This is my life!. I love this game. I feel like dreamworks dragons gives me a life. I know every single dragon species, and I wish dragons were real irl. Anyways, I love this game because it gives me something to do after I watch race to the edge or riders/defenders of Berk or any of the movies. I also like how there is a book of dragons in the game and each dragon has a description including those unique dragons such as toothless, strormfly, grump, etc. I like how there are so many things to do in this game, such as defend Berk from attacks, collect new dragons, upgrade things, get more villagers, etc. Anyways, the only downsides of this game is that you have to pay MONTHLY to have the light fury, and that some dragons cost so much in-game currency that it might take you months to save up for a single dragon. Anyways, everything else about this game is awesome, such as how there is no interrupting ads. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS GAME I LOVE IT!!!!

Five Stars:. I personally love the HTTYD franchise as it has been a part of my life fo a long time, I overall think that this game represents the franchise in it’s own unique, different, creative, and fun ways. I personally would adjust some of the following features but everybody wold as it s not their game. I recently read a review about the Light Fury and the Night Lights and I have to say the I agree. I think it is a little unfair about how only membership players have access to the Light Fury. It is a very important part of the movie(s) but I am unsure that I want to spend $10 a month for a dragon from one game. All I am saying is that I hint it should at least cost 300 runes (just like StormFly) to purchase this dragon. I also think that the Night Lights should cost the same because 14,500 runes..I MEAN CMON! That will take forever and I really want the little family to be a prat of mine. Aside from that the game is great and I would recommend it to any of my fellow HTTYD loving friends!

Love this game, but I have something to say. 1.First of all this is presently my favorite game and I have spent hours on it daily, but I think that Ludia needs to make the Light Fury free. I mean seriously!? You can buy all the other dragons mates and offspring in the shop for runes so why can’t you buy Toothless’ family without spending 10$ a month?! I guess you can get the Night Lights for runes but 14,500 RUNES IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! I want them but getting enough runes for Barf and Belch took me 1 month, for all I know it could take me 6 months to get JUST ONE of them. 2. For the last 24 hours my game has not been able to load! It opens to the loading screen gets to “readying for flight” and then crashes and closes the app. Sometime it even turns off my phone when this happens, and sometimes I have to turn off my phone after this happens because trying to get on has my phone very laggy. I don’t know if it’s just me or if I have a bad WiFi AND Data but I would love to be able to play again soon as I want to get the dragon from Viking Helmets and if I miss another day I won’t be able to get it!!! I would like to get the dragon in the helmet thing as I already know what dragon it is and since I know I seem to warn it even more!!!

Overall great, but I have an issue. I don’t know how long I’ve had this game but I enjoy playing it and I’ve made a lot of progress. I’m at the point where it takes forever to level up, but I understand that it will take a long time since I’m not buying resources, and I’m okay with that. With that said, I’ve only ever made one purchase. I bought a bundle for Stormfly’s Offspring but never got it. This was when the app did a promotion for different new dragons and their offspring a little while back. I messaged support and never heard back from them. I’m not too bothered by the lost purchase because it was a low price, but it really bugs me that I never got a reply when I messaged the developers! I enjoy playing the game, but I don’t like it when I can’t trust the app. The only other issue I’ve ever had is that the game freezes momentarily whenever I receive a notification while playing. I also tend to get the same notification for the game three times in a row. I still love the game, but it’s hard to get past those little issues.

Great game!. I’ve been playing this game for about three or four years, and I really enjoy it. The graphics are good, I love how different dragons perform different actions while gathering resources (my personal favorite is the Dramillions front flip into the water), and I love the battles, gauntlets, and events. There is one thing I wanted to suggest: during brawls, I think it would be cool if the type of arena card pack you get is dependent upon how many dragons you have left after the fight. For example, if I end a fight with all three of my dragons, I would get a gold pack or at least have an increased chance at getting a gold pack. Then, a silver pack for two dragons, etc. I also think it would be fun if there was an option to fight online players. I think the teams are derived from real players, but they make mistakes that no real person would make, and there are never any pauses between their attacks. Maybe it’s just like that for me since I don’t play on Wi-Fi, but I remember when I played actual players when I first got the game. Anyways, those are just some thoughts I had. Overall, this is a really great game! I especially appreciate not being forced to watch ads. Keep up the great work!

A few askings..... and suggestions. Ok, so, 1: WHY IS TUFFNUT’S DEATH RIDE HAVE BLUE FLAMES COMING OUT OF ITS EYES?!!? It’s a little creepy AND... ever sents I got it, it’s been dissapearing on me.. even when I don’t tell it to go get fish! Can you PLEASE fix this? 2: MAKE IT SO YOU GET MORE RUNES FOR THE ADDS!!!! THIS HAS BEEN DRIVING ME NUUUUTS!!!!! THE ADDS ARE SOOOO ANOYING , AND WE DONT EVEN GET VERY MANY RUNES FOR THEM!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEASE MAKE IT SO WE GET MORE RUNES!! 3: I absolutely 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰Dart!!!! She and all the nightlights are SOOOOOOO CUTE!! I know, I know. That’s a lot of Vikings. But for how long I’ve been on this game, i should have about 1,257,618 Vikings!!!! SEREOSLY!!!!!! I’ve had this game for... about 3 or 4 years. AND I AM MAD, SO MAD ABOUT THE COST FOR RUNES!!!!! I think it is stupid for them to COST SOOOO MUCH!!!!! FIX THIS!!!!!! And also, I think even if you don’t get everything in the month that you are in, you still get the same stuff. That’s also important. So, those are all my askings. Progress Lost. Very Upset, my Son and I have been playing for a few months. Decided to purchase the monthly subscription because there’s more options in the game ex: “better dragons” selections. Then the game crashed which hasn’t been the first time either. This time I lost all my progress and the game restarted all over. I tried everything to get the progress back FB logging as they claim will save and update all your progress, tried that didn’t work. Although I’ve tried that before and it always worked without an issue, this time there is no FB button option even available. I tried restarting that didn’t work, network restart, that didn’t work, iTunes restart, that didn’t work, rebooting everything, that didn’t work. iCloud restart, that didn’t work either. I reached out to them through email since that seems to be the only way to reach out and I received an automated response that they will get back to me as orders received. Well it’s been a whole day and haven’t heard back. We really wanted to love this game which we did in the beginning we enjoyed playing it but now it’s upsetting it’s money wasted. Progress lost. Not happy at all. Canceling my subscription. Not worth time and money wasted when you can’t even play and have to worry about crashing all the time.

Update needs a few changes. I liked the game a lot before the update. Now it doesn't even give an overall number for how good a dragon is on defend berk (bummer). It's good that we get packs for collecting dragons in the book and stuff, but now it's kind of difficult to navigate through the book even though there is a search bar. I hope that the unique terrible terrors drop in price back down to 180 runes cause I was gonna buy them after saving for barf and belch. Another thing is that there should be a way to get every dragon without paying or getting it during a specific event. Maybe change it to you have a chance to get it like two times a year or something. I would really like to be able to get premium dragons without paying. I hope this doesn't turn in to a pay to play game like Clash Royale. I really enjoy this app, and would like some way to get the dragons that also isn't impossible.

Fun at first...then as boring as staring at a rock.. The game is fun at first - there’s plenty to do and you can progress quickly. However, things start costing more and more, but leveling the dragons up doesn’t increase their capability to gather enough materials to keep the pace up. Even worse, even my best dragons only gather for 40 minutes at a time, and some still only go for 8 minutes...So you can’t keep accumulating materials overnight or while you’re at work. The result is that it takes DAYS of babying the app, constantly opening it up just to start the dragons up again but being unable to do almost anything else, to earn enough materials to upgrade or build ONE building. That is not entertaining in the least, and most people tend to have lives outside the app that they’d like to (or at least need to) engage with. The beginning of the game held a lot of promise, but it’s gotten incredibly boring and is extremely impractical. With a few major rehauls of the later levels (whether they choose to drop costs or make dragons able to gather more so that the speed of doing things stays relatively close/only very gradually increases and continues to be manageable), it could be a good app, so I’ve kept the rating at a three. For now, though, I’ll be deleting it as soon as I complete this review.

Ludia, you’re greedy.. Facts. You cannot get great dragons without spending money. You can’t even get weak dragons on exclusive searches without spending money. In gauntlets now, they have stolen the ability to keep your energy bar full for the next wave so if you spent money on gauge refills, use it and the wave ends, you’ve now lost money. The commercials are intentionally set so that you can’t watch more than 1 or 2, yet they ALWAYS run efficiently after a battle was lost or won. And THEN Ludia says it’s not their company that does these ads. I call BS, and you KNOW I am correct. And at level 100 and above, the quests, leveling, etc., take WAY too long, the game is boring. I mean BOOOORRRRRRIIIINNNNGGG! Ludia, your updates are rotten and the game’s inability to open on the first try stink. You NEVER actually take into account what your customers suggest. Your main goal is to try to hook the rookies into spending their hard earned money on a game that you can’t ever win. Don’t even get me started on PVP, which is an utter joke as it isn’t really PvP but PvComputer. I have been playing this game for a year, now, and I see you do the same at Jurassic World. Alas, you are part of the Trump generation. Well, have at it, but if players are smart, they will forget you, drop you like the dead dodo you are. Pffffffft. Buh bye.

Unfair fighting mechanics. There is an event type feature in game called gauntlets, where you go against AI controlled dragons(ranging from 2 to 3 rounds). You have to defeat all dragons during those rounds with your three select dragons to win. Personally I would appreciate a sort of “back up team” system, because sometimes the dragons I go against are far higher leveled than my own dragons. Usually the fights are always a risk to get into and takes some thinking to win them. Recently I was in the middle of a gauntlet boss level when suddenly my game decided to crash. This has happened multiple times and I believe it isn’t just some thing the devs will necessarily fix. The crash completely restarts where you were in the middle of the brawl and causes the game to consume a life(ex. -1 from 5 lives). This is all very frustrating to deal with and it is unfair. Multiple times I had to spend some runes to get those lost lives back which is also very strange. I rate the game a 3 out of 5 stars since they also constantly throw deals at you which cost money to get. I don’t want to see pop-ups in my face as soon as I open the game. They are annoying and make me NOT want to spend money on the game. Thank you for reading.

RisenGods gaming is back!. Well another review here! I love the new update, the visual and menu changes I feel have made the game even more accessible and I can’t wait to get back into grinding for the new legendary! Once again I’ll address a couple requests of the community that’s still here, 1: we’d love to have clans here soon, if we could please add those I can envision the immense uprising in popularity for this game by adding that aspect. 2: the light fury, yes we’re still pushing for it, now I may or may not have already purchased the subscription but if there was a way she could be free to some extent by still be able to journey but maybe not being able to directly search that would be fantastic, and again could we add her to gauntlets? 3: finally keep being great! I love to see new dragons every month and I’m glad that we’re reaching out to some social communities and gaining popularity. This game will never die if you keep it up!👍

Amazing gameplay with some tweaks needed. Y’all need to download now! I got the game a little while ago and right from the start loved it! I especially like the fact that you can battle other dragons but I kinda wish that their were villains that you have to fight against instead of just fighting random people(don’t get me wrong I still love it) like drago or a campaign with him. Another note is that the whispering death dragon is way to over powered. And I wish that you could either more odin coins or make the items you get with them worth less coins. This is an AMAZING game that needs 1 or 2 rough spots smoothed out but it’s okay if they don’t get smoothed out cuz it’s still is super cool! 🐲🐉😁 Also, whenever I try to log in it says that lightning storms have blocked my connection. Then I hit the button to refresh the game and it crashes IMMEDIATELY! I don’t even get to play now. Devs, please please don’t over look this and plz fix this cuz I REALLY want to play this amazing game again

An honest review. I like rise of Berk, the longer you play the more activities are unlocked. You gather wood and lumber, battle dragons, defeat Dragos ships, and send your friends on journeys. The game is fun, and a nice edition to the games played. However, the Dragon Rider subscription is not worth it. It doesn’t give you 4 bags to bring back items/eggs, it gives you the option to Buy 4. The sub would be better if it gave you two free bags, and the possibility to buy more(this is per exploration). The Lightfury is possibly the only nice thing that comes with the sub, but you can’t use her more then once a day because the journey last 12+ hours, and you also have to use ruins, the money you purchase, to have more then 1 bag. Sub gives you 1 more pack slot in Brawl, but since you can only unlock 1pack at a time it doesn’t make any difference. All in all, the subscription is not worth it and difficult to cancel. If your new, get Deadly nadders for lumber/fish, they are the first dragon you can unlock that is good at gathering.

Fantastic game. I just want to say that this game is amazing. The graphics are phenomenal and the detail is incredible. There are plenty of things to do and so many dragons to collect. I especially love that the Nightlights (aka Toothless’ kids) are in the game. I also love how they clarify that Pouncer, the white Nightlight is a boy and Dart, the black Nightlight with blue eyes is a girl. So many people mess that up. I especially love that they made teenage versions of the Nightlights. It’s my goal in the game to get them all. I already have Teenage Ruffrunner (male). I really want Pouncer though. Tips for new players. SAVE UP YOUR RUNES. Those are the green items, they are like the diamonds of the game. If you save those up you can potentially get certain dragons that usually cost runes for less if they are available for exploration. That’s how I got Ruffrunner. He normally costs 17,500 runes but he became available in Toothless’ exploration so I didn’t have to pay that much for him. It is also totally possible to excel in the game without paying real money but using real money to buy certain card packs is soooo worth it. Love this game!

I love it!. I have only a few complaints but otherwise the game is amazing. The first complaint is that it takes a lot of time to polish amber, and you have to give away ONE THOUSAND raw amber to only get 1. Kind of a waste. Another complaint is that everything costs so many runes, like if you want dragons and such. You could waste your time with toothless trying to search for the dragon, but the free slot almost never gives you dragons (except for common ones) and so you have to pay runes again to get the other slots open and you still might not get the stupid dragon you want. I understand that you have to buy dragons but maybe you should lower your prices. One last thing, this one I don’t really care if it happens or not but it would be cool if it did. I think you should add more dragons to brawl. I’m glad that they added the original gang on there and all, but it still would be cool to see some other dragons as well. Oh and real quick, maybe adding a little bit more story and Race to the edge characters? Alright I’m done but please consider my suggestions.

Love it. Ok so I’ve been playing this for about two years now and this games is one of my favorites. All though I would like to address this... The Lightfury. Ok so honestly how to train your dragon the hidden world was an amazing movie but, I was really sad when I had to pay so much money just for one dragon. So I was wondering if in a certain point 8n the game if you could make light fury free or at least how we unlock like the green death, or hook fang, meatlug, and stormfly. Basically you can earn it. Also the night lights are bothering me two, I’m not saying they should be free just that they should cost less like I said, I’ve been playing for about two years and I’m on.y at 8,000 something. Also I just unlocked the green death so go me, but just for the sake of it, could you be a bit more specific than “ unlock the brute dragons collection” it really confused like “ do I get them for free? Do I search for them?” Ect. I know this is probably asking a lot ( and you don’t have to do that last one, sorry ) but it would really market it easier to play and enjoy, and I’m gonna be honest, your game is the first game I go to after watching race to the edge, the hidden world, o4 just strait up reading the books. Also fun fact, I was born the same year how to train your dragon came out! Any case, thanks😉

I have a few concerns. I have been playing this game for probably two years now and I am a little upset about the “exclusive dragon’s” or the dragon riders and light fury along with the grand alpha pass in the seasonal market. For people who don’t pay for the extra stuff I was thinking… maybe you could allow those people to collect items like in the brute dragon’s or seedling dragon collection. I know this next part may be a bit much but it would make a lot more sense. I just only got the lighting speed stinger from the ascending dragon cave and I also have a cavern crasher. When I send them out to collect resources they both burrow. I was wondering if you could change that so when people send them out the dragons that can’t fly burrow or run down the place we’re they can gather the resources. I was also wondering if you could possibly put in a resource we’re people can send dragons out to collect coins but only a certain amount for different dragons please. I know that this may be a lot to change but it would make the game a lot easier for me and other players who either can’t or won’t pay for the extra stuff and I know that it is your way of making money but it would be game changing (no pun intended) for players like myself. If you can do this I would really appreciate and do my best to get as many dragons as I can. Thank you for creating such an amazing game.

Very deceptive.. My son has played this game for a while on a few devices. It’s actually a fun game, they do constantly beg for money and charge absurd amounts for very little. By absurd I mean you can purchase a dragon for $49! After our most recent experience I suspect is all part of the scam. This is a game for young children. Yet at on almost every screen they are asking for money. Little children don’t have money. This week they somehow managed to separate $100 from my iTunes account in one transaction. They don’t list a customer service phone number or email address anywhere. There Isn’t anyway within the app to review, cancel or dispute any purchases. I did find a form to contact them buried in settings. Not sure where the message goes, if anywhere. The game may be good but, it’s not worth the hours you will inevitably spend on the phone with your banks fraud department. Truly a sleazy developer with the intention of doing nothing more then stealing from children.

Not like it says in the ad.. I first got this game from a recommendation from a friend. She showed me her world of the dragon and I watched the ad and I was like this is the best game. But then I started playing it and I realize it’s not that great. The first thing is it’s not like it says in the ad. If you seen the ad the video that you first see when you open it up, it looks really epic and you have all these huge Dragons, and you’re fighting it’s really cool. So when you open it up it’s a starter and it tells you get the huge dragons what you have to have like 1000 Vikings in maybe 2000 and it takes half a year. Which really annoys me. So sad. I’ve been playing this game for over five months and I’ve gotten hardly anywhere. A few things. When I was a bit younger and just found this game there was not a lot of things you had to buy to do anything, you could just play without buying anything and get really far. Now when I got back to this game there is just so much thing they want you to buy and they’re cramming it down your throat. And with the dragons you need to buy, why can’t we earn them? I miss the past of this game when you could just work hard and do anything if you try hard enough. Also in the brawls (be it events or just brawling other players) sometimes there is this thing, it says it’s my turn next but when it goes to it it just skips me, I don’t get to do anything and the enemy’s get another full round before I can do anything. Sorry about complaining like this but I really liked the old version of the game a bit better than the present one where we have to pretty much pay to do what we want.

Concerned Player. I love this game and been playing it for a few months now. But I have noticed that your events are unbalanced when it comes to level situation. Many other players (not just myself) would’ve thought that there would be more rounds in battles when it came to gauntlet than survival. But in fact gauntlet has 4 to 5 rounds while survival has 5 to 6 rounds. It’s not reasonable for beginners and low level Meade hall players to even participate in gauntlets and survival events. I know that it’s possible to win in them (if you literally waste all your items) and most of the time in boss rounds the enemies are lvl 9 and most of the time many of us have lvl 8 commons who get targeted in the first few rounds. And the fact that to lvl up your dragon cards to lvl 9 you have to get from level 24 to level 51!? It’s not likely to occur unless you A) use real life money to get stacks of runes for 10+ hour long upgrades. Or B) Play the game for probably like 6 to 9 months just to get far enough. I can see that yes. Jurassic World and Rise of Berk are made from Ludia and that you love to have players who are impatient buy resources with Real life money. But still it’s not balanced.

Excellent. I love this game. I’m on level 117 with toothless, which for experienced played know that’s a good few years of progress. The game still hasn’t lost its interest for me. The Quests are by far the best part, I wish the did them more. I find the Dragon Rider subscription well worth it due to the extra coins and perks. I do have some gripes, as it is ridiculously hard to get the extra boosting dragons like Purple Death and Screaming Death, not to mention the others, either you need to spend hundreds of dollars or take months to complete. I’d like to see it easier to get the boosting dragons, right now the game wants 70,000 to complete the screaming death and I don’t feel like that’s right. It will take me a good month to search for the needed items. The high valued items are either so expensive or take so many hours and runes to search for that I feel it almost makes it pointless. Coming from a dedicated, daily player.

Awesome, But.... I am so happy I found a app like this! I spend about 30 minutes to 1 hour playing this game. However, there are still some things that can be fixed like being fair to everyone like instead of having a lot of people spending money for being an exclusive dragon rider. If some people don’t want to or can’t spend that much amount of money for being and exclusive dragon rider, it is not really that fair because they can’t get all the special things and items that exclusive dragon riders get. Another thing that can be done is to make buying things more cheaper. If I need to buy more fish or wood, it is very expensive because I have to pay a lot of runes and it takes a long time to earn more runes. Plus, to get more runes, wood, fish, and more things, you usually get card packs for that right? So instead of waiting every 6 hours to get and open a card pack, why not make the time limit even less? Overall, I enjoy playing this game but if these 3 features can be changed, I believe everyone (including me) will have an amazing experience playing this game.

Rise of Berk Five Star review. I grew up on the how to train your dragon (HTTYD) series. I’ve always enjoyed the character relationships, as well as the visual and sound designs of the dragons. The story is absolutely phenomenal, and goes much deeper then a boy and his pet dragon. I think the second movie is still my favorite, mainly because of the score and the relationship building between our two protagonist, being hiccup and toothless. HTTYD was, and always will be, my favorite franchise of all times. The game itself (HTTYD Rise of Berk) is also great. I love seeing not only some of my favorite dragons, but also new dragons that I’ve never seen before. I love digging deep into lore of games and movies, and some of these quests tell a great story. There is 100% a lot of personal bias going into this review. I think the game itself could look better, but for what it is I think it’s amazing. Love the game, and keep dishing out those updates.

Great, but needs improvement. I’ve been playing this game for months. (Maybe less, I’m not sure) I really like it. But what I don’t like is all of the cool features that you have to pay for. I do brawling, and on the right side of the screen, and it says who will play next. But it glitches out so you can’t get to attack back after getting hit like, four times. Though the game sometimes matches you up with someone who has Toothless on their team, while you have him too! There is only one Toothless, not hundreds! Even saying that, I still I am a bit thankful that my opponents don’t have great dragons on their team. One last thing. The common currency, Runes are O.K, but whenever you spend some, it is always hard to earn them back, besides joining the subscription to earn runes daily. But not every person has money, or they would disagree with the prices. Yes, I did focus on the negative things about this cool game, but I am just saying the things that the game needs to improve. Though I like everything else about it. I hope this was useful!

Dedication NOT Money. From building and customizing a Viking village to collecting neat dragons from the movies (1 & 2 and the Netflix Series), this game feels special. It is no surprise that there are in game purchases and actions that take time. Although there are bugs here and there and sometimes actions seem rigged (ie the Dragon Eye quests), the overall adventure and progression of your own Village makes up for it. I’d say this game is not pay to win. Pricy for “runes” that speed up actions and packs that grant dragons and other items, sure. Just keep a lookout for deals on packs and runes! Paying a monthly/yearly fee to become a Dragon Rider is worth it IF you don’t mind paying for a while (otherwise you loose value for your money, but hey, that’s my opinion). All in all, just have fun! It’s not impossible to unlock AWESOME Legendary dragons (Green Death, Bewilderbeast, Foreverwing, Screaming Death) or build your Village up. All it takes is time and dedication (not money)!

Love the game but definitely a lot ofmoney grabs. I want to start out that I love this game. I played on and off for a few years but now it’s my go to game before I go to bed. Starting out I just played the game without paying for packs or a monthly subscription for the light fury. After a while I just got stuck and couldn’t progress anymore or at a reasonable pace. Not to mention runes, not enough ways to just get them without paying. After being stuck but still wanting to play the game I decided to pay for the monthly subscription. I finally started to progress at a reasonable pace and have plenty of runes now. I feel if you already pay a monthly subscription the season pass should be discounted or something. I don’t buy the season pass but looking at some of the stuff on there, it looks decent. I love the game I just feel for the base game it should be made a little easier to get runes and able to progress and get some nice dragons without having to pay.

An Idea.. Helo Ludia! This is a wonderful game! I do have some ideas. A Dragon’s Edge update. Maybe add the Singetails and Dramilions (The Singetails could be able to launch a barrage of fireballs as its ultimate, from its mouth, chest, and tail, and the Dramilion’s ultimate could be copying a random dragon’s ultimate on the battlefield, living or dead, as well as copying any effects the copied dragons ultimate may have)as well as their TitanWings, which would really shake things up and spice up islands and fights, which actually bring us to my next idea. TitanWing Battles! Bring in the biggest, baddest, and deadliest dragons to this arena, and see who’s left standing when the ash settles. If you amazing devs haven’t already, put in the TitanWing dragons for this arena (The Dramilion, Singetail, Monstrous Nightmare, etc) as those are the only dragons applicable, along with Dragon Rider’s dragons, and high level champion dragons. My final idea is raid battles. You and a maximum of 4 other players bring in their dragon fighting teams to duke it out with some of the biggest dragons ever known (The Red Death, the Purple Death, Drago’s Bewilderbeast, The Screaming Death, maybe a pair of Deathsongs). This would give us players a fresh and daunting challenge and a use for the Giant Dragons of this game, rather than just decoration. That’s all for this one! Not so fun anymore. This game is fun and I like being able to collect the different kinds of dragons. I guess I’m at level 75 or at least that’s what Toothless is at. Anyway after this point things start to get increasingly harder to get. I’ve gone quite awhile now without finding a new egg with Toothless (and with it taking no less than 8 hours to search that’s a considerable amount of time I wasted) and when I comes to the combat competitions where you can win new eggs, the game is unfairly hard. I’ve made it to the last battle before winning the egg and suddenly there is a dragon to defeat that is waaaay stronger than any of the others in the game so far. And it’s almost impossible to get any of the elite dragons. That brings me to my next complaint when using the dragons to go on journeys you almost never get an egg. I mean I get that the game has to be difficult to get people to keep coming back but come on! It’s no fun to always be a loser either. I think I’ll take a break from the game for awhile maybe find something where I’m actually able to get a few things here and there so don’t feel quite so defeated and like I’m wasting my time.

Very expensive game. The graphics are outstanding, and I've been playing for a couple of years. I used to love this game and would spend $20 a $ 40 a month, but since june of last year, the developers have just gotten greedy. They want dragon runes (which cost money) for everything, even searches.....it is so sad. I cannot recommend this game any longer, except to those who have a lot of $$$ for essentially a dot on a computer screen or those who are not in a hurry, like me. But it is the most beautiful game I have seen. This is an update....now they want even more runes! No way to get anywhere in this game unless you are very patient. Or want to spend lots of $$$. If I just started playing it now, instead of when it first came out, I would've deleted it. But now I am into it, and just take my time w/out spending $$. I am not against it, I spend $ on other games, but these guys are blatantly greedy. Just cannot support that. Full disclosure. I am nearing 60 yrs of age so I am not in their target demographic.

Doesn’t make sense but a good game. In the movie toothless meets the light fury and many years later the 3 nightlights come along. So if you can have the nightlights for free in the game but not the light fury how can the nightlights exist? See it doesn’t make sense and I’m not paying $7 to $10 just so I can have a dragon that I can the. Get 3 other dragons and the other things that come along with the membership are good I would just trade out the light fury for another dragon like an exclusive dreamworks dragon or something but other then that it’s a really awesome game I was quite weirded out by the fact that you put the donkey dragons in the game and still am. So if you would please next update make an exclusive dreamworks dragon in stead of having the nightlights being free but not the light fury cause why have the babies and not the mother the babies can’t exist without the mother and again I’m not paying $7 to $10 for the light fury and some other cool perks. And also maybe add a breeding feature into the game to more dragons faster(and yes I know this might take a while to do but I feel like you guys can do it)

Titan Training. I used to really enjoy this game. It was fun, addictive, and just good for mindless time passing. Now it's just awful. I still love so much about this game, but you guys seriously screwed the Titan training wheel. You made it so I have to keep spending wood and training until over 75% of the board is the "winner zone" as I call it. I'm tired of spending days and every piece of wood I have to train one dragon, haulting progression because I need to Titan train more dragons. Please work out a better algorithm as to make the wheel actually land on the "winner zone" sooner than when 75% is available. I get it needs to be a challenge, but when you get to bigger, stronger dragons needing Titan training, it's impossible to have resources left for anything else, especially when you've tried to Titan train the same dragon 10+ times. Update: my complaint hasn't even been acknowledged, and they still refuse to add a simple algorithm to make the Titan Training occur faster than having the wheel 75% success chance. I'm deleting the app now. Since first reviewing, I've managed to Titan Train one dragon and it's been 12 days. I still have 4 more dragons in need of Titan Training before I can advance the story. To anyone who reads this, enjoy the game while you can. When you get so far and then can't advance because of their stupid training system, you'll understand my problem.

Brawls and Gauntlets. I’ve only played this game before a couple years back and decided to download it back and I have a lot of changes which is nice to see but there are some major problems I have with this game. The biggest problem I have with this game is the brawls and gauntlet events in which I want you to remove the evade system in them and fix the turn based system. You are fighting bots in game modes not people and every time you miss an attack is just frustrating for you it’s not a fair system in which every battle is just random and you completely lose the fight because you missed one attack and in a lot times I miss three attacks in a row. There is no need for this and almost every battle is bulls##t. In the older versions Of the game I know this was not a thing and it perfectly fine the way it was the battles would already be hard enough with with the dragons above you level and some dragons doing tons of damage from one attack or completely stun locking you with the same move. The turn based system seems to be glitched in which it will change midbattle and the bot getting to attack twice in a row.

I have a love/hate relationship with this game. I love being able to gather materials and go searching for items to complete a set. I love being able to battle other dragons. I like collecting dragons...I love being able to get legendary dragons. I like sending dragons out for journeys. I like completing challenges. However...I dislike the fact that it takes so many runes to send toothless out to get items. I dislike the fact that in order to complete sets you have to purchase 30 items and most of the time you have to buy them with runes (if your lucky you get it for wood or fish) but it takes forever! I’ve been playing this game for over two years and I’m stuck on the screaming death for over half the year. And unless I want to spend 55,000 runes to “finish” the collection, I don’t know that I’ll be able to ever get this dragon or complete the challenges. Also there have been a lot of bugs lately...I’m typing this right now because I can’t get into the game because the title screen keeps crashing.

Love the game, but some major issues.. I really enjoy this game and have had this game for over a year now. I am constantly playing and I love the dedication that you need and that you can’t just “buy” your way to the top. I love every feature in this game including the gauntlet portion, where you have a path of battles against AI dragons so you can get an extreme good prize at the end of your journey. My only problem with the gauntlet feature is the queue on the side that tells you the order of the dragons that get to attack. There is either a glitch or it’s rigged because the queue will change mid battle. I have been trying to defeat the same set of dragons for almost 3 days now playing a dozen times a day trying to defeat them but I am unable to because the queue will let the AI dragons attack 6 times consecutively while I only got maybe 1 or 2 attacks and then I am defeated. This has been like this since I started playing the game but it is really starting to bother me because it has been 3 days on the same level. I have the monthly member ship and that is awesome because of all the perks that come along with it and every other feature is absolutely awesome but the gauntlet queue issue tries my patience especially because it is not fair at all to the player.

PLS MAKE A NINTENDO GAME. So like the title says, pls make an Nintendo game and I have the perfect idea for it! Also I saw someone comment it on a video plus jumpstart probably won't be making another game anytime soon😅 also, love rise of berk! It's still amazing. But please make an offline Nintendo game. Here's the idea: start with httyd 1 and go to httyd 2 then the hidden world, next in httyd 1 2 and 3 you can make ur own character and and costumise it. Plus you can choose ur own quest and make ur own choices. And u can work ur way into httyd 2 and to get to httyd 3 u have to 10x more quest so it'll be harder to get there, and also to get to httyd 2 u have to fight the red death with hiccup and ur dragon. Same for the other two. I hope ur able to make the game! Plus only the going thru the movies was the commenters idea. Also make it online! Hope it'll give u an idea!

Needs to Fix Some Issues. It’s not that bad of a game, and I really enjoyed playing it. At first they had a very good free content to costly content ratio, but now it’s overwhelming filled with money grabs shoved down your throat. If you aren’t lucky in what dragons the game gives you for free, it’s a nightmare trying to advance in the game. I was lucky enough to receive the highest resource collecting dragon so I have been able to advance at a steady pace. But my real complaint is how ridiculously unfair the battle system is. How are you supposed to win when the game never gives you a turn? When it shows you the turns on the right side, it’ll glitch and change the pattern giving extra hits for the other team and ruining your battle strategy. I’ve had the same dragon dodge my attack four times in a row. Many times my turn is skipped, and I’m attacked four or more times in a row before I get a chance. So my dragons are dead or mostly dead before I even get to make a move in response. If they were higher leveled dragons, I’d still be annoyed but it would at least be somewhat understandable. But these dragons are two to three levels lower than mine and these glitches keep causing me to lose because I am never allowed to attack. Which, you know, seems like you’re trying to make people buy extra perks to win an unfair game. In a nutshell, stop trying to force people to buy things. It’s painfully obvious and makes the game unplayable.

Crashes and queue. I really love the game. I play it multiple times a day because fro me it’s an awesome game to play when you have nothing to do. But I’ve been noticing problems that others people have complained. First off the queue in the gauntlet is either glitched or made unfair. I would be trying to defeat the same set of dragons for days because I can’t get past them. They always somehow end up getting 6 turns in a row and I only get one or two and it continues like that until I’m defeated. It’s really unfair to me and I’m sure other people have the same issue. Now the second thing, I first got this game a few years ago, however I had to delete the app because it was crash on me the second I opened it. I couldn't even get to the actual game screen without it crashing. But once re downloaded the game all my progress was lost but the crashing was fixed. So recently I started playing again and this time I’ve gotten farther in the game itself than before I but the same problem is happening again. My game is crashing every time I open it and I can’t even reach the overall game screen. I’m afraid to delete the app because then all my hard work would have been for nothing. Especially because this game is so time consuming.

This game was fun. But not I can’t even get on it the game past the first loading screen and it’s soooo annoying because this game was soo much fun when I was younger and I want to unlock the Night Lights because they are cute and small. And please fix this weird bug and I don’t know if it’s just me or anyone else but this glitch or bug is really annoying. I also have a chrome book and I tried to login to my Facebook with book my iPhone 7(iOS) and my chrome book but nothing. I still can’t get past the first loading screen. For my iPhone is cancels out by its self and with my chrome book it say do u want to cancel out, wait, or send a report and I sent the report saying it wasn’t loading past the first loading screen. One last thing that really makes me confused and annoyed is the game works fine without my Facebook account logged in and it doesn’t work with my Facebook account is logged into the game. I hope you fix this glitch or bug please because you’ve helped me with all my other games I play from you guys.

Great game. I really like the premise of this game, however it takes a lot of time to get the dragons fish and logging times up and then the amount they bring in is not a huge amount In order to feed some of them it wipes out what I spent an hour trying to get. The same can be said for the amount of logs it takes to train a dragon or to build things. Once your dragons reach Titan stage your fish storage depletes faster than your dragons can gather it. I like the brawls area, but like last time I can't even make it through the first round of arena 3. At least in arena 2 I was pitted against rival dragons of the strength that I had, but in the third arena all the dragon groups are at least 1 if not two levels above what I have so there is no use for me to play if I always loose no matter what combinations I use. The other problem I am having is that when I have recently purchased items I never received them and it has been useless to try and contact support because they don’t answer you anymore.

Love it I’d rate 5 stars but there’s a problem. When trying to obtain a titan it’s very hard because you need to work your way up the ladder getting your Mede hall up high enough and get enough Vikings it’s a lot of work. So I’d love it if you make titan collections easier because it’s taken a very long time at least a few months and I’m nowhere near halfway! So please make it much much easier for us all. And when starting green death it says collect fish for seven days and I’ve been collecting it for a very long time it seems and it only counts as 7 hours so please lower that to a day maybe? And light fury isn’t free?! Are you kidding me you need a pass for it? I mean come on so please make light fury free to all also I collected green death before and I didn’t even get it because the game crashed and for some reason didn’t save when I got it so now I have to work all day everyday for possibly a year now. Love the game though your work is phenomenal. :)

Game was good and fun, intill everything seemed strange. I’ve played your game for months and never had a problem with it but on one faithful day everything seemed to be distorted and broken. When I logged into my game there was no music but when I clicked on the dragons it make the same noise as it would usly make but more low base and wobbly. I realized that every sound affect was this low base. Even the battles seemed off.. when I was fighting the battle system you guys seemed to put in, every battle move seemed to be this low base. And EVEN one time when the enimy dragon tried to attack my dragons and when it was finished it stayed in that same attacking position, intill it was defeated. I don’t know what is going on because it doesn’t seem to be affecting other apps and only yours. If you guys have gotten these same comments about distorted sounds I should be suprised. Bunch of unknowledgeable thieves!! Buyer beware!!. This game is a decent game that can keep you quite entertained. However as many have noted it does start to cost money if you want to progress. I signed up for a trial membership for 3 months at $3.99 per month. After that it would go to the normal rate of $9.99/mo (that’s A LOT for what you get. NOT WORTH IT!). The first month went fine however the second month I was charged the full $9.99. Then somewhere in there I was charged another $9.99 for who knows what?!? When I contacted their so called customer support they didn’t have a clue. Telling me to go to iTunes for receipt history info. (ITunes doesn’t deal with games, only music and video). Then they told me I signed up for another subscription. This is impossible if a subscription is already active. (Why don’t they know this?!?) All I’m saying is enjoy the game but spend with caution. Their people don’t know how to fix ANYTHING. They are the most inept customer service (I use that term lightly) Ive ever encountered in a game. They basically stole $20 from me and then blew me off and pawned me off to Apple to get it back; even though it was their system that made the mistake. Buyer beware!

Don’t buy a subscription. I bought a subscription for 3.99 for 3 month and that’s what it said. First month good then it tried to renew it for 9.99 without me knowing so then I canceled it not wanting to be charge and my subscription ended then I contacted them to them telling me that I actually bought the first month and not the other 2 month which even on the website states “ If you are one of the lucky ones who sees this special subscription offer, use this opportunity to get exclusive Dragon Rider benefits for a discounted price of $3.99 USD per month for the first three months of your subscription.” Which also implied the other month would be 3.99 but the offer that I saw stated 3.99 for 3 month not one month which is misleading and a total scam. All I asked was just to get what I paid for not the scam. Then they were like if you would like to renew it here’s a link. Are you serious? Dont buy it if it says limited offer it’s a waste of money and a total scam. Honestly this game needs to be reports for that. Shady,money hungry and deceiving.

This game is rigged. I can’t believe that I played this game for 2 years I was trying to get the night light dragon for ever since I stared I saved up 10k ruins for toothless to find the night light in the event I spent all my ruins and did not get any eggs or packs these stuff are too expensive I wait like 3 months for the night light exploration event and I did not get it after waiting that long and also the battles are rigged for so long I was trying to get to a new arena and it took me like 2 months of nonstop playing and most of the people that play this game are kids and you make it so hard to get ruins and they can’t get ruins with there parents money then it makes then hack then they get a virus and get in trouble because of your over pricing like. Who will play $100 to get so little out of it. Now I don’t play this game anymore and soon it will be more than 1,000 people who will quit playing this is not right you guys need to up your game and fix these problems there is like a 0.1 precent chance to get something good in this game I played this game for 2 and a half years and did not get 1 legendary so this game is RIGGED

Brawl is getting on my nerves. Whenever I go into brawl I use a champion catastrophic quaken, a champion windgnasher, and toothless. 2 champs and a herioc. My champion dragons have less health than level ten dragon and do less damage than rookies. I get it, everyone needs a chance and wants to win but I’m starting to feel like the players I go against are fake. I ALWAYS get paired against people who have rumblehorn seedlings, Hefferson’s banes, and Lumps, and every time they manage to deal a ton of damage to my dragons. Also defender thunder drums. They always use their attack that lowers my attack, and don’t try to do anything else. I swear this is a joke. I can’t play anymore brawl and I’m only in arena 4. Please nerf the dragons, make the rookies play like rookies, and the champions play like champions. Also please fix the turn chart on the side because it glitches and throws off my attack plan. I suggest that you make a rule where you must have either ALL different types of dragons on your team, or you must at least have 1 different type of dragon on your team (cunning, Swift, furious, or a protector). Please take these ideas into consideration.

Fun but time-consuming/expensive. I really enjoy this game. I've had it for over two years. In the beginning it was a TON of fun, and things happened quickly, and I was constantly logging in to see what I could do next. But now that I'm in the upper levels, it's ridiculously time-consuming to make things happen. Example: I have a current "quest" to use one dragon to make 10 iron. The dragon can only make one at a time, and it costs 450M fish to do that. It takes me 4-5 days to earn that much fish, *especially* when I need fish for other things simultaneously. So yes, it's going to take me roughly two months to complete this one challenge. Meanwhile I can't work on a different challenge, because it ALSO requires fish at nearly the same amounts. I do love the idea of this game, and I love the storyline that progresses each time you finish a challenge, seeing the characters "interacting" together is clever. But between the amount of time needed to build up supplies for each challenge, and the outlandish cost of runes (if I were to use real money, which I HAVE done....more than I should've), this game has progressed from something I check on compulsively, to something that I usually remember to look at twice a day.

My favorite game, but not anymore.. This has been my favorite game for awhile. And I loved that you could move ahead in the game without too much difficulty when not paying for extras. These days, it seems they have given in to the same thing as most apps. Making it impossible to move ahead without purchasing anything with real money. It takes months to complete a collection when only searching or journeying with the free option. And that to me is just sad considering how many kids probably play this. Also I LOVED getting the light fury and babies. That was a very cool addition. I had a gift card so I was able to get a month of exclusive content and complete the challenges to acquire them. But when that expired, turns out you HAVE to pay in order to get her. Even though she’s now a main character within this world. I’ve considered deleting the app because of the frustration of all the ads shoved in my face and never being able to move ahead at a DECENT pace. So, I love this game, but don’t. I think it’s well made, but badly managed.

Improve and love. I loves this games it’s my favorite game on mobile I will love to put five stars but I chose four because one it deleted my data and you have to pay for the light fury and you can’t even brawl with her or the night lights you know the baby’s but still a amazing game I’ll just like if it you can maybe make the game better by making the light fury maybe free for like a quest of 10 missions by hiccup and when you finally have access to the light fury or just purchase with runes for like 5 more runes then the night lights to make it better and don’t forget the brawl for the light fury and for the light fury what about a name like Luna and a Pink alpha skin when you upgrade to level 51 well with permission and the night lights like um green alpha ruffrunner and purple alpha Dart and red alpha pouncer and maybe rainbow alpha toothless as well with permission and name toothless’ special move plasma charge well if you want it’s all up to you thank you for reading

Beautifully designed app. We love this game at our house, we all have our own version and love seeing each other find a new dragon, runes are a bit steep and the gauntlet was a little frustrating but the graphics are amazing! I do find the collection rate of wood/fish a bit long compared to how much wood/fish upgrades cost, once on a high level. But the monthly reward and free daily card packs are great. I've been playing for years, with my family joining in a while back now so still thoroughly enjoying the game and recent updates. The only thing I'd suggest is please stop asking me to join dragon riders- I will NOT pay $15/month for an extra card slot and Odin coins!! I don't even use Odin coins! That would cost a pretty penny every month for the family to all join!!

I works again. I’ve finally got my account back and I love this game so much but one problem can you make it with the light fury that’s have to have like 1 million to get otherwise it’s really unfair and more people will play knowing at some point they’ll get the light fury also make it so all of the dragons have the actual name that are in the movie and the episodes becuase I’m getting so confused with dragons and it’s hard to tell my friends what dragons I’ve got

Cash Grab. I’ve been playing for a few years and I enjoy this game to a point. But I feel like the shifts in the game are such a let down now. Hundreds of thousands of ruins are needed to progress in the game: that one cannot earn in the game what with only receiving 10-25 a pack. Prizes are completely rigged to give the same fish and wood over and over again even though we all have dragons to collect that for us. Toothless is also rigged to never find eggs in special events even if extra bags are paid for. It’s so disappointing to see this game has turned into a cash grab.

Love the game but.... Ok so the game is amazing but there is a few little things that are annoying like the dragon riders club it is over advertised in the sense that they have so many pop up and things that you can accidentally click on and the purchase screen shows up so I think the special things only show up when you purchase the dragon riders club. Finally I think we should be able to trade wood and fish in large quantities for runes. Thanks if you listen to any of this

Milo Yiannopoulos Penthouse ad in game. I'm an adult and I've been happily play this game for months now unfortunately this happiest has come to an abrupt halt and I will no longer be play or especially SPENDING a single cent more on this game when I get notifications in my in game mail about an AD to buy tickets to a secret milo yiannopoulos show. I refuse to even capitalise the person's name nor call him a man. When I clicked on the link thinking surely this slightly advance children's game couldn't possibly be advertising for me to purchase tickets to see an individual so vile, sexist and hateful that he has not only been ban from twitter but from entering several countries, but low and behold I'm directed to a page advertising his show on the cover of Penthouse magazine (for those unfamiliar with the publication it's essentially like Playboy) What am I to think if this advertisement had pop up and I had been a 10 yr old child playing this game? I refuse to play it any longer until the an apology is issued to its consumers and the designers of this game rethink their advertising choices.

It's an amazing game 'but'. So I wrote the review below not too long ago and unfortunately not much has changed. The evade feature is still annoying. I'm not changing my review. I'd actually give it 3 3/4 stars if it would allow me. I've been playing this from the start and have loved and not loved some changes. My main problem with the game right now is the 'evade' feature. It seems very haphazard and random. It can drag a game out so long that it's a draw even if you actually have superior and higher ranked dragons. I'm a fully grown adult (the adult is debatable) and don't have a lot of time to play the game. I get on and want to do one battle, get through everything I have to collect etc and get off to go cook tea, washing etc etc. I don't want to be spending my time with a battle that draws out and I still have to replay because it took so long it ended in a draw. I've spent a fair amount of money on coins etc on this game and have been happy to do so but I'm not spending another cent until this is fixed up.

Amazing game however... (HATERS STOP). Was happy, now unhappy. I have been playing this game for a long time. After the last update I haven't been able to log on from any of my devices. I have done everything to try and fix it. It says no internet then goes back to log on with Facebook but it goes back to no internet. All my other games are fine with internet and Facebook except this one. I sent an email to support and haven't had a response. I just want to feed my dragons. It's now 20 days and the email I get is "we are experiencing high volume of issues, we will be in contact in turn" not very good.

Good at the start. Excellent game to begin with. Really fun and addictive. However, the further you progress the more taxing it becomes. Can't upgrade stores because there are not enough Vikings. Can't get more Vikings because there is not enough iron. Takes 320 million out of maximum storage of 500 million wood to get 4 iron in 13 hours. Takes 49 iron to upgrade store to 100, then another 90 iron to upgrade Wood fish store. And the evade turn is really annoying in the gauntlet mode. Especially when all 3 of your dragons get an 'evade' on an enemy dragon. Yet I am still playing the game.

Best game ever. I really like this game back again suggesting dragons we need more deathgrippers and I personally don’t think the crimson goregutter should be a legendary but it’s still good have you ever thought about making a new legendary deathgripper and crimson goregutter I have a name from a different game SOD (so sad it got shut down) gruesome gore gripper and more premiums like deathgrippers,skrills,speed stingers and I have a great idea for a monstrous nightmare called flaming death (premium) :a dragon feared by every Viking but they slowly warmed up to him. Another deathgripper (name Viking’s bane premium) a dragon who’s so feared toothless feared him but then this dragon slowly became toothless’s friend. Thank you for listening and I know it would be unfair but can there be an event when you spin a wheel and can get any premium thnx bye

Love this game. I love the new update, it's made the game a lot more fun, but a few things are a little frustrating. The book of dragons is great, but searching for collection items is a little confusing. Some of gobbers tasks are impossible to do in the 12 hours allowed and now that the new island cost runes, the card packs contain less. I get that you want us to spend real money, but some of us are not able to do so. Been playing this game since the start. But it no longer freezes so I'm happy about that

Loved the game but..... I first started this game a few years back and I loved it, but dropped for about a year. But today I tried to log back into it using my Facebook account where I had all my progress stored. Unfortunately the game kept on using the wrong Facebook account and I didn’t have an option to use the right one. I tried everything I could from firstly contacting customer service but to get no response from there. I tried deactivating my account, logging out of it, removing the game data from said Facebook account. But every single time it logged back into the wrong account and I was literally unable to use the correct account to play the game. I’m just hoping that the support team gets back to my message soon cause I really want to play this game with all of my original progress.

Love this App - but currently TOO dark. I love this App - the missions, goals and purpose behind building your own little village. It’s fun! I can even tolerate having to watch a few advertisements in order to finish building structures or hatching eggs. I don’t feel forced to pay for things if I don’t want to. But what’s hard to tolerate, is the constant dark Halloween theme. It’s atrocious. I’ve seen this App when it integrated all the beautiful colours from the village and you can actually see what you’re doing in it. Currently, it is far too dark and you can’t see properly - especially if it’s during the day. Not a good design idea. Please take this on board for next Halloween, as it’s a design flaw.

Awesome game but minor bug. This is an awesome game and I love it and play it a lot, there is one minor issue though. During battles (brawl or event) if a dragon is defeated by reflect, and their attack was a flying breathing fire or smoke thing (eg timberjacks and smothering smokebreaths) then the attack keeps going at intervals for the rest of the battle. This can be a bit annoying so it would be great if you could fix it! Thanks for making a great game! P.S. My apologies about the attack description, I don’t know how else to identify it 😅😅😅

It’s good but Lucia doesn’t do anything about bugs. I’ve been playing the game for three years now and I got up to a bewilderbeast, but then when I signed in to Apple ID it sent me back to the tutorial and then I’m half way through it, I click to build house, and it glitched me out. So now when I go to build a house for the tutorial, it doesn’t let me move it and I can’t finish the tutorial and I’ve even tried erasing data. I’m not concerned about my good account, I wanted to start over, but please fix my issue! I’ve had this issue for about a month and no one at Ludia has done anything at all

swifts gaining EXTRA MOVES. I get that while in Brawl, if the last standing dragon on one side is a swift while the other last standing isn’t, that the swift will gain extra turns when then non-swift has bad side effects, BUT IT IS ANNOYING. Just because it’s faster than the other dragon, does not mean it should gain an extra turn!! There have been numerous times when I have had one dragon left and my next turn will give me a win, but NO! The other team gains an extra turn that gives me a defeat!! A swift should be able to recover from bad side effects faster, but not take extra turns. I also agree with the many reviews below about the time it takes to get items and the costing. I brought your “dragon perk” thingy just to get ruins easier so I could progress. Which was probably why you have it offered 🙄 EDIT// thank you for taking the time to respond, ahah. I realise I came off as pretty angry during my little rant, and I was, but my game experience isn’t ruined — I’m just a little put off with joining brawls now. The team probably won’t change this feature and I’m okay with that.

DRAGONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I love the How To Train Your Dragon series as well as race to the edge etc. good game for graphics? Not it’s best strong suit but still for an iPad/iPhone game the graphics are pretty cool 😎. I understand that the ‘dragon riders club’ gets you money and is also probably the only thing you won’t remove, so could you just lower the price! I really love the nightlights but can they please get the fish on there own(don’t have light-fury). Can you please have an option to control your dragons flying because that would make the game so much better. Thanks and I hope I didn’t have a mean approach. Dragons Rise of Berk. I love this game from the first moment I got it. Every update there is always something new and I really enjoy how they consistently add new things. I still think there is still so much that can be added to the game, I just really wish that they can add some of the characters, islands and dragons from the Dragons: Race to the edge series and Dragons: The Hidden World as there is so much potential and as a lover of the game so many ideas are flowing through my head hoping it will be added to the game in a future update. Thanks for the game Ludia and keep up the good work

Good game but....... It is a good game and I’ve really enjoyed playing it and i love the new night lights and light fury because I think they are awesome however I’m disappointed that the night lights are so expensive I mean 14 thousand runes each is a lot epically since there are 3 night lights and I personally think it would be so much better if u made them 300 runes and I know I’m probally making that sound to cheap but some people were already upset enough about having to pay real money for the light fury so it would be nice if we could at least get the night lights for a affordable price and not have to pay 14 thousand runes or have to pay really money Other than that the game is really good and I’m really enjoying it and looking forward for future updates

Awful monetisation.. The game is alright, I used to play it a lot. However what I never realised is just how awful the game handles game progression for free to play players. Everything is slow and tedious. Want to upgrade this? Well, first you have to do this first. But to do this first, you have to do this first. But to do that first, you have to do this first. So essentially to perform a task that should be straightforward, you have to wait days on end to finish it. Not to mention the constant money-grab offers shoved in your face to upgrade cards quicker or just progress forward in the game. Some things such as wood stacks and fish basins should not even have a capacity. You shouldn’t have to upgrade it. The ranked arena system in brawl is awful for free to play players, as they can have cards that are over 6 levels lower than their opponents. It’s extremely unfair. They can’t upgrade their dragons either, since, again, monetisation, card packs that cost 100 bajillion runes to get, and even then the cards that they get are left all completely to chance, and slow tedious processes that make the whole process incredibly unenjoyable. I understand that other games have that method of progression too, but this is just next level. I don’t believe they’ll fix monetisation and pay-to-win behaviour unless there’s a management change or something.

Disappointing Brawl Features. It’s REALLY annoying, that although we’re fighting BOTS, you still decide to remove trophies from us, and then give you even more battles that you just can’t win; resulting in more loss than wins overall. I just did about 15-17 Brawl battles, and I only won 3 of them, and it’s all because you make the cards so difficult to get for the champion dragons and dragons like the Defender Thunderdrum so I’m using a level 9 champion and 11 Defender against the bot’s level 13-15, not to mention that the evade feature is also useless, as for my 3 evades in 8 brawls, the enemy bot has evaded about 20 times. So factor in the amount of times I land a hit to how often they do, they’re also dealing damage that kills a dragon in about 3-4 hits.

MY FAVOURITE, BEST GAME EVER!. This was one of my first games I ever got cause Httyd is my fave movie EVVEEERRRR! At the start I was a bit :/ about it so I left it for a couple weeks... after that I tried again and got my very first Rumblehorn! After that I got a Tropical coloured Monstrous Nightmare! Then I got more & more dragons. Then I saw "Brawl" which is like a 3 on 3 dragon battle, Loved it even more. My latest dragon is my favourite, A NADDER! Also, their are ALWAYS new activities to do so you never get bored. ALL HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON FANS, GET THIS GAME! P.S, Never Give Up on this game, you just have to get the hang of it. ;D P.P.S, LUDIA, WHY DO YOU RECOMMEND PLAYING ON WIFI?

Fighting dynamics. Overall this game is good, I like looking for the dragons and the animations are great, but the fighting mechanics are so increasingly frustrating and out of wack that I’m having a hard time having fun when doing brawls. When choosing the dragons, some of them are heroic, but the common ones are stronger. But then in battle they are both doing hardly any damage. It’s annoying and makes it hard to choose dragons that are actually good. When fighting the dragons, the opponents computer is way to annoying. They evade easily and I can barley get any damage because every three turns they heal themselves. The turn base is everywhere, I might fight once and then the opponent fights twice. It’s frustrating and I’m growing more annoyed the more I play the game

Terrible Terrors. Hi, I’ve always loved this game, but after not playing it for a considerable amount of time, and after spending a heap of money years ago, I now can’t open the game. It keeps saying I don’t have an internet connection when I definitely do. I have a heap of space left so memory isn’t a problem either. I emailed you guys about this and after some back and forth, I haven’t received any more replies after giving you guys some info about it. Please update the game, it’s obvious many people are having this issue on IOS after looking at the responses. It’s a brilliant game, I’d love to be able to play this game again. Sorry to leave a bad review, I just more attention on this so it will get fixed.

Let me just start saying wow. I’m not going to lie I’ve deleted this game in the past before even with all my dragons I decided that I didn’t play it often. But after a few years of growing up and getting more patient I’ve learnt that this game is still really fun regardless of the membership. And yeah some dragons are only obtainable after 100 or so levels but with all the special deals going on right now I hardly feel like if I wanted to put it down again I could, come back play it again and it will still be such an addictive game as when I first played it.

Wow! Still enjoy this game so so much! 😊. Hi! How to train your Dragon is pretty much my childhood summed up. I used to play this game with I was around 8 or 9 and it came up in the app store one day, and I thought, “oh, hey! That’s Rise of Berk! I used to play that all the time!” So I redownloaded it and found that the gameplay hadn’t changed much (which I was really happy about), but there was so many new features, it made the game so much better! I really love this game, and even after 5 years since I started, I still find it so fun! Thank you for making the game so good!! 😁

Evades. I know there is a stat for evades in brawl and gauntlets but the amount of times I would use an ultimate attack which will benefit me a whole lot, there is always 1 dragon that will evade. I was currently in a gauntlet when the enemy dragons evades around 5-6 times whilst I had 0 evades and can not recall the last time I had one. Overall the game is pretty good but one thing that in my opinion to make it better is another game mode. There is already brawl and defend but in defend, I have to wait a max 2-3 hours for my best dragons to recharge till I can use them and brawl just gets a bit repetitive. Thank you!

And, Dont get me wrong, I Love this game but, Recently every time i try to get on the app, it logs me out. Maybe a glitch? I just wanted to find out what it is. Don’t get me wrong, This is my absolute fave game ever. Can you try and fix it please?, I’m editing my Review cause I might have to delete it so it will work.. But since im not logged in, I will lose everything. It’s really hard to get champions, and it’s even harder to level up, win Gauntlets, and search for different types of dragons. I still love this app, but if I have to delete in and get it back I will loose everything. That I worked for.

Constant sales are stopping me playing!!,. Hi Rise of Berk Team! :) I have had a recent dilemma inside the game to do with membership So..I was happily paying the normal $11 membership and it was great! Perfect for the price..but then...it got TO MUCH! So...sadly I had to cancel my membership because of my other payments...I was sad..but I was still playing..but then The light fury appears...nightlights are everywhere! Exclusive offers pop up everywhere!!GRRRRRR!!! I am extremely mad that this is limited....I mean...really...I can’t pay because of certain reasons and that moment all these exclusive deals pop up!!!GRRRR!!! All these things were popping up...and I was so annoyed...I deleted it.... I hope in future u can change the prices and the membership limits in the future...if u do I will definetley play again cause I loved this game until that happened! Thanks team Athex

😒. It's a great game, but it just wants you to spend real money all the time. Especially when i tried to get Hookfang, he costed 1200 runes, it's EXTREMELY HARD to get that many runes. Why do they make it so hard? BECAUSE THEY JUST WANT MONEY, MONEY AND.... MONEY!!! And then it's even harder to get Barf and Belch. I really want them but it's to hard to get them. If the developers are reading this, please lower the cost of Hookfang and Barf and Belch and also, the card packs are a rip off. Also please add regular fireworms because they are so tiny and it would be epic and their rock thingy that they live on would be small and easy to place on Berk

Great way to spend free time but.. I really like concepts of the game and the ever expanding content that is being added, although I find it unfair that people have to pay via the riders club to get certain thing. The daily tunes and stuff I’m fine with but it’s annoying and almost upsetting that you have to pay to get cool dragons like the light fury via the riders club. I wouldn’t mind if the light fury was obtainable but you have to be in the riders club for exploration I just find it quite annoying that these features are exclusive to people that can spend there money without worry. Cash grab all the way!!. I’ve been playing this game for year now and I used to love playing it everyday for hours on end everyday but over the past year I have watched the developers become greedy and turn the game into a complete cash grab for them to make quick money, the chance rate of getting anything good out of there loot box is abysmal. All the events they do look like they are for the players but if you look deeper you can see they have made the tournaments extremely hard just to make you want to spend your runes and real money. If your a new player I highly recommend you avoid this if you don’t like micro transactions being shoved down your throat.

The great time waster. This game is an efficient way to waste time! I enjoy playing it, and so does my 5 year old son. It's great to be able to have my own Berk and play with the great characters from the movie and others. However, now that I am in the higher levels the time taken to search and the really low probability of actually finding something worthwhile is getting a little much. The cost of purchasing runes and dragons is excessive. I can buy a full PC game for less and that is hours/days of entertainment. If the cost were less I might even be tempted to spend a little money on the game from time to time.

Money. So far I like this game, having started last week, though I don’t like that you have to spend heaps of money on things that aren’t really worth the money, it would be better if everything cost runes, then people can actually play with the same benefits as others. Also, why is it so hard to get runes if you’re not a so called dragon rider, I’m a dragon rider as well but not one that has this subscription thing, it’s not fair to play without it. I’m sorry if this has offended anyone. Thank You if you have read this.

I have idea’s for the game. Since the night lights can’t search alone to go all the way to berk for fish or wood but maybe they could collect new collection items like maybe a new item could from the hidden world could be a glow crystal or maybe hidden world dragon nip or maybe they could even maybe look for special hidden world forms like edge nadder but instead hidden world nadder anyway i think you should add these features in because so far for their price and hardness to get their not worth the grind but they would be alot more worth it if the price went down a lot because really currently their not nearly worth the runes so adding in these features and making them cost like three hundred and i know that sounds like im making it way to op and way to cheap but maybe to do the special searches it costed hundreds of runes to make it not to op but seriously take these thoughts into mind because right now it’s insanely dumb to buy them for FOURTEEN THOUSAND RUNES i mean seriously come on guy there not even that good so pls just do this because currently the night lights are cute MASSIVE RIP-OF

Can’t access. Love the game but have experienced a problem accessing this on my device. I used to play and love this game a lot (about 3-5 years ago) now I wanted to start playing again. But whenever I enter the game it never loads and just pops up with ‘connect or retry to connect with the internet’. But I do have internet. I have no problem accessing this on my iPad but it just won’t work for my phone. My wifi is stable so the app is what’s the problem. Is their any way I can fix this? Thank you! 😄

Absolute rip off!. I put this app on iPad for my 8 year old son. He is fully aware of not purchasing in app add ons etc, but we still had a bill of over $70 within the free trial period. The developers of this app are vermin who pray on the young. I can ill afford this bill but acknowledge my responsibility in not hovering over my son whilst he is enjoying his screen time. I have contacted the creators of “Dragons” and voiced my opinions and informed them of how this has tarnished our experience and that we will no longer view anything to do with their products. Even more so for the developers Ludia. Any app with anything to do with these money hungry lice will automatically be bypassed in this household. I am now sending emails to all my contacts with young children to warn them of these insidious microbes.

Great game and I love how it has developed over the years, but…. I really enjoy this game and love the play style of it. I have a major problem with the hunts though. I can’t go into a different time zone without it resetting. This is a massive problem for me as I am very close to a time zone boarder, and I want to keep collecting the items while I’m on holiday or going on a trip. I hope you guys fix this, because I don’t want to loose my progress every time I go over the boarder. Edit: this is almost a year after I sent this review (I think) but the problem still hasn’t been fixed! I woke up this morning to find that my day trip over the boarder (+30 minutes) has entirely reset my Easter collection for the Sliquifier egg and considering we only have a few days left, I’m not going to spend my limited runes to try and get back to where I was when I go back to my home state and timezone. I’ve basically just lost the ability to get this month’s rewards thanks to this glitch.

Amazing game. Thankyou for replying to my last review 5us game is the world to me and I love it so so much but there is only one thing that is annoying me is t(e evading now in the normal brawls it’s fine but in like the current crisis trader protection the evading has stopped me from winning and I feel like the evading is more common on the people your attacking than on yourself I get that with no evading it is just back and forth but Mayne you could make it so the higher and better dragons get a higher chance to get evaded and you could also make it that your highest dragons attack could never be evaded so your not loosing energy or you also could get your energy back if another player evades your attack thank you for making such a greats game

Good game except for money trap. I mean it’s a good game. Like others I had it years ago but got bored. Now that I’ve got it again I’m pleased to see more has been added. But ... can you stop making paying cash a requirement for playing the game??? Other games you pay if you are impatient but this game you almost have to pay to actually play it it seems. I’ve just gotten to the first boss (green death) and was really pumped for it only to find out that to do it I have to pay the green coins to get the talismans. The only real way to do that is to pay actual money. And I’m sorry but I have better things to spend my money on. I get that you want money to run the game but if that’s the case don’t make it free... really frustrating. Please make it possible for normal people to not be forced to pay a hidden fee to play the game. Wasted time thinking that I could do the boss fight when you could have been up front.

What?!. Hello! I have had this game multiple times and just redownloaded it yesterday... There is a huge problem with this game: it is not letting me load onto the actual game (I go on and it’s just a black screen, and then it kicks me off!) so I can’t actually play it which is really disappointing! I have checked my wifi and storage and they are all fine. But it is still not working! Please reply so I know what to do to fix it. Edited: hello developers and thanks for replying to my feed back. I am not sure how or what happened to the game before but now it has seemed to start to work again! I am extremely happy because this is one of my most FAVOURITE games in the whole world! I absolutely love it and am addicted to it! I have a bit of feedback for the games though.. 1. Everytime I go in a brawl the enemy team always gets an extra power bar thing which makes them do more powerful moves and they end up killing my dragons which I sometimes get frustrated about, other than that, this game is amazing! I really hope Ludia sees this review but it's not really a review just something quick I updated rise of Berk recently (by recently I mean 2 maybe 3 months) and I haven't been able to get back into it and I've tried over and over again and I've tried restarting my iPod and everything else but I'm not deleting my game it's just I'm missing out on events and new dragons and just wandering if you could somehow fix it. So it’s happening again this is an updated report this but here that I’m typing and Iv tried restarting my iPod off loading the app and reloading it thing is I’m not gonna delete it iv got way too much progress to delete it now so if there is an actual new way I can fix it or that just please tell me

Slight fall. I used to play this game a lot years ago and it was the only mobile game that I played, I never felt like I had to pay money(but I still did coz it was a good and fun game), one day the game crashed and I lost everything and I wasn’t able to get it back so I was put off the game for years. Just earlier today I went back to start all over and was pleasantly surprised. Most of the good gameplay mechanics are still here and the new battles work really well but it’s a shame to see that every time that u log on and or exit a game menu, u get bombarded with pop up ads. In addition to this the game has been made a bit more ptw which is a shame but u can probably get by without paying much. Overall it’s still a good experience with and the subscription service(although I was very sceptical at first seeing as it is a lot off money especially for one mobile game) is a good idea as if u take the game seriously(as I am thinking of doing), it allows u to get more for less over a longer time period. I think the game is almost as good as it once was but if there was one thing that would make it a five star experience, it would be to increase what u get out the regular micro transactions so that there is a reason to buy them rather then because u feel like u need to

Game Crash. So I just downloaded the game about a week ago, because a friend recommended it to me. I instantly loved it and it was almost the only game I played. But now whenever I try to open the game it just crashes and it is really annoying and just a bit sad (it was only a week of progress so it’s not too bad). I have tried everything I can think of to fix it yet nothing works. If there was a way around this I would rate 5 stars,(besides all the micro transactions). Other than that it’s a great game

Great game, but there are a few problems. So, before I start this review, I’d like to say that this is an amazing game that gives lots of fun and free opportunities for a wide variety of players. That said, there are a few problems. Numéro une. Sometimes in gauntlet, opposing dragons will get extra turns after they’ve gone. For example, I’m up against an exotic whispering death, and they’ve just hit my gronckle, then they go again straight after, then going again for the third time! I don’t know if this is a bug, or a feature, but please stop this either way (it really hampers my experience). Numéro duo. When attempting to use any tapjoy applications, they will always glitch or only give me a very, very, very small percentage of the given amount. For example, I just took a 30 minute survey, promising 430 runes, but when I log back in 2 hours later, I only have 1 extra rune. This seems to be a problem on your end, so please try and figure this out, as that literally wasted half an hour of my life. Besides these complaints, I think, the game is great! Keep up the good work.

Light fury. Im a big fan of the dragon riders of Berk movie especially the most recent one but I’m only 12 and I had an absolute break down when I found out I could not get the light fury and I can’t even afford the nightlights please change that for it is really unfair that you have to pay MONTHLY to get this membership thing to get the light fury which is the biggest character along side toothless hiccup and the dragon riders and it upsets me that I have to use my own birthday money to get something that I would not be able to keep for long if u change this so u can get the light fury and the night lights from searching with toothless and breeding toothless and the light fury or just make it so u can find the light fury and night lights by searching with toothless I would raise your rating. (I would only be able to pay once).

Love it, but. I love this game, always had, lost my progress a few times due to not owning Facebook but haven’t had any further issues, I was wondering you you guys could make the light fury a one time purchase instead of paying monthly just to access it, I had bags that I couldn’t collect for months due to needing to repay for the subscription to collect it, could you guys please make it a one time purchase? That would be amazing! All In all I highly recommend this game and it’s mechanics still hold up to this day! Also the regular bug fixes are amazing.

Developers please read, Add a.... Please add a Dragon’s Edge! The game is amazing and has many unique features. But when I got the game and played a little, I though adding a new area expansion would be awesome! You could have a new unique journey with Heather and defend raids from the dragon hunters. This would mean we could also possibly search for dragons that cost a lot of runes. I know you guys would come with a lot more ideas, but this is what would make my world go crazy with excitement! New update idea. I love this game I used too have it as a kid and re-downloaded it a few days ago, one thing I’ve seen a lot of is people without the riders pass expressing their views, I feel as if every 6 months or even sooner possibly the game lovers without the pass should either get a week/month of free rider pass or every couple months get a free value pack consisting of 3-6 dragons, 100k wood and fish, 1000 coins and other items, I feel as if this would at least give everyone the chance too feel like the riders do, but then be a catch of like you only get this pack if you have played every day for 3 months or 6 or whatever , I don’t know, better then nothing in a way

Good game but…. My iPad broke a few months ago and I have lost all 9 years and 300+$ worth of progress since then I have barely played this game and still have not gotten a email from the game developers who said they would contact me in a few days please fix how you save people’s games the reason I have no progress anymore is because they couldn’t find my save file for my game very annoyed and becoming impatient and fed up.

I love this game so much but I have one little problem like you know how you can collect the pack cards if you click like to say three dragons, I think there’s something wrong with that cause I just got that they didn’t have any of those Dragons I am sorry to complain but I really love this game so much❤️

Too much pay to win. Rise of Berk is a good game but to get super good stuff you need to either get the subscription or pay to get rare or legendary card packs. But overall it’s a decent game.

I LOVE this game!. I always have and always will love this game! The thrill of getting new dragons to add to my collections and recognizing the small details that match the movies and series is always enjoyable. The constant events and tasks prevents this game from ever getting boring. However I have noticed that other players I know will have fish when I have none while I have a surplus of wood…. Along with them having doubles of dragons I don’t have. This goes both ways. I thought because of this it would be really cool to have a trading boat added to the game where you can add the friends that play and do online trading between the two of you. I get 4k fish, you get 4k wood. You could trade materials, dragons, items that are used for completing the collections, etc. Just a thought!

Shouldn’t have bought membership. Really good game but idk if I was in guest account or not but I bought that runes membership with light fury and now I deleted it and redownloaded it and I lost all my progress:(

Awesome. This is an amazing game with amazing graphics but I had another game and it restarted my game that I spent $30-50 dollars on and I guess I should have not have spent money on it because it was a guest account so there is no backup for it but overall a really great game. PS. I was playing on the iPad and how the game restarted my game it was because I got mad and kept closing and reopening the game so it was half there fault and half mine when my game went to the dump but I should have read how to restart the game but I didn’t. PPS. This is the best building games I have ever played with dragons also because this is the best dragon movie ever that it is based off of

Boring. This game sucks the big one. I never play games with wheel of fortune type spinning wheels. Y because they are designed to take your money. They even use it to upgrade your dragons. If you download this game make sure you have a good paying job for this game...I would give it no stars if I could. Even cheating with unlimited resources still makes it boring and lame.

Very enjoyable. I like the newest update except I don't like that the screen moves when I have collected from a dragon. Great game and I enjoy playing. Though I feel like the unrealistic goal to get the screaming death is quite ridiculous .... starting to wonder if it's even possible??? Also ALL of the collections now seem unattainable now.

Amazing! But…. I love this game Httyd was something I would watch all the time and still do, I find it fun to play this game! But I deleted the game and it said it would save my progress and everything, I JUST redownloaded it and it asked for my age and stuff. I’m very upset on how it deleted everything with the hall at lvl 6 wood and fish at 8, toothless at lvl 40, and 1648 runes.

Amazing game, but.... Httyd was my childhood, therefore this is one of my favourite games. I have an issue where sometimes the music or some other audio doesn’t work and I have to restart my phone for that. I would really appreciate if you guys would fix that. Unable to continue playing. I’ve been trying to play for the past like 3 or 4 days and every time I click on the app, it says I have a connection issue. The hidden world is my favorite part of how to train your dragon and once I discovered that I had to pay for the Light Furry I felt extremely disappointed. Could you possibly lower the cost to join the riders club?! The current price seems unnecessary. Despite this, I believe the most important topic that needs to be addressed is the Night Lights. May you please lower the pricing?! No one, and I mean no one will pay those ridiculous fees! I believe I might even cease my time playing this game if this is not corrected! Lightfury and Gauntlet events. I love this game so much 100% my favorite game I’ve been watching these movies and the series ever since I was little and I’m just kind of disappointed because the light fury is such an important part in the story timeline and the dragons that you can only find with the light fury are really important to and I think it’s just kind of unfortunate that not everyone is able to use the light fury or her explorations either and the gauntlet events are really really hard at the end you cannot beat them I’ve been playing this game probably for like a month now and all of the gauntlet events I complete them up until the last challenge and I will stay on the last challenge for like four days and I will never be able to win no matter how close I am other then that i love this game

Make Lightfury available. So I do like the game, and try to play as often as I can when I’m not busy with life. But it does get repetitive and takes forever to get things leveled up. Then the Lightfury was available and I was excited and signed up for a month. Now I’m frustrated and annoyed because my subscription expired and it’s not like I’m able to keep paying money into this when I have other more important expenses in my real life. But if someone drops $10 real money, you’d think that would be fair enough to keep one Lightfury. Because once your subscription expires, you lose all of your time and resources that you put into the lightfury. Now they are offering a chance to find the Fury offspring, but of course exclusive only to Dragon Riders. Not only that, the amount of Runes you can spend to buy them is outrageous. It takes forever to build up your runes, unless you pay real money but your still not getting many runes that way either.

It’s Okay!. I like this game a lot. There are a few things to fix, but it’s mostly ok. gameplay is fun and easy, albeit a bit expensive. Honestly, 300 to 2,000 coins for barf and belch?! Also, why is Light Fury only available to folks who pay ten dollars a month for a game? Light Fury is a dragon I’d probably pay 300 to 1,000 coins for. All that aside, the brawls are my favorite part. Leveling up gets very difficult though. I love everything else about the game, but like most building games that I’ve played, everything is very expensive and overpriced. Maybe take it down a notch, please? Toothless, Stormfly, and Meatlug are very lonely and sad that hookfang and barf and belch aren’t affordable. But like I said, the rest of the game is very cool <3 all the best to the creators! And Cressida cowell, of course.

My 5 free ruins won’t work... I really do love this game. Been playing it for a few months almost non stop. In the past couple weeks my 5 free ruins after watching an ad stopped working. It lets me watch the ad, tells me I received the ruins, but NEVER loads them. Since I can’t afford to buy ruins I would gain all my ruins by watching hours of ads. I loved this feature as an option for us poor folk. Lol. Now I have almost stopped playing since it is beyond frustrating that it’s not working. I missed out on the previous night light due to this glitch and I’m going to miss out on this one too. SO MAD. I even contacted support and they basically said I was making it up. Which made me even more upset. I love this game and I just want this to start working so I can fully enjoy it again😢 my frustration may make me stop playing.

Love this, but it does have its flaws. I love this game, but I don’t love the fact that we have to pay to get the Light Fury. I know she is amazingly powerful and can search for other powerful dragons, but some people, including myself, can’t afford to pay that much. So maybe we could just earn her through the occasional collection or event. I also wanted to report that I finished the green death collection, but every time I try to trade it in, it just goes back to my home screen. I really appreciate both of those things, and maybe also if the other unique dragons such as Barf and Belch weren’t so expensive, like maybe 1550 runes, or maybe a bit more than that, but anyway, I love this game but it does have its ups and downs

Light fury and Night lights. I love the game, it is really fun, but I think it is unfair that you have to pay for the light fury!!! The light fury is soooooooooooooooooo important in the game and in the movies too, she is the reason hiccup lets toothless go, along with the other dragons. Pls make it so that we get her when toothless turns level 12, pls!!! Okay, night lights, they are really cool, but super expensive!!! They cost soooooooooooooo much, even with the offers you give us, they cost actual money, they cost in between 20 to 25 dollars, I think... people aren’t rich, you know!!! We don’t have money to throw around like rag dolls!!! And you have to pay for runes, 100 dollars for 20,000 runes, and even then, it only pays for 1 night light!!! So yes, the game is very fun, but pls make it free for the light fury, because she is very important, and pls lower the cost for the night lights!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!. This is one of the best games that I’ve played! It’s SO easy to get dragons, and I LOVE ❤️ how I get free gifts randomly!!! Like, I just got a free gift randomly with an Exclusive dragon in it. I don’t see how people could have a problem with this game!!!! Do the actual developers write reviews or does AI? Because it would be TOTALLY AWESOME if it was 100% written by THE developer. The ONE thing I don’t like is that in brawl, it says “fight against real people!” But I know that they’re NPC’s, so it ruins the effect. Except there’s another thing; I don’t like how highly priced Toothlesses offspring are. Like, I don’t just have 14,000 runes in my pockets. But I also like how they are priced so high because when you save up enough, you would be super excited.

Great game!. This game is very fun based upon that you can see your favorite characters from the movies and the Netflix series and you can see your favorite dragons too! =^.^= This game is in the time range of the beginning of the Netflix series and the second movie. It’s a good game to play in your spare time, it has a lot of waiting for dragons to bring back fish and wood, which help you move on in the game. It has a lot of in game purchasing options you can buy, but I don’t mind. I love the series and the movies so much and I was delighted when I saw my friend play this! Though sometimes I am too low of a level to look for new dragons for quests, and it gets annoying after you have the same quests over a long period of time. Overall this is a great game!! 🙃😋

Awesome game, REMOVE EVADE FROM BRAWL PLS. Can I just say that the evade option in Brawl is BY FAR the WORST feature to ever be added to the game? Evade seems to be completely random and makes it so the match is about luck vs skill level. I know the dragons are supposed to have different levels of evade, but it doesn’t seem to ever add up or make sense. I’ve lost matches in ways that seem completely unfair- I’ve been dealt with five evades in a match where my opponent never encountered one!! It completely skews the match in some cases, where one or two evades makes the difference between winning and losing. On top of the fact that Brawl moves kinda slowly in the first place, even with it sped up, evades literally just waste an entire turn and draw out the match longer. PLEASE consider removing the evade feature, I remember the game very fondly before it was added. Literally every other aspect of the game is truly enjoyable.

Thanks For this update!. Hello again it’s relatable reviews here but on a different device and I can actually play the game! Now since you’ve added a legendary submaripper I now have a question is the legendary submaripper a titan wing or are the smaller ones just babies? Anyways the legendary slots have 1 last space could the 10th legendary be the red death or possibly the bewilderbeast that made vanaheim? Maybe even the live spectacular red death? Anyways that was my response to the submaripper being a legendary dragon you make amazing games ludia but here is an issue I see with the deathgripper when it’s stinger comes out some part of the 4 plates to let out it’s stinger isn’t textured. But that’s the only issue I see for now anyways keep up the good work Ludia.

Great and fun game!!. The game keeps you entertained constantly with new collections, dragons, gauntlets and many more events! It always seems you have a new goal! Once you have the Green Death you have to work for the Foreverwing and once you get that then the Bewilderbeast! The game is fairly manageable as you can send your dragons to collect resources for hours once you get a high enough level. It does take awhile to get to the next level after a while because you need to have more dragons at those high levels in order to upgrade your meade hall but when you do finally get it, it is very fulfilling and satisfying. The makers of the game also respect the free players as it is possible to accumulate your runes up to the thousands! The game is awesome!

Has come a long way. This game wasn't that fun at first but once they improved brawl and made some better in game battle stuff, it helped a lot. I love brawl since I understand it and when you lose a battle, you only lose 5 versus random amount. I only wish you didn't have to use runes to buy the new lands, or made them cheaper than 3,000. I have a huge complaint about the reward system in the gauntlet quests. When you get the victory and have to spin for the award, you never get anything good. For example, you can't stop the spinning whenever it just stops for you. The past multiple times it has always stopped where there are 2 healing pineapples and there is like wood or fish in between them and it has always landed on that. This needs to be fixed for the player to tell the wheel when to stop and not land on junk.

Fun, but hard to progress.. This game is extremely fun, but really hard to progress in unless you buy packs. Runes are like gold in this game, but they are pretty hard to get when you need them, unless of course you buy them. I need 1,500 runes to buy Hookfang, pretty early on into the game, also, I can get the Green Death; by having my dragons find fish for 7 DAYS! Or I can complete the collection which is very hard to complete in this portion of the game; exploring takes far too long, and I need to watch 10 ads or pay 100 runes to not wait 2 hours to wait to see that I did not get a Changewing egg, this game is extremely fun, don’t get me wrong, but I’m my stage it is very hard to progress, get dragons, and save my runes, thanks for reading this -IJ

It’s awesome but.... The thing is if you want the baby dragons you have to spend all your runes most likely and this is not a problem but are the babies limited I can’t find out and I think the price for the babies is a little much like it’s really hard to get runes but I really love this game i even got the rider pass too! But I still think the baby dragons are a bit much to buy I also wish there was breeding so like the night lights would not be as hard and money taking as it sounds I think if we breed the light fury and a night fury it would take a day long so that it’s like you must have patients if you would do anything like this I would be really happy! I also think you could get the night light in search but they would be really rare to get again if you do anything like this I’ll be really happy!

Lovely. So just a warning to people reading this, the game takes a lot of patience and hard work to get far. So I re-got this game not too long ago, I would say… 1-2 months ago? But so this game is really good 👍. It took me a few times to play this game to get as far as I am. So I’m at the point of unlocking the green death, to me this is very far into the game. I’m doing pretty good. But the green death collection is taking forever! Also like I said earlier this game takes patience and some grinding to get this far quickly. I love the game, maybe dial down on the runes a bit? I mean it’s a bit hectic how almost everything cost at least 4 rune stones. Keep up the good work! P.s when I’m older I will definitely pay money to support you guys!

Good game but why the membership?. I’ve played it once and I was almost unlocking the green death (then I deleted it) but that doesn’t matter. I’ve started fresh so I already know how to do everything but I’m still playing today, I saw the light fury and I was determined to get it but when I got to that level ( level 8 toothless) I was disappointed to see that in order to get the light fury I had to buy a member ship which in my opinion makes no sense to have people excited to get the light fury so soon just to get slapped in the face with “you need a member ship to get light fury” I would suggest to get the light fury at higher level and so when you get to that level you still have to do things to get the light fury (like the gang’s houses) so then people can feel like they don’t have to pay money every month ( 7$ is the price ) just to keep the light fury (and some additional stuff)

Come back offspring of Stormfly. Today when I tried to search for Stormfly’s Offspring I opened a pouch and got it. Since I already had the shivertooth in the incubator, I had to wait till it was done incubating until I could put Stormfly’s Offspring into the incubator. When I came home from school to see if the shivertooth was done, j noticed that their was a sign over toothless that had a picture of a pouch and it said search. I tapped the icon to see if my Stormfly’s Offspring was there and IT WAS GONE!!!!😢😢😢😢😢 I panicked and when into everything to find the egg, and I didn’t find anything! I tried to see if I sent toothless out to search he would come back with her or him but, IT WAS TOO LATE! Love it! But a bit sad.... I’ve been playing this since it first came out, on and off again as I lost accounts or whatever, or just didn’t have the availability to play it. So when given the chance, I was excited to see what dragon I could train next. Now, I’m pretty far in the game and it’s so slow that I forget about it. I ADORE this franchise, so to speed things up, I purchased a membership. Unfortunately, I couldn’t pay for more than a month, but whatever. That was enough time. PLUS I got the big buffalord! So imagine my disappointment when my membership is gone, and with it, my dragon that I paid real money for. That was a huge letdown. I hate reviews that complain over petty things, but I really liked my buffalord and now he’s gone. Other than that, the game is great for anyone who loves HTTYD. I won’t delete it because I still adore the cute dragons and awesome characters, but I’m a bit saddened by my game loss.

They bait you with "spins". They show card packs all over -and under the pointer that you spin, that would update your characters. It is on a spin which you must Earn-either in journeys, explorings, or battles but it is Counterproductive for the Devs to show those card packs- Because I have been playing for Literally-Months- and it only gives fish or wood -(mostly whichever you don't need)-and nothing else. Those card packs are extremely irritating when they are Never the reward. It would be much better if they would just give you the wood or fish upon earning it- rather than entice you with card packs that you -Will Not -Cannot win. It doesn't make me want to pay for card packs -it makes me feel cheated every single time I spin. And this is every day- each time there is a spin- it might SHOW card packs and eggs- But you only get wood or sometimes fish- but less often. And None of the Big Prizes you see are actually attainable by spinning- worse than a carnival- because the game has never paid out. I only play now in fascination to note the waning odds- and report it... Linear play- the long haul is the only way card packs are achieved, places where there is no chance or spin involved. Stop the "rigged to fail" spins- and maybe people will buy more card packs- because they won't feel so cheated all the time- by "losing" on every spin they "earn".

Great game but.... I started playing this game the moment it was released. I loved it and played for about a year and then abandoned it. Just this week I decided to give it a go again and I now remember why I stopped playing. The search times are ridiculous, everything costs so much, iron is basically impossible, and I think it’s only gotten worse since last time. I had apparently already left a review over 2 years ago and my complaints are pretty much the same. You are ruining this game with the constant increases in prices and times for completing searches. Why is iron this complicated?? It shouldn’t cost 420 million pieces of wood or fish to get 1 piece of iron that is ridiculous. I doubt the next update will be any different as my last complaint in 2015 did not influence anything. I will continue to play but I’m not spending money on this game until prices and search times are reasonable.

This is my EXACT favorite kind of game (it could only get better with more music and higher graphics tbh) But regardless this game is PERFECT! ITS SO ADDICTIVE!!!!! I just can’t stop playing! I’ll click on the game at like noon then turn the game off by midnight! And the dragons are just SO PRECIOUS!!!! I HARDLY KNEW HALF OF THEM EXISTED! And getting to see the baby forms of dragons we normally see as adults just adds ANOTHER layer of cuteness! Love the game, has a couple of flaws though.. I’ve been a httyd fan as long as I can remember and this game is awesome . The downside is the gauntlet part of the game, where you fight dragons and spin a wheel after you win and get a good prize. Sometimes there are the three waves and in my opinion are extremely unfair. You can easily beat the first two waves but the third always has tough dragons. The factor that makes the third wave hard to beat is the line on the side of the screen where it says which dragons are going to fight in which order, it’s unfair and most of the time the opposing side gets to go 5-6 times and constantly flip back to one dragon that has already gone multiple times but leave me with two turns. I have been trying to fight this one set of dragons to win the prizes at the end but the queue will glitched or be rigged and I will loose the battle, which is very frustrating.

Riders of Berk. At first when I got this game everything seemed really slow. You start out with Toothless and try to find dragons. As I played more often the game got a lot better. It started with trying to get more dragons but grew into also using the dragon eye, battling other dragons, and going on adventures. Another great thing about this game is the attention to detail. For starters, all of the dragons are 3D. You can turn them all around so that you have the best view from all of the dragons. The creators even went as far to putting Vigo’s red fist emblem on the sails of the ships! Even the spots on the night-lights are correct! Overall, I am very content about getting this game and I strongly encourage and recommend whoever it may concern to purchase it.

Hello developers and/or people looking at reviews =D I am in love with HTTYD and this game =) But, I’ve been playing for 1-2 years now and I’ve just handled several issues. A recent one is that, well... I’ve been using this game a lot the past few years, and when I got bored of it, I deleted it, along with all my games :,) Although, this issue was kinda big o_o This time, I deleted the game, and this Christmas I got a new iPad, and I downloaded Rise of Berk. I had to restart the game, and I was pretty disappointed, then I thought of my old iPad, and I was like “Hmm, what about this?” So yeah, I got the old iPad. I downloaded the game again, and I opened it. And I had to restart the game from the beginning, which is weird because I never had to do it before. Any advice? Thank you so much 😄

One thing I need to ask. I love how to train your I have read all the book,s and watched all the show,s and movie,s there is just one thing I have been wanting to ask dreamwork,s if you can can tell dreamwork,s about the book,s the movie,s are so misleading I almost got mad untill I saw how good the movie,s are. I like the book,s little better but the movie,s are also 😊 I am not mad I am just trying to finger out why the movie,s are so missleading that,s all by the way your game is so good no bug,s no glitching it,s perfickd also I know this game took so stuff from the book,s and that make,s it a little better than the movie,s and one more thing tuffnut jr that,s his book name is right Astrid and ruffnut are inposter,s Astrid is based of camicazi and ruffnutt i don,t know so anyway bey.

Great game for kids but ads are not age appropriate. My five year old son and have been playing your game for quite some time now and love it. We are in the dragon riders club and he has even spent his own money to get top level dragons because he loves it so much. My biggest issue is the ads you choose to show to earn speed ups. There have been some questionable ones in the past but the most recent one “Puzzle Survival” which has been playing for EVERY SINGLE speed up is ENTIRELY inappropriate for young kids. Your game is based off a movie targeted at young audiences and your age rating is 4 and up so to have ads showing things like bloody zombies eating people or people blasting zombies with machine guns and then barreling through swarms of them in a car is absolutely NOT OK. Please do better at selecting which ads you allow on a game that is very popular with you younger and more impressionable audiences.

Fun Game / Money Hungry Developer. This game can give its players mixed feelings. The overall concept of the game is straight forward and you can achieve leveling up without paying. However, the constant nagging of “special offers” as well as forcing its users to enable ad tracking for ad-related videos is awful. This game seems to be breaking the rules of the iOS App Store agreement. The value offered for “x” content is untethered and can change by the day. Their ad-related content requires that you disable “limit ad tracking” in your system settings. There is absolutely no reason for this and general ads could be sent out instead. If these terrible and manipulative money hunger reasons don’t worry you then the game can be fun. For the time being, the developer needs to seriously reconsider how they are designing this app and should immediately check to make sure it is complying with all iOS term agreements.

Maybe do this. I like to play this game everyday but several complaints so the cost of most dragons are really expansion I don’t understand or see why it has to cost a lot of runes but nowadays it’s sometimes difficult to earn runes and my other thing is why is the light fury cost actual money? I know it’s to support the game and to continue on but how would the nightlights exist if nobody can’t really get the light fury the beginning of the game we automatically have toothless but we have to by the nightlights with runes and real money for the light fury if you could maybe when you can it would be nice to have an opportunity to buy the light fury with runes also if you could, could you maybe fix Pouncer tail (Baby and Teenage) their tails are uneven and I bet it’s a distraction for a lot of people especially for me.

Literally one of the most infuriating games I've ever played.. This game is horrible. Just don't get it. Micro transactions are everywhere you can't do anything fun without paying like 50 bucks or more, the "pvp" mode in this game is horrible and boring. The game developers say they take feedback seriously but they don't because if they did this game would actually be good. Just don't get this game. It is nothing but infuriating and I have grown to hate this game. You want to do anything fun in this game be prepared to pay a crap ton of money and be prepared to wait about 10+ hours. The "Gauntlet" tournament thing is one of the most aggravating things I've ever played in a game. Horribly balanced with the stupid "evasion" thing and the final boss fight is literally impossible unless you feel like dropping 300 dollars for the best dragons. And I'm not even kidding when I say 300 dollars. The game is super frustrating and its generally just horrible and disappointing to play. Save yourself the anger and time and never play this game. Would give zero stars if possible.

Bug or no?. So, this game has been one of my all time favorites since the HTTYD movies came on when I was younger. When I discovered this masterpiece of entertainment I was on and off for quite some time. Now that I’m back playing it consistently, I have noticed at least one thing that has come to bug me (and I’m sure it is a bug lol). My issue would be that when I go trade raw amber with Eret, I’ve already upgraded his boat to level 2 and I should be getting 2 polished amber back instead of just 1, right? I feel like it was just a waste of wood. Either I’m not understanding the mechanic and it should require 2,000 raw amber for 2 polished or maybe I’m right and I should be getting 2 polished for 1,000 raw since upgrading Eret’s boat. I have no idea what should be right.

2019. I love this game. The story is fun, and it is so cool to collect new dragons. However, there are some things that are VERY frustrating. 1) This game is programmed poorly so that it kills your battery very fast. I guess it wouldnt be that bad if that is the only thing that happens to your battery. When your battery drains fast it actually kills the life of your battery. My battery health has moved from 92% to 90% in a week. This is also not the first phone that has happened to. My last phone went from 89% to 78%. I am very upset about this! 2) There are so many advertisements!!! It is not just all the promotions, its the way they are presented. There are many prizes or parts to the game that you can't receive without starting to accepting an advertisement. It all just feels very underhanded. If you really want money that bad just make the game a paid app. 3)Time! The coolest parts of the game are higher up like most games but the further you get in the game the more unrealistic the time requirements get. If these issues could be fixed. This would be the coolest game ever!

Please fix. I got this and played as gust. Worked hard and leveled up a lot. I even got rare dragons! I was this close to expanding. It was amazing. Until I signed up the Facebook thing. Lost all my progress. Cried after. I am dead serious. I cried. I spent days working on it and poof! No warnings or anything. Please fix this. Also if you want to get app do it! Its amazing and editing. I love how you can speed things up once at least five mins are left and I love the dragons! Amazing graphics! Best dragon game out there besides school of dragons. I highly recommend it but be careful in your decisions they can change a lot don't make same mistake as me. 😥 I am considering deleting the app because it's frustrating starting over what can't even be fixed. I am not going to get another op dragon by chance for one of my first dragons. I hope I don't because this app rocks!

I’m sad... When I first got the game, I was completely addicted. Everything was awesome, and the graphics are good overall. What really got me annoyed was after I upgraded the hall to level four, I unlocked the brawl. So then the tutorial came up. After all the tutorial battles, I unlocked the little " Chief pack " and I could then upgrade my groncale. ( Sorry if I spelled it wrong.. ) so then the arrow pointed to the upgrade button. I currently had toothless out for a mission, so for some reason when I clicked the upgrade button for the groncale, ( Sorry if I spelled it wrong.. ) it told me to search for it. I clicked it, but it wouldn’t go away and that REALLY ANNOYED ME. So now all I can do is play with that annoying arrow pointing to the brawl ALL THE TIME. Please fix this immediately so I can keep playing. I really enjoyed it and I don’t want to stop playing.

Don’t know. I was having a blast playing this one but it’s a really slow process. The cost of things doesn’t double when you level up, it triples. And you need so many Runes which you have to pay for or do the offers, well I did one offer then another popped up and I did that one (although I knew I wouldn’t get Runes for that one) and when I got back to the game it was frozen. Did I get my 400 + Runes No I Did Not. Also I know paying members get perks but on here paid membership gets ALL the perks. Maybe some of can’t afford to pay. Even though I watch tons of ads for the free Runes those seem to disappear when I’m off the game. Why? And the battle games what is up with those. I have been battling and when I got to the second level I barely get a turn because the opponents get so many turns and there is no why to win. I don’t want to delete this game but I may not have a choice.

Used to be really great. The game used to be fun, enough to where i did pay for a few runes but not a lot. there used to be tons of easy ways to get dragons and to finish quests. Now they’ve made the game into a cash cow and made it frustrating to even complete anything. The free runes videos don’t work anymore, offers to complete tasks for runes don’t work either - they’ve made the game almost impossible to play without “paying to win” and that’s super frustrating. It’s okay if they offer a way to do tasks without paying, but they make them impossible to accomplish that way! It used to NOT be like that! they’ve also blocked the light fury behind a HUGE paywall which is super super frustrating too for fans. It would be fine if they made her a quest to get like the legendary dragons but a monthly paywall? Ridiculous. It makes me sad the game has changed this much.

Great game but I can't afford to play.. This is a great game but it is getting to the point where I can't afford to play. You can't do anything without ruins and you can't get large quantities of ruins without real money. This game is extremely fun and addictive but you are EXTREMELY limited on what you can do if you don't want to spend real money. Also it seems like when you put out the special dragons that take HOURS to search for and you only have a limited number of days for searches. I time it to the minute to search for these dragons and I've never found one. You need to make more high quality rewards in this game. More ruins. Not 5. Thank you. I've enjoyed the update. I still love this game. I am learning not every day.

So very true. What the person said I have 6 games all together I am working on because the higher you get the more you have to earn until you can get anywhere on the game so I find myself playing with different levels on each game I wish they would let us sell the repeat of dragons that we always get over and over again wish we could get money through friend Finish her wood and exchange with other people Who doesn’t have that particular dragon and wants it or needs more fish wood or runs if able to enter great with friends would be a lot funner so you can see who’s winning who’s losing needs help and so on because I find myself losing more and more interest of the game because it cost so much to get to each level has to be a easier way so people don’t start to lose attention of your name thank you

Fun and Addictive. I love playing this game, but this game has crashed twice in the past week to the point where the content won’t load or the screen remains either blank or frozen on my island. Also whenever I do free runes they won’t go over to my account. Another issue I have about is when you complete tasks you don’t get rewarded enough runes i.e. when you have to level two dragon +3 levels each for around +30k fish and +180k wood 2-3 runes isn’t worth it. Especially when you have to spend runes to unlock more exclusive, premium, and rare dragons as well as so Toothless is more likely to find an egg. I’ve searched a least 5 times for a dragon that takes 5hr to search for and I haven’t found the egg once. I understand the game isn’t suppose to be easy to find eggs but when the egg you search for is “common” it should be seen more frequently when searched for.

Loving it!. I have been playing this game for about 3 years now and let me just say, it is amazing! So many amazing animations from the dragons and mysteries/quests! I do have one concern though, ( kind of based from another review ) the lightfury and nightlights. They are an amazing dragons yes but I was hoping after I leveled up the nightlights they would become teens/ adults like the other dragons. Instead you have to basically buy them again? To me it doesn’t make much sense after you already bought them. I hope in the future they make it at a certain level where they can become adults. Anyways, the game is amazing and I recommend to anyone who likes to battle, questing, or collecting.

Love this game. My whole family has been playing this game for years! My girls love all the dragons and we adults enjoy the strategy of leveling up. Although we have enjoyed the updates for the most part we're a little perplexed why defending Berk costs so much. You spend 100m+ wood and win less than 30m in wood or fish or gears. We're leveled up to 378 and the prizes are still dismally the same. I hoped as we progressed the payouts would increase. Normally when you gamble on a win/ lose situation the win scenario should pay you more than you bet. We take a loss every time and I am still wondering what the benefit to defending is... their should be some sort of benefit to reaching a landmark like 200 or 300 etc. the strategically placed advertisement appears to be the main reasoning behind this game Enjoy the dragons but don't waste your time defending until they include better incentives

WAY overpriced. Now I get that app games need money, that’s all fine. But if the only way you can get the recently released Nightlight Babies in a reasonable amount of time is to pay $99+ usd, (mind you they cost 14,500 runes, without membership or paying for packs your likely only getting at most 25 runes a day) and that’s not okay, especially when this is a KIDS game! last I checked kids aren't getting a $100 dollar allowance to buy ONE of the THREE dragons. That’s right! One hundred dollars worth of runes will only give you 20,000 runes, only enough for ONE nightlight! If that’s not crazy I don’t know what is!! And I’ve noticed this a lot while playing throughout the years. the prices for packs, dragons, runes, etc is absolutely ridiculous. Yes you could buy “rider membership” and get charged $7+ a month but even then. The things they give you for having membership is barely worth it. And if you’re constantly getting reminded without it how you “won membership! Buy now” That gets old fast. And I’m not even gonna go into the $50 legendary dragon “deals” that again, don’t do anything in the long run except give you dragon that’ll take years to earn on your own. This game is fun until you’re forced to pay to play ridiculous amounts of cash for dragons and things you cannot get without money. And they could EASILY charge less money and have the game actually worth the price, because as of now this is just ridiculous.

Great, but some things.... Now, I really like this app/game. But, I still want to sign in but without Facebook. And the data will transport to the account you made, WITHOUT Facebook. Another thing is if you get “You get the Light Fury then $$$ a week!” Or something like that. I want it to be free, for a week. And you don’t have to pay. What would also be cool if you could get a 1 month with the Light Fury for free. But it would be really rare to get. And that if you ever collect extra wood or fish or anything. It would all be stored into the mail/envelope. I want that because I get tons of fish and I don’t know what to do with them! Overall, it’s a good app/game. I have been a fan of ‘How To Train Your Dragon’ anyways. And it wasn’t bad. I only seen like 3 games about ‘How To Train Your Dragon’, and I think this is the best one for me. Not saying that the others ones are bad.

It’s great. Ok so I’ve been playing this game off on over devices since the game was first released I love this game with all my heart and it’s great 2 things though 1 the glitches have come to if I click a button or if I do and cutscene move in brawl it might freeze and crash but I can get around that the only thing I despise about this game is the cutscenes for legendary dragons there good till screaming death then it gust seamed you give up the get 2d and worse till the crimson gorgitter and submaripper don’t have them so please if your reading this remake the cutscenes for every legendary past the bewildabeast we deserve it for how hard we try to get them anyways love the game and hope it stays forever

Titan Training Odds. This game has started to be an amazing game that I was always happy to play when I got home from school. I still love the game however I feel like the titan training wheel needs to have the chance of success raised, this is also not too cheap as I spend an insane amount of materials while titan training, so much that I do not have much left for anything. Titan Training is also needed to pass on to the next hall level so it is very frustrating when you run out of materials and have to titan train for a countless amount of times to be able to progress, Another small thing is when I used to be able to speed up waiting times, know it always tells me that there are not videos available, I would like that fixed because it really helped me deal with those extremely long waiting times.

Returning player. So I used to play this game a lot but sometimes have a tendency to fixate on other games. When I came back to this one it tends to crash many times a day and it’s honestly getting really annoying. And appon reading some other reviews I’d have to agree with what other people are saying. This game is really focused on getting money and takes a long time to get anything worthwhile dragon wise and a lot of luck with the free cards but frankly the odds can be frankly a pain same with leveling up because of how long it takes and how expensive it is to expand the academy when your like me and you don’t like to pay money for things I can’t use in the real world and have a potential to lose from loosing an account. TLDR: good game but has some crashing and bugs that need to be fixed. The timed training could use some tweaks for balance.

Unfair Gauntlets!. I’ve been playing this game for years and I’ve had fun, but I have been dealing with the same glitch since I first got access to gauntlets! When I’m playing the gauntlets, the order of turns keep changing! My opponents would get to have several extra turns while my dragons would get next to none! By the time I get a turn, I would have lost a dragon or two! And even if I haven’t lost any dragons, they would have next to no health or wouldn’t have any energy since they didn’t get to have a reasonable amount of turns. The order of turns seen at the side of the screen would show that my dragons are about to have a turn, but just before they get their chance the game would glitch and my opponents would get a few more turns! How am I supposed to beat the gauntlets when the game doesn’t give my dragons a chance to fight!?

Amazing game but just a suggestion for the costumes. I absolutely love this game but I have just a little problem with the costumes. I get that you want the players to earn the costumes, I think that for some of the dragons you should have them get to a level like you show and let them have the costume but not have them use thousands of relics example I get Stormfly up to level 12 to get the costumes but when I got to that level I had to pay thousands of relics just to actually have it, which I didn’t have very many of, I honestly get it if you don’t want to change it, just a suggestion to get more people excited about the game and have a more fun time with customizing their dragons, but on a better note this is an amazing game I love the graphics and the animations and all the quests you can do and all the dragons you could get.

Great game, but has some issues.. First of all, I love this game. The dragons are cool and creative, and it is fun! Titan training gives this game suspense. The missions give you something to do. I love this game so much that I play it everyday!!! Anyways, I love this game... Next, I want to mention an issue I ran into. Ever since I got the brand new update, things stopped working for me. When I tried to open a mystery card pack, it would glitch me out when I reach the fifth card. Now, when I try to go back to the gam again, the same problem would occur, not letting me play the game... This issue is annoying and I don’t know how to fix it. I tried deleting it and reinstalling it, but that didn’t work... Any ideas??? I love this game so much, but I hope you can help me with this problem...

Fun game, but definitely some flaws. We started this game about 3 years ago, we’ve had to restart the game game a couple time because you have to have a Facebook account or google account to save the game. This is something that my 4year old didn’t and still doesn’t have. My husband and I also play the game so we can all play and compare notes so our son couldn’t use our accounts. Still fun but very frustrating. The dragons can collect wood faster because I’m at a point I don’t need wood. But I need fish to feed the dragons. But when one dragon eats over a billion fish and my storage only holds 500 million, it gets pretty hard to level up. And I refuse to pay actual money for coins and dragon are over 3000 game coins it’ll take over a year to save up. Maybe be able to sell Trader Johan wood for coins. Maybe he needs ship repairs.
