Noodles Is The Best!. I’ve started using curbside and it’s been a great experience. These guys are fast, always on time and plus they’re cute and friendly. I love the Med salad it’s always fresh very delicious! Also, the orange chicken is awesome. I haven’t eaten anywhere else in weeks!!!! Oh and did I mention my order is always correct. Keep up the great work because I know you’re guys are very busy. Give them a huge raise!

Glitchy App. When you have to bail out of an order with a full shopping cart because the app gives you an error instead of placing the order—at the very last step… It’s frustrating. It took our hungry family an extra 25 minutes to finally get an order in (after trying a phone order, we had to order on the website…) All the same details, just worked on the website and not the app. It was enough to make us order somewhere else, or just cook our own pasta— would have been faster! This has happened before on the app, would appreciate a fix.

Robbery at this point. I hate to be that person but I just want my money back or something. I scheduled a pickup on the app for 7:00 because the app said the restaurant in the mall closed at 8:00. I go there and the place is closed and there’s one pickup left behind but it’s not mine. I try to contact customer support, nothing. I leave negative feedback on the website and they email me, ask for my info then never get back to me. I just want my money back. I don’t wanna have to go all the way to a store that’s super out of my way now. I work. This is the last place I can voice my concern and hope something comes about it.

It’s so good. Just like the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese they serve, the app is wonderful. It way easier to navigate than other rewards apps, easier to sign up, and easier to order. Anyways I love their Mac and cheese so much it’s insane, and yes I do spend my hard earned retail industry dollars on $10 Mac and cheese, because it is THAT GOOD. It’s cheesy, creamy, and sometimes you get a randomly different shaped noodle as a prize. Please, next time you go into a noodles and company order the Wisconsin Mac it’s soooo good. It’s perfect after a long day of school, homework, and work. It’s very yummy and I will be getting more noodles soon 😋

“Convenience fee” Nonsense. Great food, and it’s easy to navigate the app. I can order everything that I want with little effort and customize my order as I see fit. However, the “convenience fee” (12% of a total BEFORE tax, delivery fee, and tip) is ridiculous. If it’s supposedly to offset the cost of driving and using the app, then what’s the point of the separate delivery fee? And why doesn’t it show up for pickup if it’s for using the app? This is a very well designed app, but it becomes very expensive to order delivery very quickly. I can only recommend ordering pickup with it.

Infinite loop of asking for my birthday. The app keeps getting stuck when I open it on this section about my birthday. It asks for my birthday and favorite store to visit. I put it in, accept the terms, hit complete and it loads and stays on the same exact page. And no matter how many times I do put in the correct information it keeps doing this, even if I close and restart the app. There is no way to skip this, or move past it. I essentially cannot access the app because of this barrier. I have ended up having to delete and reinstall this app multiple times to get it to stop loading with this section at least for a bit. But eventually, it goes right back to doing it again. Thus forcing me to repeat the cycle over and over. This is clearly a glitch in the programming and it would be great if it were fixed with an update.

Excellent service in person, terrible app. Store selection doesn’t work properly … forced me to the equally clunky website to place my order. Ordering kids’ meals defaults to the weird shaped noodles, which would be fine if it was clear but, when ordering a meal called ‘spaghetti and meatballs’ it doesn’t occur to you that you need to *switch* the pasta to spaghetti in order to GET spaghetti. By all means, allow people to customize orders with preferred noodle type … then confirm the type ordered. The gf noodle option shows up for kids’ meals, but not for adults, requiring a comment in the ridiculously short (16 characters?!?) field, which deceptively looks like it holds many. Increase the field length to at least 40 characters and shorten the block to appear consistent with actual length. Users must choose time frame (ASAP or a specified time) before learning the eta. Default to ASAP, showing expected time and allow user to push this out further if desired. Link to order additional food is small and out of the way - should be one of two primary choices/buttons (confirm/check out or continue ordering). Fortunately, the staff at the Golden Valley, MN store on Jan 4, 2021 was professional, efficient and friendly, remaking our child’s spaghetti with spaghetti quickly and with no hassle. Kudos to the workers. Not so much to the app.

Pretty good to not so much. I really like the app. It’s super easy to place an order and it keeps track of each order. Check out is super easy as well. I really like that it is able to keep track of your points and you can easily redeem point for a purchase. The only problem I have is that the app isn’t very stable. There have been multiple instances where you open the app and nothing happens. Like today, I have not been able to use the app in over a week. I have updated iPhone and turned it off a couple of times and not nothing happens. I really love being able to order in the app and it’s really the only way I order and now I can order…bummer. Hope there there is a fix soon.

A few problems I see potentially. Earlier when I ordered this morning I was not able to contact my driver by clicking the number provided under their name, I had to manually enter it which annoying is not the end of times. However, the number shown was my drivers personal cell number. This is a bit scary as I now had, until I deleted it, the drivers actual phone number in my possession. Having driven for DoorDash I know they hide the number through a third party connection like a switchboard that assigns a random number to the driver so their personal info is not leaked. I implore this company to do the same with their app as they at the moment are just giving away any drivers number that accepts taking on a order.

App is awesome, Staff should take notice. Love the food, the app has changed our entire dining experience. If it wasn’t for the app we would no longer eat at our Noodles location. Anytime you order in person at the store, the order is wrong 100% of the time. They’ve never gotten the order wrong when we order through the app and I don’t have to wait around at the counter while an employee fumbles around through the computer! Highly recommend ordering through the app and picking up curbside.

It’s okay as long as it works. I encountered an issue where I would get an error saying that my order is too small for delivery even though it wasn’t and I was ordering pickup. To report this issue, I had to pick a restaurant in their feedback form and rate my experience there. Well, since I wasn’t able to place an order this form doesn’t apply to me. I was contacted nonetheless, and the issue was solved, I just wish the reporting system wasn’t so confusing

Just not good made better. I went in yesterday and got home with the wrong food. Go back and come home again with not 1 but two orders I didn’t order. I had 1 simple order of Penne Rosa with Parma chicken. That’s it. Now I try to create an account online and the app won’t let me select fav restaurant. Can’t create without this so maybe I’ll just move onto another restaurant. I give up. So I went back the next day and the manager, Stephanie gave me my correct order. I was also able to create my account from my phone. I’ve yet to place an order from it.

Trash. This app has had a long history of being so buggy for me I don’t know why I still give it a chance. I also don’t know why it’s so highly rated in the App Store, might be some bots. Lately everytime I open the app, I’m logged out and it never remembers my login info. And after I login, it just immediately logs me back out. I logged in back to back several times before just physically going to the store myself. So I’m hardly able to use my reward points towards an order because the app is so broken. This is just one issue I’ve encountered out of too many others. Will either stop using the app or get my food somewhere else.

Lost points. I have been going to the local Noodles at least one time a week on average for the last year. Yesterday I had almost 1200 points, as I redeem them regularly. I went to place an order to deliver to me at the hospital because I had a 16 hour shift., and can’t leave the hospital. Weekend hospital food will kill you. However, before I was able to place my order the app said I needed to upgrade to the new app. So I did. Then I went to place my order. However every single one of my points was gone. Today more than 24 hours later they are still gone they have not been replaced. I called my local noodles and they said they have nothing to do with this it Has to do with IT and corporate and they could not help me. Why can’t they just make an app that works? And doesn’t lose your points when you upgrade? This may be time to rethink things. I can’t be the only one who’s had this problem with the new upgrade. And I wonder how many people have noticed their loss of points. I’ve turned off the phone restarted it, still zero points. Can someone please assist and help restore my points? Thank you!

Poor experience. The old app made it so much easier to earn rewards. It knew that I ordered Mac and cheese frequently, so it just rewarded me with a free one after every couple of visits. But now there’s this ridiculous point system where you must spend literally over $100 before you can be rewarded with a free entre. There’s no history of my past orders to make it easier to order and it doesn’t tell you how many points you’re earning from each visit. The last time I visited, I spent around $19 and my points still remained the same before I even placed the order and I can’t even prove it now, so I have not returned to Noodles since. FIX THIS!!!!!

Pushing Loyalty over a seamless experience. The new app seems to push profile and loyalty, over providing an ability to order seamlessly as a guest who needs a quick dinner. Requires you to have a profile before “unlocking” certain menu items. They’ve shifted authentication providers and require a password reset, the process is clunky and took what should have been a quick order to over 10 minutes. As well, their ApplePay doesn’t have a confirmation screen, the payment is successful and they take you back to the order screen, without knowing your order to as fully processed. No button is clickable and there isn’t an indication your order went through. The only way I knew my order was successful, was an email confirmation. It also requires you add your birthday, and phone number and agree to their terms and conditions when you open it after you authenticate for the first time, without a way to bypass.

Easy curbside pick up. Love the selection of food and taste. This time it was so easy to use the special 25% off. Easy to add and subtract ingredients from the order. 3 Suggestions -With Apple Pay I would like to be able to use a gift card and if not enough on that also use the Discover card for one order. -I could not find a place to add the tip. -add a search function

Food is great, app is abominable.. This app is among the least functional I have ever seen. It constantly spits out “unknown errors” trying to do basic things like selecting a restaurant, adding a gift card (which outright does not work), and now recently has broken so badly that it’s completely non functional, all my previous orders are gone, it claims there are no restaurants near me and any button I select now just gives me an unknown error, and so now I’m being forced to reinstall it to see if that fixes it. I love this restaurant but this app is an absolute disgrace and I would be embarrassed if it represented my business.

Easy Order to minimal Confusion. The app rest helps me order my stuff ahead of time as I only have a 30 Min breaks, so I can schedule when I need my goodies. The only thing get caught on was where to order the baguette because I always think I can add it too my entree but it’s under sides on the main page. Other than that easy great experience, especially the fact that you can still order fountain drink and state you will self-service for that.

Despite App updates, the bug regarding getting past selecting your birthday still hasn’t been fixed. This app is by far one of the worst food service apps out there. What’s incredibly frustrating is that Noodles and Company will send you email coupons and birthday codes but you cannot access them in store without the app. And of course, the app doesn’t let you bypass the screen where you input your birthday information I have lost out on so many promotions and coupons because of tue app glitch. Either give us coupon codes that we can redeem on your website or in person or fix your freaking app! Seriously about to never purchase from noodles and company ever again.

This app is almost total garbage. The APP is utter garbage. You can get thru the whole ordering process and then suddenly it needs to update continue and will wipe your whole order. It updates like every 5 minutes so we have had tech issues with every single order. Of. Could give 0 stars I would. This company is pretty garbage—the food is fine but the culture is awful. They hire special needs persons and make promises but then stop responding to them after they have gone thru the new hire process. Beware—I worry they are stealing disabled people’s identity info. If you are job hunting, look elsewhere because they could cost you your unemployment or assistance if they put you thru the process and then stop answering you. It made it look like my daughter was hired and quit, which is NOT the case. Seriously. Beware.

Promo issues. I’ve been an avid noodles and company customer for the past few years, and the rewards with the app are tremendous. One issue I have however, is when I try to apply these promos to my order via points to quick pick up, and when going to the cart I get the message “promotion not found”. Today, I tried using the app for quick pick up on a discount titled “$2 of quick pick up”, upon adding my order to cart and proceeding to order, I got this message again. Hopefully this will be fixed, but otherwise the app is great!

Issues with app. Wouldn’t load my current status (points, etc) or allow me to order. I deleted the app, however it was only removed from my dashboard but not from my phone. It won’t allow me to download it again. When I click in the icon with the arrow up to download onto my dashboard, it takes me to the screen where I’d download onto my desktop or into a folder. Strangely it also gives me options to download into other apps like Qdoba, etc. Next to that download icon, on the left, it says “order.” When I click on it, it takes me directly to N&C’s order site with me logged in and all showing my points, etc. even though I was logged off and had resubmitted a request to create a new log in (haven’t received an email to create new password). There is nowhere for me to log off; no options for it. I normally don’t review apps but this one is the strangest ones I’ve ever come across.

All orders take 10 minutes?. App does not appear to take into account the current workload for a location. Every time that I order Mac & Cheese for my son the default “ready” time is about 10 minutes. Orders actually appear to take anywhere from 2 minutes and up to 45 minutes depending on the day. It would be great if the current capacity and/or current backlog of a store was taken into consideration at the time of order. Also, I’m not sure if the app default has changed or if it now understands my preferences, but thank you for finally not requiring me to decline plasticware at every order and every dinner item.

Mind Blowingly Good. Who would have thought a little fast food noodle joint would be this good? Ordered a variety of menu items for multiple family members. Every. Single. Thing. Was delicious. The online app worked liked a charm. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Even the manager was engaged and helping right along with the employees. The cook was super busy but never missed a beat. This is my new favorite fast-food joint. Gurnee location is killing it despite what appeared to be a short-staffed situation. Everyone was working as a cohesive team. One girl was even dancing while she packed the orders. Bravo Noodles & Co. See you soon!

BEST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD. My daughter has a gluten allergy and this is one of the only places she can eat. She gets the gluten free pipette mac & cheese every time she goes. She loves it! It is super affordable and cheesy delicious! If we could promote this restaurant we would! I don’t know how many times I have asked my daughter what she wants for dinner and all she says is noodles and Company! I love it, my daughter loves it, my other daughter loves it, my son loves it, my niece loves it, my family loves it! Wow it’s so cheesy lusciously melts in my mouth! How many more can I buy? My credit card is running out of money! I love this restaurant!

Poor design. There are two issues with this app. First off when I paid for my order in the app, my card was charged, but app gave me an error. I went and explained it to the people in the store and after some discussion got my food. This has happened more than once. I provided feedback via app they blamed the bank, even though I told them that the day before it work from the Panera app. They dismissed my feedback… so much for customer service. Second, the app forces you to enter your contact information each time you order as they want you to sign up for their loyalty program. I’m sorry, you want my loyalty, build an app that works.

Unable to complete an order. I have tried over the past few weeks to order ahead through the app and I have experienced a multitude of issues. Sometimes I can get all the way to adding items to the cart and then when I attempt to add payment it does not add and then crashes the app. Other times I cannot add more than one item to the cart before the app freezes and I have to force close. The loading times are also longer than I would expect and sometimes I only get a black menu screen (with no indication that it is loading). The app used to work great and I could order ahead with no issue. Please fix this 😞.

FIX THIS. When you use the app for delivery, even if you enter an apartment number in the info, this information doesn’t seem to be shown to the delivery drivers on their end. This has been an issue multiple times where the driver just guesses and sets it at some random door in our building. Some drivers have been sensible enough to call and ask for the apartment number but that’s the minority. Please fix this or at LEAST allow for delivery notes to show to the driver which clearly also did not show on their end. In most cases the deliveries are powered by door dash but Noodles app isn’t sending all the info. through to their platform for the drivers. FIX THIS.

FRUSTRATING UPDATES!!. FOR THE LOVE OF NOODLES, why on earth do you wait to announce an update in the middle of placing an order?! This has happened more times than I can count. I was ready to pay for a group order, then app says I have to update, everything in my cart is now wiped blank. Going somewhere else to eat. This is ridiculous. Do your updates in the beginning like every other app in the store, not while you’re in the middle of purchasing your order.

I've never used this app before today.. I was in a little bit of a rush and didn't want to see if there was a line in the restaurant, so I downloaded the app real quick to try to make an order. The first time I used the app, the process was so quick and easy that even in a rush, I signed up, found what I wanted, placed an order AND picked it up in about FIVE MINUTES. This app is incredibly easy to use and it's easy to find your way around, even on the first try. (Not to mention my food was ready seconds after I walked in!)

Constantly Glitching. I made a profile, was told after creating the profile that I needed to reset the password. Reset my password, went back into the app and couldn’t type any information in to log in. Forced closed the app, reopened and I could finally log in to place an order. Then went back into the app and the screen keeps prompting me to choose a location and agree to terms, it literally won’t move from that screen. It’s annoying.

Coupon Terms are Misleading. Very frustrating whenever I earn a reward that says free entree, different than some of their coupons that specify that protein isnt included, but it still makes you pay for protein. Or when you get a rewards deal for “free salad” at discounted points. No where in the terms does it say protein is included, and paying $3 when the salad comes with grilled chicken as the menu standard is not free! Terms need to be clear, or I expect the coupon to be honored. Also, coupons expire two weeks from the time you earn them, to the minute. Very annoying when you come in and miss your coupon by a few hours, or in my case, they were closed at the time during business hours with police walking around. Sad because I love the noodles 🥺

This app is trash!. I’m so irritated by this app. Had problems with it quite awhile back, contacted the customer relations #, ready to delete it and they gave me additional points to get me to keep it. I never redeemed the points because the app is a total headache. Recently I received a survey asking me to name the promotion I’d like. They sent me an offer to match what I said so I decided to take them up on the offer. Well, of course it didn’t work so I couldn’t redeem the offer since it had to be done on the app. Store associates couldn’t help me out. Once again I contacted customer relations six days ago. Haven’t heard anything yet. Every time I pull up the app it says, “something went wrong”. I believe I’ve updated this app twice in as many weeks or less. If the app can’t be fixed offers should be able to be redeemed with an email and earn points by scanning a barcode. Enough of this ridiculous crap!!

Making a Profile is a Pain. Using a new email address to make a profile is headache and a half. You can’t use the same phone number for two profiles, so if you have a phone number in use on a forgotten profile, you can’t use it in the new profile. If you don’t add a phone number, you can’t complete the profile. If you don’t complete the profile, you can’t order through the app.

Ordering Problem. Everything went smoothly except for one comment when placing a delivery order. When I added my first item I received an error stating that I had not ordered enough for delivery and that my order was not submitted and I was not going to be charged. First I wasn’t finished ordering and second I had not checked out yet. This check should be done when checking out not while adding to your cart. That is my only complaint.

Convenient and courageous. This company is amazing. I cannot stress enough how grateful I am to have used this service. My food is always ready on time and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. My meal of choice is the Buffalo chicken mac and cheese. Every bite of this delectable dish is bursting with flavor! They are one of the few establishments to hold off on using blue cheese in their recipe—what a brilliant idea! Blue cheese sauces are heavy and weigh the meal down. Not here! Every meal is prepared with integrity and excellence in the hopes of honoring the mac and cheese ancestors. Every trip to Noodles & Company strengthens me mentally, physically and spiritually.

Only issue. I find that most of my issues come from around ordering. I find when using this app to order using a coupon that’s when everything happens. Ether the coupon will disappear, and the points never returned to the account. On the other hand the app after ordering will sometimes log you out, that’s the only two issues I have had with this over the last year now, besides those two issues nothing is wrong with the app, it runs and works very smoothly. It’s very seamless as well when connecting to door dash for your delivery driver. Something that I think would be very appealing and time saving is if the app just added in another tab then allowed you to track all of the door dash information, so instead of opening another app on your phone to look at door dash's arrival time it would be better just to have it all located within the app. Keep it in house guys.

Needs to handle updating better. For several reasons, I don’t use automatic updates for apps, and I sometimes go for awhile without ordering, so I always go to the App Store and check for updates. This has happened to me before and it happened to me again today: I checked for an update and found none, placed my order, and drove to the location. When I got there and went to signal my arrival (I used curbside pickup), NOW the app said I needed to update!! And once I had it had lost any record of my order! Now how do I tell them I’m here? (Yes, I can go inside but that’s extremely embarrassing.) This app absolutely needs to retain curbside orders across updates—if an order hasn’t been fulfilled it should IMMEDIATELY pop up on relaunching the app. I cannot give this five stars until that’s supported.

Noodles is great, their app is not. Giving a one star review is not what I usually do, but my beef today is with the App. I used to work at Noodles and can tell you that this place is awesome, the food and staff are always great. The issue is the online ordering from the app. On several occasions I’ve had the app simply crash on me, as soon as I open it. Today, and the reason for the review at this moment - is that the app showed me an error during payment for my order. I thought, okay, cool. Gonna try it one more time. Closed the app out, started it again, put my order in. Went through payment, everything was fine. Food was good too. Then I get home and take a look at my bank account and the app has charged me twice. I’m sure this review could be a lot shorter but I’m going to be deleting the app because it’s just so trash. Whoever you guys got to make this did a really bang up job on the visuals, but it the app doesn’t work none of that matters. Consider getting a new contract for your IT needs.

Noodles and Co Power Rank. Exactly what you’re looking for when it comes to a fast causal restaurant. Delivery? App or website. Fast service? Faster than you can boil water. Delicious food? Best on either side of the Mississippi. This is a once in a generation pick that you or I would build a franchise around, metaphorically speaking. Flavors go all around the world, shareables, sides and apps service both noodle fans and non noodle fans alike, I mean what’s not to like? I would wager this restaurant can run a 4.40 with these stats, remains to be seen post COVID lockdown. Meat preparation lines up exactly with the pros, vegetable freshness translates well, coachable, no off the field issues, intangibles are through the roof. Sure fire number one overall pick and not one to regret like Sam Bradford or JaMarcus Russell.

Happy customer!. I have gotten Noodles & Co before and they were actually pretty good so I decided to have them again for dinner tonight since it’s been bout 8/9 months since I had it last and let me tell ya… IT WAS FREAKING DELICIOUS!! It was great the first time I tried it but somehow it was even better tonight! I was really blown away at how much I enjoyed the Pesto noodles. Hands down my most favorite noodle dish I have had in a very long time! The name “Cory” was written on the bottom of my ticket that was taped to my bag so I’m assuming he’s the one how made my dish tonight. So I really want to shout him out and praise him for making some delicious food for me tonight! I hope he will see this or even better, his supervisor and/or boss so that he can get praise from them on this order!! Thank you so much for a delicious meal tonight Cory! Very grateful and appreciative of you! I will definitely be returning again soon! 10/10! 👌🏻

Complete Your Profile?!. Noodles and Company used to be my go-to for dinner. I would place my order on my way back into town, but lately I haven’t been able to do that. For some reason, every time I launch the app, it wants me to complete my profile. Okay, I’ll humor you and complete it. Once I click on the complete profile button, it doesn’t go to the main page of the app, it wants me to complete my profile again. I’ve given up on trying to mobile order and have sought out alternatives for dinner, because it’s too frustrating with this app. And before you ask, yes I’m using the latest version.

Cannot get home page to start order. At first, the app worked wonderfully. Now, it opens to the update page with birthday, terms and conditions, favorite location. I fill it in hoping to get to the order page, and it won't leave the page. I cannot see my rewards, cannot create an order, or anything. Very dissatisfied with the app. I cannot order anymore. Yes. I've shut down and restarted my phone and cleared history. I cannot get to the home page to place order.

Needs a food allergy/comment section.. I have a severe shellfish allergy. I also am currently only doing curbside orders. There is nowhere in the app for a comment section to include that I have a shellfish allergy. Therefore, I always end up having to call the restaurant and wait and sometimes they’ve already started my order when I actually get in touch with them. Food allergies are incredibly important and should be taken seriously. When you can’t add that to your order there could always be potential for cross-contamination. Also, I just downloaded the new app and it will not open. It crashes every single time even after restarting my phone. When they brought my food out today they told me that tons of people have been having the exact same issue, as well as other issues with orders not going through. Perhaps on an update you could also add some type of comment section or allergies section.

Infinite loop when told to update profile. I, too, am stuck in the infinite loop. I downloaded the app because we’ve been eating at Noodles for years and love their food. As soon as I open the app, it asks me to complete my profile. So I put in my birthday, phone number, and favorite restaurant, and then it says something to the effect of, “Oops, there was a problem completing your profile. Try again.” I tried it at least a dozen times. Still won’t work. I offloaded the app and then loaded it back on. Still doesn’t work. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Same thing. I see that other people are having the same problem. I also see that Noodles has a lot of specials and freebies coming up for people who use the app. I really wish I could use the app. We were planning on taking advantage of those. :(

Error at payment. More than once this app charges my card but does not process order. It gives an error message when you pay. But payment goes to pending and makes that money unavailable for 7 days! You then have to go to store to order and pay again! Ive emailed corporate but no response and talked to store manager but they know about it but are helpless. It’s charging people and not processing the order. That’s a big problem.

Terrible App, Needs Fixing. This is, without exaggeration, the worst service app I have ever used. Run away. Do not download. Pick something else to satisfy your craving. For months now, whenever I have tried to order, I get logged out of my account, an error message telling me to try again later, or an endless loading loop. Curbside is important to me following the pandemic. The app simply doesn’t work and I’m sick and tired of it. Furthermore, whenever I try to apply a reward, it never works on the app, even when all other parts of the app are functioning. I don’t know if this is some kind of subtle ploy to make rewards useless or what, but it’s annoying.

Love this app but a small change. Noodles and co is one of my favorite places to eat and I normally go at least once a month. The app is super easy to use, however, the only thing I don’t like is the fact that there are never any deals/new deals. I got one deal when I signed up and one after that but once I used those, I haven’t gotten anymore in months. I keep thinking that one day I’ll open the app and there’ll be more but nope. Additionally you don’t earn any points if you use one of your rewards in an order, doesn’t matter if you have a $50 order and you’re only using a $2 off deal. Other than that the app and restaurants are pretty good

Worst restaurant app. We eat out too much so we have used many apps. This app has not worked for over a year. You have to update it every time you want to use it. Then it is never able to complete an order. It also says “oops, there was a problem.” Go to order on the phone, equally Terrible experience. The website is more reliable but less convenient. We are just a family of 4 but I can honestly say the lack of a working app has kept us from ordering food here on a regular basis. I cannot imagine we are the only ones. Update: the birthday glitch was fixed but it still never accepts our credit card (visa). Still all around terrible app that is the only barrier that prevents us from eating here on a regular basis.

Garbage app. I don’t know how this app gets the ratings it does. It’s far and away the buggiest app I’ve encountered for ordering food or otherwise. Promotions are never applied successfully. They either error out or simply don’t get applied even though they are selected. Today’s offer was $2 off $10 or more… cart had $25 of food, the offer was supposedly applied, but not actually deducted from the order. Removed the promotion just to try and place an order without it. The cart would spin for 30 seconds and display “Unknown error” every time I tried to check out. Updated the app and started from square one… same “unknown error” over and over. When you can’t even get a simple 2-item order submitted during the 15 minutes it takes to drive to the store, and end up having to walk in and order at the counter, there’s a problem.

App issues. About 50% of the time your app does not work properly. It will not highlight when I want to place an order so I can’t. It will not except any of the items that I have already earned points for which is free. I usually have to go into the store and show them my phone and what I’m trying to order and what is free and then sit in my car and wait 20 minutes for it to be ready. Revamp your I.T. Staff or get you a new third-party developer.

App doesn’t even open on iPhone 8. Maybe it is my phone but the app works perfect on my 11. I recently came to find out that the app always crashes as soon as I try to open on the 8 plus. Please fix this bug ASAP. Ive tried re-downloading many times. Still nothing

App is very glitchy. Normally I really like this app but at least half the time I have problems with glitches ESPECIALLY when I am trying to use rewards points. Right now I have been trying to order my food for OVER AN HOUR and the app is not letting me order. It will go through the whole process but when I hit Place Order it just says “Error, oops that didn’t go through, try again”. I have tried at least a dozen times and it is still not going through. I’m very frustrated and hungry.

Doesn’t work. I’ve tried ordering multiple times & it’s always an error. Tried with wifi on, wifi off, reinstalled the app, tried a different location, etc. Has not worked once. I can’t enter payment info either. I have the iPhone 11, so it shouldn’t be a software issue. I’m missing out on earning points.

I must be odd.. I have no idea how this app has a 4.9 star rating at the time of this review - amazing. I must be odd. These tiered points systems (used by other food apps as well) are convoluted and bogus. They make it complicated on purpose. “Spendable” points expire too quick and the app does not tell you when they will expire. I lost all my spendable points so I will take my business elsewhere. I won’t use apps that don’t tell me when my points expire (which I realize is many of them). To say something positive, the food is decent but not worth the price if I’m going to lose my points so quickly. Bye bye Noodles.

Bad point system. Worst customer benefits of a national chain. Points expire so you can’t ever earn a free entree unless you spend more than $25 a month, every month, for six+ months. And now they’ve decided to no longer support my iPhone. Which isn’t exactly all that old. Says I need to upgrade the app but won’t let me upgrade the app because my iOS isn’t new enough. So can’t use the app or even see the “extra goodness reward” they just sent me!

Healthy options. I like noodles because they have lots of healthy food options. Trying to lose weight is hard enough without going to a restaurant that only offers high fat high carb high calorie choices. Noodles offers lots of low calorie low-carb heart healthy options. Thanks noodles! Great job!

Greatest food I’ve ever eaten. When I ordered the food I expected terrible stuff. I mean, how good could delivered pasta be? I was proven wrong by the fact that the second I took a bite of the food, me and my whole family orgasmed and began rising off the ground in astonishment. My wife flew out the window and we haven’t seen her since the 7th but it’s worth it cause me and my 2 kids have noodles and company.

App has improved. Tried to use in the past and app felt clunky and never let us add shrimp to entrees. That’s been fixed, app seems cleaner & more streamlined. I do wish I could have more than 16 characters for special requests. I need a good way to abbreviate “please completely cook the broccoli” so I went with “well done broc” and am crossing my fingers. Love the Pad Thai, the variety of noodle and protein choices, and all the customizations available.

Swift Feedback. I sent in feedback about two missing items on the menu two days ago. I was contacted yesterday that it was passed along to the proper person (with a tip about upcoming dishes that I should be able to eat with my medical diet restrictions). Today they were back on the menu so I placed a second order this week. Thank you!

Update always needed when at store register!. I’ve been using the Noodles app for more than five years now and I can tell you for certain that you can update the app before you leave your house, and then set foot in the store 5 minutes later and you will get a notification that an update is needed. The company does NOT want you to actually use your points or view them at the store! This has happened to me a dozen times, to the point where it’s now a joke with my family. What and why??

Sincerely a happy customer…. I’ve been to the Fashion Square Mall Noodle World Kitchen Store a few times and I am very pleased with the customer service I’ve received. The staff has always been kind to me. I’ve gone there multiple times and I’ll continue to go there! The menu is diverse and the food is delicious.

The worst. Out of the all food apps I have (there’s a lot), this is the worst one. Don’t get me wrong, I love Noodles & company and their food but this app does not reflect the food and service I receive from the store. There have been many times that I’m not able to redeem a reward. Today I placed an order and it said error and the app crashed. I tried to go back into the app and nothing will load. So I called the store where I placed the order and they said it went through. The worst app ever. Please fix it.

Love the app and the rewards! (Mostly). I love the app, it’s easy to use and well organized. The rewards is also one of the best one compared to other food places. But my only complaint is you can’t stack rewards. I want nothing more than to never use my rewards and then get a full entre drink and shareable for free lol

This is unacceptable. It’s officially been over a month since the app has become completely useless. There’s no reason a company as popular as noodles should be having problems like this it should have been fixed within a week of realizing people can’t even open the app. But to have repeated complaints for weeks now all saying the same thing on top of the clearly fabricated reviews to keep their ratings high. You would think they would care more about keeping business flowing and actually having an app represent what they try so hard to make it seem like.

Sometime good and sometimes :(. Much depends on who they hire to work here. Most times it’s 5-Stars and then six months later they hire a new crew and it’s 3-Stars. Passable but then what I ordered is wrong and I have to go back and fix it. They are happy to fix it but still the food is too greasy and tastes totally different. They still get my recommendation overall.

Gluten free option please. I know the menu in store has gluten sensitive options and if I tell the crew they will kindly clean the work space/change gloves to help me be safe as a celiac. But the app doesn’t tell me which entrees are gluten free and doesn’t let me tell the restaurant that I have a medical condition. They don’t read the notes which has a very limited number of keystrokes available anyway. Please change the app to include the allergy alert. I got sick the last time I ordered here.

The app has problems all the time. So I was having a problem with the app when I was logging in to it today every time I would log in it would say “Error: The data couldn’t be read because it is missing” so I deleted the app and reinstalled it which seemed to help but now I am trying to use my free delivery reward with my points and it says for any reward I try to redeem not just that one, “reward could not be found” this app has more problems lately than what makes it good. It needs to be fixed. It’s so annoying how the app gives me problems every time I try to use it.

It was a snap. First time using this app. I used to use the web interface before they had the app, and it was reliable but inconvenient due to some issues. This app was perfect and snappy. I haven’t had a chance to check out the rewards fully, but I got to claim some weekend entree discount right off the bat.

App slightly better than Iowa Caucus App. The option to choose pick up never works!!! It will send me to a map of the US and not allow me to click on any state. I had to choose delivery then switch it to pick up. The app hasn’t worked for me for 8-10 months. Also your new meatballs are very dry.

LOVE. I absolutely love placing mobile orders using this app. The software is so easy. It keeps my card saved which is really helpful when im in a rush and just trying to pick up food. I really do love the rewards system as well im here. Overall i do really enjoy using this app compared to other food places i have tried.

Love the rewards. I absolutely love how many rewards I get when I come in. It makes me want to keep coming back. Honestly wouldn’t change a thing except maybe adding fountain drinks as an option when trying to order. Other than that everything is pretty easy to use.

Bad Timeframe Estimate. Every time I order on this app, it says the order will be ready in 10/15 min. Usually wait for the app to actually say “your order is ready” and yet still end up waiting 20 more minutes. Feel bad for the workers since they’re bombarded with people at a location WAY before the meal is done being prepped. Might want to create some sort of communication with each location to provide an accurate time estimate, especially if they’re busy.

Must log in to order or even review menu. The app requires you to log in before it will even let you see the menu. Why? I’d like to look at the menu without logging in or providing any personal information. I’d even like to order without logging in (similar apps offer customers the option of ordering as a guest without logging in. I don’t want to be tracked or have my orders or preferences retained or otherwise used to target me with spam.

Awesome food, awesome rewards. Our family loves the variety of options that it’s offered at Noodles & Co. We have tried many of the options, and I found all of them to be great! We’ve also benefited from the rewards program which offered free food. We will continue to use Noodles and Company as one of our main food sources.

Great for Quick Pick Ups, but what do points do ?. I love the app for saving my favorite orders and then picking them up on my way home, and there’s never been a issue with that. Still unsure what the points do as when I try to use them the points are deducted from my total but the app locks up on applying them for the offer and it just vanishes after a forced restart.

Won’t load. The app worked perfectly fine until this ‘improved stability’. I open the app, I am informed I need to upgrade, I click on upgrade, I am taken to the Mac App Store, I click open since I have latest version, the app opens and I am duly informed I need to upgrade. It’s loop with no end in sight.

Points stolen. This app really need some fixing! I’ve put an order many times and then it gets stuck loading for a very long time which is inconvenient and then back up on the app and my points are gone and my order is not in. I’ve had at least 1500 points stolen from me. From here on out, I’m ordering from inside and showing them my points because this is ridiculous.

No feedback option. Every time I order on DoorDash, I am able to submit feedback if my orders were done correctly or were good quality. For some reason though, my orders are never right when I order through the app and there’s no way of submitting feedback for compensation or order completion. It’s always wrong and something is always missing. Also, as for noodles & co, I feel like the quality has definitely gone down.

Easy to order, rewards a little clunky. Love how easy the app is and that the rewards program integrated. I think the rewards would be easier to use and more straightforward if they were selected during checkout instead of before starting an order. It’s hard to go back and apply different items and they also get stored/saved weird so the ones you’ve used stay in your cart.

App is disappointing. The food is good but depends on who’s cooking and what day of the week you go to order Also The app crashes when ordering and takes your points which you never get back I had about 1400 points taken from me which the app says I earned but never got to use or anything in return kinda disappointing

Fix what delivery drivers see. Everything would be excellent if only the drivers would see what I see when I order. I’m in an office building and the drivers never know where to go. I’ve had my food leave, left outside on the bench, in the lobby etc, because I’ve been on the phone (work phone) and missed their call. Very frustrating, but not the drivers fault. Please fix this!!

What is wrong with this piece of junk?!. Your app crashes INSTANTLY every time I try to open it. Insta-crash. Every. Single. Time. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it more times than I can remember, and it still does this. Do you think you could try, maybe, you know, FIXING THE STUPID THING?! It used to be good, then you had to go and screw it up!

Frustrating User Experience. After one use I removed the app. App froze after creating my account, so I had to restart. You cannot even see a menu until you’ve chosen your location and order type (this is annoying and slow). As I started adding things to my order it froze again . When I restarted I was going to have to start all over again choosing the type of order. We got rid of the app and called instead. Also the bot that answers calls is super slow and annoying to work with. As fyi I’m on iOS 15.1

Near Perfect. Appreciate a good takeout meal during the quarantine. Noodles always hit the spot and everyone has a fav. The only downside is that customizations are largely ignored. And the character limit doesn’t help. Probably comes across as jibberish to staff. A drop down box to customize noodles - listing ALL noodle types - would help. My kids like spaghetti and elbow noodles for buttered noodles. Would think it’s a simple request but it becomes the night’s challenge when ordering out.

App Won’t Let Me Order. I’ve had this problem consistently which usually doesn’t deter me from calling to order instead, but it’s gotten annoying enough that I felt a review was warranted. This app doesn’t work. At all. When trying to place an order, it won’t let you choose to pick it up “ASAP” and there isn’t a drop down for choosing the Date and Time like there seems there should be. Because of this, it’s impossible to order online. Then, when I try to place an order via phone, my points don’t get added. Please fix these issues.

Works well, needs digital wallet support. The app is pretty straight forward and quick while offering lots of customization options for the food ordered—above average for restaurant apps. What is missing is support for digital wallets as that would simplify and speed up check out while letting me choose where I store my credit card info.

Great app great food. I love this app! It's easy to use and super user friendly! I love the curbside option!! I eat here 3 times a week before work and don't even have to get out of the car. The Vera Cruz salad is AMAZING!!! Instead of grilled chicken get the Parmesan crusted chicken it's delicious! The potstickers are great too!! I'm obsessed and will continue to come back all the time.

Use the app, don’t call the store!. Tried calling and using their Robo-process to place an order for two of the same meals and had no luck with their system. Breezes through everything, including customizations on the app while checking out at the dentists office! Make your life easier, use the app!

App won’t let me create an account or login. I love Noodles & Co and was super excited to get the app (I was going for that free entree!) but the app was glitchy when I pressed the “create account” button after putting my information in. I tried exiting and going back into the app, I tried making the same account in case it didn’t go through. At this point I’m not sure if I have an account or not. I tried logging in on my computer instead and that didn’t work either. Oh well.

New app is crashing. I updated the app when it told me I needed to do so, and now it simply crashes when it opens. To use one of my deals recently, I had to go into the store and show them that I could not open the app. I’m glad they were so understanding, but I sure would like to know what’s going on. My phone and system software are both recently updated.

Wonderful fast service. I always order for quick pickup, and they’re always so fast! I never have to wait longer than a few minutes to pick up my order, would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Glitch. The app used to work pretty well, but for the past month it has been either crashing or being unable to load rewards info, etc. - Back to five stars because this seems to have been fixed! Thank you!

I see improvement. I spoke with the General Manager, Ryan, last week when I went in to pick up. That day I saw, first hand, the team work within the well staffed group that was there. The store was cleaner, and the staff seemed more knowledgeable! I was happy to tell Ryan I had been the one who wrote the complaint to you and also told him he’s done alot to improve the downward spiral that had been occurring. Thank you for the action after the letter!

This Place Is Amazing. The food is delicious. The staff at every location are friendly. You're allowed to add any protein option to any dish. There are so many delicious noodle dishes and sides to choose from, and many are from different cultures. The people who run the restaurant's social media page are super good-natured and interact with followers. I just love this place; it's the ideal restaurant for me.

Tip begging on app. I have noticed more restaurant apps with a tip option automatically checked at a 15% tip.I find this extremely tacky! Other restaurants such as Jimmy John’s don’t include this option and their employees are working just as hard. Furthermore you feel the need to add the tip or you may not be treated the same as people who chose to do so! I have also had workers ask on the phone at Noodles and Company if I’d like to add a tip! Are you kidding me how inappropriate! If I feel I should tip I will and don’t like being pressured into it!

App just ok. This isn’t the app’s fault but at my local Noodles location the system is down all the time so you can’t redeem rewards or get points but there’s many times I have used the app and never got the reward or I couldn’t redeem the reward and it expired. They got rid of my favorite thing anyway so it doesn’t really matter anymore but when they had it all the issues made me not want to go. Edit: haven’t been back since they got rid of the pork option. It was so delicious, miss it so much.

Problematic “upgrade”. Every time I want to place an order, I have to delete the app and download it again. Otherwise, it can’t find my location, shows no order history, etc. Then it only works properly if I order right away. Once I go in and out of the app, the info is all screwed up again and I have to repeat the process every single time. It has been doing this for a few weeks, and it appears to coincide with the latest upgrade. It needs to be fixed, though.

Love Noodles & Co.. Only thing I don’t like about the app or actually more have to do with the point system is that points shouldn’t have expire date. I know other food apps that have the rewards point system doesn’t have expiration dates on the the points u earn so for that I only gave it a 4 star.
