Love this app. This app is great! Not only can you play for free (you con purchase coins as well) but you can convert your game time into ways to use that at the actual casino.

Expensive to buy chips and not get anything in return.. You pay real money to buy chips for a chance to win what? Since there is no way of winning real money, then how about crediting the amount of real money spent buying chips dollar for dollar in momentum dollars. So if I spend $20 real dollars buying chips, Mohegan Sun adds $20 to my momentum rewards. It’s like I’m giving you an interest free loan, and probably the only way I’d ever considering paying real money to buy chips since I can’t win any real money.

Don’t sign up. Game stole my 50 million coins through Facebook and I contacted Mohegan with no reply from them. Total rip off!!!! Even while playing Gonzo’s Quest I would win a few hundred thousand coins and they would never get put into my kitty- the next spin would be waiting as if nothing ever happened. Gonzo’s Quest also keeps crashing. Total gimmick.

CHEATING… has this app been hacked?. I have been playing this app for years… And feel taken advantage of by Mohegan son. Lasted version is not user friendly. Log in changes have created undesirable difficulties using the app. Not sure why there is a need for such security for an app that only shows current account data. I used to use the app on the casino floor track point earnings but that has become painfully difficult…. my opinion, PIN number was enough with no need for a complex password entry.

At night. When everyone goes to bed I sit up and play for hours and I forget I am at home. The App Has issues. This app is full of bugs and has issues. The priority pass, thats included in the app does not work. I contacted everyone I could at the casino, including emailing every department that I could get a hold of to try and resolve this problem. No one has been able to help. They keep telling me they know they’re have problems with it and that there’s a fix coming. It’s been over two months now and still no fix. I’ve uninstall the app and reinstall the app well over 20 times and it did not help. Very disappointed with the app and the lack of knowledge from anyone at the casino in resolving the issue. I’m a Disappointed Mohegan Sun player.

No longer SWEET!. App stole my credits. Twice I got nearly 2 million credits bonus in Brazilion beauty and at the end of bonus round I got the message SUBMITTING SPIN DATA ..... then my won credits disappeared as well as MY BANK OF CREDITS!!! I want them back but I can't find support anywhere!!! Even tried support link next to the review link and it brought me to the real casino home page where I couldn't find the contact us section. Why is customer support such a hassle to find?Love the games. BUT THIS IS NUTS Some of my favorites from the real casino! Graphics are nice. Gets better in my eyes every day. While I would call the game selection just fair(barely any licensed slots), this app gets better in my eyes every day. Not because they're improving it(even though they are, it use to be pretty buggy), but because it's not an unmitigated ripoff like so many of the other play money slot apps out there. If you spend 10 bucks for fake money on this app, you typically get a more than fair amount of play for it which is the biggest endorsement you can give a slot app.

Mohegan Sun play4fun. Great games, but my involvement will end soon if the Max Play button isn't removed from the format. I have lost 5 to 8 Million credits on one spin, inadvertently and unintentionally, several times, playing on my iPhone, due to changing hands or positions and brushing any part of the screen with a finger or anything touching the screen inadvertently. 15 minutes ago, I lost over 20 million credits in one spin because my thumb accidentally extended over the screen while getting up from the table. If this isn't rectified, I will no longer be purchasing credits and eventually stop playing4fun. A great disappointment and a major loss of $$$$ over the past year!&#%

Easier to visit the website. Apps are supposed to simplify and streamline experiences - I think of my banking apps and how easy they make certain tasks...this is not the case here. All this app basically does is launch the website within the app. -It never keeps me logged in - I have to enter my pin every time I navigate away...even for just a second -You can’t cancel reservations -Sure, booking a hotel room is easy, but that’s only if the pages load and you actually make it that far Just expected more from Mohegan...

This deserves minus 5 stars now....... Don’t know what has happened to the play 4 fun app... I eventually updated the app and it had crappy games..not the ones I earned and already had and started over as if 8 never had account. Then today I clicked on the email sent and it let me sign into a sign in screen (that looked familiar and showed my accurate points, but I still can’t get to it by going into a Mohegan sun app?.. I’ve downloaded 2 of them and they do nothing t have the play4fun ... the app that took over the update of my existing app does not connect to the old account

Disappointed Mohegan Customer. I thought because I was playing a nice fun game from Mohegan sun that It would actually be very good. I realize that it is just play money but the fact that you buy credits to play the game and then the system crashes every time you hit the free game bonus makes you feel like you're getting ripped off. I just spent $15 buying credits to play the games, hit bonus rounds four times and every time they crashed before I got to even play the bonus round. No extra credits to keep playing, so you need to buy more. Very unstable app.
