reliable

Worst app. Free version is useless. Does not give info and google ads block you so to force you to buy into it!

Best app!!!!. I recommend this app to EVERYONE 😉

App. Cool creation needs a little work but the idea of it isn’t too bad. Pretty genious I’d say . Keep it up

Review. Not sure as you have to give a good review first, find out first thnx

Doesn’t work.. Doesn’t work.

NBNTK. Work really well, tried several numbers and received name right away.

Finally, this one seems to actually work.. I’ve tried lots of apps like this one which say they have most numbers and most don't. This one appears to have identified more spam and other unwanted phone call numbers than others i've tried. And, it's simple to use.

D. Woods. I have tried several of the “free” caller I.D. Look-up apps and sites but they always prolonged the results going through a maze of official looking categories until finally not identifying the caller. This app takes a half second to give you the name and even the geo-location of the caller. It is very impressive !

Wow. I've had the app for awhile and at first it would alert if a telemarketer was calling. It doesn't do that anymore. What I found out today that it DOES do is act as a look up for cell phone numbers. You open the app and enter in the number that called you. Instant name on the call. Great app!!

75/25. It finds the information I am looking for. Which is who the number belongs to about 75%-80% of the time. The other 25%-20% of the time it just gives the location that the number originates from. The app is more helpful than not. I have had this app on the couple of phones, I have owned. I will put the app on future devises as well.

Pretty decent. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. But it has nothing to do with the app. If the person whose number you're looking up has their name linked to their number, then their name shows up. If their name on the phone account is not linked directly to the number, typically will just give you the city the number is derived from. All in all, works as well as I would expect it to.

Pretty Much Works Vast Majority of the Time. This app does what it claims to do, finding the name for a cell phone or landline number that calls you. There were a few instances where instead of giving me a person's name, it gave me a city and state instead. Also wish I didn't have to click the "Geolocation" button to get back to the search screen. All and all though, a very good app.

JessJ. I used to totally love this app!! It used to provide much more detailed information, but then the drawback was it would often show in the map that it was from Utah. Now it pretty much just gives the city's name, but it still does give enough info, meaning the person's name, that I continue to use it. Otherwise, I'd give it 5 stars. Still totally worth it though!!!!

Used to be great but now garbage. I’m not sure what happened if the company got sold? But it used to be a fairly good quick way to get some information, most of it was fairly accurate some of it without taking it but now it’s just complete garbage unless you are willing to pay and I am not because you can just go online and find out… It may take a little bit more effort but this app no longer serves any purpose and I will be deleting it immediately after this review and I recommend everyone else do the same.

Impressive and accurate. I've found this easy to use app to be impressive and accurate. I have one of my lines blocked and protected. This app would not pull it up (that's a good thing). My other line is not protected. It DID show the info. That's accurate and correct for what I'd expect.

RIPOFF. This app does not disclose that it depends on in app purchases. As far as I can tell, it does nothing without payment other than run a search whose results can only be had if you join a monthly service or pay a one time fee. To make this worse, on a telephone number lookup it said it had found the NAME of the account holder and would reveal it for ONLY $1.95. Then, after paying the money, up comes the report saying the name was not found but offering to search social media. IMHO this is a total scam. Don't waste your time or money.

Missy Ivey. Just used it twice and not sure yet but way better than the lead in like Spokeo etc, look up free, oh but we need your credit card. The biggest thing I like so far is they geolocation.. I would appreciate searching more than one number and completing that search to do a review.

Decent but room for improvement. Convenient to be able to look up numbers manually but there should be a “recent contacts” available where the numbers that have called or been dialed from your own phone show up and be able to select what number you want instead of entering everything manually.

It’s amazing. It’s freaking amazing. I used my phone number to test it and it worked. I absolutely love it. This creepy person at a place I work at kept stalking me and asking my number and he somehow found it and I used this app and it was him. I didn’t answer it and he thought he had the wrong number and never called me, I love this app

Does EXACTLY what it claims!. This app is great, it ID's the numbers from landlines. I wish the caller ID on my LL would do this. Callers that come up as UNKNOWN or PRIVATE can actually be identified. The only kinda hinky thing is the geolocation needs to come up before you can enter another number. It would be nice if you had a choice to either go to the geolocation or another number.

My review.. Asking for 5 ⭐️'s right off the bat is a bit presumptuous. It's also very annoying! But, being that it is a free app, I don't mind giving 5 ⭐️'s. Maybe give folks a minute to actually use the app, THEN ask for the 5 ⭐️'s, you know, so you can continue to keep your product free. 😉

Mikelli. It's simple, but works. One thing to know is after you look up you got to press the geo location button in order to lookup another number. The first few I did, the only way back was to close the app and reopen until I figured that out. Needs another button on that page.

So far so good! Giving accurate information. I have been using this app for approximately 30 minutes and the phone numbers that I enter is giving accurate information. I would highly recommend this for other users

Scammers. Worst app ever! This app used to be good but then they got money hungry. Without premium you can’t even see the caller ID of the number! And then on top of that my little sister was messing around on my phone and accidentally purchased premium and I thought it was fine because supposedly they claim to give you a free 3 day trial but that was FALSE. They charged me and on top of that, they charged me TWICE! 2 different amounts! This app is a scam and it’s useless without premium anyway. Deleting as soon as I get my money back. Do not recommend.

At least it lets me know not to answer. This app doesn't always provide detailed information however, it verifies for me that it was a good call not to answer and now I feel comfortable blocking it for the future. I will continue to use this app! Thanks

Telemarketers Calling. In today’s world people are always trying to scam people out of money. Most of the time I don’t answer the calls unless they are people I know. It is very nice to find out where these people are calling from and block out the numbers. Great app!!!

Useless. As a couple others stated, this app does not do what you think it does, or should do. Does not link to an incoming call or call history. It’s practically the same as googling a phone number and asking “who called from this number”. The results on the app only take you to a general community location. I can do that by looking up area codes and prefixes. What is discouraging is that if you want to really find out the Caller-ID, you have to click on the adware and then PAY to do a reverse lookup. Same garbage as trying s search out your pc or laptop. Delete.

Don’t pay for Premium services -Out of date information. This app does NOT provide current information. I searched my cell phone number that I’ve had for 4 years and the app came back with someone else. I searched an old landline number that gave up 7 years ago and that Ihad for 6 years prior to that. It came back with PREVIOUS owner. 13 years since I had that number out in my name and the app still returns OLD OUTDATED information. Yes, it’s fast. But probably because it’s using very old databases.

This works. I’m satisfied with getting the name of the caller even if I have to type the number in. I’m mostly able to copy and paste. I like the idea to search the location. Sometimes it’s a field or other times it’s an unknown road. So you know it’s not for you. Then you can block the number if using iOS. I like this app.

Good app and it's free. I was a little leery at first. Only because I don't like just any app on my phone. I didn't figure it was really free but so far it is true. You have to be careful because of ads are always right above where you enter the phone number. If you touch it will take you to your web browser. Other than that it's great!

I agree with the one and two star reviews. The way the app is currently design is very limited with use. I do get a name and or a location but it doesn't interface (utilize or Capture) the recent call function. For about a year now I have looked at this app from time to time for improvements. There has been none. It is very inconvenient not to have the ability to quickly get a phone number from your most recent call list. Therefore I consider this app useless to me.

okay. okay.... face it. no caller id site will give you every number. i know. i've tried more than i want to admit. but this one comes the closest. without the nonsense. and, no ads! finally a site you can get enough info between person, company, and location even with most cell phones so you get a clue as to the caller. keep it up! and thanks!! and was just enough info to a certain “resort” marketer that several hundred dollars was gained by numerous in a class action! and sshhh... keep watch another one may be coming as they are still up to their annoying antics!!

For free it works fine.. For free it works fine. I've actually looked up a few numbers and got more info. using this app as opposed to wasting my time going through all the Google sites that came up on a number search. Not going to give ALL the details but what do you expect... I deleted another app after installing this one.

45lxt. Have been using it for just a short time and have had pretty good success. It's a lot better than other apps I've tried. Easy to use is what I like the best. Anybody that owes anybody money wants to know what bill collector is calling this time! Lol glad I just got the last one payed off so I don't have to use it very much!

This is my review.. It’s great except for receiving the multiple review request. I’ve used it twice & had to complete the review before I could use what was described as a free look-up service, that would give me the names of those Unidentified on my caller Id. Now, it only gives the city & state ! I already had that info. Sooo, nothing’s really free!!

Best app for caller Id. Perfect!!! Don't know what all the negative comments are about but the app does exactly what it says it does! No bs of unnecessary extra steps you put the number in and it brings up your results in seconds! Come in very handy at the moment you get s random call!:) thanks

Nice and easy. I've been using this app for about three years now, it works pretty well in the age of voice over IP and random scammers calling, I was able to pinpoint some location and even realize when someone was trying to hack into my phone from a remote location and then call me from that location. Makes you wonder and change security settings. Anyway, this is not a perfect app but it does provide you with enough information to determine who called you. 5 stars.

Great FREE app!. I was skeptical at first because most of these "free" reverse phone number lookups are a scam. This one is NOT! I've put in all my missed calls and 90% of them I was given a name. A few of them just listed a city. That's okay, because I'm sure they were soliciting calls. Thank You.

New User. Just downloaded today. Looked up four numbers and got no names only locations. However, the locations given were different then the locations displayed with the numbers. This was helpful info.

Utterly useless until you pay for it. They haven’t changed anything to accommodate for iPhone X and later even though it was introduced 3.5 years ago but now they finally did it. It’s NOT BETTER IN ANY WAY. In some ways even worse and really slow. All you can do in the free version is know the state the number’s from and that’s it. They want you to pay for premium but NO TRIAL VERSION offered to check the extent of their database. DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP AND GET HIYA OR TRUECALLER INSTEAD. They’re well worth the money and established companies.

Terrific!. On a daily basis, we probably get two dozen phone calls. The majority of these calls come from people or businesses we know nothing about. I've tried using other apps to find out who these callers really are. This is the first app I've found that truly helps in this quest. It's a terrific service.

This app does exactly what it’s supposed to do. This app does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It provides a means to look up a number and find out who it belongs to or where the number comes from so that one can decide whether to block the number or not. I use it frequently when I get a number I don’t know.

Best app yet to ID annoying calls!. This is the best app I've tried so far to ID calls that have no info. I've been using it a little over a week and have only had 1 call that just said "Houston, Tx" instead of a person or a business name. I get at least 6 - 10 quack calls a day so I quit answering the phone unless I know who it is. Thank you for making my life a little easier!

Works Great!. Does everything it says it is going to do. There was a couple numbers I looked up and it only gave me the city or the town that the number was from, but other than them few numbers it gave me names for the rest that I looked up.

Good App. I use this App often. It’s helpful most of the time with a person’s name and or business, but sometimes no info is available. If the App was able to identify all caller numbers I’d give it a 5 star. There could be improvement however it’s still a great App and easy to use.

Caller-ID. Sometimes the app works great and will give you name and location (Does not happen often). Other times the app tells you nothing but the city. Certain area codes you will already know. App would be 5 stars if it told at least the name and city of location so people really knew who might be calling. There is more information available to tell people who is calling.

Good for identifying scammers.. The app works great. Lately, I've been getting a lot of scam and spam phone calls. I use the app to identify or locate especially the local ones. A couple have been caught by reporting the ID and location. At least those calls have stopped.

Seems to work okay.. I don't get a bunch of calls to begin with, but it's nice to have a quick way to find out who an unknown number is from and where, if not shown in the incoming call window. Helps me decide whether to block the number or just delete it and forget about it. Pretty straight forward and simple to use. So simple, even a college graduate 'snowflake' should be sble to figure it out; but I could be wrong about that.

Seems great so far.... I like the simplicity. It wasn't able to find 3 numbers so far. Both were mobile numbers. It needs a back button on the screen. It requires the user to go to geolocation, which only identifies a city. I would prefer to skip that step. Otherwise, it's reliable and accurate.

Nice. Very quick and easy. However, I'm saying this as someone who is only interested in finding out who's calling when it's a number I don't know so that I may call them back. I probably won't use this app often at all. But for what I need, it's great.

Could be a little better. I've used this application about 5 times and while it quickly gives the location, the info I seek--like who's calling, is not always provided. I rarely get calls from strangers on my cellular, but the location helps to know that it surely is no one I know. Just eager for updates.

Randy428. I like this app because not only will it show who is calling but along with google maps I can also see where they called from. If they are harassing you you have all the information you need to put a stop to it. Show them what it feels like to be harassed!!

Great app. Seems to work just fine it told me all the owners of cellphones and landline phones that I already knew who it belonged to. I will keep this app and not google the numbers and end up with an ad instead of the info I was looking for! I couldn't ask for a better app even if I would have had to pay for the app!

works and easy to use. interface looks like it's from the original iphone, but works. I prefer not having to press the search and the geolocator before starting another search, otherwise it does what it said it would do.

Caller-ID. I have Limited use. Seems to work. The data base seems to be robust, but so far I have not found a users guide that explains what it can and can't do. It has a very very annoying insistence that you write a review. User interface isn't glamorous, but it can be deduced. It would be nice if worked in concert with the iPhone App -- maybe a widget for a quick peek to see who is calling or integration to reducing the effort to copy the number from one app to another.

Worth giving a shot.. I don't get all the information that I'd like with this, but neither does searching the web. Have been surprised the times I did get information. Will definitely keep on my phone, until callers start respecting the no call list, or at least leave a message.
