Really One of The Best. This app is really one of the best ODB-II readers out there. It's simple to use, simple to setup and wonderful to look at. The real time graphs are more helpful than gauges and have more information. Well done!

Update removed data!!. I used this app for the $06 mode to determine my misfires and O2 sensor counts. now that it’s gone, this app is no better than ecutek. i paid for premium ages ago, bring back $06!!!

Crashes on open. When connected to a WiFi OBD II the app refuses to open

Great App!. I bought a elm 327 wifi OB2 hookup and this program quickly and easily synced up without any problem. I recommend using this app for a quick scan when your check engine light appears.

Delighted!. Am delighted to find an app that works the first time although it may be user error for the first few apps I've tried. But one thing that this app does that none of the others offer is the ability to clear codes without having to pay. Seems most others are just offering the app for free to install but requires the paid version to do anything. I wish those people would clearly state that so I don't have to keep trying apps. Skeptical at first that this will be another disappointment but so far it is working and doing what I need it to do.

App is poorly designed, pay $4 for pro app. The device connected easily to the app. My issue is two fold: 1. Why pay $4 for pro version? 2. The app itself is poorly designed. I will look for other apps and devices.

Works great. Easy to use, easy to connect. Gave me my problem right away. 4 stars bcuz it's not as appealing visually like the other obd2 softwares but I would definitely buy this app if they had an upgraded version.

App crash. After last update app crashed after start.

Can’t use. Requires you to upload a car type to work. Requires you to be on the OBD WiFi and for you to be connected to internet. Crazy.

ALWAYS DISCONNECTS. I bought the pro version but the interface is not good and always disconnect. Not worth a penny.

Can't reset MIL. I used the free version to connect to Foseal OBDII scanner in 2001 Nissan Altima. Scan ran well and results were obtained. That's why I give 2 stars. Anyway the clear command in app does nothing to the MIL. It stays ON after cleared. So the clear command doesn't work.

Worked like a champ. Found 02 sensors bad on my Tahoe. Bought new ones installed them and cleared codes.

Works Great on elm327 wifi Knockoff. This is really the only app that works with my el cheepo Hong Kong elm327 wifi knockoff. I have downloaded about 15 wifi apps and only a few recognize the elm and provide a very limited amount of data transfer. CarDoctor loads quickly, talks to the elm, downloads almost all the available engine parameters, fault codes, and turns off the warning lights. It is by far the best app available. I have spent hours trying to get this p.o.s. wifi unit to get reliable data and finally found an app that works. Thank you CarDoctor.

Mpg. Does not accurately portray mpg

Works okay but doesn’t have my vehicle’s info. I have a 1999 ford ranger with the 4.0 ohv. That have the 2001 up which is the 4.0 soc. But anyone with a ranger or an expedition or a B series pickup from the 90’s and 2000 should avoid this. That’s a lot of people! This year ranger set record sales for ford.

Great until recent update. As everyone is saying — the newest update broke the app. Hope it gets fixed soon, was great when it worked.

AAA++++. Does everything it said it would and more. Very happy with the product. Don’t have the pro version just because don’t use it so much as to warrant it.

Doesn’t Work. This App doesn’t recognize Suzuki Grand Vitara 2008.

Simple but great!. Very basic program, but if all you need to do is check and clear engine trouble codes, this program worked great. I used this with an wireless elm327 and had no issues.

Works great. Easy to use. Displayed the codes and cleared them. Other apps wanted to charge just to clear, this does everything I expected from the start.

Waste of time and money. Started with the free app in hopes of reading info from 2001 Ford 7.3 diesel. The only reading it would show was volts. At one point it threw the service engine soon light and truck almost died. I paid for the Pro app and it was useless. Didn’t show any information I was looking for such as IPR duty cycle, boost, EGT’s, nothing! Kinda important stuff on a diesel. At least I know the alternator is working! Lol...

Fantastic. Fantastic product! It sets up easily! It works! No goofy useless gauges! Just the data one needs to troubleshoot a modern automobile. Update of data is very fast. Cannot wait for the pro version! Good online documentation too! Thanks to the developers!! Great product!

Worked great to clear.. When I need the next features this is the one I will buy for sure.

Try this. It is easy and works.. I tried a lot of other OBD two software and had very little luck in getting any data readouts other than the battery reading. Try this one and immediately got the protocols right and set up everything and it gives me all the data. Can't wait for the next version.

Won’t let me add a new car. I used this about a year ago and it worked great. Now it won’t let me add a new car. I checked for updates and there aren’t any.

Garbage. Paid for the Pro version. Did nothing added ZERO new scan features for my Saab that the free ver already didnt offer! Will be contacting bank for a refund. Parasitic apps like this should be taken down feeding off the public like they do.

Non-refundable App Scammers with fake OBD II product. This app is a piece of garbage like many others but what can you do once paid for the app that you will never use again, right?? I’m surprised that Apple is enabling these fake app scammers loot on honest downloaders with a hope. Once downloaded app developers loot our money even if we don’t use them at all., never. This malpractice needs to stop and should allow users for refunds if we don’t like or don’t use them at all! Please stop this malpractice effective immediately and allow refunds!!

Crashes on iPhone 7 Plus iOS11.0.2. Keeps crashing. Asks for you to put car make and model in? Then crashes.

Not Supported. I’m on IOS 13.5 and when i try to connect to the device, it says “accessory not supported”. I can’t even attempt to use it. Please update

considering getting pro, but.... it says "Buy Subscription" on the upgrade. I can't tell whether it is a 1 time $3.99 charge to upgrade or if they're trying to get a monthly subscription from me. Unclear in the upgrade process, no info on whether it is a subscription or 1 time upgrade on the app page and no info the website. So, looking for an app whose terms are made clearly.

Very fast data stream. This app is the of several I use that never fails to connect and is fast. I am looking forward to the pro version. And maybe mode 6 data with explanation of pid cid tid data. (I like the new update.) Graph is a nice addition.

Connected but never got passed initiation. Just hangs on “start init protocol” after connecting to WIFI

I would like to see more details in the map feature. The map doesn't have any detail for the information being recorded. It only shows a colored line ranging from green to red. That's it. No numbers or anything. It would be better if it had exact details for every gps update. Like a pin where the gps updated, which you can then press the pin and be taken to a new screen that has the information being recorded. Also, if the map could have google satellite images layover. That would be better as well. The interface is a little bland. An iOS 9 and 10 menu style look would be an interesting style update. Other than that, the app does its job.

New update crashes on opening. Trying to open the app and it immediately crashes on iPhone XR. The May update is faulty. Please fix ASAP.

User guide online flaw. After downloading app, found that user guide is written in Russian.

Informative and easy to use. This is a great tool to pair with wifi enabled obd2 scanners. It connects quickly, diagnoses cels accurately and displays a whole bunch of engine parameters as the car is running. This is an essential tool for any DIY mechanic out there.

No Gauges?. I use the pro version and cannot get gauges to display.

Needs an update. Needs a update to be more compatible with IOS13 Running slow and takes three times to connect and run the diagnostics. Upgraded to Pro and now wondering if it was worth it.

Does not work on ios 11. Nice soft, but after ios update 11, connection via wifi is not working ((( Too much time left , fix it pls

Easy to clear codes. Hard to do more. The app is easy and effective in identifying and clearing codes. Advanced diagnostics (with purchased advanced version) are less effective. It does not list the correct engine option for my 2006 Odyssey and gives a failed diagnostic for an O2 sensor that does not exist (Bank 3. Sensor 2), according to manufacturer specs. Two inquiries to support email with no response. Don't want to replace all sensors if only one is bad. Disappointing.

2004 Mazda Rx8. The light only showed red and wouldn't turn green. The device isnt discoverable via bluetooth. THIS PRODUCT IS MONICA LEWINSKY

Works but with flaws. It communicates well with a veepeak dongle through wifi. All the "single command" works except it mis-labeled the oxygen sensors on bank 2 of my 2005 Passat. Then I paid for the pro version. One big problem I found is whenever I add O211(bank1) to a command combination and save, this app will freeze. This prevents me from monitoring all O2 sensors at the same time. Other than that, it works fine.

Decent, not great. If nothing else, very simple to reset error codes vs paying for a tool to reset. Bought. A $20 Bought the pro version and it gathers a huge amount of on board data. No way to export the data. And the app is laid out pretty poorly. Worth the $4, but I see better apps out there.

mr. Fantastic, took me maybe 4 mins to connect it & view and clear my fault codes. Too easy!!

Best App. I've tried a few free obd apps. This is by far the best. The live data info is awesome. Definitely recommend it.

Fault finder. Great app for Auto Electricians and Mechanics that use scan tools for a living. Quick to connect with an OBD wifi module Will out perform some scan tool processes.

Very good app does exactly what it says. I got a recommended ELM327 OBDII WiFi adaptor for $20 and downloaded the free version of the InCarDoc app. Wow it was very easy to use. Thank you InCarDoc development team. Great job and thank you for the free version. I will probably look to buy the Pro version if I find myself wanting more options.

From great to garbage. When I got this app 4 years ago it was the #1 free and reliable app. Over the years it has gotten progressively worse and now it’s not even worth using because it crashes so much.

Recommandé. Une application gratuite qui efface les codes erreur. J’ai essayé deux autre application avant celle-ci, mais il fallait payer pour pouvoir effacer un code erreur.

Does not clear codes. I have 22 faults on the car and it says it clears codes but it actually does not. If you check the codes with a real obd2 reader it shows they are active. The codes are only cleared on the app. It can remove the cel but it the faults.

Crash. App crashes as soon as I connect my truck.

Decent app. This app does what it's supposed to do. It can display and clear DTC codes, allows reading of all relevant engine data, etc. No fancy gauges or graphics, but that's not what I was expecting anyway. I've been using it with a generic ELM unit.

Great free app, allows you to clear codes for free!. I don’t understand all of the 1-2 star reviews, mine connected right away.. After trying DashCommand premium ($16) and not having that recognize my 2007 Civic Si, I downloaded a few free apps to try. This was the only one so far that let me clear codes and actually get rid of the check engine light. The car didn’t have to be on, it just needed to be in the position before cranking the engine. EOBD-Facile and Auto Doctor both required subscriptions to clear codes or just wouldn’t connect.

Works Well. I could see and clear DTCs for free. Great simple program that did what I needed. Used with Veepeak wifi obd II reader.

Connected almost immediately and effortlessly.. Was able to scan and pull up a P0455 code on my wife’s car and let me clear it. I downloaded this app today after my other goto app wouldn’t see any error codes and obviously not let me clear what it couldn’t see.

Great app but not available for iPad. This is by far the best free OBD app available. It connected smoothly and I was able to get great real time graph of meaningful data in seconds. It's the only app that allowed me to see real time fuel consumption. If it was available for iPad I wouldn't think twice about paying for the Pro version. But I can't afford to lose data connection on my phone while driving, I need it for other apps and AFAIK there's no way to connect to my Wifi OBD device and still get the other apps to use my cell data. The apps try to use the wifi and they obviously can't get anywhere. Also the iPad will show bigger/more detailed graphs.

Perfect app. If you are a car person this app is perfect. Love the custom screens. You can email yourself the logs. The gps and maps can show your recorded values with different colors.

Great free functions. After trying so many similar apps, and finally this one can clear the trouble codes free of charge. Other apps require me to pay for higher version in order to clear the check engine light. The obd device that I use is Elm327 Anyway. Thank you developers

Works well with WiFi OBD scanner. I tried several free apps, and this was the only one that was able to connect consistently to my Panlong OBD WiFi scanner. I've been using this combo for over a year now and am happy with my $23 scanner and $0 app. Throw in the pro version of app and you're still talking less than $30 CAD for a reasonably complete OBD scanner. App is slow to connect, although this has improved with updates. Hard to say how much of that is due to the scanner itself and therefore out of the app developer's hands. My mechanic has a $$$ scanner and it's also slow to pull codes. Sometimes the error code(s) don't show up immediately in the app. Again, no idea how much, if any, the app is at fault. I've noticed you can clear the error light even if the codes haven't yet loaded in the app. The obvious risk is you clear the light and don't know the error, but if you're dealing with the same recurring error that you know isn't an issue, this saves you a lot of time!

Been using for 4 years on my Jeep. Works great connects every time gives me all the information I want and lets clear codes every-time. I had to learn that to clear codes I needed to shut engine down and turn key to on position. Great product for the money.

Garbage. This app is garbage - it takes 30+ tries to connect properly to erase any problem codes. Try something else because this one sucks.

The best free obd app on market. Bmw/VW/Audi/Honda she scanned them all for me and has live feed for one sensor at a time on the free version A bit slow to connect but works 100% Pair this app with an ebay wifi obd2 reader for 20$ and you are good to go (My canadian tire scanner for 100$ does the same thing as this app)

Doesn’t work. Auto doctor app connects to my wifi adapter just fine. This app (obd car doctor) doesn’t connect at all. Just frustrating.

Causes stability control error. It connects well to the Elm327 wifi but as soon as it does the traction control and stability control for my car, a 2003 Saab 9-3, get disabled. So I can't really drive safely with it connected.

OBD2 Reader. Not a good app. Will not connect to my iphone 5C. Tried several times by restarting the program, resetting network, etc. Don't bother.

Not intuitive. The instructions that came with the code reader were minimal and incomplete. The app keeps crashing everything I try to use the send function.

Works like it should. Purchased wifi obd 2 plug from Amazon came with a qr scan code to down load obd car doctor from the App Store for iOS downloaded it followed instructions and it works great offers real time parameters as the description states definitely worth it.

Worked fine 2011 Yukon and 96 Explorer. Less codes available on 96 Explorer than newer Yukon but it connected and worked fine. Verified the diagnostic codes using my Actron ODB2 PocketScan.

Nice App. Why pay when it's free. Lots of features. Turn off the Check Engine light.

Great to useless. I have been using this app with a Bluetooth scanner for over a year. I switch to Apple and within a month it no longer supports Bluetooth.

Loss connection. The app connects good but after it reads trouble codes and attempts to clear it disconnects itself and you have to disconnect and connect again and wont clear trouble codes

Shows fault codes but do not clear. It shows the codes fine. But clear codes do not work

Garbage App. Terrible app. Will give you the trouble codes but doesn't tell you what they mean. The app crashes all the time and then has to reconnect to the adapter. Good for clearing the check engine light and not much else.

Works great!. Purchased a hikeren mini obd2 wifi from Amazon, this free version works great on my iPhone 6! Reads and Clears codes, and will show you any individual values your ecu will supply. Pro version only if you want to read more than one value at the same time, and some other extra's

Car Doctor. Great app work awesome

Works great with 07 FJ Cruiser. Connected in seconds. Didn't need to change wifi parameters. Nothing fancy, but it works. Doesn't show make/model but shows VIN and system info well. Looks like you can record data and share it. Nice. My maintenance light is on but I see nothing about it in the app. It's my oil nag light but would feel better if it said something about it.

Works great with VeePeak. Bought cheap VeePeak WiFi OBD2 off Amazon. Works great, reads most sensors with 2014 Honda in real time. Connects fast, reads fast. Better than Carista, which also worked with cheapo adapter but was very very slow. This app seems well written. And free besides... May buy Pro because it's cheap and support people helping us not have to pay car dealers to read codes.

Basic version is useless. The free basic version connects to your OBD II sensor and then does ... absolutely nothing! Zilch. Nada. No graphs, no diagnostics, no displays. At least the other free apps display some basic parameters. All this one does is offer you to buy a subscription.

Worked out of the box with kmoon scanner on Prius. The only got you is that car ignition should be ON

Owner Review. I just used the free version on my '97 ram 3500 5.9L. It will not wifi iPhone 6 connect unless engine is running. The free version doesn't display existing stored obdll codes. I can use the MIL to read odb groups with the on-off key feature. I will update this review after further testing. I like the features but giving the free version a 3 since it is not displaying existing obdll dtc. Vehicle has on/off key feature to use engine light to display obdll group codes.

No useful info.. I was able to connect it to my 2005 Sienna, but it says "no data" for every metric, even those it self-reports as supporting for my vehicle. Moving on to Dash Command which works much better with my 2005 Toyota Sienna and iPhone 6.

Good app. The only thing that I don’t like is that I recently purchased this app for my android device that I know longer have ,and have an iPhone now and Don’t feel that I should have to re-purchase the full version. That’s the only reason I don’t give a five star review

Great free app for pulling codes. Used this with an iEGeek wifi OBD2 adapter and it worked great to pull the CEL code from my Lexus is300. I was considering ODB Fusion or Dashcommand, but why pay for what this app does for free?

Doesn’t clear engine codes. Every time I go to clear my engine’s problem code, the app just cycles trying to load. Won’t let me clear the check engine light.

App that works from the box. Just plug the wifi obd scanner, setylup wifi, and start app. It is simple, but works perfect.

Reads but doesn't clear codes. It reads the codes but doesn't clear them on my 2006 Ridgeline.

Total Failure. Don't waste your time with this. Must purchase 'Pro' version if you want it to do anything.

The best OBD2 app on the market.. I purchased ELM wifi and this is the only app that work well. Very satisfied.

Very helpful!. The code reader and app were suggested to me by a coworker and I’m glad I got them. My car is at 125k miles so it comes in handy lol. Very easy to use and provides good info.

My favorite app. I’ve been using this app with my iphone for over a year, used it with a cheap obd scanner got on ebay which worked better than expected too. Tried this app on multiple cars 2001 benz, 2010 kia, 2006 ford, 2010 mazda...... to read check engine code and always managed to get the right code and clear it after fixing the problem.

Ну наконец то!!!. Огромное спасибо украинским братьям-товарищам. Первое бесплатное приложение, которое отлично работает с elm адаптерами. Читает, стирает ошибки на ура. Думал уже не дождусь такового. Аналоги стоят по 40-50 баксов. Кстати показывает некоторые параметры, которые не читают другие дорогие проги.

Worked flawlessly. Used it with Super Wifi OBD 2 mini off Amazon and it worked great! Able to get all kinds of diagnostics without paying for premium. May purchase in future. I'll rewrite full purchased review of app if I do.
