Good game, but.... This game is awesome and I'm so glad it is mobile, but after paying $1.99 for the game, I shouldn't have to pay for every level pack after that. Especially since the photos are just from google earth and on the computer the entire game is free. Please fix this and stop being so greedy. More people will pay the one time price for the game if they know they won't have to pay in-app purchases for every level pack.

A great game that could only use a bit more variety. A great game and getting better.

Fun!! but needs a slight adjustment. Fun game, espec if u like to travel. Great to be able to "walk around" and get more clues from the diff surroundings. Just one annoying thing, when i swipe it closed because i have to do something else, I can't seem to consistently just open it up and continue where I left off. It makes me start all over again with the first place it showed me on that level, which is especially annoying when I am in the middle of the 5th challenge when i stepped away and hv to start all over again entering the first 4 places one by one. Not sure why only sometimes it picks up where I left off and most oter times it makes me start over again. (I am on iPad.)

Buggy. It's fun to play alone but I cannot connect with Facebook. It says "Loading your matches" then crashes everytime.

Not the real GeoGuesser. It has street names on the road. Stupid.

Great till the Crash 24 hrs later. Loved it. Hope it works again. Very frustrated with it crashing everytime I load it less than 24 hrs after purchasing it (and gift purchasing it). FIX IT:(

Great idea, but a total rip-off. My son was thrilled to find this app because it closely mirrors a game we've played informally with StreetView. It works well but has two very large flaws: - Most of the street views are from North America. There are so many interesting street views around the globe, but the developer was apparently too lazy to look for them - or too cheap to offer them in the basic PAID version of the app. - In order to continue playing the game you have to buy further stages . This is outrageous given that it's totally easy to find cool street views. A rip-off, don't buy it.

Won't start. I tried to connect to Facebook and now the game will not open

Great game but.... I paid $1.99 for this game because I love playing it on my laptop (which is free by the way) it is very addictive plus you get to see a lot of different places. I was not very happy to find out that after doing the first 36, you have to pay again to get more! Also, there are things on the laptop version that is not on this version that is very helpful such as being able to return to your starting point which is where you want to place your marker when making a guess. Also, if you don't finish your search, you can not come back to it, it doesn't let you start where you left off. You have to start completely over! On the laptop version you can shrink your map and look at it when you need to. On this version there is no way to shrink it. Hopefully you can incorporate these fixes into an update. Other than that, it is a very fun and ng game.

Junk. What a piece of garbage. No photos even load on 5S.

Great concept but gets old. I like the other Geo game better than this one. This one, the locations are just dull. They always drop you on the road and you're searching for roadsigns to figure where you are. I really wish the scenes would be more beautiful things-mountains, canyons, palaces, Other famous landmarks…

Awesome game, but needs work.. A highly addictive game, but no way to save your progress within a level. Combine this with frequent crashes, and you have a recipe for frustration. I can't wait for the patch!

Good at first. 4/5 locations are in the US in the same cities over and over again. Oh, and you have to pay for the next set of awful levels

Great but.... I love this game. I really do. I had to knock a star off because I accidentally pressed the button to connect to Facebook and now the app just crashes again and again. I have paid for all of the levels and am incredibly disappointed that I can't actually play them now. Huge issue.

Good game, but.... It is a good game, but you end up having to purchase the other levels after finishing the first 12. I find it annoying to have to pay 99 cents for the app to begin with and have pay to continue. Not worth the $8 it will cost you.

Doesn't work. The app doesn't work, it closes out every time I open it.

What's with this games obsession with Boston?. I'm only half joking by saying half the places in the 99 cents round are in Boston and there's 3 that are in the exact same spot in Italy.

SCAM!. Love this game but after you buy it, they only give you 12 free levels. You have to pay for the rest.

Fun, but needs more variety. This game is a lot of fun at first, but there are too many locations in the same set of countries: United States, Mexico, Italy, United Kingdom and Norway. Occasionally there will locations “off the beaten path” but it gets tiresome visiting the same countries over and over again. Branch out a little!

Don't buy. I'm sorry, but for .99 cents I shouldn't see ads. And I should see a map when I play. Don't buy this. What a waste of money.

Love It!. I love this game and play it all the time. However, I would love to play it horizontally at all times instead of having to turn it vertically to guess the location.

Crashes. App crashes everytime I try to connect to Facebook. I've had to uninstall and reinstall a couple time now.

Wasted money. I love playing this for the comp but I just bought and downloaded this (IPhone 5C) and it does nothing but crashes. Any fixes?

Doesnt work at all. All i can see is black screen. No photoes on any level and the poing in the ocean. What did i pay for?

Could be better. Overall not as good as the website version. The main functional flaw is the fact it resets every time you leave the app, preventing any multitasking without restarting your game. It also seems to always start on the first page of games, regardless of where you left off. It would be better with many of the features on the web version, such as: a compass; a return to start button; accuracy to more than within a mile.

Overflowing with ads. The app is one ad after another

Very buggy. I just bought it and cannot get the second game to load. Tried several times. I would not advise getting it.

Great app!. More than a game... Great test of observation skills. Tougher scoring would be nice though. No full score unless you are within a 100 yards/meters! I have no crash problems on my iPad.

Needs work. I've played the web version extensively. This mobile app lacks two major components: 1. There is no compass 2. There is no "return to start position" option. I also cannot recommend this on a small screen (iPhone 5, specifically).

Great game, but bugged. I give this game 5 stars because it is based off of the computer browser version, which is an excellent, addictive game. Unfortunately, the app is unplayable because the "submit" button is out of frame on the iPhone 5.

Fun but buggy. Cool concept, execution needs some fixes: Ad overlays menu, so trying to click "X" to dismiss starts a new game (the button below the "X"). Needs a way to return to starting point. Lower map section registers guesses when trying to move around, resulting in bad guesses. Too many US addresses. When the game asks for a review and sends you to the App Store, you can't add a review.

Such a fun game! You'll regret to miss it!. 1. You will be able to enjoy all the real and exotic sceneries all around the world. 2. You get to learn some geography and cultures in a fun way. 3. It may help you to become a detective one day ;) It’s such a fun game and I'm totally addict to it!

Even better than web version!. I was totally addicted to the web version, but this is so much better and addicting. Very good gameplay. Challenge mode adds a interesting and fun new way to play.

Frustrated... I had a great score, but couldn't start where I left off. No way to really compete!

Love the game, but it's buggy.. Love playing this, it's a good fix if I'm not able to do GeoGuessr on a computer. However...it crashes and freezes. A LOT. And you have to start the level you are on completely over (thankfully, does not erase everything). A few times, it's frozen my iPhone 4 completely, and I had to turn the phone off/on. Also...a bit more variety. ENOUGH WITH SAN DIEGO ALREADY.

Push ads and set locations. This app has a fixed set of locations and definitely is not made by Geoguessr. It also just sent me a push notification advertising Fruit Jam.

Needs Improvement. I love that the original Geo Guesser is now mobile, but one key feature in the original GeoGuesser, was that it was random. It spawned you in a random place in the world. There needs to be a randomized mode, and possibly only make the deluxe levels paid. Not all three others. Please consider these ideas!

An adventure every time. Ever been stranded on a desert road in [you have no idea what country] with nothing for 50 miles in every direction? Now you can experience that. And it's awesome.

The game drops you in the middle of an unknown location, and you have to cruise around in Google Maps looking for tips to aid you find your location. Forget Waldo and Carmen Sandiego; where in the world are you!?

A fun and addicting game. An extremely challenging and fun game for people who like to solve mysteries. My only wish would be that the locations would be random. Going through all levels a second time I found all locations were repeated.

Problem. I have an iPod 5 and it is up to date with both software and the newest version of the app, but when I pull up the game it gives me a blank gray screen instead of showing the street view. I would really like this fixed, as this is a great game.

Great game, but greedy too.. I've already played the web version of this game and enjoyed it quite a bit so I was happy to pay $2.45 for the mobile version. What I'm not happy about is having to pay for more levels... There are 12 levels, which is a total of 60 locations before you have to go and buy more things. A very greedy and frustrating move by the developers. I hope this will be fixed in future updates.

USA focus. Not a bad game. Shame it's primarily focused on locations in the USA.

Pretty good!. It's great that I can play this on the iPad now without it crashing in safari! One thing that would be appreciated though, is a compass like on the browser version. This helps quite a bit when trying to refine an exact location.

Needs a bug fix!. App keeps crashing and reopening resets your game. Given this is a very time consuming game this is extremely frustrating.

Geoguesser. Is a lot of fun! Too bad the app support is not connected, because there are bugs to be fixed It randomly goes back to the intro screen, and you are forced to replay locations that you already solved - very annoying

Fun but.... This app is fun but you always have to pay to try other levels and is almost exclusive to the US. Was expecting to be as fun as on the website but really disappointed...

Fun to play!. Very addictive just like GeoGuesser... More fun to play than the original thanks to the available hints, butchered are lots of in-app purchases to unlock levels.. Works smoothly.

Good game but...... This game is good for anyone who likes geography, but after I paid for the game I got to level 15 then had to pay for more levels! Which is very stupid! Also I think the game should spread out more to the world and not 90% answers in the same country!!

What a game. For fellow geography nerds who like to waste time in a pseudo competitive manner, this game is for you. Although the game could use a few more version releases to make it easier to find good competition and zoom, this is as much fun as you can have with google maps!

Fun game. This is really a fun game, my only question is, once I'm done with the first page of levels it asks me to purchase the next level, but doesn't say how much it will cost anywhere. Even the App Store doesn't mention paying for anything. Disappointed, as I would like to keep playing.

Great Game. I love playing this game but the desktop version is a bit better. It cancels your game if you switch apps ( I ended up in google maps when I sideswiped for some reason and it canceled my challenge) and the press and hold pin marker is not as good as the pin and select. More than a few times I've selected the wrong place when trying to scroll around. The map needs to be bigger as well, perhaps an option to full screen it? Hopefully some improvements can be made to this otherwise addictive and great game.

Was great, but now.. Bought one of the level additions now when I turn the game in it turns off seconds later, I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing fixes it, restarted iPad and nothing, fix this it worked before I bought the addon levels

Quite the spin on mapping. My daughter introduced me to this app, and now I'm hooked! Didn't realize how well I knew geography until playing.some curveballs thrown in, but way cool.

No Multitasking. I agree with the above review. There has to be access to multitasking so the user can pursue clues. Check back with me when that is fixed. Very promising otherwise. Just not functional as is.

Cannot submit guesses in IPhone5. iPhone5 users DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS APP. The creators of this app don't think it necessary to fix this ongoing problem that the "guess" button is not on the screen so you cannot submit an answer. I give this app a bad review for that reason.

iOS7 Borked It. I can no longer reach the "Guess" button after upgrading to iOS7. So, this game is now unplayable on my iPhone 5. Also, this game has very little variety. To wit, far too many of the locations are in Southern California (San Diego, L.A., etc.), NYC, or England. Plus, it hangs or crashes a lot.

Works on iPad, but not iPhone. It's a neat game, but cannot guess on iPhone. Most of the guess box is not visible. Please correct!

I cant play!. I dont know if it is an atualization, but i just cant play this game!! It only shows the half down of page with the map, but it doesnt say which place i have to guess! Terrible!
