So far so good. I like how the reminder/alert pops up regardless what your doing on your phone and makes your choose to snooze it or close it before you can continue on your phone. It’s not like all other alerts that get missed or overlooked with all other notifications.

Very helpful!. First, thank you for supporting the Apple Watch. This is something a lot of developers need to get serious about. I can see where some aren't warranted, but one of the reasons a lot of people have these watches is so they can get reminders!! I also appreciate how well everything syncs and works with my iCal app. At first I was worried I'd have to just stick with Google tasks, and I have set up a number of calendars already in iCal. My one big request at this point is that you have a way to repeat notifications (nag). It's nice that I can set an early reminder, but as someone who has problems with ADD, it's very easy for me to ignore the pre-reminder. It's also easy for me to forget the actual reminder because I'm distracted, so having the ability to set it to remind me again several more times would be 5 stars. Thanks!

Does not sync with Google Calendar App. It will sync with your Google Calendar from a web browser but it will not sync with the Google Calendar app on your iPhone or iPad. I use the google calendar app on mobile devices because it shows more detail than website. I was disappointed that this gTasks app cannot sync with google calendar app even though it claims “sync with google calendar across all devices”. True statement as long as your viewing google calendar from a web browser on your phone ... and not the google calendar app. If that is not an issue with you then disregard this rating.

Works across multiple devices. I love being able to have multiple devices keep track of my to do lists. A very user friendly format that allows me to have repeating tasks show up when due by looking at the “today” view. Much more functional than the Apple native reminder app.

I used to love this app. I have used this app for a while now and I used to love it- but just recently it has started duplicating entries, refreshing with old items I had already completed, and generally not being reliable with what data it is showing when I open the app. Just not being reliable- which of course is important in a to do list! I have tried contacting support on multiple occasions with no reply. Not being reliable and no support. From five stars to barely two stars in a year. Super disappointing!

Sooo portable. So I am an Apple user, and my office is a PC user. I needed something that would integrate between both platforms in order to successfully manage my to do list as well as my projects as I am a project manager. This app has been fantastic it integrates across platforms seamlessly and I would highly recommend it!

This is great!. I have tried many to-do and task apps, and was wundering if I could find something better that what I was using. Well, this is it! GTasks Pro lets me nestle sub tasks and sub-sub tasks and more. Every task and sub can have its' own due date and/ or alert. This is a killer feature! Another great thing is location based alerts. When I need to pick up supplies for one of my clients jobs, I set both a due date and a location based reminder. Then when I'm at a store or supply house, I get alerts on everything I need to get from that store for every job I'm working on! Great time saver.

Need support. Written twice over 3 months with zero response.. I love this app. Have used it for years. So much so, that I pay for Pro. In the past, I’ve gotten support when needed. Now I hear nothing at all back through the in-app contact methods. Multiple tries over months. Nothing. I have an iPhone SE 2020 iOS 17.2.1 —with iOS 16 or 17 it stopped pulling calendar appointments into GTasks Pro. App tells me calendar sync needs to be enabled in iPhone Privacy and Security Settings. Will help no further. I go into iPhone Settings. There IS no configuration option for it anymore under privacy and security in Settings. I’ve tired to uninstall, soft reset memory, restart, reinstall. No configuration. No fixing. This was my go-to, see my entire day or next day in one place App, and without pulling iOS calendar entries in, it’s not the one-stop it used to be. Frustrating because I know it used to do it. This is what I bought it for. Happy to change this review to the five stars I know this app otherwise to be. Just need some sort of response to the positive. Or how it’s even possible to get in touch with a human again. Was this app purchased by a new company? I could swear it was a German-based dude prior who was extremely responsive. Doesn’t matter so long as there is support somehow (though it does make me question my ongoing love for it, since no I need to rethink my trust if its handling of my data). Thanks.

To-Do and Reminder App has it all!. I’ve been using this app for many years, and during that time they have perfected it with their updates. It does everything it was intended to do plus some! Check out all that this app provides and believe me, they deliver! Don’t ever remember having any problems with it since I started using it.

Great app but can’t insert text in subject. I love this app and highly recommend it! It is an easy way to quickly add a task I need to do or a note I want to remember. You can even repeat it. For instance, I make greeting cards for relatives. I enter “Bday card for Bruce-day: 19 Jan, Mail: 11 Jan.” Then I set the due date to the date I need to begin designing and making the card to 3 Jan with a repeat of “every year.” I have 2 things I’d like to see: (#1): a fix for adjusting the subject of the task. I type a subject and can’t click at the beginning (or anywhere except at the end) to insert a word, I can only add words at the end of the subject. It will randomly select an entire word when you’re trying to insert words but only offers to cut or paste. (#2): add a way to attach a photo or file.

syncing issues off and on. i wrote the below last yr but never hit send, i just gave up the whole syncing all together. today i decided to try delete app / reinstall / sync again. it worked for the moment, just a matter of if it will lasts... 🤔 ——- once in a while when I make updates on the tasks on desktop via google calendar tasks, app won’t sync in the updates. found out acct failed under Settigns, went there reconnect acct, still same issue, repeat multiple times still same issue. delete app and re-login creates duplicate tasks and lists. quite annoying and time wasting. :(

Get Organized. I am the Director of Operations for a growing non-profit. When we were small it was easy. Now, with projects happening everywhere I had to get organized. This app is perfect for that. I’ve only had it a short while now, but now I can see everything thing in one place. Great app.

Great app, but one big gotcha: no auto-save. Really like this app, but have to take one star off for a huge flaw. If you open the app, enter an item, and close the app without tapping Done, the item is lost forever. It should auto-save as the app closes or at least preserve what you’ve put in the entry field so it’s there when you re-open the app. I have a similar desktop app and that’s what it does which saves a lot of grief at losing irreplaceable info. Hope this feature can be added in future.

Great App. I am a list maker. I have always been one and I have used a variety of different apps to keep track of tasks and projects that I am working on. This is an app that is both simple, clean but very comprehensive. It’s features are outstanding and I highly recommend it.

One of the best, but.... I wish it had a few functions. One, is the ability to upload a photo or multiple photos. Two, I wish it allowed you to choose the time difference in which you’d like to snooze the reminder to vs giving you a default options. I can live without the 2nd, but the photo thing would make this app absolutely perfect.

The App I Was Looking For All Along!. I've tried many many organisational apps over the years and this one is the only one that has worked for me. It has exactly what I need. Powerful enough to capture my entire life yet simple enough that its an absolution joy to navigate and use! Hats off to the devlopers!

Organized, resourceful, and EXTREMELY helpful. I not only use Gtask on my ipad, but also on my phone. I have been using this app for several years now and I absolutely love it. I started using it to just keep track of my normal daily house chores, but overtime I started using it for more things with school, tech, and entertainment reminders. I use this app every day. I also use it to remind me to log my exercise in my fitness app before goong to sleep at noght. I highly recommend this for anyone who suffers from short term memory loss and has a lot of trouble remembering things. It is very useful.

Doesn't work suddenly but used to work so well. I've used this app for years and paid up for the pro version. Today, it stopped working. No amount of reinstalling made it work. It wouldn't connect to my Google accounts. Switched back to regular gtasks just to see my lists. Now can't add my second email address account. If this isn't fixed, I'll need to change to another notes program all together. Shame. This used to interface so well with gmail on my computer and my phone.

Used to be great. Jim's fix didn't work for me. I deleted all my installations, then reinstalled iPhone copy. Synced ok, but it was all out of date, likely since it hasn't synced for several months. Went thru and got it up to date, pausing after each task update so it could sync. Closed Gtasks, restarted it, checked sync status, and it had failed. Never even got to another device. I'm trying to decide between Todiost and TickTick. I liked Gtasks so much when it worked :( . I still use Gtasks Pro daily, but not happily. As a stand-alone app it handles my scheduling, but ONLY on my iPhone. It's best feature used to be that it synched using Google Tasks; thus I could use it on my iPhone, my iPad, my Mac, and even keep track from non-Apple devices via Google. A while back it seems Google changed their interface and thus broke Gtasks. A month ago an update claimed to fix issues with sync but it hasn't synced consistently since. So I use of it as an iPhone app only. The worst thing is that I reported the problem twice but they have never responded. I assume that means they know that sync doesn't work, probably can't fix it, and aren't going to say anything about it. Certainly aren't going to help an individual customer find a circumvention to the problem. Definitely no support or customer service!

Excellent Task Manager with Google Tasks Sync. With 20+ years of task management experience dating back to the Apple Newton Era, and paper list before that, this app finally fills the void. If you are not using a task mgr, you need this. Put the app on your Home Screen. And go to this app everyday and you will get more of your goals done, and be more productive. This Apps ability to schedule and prioritize and have sub list will improve your productivity, project management, home and work. I had been using a competitor’s product for many years, but the developer quit after Google kept making it so difficult, and the app GoTasks disappeared from the App Store, and I was struggling with new phone. Sadly, Tasks (Googles own app) is sub par and inadequate. So, a 3rd party app is a must. gTasks Pro syncs perfectly with multiple phones, iPad and desktop Mac…as well as Google Tasks on PCs when I use a Windows computer (daily). The price is a little high, but at least it is a fixed price not a subscription, which I refuse to pay. So thanks for that! And the developer does run specials…thanks for that also!

Like It So Far. With 15 entries made, this app seems decent. Right off I like that I can collapse or open the subtask fields on the list. The app appears to be well thought out with features that allow for quick data entry, desired organizational style of data, accessible retrieval of information, and fingertip access through the widget with an option to show tasks you’d like to have access to by a hide from widget option available per entry. The app has been straight forward to use without having to search for special operation buttons.

Sync problems fixed!. Update: they fixed the sync issues! It’s unfortunate the developers are still selling this app I. The store when it does NOT work! I’ve been using gTasks since it first came out and it worked until recently. Others in the gTasks support forum are experiencing the same. I suggest the developers fix the sync issue or remove it from the store until it is fixed. I had to resort to Google’s mediocre app for now...

Great app. Especially like that it has widgets to keep on the home page. There are different size widgets and you can put a different list in each one so that are always available to remind you.

Very Happy With GTasks. This is the app I use for my personal tasks. I use Outlook for work stuff. I like this app because of its simplicity, and it has just the right amount of customization. It’s not too much and not underwhelming either. I like how there is security (password) for it just in case someone tries to hack or use my phone. I like how the tasks are stored on a server (I think they are at least). I like how you can set an alert although I would love it if you were able to set 3 alerts at the same time. But once the first one goes off I can just reset it if I don’t end up taking care of that task at that time. I’m a big procrastinator. I haven’t used this app for long although I’ve had it for long. I am hoping I will achieve more goals and set more goals because of this app, and I would recommend it to anybody. I got it for free as there was a sale, but I would have no problem paying $8-$10 for this very useful tool. Thank you developers for creating this app! Please continue to maintain it, and I will share about this app with everybody. Have a great day! Stay busy!

Better interface than Google Tasks app. Syncs with google tasks, but has a better interface. Displays more content on the screen, let’s you indent/promote subtasks by swiping, and allows you to collapse subtasks under the primary task to get them out of the view too.

Simple and effective. A great tool for the organization and management of your life. I use gTasks in conjunction with Google Calendar and a paper weekly planner. It is a great tool to have for To Dos and alerts you can't get from Google Tasks directly. Take some time to orient and adapt your habits around gTasks and you should be surprised and pleased with what it can do for your life organization.

Good app however beware app is iPhone & iPad only NOT MAC.. Bought app today on iPhone, App works well and integrates with some 3rd party calendar apps good enough for me to know there are items due. Got home and wanted to use my Mac to type up all my tasks, but here it is this app is for iPhone and iPad ONLY!!! Even though they mention make edits with Mac, one app for all your Apple devices, which is all true however its not mentioned that the Mac app is separate cost of $9.99 :-( I had to find this out in the FAQ. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that this wasn’t done on purpose. However Please clearly state that in description that the Mac app is not included and it’s a separate charge.

Excellent Complement to Google Tasks. Excellent tool if you use Google tasks and been using it for quite some time. Things i like: - Printing - Folding tasks/subtasks - Ability to see all lists of tasks and move tasks within those lists Would love to see a few other features: - Multiple Tasks Selection to move items between lists - When adding subtasks, would be nice to see the other subtasks under the master task as well when you add them. The native Google Task App seems to handle this - Ability to add a task from the lock screen using the new widgets from iOS 16. Would make task entry much faster.

Perfect app for managing your tasks. I am very impressed with this fantastic app. The UX has been designed to be very user friendly. The app is very lightweight and loads pretty quickly. It has all types of lists such as shopping, todo, reminders etc. I highly recommend this app. No wonder it has rating greater than 4.5. Couple of enhancements could be - 1) moving option to write a review from 'share' to 'Feedback' section 2) add support to share via whatsapp

It’s wonderful. I’m now able to keep all of my tasks and my wife’s house honey do’s on the same file while using each of our iPads iPhones and PCs. Now we can both be working on the same projects and fulfilling different tasks without having to have some other document to which we update each other. It’s fast accurate and we’re enjoying it very much. CaptnBL

The Best Reminder App to Sync IOS with Google. I have tried about 7 different Reminder Apps and if you are not using Microsoft Exchange, this is the best App to keep all your IOS devices in sync with each other and with Google (which I use for email, contacts, and calendar). The Sync is faster than I expected. The ability to have multiple list and to move a task from one list to another is a great help. The automatic reminders are very convenient.

Very good app. This helps me stay productive by adding a better interface on top of Google Tasks. I have an important request though. Can you please make it easier to drag and drop tasks between different due dates or different task lists. I need this because I often have several tasks undone at the end of my day. It would be nice to quickly drag and drop them all to a different list or due date instead of having to open each one individually to reassign them to another day.

Wow!!. This showcases today’s tasks really well! I love it. It also syncs really well with the pieces I want: - iPhone 7, - google calendar, - GTasks Pro,.. In my notifications screen. So easy to use,.. especially like GTasks pro because its ‘Outline form: tasks sub tasks with easy manipulation helps me create and mentally process projects that need ‘time phasing’ and lots of editing; then, when I think I have all the layers I can start adding dates and keep revising and moving tasks and sub tasks in to correct sequencing. Benefits: Great for habit forming. after more and more practice using this, I don’t need this so much on some things.

Feature request: archiving or better exporting options. Hi! This is a great app, I love it and it keeps me super organized! One thing it’d be great to have is archiving capability, like Google Keep. As I make more and more lists/tasks, there is just too much clutter in my lists view, but I don’t want to delete certain lists I will need again at some point (summer camp lists, holiday-related lists, etc.). Can you make it so you can archive and organize lists? Or if not be able to export in a way that you can re-import and use again? Also, it’d be great to copy lists. I see you can email/text a list but you can’t re-use as a GTask. Thanks!

Great App!. I use this app almost daily and it never fails me I actually deleted my reminders app and use those instead because it works better. It’s a well thought out app with lots off great features. One thing I would like to see in future updates is the ability to sync with Siri Shortcuts and added support for Siri so that I could use that to add to lists or add tasks at the push of a button to make me even more effective and save time during a busy day! Native syncing across IOS devices would also be great if we could do it without google.

TERRIBLE.... even the pro version. I’ve never left a review before, but I’m so frustrated that I’m leaving one. This app is COMPLETE BS. It starts out great, but then it stops syncing. I’m not an idiot and I’ve tried it with different log ins. I’ve also looked through all of the FAQs and articles. The issue is that there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whether you go through the online portal or email them, it makes no difference. And check out the comments on the portal because everyone else has the same experience with no response.

So far, handy way to merge multiple Google Calendars into one app that sends reminders to my Watch. As Microsoft apps have become more and more annoying to use in recent years, I’ve been gradually converting to Google alternatives. This simple app eliminated my dependence on Outlook and effortlessly combined several Google Calendars into one integrated, intuitive shell. Very handy to be able to easily set up haptic reminders on my Watch.

Very useful and easy to use app without subscription costs!. This app is well designed and easy to use. It is great for managing todo lists and other types of lists too. I tried many other todo and list management apps and this one was the cheapest one which met the majority of my needs. All other apps required high monthly/yearly subscriptions or were too limited to be useful to me.

Liking the app. I used to use this app, but at the time it did not do repeating tasks. I hated that and eventually quit using the app. Fast forward several years and still struggling to find a good task manager app, I redownloaded it and was pleasantly surprised that the repeat task feature is now included. The app is working great for me!

To the point and everything I need. You can easily make subtask which I love! In a list I will have list with in a list. Also love the way you can quickly mark off items, with options to see them in greyed out color or off the list completely. I have tried 4 different list apps and this one is hands down my favorite.

Very Good with Some Suggestions. Very good task manager with calendar support. Suggestions: (1) Allow the app to remember if a group was opened or closed within another group, so that when I open a group all f the sub-groups are not automatically opened. (2) Allow in-line editing within the tasks view instead of pushing the user to another screen to edit. (3) Present the user with a calendar when they are choosing a due date; the Rolodex calendar is not that useful too far in the future. (4) Allow background updates so that it is fully updated and synced before opening the app. (5) Please add dark-mode support. (6) Please add iOS 14 widgets.

Nice to have Standalone App, Poor Sync. I’ve been using GTasks Pro across multiple iOS devices and MacOS machines for a few years. Great to have a dedicated app! Great to have sub tasks! And it puts a superior UI on top of Google’s tasks capability. But syncing across devices is not super reliable, resulting in a race condition across mobile and desktop. And the app could use some usability updates, like not popping up reminders upon first entry...especially when you enter from a Haptic Touch action to create a new task. It also creates redundant task categories when you reinstall or install on new devices and sync. I suggest evaluating the free version first.

Very practical and good setup!. I depend on gTasks a lot and it works good for my needs. Although I never figured out the sub steps, I’ve never felt I needed them. I use the pro version and it’s very good for my work and remembering family needs. Thank you very much! 👍

Very tight app. I love this app. I've been trying to get off paper and onto an app for my client list for years and this finally fits the bill. Awesome that it synchs everywhere and the bubble Check-off method is just the way I used to do it on paper. Perfect. Definitely give it a try

It’s the best and could be better. The app is super easy and works on all my devices. But. When you have a task, you often need more to get the task done like a document, picture or other file attached to the task. I have to scan to my phone, ocr, copy and paste to the text to the notes. Way too much work. I could copy and paste a link to my Dropbox or OneDrive into the notes, but then I have to upload the document into the cloud and get a link. The app needs access the the camera and open in capabilities. Files can be saved in the app on the phone and deleted when the task is done. Also the ability to AirPrint the docs would help. The problem is that it works better than anything else. No incentive to make it better.

I'm very happy.. I hate to change apps, but my old favorite (you know the one I'm talking about) doesn't work with Apple watch. I tried about 6 before settling on gTasks. There are plenty of robust task-planning apps that offer Apple watch support, but I didn't find any of them to be intuitive until this one. Gtasks tics every box but one: I want a complication!

Great little app. I really like this app. Tried several over the years. I needed simple to use but with a bit of complexity to actually have the sub tasks as well as work with my google calendar. And Apple Watch series 4. Bought the pro version. Not a huge difference but I hate ads.

Helps me so much!. I love this app for so many reasons. First, I can put routines in there and set them for whatever repeated timeframe works for that particular routine. I can set times of day which helps me organize my day. I can also leave off any deadline so I can go back and choose when I want to do that task whenever I am ready for it but it is there so I don’t forget it. Thank you for a great and helpful app!

Could be perfect.... I use this and GoTasks interchangeably, as they both sync with Google Tasks (I've had both quite awhile - I would buy whichever is cheaper if having a do-over day). The only problems I have with this app is there's no way to close all branches at once, so I have to go through and collapse each hierarchical branch one at a time. I would also like to be able to view a branch by itself - Google sync prevents this, but I would sacrifice Google sync to have a cleaner interface (assuming there was another sync protocol available). If grading, I'd give this a B- and GoTasks a B. I've purchased over a dozen to-do apps and never found any better than these two (thanks to the collapsible hierarchical branches).

So far I love it for help with my ADHD. I was looking for an app that help me organize my every day tasks because things that I need to get done such as my chores around the house and shopping lists. Also that will remind me what I need to Pay in bills and win so they are on time. Only had this app for a couple of days and so far I like it but I wish I could customize the task bars to where the are itemized Such as bills paid and shopping list birthdays holidays and so forth and so on. I’m sure there probably is either way I just haven’t found it out yet.

Version 4.9.13: good Google Tasks app + how to make it better. PROS: It has a clean and uncluttered design. It syncs without any problems between my iMac and my iOS devices. I like the sort by date/priority system, with the exclamation marks used to determine how important the tasks are. HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER: Make sure it always confirms before deleting completed tasks. Add the option of a white-on-black theme (like in iBooks), which is much easier on the eyes. The order of checklists should sync, so that you only have to change the order once, instead of for all devices. When editing an entry, I should be able to easily place the cursor anywhere, not just at the end. The search bar takes up valuable space. Make it so that it only shows up when you swipe down, just like in the iPhone’s settings. Syncing takes too long - speed it up. Add the function to drag the plus sign to where you want to put the new task. Keyboard shortcuts should be standard: command+N to start a new task, delete to remove a task, etc. When editing a task, there should be the option to delete it. Add the function to select multiple tasks and delete, change priority, move, etc. Add the function to move tasks when sorting by date/priority (within the same date/priority). Add buttons to tick/untick all tasks in each checklist (perhaps call them “All” and “None”). If you add a task but leave it blank, it should automatically be deleted. CONCLUSION: This is a good Google Tasks app, but there’s plenty of room for improvement.

Great app. Very good, reliable. Couldn't do without. Budgeting works well. An 'End of Financial Year' routine would be great. It would be good to have a version for IPad Mini.

So far looks good. I've only been using the app for a couple of days but so far it seems to be really good. Useful organisation, prioritisation, reminders and synch with Google Tasks. I don't regret risking the $ for this one. Might save me heaps long term.

Great app, but limited. Excellent in every task it intends to do, plus it's nice that you can import from reminders and the iOS calendar, however it needs to be able to sync with the Google Calendar. If it did that, this would be the best app available for its category.

Great app. Really enjoying this app. Able to keep up with my business and personal tasks. It's all there in the same place. I can cross off jobs as I complete them. I remember birthdays and can even add things to my grocery list. It synced on all the devices I want it on.

Memory Reminder. I would be lost without this app it is my diary for all my appointments. It is a true blessing.

Everything Tasks should be. It's a beautiful extension to Google Tasks. It has all the simple features that the Google app doesn't. Alerts, Due Time, Priority etc. Yet it doesn't get in the way of accessing your tasks directly through Google. I'm very impressed with it. It's very well thought out.

Useful. I'm using this on my IPad and it's working fine. I like that one can have sub tasks and that it syncs with Gmail tasks. Not mad for the full page layout in Gmail though. Would also prefer a pop up calendar on the app to choose due dates rather than the typical Apple method. Think it is a useful app with lots of potential.

Best!. Easily the best 'to do' app I have found, highly functional - and has the especially useful sub-tasks !

Good, but almost great. Please consider providing the functionality similar to that of GoTasks (no longer available in App Store) where you can have a task list sorted/grouped by due date, then have the flexibility to drag tasks around and either re-order the tasks within the day or drag it to another day (thus updating the due date dynamically).

G Task Pro. I find this app extremely helpful for keeping track of things to do in multiple divisions that I am projecting managing, as i can see them individually or as a group. It has been a life saver during busy times.

So far uncertain..... I've read all the reviews and thought I'd give it a try on both my iPad as well as my iPhone. So far under 'everything' - its all there but when you look under individual tabs such as 'my tasks' on one device it show 2 where the other 1. Under 'to buy' the opposite. They are not really in sync.

Simple app. Works as described.. For the price though it would be nice to have a calendar month view of the tasks. Right now one must either buy a separate app (calendar 5) or use the desktop google calendar. Since google calendar app on the iPhone does not display tasks.

gTasks Pro. Easy to use app. Syncs easily between iPhone & iPad. Tasks show up in calendars. I appreciate the ability to create sub-tasks.

Love this app. I use this app to keep track of all of my lists and to-dos. Very easy to use with a clean format.

I love the features. The free version isn't super useful but I'm loving the full version. It has so many really good features like priorities and repeating tasks.

Just what I needed!. I really like that I can have multiple lists with tasks, sub tasks and sub tasks of my sub tasks as well as recurring and location based notifications - plus adding notes if I need them. I use it for weekend tasks, shopping lists, work projects, wish lists. You name it.

Easy to use, excellent views, quick to create tasks. GTasks has a simple main view listing what is due today, tomorrow, this week, upcoming. You can set default parameters so you can create a task in a few seconds rather than other task managers that make you pick numerous parameters before saving a task. I have tried LOTS of task managers and I would save your time looking around and just get this one.

So glad I found this app. GTask has helped me so much. I love how it syncs with Google Calendar and how you can make multiple lists and transfer tasks between them. I have a “Master list”, a “Today list”. a “Shopping list”, and even a “Prayer List”. It’s sure working for me.

So Far So Good. I have had the app for the past two weeks. Everything so far is great and helps me keep organized and able to document on a different level.

Much better than Taskd. This app is much better than Google‘s task app. The ability to customize and create list is simple and easy. And the UI is much better. I use this app every day and it is my go to for my task list

I love it!. Tried other applications and then I just came back 'home'. So helpful and syncs beautifully. No more multiple lists as long as it is written in this app!

Location alerts don't work. I wanted to like this app and was hopeful when I saw that it at least claimed to support location based alerts, however, they simply don't work properly. I set several location based alerts and they just go off whether I am near the location or not. I'm currently about 2000 miles away from the specified location and the alerts go off anyway. Bummer.

Time tasks do not show on calendar. Since The task application from Google has been updated to allow you to put a time and date I noticed that when I add a Task on gTasks Pro with a time and date it does not sync with my calendar. I’m not sure if it has to do with the update that was done by adding their own time and date but perhaps it could be checked out?

Spend your money elsewhere. After relying on gTasks pro as a crucial daily organizer, I would love to recommend the app, but I can’t. Version updates are few and far between; new functions nonexistent; developer support illusory. Finally, without warning, the app stopped syncing across devices, rendering it useless to me. Contacting the developer about this has proved futile. I scoured the Web to learn that mine is a common experience, with no resolution in sight. To echo the sentiments of a master of dysfunction: Sad!

Task management made simple. I love this app and use it all the time. I prefer the mobile app interface to working with Google Tasks on my desktop. Time and location reminders are very useful. It's easy to move things from one list to another and sync's flawlessly.

Easy to use, has everything I need. I tried a number of to do apps and all of them have either been to simple or too complicated. G tasks strikes a good balance, has all of the things that I need in a task manager but in a very simple layout it's easy to understand and use.

Useful. I use it for all kinds of lists including my grocery list, inventories of craft supplies and of course to do lists. It automatically syncs between phone and online. It’s simple and gets the job done.

Clear, simple, to the point and easily manageable. I love the simplicity and the ability to sync between my phone and I pad so wherever I look I have the same information.

Not syncing anymore. Just when this app almost became the best, overnight lost it all? No more syncing between devices! Yes it syncs with google tasks from the device, but never gets updates on any other device Oh! Excuse me some times and after few hours I see updates! Waw! I mean just great, while other apps update immediately and %100 all the time, gTasks is draw of the luck I send them several messages but till now no answer

Outstanding. I am a senior executive in the movie business and use this app all day, every day. I love the ability to move seamlessly across all platforms and to manipulate my lists however I want. I even use it for notes on different subjects. I literally run my life with this app. No joke.

Great tasks app. I’ve tried many task/list apps only to be disappointed - until now. I use this for lists for everything from to-dos, gift lists, movies to watch — all kinds of lists. I like that you can have sub tasks and I like the customization available too.

Great app. Only thing I need for work.. Combined with Google’s drag and drop Gmail-to-Task function on my desktop, I can keep track of request details and deadlines with the simple addition in the notes of “P: Alert:” and a time. I’m easy, and this hits the mark with no frills. Perfect!

So glad I found this!. Finally, I can fully integrate my phone with all my google tasks from work! Allows me to easily add and check things off my various checklists! The reminders on my phone are super helpful!

Great task organizer. Been using for 6 years and love the way I can prioritize and organize lists. With the ability to add sub tasks and add due dates I have not found anything to be impossible.

LOVE THIS APP. I typically never post reviews on apps but I purchased the Pro version of gTasks and it is the best task/list app out there! I can have separate lists for work, school, wedding planning and even groceries that I need to buy! The notifications keep me on track and it’s easy to use.

Deal breaker. The most important things I use Google tasks for is that I can save the actual email and the attachment on the email. Unfortunately you completely lose this ability on GTATS Pro. In my opinion this app is a complete waste of money. Sure it might add a few other features but essentially it delete some of the most important thing about Google tasks. I want my money back ☹️

Simple and straight forward. You can easily capture your to list, and projects as well as see calendar event in one place. Simple functionality, and easily identify priorities, and repeatable action in a well thought out UI.

A must have. If you want to be more organized and efficient and use Gmail, this is the app for you. Allows to see tasks from different lists on a daily or weekly view. Also, allows for repeating tasks. Great app.

Love this app!. I would like to see tasks with no due date shown on the widget. I also wish I could cross items off or add items from the widget instead of it opening the whole app. Especially the crossing off option. If I see that feature added I will update and upgrade my rating.

Gtasks. I’ve use this app for years now and it’s hard to live without it. Depending on what you use it for it’s been really beneficial for my project management standpoint because I can have multiple lists. The Calendar connection is indispensable

No frills high efficiency. Visually and interactively simple and pleasing. Straight up lists with just enough of the essentials: add a note, switch item to another list, create new list, navigate lists with easy-access drop menu.

Intuitive. Intuitive, smooth, and easily adaptable. Each update seems to improve in ways that I didn’t know that I wanted. Highly recommend.

Don't pay. And 2 years later I ended up paying again and it still has pop ups. Fool me twice.... There's a similar product that's just as good without the pop ups. Better actually. I made the mistake of buying the "Pro" App and now I have very annoying popup ads for their other products. I can't seem to find a way to turn these off in settings. But for $5.99 I expect NOT to have to browse past an advertisement to get to my tasks.

Not the fanciest app but the most functional. I'm going to be honest. This app isn't the fanciest app around but it's easily the most functional and I can't think of getting through my day without it. I hope they keep up the great work, enabling me to truly get more done.

Work life Ballance. This app helps drive my daily operations by slowing me to build track and execute tasks that repeat every two to 3 weeks with simplicity. It also allows me to push out task lists to those working for me to ensure I’m covered. Great App. Nice work team!

The best tasks app. Of all the tasks apps I have tried this one is by far the best, love the su task and options it provides, keep up the good work guys! My only ask is to add an option to be able to add photos! But overall this is a great app!

Best one yet. I've tried a lot of these organizers and the all fall short in some respect. This one fits the way I work and I can input or output from any platform. I am still trying to synchronize it with Alexa, but if it doesn't do it now, I'm sure that will come. It helps me a lot day'to'day.

Finally!!. Finally a simple Task list that syncs with Outlook and Gmail!! All I needed in this simple but very effective app. I have it on my iPhine, iPad and my Windows 10 laptop and works flawlessly!! The Sync could be a little simpler but it gets the job done.

Solid Google Tasks UI. Great app. It adds a lot of functionality not easily uncovered in the web UI for Google Tasks. It would be great if you could drag the add button [+] to the location in the list you want it to be, but that’s a quibble.

Great program. I have been using this for a bit and I really enjoy it. I am able to use it both on my iTouch and my windows computer. This way, I can add tasks as I remember them whether on my itouch or my computer without forgetting what I want to remember.

So far, so good.... I’ve only been using the app for 2 days now and I find it so much better than my old paper and pencil method. I’m now adjusting with “the times”. I like it and have already recommended it to family. It’s accessible and the timelines keep me focused and accountable. I like it!

Best app for organizing my life!. I have a very busy life. I do a lot of things for a lot of people & without this app to keep reminding me, I'd be lost! I love the versatility of adding tasks & projects. I can easily reorder my tasks, and reschedule with just 1 click. It has changed my life for the better!

Good app but buggy!. UPDATE: still no fix! So I’m lowering my rating. I mostly love the app, but it goes crazy with duplicating my tasks!!!! It happens every few days when it will suddenly replicate my pending tasks....and I’ll end up with a list full of duplicates. Also the synch on my iPad app has never worked, so I can only use the app on my iPhone. Wish they would fix it.....not the first time I feed back about duplicate tasks.....

Absolutely Life Changing. This was everything I have been looking for. The app is easy to use. And the ability to create Sub tasks is a great way to check off parts of projects or parts of things. Another great feature is the repeating tasks. I can repeat workout dates and laundry dates without it eating up too much space on my calendar I paired this up with Awesome Calendar and it works seamlessly well. I’m also able to organize my tasks in different categories such as Work, Home, Groceries, etc.

So versatile!. I have wished and wished for an app like this. I can keep separate lists for different areas of my life and they are even separate in Google Tasks now when I am on my laptop working. There are lots of different ways to organize!

Versatile task and list organizer. GTasks Pro performs the best of all the task and list organizer apps I’ve tried, highlighted by the capacity to cross over phone and tablet platforms and show up on my watch too. It’s super useful and easy to access. Highly recommended.

Great task management. This integrates very well with my Google account on my iPad, Mac and iPhone. Multiple lists to keep organized. Easy to sort the items in the list or the lists on the iPad or iPhone. Does what I want it to do seamlessly

Doesn’t sync IOS reminders automatically. I bought the subscription to sync my IOS reminders and Google tasks. It does so, but you have to manually do it every time. Simply refreshing does not update it automatically. I would like to say “Siri remind me to ______” or “Siri add task. Buy milk” and then see it in gTasks or just swipe down to refresh/sync if the app is already open. Nope. Have to go to settings gear icon, then settings, then Tasks, then import from reminders, then ok. Every time to add an IOS reminder/task. Ridiculous.

Great for all my lists! Great for Apple Watch!. I use the speaker to make my grocery list, then use my Apple Watch to go through the list and cross each item off as I go! That is just one use and show it’s versatility over other devices.

So Far so good!. Still getting accustomed to a single place to keep my task list. The issues aren’t related to the app, but to the lack of a real system I have been living with for far too long. This is going to take a minute...

Gave up. I was a satisfied user for quite a while, then GTasks stopped syncing a number of months ago. I, along with many others sent in trouble reports but got no response. Then about a month ago an update came out, syncing worked again for a short time and then was/is broken again. I’m ditching GTasks and migrating to Todoist. It works and is supported. It doesn’t integrate with Google tasks but I can live with that. A lot less frustration.

Pretty Good. This makes it much easier to manage Google Tasks. At times, it does not show the syncing on the actual Google site of Tasks. May not be a GTask issue, but there is something there. It does seem to update through other versions of the app: Mac to iOS.

Confused?. What’s the difference between gTasks . and gTasks Pro? I somehow bought both and am super confused to which to use? Please advise - thanks! Been using Workflowy & Todoist.. not sure if I’m ready to figure this one out yet with the 2 confusing conflicting versions. Please clarify & show some customer service responsiveness. (Maybe get Intercom or some sort of Chat Help?) Thanks!!

GTasks Pro is Great!!!. I’ve been a fan of Google Tasks on my iPhone forever. I love ❤️ it and use it multiple times a day. So, when I got an Apple Watch ⌚️I knew that I wanted it on my watch also. GTasks Pro does that very nicely, even allowing me to import my Google Tasks items into it. Highly recommended, even if you don’t use Google Tasks, but especially recommended if you do! Get it now, you’ll be very happy that you did! :)

Best. This is the best tasking product out there. I migrated from the big ones to this. Up and running in minutes.. Has all the features of the big well advertised ones but faster ti get started and easy to teach
