meh. The game isn’t terrible, but there are some parts that can get annoying after a while. first of all, i get games use ads to keep them free and just have micro transactions within it but there are seriously so many ads in this it’s ridiculous. play a mission, ad. come back to home screen, ad. open a crate, ad. change load out, ad. every time you switch to a different screen an ad pops up. second of all the multiplayer is extremely poorly made and just overall weird third of all continuing through the single player campaign is made unnecessarily difficult by having a system of energy that is used to go into missions, meaning if you have the slightest screw up there goes another 4 energy and you only have like 10. then there’s the unlocking of the next chapters in the campaign that requires certain amounts of stars that can be very hard to obtain again due to the energy system because of having to replay missions in bulk but not being able to. lastly the guidance into the game at first is really lacking, and i find myself confused a lot while trying to sort out classes and weapons and what currency does what and how to obtain objectives and learn how to use the controls. the graphics are nice and the gameplay that you can actually get to is fun but other than that it’s really annoying.

Absolute Crap for a Paid Version. I remember I was one of the early guys who bought the game when it was released and it was a decent 9.99 in the app store, I used to play it all the time, so much I have Veteran status in the game and what not, but well, what a disappointment this game is now, not only the thirst for upgrading and buying needless stuff is really annoying in the game, it stopped me 8 times with ads before playing an actual game and obviously they want to push us users to buy the release of this annoyance. I think its unfair to the customers and the community that first supported gameloft, put in their money for the full version and now they offer this raggedy whorish version of the app. This company really struggles to deliver quality. This game feels like the free aps in the appstore full of crap adverts which makes it unbearable to play. You are really losing your fans gameloft I’ll rather play PUBG where there are no ads and almost no popups with a decent offers and I dont even have to pay a dime to have fun, so long gameloft!

It’s been a few years and…. Its been a while since the last time ive played this game and i see that they still update it and while that’s great theres still the battle royale aspect which is still in beta. Now while that may seem like they are working on it, it has been a few years that its been in development. I think personally they should either finish it or get rid of it and maybe even do a whole remodeling of the game’s graphics which would be dope since theres so many more things you can do on a phone graphics wise now adays. Its a good game but has way too many flaws and should be redone cause it had an amazing campaign. Also this game is pretty much a pay to win kind of game since your armor determines how well you hold up against everyone and since its an old game everyone has the best armor in the game so your stuck playing the campaign till your weapons are decent enough to keep you alive for at least one second.

Talal. DO NOT PURCHASE IN APP FEATURES!!!!!!!! I have been paying $12 for veteren feature for 8 years and past 2 months the power energy unlimited has not been added waisting 2 months payment on literally the same things and missing power feature. This is misleading purchase! spoke to customer support and they only send game points which is useless and cost for points is less than $1 but i have paid for full strength in game but they only credited for points which i dont use and only acknoledged 1 month payment. I have said this is the second month you have not given me the feature i paid for. All i ask now is refund the last 2 months payments and ill delete the app for good. This is waste of my time and every new player. Keep in mind the customer support are giving insufficient information as to why they cannot send the full features i paid for. The issue is. They receive the monthly payments on TIME BUT CANNOT GIVE BACK WHAT WE PAY FOR. REDICULUS. THIS IS LAST TIME I MESSAGED THEM AND THE LAST MESSAGE I WILL EVER REVIEW ON THIS GAME AND END OF ROAD FOR ME. Point algorithm is all wrong. I have had many convos with gameloft about the point system many players agree that to maintain diamond in multiplayer is nearly impossible. I have had Games where I had 17 kills and 3 deaths and got a negative 28 points!!! WHY????? There is and should not be any excuse for this. There are times in vip where there are only two vs two and I beat the vip 50-0 and have 9 kills and 0 deaths and then get -32 points!!!!! This needs to be fixed or ill def delete and quit the game!!! Another issue is the game quits in duel mid game I have good reception and or good WiFi it has happened over 20 times and each time if I were to finish duel at the most usually I get on 2 points to win but if I unexpectedly leave the game I lose 10 points I have lost over 200 points. I have deleted and reinstalled the game 9 times already. It’s sad that I let this bother me but all these issues are only a few that I gave to deal with. I want these issues to be fixed so that I can enjoy the game. Just like the game says before each start. “Keep calm and have fun this I just a game”. I don’t know how that is possible!! Later I’m SUPASTAR!!!!!

Glitches on iPhone 6s 2017. I have an IPhone 6S and well my phone runs buttery smooth even though I had it for almost 2 years. I keep my phones in great condition hardware and software wise but with each update of this game more issues become prevelant. I think this game is the best mobile game ever don’t get me wrong but why is it that this game never used to glitch or freeze up before and with the latest updates it cause problems like glitching out when I’m playing online which is quite annoying. I don’t want to upgrade my phone just to play a game so please fix this because my processor can more than handle this game it’s just bugs that you all need to sort out so please fix it. Reply to developer: I reinstalled the app and it still seems to stutter a bit sometimes and this is still quite annoying especially when I’m playing online. I still love this game but please tell me another way to try and fix this or update the app please.

Good game... kinda.... Don’t get me wrong, I love this game, but I think the game could be better. Like with the energy cells, what I mean by energy cells is the bar on the top screen were it tells you your energy level when it’s full or low. So when you play each mission, your energy runs low and you can’t play UNLESS you wait for the bar to fill. Now, I understand that the game needs this so the story itself won’t be old from the short missions and it won’t be a quick game. But I think it’s just a waste. Maybe make more missions or just longer that would make the story more interesting and understandable. It doesn’t mean it’s a bad game. It’s a very good game especially for mobile phones from 2015. But it’s a good game. The guns are good, and the way you can customize your character and weapons are awesome. Other than that, I have nothing else to say about this game.

Don’t update.. New update is messing with everything. Some guns fire slower and your hits don’t always register. Me and another player were shooting each other, NOT MOVING, for like 30 seconds and neither of us were taking ANY damage. Finally his shot registered and killed me but nothing else worked. Point system is all wrong. Capture the flag for instance, one match I played I killed the most on my team and we won the game! All I got was 3 points. It is based off the kills of the other enemy as well. If someone on the other team kills more than you, you could even get negative points even if you win and are top team player. Not based much on weather you win or capture the enemies flag or support a team mate that has it. Last man standing kills should be huge! If that player wins you the game after he or she is the last alive! Those should be never awarded negative points. Never! Worst feeling in game. Beat it for your team and still get points deducted. I get it’s based on player matching but it’s more than that too. You should never see those points. It should be behind the scenes.

Modern combat 5. This game was one of my favorite games to play. But now it’s getting to be one of the worst games. The biggest issue that I’m seeing is that you don’t earn enough coins when playing in team plays or any other games. Now the biggest problem is that my WiFi sign at the top of the page goes red and they can kill you but you can’t kill them. I was being told that it was my WiFi but it’s not I had my internet company come out to look over everything and nothing is wrong I’m getting 100 mbps so no problem there. So it’s the game...... so when that happens you have to stop the game and clear it out and then restart another game and lose any coins that you could have earned. Fix the game or take it down..................... over a month later and another update and update to the game and still have the same problem. Your WiFi symbol at the top of the screen goes red and you can’t kill anyone but they can still kill you. Now after the update every time I try to play the game and it brings the app up it tells me to update the game and it’s already been updated. This game is a piece of junk and if they don’t get their crap together I’m going to delete. Other than that the game is a really fun game just not when all the failure starts happening and you have to lose the game you started.

It’s unfair. Ok the title maybe make me look like a crybaby but it’s true the game is just unfair in a lot of ways like there is a energy bar witch runs out so fast you can only play like 2 rounds of the campaign Then you can only play the multiplayer witch I don’t like it needs a lot of work all I play is the campaign and I think I’m on one of the last missions right and it’s supposed to hard but you have to clear rooms by opening then door then throwing a flash bang in then it’s all slow motion like the modern warfare games but the last one you have to do is just dumb you have to try’s and there is a guy wit a bomb on him you have to shoot him before he detonates the bomb and you have to hip fire it because the game aiming is so delayed when you go in slow motion because even shooting him in the head after you aim you fail the mission even hip firing is hard the aiming is to slow and some of the missions are to easy and some of them are way to hard the only thing that makes the game good is of course the graphics some of the best I have ever seen in a game I also play cod mobile so that’s another reason why I don’t like the multiplayer and there is so many things good and bad in the game

Good gameplay but campaign could use work. I have played Gameloft’s games since the original modern combat and they get better every game, but MC5’s campaign was a bit disappointing, in the fact that to move on you had to do multiple spec ops missions that sort of waste time. Another aspect I don’t like is the fact it requires WiFi or data to play. One of the things I found so great about the past MC franchise games was they were FPS games that could be played anywhere and their campaigns had great replayability. I like the more classic linear style of the older games. Overall, as a veteran player of these games, I like the old style much more. And maybe in the next version of this or even NOVA, introduce a difficulty system like Call of Duty or Halo. And DO NOT REQUIRE WIFI TO PLAY! Otherwise, it’s an awesome game. And maybe try an open world multiplayer? I may be asking a lot but I consider Gameloft one of the best developers and I know they can do that. WiFi is good for multiplayer, but not the campaign. And also introduce an air combat mission? Love the series, keep up the great work!

I’m glowing like a neon light for the opposing team. I have asked repeatedly for you to find out why are glow in the dark in this game my guy is marked in this game and I have seen more than once the score bored go to 59 to 51 and flip back to 50 to 32 ,Blatantly showing me that they are there in the game controlling it having their way with everything that happens like we are toys for their pleasure like gladiator warsWhom ever it is has made it very clear that they have a real problem with me and enjoy making my game stuff for which I play to play win or loseDoes it matter so much because I love the game but to be manhandled and buggered does bother me I see people walking in the air walking into the ground hiding inside of solid objectsAnd sliding glitching not running no legs moving arms bent crazy blue sky death and everything else you could imagine,, please could you just look into this so I can give you a five star rating again side Mr. I have thousands of dollars in your game

Very money-based. I have been playing this game for a few years, and I have to say, it’s become a pay to win game. They introduced a lot of new weapons, that don’t even fit with the tactical theme such as Laser guns and quantum beam weapons, you name it. They also introduced T5 armor, which can only be obtained through buying a massive amount of packs through a given time frame, that is hard to accomplish without money. In the upper leagues, you play against people who flush out their wallets to obtain extremely overpowered loadouts, giving you no chance against them without having to pay for IAPs. It used to be a good old-fashioned gunfight, with actual bullets. Now, it’s a sci-fi battleground with air strikes landing constantly and laser-guns blasting everywhere. MC5 has outstanding graphics, but it’s definitely not the Modern Combat it used to be.

Great game pay to win ruins it. I love this game. But it has slowly gotten worse. With every update they milk more money out of the player. You can avoid this with lots of grinding and watching ads. I’ve been playing this game for a few years but with every year that passes the more expensive it is to get good gear. When I first got this game I said I wouldn’t buy anything but now I’ve spent about 35$ on the game. It’s to hard to get good gear with out spending money in the game and the good gear is op and almost impossible to beat if you are just starting the game. I feel like they should cut the time that it takes to buy blue prints in haft but keep the time that it takes to buy armor the same. That’s just something that I think would make the game much more fun and enjoyable for players that just started and wouldn’t make it to easy to get op gear. Other then the pay to win aspects of the game it’s a totally amazing game. If not for the pay to win then this game would be a perfect 5/5 stars this the best mobile games I’ve ever played. If you want to avoid spending money on the game your going to have to put endless hours of grinding into the game.

(Nose exhale) seriously?!. Ok, dont get me wrong this is a fun game i like playing but its insane how pay to win it is. Whenever im in the home screen and trying to play a mission it bombards me with in app purchases. Most are just for a mask and a trinket and are called “ unbelievable offer!” These are two dollars! And don’t get me started on the unlocking new weapons. Each chest fir special characters is 80 credits and it gives you fiveteen every day just enough to revive yourself in campaign and you always get horrible weapons in the chests and it donsent even give you the weapon it just gives you the bluprint witch you need like 30 of to get one weapon and it only gives you one! Then theres the multiplayer. Its impossible to win in multiplayer becuase all your opponents go buy the heavily advertised 100 dollar packs and have the verr power weapon which just one hits you and has infinite ammo and is a continues stream of laser. After a while you are just angry and bored with the game. Just don’t install the game. Please fix these things though MC5.

Why is it pat to win and why am I getting put on lobbies with tier 150 people. First off every online game I play it is a bunch of tier 1 to 50 people on my team with basic guns and on the otter team there are the sweaty people who spend money on this game (tier 150) with maelstroms and duel wield uzis and all that, it is like the COD idea if you don’t buy a pack they will put you in a group with the people who didn’t buy it and you are against people who have it maxed out. Can you please update the ads too, I watch the ad and and after the ad is done it says that the transaction could not be completed 75% of the time. Could you guys mix up the teams a bit more and fix ads. (Don’t put so many in your game they lag a lot (I am talking like my brand new iPhone XR) love the game otherwise except I couldn’t recover my old account with all the stuff I played more than 300 hours grinding out ads and playing matches in Canals the old map (Ps I love you guys this game is old but looks so amazing!!!!😊)

My favorite app. I love this game. The multiplayer part is obviously the main focus of the game. It is however beyond me why it is online only. The Story mode is single player only. So why on earth make this game online only. At least put an offline practice mode as an option. AI skirmish. Also, would be cool to add more Melee and Mobility options for the player. If another player activates a Melee kill, add a counter move. Such as a over the shoulder toss followed by an execution style head shot. But the countering player must tap the action icon quickly. This could also be used by Melee attackers. Far as mobility, slides, wall run climes on added higher platforms, back to the wall cover and such. I love this game, but again, a SINGLE PLAYER ONLINE STORY MODE DOSE NOT MAKE ANY SENSE. GET REAL PEOPLE!! I don't mind using my memory to have the offline option. I would hop up and down if this option come to be. NOT LYING! THANKS FOR A GREAT GAME. I WISH I WERE AS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TALENTED AS YOU GUYS. DON'T HOLD BACK, SHOW YOUR TALENT AS FAR AS YOU CAN TAKE IT, AND THEN SURPASS THAT.

Hate infiltrator. I love this game, everyday play and never get enough of it, how can u ruin such an amazing game by a badge called infiltrator! I believe either u don't play it, or if u do, u don't love it urself too. Cuz if u just play it once, u can see how infiltrator making the whole game ridiculously more ridiculous than ridiculous! I'm not saying these because I don't have it cuz I have many of that, but just don't use, because it's not fair to other players. I understand that u put such an update to increase your revenue but this approach would not get u anywhere because of the awful long term effects it would have. Come on guys u made enough money out of it now please admit it's a bad idea and remove it. I still love this game if you remove that crazy update and I'm sure plenty of guys out there are the same. Please please please do the right thing and give us our beautiful game back!

Please fix.... I love this game and have been playing for years but there are definitely some problems. First is weapon balance, the grinder, stacker, verr power and erg 10 need nerfs. Every game I join every single player has a prestige weapon, creating gun spam and unbalanced gameplay. Another problem is renting!!! So many people can become pay to win by purchasing credits and renting insanely op guns and armor. Now people in the bronze league have prestiges and other op guns. The game used to be a lot more fun when you had a prestige and would get 10 kills before the enemy would figure out a way to counter your strength, that was a part I particularly enjoyed because it changed the way people played which creates more opportunity for new or veteran players.

Great game! Huge disappointment!. Really wanted to give 5 stars but since they sold out and followed the greedy trend just 2. I’ve been a fan of Modern combat since I found it a few years back. It was unbelievable how great the game was if not better then COD! But now with MC5 you have to spend $$$ to advance. Worst route any company can do! You lose more $$$ then you make. Now a days it seems like people are trying to make gaming as bad and as addictive as gambling! I refuse to play games like this, sure the games are great except the fact the game is scamming / hustling me to keep playing and spend money. I’d rather just buy $1-$10 game the gameplay is always better. I get the company is trying to make $$$ but there’s good / smart ways and dumb / greedy ways like this! Make more games, take better care of your employees so there cost of living is low and you can pay them lower wages. Invest in the right resources so your over head is low. And don’t be greedy, greedy people and companies lose more money then they make! The biggest class is the poor so why screw them? Take care of them and they will take care of you, win, win.

No sound, please help!!. So I just started playing this game a few hours ago, I normally don’t write reviews but I will for this game because i actually need to. The game itself is great, its everything you’d expect in a gameloft FPS. amazing graphics, sound, and the player experience is great. Crisp controls and all around fun to play. But….THIS IS WHY I’M WRITING THIS REWIEW, sorry for the all caps. I just did that to get the devs to notice. Every time I have to watch an ad the game bugs out and I lose sound. When the ad is over and I return to the game the sound is completely gone. I’ve tried minimizing the screen and getting the game to reload that way rather than having to log all the way out and back in but nothing. I can’t get the sound back until I do just that. Having to log out and back in after every ad is very frustrating and will make players quit very quickly. I even spent $1.99 to stop the ad’s but I still want o be able to watch the ad’s after each mission to double my EXP. PLEASE HELP!! I want to continue playing because it is actually a really fun game.

Coulda Had Potential. Fun game, reminiscent of the old IOS with its use of buggy and bulky controls and very cheesy graphics. No matter how fast your internet is or how new your phone is, you’ll never experience SMOOTH gameplay. The game itself has the outline of a mindless, time-killer game that you would maybe play in the doctors office. The inter grated multiplayer is the kicker though. people who have realized that this game is built strictly on a PAY-TO-PLAY(WIN) agenda leave the multiplayer useless for anyone not willing to pay up to $100 DOLLARS on a crate that is just a 50/50 chance of success. Leaving the honest kid on his phone bored and defeated because he doesn’t want to pay an outrageous price for a shooter that is 1:5 on the App Store. And boy, do they want you to see those advertisements! But not bad enough apparently because I have high tier internet, an iPhone XR, no problem streaming or performing on my phone, and yet their ads never want to load. I personally think they purposefully do it to get underspending users to pay more. OVERALL better options are on the App Store until Modern “Cashout” 5 attempts something better.

Some things need work. Dont get me wrong, the game is amazing and i like most of it. But one thing weong with it is the multiplayer. It really really needs work. The matching is the problem i think, everytime i play i end up with people with way way way better guns and armour than i have. I dont know what you can do with that but it would be great if you could fix that. One other thing about the campain though is that it requires a lot of mission stars to continue on. The thing i dont like about this is that it makes it very hard to keep going on in campiagn however, i do love the campaign story. I just hope you could fix some of the multiplayer issues. Overall an okay game its better than cod mobile because this has campaign and has cover mechanics and better story. This game could be better…

Gamble your money away. Not a fan of freemium games, I loved MC5 because of the perfection in the gaming graphics, stability and general performance, everything is top-notch and best for serious pocket gamers like I am. However it saddens me that after playing for months beating the odds and trying all means to acquire better armor, I realized I spent a lot of money and got nothing , I still cannot obtain the kind of amour I need because items are selected at random regardless of inventory duplicity, the item you get is random and most likely wont contain what you need or worthless diamond dust. Imagine spending $9.99 on some crate, you open 5 crates all content is 80% diamond dust and some 20% items you already have. I cant think of anything more defeating, like how much do I have to spend? I am deleting the game today.

The ruined their reputation game is trash. Bring back the originals.. This game use to be one of my favorite games. I bought this game when it first came out all the way till now. Feel like this game is not what it was attend to be. The originals had full story mode that where epic and fun. This game splices up the story so you can lvl up to unlock loot boxes and spend money on micro transactions. This is never what made the game fun. Plus why did I buy all your games in the past and yet you don’t update them to be played and access on the App Store. I’m sorry not really but your game isn’t good enough to for me to drop a single dollar on it. The game play is wack and the sound quality is trash. You guys took away the open world maps and diced up the game. I remember when you could use any weapon unlocked in the story mode now you have to unlock blueprints. Just like many of the great games add to the App Store in the past where taken down and now all that s left is mico transactions.

Awesome. This game is awesome don’t get me wrong it one thing that bothers me is that on multiplayer you can’t choose your game mode and map and then join a server with players that picked the same map and game mode that you did. On games like pixel gun and blitz brigade And battlefront one and two you can which makes them more popular Also it needs to be easier to get guns and to unlock classes otherwise for people like me who have those almost instant kill laser weapons that are almost impossible to get it will be just too easy and that’s another thing. Competition. So you have guys like me who get lucky and unlock an op weapon early on in the game and then those other people who get awful weapons. So for me I enjoy using lower tier weapons to challenge myself more. But for other players who aren’t as good they are having a difficult time leveling up. So please take away those op weapons and make the game more fun. Please take this into consideration. THX

Nerf the Marauder PLEASE!!. I love the game even though it seems pay to win. The rentals let me level up a lot faster. You get matched with people way out of your league but that’s not even what I’m writing this review for because it’s not worth complaining. Of all the shooters I’ve played console or mobile, never have I seen akimbo weapons capable of killing from across the map. Y’all need to nerf the accuracy by ALOT. It’s no reason for me to die by akimbos from across the map. It makes the marauders too versatile. Shotguns and smg are CQC, snipers and ARs are medium to long range. Then you have the marauder who’s deadly at close range and not much less of a threat from sniping distance. It doesn’t make any sense, hence you hip firing akimbo weapons keeping you from ADS and having better accuracy down field. It’s enough to make me blog about if nothing changes.

Five Star Rating!!!. In a general picture I would rate “MC5” four stars. But, it is better than any other gun game I can find on an iOS device. The game features realistic features that are found in Xbox gameplay and computer graphics, which I think is stunning! Also, the gameplay is insane! It is so much fun to kill and die, revive and fight! Though, I will also tell you why I would rate this a four star rating. The reason behind this is because the prices they charge for i game currencies are just a little to much. Since it’s not a big yt game like Fortnite and creative destruction no one is willing to drop 100$ for their currency. Some people are, but not everybody. Overall this is s great game, especially if you don’t think you will be spending any money on it. ✌🏻

Why so many haters??. Personally, the best FPS game in the App Store. I don’t see how anyone can’t love this game. It runs perfectly, plays smoothly, controls are easily adaptable and controllable, plenty of characters to fit you’re tactical needs— seriously, the developers need a big reward. They weren’t lowing when they said it takes the best from COD. Just one easily fixable issue: the knife button is tricky to control. Because you have to be a certain distance and direction for it to work, knifing is one of the hardest things to do in-game. A suggestion would be to enable knifing all the time like any other control, but you still have to be a certain distance and direction for it to work. It would make it way more controllable and easy to handle instead of getting blasted by a shotgun once they realize you were trying to knife them. Keep it up and try introducing some new characters you can have through leveling up (or buying... be sure to mention what level). Also try new combinations of weapons and abilities for the new characters. Thanks for reading.

What?. Ok I haven’t played this game in a long time so I wanted to go back to it. I’ll start with the good things, first off this game has good graphics and an awesome experience easy controls and much more, now the bad things, the adds! THEY ARE SO ANNOYING 1 pops up every single second of every single minute! Now the matchmaking, it’s not normal it makes me play with people that have MK6,7, and 8 guns that’s just unfair and stupid! Now the fact that this game is pay to win, game loft is hungry for money! And this much 3 dollars 💵 5 dollars that doesn’t seem bad right well prices like that only give you MK5,3,and 4 weapons which are guns that are in the middle but not bad and the player base has more pay to win players then free to play players which is another flaw with the matchmaking and so many crazy people play this game! Honestly this game will be dead sooner or later oh I forgot that the campaign is hard and boring and stupid! Game loft has an awesome game lose its fun factor over time so bye and switch to COD mobile if your free to play.

Suggestion on what to add for characters 👍. Awesome game. It's like Call of Duty on the go. The graphics and gameplay were flawless. Nice work Gameloft. I would like to add a few suggestions on your next update by the way regarding the characters. I would like to add a customization option to have your character without a shirt. It would look cool in battles and it'll be interesting to have. On the customization options, you could have the Arms labeled "Sleeveless," which will have the character displayed without a shirt, but still equipped with their current Armor. And for the Armor section, you can have that labeled "bare chest," with the character having no armor or shirt. It would be awesome for me and everyone else, if they're interested, if it's included in the game. Thank you for your time Gameloft, and keep up the good work! :)

Okay… so far. Well I downloaded last night while I was high, looking though my I find this game. I load in, didn’t take long to get to gameplay. Am really happy about that! Graphics are nice shooting looks ok for now, I’m more interested in the fact that, Suppressing the terrorist attack, Killing the terrorist leader and Destroying the helicopter is only 50Xp. Now I don’t know about you guys but the Risk vs Reward isn’t too appealing to me, but I could still be in the tutorial. I’ve only played for 5 seconds so we’ll see how it goes! We’ll just destroyed the helicopter I feel like it took too many bullets for 50XP pretty bogus if you ask me. In the next scene there’s a smoking hot babe so that’s pretty cool! Furthermore the pause on this game is astonishing🥴 Tooo many pop up ads, after every single time I look at my weapon? Every single time?

Fun game, lots of bugs recently. I really enjoy the game and the multi-player gameplay. It’s what keeps me coming back every day. I’m not always sure how the algorithm works to match players of different levels in multi-player mode. I’ve been supremely frustrated playing against players in Diamond League when I’m not at that skill level. The latest updates over the last few weeks have been very buggy overall and especially in multi-player mode. Using the SteelSeries Nimbus controller and even when I’ve disconnected the controller, I’ve had issues where: 1) I cannot aim down the sights in multi-player mode; 2) I’ve lost the ability to move around in multi-player mode, I can only move the view; 3) the video playback fails when I try to watch to obtain new boxes (combat, weapons, bounty, marauder) so I cannot receive new blueprints for free; 4) the app will crash and close occasionally during gameplay in multi-player mode. Please review and fix the bugs to make the game more stable.

Great game. I would like to say that you guys did a fantastic job making this game. I hope you will make a Modern Combat 6 in the future. My only complaint is I wish it wasn’t so pay to win. I understand that you guys have to make money and I have bought something from you because I think it was a good enough game to be worth my money. However, you guys really seem to be greedy. You took the random crates concept from Activision and Treyarch. Look at how much fall back they have received because of it. They have greatly annoyed their fan base. Please do not make their mistake. Gameloft is much better that Activision and Treyarch ever will be. Please take my advice and chill out on the iaps. I would be much more willing to pay a reasonable amount ONCE that allows all of the characters and skins to be unlocked. Overall great game, just don’t become Activision or Treyarch.

Great until.... It’s was a great game. Yea everyone has their complaints. Marauder paragon blah blah blah. Not me. When I got word about the zombie addition I was excited. Something like call of duty. Not really (but it should be) you should have waves, (like you do) but have a minute or two between. (Like call of duty) the idea is there from you guys. Still love the game. But this update wasn’t totally ready to be released to the world. Major disconnects from servers. Soldiers league and battle royale. You guys should have given it to like top 15 squads to see how it was. Essentially a beta version. But I get it. Want to push an update out to keep players interested. On a side note, don’t listen to the babies who whine about a certain gun, class, etc. want to see what’s good, bad, and where improvements can be made? Send every player a survey in game and give a “present” as a result for doing the survey. And no, I’m not some noobie at this game. I have all but three prestige guns unlocked and am level 103.

Game is disappointing. This game of what I've seen from senior players is that this game was great, BACK THEN. Now it's just a garbage game that I never play anymore, sure it rewards people on ranked multiplayer, but you have to have an insane K/D, somewhere around 5-6 K/D. Also it rewards people when buying stuff, which I can get but when it rewards people TOO much for buying their in-game currency, it gets really unfair. Also I think the prestige weapons are too overpowered, firstly it can wipe through any kind of armor like it's butter which I hate, secondly they have insane stats for what they are, All I want is to make this game good again when Gameloft was making incredible games. But for now I just have to live with this game being terrible, as you can see from the title, you don't "The Multiplayer eSports Game" you just see Modern Combat 5, that's it, which shows a sign that eSports isn't a thing now for MC5, it was almost 2 years ago, now they don't even do eSports, that's a big enough sign on it's own. This game just isn't fun for me anymore, until then I'll just be playing other games like Lineage 2: Revolution.

Mainly a Nintendo switch problem.. Lemme start off by saying that i used to LOVE this game. At the time it was pretty much one of the only good FPS’s on the app store at the time. I dont mind in game purchases that much, just as long as i have fun. Campaign great. Multiplayer is alright. Battle royale is great to. But time and time again it can get a little boring after a while. One of the main reasons why was when i bought the game on my switch. One thing already, its $20 for a free game on phone. Gameloft does not update the switch version, meaning it gets really boring after a while. No horde mode, no battle royale. Just multiplayer and campaign. And on the switch the fps and graphics are dumbed down alot. This discouraged me to play the game at all even on my phone. Then I finally decided to re-download mc5 on my phone. I realized how much more it has than switch. All i ask is a little more performance on the switch. I am okay with playing on my phone, but playing a game like this on my switch will be amazing. There is a few things you would have to update on switch. 1. When you run, the camera should not zoom in that far. 2. Fps is crazy and all over the place. And then 3. Other game modes, and updates regularly. Great game, just please update the switch version more. I would like to read your response.

Horrible. Update. Finally a update and none of the complaints have been addressed. All glitching is still present. Even more so now. Game still unbalanced. Apple Watch support removed. Takes longer to load. Smh Pathetic... This game is the worst modern combat ever. Completely unbalanced. Way too many hackers. Non of the complaints by the users are even being acknowledged. It makes no sense why the game is multiplayer only on wifi when my lte speeds are faster than most wifi networks. And the constant disconnects from the network keep wasting my energy to prevent me from playing the game. The ads between every screen are soo annoying. They knock u out to he app then u have to go back with means the app has to reload to then be bombarded with more ads. No I don't wanna play forza or see it every time I'm switching the screen. It's not even a iOS game so stop spamming me with it. When will they realize this makes people not want to have anything to do with whatever they're trying to advertise. It takes way too long to get any decent weapon to compete with all the hackers. All in all this game is being deleted. No one even plays this crap any more. Done.

Glitches not being fixed. I love this game. I bought it long ago when it was for sale and have been playing it for years! The problems though are not being fixed. 1. Reporting a player for hacking should not be as time consuming as it is. When you playing multiplayer matches, the only way to report is when the match is over and you have the time that’s counting down to the next match to select who hacked, what category, and write a description. Maybe just leave it at the category. There are usually always multiple hackers and you only get to report one by the time the time runs out. 2. I’m playing on an iPad mini 4th gen and each time I log on I have to switch the subtitles in setting to on or off so the audio will work. Same for each and every match I play. The newest update though, when I do that, the button for return to game disappears so I can’t get back to the game. It’s been like this for months. Please fix it. Thank you for trying a new mode and bigger map. I’m getting excited!

Glitching after freemium update!. I unlocked the "7h" grenade launcher through a supply drop and it shows an exclamation mark on the regular AND pro versions but when I click on them they say LOCKED, also it told me all of my assault PRO guns were unlocked but when I click on them they say LOCKED. My game name is "#TF-GoodSteam" please help! I am a "veteran" now also. You guys totally ruined this game. The freemium update was a slap in the face to all the people who bought the game. The “rewards” never even loaded on my account and I never received any help. All the sci-fi stuff just doesn’t fit. This is a war shooter, not halo! Also the battle royal map feels so rushed. Super empty and just boring. Hope you guys go back to a premium game if MC6 ever comes out. Unlikely though since MCVS is still freemium. At least take a page from COD Mobile. The movement and gun play is so much smoother feeling and just overall WAY better than this. I recently redownloaded the game to see how it was and after 2 games deleted it again. Just play COD Mobile for your FPS fix!

My second review(So far...). Okay, so first if all, this game isn’t really bad. There’s nice graphics, and it’s a pretty good shooter for a mobile game. But, Gameloft is greedy, and that ruins the fun. For example, I was saving up for a really cool bundle. But as I progressed in the game it got harder. I replayed one level 20 times before I passed it, and I spent credits cause I got so fired up about it. At one point I slammed my iPhone on the floor, point being that the game is literally set up so that it’s all a trap they want you to spend money because they’re a bunch of greedy hogs. The harder the game gets, the more angry you get at the game, the more money you spend, on credits for a full recharge of energy, just for the whole thing to happen again. If I don’t see improvements soon I’m taking the game off my phone. Another thing, ads. I’ve never seen so many ads in one game. Every time one goes away, another comes up. Ads are another way they get money, and that’s why they want to jack it up with them. So they get money! Games like clash of clans make twice as much money as you because they don’t make players rage on there phones and spend like $60+ on stupid credits. But, I’m gonna be fair, and if you ask me on gameplay and graphics or even ease of controls I’d give it a 4 out of 5.

Kinda Pay-to-win (please tweak). This game isn’t bad by any means, The gameplay is fun, and the graphics are fairly good for an iOS game, however, it shoves to many ads in your face and it try’s to get you to purchase too many things to improve your gameplay. Yes, you can earn most of the things in the shop however if you buy them it won’t take anywhere near as long. That is where this game is flawed, it’s too pushy about wanting you to buy things so you can progress faster, for example I’ve played this game for about an hour and already I’ve had eight ads wanting me to watch a video so I can earn a special currency to quickly progress through the game to buy new weapons, Skins, helmets, etc. All I think, is that you shouldn’t pollute your game with ads and other things that just want you to spend money, please don’t ruin your game with a pay to win agenda. Once again, I love this game it has easily become one of my favorites and I don’t want to delete it because it gets too annoying and frustrating from ad after ad.

Go back to old MC5 PLZ. back then I used to love this game when I was like 10 years old u would easily have grind time the next gun with do instead of blueprints which are annoying to get since it’s just a pay to win game and have to grind all ur money away to get this prestige gun thats really rare and a lot people use. The one other thing is just plz just plz fix some gun like the shotgun turret that shoots u like 60meters away and takes away 25 hp away from you and not just give this oooh cool gold skin bec a lot of turret class people like to use this turret. Just instead of making ooh cool zombie events or selling gold skins or jades just fix the game instead. Also one other big gun to fix is the severance shotgun for the love of god it’s way too OP like the reload speed is way to quick when it has 14 bullets and the fire rate just please turn it down just a bit. One other problem that u might not notice to is maybe the rank. Like when I’m in diamond league there’s sometimes bronze or silver people in my game that are level 10 that are just starting the game and it’s not rare at all I’ve seen it like 5 times in 10 rounds in total. Like I’ve tried to switch to codmobile but it’s kinda the same but there putting to many updates in that some of the guns are too over powered. All would I ask for is just to put the guns like MCV where u would grind for a gun or class maybe I’m not trying to sound angry but just fix some issues and not just pay to win stuff instead.

Really fun!. The problem I have is that some players are really good and some players can’t be killed and they kill twice as fast. I can tell now because I have every gun and all armor including paragon. These players, when I finally kill them I get a bonus for killing bounty hunter class when they are everything but bounty. A lot of them are tier one or 2 armor and a prestige weapon or visa versa it started to happen a lot after the update that stopped using diamond dust to rent weapons. Also, the vice!! U changed it to semi auto and now the gun is useless there is no reason to use it when dread eye is same but so much more powerful. Both of those reasons and more are why I have cut back on playing mc5 about 75%. By the way it’s not pay to win anymore I have to have crazy skills now since weapon balancing, which is pretty fair for the most part now.

They ruined their own product. This game used to be awesome. The multiplayer mode, especially, has been unparalleled on a mobile platform. Something has happened to the structure of the game in recent times, I assume, as a result of growing pressure to make more revenue from the game by showing ads. Personally, I have no problem with ads. Even double the amount of ads would be fine for me — if it wasn’t for the way they’re currently doing it. Currently, there are eleven classes (i.e. Recon, Assault, Sniper...) you can choose from, one of which is so overwhelmingly more powerful compared to the others, that if you ever want to score and collect any points in a multiplayer match, you are virtually forced to use this particular class. This class is called Marauder, and its only purpose is to run fast and shoot around mindlessly. So — now everyone’s running fast shooting around mindlessly. The matches become chaotic, as zero strategy or skill is needed to gain points. The most entertaining and interesting matches are usually those that last for the maximum duration of six minutes. That barely ever happens any more. And this brings me to my point. Most apparently this very spammy class is there to make the match cycle shorter and therefore enable the developer to show more ads. Correct me if I’m wrong. I absolutely detest this. I would happily pay to play this game. The developer is actively destroying their own thing.

What the hell?!. I used to love this game. It was really fun and I got to play with different people from all around the world. But the ads. I do not mind the ads, but it gets annoying when the ads either buffer for so long, or they suddenly go back like 5 seconds , so I’m essentially watching the same ad for over double the amount of time. If I spend double the time watching the same ad, I should get double the rewards. There are also incidences when you watch ads for rewards and it states that your connection was low so you cannot watch the ad. If they are going to guarantee you a reward for watching an ad, you cannot simply not provide an ad for the player to watch. This sort of problem needs to be fixed. I sure hope an update will come soon because I just don’t get the rewards I want when I do what’s asked. Also, the beta version of Battle Royale was really fun, but for some reason, after they updated the app, the game just stoped working. It seems to be on an endless loop of loading. How could this sort of thing happen, if you just recently updated an app that is supposed to fix bug issues or just simply maintenance. Anyway, I hope this kind of problem is solved soon, otherwise this would be a really crappy game.

Terrible game because of the terrible gunfights and body armor. This game has to have the worst gunfights in FPS history. You would shoot guys, unload so many shots into them without knowing you were even there, and you get demolished in one or two shots. The Time to Kill in this game is the worst I have ever seen. You shoot guys first and you die first. What a horrible balance to this garbage game. You could tell they didn’t bother fixing this game. To make matters worse, they decided to put body armor in this game. For starters the Time to Kill is already bad enough but they decided to put “body armor”?!!? What were you even thinking about that!?!? This game is a big mess. It’s that unplayable and I can see why people have left this game a long time ago. But this game is a complete joke to shooter games. The Time to Kill is garbage. Body armor makes it even worse. And “shoot first, die first” is in this game 24/7. So if I were any of you, I’d steer clear from this game.

Bring it back!. This is a great game. I am not gonna lie. It gets a little bit repetitive when you don’t have any new missions to do, but it is a VERY exciting game, but this is more of a request, and it is not about this game. It is about Modern Combat 3. I know it is older and the graphics aren’t as realistic, but I have loved that one for years. It was my second favorite mobile app ever for a long time (when I was crazy into cars), but then, one day... “Modern Combat 3 cannot be played until updated.” I deleted it to make room for new apps even though I didn’t want to. I tried to get it back one day, and to my surprise, I couldn’t find it anywhere! I don’t know what it is, but there was something about the game that I just loved so much. So if it is possible, please bring that game back. I want more mobile military games with an actual campaign, and that game almost always comes to mind. Modern Combat 5 is still good though. It’s a great game, but I also want to go back to the good ol’ days. Thanks for reading this review!

Great game if you have Veteran status. I thoroughly enjoy this game since the beginning of its release. One of its appeals is that it is at least somewhat rooted in reality. However, I probably wouldn’t enjoy it as much if I had to start from scratch today. It would take so much money today to get what I have earned through game playing. Although I’m not in the top league I can still hold my own against reasonably good players. The team battle in multiplayer mode is excellent. I am however not a fan of the fancy new experimental weapons that has no basis in reality. They simply detract from otherwise great gameplay. My recommendation is to add a three team mode where they battle each other. Also add some more realism by enabling friendly fire. Lastly, please get rid of that left side firing button on the HUD. It didn’t used to be there, I never use it, and it’s distracting.

Load of fun. This game has great graphics for a mobile game and plays a lot like one you would get on a console. The story is interesting and multiplayer is a load of fun. I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys playing FPS games.

Upload. For last two days i am unable change class players,stuck on same player and cant even switch guns,grenades and armors. Very disappointed

3 things. 1 it would be cool to see a wave survival mode where 1-4 people have to defend against waves of npcs and survive as long as they can 2 the game keeps grouping me with lvl 90 and above players and I’m only lvl 55 I keep getting killed and losing 3 or a gun game mode And I am 3 stars away from the next chapter and the stars for the missions the stars are to hard to get and I can’t do multiplayer once I did get enough explosive kills but that was in casual mode so it did not count towards the star Can you make it so it does

Good game, has faults.. Overall this is one of the best FPS games on mobile. One suggestion is that you should lean so you can peek, and the other major thing is that multiplayer is too messed up. I’m only like level 20 and playing teambattle after redownloading and my team gets destroyed by level 140 players with all this good gear. I’m only in silver league and there are these pros winning 50 kills to 10. Please fix this.

I like the game but.... It always takes so long in the loading screens and it’s not because of my internet cuz I know my internet is fast, but if you could fix the loading screens for me, that would be great, if you don’t then I don’t wanna bother purchase items cuz that would be pointless and boring, cuz I have to wait at least 3 mins in every loading screens

Not Enjoyable ATM. I used to love this game soooo much, I left it for a bit, come back and now I'm playing in silver league as a level 30 against level 120 players in platinum league with over 120 health, strong armour and guns that kill me instantly, I can't even get kills anymore because I spawn with my little Tier 2 AR, shooting for 3 seconds before getting 1 shotted, every time. I would like to at least play against people in my league so that I can enjoy the game more. Still a great game though. Just PLEASE PLEASE Fix that. Make it so that people of the same level and league play against each other in ranked multiplayer. Thanks Gameloft.

Annoying Ads. The ads in Modern combat versus are extremely annoying because first of all they are way too many ads and secondly when i press the cross button to get rid of the Ads it doesn’t work but instead jumps me over to the App Store.

Ideas. 1. If you’re running out of ideas and maps how about making a map from the campaign? 2. Also can you add a mode where you can co-op with other players in a seperate campaign? 3. An endless mode where there are constantly waves of enemies coming at you. Your teammates ( maybe 3) have to survive and watch each other’s backs. Each wave you get rewards and it gets more difficult. Keep up the good work

L.I.E.S. I have downloaded this game, and every time I attempt to play it would say ‘Failed to connect! Please check your Internet connection and try again.’ which is FALSE. My wifi has been working perfectly! I turned off my internet connection for a couple of minutes and it repeats the same cra* over and over. You may be thinking that I have a weak wifi connection, but no my router and antenna are fine. I would appreciate if somebody could give me a guide.

Fun, but 3D Touch needed!!!!!. More modes in the next update like search and destroy or people verse computer where players online work together to defeat a boss are what players of this game would like to see. Most importantly 3D Touch should be utilised! It would be a great feature to the game. In addition why have the energy bar? Don't u want more people to be playing in the multiplayer gameloft? The bounty hunter class is definitely not overpowered at all and is not easy to use. Furthermore the abilities of the class are simply getting diamonds so not overpowered at all guys if u actually try it out. Nevertheless, MC5 is one of gameloft's best performing app. Keep the good updates going guys! Keep the good works up team UPDATE: Game is now unplayable and beaten by games like cod and pubg

You know my data if it still saved please take the data out so it can be fair like if we finished the whole story and we deleted the game please remove our data ya and make it like a other story mode like our data ya is not saved like we used to have stars in the game but now I want to remove it by getting the data not saved, please do that! :)

Hi. A few years ago I played this game and I loved it and destroyed enemies, but after revisiting mc5 I really feel like it needs a bit of improvement. The game is pay to win and grind,people with money can get armour that gives them extra health or op guns which gives them an unfair advantage. Some of the guns are way too weak like the tier 7 assault weapon which deals 20 damage at most(with the muzzle thingy) should be buffed a bit and that makes the grind not worth it. The controls are a bit too stiff as well, bullet force’s controls feels really good but in this game it just feels... bad. Even with the sensitivity up The campaign mode is also pretty bad, the star system, makes it boring and repetitive and slow. Basically u have to grind or pay to have any fun in this game.

Please Fix These Problems Before I Can Give 5 Stars. This is a really annoying/ triggering but this more of a passive aggressive review. Please fix these to the best of your ability. First of all; it takes so long to download my cousin asked me to download it at his house i was downloading it and 2 hours later it was not even half way! I went home that day and it took another hour to finish downloading. Second of all; after the long download i tried to play i completed a single level and it was super fun but to be honest i more planned on playing multiplayer after 3 hours of downloading it was stuck at 100%.I got mad so i decided to play single player/campaign and it was not loading for 1/2 an hour it was just stuck. Third of all; i deleted and tried downloading it again (big mistake). It took 1 hour and it was 1/9th downloaded so it was downloading overnight and i woke up to it being 8/9th downloaded and 30 mins later it was finished. Everything was going normal but when i was forced to open the military crate (forgot what it was called) and it kept freezing. Extra detail; I tried this game on my iPhone 7+ 256gb and i only used 20gb of my storage and whenever an error occurred i kept trying to restart my phone and i kept swiping it out of my phone memory and it was still not even working. INFECTED WITH HACKERS!!!. I remember playing this game back in 2015 when it was the best game back then, nice graphics for 2015 but now everything has changed, micro transactions conquering the whole experience. And there’s even players cheating like using hacking clients or hacked versions which can give them unlimited ammo and invincibility or wall hacking like in counter strike. Overall good game, graphics are good and campaign is one the best in a video game, but literally half of the player base can spin faster than helicopters.(can be fixed with skill based matchemaking) hope the devs fix these issues soon :)

Pay to win. DO NOT download unless you have a heap of cash you’d like to donate to game developers. Games like PUBG mobile don’t sell power or advantages which attracts quality gamers. Pay to win games are full of big ego’s with big wallets but very little skill. Shame really, ruined other up & coming games like Warfriends & Battle Bay that had rapidly growing community’s until wallet warriors drop tens of thousands (some over 100k) just for bragging rights, so don’t think a few hundred will help.

Horrible!. Graphics are great, you can tell what this game was meant to be but it didn’t turn out very well. Movement is flawed when trying to aiming is delayed, moving forward, back and side to side causes the avatar to flip out and looking in all directions. And the connection is TERRIBLE! During the campaign every 10 seconds it disconnects and you either have to start all over again or have to wait for the connect to regain. This app is not worth downloading - complete waste of time. I’m yet to finish a multiplayer match because the connection keeps dropping!

Please fix this!!!. Ok we get it this game is fully based on pay to win I recently just started and I’m in the silver league and for what ever frickin reason I run into people using like grinders and just killing my team they always have the best load out and max gear and I’m sitting there hopeless using the O.L.I for x1 morph doing literally 3% of there health from one full mag. So I strongly encourage you guys to just maybe balance your in app purchases or just fix the match making and make it damage and kills Instead of rank cause it’s really ruining the game.

I love mc5. It’s a great game but the reason why I rated 4 is because it keeps glitching so it’s hard to play and I never get anything only gems and there pretty useless I’m never getting any credits which is making it really hard to get good stuff witch makes it really hard to win or kill poeple

Plz fix campaign and take out the electricity thingy. The game has good graphics and good maps but the campaign has a problem you get through the first few missions until the mission with those drones when your leaving and grab the grenade launcher you physically can’t survive because you only have like 6 grenades plz fix this

Played over 100hrs, lost everything. I played MC5 almost every day when I could, opening the free weapon cases, waiting for sales to spend my hard earned credits. Even unlocked almost all the prestige weapons. Then one day I got a new iPad. I couldn’t even get past the first loading screen without a connection error message. I tried redownloading multiple times, changing my Apple ID, and the game just didn’t work. I contacted customer support which just redirected me to a bot. I even spent money on the game, on credits, down the drain. Thanks, gameloft.

Pretty good could be better.. With a game with a cool campaign it’s pretty annoying to have to ace all of the levels like get 3 stars on a lot of them before you can unlock the next bit of the campaign, I just want to play the story don’t put me up against 20 year veterans in a multiplayer match just because stars, it’s not cool pls let me play campaign

Oh Yeh!!. Make additional levels - and how about access to inside ofnthe buildings - Awesome game. The thrill never stops and baby its time to lock and load. This game is a definite must buy and must play or should I say shoot n pray! 10/10 guys. Great job!

Should have a long campaign. MC5 Campaign is awesome but it is too short and why we should pay credits to buy that. The multiplayer is so unfair sometimes like 2 vs 6 you should be fair for everyone that play the game.

Game was good but Gameloft must fix this. Modern combat was the best game I’ve played in my life. But Gameloft please fix this problem… The server disconnect and it recommends me to play Dungeon Hunter 5… Please that problem, and I am in Australia. That must be fixed and I’ll be appreciate if you do that!

Ideas. 1. A wave mode where you fight of endless waves of zombies or soldiers ect and you do it solo or with teammates. 2. You can make those op armours but don't give them ridiculous boosts and make it like dlc for ect like dlc maps and guns which can interplay with a wave survival mode if one exists. 3. A better campaign like don't have the energy system and don't have the star system so you can advance in the campaign and at the end of the modern combat 5 campaign it was left at a cliff hanger and had an interesting ending so maybe continue of that. Not a demand just a suggestion, I know it's hard and if you have to resort to pay to win strategies then fair enough but please take what others have said about the pay to win features and any new ideas into consideration I know it's alot to ask but please try because I still want to play this game. Keep up the work

Unbalanced Gameplay. This game is pretty unbalanced. Since I moved ranking fast, the game placed me to play with other players that is level 100+. Since I’m only level 42, I have bad weapons so I don’t really stand a chance against them. Please fix this and organise the levels where for example; I can play with other players that have the same rank as mine but also near the same level as me. Ty.

Hey... Don’t dis the game!. Game loft has been makin gr8 games and this one is one of my fav’s... yeah I do agree there is quite a substantial amount of in-app purchases, but you really don’t need any money to enjoy and be good at the game. I do think that there should be extra levels and ranks for the more experienced players and possibly some HUD tweaks so that we can alter the controls to our own personal likes. Keep on making this game better Gameloft...

Tutorial bug. I loved this game and just recently re downloaded it but when I join it gives me a small toutorual where I have to spend 5000 on a skill but I started with less than the 5000, so I’m actually stuck on the tutorial because I’m not paying for extra coins

Great game but some issues. MC5 is great game I’ve been playing since the beginning and I’m glad to be playing it again there are some issues though like when a promo starts for the class bundles nothing happens and it resets back to 23 hours I really want marauder but I only have 280 credits and it took forever to get that and it would take too long to get an extra 620 credits so I can just get a class please fix this issue.

DONT GET ITS PAY TO WIN. I don’t really think I need to explain much more other than it’s pay to win. It’s fine to have things you can buy that look nice or cool, but don’t give you an advantage. Weapons should not give you a statistical advantage...skill should. But in this game all you have to do is but a high tier weapon and all of a sudden in online matches there is no semblance of fair because the weapons is essentially a one hit kill. Unfair Matchmaking. Sometimes in games I will be at the top of the leader board, then auto balance kicks in and switches me on other team and all my hard work of kills were kept on the other team. I also fine that I have to VS people level 150 and I’m only level 49, I still manage to beat them because I have a very high skill by the way I’m not bragging, hope further improvements meet the game.

This game was going ok, I liked to play it any time I could, I have played this game for a while and I know that it is mostly pay to win, due to the fact that there are so many in-app purchases that can give you an unfair advantage. But still without having payed anything, I was going pretty well. I almost was able to get the full samurai armour and the vice, I was saving up gems to buy the arms so I would have the set. I was so happy I was almost there... that all changed today! I am disgusted! Why does everything now cost a RIDICULOUS amount of tokens!!? This is a terrible choice! I’m not sure if you have just become more money hungry and want people to buy more in game currency or if you want us who don’t want to pay money all suffer by grinding hours and hours more of your stupid pay to win game just for 1 upgrade!? This is just stupid, I’m trying not to swear but it’s really difficult because that’s practically all I can say to describe this correctly! Now all I’m saying is change it back, it was so much better for everyone then. I don’t want to grind 1400 tokens (which is more than iv probably earned it total playing this game) just so I can get something that I should be able to get for a lot less... with the way you have changed things this game is pay to win hell. Please change it back and then I’ll be happy.

Never playing again!. This games used to be fun, I remember when i would sit down after a long day and enjoy playing and relaxing now I absolutely despise this game! It used to be fair and the weapons used to be set so that they would out perform others but not by much, i used to get so many satisfying and proud matches now im lucky to get a few good games here and there! Im tired of all the players with unfairly overpowered weapons and armour getting the best kill counts and best plays! The armour is to over powered with most sets that even landing a decent hit with a bolt action sniper wont kill them! And dont even get me started on the ridiculous marauder class! That class is so retardedly overpowered in every aspect of the word! I will never play this game again it hasn’t got the same feeling it used to and it now only brings me anger and regret instead of joy and pride! I wont recommend this to anyone because its not worth playing!

Good games, could have some changes. This game is awesome, with it different characters and different weapons, it makes the game really diverse, though the match making is not the best, some times, you get really good play with a bunch of noobs, try changing this be using the kill death ratio, still a good game!

Balancing Issues. This game is great the campaign story is amazing, the graphics are spectacular but when it comes to playing multiplayer there’s one big issue. There’s literally no balancing in match making for example I just started off and I’m facing players who are in the highest league; the platinum league and they all have OP armor and guns while I’m just starting off. Some matches I can’t even get a kill because it’s either I get one tapped or my gun doesn’t even do enough damage or fire fast enough to challenge them. This takes a lot of joy out of the game for me and I wish you guys at Gameloft could do something to fix this but other than that amazing game.

Problem..... The game it self is pretty good but for some reason, even when I have the 10points for the squad effort thing it does not give me the reward and it is also happening for some people in the clan but it gives the reward for the rest.

Free roam. This game is one of the best games I’ve ever played but there’s still a few things that could be changed. Summary of in this game.. Having to wait 5 days to purchase a blueprint for a guns. Good guns require 30+ blueprints. Play for half a year just so I can get the good gun. Special Characters are Over Powered and expensive. Watching 30mins worth of ads to contribute little amounts to get that class. Now you unlock the class and get a low level gun. Please wait half a year to unlock a good gun. You play in same lobby as pros. Winning teams get more players. Pc players can play with mobile.

can’t even log in. The gameplay is good, except that this is one of those games that make you go through the tutorial at the start, even if you already know what to do. I played on an iPhone 5s then I switched to an iPhone 6s and got a new Apple ID, and on my iPhone 5s I logged in with Facebook, but now the game logs me in with Game Center, which reset my stats, and I relog in with Facebook, then the loading screen pops up and I back on square one. Please game loft, please don’t have an auto login feature, that Pisses me off since this game is good, but this problem made me give 3 stars

Bad update. I’ve been trying to play the game but it won’t let me because it said no connection I’m sure my internet is fine because I did switch over to mobile data as well PlZzzz fix🙂

PAY TO WIN!. This game is extremely pay to win, you can’t even kill someone without paying money. I was just playing it and I saw a guy in front of me so I pulled out my AR which was one of the worse ARs because you have to pay for the good ones and shot him about 5 times in the head, then he started shooting back with his pay to win gun and I was constantly shooting bullets into him and he basically 1 shotted me with his pay to win gun (which was a machine gun btw) so I deleted the game and rated it 1 star.

Crawl Function. I play Modern Combat 5 just about every day and I think it’s a great game but i would really like a crawl function; like the character lays down on the ground and you can shoot if you are on the sniper class.l Thank you for creating such a great game.

P2W to its absolute core. I’m a lvl 80 player who have been playing for a decent amount of time upgrading and the sorts without paying a single dime. I then get paired up and fight against p2w scrubs with shoulder guns, double health which is like 9 shots for a kill, and guns that only take 1-2 shots. It was fine before, but now new players and players with actual skill will struggle to rank up. You might as well throw in aimbot it won’t make a difference in game balancing anyway as it’s already broken.

Great Fun. I used to have friends come over and we'd just hangout playing this game for entire afternoons. We all loved it. This game really has come a long way since it's initial release, and the devs did a great job making this game!

Ok game. Wish you gave more credits,or made it so you only have to unlock you bank once not every time it’s full. A tip from new players, if you can get the bounty hunter pack you can score insane amounts of multi kills with the first gun you get. Tracker class is a joke.

One of the things that I love is that when you start playing your firs couple game you get a great pack it includes a character and a shotgun. Ads. Awesome game but ads give you no reward. There are times where you can gain stamina to keep playing by watching ads but once the ad is completely done, no rewards or stamina are given. Also some guy said to be nice so I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4

Pretty good. So hear me out, it’s a mobile game, and the graphics aren’t too advanced, but it’s actually pretty good. After I just finished the MW2 campaign(the remastered version), I came to this game, and while it doesn’t even compare to MW2, it’s still a pretty good game. It’s like it in a lot of ways, and if you’re into campaign shooters and don’t have a computer, I recommend you try this. It’s quite good.

Not for me. I love mobile gaming and this game seems really cool, however this game just barely misses it for me. The most important part of Mobile FPS is having a controller setup that’s optimal for everyone, and in order to do that you have to be able to move EVERYTHING including you hud, maps etc etc. I play competitive pubg mobile and I play with claw (using 4 fingers on the screen) so the controls for the other games that I play when I’m not playing pubg are modeled after pubg. If I can’t make my controls the same as my pubg controls I can’t play the game out of fear of losing the familiarity of my controls in pubg. So, to be fair, everything in this game seemed super cool. I could only play 1 multiplayer game and since I setup my controls prior to playing, (I put my shoot button in the top left corner where, inconveniently the pause button and map are.) so, I couldn’t use the shoot button. Most people who don’t take mobile gaming seriously wouldn’t really find this to be an issue however I love mobile gaming and I find this to be a very simple fix that MOST Game developers miss. Aside from the pubg devs and bullet force devs. Not bad, just not for me.

Enjoyable... sometimes. This game is confusing, i like it, but I don't, there are sometimes where the game actually makes a balanced match, where you kill and get killed, and you finish the match satisfied with the gameplay, but most of the times you just keep getting kicked by some max level player that has spent 50$ on the game, you just can't win it, or have fun, or stay alive for 30 seconds. Spending money in the game shouldn't affect the gameplay itself, or at least give you a small advantage, not make you invincible. I like the fact that u can have mixed controls, being able to see around by touching the screen or moving the phone. But other than the little times i enjoy this game, it's frustrating. I hope you listen to your players and fix your games Gameloft, because it doesn't look like you're doing so. At all.

Disconnection. Hello GameLoft. I messaged earlier about the downloading maps, and I don’t know what you did, but thank you. The game is running smoother when clicking multiplayer and I love it. I have another proposition. Can your company in any way change the connection loss? So, what I’m saying is, if our internet is a bit slow, instead of kicking us out of the game, can you change it so that when the internet connection gets better it resumes the match? In this, I am referring to the campaign gameplay. When internet connection is lost it pauses and waits. Please do this for multiplayer because when me and my friends play, this gets very annoying. Multiplayer Needs Tweaking. Pros: Good graphics and gameplay. Would give 5 stars except for these concerns: 1) Not enough multiplayers to play team matches which leads to my next point... 2) When you complete a multiplayer game, the game sends you to an empty map, and you have to exit the map and enter new maps until you can find the other players (Really frustrating since it takes awhile to cycle through maps). Designers should tweak game to send multiplayers to maps where others are playing until you have a bunch of players like Call of Duty. 3) Designers should make it easier to earn stars for regular game. I can see that if you’re not a multiplayer guy, you would stop playing the game due to getting stuck on levels and needing 40 or 50 stars to get to next level. 4) Combat Packs have wayyyyy too many duplicates. It’s next to impossible to get cards for better weapons and I play virtually everyday. In order to keep a game fresh I understand you have to balance the gameplay with the extra purchases, but after playing this game for nearly 4 months, the balance is on buying credits. You should think about rewarding players who play regularly. That’s where you’re gonna get the longevity that this game deserves. gverve34

NOMORE ADS. Loveee this game. Graphics are great. Some many different features and upgrades. It’s very easy to level up. Everything is great the ads are just very annoying. Sometimes the ad pop-ups interfere, they’ll pop up and redirect me to the App Store but by the time I click back to game it has to reconnect me all over again, meaning anything I was currently doing is now lost. I just wish there was an option to pay for ads-free gameplay, I would gladly pay for it if it means nomore ads to disrupt the gameplay! Also in campaign mode I wasn’t sure if it was my connection or not but still when connected to WiFi sometimes at the end of the mission when it’s time to get rewarded the game would freeze and I’ll have to completely close the app and reopen.

Pay to play. Look, game devs, I know you want to milk this game for all it has, but can you please, for the love of the game, nerf prestige weapons? This game is no longer one of skill, but one of who has the best prestige weapon and can spray and pray better (verr power, grinder, vice, dread eye are horribly horrible unbalanced). I have every class, but I have no prestige weapons, and since I know there’s no longer skill involved in this game, I’m not going to spend money on weapons that will make me ZE BEST PLAYUR IN DER GAME OMG I HAV SKIL GET REKT KIDZ GG NO RE!!!!1!1!1!1!1. Please, nerf prestige weapons, specifically all the ones I mentioned. Then this game may be fun. And I may even spend money on this game then.

Few annoying bugs. Not sure if you guys still update this game since mvc or whatever came out but I’ll point them out anyways. One for some reason my 3rd battle vault won’t progress. I’ve been playing campaign missions and it says it’s going up but it’s not. Actually it’s losing credits. Second for some reason all pistols are bugged when you ADS. It takes a couple seconds to center itself. I’m not sure how it happens but it’s literally every time you try to ads. Seems to happen more after sprinting. I’ll love to run around with a pistol headshotting people but needs to be fixed. Even some guns like an lmg I’m using, the 4x scope is glitched. Shoots a little to the left instead of the center.

Y’all are doing great but somethings MUST change. I love this game I’ve had 2 accounts one of which I forgot this creating the second. This games visuals are great and I love the assortment of guns but with all awesome games there are drawbacks. My main one is that I play claw on mobile and I try to get my buttons sorted so I can do so but then it gets stuck behind the save button/reset u know what I mean. This then forces me to reset the buttons and restart sorting which leads to the next problem. The next problem is you can’t sort your buttons from the home screen which means you are just standing in the middle of a matchpraying you don’t die while frantically placing buttons before you are killed. Plz fix this and I’ll make the game a 5 star ez

Loved this game.. I have been playing this game for months and I’ve loved it. It’s great at matching players with similarly ranked opponents and is easy, but not too easy to progress (without paying) in rank and getting weapons once you figure it out. It is frustrating to have a fully upgraded prestige weapon, and still get mowed down by some guy who paid money to get the marauder set but it is a very fun game. Before the recent “update” I give it a 9/10. It’s very fun. But after updating, I am unable to play. I’m able to navigate the menus and I’ll get placed in a match but the game crashes right before the loading bar finishes. I really love this game and before this I’ve had no issues, but I just really want them to fix this. I don’t want to move on to a new game but I will. Will change to five stars if they fix it soon

Yeah.. the first day I started pushing seemed so fun, then I realized everybody has upgraded armor and weapons you can only get from weeks of grinding or... paying, so the fact that I pushed to platinum in the first day meant I had to sit at the frustrating wall for weeks before I could push any higher, would be fun if it wasn’t 1. Made for noobs to sit in low ranks forever before ranking up due to how long it takes to farm gear and 2. They want me to pay to win because I’m climbing rating too quickly, I’m sorry but I will not sit at this wall where everybody has 20%+ damage reduction on their gear and awesome guns when I’m rocking garbage because I climbed too quickly while I try and just farm out gear.... getting owned by gear and trying to grind forever just tells me they’re trying to tempt me to pay to win...

Awesome game !. I don't know why the first people are writing bad reviews, but i think this game is awesome!!! The updates are getting better and there are insane weapons and classes! If you don't want to pay any money it isn't an issue! You don't need to buy anything. I completed story mode and I'm very far. The latest update is the best one. New class commander + chests that have better stuff in them if you're a higher league. It doesn't cost anything to enter. It's just an extra award, and to rank up your league you just have to play multiplayer. I'm playing this game for a long time and It's getting better and better.

Please fix the skill base match making. I love to play this game back in the old day where everything was easier to grind more fun to play and even have a fair game with everyone now..... I could Literally be level 10 with a mrk 3 gun and I’m going up agains a full team of level 70,80,90,100 all with mrk 7 guns and full body perks which ruins the fun experience of multiplayer and I know this game is pay to win but there is literally no fun what so ever in this game. I could be grinding a gun for fun and the next thing is a level 150 with mrk 7 guns ruin everything and because the skill base match making is so bad I always in a game with level 100 every match and the worst thing is that I always have a team of bots who never help. Like wise I love this game but it really needs to be fix because there is to many problems.

Great but.... This game is great by far but there are some flaws. Sorry I am not good with grammar so work it out. The game is great but for battles I think that if you lose you should get the coins not only diamond dust also you there should be a run button and you should be able to prone. My last complaint is with the Kommander and that class has a riot shield first it can break and second you can’t crouch and the shield is not full body so they could shoot you from the legs and last you can’t sprint with it I know it’s a riot shield but I mean is that you can’t go a little fast. That is it but I spent hours getting coins because I am not wasting my money and then I get someone that is so bad!

UNFAIR AND NO BALANCE. Okay, so let me get straight to the point. If you are playing a team game, there are two kinds of games that could play out. Either you have an amazing team that is stocked with weapons and you destroy the match, or, you get a retarded team who sit there and cost you trophies. It's been most of the ladder lately. If you do another gamemode with less teammates, or duel, either you get a fair match, or destroyed because there is NO weapon balance. I have an MK1 shotgun and default heavy, and I get a fight against max armor riot shield with a PRO MK7 SHOTGUN? Would not recommend because it's a 50/50 chance of having fun. The ONLY way to win is to pay $100 for a TON of coins for a CHANCE TO GET WHAT YOU NEED. AND EVEN THEN. IT BOMBARDS YOU WITH ADS AND POP UPS TO WATCH ADS FOR A MINIMAL AMOUNT OF COINS. THIS COMPANY IS SO, SO, SO GREEDY FOR MONEY THAT THEY MAKE THE GAME PAY TO WIN. AND EVEN THEN, ITS ONLY A CHANCE. AGAIN, WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

Infuriating. This game pisses me off so bad. Not only is it unnecessarily hard to earn credits in a game that requires them, the ranking system was made by someone with a mental issue. Why does it make sense to penalize someone on the winning team and dock them 16+ points because they didn’t make over 10 kills. And in order to get those points back you will have to play at least 2 games and pray you don’t get matched with prestige sweats so you can actually get some kills. Which brings me to my next point. There is no raking by level where you fight people near or slightly above you. I’m fighting against whole teams of lvl 140s with max prestige weapons that shred anyone in seconds and then I get docked points because of it. How am I supposed to compete against that? When there’s 5 kids running around with Grinders and VerrPowers or the Lux. It’s ridiculous. Please for the love of god do something about your horrid algorithm.

Prestige weapons and unbalanced gameplay. I used to play this game even before prestige weapons and even before the bounty hunter class came out and I left for quite the time, but when I came back I came back to what I thought were exciting new guns, but to my surprise I was in for a massive disappointment, this game has become a full on no skill/luck base game you really need a prestige weapon or extra hp so you can do well and personally coming back to the game the armors I unlocked for each class are irrelevant compared to the new ones, tier 1-5 guns don’t do anything to people with prestige weapons or armor that gives them more health and the fact you can’t pick up the prestige weapons makes you completely vulnerable to the enemy this game isn’t the best FPS out for mobile it has turned to a horrible mess of pay to win and unbalanced weapons that give others no chance to even try to play. Having played this game so much and become a fan...it hurts seeing it go to a unbalanced mess...

True Review. Tbh, graphics are good, but with all the hackers and bugs compiled with the non-stop ad that sometimes you can’t get out of the screen and you have to close the whole app down and start again! Yeah not worth it. if you really want to play this game get ready to spend tens if not hundreds of $$ also cause the people that make this game deliberately make you very frustrated to get green credits (Green Credits is the main currency on here) instead they give you diamond dust which is basically worthless. They used to give some in their squad group challenge that occurred every 3 days or so, but they got really greedy cause no one bought their packages. The gameplay is so frustrating that you will most likely delete this game just after a couple of mins you download it and see just how ignorant and stupid they are to the players that play this game. So don’t waste your time . Have a nice day everyone :)

Great graphics, otherwise horrible. I am giving two stars for the great graphics. But that’s were it ends. I have been playing for about three weeks and the PVP mechanics are sad. With the game being around for years and top players have dropping 100s on gear. You are put in matches that are unbeatable as top ranks players with top gear run all over you and then your ranking drops. There’s no point adjustments for player skill/ rank / equipment used. So your going to be frustrated trying to get a good rank to get the weekly prizes. The game is also setup so respawns drop you right in front of the enemy a lot of times so your killed immediately. Also, the global chat is full of toxic players, not a helpful community. I got a top weapon (though you still have to upgrade it so useless until then) and players checked my setup and then had all negative comments not answering a question I had.

What Happen. I used to play this game about 7 months ago and it was a really good game but today I came back cause I remembered it a thought it would be fun to play a really good game for mobile but when I went on multiplayer every one was super slow and now as fast as before they act like bots sometimes I think that there not even any real people anymore cause ilI can kill 4 people with a a pistol and before you had to be really good to kill some one with a pistol so devs if your reading this make it how it was a year ago now it’s not even good cause back then so many people moved fast and had skins and now every one has default skin and just the weapons that you have when you start off the game so devs please fix it so it could be good like it used to!

Back to Warzone. Game controls are horrible with lack luster custom setup compared to other mobile FPS It has great graphics but aesthetics do nothing for the performance and hud control functionality. Something about the movement is limited in terms of speed and rotation. It feels like your moving in slow motion the entire time. I honestly don’t see how it’s rating is so high. I personally feel it’s not due to game mechanics ...maybe the aesthetics. But due to the “wonky” controls and movement, I won’t be purchasing anything to support my character upgrade or aesthetics. There are other titles, even some less popular reviewed that offer much better gameplay but won’t have as many aesthetic upgrades as this one.

Pay to play. I played this game years ago and it was quite fun with a decent progression system and it was simple. Coming back to it in its state it is not the game I once enjoyed. I have an account with a high level and high tier weapons and the ranked play is beyond painful. Not because I’m bad but because it involves no skill considering most of the player base in gold and platinum consist of overpowered classes that few people would actually grind for and with guns that don’t even compare to that of the base classes. The newer classes act as bullet sponges with guns that melt just about anything even at longer ranges and the perks people have from rare armor sets are ridiculously tedious to fight against when stacked. The game has become more of a money grab than it had previously been and rewards micro transactions rather than skill and grinding.

Fun, but could use some adjustments. I believe that this game is really amazing. It has fantastic graphics, gameplay, and story. The classes and multiplayer design is really interesting, and the weapon selection is great. However, some things in this game are really broken. In the rating multiplayer battles, it is impossible for good players with poor gear to compete. It’s just too easy to blow 50 bucks, and then kill everything. I think that kinda ruins the game balance. If you see this Gameloft, please take strides to fix these multiplayer issues. Other than that, great game! Thank you game developers!!!

I’d give half a star if I could. Unless you have the prestige weapons and demi god status armor plus the ridiculous glutton core you’re pretty much screwed. Levels don’t matter anymore cause as long as you can buy the weapons, even a level 1 can kill a level 100. It’s a slap to the face of the long time players saying: hey I have money and you don’t so you’re dead. You wanna win? Then pay. By the way, the rewards during level ups hasn’t showed up yet in the new update beside the sp. The intervals for buying blueprints are so long. Haven’t you had enough money with all the ads I’ve watched? Give the long time players something. Also, when moving during the game, the control center or the notifications keep showing up interfering with gameplay. I don’t need a voice telling me at the end of the match that we won/lost. What a waste of battery. Just load the next match already.

Game went downhill. I’ve been playing this game for a while, like about two to three years. It was really fun back then, it wasn’t pay to win. It actually took skill to win. But nowadays, it’s pay to win. For those who play based on skill it’s almost impossible to win a single match. That brings me to my second concern, it is almost no way of gaining credits except paying for them. I come from a very unwealthy family and I love this game but I can’t even get credits to buy blueprints or armor which makes me dislike this game. I wish there was a way to earn credits more, like watching videos that provide 10 credits instead of 5. This was a very good game but after all the updates it just went downhill. I would still recommend this game but only if you have money to buy credits and what you need.

GAMELOFT!!? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!?. I Played this game since it was released, it was amazing it was Fast Paced and the guns kill really fast I’m not sure when but ever since an update that at the moment I wasn’t there for all the guns under tier 8 are complete garbage what did you do to this beautiful game I’ve tried the Bosk 3 and it takes almost an entire Clip to kill 1 player even with it being Fully Maxes out I tried all the used to be good grinding guns and they are all way too weak to keep up what’s going on here GAMELOFT plz make this game into what it used to be not an Overwatch Clone I used to be in diamond league no I’m Gold Because of the update, also the Controller Support is LACKING it has TOO MUCH INPUT LAG and we need An option for a sync to be Disabled if you want this game to be even more competitive. Sound problems?. Overall, this game is fun and I plan to still play it despite a few minor bugs that I’ve been dealing with for at least a week or two. The sound constantly turns off after round of a game or when I first open the app. I find frequently having to restart the sound and music very irritable, and it’s not just once it’s all the time. And even when I’m in game I have to restart the sound and music so I can hear what’s going on within my surroundings of the game. I’m a very calm and laid-back person as it is, but having this issue is making both my in-game and out-game experience very hard to deal with. I’m not at all pressed or extremely angry by this bug but it is very annoying to deal with every 5 minutes, so in the end if someone could please work on fixing this problem it’d be a be great.

Im stuck!. Ok so, first things first, when I used to play this a few years back, I was stunned my the amazing graphics and weapons! But now, I can't even get in. Whenever I try to re-download the game, it just stoped at a specific time. I am using my iPad and it says its compatible with this game, but it always says "Failed to get in. Please check your connection to see if its working.", and I know FULLY that my internet works. Even now when I use my dads cell phone it won't work, and its on a different device! Please, fix this for me and potentially other players that are just striving to get in. Oh and one more thing, when I tap "Ok" on the "Failed connection" it says right after "Servers are over loaded. Please come back sometime later." And I also know that severs are DEFINITELY not over loaded. Thank you for reading my response, I hope you fix this, and have a good day/night.

What happened?. This is a great game and really lives up to it’s description and expectations. And the campaign in it is flawless. But one thing I have a problem with is that you took away the ragdoll sequence in multiplayer. What’s the deal? The ragdoll is one of the thing that made this game great. The campaign ragdoll is fine, but why take away the ragdoll? Please fix this issue. And one last thing. Whenever I try to do something on the main screen, I get blasted with some random add about a Mexican tv show premier that I do no care about. Sure it’s nice to get free credits but it is really getting on my nerves. Please fix those issues.

Game loft please read this you need to FIX THIS. Really game loft I’ve been playing this for a while I remember when I was young I would play this and remember it was AWSOME it was so fun then but over the years you’ve gotten well...greedy and if your still reading this than thank you your not the scumbags I thought you were listen I understand that you need money for other games and other projects but don’t let it effect your game your now a pay-to-win that is not a good thing to be it’s not fair and I’ve noticed how when other players who right a review and talk about this subject you don’t EVER respond the only thing you ever respond to is the technical difficulties so please fix this find some other ways to fund game loft and please respond and if you don’t you just prove my point even more so please d o n t b e g r e e d y 👍🏻

Why de hekk. I used to grind this game out about three years ago and it was fun, but just like any other game that I play. It gets boring after you have all the OP weapons and can literally one shot everyone. So I deleted it, forgot about, then found it again about two days ago, so I re-downloaded it. Finished the tutorial, and went straight into multiplayer. And this is the issue, why would you put a bronze player at like level 10, and a platinum guy at lvl 140, it’s not fair for the bronze guy because the platinum guy most likely has the best weapons in the game. It ruins their KD, their Win/Loss ratio, and it’s simply not even fair. So could you make it so bronze players could go with other bronze players? It would be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more fair. Otherwise the game is pretty fun (except for those dang ads that pop up after every game)

Needs Work. I really enjoyed this game especially the story mode. But why is the multiplayer so unfair. I enter the multiplayer mode and no matter the game either cargo or VIP or etc, I get matched with players that are far out of my level. I once saw a level 120. And they use weapons and armor that make the game irritating. I once tried to kill a player with a sniper to his head far out. And I kept on sniping his head but instead, he just noticed me sniping and ran from where he was to come kill me WITH A KNIFE!! That's not even fair. Also, I realized that the game was meant to be paid for. The VIP doesn't matter. It's people willing to pay about $100 on a mobile game that end up enjoying games like this. Please try to make the multiplayer fair by matching players based on their weapons and levels with other players.

Could be great. For a phone game this is really impressive yet it’s still hard with buttons being so small (yes you can adjust but then they are in the way because they’re too big), there are to many buttons (they can definitely consolidate and make some buttons do multiple things once they are needed). Ads pop up out of nowhere. Look devs I love ads to get free things because there is no way I’ll ever pay for non physical gaming (devs lose interest and shut down/stop updating apps way too frequently) so please show them, but not randomly without the player interacting with and especially because those ads give nothing in return. I’m still playing at the moment and will update this to something more constructive about game play once I advance further and see what’s what.

Just a Suggestion. So uh.... I’m a real fan of a PS4 game called RAINBOW 6 SIEGE, and I’m also a real fan of this game, I have uninstalled this game many times for getting bored of it, because I played it too much, but at the end I come back to play it again. So, this is just a suggestion to make this game even better. THANKS FOR THE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS BTW (the new camos). So my suggestion is why don’t you add new weapon skins, but like, full colors weapon skins, or tiger stripes weapon skins, something more creative and alive than actual army camouflage, diamond skins, emerald, ruby, gold, platinum and/or other camos you guys could create. Thanks, I’m actually a real fan of this game, I’d love to support you more by buying credits, but my mom doesn’t let me. 😢

This version works.... This version of the game works fine and seems great, but I didn’t actually intend to play this game on any mobile devices... I downloaded the Apple TV version and can’t even get it to open to gameplay, gives error messages saying “check network” and “server temporarily overloaded.” I tried it four days in a row before I downloaded the mobile version on a whim, it loaded up on my iPad and could immediately play using my wireless controller... why won’t the tv version work like that? Every other game I got for the Apple TV works great, except this one. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling it. It’s not like there’s a network problem on my end, both devices are connected to the same WiFi.

Not good enough. To begin with I really like the game it has good graphics and I usually don’t have problems concerning the game crashing or anything like that. The only reason I’m only giving 4 stars are there are sometimes glitches like sometimes when I complete a mission for the campaign it freezes and I have to log back on which gets rid of my rewards and that is super annoying. Another one of the glitches that occur is when I’m trying to pick some cool skins for my armor and I exit to see what it looks like and it won’t save my skin. To this day I haven’t used a skin due to this glitch and when I play I want to feel good about myself and I can’t do that when I look crappy.

Good game but intrusive ads. Overall this is a great game and the multiplayer is well supported with plenty of players at any time. My only complaint is that every time the game gets updated, the ads get more and more intrusive. The latest update creates an ad strip at the bottom of the screen that blocks the controls and HUD and doesn’t go away! It’s becoming a real pain and detracts from the enjoyment of the game -cut it out or you will lose your audience!! Update: good response from the developers. Looks like they sorted out the issue and the ads are manageable again. Thank you. I’ve updated my star rating as I really like this game - spend (way too) many hrs playing it.

Should be 5 stars. This game could easily be 5 stars. The controls aren’t terrible, the graphics are great for a mobile platform. Two things: pay-to-win, and every 15 seconds another add is shoved down your throat. On the pay-to-win side of things, I was really enjoying the multiplayer until I discovered how absolutely broken the matchmaking system is. Somehow I get matched with people almost 50 levels higher than me who have modded gear giving them twice my health and they can kill me with a wink. Wouldn’t be bad except that you need to complete several multiplayer tasks in order to unlock story chapters. On the ads, I don’t mind ads, especially when there’s a reward or a bonus for using them, but I’m getting sick of getting bombarded. I get it, you need to make money, but you have a pay-to-win system that is obviously being utilized, so why are ads being shoved down my throat so vigorously? Stop being greedy.

Level mismatch. I hate the way I go ageist people with the grinder the buckshot the lsn the specteye all of the prestige weapons ageist a guy with the rokomet what is that I think the higher levels go against high levels instead of mopping the floor with us noobs who can’t get a kill cuz we keep getting killed by prestige weapons we can’t even level up cuz we keep on getting killed by the high levels we low levels should go against low levels and high levels against high levels instead of low level getting recked by high levels I feel that wrong just please make a system where low levels don’t get mopped by high levels

Overpowered items makes frustrating gameplay. This game could be five stars if it wasn’t for shotgun turrets. Shotgun turrets ruin gameplay. They kill you in three shots, they are incredible quiet, players can put them anywhere, and they have incredible aim and accuracy for a shotgun. The shotgun turrets aren’t the only op items. The verp gun is one of those guns where you question, “who thought this was a good idea”. It is literally auto aim. No skill is required to use that gun and it deals so much damage. There’s also no ranked matches so level one players with weak armor and guns go up against level 120 players with all the best gear, weapons, and items. No leagues don’t count. Leagues is made to punish players who don’t have the best stuff. It sad to see a game with so much time, care, and energy put into it get ruined by these ridiculous add ins. My main point is please remove shotgun turrets.

THEM PR0S @ C0NS. The game is great overall. Graphics are pretty good for phone and the campaign is pretty engaging . But I have to say I have some different feelings towards the multiplayer mode. I feel as if the players I am being faced up against are just Ai and here is why. One the names are very simple. Most people create funny unique names for example ChEEzit boi24 or vexedpopcorn101 random usernames i made up. But the names of the players I played against had the names chase or Ryan. Also the players seem to only shoot,run and search and seem to show no signs of real human interaction on the other side of the screen. A player will be looking one way and will somehow turn around as if they knew I was behind them.

HIT MARKERS DONT COUNT ALL THE TIME. Love this game iv been playing it before all this new stuff was even thought of and I remember at one point the hit markers were always 100% accurate but now it’s more like 25% and I know I’m hitting headshots or just the person in general and it still shows them with full health. I feel like it’s just the hit markers and that’s it then the game will feel better again and also SBMM especially for the newer people coming in cause they join lobbies with sweats and then don’t wanna play anymore. Please read, besides that stuff the game is amazing as always just needs fixed

Issue please fix. I have a gamevice controller trying to walk backwards while running makes you do a 180 and it really messes you up, I can’t stay crouched with auto run on and I can’t walk backwards with it off. Knife kills are very hit or miss usually people end up chasing each other in a circle until it works for one or the other. I would consider paying if it didn’t make me an unstoppable god and ruin the fun of playing. Blueprint timer is way too long should be like a few hours at most. Dont pad it out for play time and don’t make it pay to win just make it good and people will play and people will pay. Getting killed over and over by some idiot with a fat wallet and a laser gun makes me want to not play at all.

Good game overall !! But Flawed. You guys need to balance out the game way more. The lower tier weapons need a heavy buff so they can match up with higher tier weapons. The weapon crates need a buff you get worthless stuff out of them sometimes. Also you should be able to upgrade your weapons past the tier it is or beginner players are never goin to be able to get kills. Another thing are the credits you need to give out more per match it’s ridiculous seriously !! You get 5-7 credits per match when weapon crates cost 60 or up its bad and takes a a lot of game grinding to get. The skilled based matchmaking has to go its ridiculous and unnecessary for a mobile game

Great game but. Everything about the game is great but the way the game tries to make money off of players. You could play 300 hours and upgrade to great weapons and okay armor, or just pay money for great weapons and ridiculous armor. In fact, the only way to get the best armor is to pay. At first you run around with a pop gun and no armor while other guys have lasers and ridiculous armor. And they still make you watch ads constantly. I have played for ages and my armor stinks. Guys just show up and buy armor that is 5 times better. And the worst is that the more you pay, the better stuff you get.

Nice game. It is a nice game. But not so friendly for new player, without good armor and weapon, you can’t do any damage (I really mean not damage, opponents can stand there, don’t move and let you shoot 3 second). It is like level up concept in RPG, Which it is fine, but could also force a lot of new player to give up, if the game don’t change. I think add at least one decent weapon and one limit decent armor for new player should be a good idea. New play can continuing the game, and still will purchase weapon and armor for other occupation. I think I have to give up this game, I think most of the new player will do the same thing.

Why? 😠. In multiplayer the graphics stutters. Sometimes other players freeze. UNNECESSARY animations at the end of every single multiplayer game. Why do you need one animation to show the end score, second animation to show either you won and lose, third animation to show top three players. Seriously? You can’t show all these in one animation, or put a skip button? And it will be great if you manage to put a button to avoid all the windows one has to pass through to go in a multiplayer game when one game ends label it something like “rematch” or whatever we would save so much time if we don’t go all the way out just to play another game. Last but certainly not least if you guys just resist the urge to update this game over and over again it will be appreciated. It’s getting worse by each update. The game has a potential to be the best fps game if you guys just focus on the gamers.

Matchmaking system/ Pay to win. A few things...this game is hot garbage when it comes to being put in a match. Let’s say your level 10 and your put in your first match with real players. You would think that you would be up against other level 10 players right? No why would you. You going up against level 140 and even prestige players!!! And your guns don’t do anything so the most you can do is just watch your player be destroyed by the pay to win guns these players have. The worst thing is that this game is a pay to win game. Diamonds are pretty useless, black market attachments cost like 30,000 diamonds, it would be neat if maybe you could use those diamonds to buy crates. If you feel like spending a bunch of money to get good weapons and armor than this games for you, if not, find another game.

Pay to Win, tons of Ads. Miss the old gameloft and format of apps before the heavy P2W era. All of gameloft apps back in the day used to have a price and I didn’t mind buying because they make quality apps. I played MC since the beginning and it was fast, fun, and really well made. Now in MC5, it’s trash. Multiplayer shooter is suppose to be balanced. If you want to have paid content it usually in the format of cosmetics. But in MC5 it’s in gear too. So I hop in a match and after maybe half a clip of rounds players are still running around with a ton of health to spare. Gears are too overpowered. No chance for free players in the lobby to win. What’s the point in having players running around with over 100% health, crazy shields, and overpowered weapons. Lobbies are usually wrecked by the same player. It’s not even skill at this point. I tag a guy up for almost all my bullets and he was still tanky to turn around and finish me. MC5 has gone downhill.

Total Scam. You could play this game for three years and never advance your character to its full potential. The only way to really advance your character is through in app purchases. Denying advancement through gameplay and skill development defeats the benefit from regular game play and recasts this project as a total scam, a total ripoff. Excellent gameplay does result in rewards, but those rewards are ultimately meaningless as at a certain stage they all convert to diamond dust. To play this game enthusiastically and well is not enough to progress, to progress you must continue to spend money, and so rewards here are not merit based whatsoever ever. It is enjoyable to play and the graphics and interface are the best handheld first person shooter game I’ve played but these positives are deployed in the spirit of greed. This game is not a real game, it is crooked casino where the house always wins

Game Center and Facebook corruption.. Modern combat 5 is a good game and all but every time you are logged in to your Game Center account and login into your Facebook account the game will either freeze or not. Later into playing a couple of games if you don’t disconnect from Facebook before getting off the game, then the next few days if it shows that you’re on your Facebook account level with whatever weapons and armor you have you won’t be able to collect your daily credits anymore, can’t open any supply drops and can’t compete in the online events, but you are able to do regular multiplayer matches and still get placed but I doubt that it won’t even let you open your seasonal package as well. Please Game loft try to fix this corruption other wise all the other people that spent their time on this game to earning the difficult rewards are going to have this situation in the near future.
