Great way to keep your own time. I work for an office that doesn’t have the check in/ check out technology, so I have to keep my own time. This app is simple to use and I’ve gotten in the habit of updating my time at the end of the day. I’ve used this app for several years now. It keeps me honest and organized.

Really a good time keeping app.. I use this app to track the time that I spend on multiple job sites. I set up each job under a separate title and then click in and out of each one as I get there and leave. Works awesome!

Does everything I need it to do. I work three jobs and for all of them I need to track and enter in my own time. It is an amazing tool for that and later analyzing your income. It also helped me discover that one of my previous jobs was skimping me by a few dollars. GUI to edit a task can be a bit confusing to use sometimes but I always figure it out in the end.

Great app!. I love this app it allowed me to keep track of my hours daily. I originally downloaded it because my boss was skimming my hours. This app put a stop to it.

Great time keeper!. This app is great! It allows me to keep time in all the different facets of my job. And then review them at the end of the week so I can see where I'm spending the majority of my time.

This is one for “the books” pun is intended lol. This is such a useful app! I have used it for years! ( it has a memory that keeps all my hours even from day one that I started to Keep track via the app, three years ago!!! To clock in is super simple and to add previous hrs is a breeze, I can’t believe they still manage to give you all these perks and keep it free! ITS A-MAZIIIING!

Great app but could use some updates. Ive been using this for years for my sole proprietorship and find it extremely helpful. My only suggestion is to add a search option for jobs listed on the left. I have over 100 names and often have to scroll to find a name which is very time consuming.

Great App for timekeeping. Works great with my Apple Watch. As a personal assistant and caregiver, I work for two people in the same residence. I can click clock in and clock out for each one on my watch. It also allows me to edit time if I forget to clock in/out when I start a task.

Used to be great...fix the date issue. I have reported the date issue half a dozen times over the last six months. On the reports (pie chart graphs), the date fields at the bottom are empty. You cannot tell if the chart is for a week or a month or which week or month. This renders this function useless and these reports are what I show my clients each month and I use them to plan my future work. The latest app update did nothing. I am ready to ditch this app and find a fully functional app.

Overall good. Overall it keeps a good track of things and I can divide them into the categories I need. However the dates at the bottom for the weeks when I am looking at the report section are not showing up.

Stellar app. I use this app to keep track of shifts I work I break it down by company, pay rate. The only thing I would like to see is if it would calculate weekly (payroll aspect) all in all it’s very handy

Great app!. Very easy to use. Would love to be able to customize more in settings like date format on exports to be month/day/year instead of the current day/month/year. Or customize report to remove the pie chart or add it.

Great for Freelancing. I’ve been using this app for 3 years to track my hourly billed time for graphic design freelancing. Sure there are a few things that I wish were changed, but honestly those are easy to look past because it’s so great. You can have different projects within different clients and all of them can have separate rates. I like being able to see my totals in the pie chart and compare month to month earnings. My one qualm is that every time you start or stop a timer, even if it’s just for a few seconds, it’ll give you a base $ amount. Say a dollar if you clocked in for under a minute. So when I view my monthly totals at the end of the month, the dollar amount and the hours billed can look different. But that’s really it. I love the backup feature. I’ve had to switch phones multiple times in those 3 years, and it’s been great knowing I can pick up right where I left off once on the new phone. Would definitely recommend to any freelancers who want a free time tracking app.

Great app!. Works wonderful and you’re able to track exactly how much you’re paid, and even calculates overtime. Although you can only count overtime either days or weeks: meaning if you get overtime after 8hrs in a day and 40 hrs in a week you can not calculate both only one. I believe it’s a glitch, it’s strange how it was set up. Other than that works perfectly. (PLEASE FIX)

Solid tracking of hours and $$$. I use it to not only track my hours but keep track of earnings and efficiency.

Simple and sweet design and function. It works exactly how you would expect and more. You can work two or three different jobs and still keep tabs on them. It also allows you to customize the overtime rates and such.

Works pretty well. When my old timesheet app was no longer being developed, I was in search for a replacement. About a year ago I downloaded nearly 20 apps and this one seemed to best match what I was used to. It also added functionalities I didn’t know I would value so much like the ability to clock in retroactively for when you inevitably forget to start the timer immediately after starting work. Only complaint is that the app claims to let you export to Email, PDF, or excel but I can’t seem to find this functionality.

Works for me. I started a new pay so I was able to create another “task” with just a different pay rate. Still have records of my old pay. Everything works fine, just wish they could add the feature of adding break(s) because my job always takes one hour off for lunch that we don’t get paid.

Good option but it has not reached its full potential yet. I use the app to keep track of my work time and simple thing I would add would be a widget to check how long I have worked and to clock in and out.

Best time tracker ever. I work lots and lots of hours and it seems payroll kept messing up my hours but I could never really do anything about it without proof. Thanks to this app I was able to go to payroll and get all discrepancies fixed.

Great app. Love the way you just click to start your clock and it figures out your paycheck! Do wish there was an option to add a list for supplies,travel,etc. Someone else said there was a way to edit. Couldn't figure that out but will keep trying.

Flexible, does what I need it to. I love the charting, very helpful in reviewing man-hour inputs to various enterprises on our farm. Wish I could figure out a Siri-activated hands free task switching verbal command seeing as how I have to pull it out, often with dirty hands, and manually switch. Great app!

Worked well till.... I’ve been using this app for some years now and it’s been good, it’s simple and it does what it needed to do. I use to clock in and track the time of all my employees. The reason for the 3 stars is because about 6 weeks ago every time I check the final report for the end of week the dates that are displayed at the bottom have not been showing, which is important when it comes down to running payroll for the correct dates. Once this bug gets resolved I will update my review to a solid 5 stars.

Weird hours, no problem!. I work weird hours, part time, at different locations, so I "clock in and out" with Worktime instead of a traditional time clock. Love it! I also love that I can edit my times when I forget to clock out or in, and even add an entire work session when I forget altogether! For a while I used this to track time spent on social media, but this app is a little TOO good for that... I decided I didn't want to know.

Very useful app. I use it to track my work time which is especially useful since I’ve been working partly from home and at odd hours. It’s easy to add times later or edit as needed.

By far the best time keeping app. I absolutely love this app. The free version gives you so much, for minimal ads. I've been keeping track of my hours for 6 months with this app. I can divide my hours by pay period, and now that I have 2 jobs it helps keep everything organised. Thank you for such an amazing app!

Great balance. This app has a nice balance between simple to use yet complex enough to cover multiple needs. I won't look for any other time racking apps because this one is super.

Love this app. This is a great app. I have multiple jobs with multiple sub jobs it keeps track of them and lets me know what I will be getting paid before taxes. Highly recommended.

Reliably works for an older app. Updated Review: Been using this app for years. It’s not bad and obviously gets the job done for me. A bit clunky/time consuming to enter times. I tried the export function but it exports the wrong time/date format (non-US?), so I had to create a spreadsheet to handle. Plus the influx of ads is super annoying. Would pay for a pro version if minor improvements were made, more customizable exporting and no ads.

Time tracker. It’s a great way to keep track of your time on a job. Helps you see what your charging per job and how it adds up by the hour.

Great App!. You can create multiple projects and tasks, and track your time seamlessly. You can start timers for multiple tasks, and pause timers. Easy to edit time if you started a timer incorrectly or forgot to stop a timer. You can also enter time manually.

Greatest App of All Time!!!. I recently took a salary job and wanted to secretly keep track of the time I am working to compare to what it would have been being paid hourly. So easy to use! No fluff, gets right to the point. Clean and well designed. I made an in app purchase on my phone, then ended up selling the phone 3 weeks later not thinking that I could have lost all my data, but I simply logged into my new phone and there it was! Nothing lost! Can do backups to iCloud, DropBox, and WiFi! Definitely recommend this product! Personally, the ads weren’t to bothersome, but I feel that this is worth a total of $30 ($20 to remove ads & $10 to backup).

Have to pay again for purchased app. Purchased this app awhile ago and have been using it for work. It was a Great app I thought. Recently I upgraded to a new phone and re-downloaded the app. Now it has ads and you have to pay or watch some stupid videos to remove them temporarily which is bogus. You also now have to pay for exporting documents. Total scam here. I contacted the designer and they basically blew me off. Customer service is none existent so no help for this app. Way to mess up a good thing.

Exactly what I needed. Put in my different base hourly rates, overtime after x hours, double time after Y. Put in hours worked and get the total amount. Reports are good and more detailed then I have found a need for. Use it, it’s great.

Easiest work time tracker I’ve seen. I’m happy with it I just have a problem where you can’t get out of the search page and I wish I could email the time sheet as a bill

It’s ok, but needs a little more!. I’ve been using the app for the last 3-4 months; it’s great for job tracking and keeping up with hours for each job or overall hours each week. The apps needs the ability to add and separate employees from the jobs.

Davo54 WorkTime. Great app. Gave it 4 Stars because this App is very helpful. The only suggestion I have is it would be very helpful to where we can access our photos and add them to our WorkTime schedules. I definitely would recommend this anyone!

Loved it. I have used this app for my business for a few years now and since the Jan 27 th update I can’t get it to work at all! It now crashes upon opening. I have contacted support and have received no response. I am still hoping for a miracle. 🙏🏼

Not perfect but useful. I've been using the app for about a year now and for the most part it's useful. Some of the functionality is weird, when I have to adjust my dates I have to adjust the end date before the start date or it won't let me change the date.

Okay. Had some issues but they are fixed now. The app is difficult to navigate and hard to figure out how to use. I do random odd jobs and projects online to make money. Not all jobs are hourly paid and something you set a timer and clock in and out. Some jobs pay by the job. I am making this work for me. Allows me to keep up with pay per job but does not do exactly what I am wanting.

Useful app, but could use some improvements. Not quite intuitive, some parts are hard to navigate. Time stamping is easy, and I like how it adds up totals. The way the app switches the "in use" time clock to top position, rather than remaining in one place, is confusing.

Very useful!. I use the app to keep track of the time I spend making quilts for customers. It helps me not only by seeing the amount of time I'm spending per job but I can also input notes for each job. Love the app and works perfectly for what I need.

Was a excellent product till it wasn’t. I use to use this all the time on my farm operation to help keep my time easier from all the different jobs I do. Till the day in the report section stop displaying the months so it was hard to figure out what months I was on or go back to see what I had in previous month. Please get it fixed I much rather use this app then try to remember pen n paper n keep track of it

Great Way to Track Your Hours. What else do I have to say every time they push an update it reverts back to as if you never paid for the “add free” upgrade. I’m unable to back up to the cloud, or anything else for that matter. I’ve sent several emails to support and I don’t believe there is a support. Other than that I’ve been using the app for several years now and like the layout and how adjustable it is. Please fix my issues

Best Thing Ever. I have used this app for YEARS! I do a lot of contract work and work an hourly job where I enter in the hours to a time sheet each pay period, without this app I would totally forget when I worked. It also helps so much with budgeting!

Great App to track work hours and pay. Easy interface helps track the hours and rates worked at different jobs. Still can’t add in breaks unfortunately but is handy to see how much has been earned.

Not happy. App works to a point, it tracks but will not export via email. Reports need to show notes, would be nice if it could be customized. Trying contacting maker and no response. Waste of money.

Worktime tracker. Like the app but it now doesn't seem to work with new iPad upgrade

Work time. Like the fact you can change the days and times and modify it your working days, would be even better if you could put in your fortnights work ahead of time but if you don't work that shift you should be able to modify that if things happen.

Handy. The app is actually pretty useful. I work multiple jobs, this app allows me to track all the hours I do at the different pay rates and displays a total that I've earned for the week and when. So glad that I stumbled across it.

Too basic. Doesnt give u options to configure in simple variations that might happen, such as different rates in the same task that might occur due to hours amount or so. And other stuff

Nice app. Excellent app for tracking my daily jobs to fill in my job sheet at the end of the day. I don't use the money/ rate functionality but it looks useful as well if you need it. Simple and intuitive interface. Does everything I need. Nice work.

Good standard. The app has a good standard allowing you to keep track of your work. Recommend to casual workers mostly as it is very basic.

Update please. This app was really good,till about 2 iOS updates ago, now it just crashes whenever I open it, it's been three months at least and it still doesn't work! Where's the update!? Get it together people!!

So far so good. I used a previous app to keep track of time. It crashed! When I researched for a new app, the reviews for this one were all positive, so I decided to give it a try. So far, so good! I clock-in on my watch and clock-out. Hours and monetary total. Simple and easy. No issues so far and I hope that is the way it stays. All thumbs up at this point.

Works good. This app works well, needs to be able to set dates for cut off so it will have the right amount for payday. The new update to 14.2 killed the app. It would not open and I tried everything, had to remove app and reinstall it, works again. But I lost over 5 years worth of info.

Used for three years. Farming life is unpredictable and my hours are all over the place. Highly recommend this app once you are used to the user interface it’s flawless!

Work well. I use this app daily to track my work hours.. It does that relatively well but I do not find the app very intuitive. Find the screens I want to see is not as direct or as straightforward as they could be.. All in all a good an functional app that I will continue to use and eagerly await updates

Good app for the self employed. This is a good app for a monthly time tracker. It does not work on a bi weekly basis and as a shift worker that is what I needed. Time consuming for shift workers as you have to calculate your own total hours so no need for the app.

NOT a good app!. This may be a scam. I wanted the app to track my work hours and the hours of 2 employees. Using a brand new IPad Pro. It was hung up. There is No legend on how to do anything. The app says you can cancel before first period has ended but there is NO cancel or unsubscribe option. M

Not as easy I read. This app is not an easy app to use. And I paid for no adds. I tried numerous times to figure it out but could not. I think I will go back to keeping my time in a calendar the old fashioned way it’s easier.

Just basic. Doesn’t calculate tax, no button for breaks and can’t edit your shift while clocked in.

Time/Amount. 4 star but There’s a problem for a perfet calculation for Total hour and Salary.. If you compute your total hour and salary to your calcutor is different here. Maybe decimal problem?
