Absolutely pathetic results. I tried one number that was harassing me and it found it was coming from a telephone tower and it was a land line. All that detail, wow! I gave Intellis the benefit of the doubt and background checked myself. Age was 20 years out, I was married to somebody I’ve never heard of. Not an auspicious start. It’s been approximately 30 mins since I downloaded it and 30 secs later I deleted it. Pretty layout though.

Needs Improvement. I have used this app since IOS 10 and now with IOS 11.4. FOR 2 Years now when I tap on the app the orange screen opens but it never changes to the search page unless I double tap to see all apps open, then it will show the search page but most of the time it is unresponsive and won't let me type in the info for a search. No matter how many times I close the app the same thing keeps happening. Only occasionally does the app work correctly. This being a paid app surely someone in the Company can fix this problem. When this app works it works great and has been extremely useful to me. I hope it can be improved and I can update my review with a better rating.

I found who I was looking for. I was able to find the person that I was looking for.

App doesn’t work. Used this app multiple times in the past few years and worked fine now I can’t log into the app. Says to update user information and when I submit the information a box pops up and says an unknown error has occurred. Meanwhile I can login to the website on my browser just fine!?

This app is on point. “For the most part “. Either was pretty useful. Everytime I look for someone even if there are mulituple people buy that name the must be thorough because they never miss perpetrator I was looking for

Dissatisfied with lack of support. I had an intermittent problem. The problem was twice looked into and then I felt the problem was laid at my feet... i have no idea what was done in an attempt to help nor how many times an attempt was made. I was merely told there was nothing that could be done.... I made a suggestion and was told I’d need to speak to another power that be . I’ve been a customer for a number of years and am disappointed in the lack of service

Fraudulent charges. I signed up for the free two day trial, and cancelled the subscription indisputable immediately afterwards so I would not be charged. The app still charged me, and when I requested a refund from Apple, which they said they would refund the charge, the subscription was still charged to my credit card. Beware of the scam this app is running and do not sight up for the "free" trial unless you want to pay for it.

Not so hot. This app is extremely inaccurate! I guess you get what you pay for but geesh! I have not found one accurate phone number yet. I’ve even searched my own phone number and it didn’t have my information at all. 2 stars because it gets the name and address correct more often than not.

Found what I needed. When I need to locate basic information on someone Intellious has what you need for only a few bucks you can confirm an address phone number and a few other good nuggets of information! Love this app!! Been using it for several years

Don’t recommend this app. I don’t recommend this app , it doesn’t give the inf from the numbers that I need to know , and when I try to cancel the membership don’t let me cancel from the account I have in the app

Did not get reports I ordered. I got an email that they could not provide the report I ordered because they could not confirm my order by phone. I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognize and I can’t answer while working. I had no idea they would need to call me. They refunded the report but not my membership which I only got inadvertently when trying to order the report.

Not Accurate Information On Myself. I decided to run my own number and self on the app. It does not only not have my accurate number, but much of the information including places of employment, residence, and current phone numbers are inaccurate. And it says my telephone number I’ve had for years belongs to someone else! How is that even possible to leave that much false information on what should be a very reputable app? It’s so far fetched at that. The good thing is I now have a name of who perhaps uses my number as there’s and I get a ton of calls from a debt collector for that person/them. I would pay for the service if it addressed and fixed these huge issues. And put a real fix out there to prevent unknown callers from continually bugging. Not right.

Not as good as you think.. The app will get stuck most of the times I will get in, information is maybe 40% accurate on the person or the number you put it. Only 5% if at all will find you social network account and it doesn’t even make sense because most of the people have Facebook or Twitter or Instagram. They charge Waymore than the rest of the apps that will give you the same type of service. It doesn’t look like they’re updating their database often or anything in the app or in the Versions.

Total scam. First off after you download the app they say apple has banned them from showing you this information and redirected you to a website. Yet all these other apps on the App Store have no problem working. Then there’s the pricing and website it says one price but when you go thru the whole process it then Tells you it’s a completely different price in the fine print. Absolutely don’t download!!!

“Having trouble connecting”. This app worked great when I used it over a year ago. Suddenly the app kept saying: “Profile Now Unlocked”. Followed by, “We are having trouble connecting. Please close the app and reopen it in a few minutes”. Like a fool I have tried at least 5 other times and each time was charged $1.99. I did this each time hoping it would work as good as it used to. Don’t waste your money.

Carlie Thompson. This app is great! The only issue I’ve found is 90% of the contact numbers are not in service.

The Best Yet. I recently sent in this email.. To whom it may concern, I just wanted to let the person/people who created the program of this app know that they did an absolutely wonderful job of it. I tried 4-5 other reverse search apps, multiple websites, Google, Duck Duck Go, Bing, Yahoo, and a few others, but none of them gave me the information I needed. Your app Intelius was the ONLY one that supplied me with the information I needed to find out the number I searched belongs to a scam operation run across the country and uses different numbers in various states to look like a local number. Not user friendly or accurate. The app was extremely difficult to navigate and it is extremely expensive. Why pay for a monthly subscription plus pay $20 for each report. Absolutely not worth the time or money.

Discriminates against those of us who you screen reader. I thought I would get the app and try after the website was a total bomb with screen reader. The website has a recapture that doesn’t have an audio challenge to it nor does it even let screen reader know it’s a recapture it just says image, image, image. And it won’t let you go past that with screen reader. When I called customer service they just advised me to use it with a friend that’s not convenient. But I thought I would give this app a try. The app just absolutely does nothing when using it with screen reader. It is very obvious that this company does not care about those of us that you screen reader and therefore I don’t care about this company.

So helpful. This app is so helpful to match phone numbers to names and names to phone numbers Use it to find customers who were neglectful in paying their bills And have moved around I have friends who call to have me look up info for them

Great app. When I can find a phone number that I need! I think more options would be great though. It doesn’t give more options, such as if we want more choices and if we found the phone number we were looking for. It will stop looking for numbers and give maybe 5 numbers and that’s it.

First try. I’ve not yet purchased anything but for my first tries I was very satisfied. I couldn’t find out too much information about the phone number I was looking up so it is probably no one that I need to call back. But then I typed in names of long lost friends (many of whom have ordinary names, and that I have tried looking up before...) and was surprised at the amount of information provided, well beyond what I would have expected and enough identify specific people. Now, if I contact.... or don’t ....who knows/ follow through ect. But atleast I have info if ever want to

App crashes constantly. This constantly crashes upon opening it. I have to close all the other apps or restart my phone. I’m paying $9.99 per months and I’m not able to use this for my business. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WHITEPAGES OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR APP. This app is a headache, I have given the developers some other suggestions and they still have not corrected the problem

App works fine, but.... I use the app off and on. While it works, it doesn’t always provide usable information. For instance: recently I was spam-called several times a week by a company I’d never heard of, much less had any direct contact with. Intellius was unable to provide more than a general location. A google search of the number, however, turned up the corporate name and address. Unfortunately, while this isn’t the standard response, it happens too often for my satisfaction. To unsubscribe, you are supposed to go to iTunes Store settings... yet - at least on MY phone - there is nothing there to facilitate such an action. Bad design, that

Lost Precious Friend. Found this app and was able to locate a dear friend. We lost contact over twenty years ago and now I was able to relocate my dear friend.

Owe me money!. I had the intelius app 3 to 4 years ago and I paid 9.99 dollars a month which it was well worth it. Then it went away. Recently I searched for it in the App Store and downloaded it, when I opened it I was informed that there was no data to be imported and I was to open the website thru safari. I did , and then searched a number and I was promptly directed to the page where I was told to get the info I was seeking I could pay 4.95, which I did and was given just a name and I could get all information if I paid more. Very disappointed, and I want my 4.95 back

Great for finding long-lost friends, but could be even better. I’ve found Intelius to be the best “people finder” app/web site for re-connecting with long-lost friends and acquaintances from high school and college, especially since they’ve added educational background to their search results. It would be even more helpful in that regard if the app or web site allowed users to find people using that information by including a search field for secondary school or college plus a date range. A few of my Intelius searches have yielded imcorrect results – one showed a former classmate at the high school I attended in Florida as having instead attended high school in Harrisburg, PA, even though she never went there. In another case, they seem to have scrambled the information for a former classmate with that of an entirely different person who has a similar first and middle name and who currently lives in the same county in Florida, and it took me a while to untangle which information actually belonged to my former classmate and which to the other person. But for the most part, their search results are spot on. I gave this app four stars only because I’d like to be able to search for people by the schools they attended, and because of those rare scrambled search results. But overall, I highly recommend Intelius – their information is comprehensive, they have a generous trial period before making you pay for a subscription, and their subscription fee is reasonable.

Disappointed. When you go on their website it is free just put in their phone number before they give any information they want to be paid this is misleading and less we take it off the website free of charge I think this is ridiculous that when you go on their site it says free them before they give you the information they want to charge you that’s fraud mail leave and I’m going to try to press it on Joel

Best App Ever. App allows you screen unknown numbers and scrams real time!!! Look up actual business owners who use third party callers. You can reverse call and have them removed off call list or spam

App vs desktop. The app versus the desktop are like tow different companies. The old desktop was so much netter, the new desktop so much slower and tje format completely changed. What if your favorite car maker when making an update to your car changed your turn signal lever from the left side of the steering column to the right, and put the gas pedal on the left and the. Rake on the right ? Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. You made it so much slower that I have started using another service. I still use the app, but it has never worked similarly to the desktop.

Stopped working a few weeks ago,.... And I thought it would’ve been fixed after seeing the updated app page. Unfortunately, no. It’s just a constant error page with nothing behind it. Used it for years without a single issue.

One star. It took months to get Intellius to stop charging both my accounts. Now they block me from trying to use the site. They are impossible to deal with.

Love it!. Great app, You can find Lost Friends, Family, and more!! A little bit scary however with the information that can be obtained.

Please cancel my account. You do not make it easy to cancel and it’s taken me two days to get to this point. You may not charge me anything or I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and anyone else I need to. This will probably not get to the right person but at least it is proof that I’ve been trying.

Downloaded Today Crashes!. I’ve never seen anything like this before. I’ve never had an app crash immediately when I tried to use it. I get this message that the user has restricted access to the site. What does that mean?

REPORT THIS APP. This app should be deleted , it tells a persons ENTIRE information ... how old they are , their ADDRESS , and who there related to .. how is that even possible to know who they are related to ! this app is very creepy and weird and should be deleted IMMEDIATELY!! If someone was trying to hurt or kidnap someone it’s gonna be very easy with this app ‼️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Used to love this app. I loved this app but when they switched platforms it will not let me sign in. Says there’s an error. Haven’t been able to use it in almost a year it seems and I was paying for it.

90% accuracy and fast ID!. This app is great for a whole range of things! It works smoothly and finds fast! I can't believe the info you get off of people in these searches. However, it's only 90% accurate... Sometimes it doesn't show exactly where someone is because of a recent move or something along those lines. It showed my previous but not current address. Everyone except me has been 100% accurate for social media and address. Oh and it found my social media; was very shocked😂

Good search App.. Find what you're looking for but all information may not be correct. Application is fairly good with details but does miss on minor points. I tested the App. on a source and as I said above; the App. is a good resource if used in connection with a second Search Application.

95% wrong info.. Searched my roommates #, ( he's had over 4 yrs) and it comes up with some girls name, address , and other personal info. I know it's his I call it a couple Tim's a day, I've had to borrow it , and use it. I transfer my calls to it when my phone was acting up , his kids call him on that # . His boss his father all use that # . But not according to this site!!!! Use a fee site and save your money. But their all lies, I'm on a mission to find real!!!!

Hmmm. Agreed to the two day “free trial” > entered the phone number > was only given option to call or text the phone number. Hmmm...I already have the ability to call or text the phone number without using this app. Not a good way to provide a free trial period.

App won’t open at all. All of a sudden I haven’t been able to access this App at all..I have tried updating my info and an error message just keeps coming up.

Misled. App lures you in Buy showing a low cost for Premier Membership then when you want full access to a report it tries to charge you more. Very misleading business practice, definitely would not recommend.

No good. What is the point of this app being in the App Store? I opened it up only to see a statement showing that I need to login into Intelius via the Safari web browser because of new privacy policies that Apple has implemented. This app is useless.

Bull Ish. This app, I believe to be a bunch of bull! I searched for my own number and the info didn’t come back accurate. I searched my own name and my number didn’t come up. On top of it all I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for two months now and I find out how to do it.

Stole my money. I used this app and when I needed to open the background check I paid what it was asking. I then got charged instantly on my paypal. I then went to open the information and it said no purchases though they took my money. I will be reporting this. Update: They keep charging me $21! BEWARE

Pretty good. Lots of basic info that is helpful. Would give 5 starts but the prices are outrageous. Good thing they give u unlimited searches for the first 2 days ...

CREEPY. If I look up my number my name and address comes up without my permission. And this app is FREE??!!! That’s creepy and i think that you should be able to take your phone number out! It’s sharing way too much private information!!!

Total Scam with their automatic charges. DO NOT fall for the .99$ membership charge and then try and cancel immediately. They will still charge you $7.95 a week later. Completely unethical and sneaky business practices on their part.

DONT GET THIS!. For the past month I have been unable to use this app. Utilizing support does no good since no one is contacting me back. I have an extensive account on here with a lot of purchases, etc. and have no way of accessing them. Terrible app

Helpful app. Intelius is great for reverse phone look ups as well as locating addresses of folks.

Not Accurate!. I thought this app was going to be great, however, I ended up looking up my own phone number to check for accuracy and it was not correct AT ALL. Don’t waste your money on inaccurate information!

Not working. I’ve had this for years with no problem. Now it ask me to update my account and won’t let me sign in. It’d been that way for days now with no customer support.

Numbers are old. Though this has helped, the numbers given we’re old and other people have already taken them thus leading to call the wrong person.

Used to love it. And now even after downloading it over and over, it still tells me it’s unable to look anything up despite the alert the “profile was unlocked.” It’s a scam.

Not accurate. Many of the addresses that I looked up were wrong!

Information is outdated. This company provides 100% outdated information. The app has never functioned properly and is full of bugs. Today everything I type or try to view is a white font on a white background making it so you can’t read anything that appears. So frustrating I even looked myself up I haven't lived in those homes listed for more than 20 years. No phone numbers matched mine. Great idea but waste of money.

No even close!. Entered my personal phone number as well as my GF. I’ve had my number close to 15 years. Information is not mine or even close in some cases. GF shows in another county under a name which is Chinese. And not that Chinese women are not attractive but my GF is not that.

Broken in every way. Using a XR on 13.1.3 This must be a guise for data collection because this app offers nothing. It doesn’t even pretend to work or look vaguely functional. It’s exactly like my family growing up.

This app is jacked up. Something happened a few days ago, and when you type anything in the app, the letters you type end up the same white color as the background. YOU CAN’T SEE WHAT YOUR TYPING also the search results are all white... again making them practically invisible!! IS anyone in INTELLIUS LAND EVEN LOOKING AT THEIR OWN APP?! Like really Seriously Really

Can’t run report. Even when using my iPhone, I’ll resort to using the web version of Intelius if I want more detail (Such as birthdate). Lately, however, the web version doesn’t give me a button to select a report. I wish the app would provide the same detail as the web version.

Help. This is the worst app I have used. I have emailed and asked for help no response. It still wants to charge me to use it and I have already paid. I was suppose to get a 2 day trial free and did not get that. I also emailed and asked for a refund within a day no reopened. Do not use this app it is a joke.
