So helpful. This app is perfect. I love how it has translations and how it even has liturgies other than the Bible. I noticed this app because my church was using it so I decided to use it. Now when I don't have my Bible with me i can just open up this app. God bless to whoever made this!

Inaccurate wording of St Maximus & Dometius hymn of intercessions. The wording of “who loved their children” does not apply to the two saints since they had no disciples. The Coptic word “Emainoshery” should be replaced by “Ethouab Enromeos” . Pls refer to the “Penishty Abba Antony” in the departed Patriarchal response. May God bless your great service. Needs some tweaks. I love this app so much and how easy it is to use but I think the responses for bishops present during the gospel are slightly mixed-up. As well as dogmatically the way the litany of the departed is setup is incorrect. Some prophecies are missing complete during Holy Week as well as major communion hymns and traditional songs are missing but new songs are present instead.

Zoom in and out. Please enable users to zoom in and out. This feature will make a big difference to us. You know some times we need to zoom in:) Thanks!

Very small font and no bookmarks. Very nice app. But the font got very small when I made the last update. I wish you can give options for changing the font to give some convenience to different users. The other thing is that I wish I can bookmark my reading in the bible cause usually I forgot where I stop the day before. I wish you can add an option for shading verses in the bible just like in hard bibles. Otherwise i love it and am using it everyday.

This App is a blessing. My wife, an English speaker, could not have learned the liturgy and Coptic traditions. The translation is not perfect, but who is perfect but God. The translators did a fantastic job. May God bless everyone involved in this great work.

Very useful and necessarily. Thank you for the Coptic reader app. I always use it at home and at the church and I find that the church is using it also during the liturgy so everyone can follow through the screens. It's amazing during the Holy pascha week also.

Search Bar. This app is the best app for all readings and prayers. The app would be flawless if it had a search bar to reach certain readings without having to scroll through so many different readings. A search bar is definitely needed.

Must have app. Outstanding app. I wish there was “ feedback feature” as readers may come across misspelling or an issue which would be helpful to bring to the developer attention

I did not find a word to describe this wonderful app. This application is great, but it must be free because the benefit from it is greater than money and some people may not have the money to get it and these people are poor and therefore if it is possible to limit the payment to the people who are able to pay only.

Book Mark. Amazing Coptic Church App …. Just one thing to mention, is that it would make this app terrific if a book mark can be added to the Bible, so user can recall where he left, and where to start.

Slide show background. Can you please give more options rather than the white text on back background in the slide show Also, if possible can the app change orientation with the position of the phone or tablet Thank you

Translation(s). It is a wonderful app, a blessing to have almost everything we need in this app. I love that it is constantly updated and fixed. It is a great effort, God bless you. I hope it would include more languages; Japanese, French,… Also, it would be a great idea to use translation from Coptic and Greek into English and Arabic not from Arabic to English. This would apply to the Bible and the readings of the liturgy. We wish to have our hands on a Coptic Orthodox Bible.

They do this out of Love. The Coptic Community is very blessed to have the producers and contributors to these apps. They realized it was more than an app, and a way for Copts to get closer to God and get rid of a lot of bad things in life. Amazing. This is an amazing app I get to read amazing things from the Bible, you can use it without using WiFi so you can open it when ever you want

Replace The kiahk melody “I Praise The Virgin” to the correct version. It’s a very good app but The kiahk melody “I Praise The Virgin” needs to match what we pray in any other church around the world. I looked into so many psalmodies from different sources from egypt to Canada and didn’t find what you have on this app. Please do us a favor and fix it, I even can send you the right one Arabic and English. Amazing App!!. Super beneficial to the practical and spiritual life of all Coptics everywhere. The app is incredibly easy to navigate and has helped tremendously in making services as smooth as possible. If looking for guidance through the Coptic services, I could not recommend this app more!

Awkward translations. As an overall concept it is well set and nice navigation. As for the translations they are subpar and very awkward. The translations show that translator(s) utilize a word by word and literal translation, rather than a more complete format. There is a very limited use of vocabulary and a utilization of the Arabic as a main source. The Agbeya prayers are very difficult for congregational oral rendition. The Synaxarium, as in all known English types, are childish. I can give hundreds of examples but the Egyptian thing to say is: “it’s better than nothing”. I’m glad that some ridiculous renderings such as the Advent Ps 150 refrain have been removed. Can we now fix the Easter time refrain for the Ps 150 as “Christ IS Risen” not “Christ has Risen”.

Zooming. I like the app a lot but the text is to small to see or read and in the other hand I don’t need 3 languages in the Same page as personal use and also I don’t know if it is possible to ad a bookmark to the pages so it make it easy for us to remember where did we stop reading in the Bible part ..... thank you and my God reward your work

Important rating. Coptic Reader is a great tool and has all the things that a Coptic orthodox needs. The only suggestion I would make is to have people make accounts that remember them. That way one doesn’t have to purchase liturgies and midnight prayer every time he/she gets a new device.

Amazing app!. Amazing for using in liturgy and even personally. Everything is organized and neat. Also the settings help slot when you want to change the size of the letters and the background to help you read better. Not only that but it had many options of prayers and praises for all the hymns and for all the do deferent gyms of the year. Great overall.

The best app for Coptic orthodox. I personally Love Coptic reader it is the best app you can possibly use for any Coptic Orthodox Church it is new king James version there’s so many settings you can do and they have adjusted it so much it is now so good. I just have one request can you make an actual reader for the Bible I know it will be hard for the liturgy to do because there’s so many tunes and hymns but can you please do the Bible if there it is possible

Amazing, totally recommend. Coptic reader has to opened many doors for us to be able to praise god and make churches in our own homes amidst the rona. I am very thankful for the creators of the app and may god bless them! The only recommendation I would have is to translate this app to more languages and be able to spread this app to be more international

The Coptic orthodox heritage. This application is doing a great job in putting all the hymns and prayers together in one place. It’s a great way to keep our Coptic orthodox hymns and heritage. Me and most of the people I know use this app in our daily readings as well as to teach hymns and bible to kids and youth. I wish that the operators of the app continue working and improving the app.

Great app. It is easy to navigate. Very complete app. It is amazing to have all church’s prayers book in one app. I use it daily at home. I use it at church often, for example during Pascha week, I didn’t have to carry my big traditional Pascha book. It is a must to have for every Copt. You can easily access your agpeya and your bible (without the need for internet connection) during your breaks, during using public transportation or during anytime you’re waiting in line or for something else.

Organization. The team has done a great job in organizing everything in this app especially with all the content I am very impressed. The only problem is in the annual commemorations in the settings the saints and angels could be organized a bit better. They could make it in alphabetical order, but right now it is very hard to find which saint or Pope or angel you were trying to find. Overall though, a very good app.

A couple suggestions. Overall, the app is honestly so great. BUT I would greatly appreciate if there was a way to bookmark verses in the Bible, highlight, etc:) or adding a notepad feature? Thanks!

Essential Tool w/ a Request (🙏🏻). There are so many times this app has helped me be a better deacon and congregate. I joined the church very late in life and am not Egyptian. I struggle with Coptic, deacon responses and hymns. Although my request would be an incredibly helpful tool for outsiders who want to improve as deacons, it would be a major undertaking. (😞) Is it possible to add audio links to responses? I come to a deacon response and I click the link to hear it and practice. This would help so many and create unity in the responses. Please, please, please, change the Bible translation to NKJV. This is a good app that brings together so many of the services of the church in one place. It could be improved A LOT if the translation of the Bible is NKJV not just for the Bible portion of the app but also for the readings in the liturgies, Pascha, etc. The translation used is often confusing and the words are often not the correct translation. Prime example is this reading from the Psalm of the ninth hour of Tuesday eve of the Pascha, which reads: Save me from the lion’s mouth, my humiliation from the horns of the unicorns. Unicorns???

Omg it’s the best. Thank you soooo much for creating this app for all of us. This is a life saver if you don’t have a bible plus it is easier to use so you find what you need faster. And there is so much more to this amazing app that is just mind blowing and amazing.

Invaluable (simply put). This is probably the most important app that the Coptic Christian orthodox church uses!!! Pretty much every single Coptic person needs to have this app!! Litany of the Fathers. Hello, thank you for all the great efforts in keeping this app updated. Please consider filling in the Pope’s name along with the other 2 Popes to avoid the confusion of most deacons in remembering the names. The Metropolitan/Bishop can be left blank to be filled based on the diocese. In the event where the Pope’s seat is empty, your team updates things quickly, so it can be changed when time is due. Great app!. This is a great app but missing 2 key features and one nice to have that I need to rely on 2 other apps for. 1. The ability to bookmark my readings. I need to bookmark where I left reading the Bible as I might be reading multiple books/chapters at the same time and it’s challenging to remember where I stopped. 2. The ability to highlight verses and copy them. I encourage myself and others to read the Bible by sharing my favorite daily verse. 3. Nice to have - add interpretations and related bible verses that will be helpful for bible study. Thanks a ton!

Amazing little App that figures everything for you. What a great App that figures out the Coptic calendar and reconcile all the feasts and church occasions. May God reward all those who invented this work and made our lives easy. It is used all over the Coptic churches and not only in the Southern Diocese.

Greatest application.. 99% of people either pray in English or Arabic. Your Agbia part of this application is really great but, I really wish if it gives u the option of English or Arabic or even both. Just having both English and arabic next to each other is killing the space and size and very eye straining. I do pray in both language but never at the same time. So having English and arabic in such a small space is not the best idea. Other than that u guys are the best. God bless

Great app but missing 2 things. 1. There should be some type of search button to search for the prayer so we don’t have to click stuff we don’t know. 2. Every time I go on melodies I see a lot of missing melodies. This is very critical to me because I have some eye problems and I can’t look at the screen in church. Please fix this

Very limited. It is a bit expensive but any way I would expect to have more features like 1-zoom in zoom out 2- copy and paste 3- change language between Arabic and English 4- the orders of ten prayers have to jump back sometime to search

Happy but a bit of a bug. My wife decided to purchase the liturgies under her account, and as we have family sharing turned on, I thought that it would show up on my device. She ended up purchasing the liturgies and the hymns ($15) but it didn’t show up on either devices. Is it possible to rectify this matter by the developer?? Other than that we love the app.

Missing Prophecy. I’ve been using Coptic Reader all of Pascha but in the first hour of Great Friday I was asked to read the prophecy of Isiah 2:10-21,and I could not find it on the app, if you could add that it’ll be perfect.

Great app. Amazing app. I use it everyday. It’s also very good that everything is free now due to COVID19, but I suggest to keep it free even after these times pass. I used to have the payed version on my iPad and old phone but when I switched to my new devices I tried everything to get it back and it wouldn’t work without paying again, so again I suggest to keep the full app free so we can praise the Lord more often in more convenient and effective ways. Change the translation. Can you please change the English translation of “ المخوف المملوء مجدًا " from “the awesome, the full of glory “ to “ the fearful, the full of glory” to reflect the correct translation. Thank you, May God rewards you on Heaven and Earth.

Great resource!. I love this app! You can take all your church readings, Bible and Agpeya with you everywhere. The only thing I would change is maybe add a bookmark option for the Bible.

This is a great app but…. There’s a request I would like to make. And I think you should add a bookmark setting for when we might forget a chapter that we are reading. Other than that, the app is AMAZING.

Coptic needs to be displayed in English and Arabic Also add search option. Coptic needs to displayed in English and or Arabic letters. Its bad enough people don't understand Coptic at least let me read it and participate in the hymns. Also add a search option were I can search key word to find where I am in the liturgy.

Authentic site. Great for a traditional church

Great App.. The Coptic Reader is a monumental work. It has become the ultimate app used, by most of the deacons, and the majority of priests in North America. It is really very useful and one can feel that there is a contineous effort to document digitally all our coptic liturgical legacy. One of the issues that needs more care, is the revision of the Old an New Testament texts. Sometimes there are typing mistakes. I also believe that the English songs, that the youth sing in our Coptic church should be added, not only the traditional songs translated from Arabic. The church in North America is changing and this App has to respond to the need of the church.

Great blessing to have such app. Thanks to our Lord who helped those created and gathered that app to come out in that great shape! It is a wonderful (must have) app for the Coptic Orthodox Church. Also the app can be used by everyone for its Bible and prayers section. I hope the mother church in Egypt use it as well.

Frees. We change phones quite often, and we are big family. We don’t know how not to loose our membership. Would be nice to have it free and all churches in North America participate in the costs.

Langauge. Great app! Missing the option of Coptic text in Arabic letters for those who can’t read the Coptic alphabet.

Search. It’s a great app. Please consider to update the search tool and make it easier . Example :if you are searching on العليقه التي راها موسي or يا م ر ي م You have to know in witch date you are looking for in the midnight praises.

Words of Agpeya Mismatch with NKJV Bible. While this application has been extremely useful and should continue to be free for all, as users shouldn’t be charged to access such prayer resources, the one major criticism I have is that the words of all the Psalms and Gospel readings of the Agpeya (basically all Bible references) do not match the New King James Version Holy Bible. There are so many hard copy Agpeyas out there and it’s a mixed bag whereby some match the NKJV Holy Bible and others don’t. It would be so advantageous and consistent when trying to commit Psalms and readings to memory if they were aligned with the Holy Bible. It may seem like a lot of effort, but it’s a simple copy-paste exercise as there are so many online NKJV versions already available. Please endeavour to close this gap. Many thanks and blessings for this initiative.

Special request. Great app obviously, but I wish some sections would be updated such as the commemoration of the saints and the hyteniat. These are the ones that come to mind.

Holy fifty days. Xristos Anesti In midnight praises during the holy fifty days all the 4 hos(es) are not preceded by the their psalis. Laqqan Services. There is thanksgiving prayer that is said at the end of laqqan services for Feasy of Theophany, Covenant Thursday, and Feast of the Apostles. This prayer isn't included in Coptic Reader. If it can be added, that would be great. If you need the text, please let me know.

Voice. Is it possible to add a hymn which would belong to each auction So that as deacons can start with the right tone

A must companion for prayers. This app is very useful and a must have for prayers. Please add coptic hymns in Arabic/English letters to make it easier for people who can’t read coptic to follow, this is a must to make this app truly usueful!

Great app, needs small adjustments. Hey guys, the app is great but can you fix these small things: • Remove from “shere nisherobim” until “isos pekhristos ensaf” from the the verses of cymbals for the Resurrection/Holy 50 Days • It’s just aftonf not fetaftonf for the concluding hymns • For the Agepya during Resurrection/Holy 50 Days, make the Trisagion prayer “who rose from the dead and ascended into the heavens...” 3x instead of the ordinary way This is the rite and supported by Ibrahim Ayad and others’ recordings. I think these fixes would make the app perfect. Thank you so much and God bless your service!

Different in the content. My app content is different than others. For example the psalm number content is different than the content of the same number in actual bible

Microphone please, need an added sound to the daily readings.. App is semi complete, except for all the songs of the after Liturgy

The goal of perfection. The updates are remarkable in frequency and detail. Obviously perfection is the goal of the owners of CopticReader. I can’t imagine the Coptic Orthodox Church in the Diaspora without CopticReader. What a great resource!

Great App, need a bit of improvement. I am using the app for more than 6 years now, the app is great covering all the Church’s occasions. But It needs some improvement in the Pascha Arabic Readings sections. Many mistakes, and incomplete sentences.

Good prayer book. It’s on hand good prayer book however the words are too small to read and there is no way to zoom in or zoom out.

Amazing app. Very nice app that everyone at my church uses and we all enjoy it but the new English translations for the kiahk hymns aren’t the best. I would suggest changing them to the way they used to be last year.

Search Functionalty. Is there a way I could search the Gospel liturgy readings? e.g if I wanted to know when (date) matthew 5 is read? If not can the functionality be added?
