Patience wins all. This game has gotten me through nearly a year of the pandemic. I’m in the bottom League most of the time but I’m on level 750+ and enjoy it daily without spending any money. I do occasionally watch a video when I run out of lives but every few days they have a side game with endless lives for a couple days and the chance to get resources. Good puzzles that are variations on about 5 basic themes, one of which annoys me but I get over it.

DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU PLAN TO PURCHASE COINS IN GAME. Do not play this game if you plan to purchase coins in game. For the last several weeks the game will freeze when you do so making the reason the coins were purchased irrelevant. Wooga refuses to refund these purchases and to fix the game. They simply refer you to Apple. Apple refuses to issue the refund because it is not allowed. Very poor customer service, very bad way to run a business. Very deceptive.

Mental Breakdowns. I’ve had this game for years. I absolutely love it. But oh my god some of these levels are so freaking hard. Like it isn’t even funny. I’ve legitimately had mental breakdowns from some levels. Some of them have taken me MONTHS to finish. Not even joking. It’s gotten to the point where I literally cry from frustration from them. It’s actually ridiculous. I know the higher you go in the game the levels get harder but this is just too much. I’ve been playing since I was 14 and now I’m 19. This game has made me reach a level of anger that I didn’t even know existed. But I can’t delete the app. It’s just addicting. But my gosh it gets so hard that it makes you want to delete the game. How can you guys make this game look so cute and innocent but so evil inside. Jelly Splash, you have officially ruined my life forever.

Not happy. On level 1158 & all of a sudden the levels are all extremely hard to beat without purchasing anything. I spent a good bit on this game previously & I am cutting back. Every now and then would get to a level that took a while to get passed, but now it’s every single one. I’m not even getting close to completing it. Oh well, once I’m stuck for so long on a level, I stop playing. The “extras” should be a little easier to get other than having to buy coins.

Wooga coins. I absolutely love this game. Thank you very much but we need the ability to earn more wooga coins,,,,,2/23. I am at level 47 and I’m only giving 40 wooga coins,, I haven’t lost a level yet, but to purchase a booster, you’re asking for way more wooga coins than we are given,, I mean 47 levels with no coins? Please give more coins! I am certain I am not the only one asking for my wooga coins

-500 stars. I wish that I could share screenshots of the ad for a game about shooting inmates. It appears as though it won’t allow me to return to jelly splash until I “shoot two inmates”. No amount of time or attempt to shoot the ground has allowed me to get out of the gross screen. I’ve spent more time than I should have playing jelly splash, without concern, but I will not come back because of this disgusting ad.

Wonderful game. It is the easiest app game I’ve played in my life a kid or a elders like your friends or mom dad or fam. This app game also shows you about thinking of planning ahead so you know what’s going on. It makes you learn life skills too. See it’s fun and it teaches you many things. If you don’t agree that fine don’t write a hate comment just g2g go is my point even if you don’t like other people like yourself since you dont like other people then you might not like yourself stop putting yourself down always and live a life even if you don’t like people I still like you

Constantly Crashing. For months now, there's been major issues with crashing. There's even been times when it looks like I'm finally going to pass the level and...it crashes! I like the challenges as you move to the higher levels but hate when it feels like I'm not truly playing and instead being forced to play that one and only move that's available. With the constant crashing, no choice of movement and at times being stuck on a level for weeks...this game is becoming more irritating than enjoyable!

Good Sit-And-Wait Activity But Frustrating. I've played for years but the levels now take forever to get through and the game glitches every other time there’s a Jelly Tower - most weekends - and it won’t even appear on my screen. Then on Monday I’ll get a prompt that the Jelly Tower has closed though it never let me see it. I made it all the way through the Tower once but never again and definitely not when it won’t populate. More enjoyable at the lower levels but at least it keeps you from playing much at the higher ones. No worries about getting addicted.

Fun, but ads ruin it.. This game is cute and entertaining, but it tries to be more complicated than it needs to in order to sell you in-app purchases in the form of power-ups. Power-ups become necessary to use in order to beat certain levels, so be prepared to replay the same levels over and over and over again if you refuse to shell out for them. I tolerated all the flaws in this game because it was adorable and easy to play on the fly. That is, until I got political ads. I play these games to get away from all the division and hate in our nation, so I deleted the game since there are plenty of games out there with similar mechanics that have no political ads.

Been playing off and on for years. I remember when this first came out. I played it for a long time (got into the mid 1000+ level range) but I deleted it a year or two ago and forgot why. So I re-downloaded it and remembered why. Pros: Graphics are cute. Love the sounds. The app doesn’t bombard you with ads like a lot of other similar games. Cons: I didn’t mind when they added in the feature to gatekeep levels, meaning you have to earn a certain amount of stars in order to get more. What I do hate it that there is no fast travel to find levels where you don’t have three stars. It takes forever to scroll down to the bottom and then slowly scroll your way back up until you find something. Also, the app will sometimes force you to purchase a booster. They will give you free coins and force you to buy one if you tap on a level. This wouldn’t be so bad except it can get really frustrating if you accidentally tap a level you don’t need to replay. There’s no way to opt out of buying the booster. I don’t like using boosters for levels unless I am desperate so this feature is especially annoying for me. Just let me say I don’t want to buy the booster. And help me find levels that don’t have three stars.

Forces you to pay to continue. I wondered why in the past I had deleted this game because I really enjoy playing it... the thing is you can only go so far before you don’t have enough Stars to continue.. or you can pay fir more stars to get past the lock. Trying to get even more stars on a level you’ve beat is dang near impossible the way they have it set up. I want progress in the games I play to be able to move forward and not to for days have to play the same levels hoping you get just the right set up to earn your 3 stars instead of one star! And if Tick’s me off that they only give you so many lives before you have to turn the Game off and let TIME give you more lives... wouldn’t the maker of the game want you play their game non stop?? Of course you can PAY to get more lives to hopefully earn enough stars to get to new levels!!! Had to delete!!

Fix the bugs!!!!!!!!!!!!. This game could be really great, but it constantly crashes during pivotal moments in the game. There is a weekly challenge where if you win, you can choose between 3 prizes. I finally beat the last level and the game crashes before I can pick a prize. When the game comes back on it shows that I have beat the weekly challenge, but no prize coins or boosts were credited to me. 😡 the developers will ask players to leave them comments in the game, but the suggestions they offer are not helpful. All the complaints regarding the app refer to the game crashing, so why can’t they just fix it?

Love game, hate bugs. I love playing the game and have been for almost 4 years. It's more than just tapping touching colors. There's actually challenge and often strategy to it. However, sometimes it just crashes. Hate that when I am almost completing a level I've been working on for a long time. Also, when I earn free time on the wooden wheel, it usually crashes right as I start to play and then I lose all the free time and have to start over earning it again. A few levels are so difficult I use all my bonuses to try to get through it as after a few days the same level will get boring. Wish I could use I could use coins to pass after so many attempts. But all in all, I love the game itself.

The only review u need to read. Let me tell ya, this game is great. I play this a lot and it always seems to entertain me. There are lots of different kinds of level that I never get bored. This game always comes in clutch when I’m bored. Sometimes, there are some rough patches when I don’t care for the game, but I’ve realized that I always come back to it. Aye take a chance on the game and maybe u will like it because it’s lit.

Expensive and crashes constantly. Many of the high levels are virtually impossible to pass without using multiple boosts which require you to pay. The tower is also now become impossible. And even when you do pass a tower level all you get is like 10 coins even if it's a higher level. Also jelly splash crashes non-stop. If I had a nickel for every time it crashed, I'd be able to pay off my student debt as well as everybody else's in the whole United States.

Just a suggestion. I love this game however some of the levels are super difficult and it takes days to finish even using the power ups etc.. so here’s my idea maybe add a power up thing that lets you skip a level like you give a certain amount of coins and you can skip it and go back before you unlock the next set of levels that way you still have to complete the level before you continue to the next set but you don’t have to get so frustrated over being stuck on a level

No bueno on the tracking. Review update: now that the app wants to track me in order to be connected to my FB account, I’m going to uninstall it. Deuces! Past review: Currently, I'm stuck at level 132. I've been stuck here for a few weeks now. I do you feel like they keep you at a particular level in order to force you to spend money to buy extra lives, splashes, etc., which I will NEVER do. This is the second time that I have been stuck, but I was able to pass it eventually. Overall, the game is cool until it forces you to try and spend money.

Involving real money. I loved this game till I got to the higher levels. The higher the level, the harder it became and unless you have the bonus items to help you through some of the levels, forget it, your stuck, which is “forcing” you to use real money to buy the bonus items just so you can move on. That’s a waste if you ask me! I want to enjoy playing the game not blow through 5 lives boom, then have to wait. The ancient tower is wonderful, I can play for hours if I had the time to and not worry about using up lives, still challenging and that’s what I like, and “if” I “choose” to spend real money at that point, okay, but the other is just too over the top challenging once you reach higher levels. Jelly groups are way too hard

Great game, lousy version 3.37.1 for iPad. Sluggish to load, crashes every time I finish a game, just when I am about to get the points and rewards, it takes me all the way out of the app. The rainbow has restarted five times already. I had stopped playing this game because I started to have problems a few months back. I thought it was my iPad ram being close to full, so I deleted many other adventure games I had on my iPad to make room for this game, and updated the latest version so I could play it again. And I come to find out from the reviews that it is a problem with the game itself. Why can't we purchase this game, or levels, (like 500 at a time), and why are the levels getting impossibly difficult, or the points needed to complete them ridiculously high? Why, and this is the frustrating part for me, why does it say, 70,000 to complete level, and then when you get that, it goes to 90,000 or 100,000? Why are you teasing us? Please fix the bugs. I am not enjoying Jelly Splash as much anymore.

Frustrating and Not worth aggravation. I love this game and have played it for several years, however, an ad for the game, Final Fantasy, constantly pops up. When I try to close it by x-ing out, it refuses to close. I got really frustrated last night and deleted the game. I re-dowloaded Jelly Splash just now to give it one more try, and I have to start all over from the beginning. Plus, Final Fantasy popped up again and will not close, so once again, Jelly Splash is getting deleted. Not worth the aggravation!

SMH. This use to be a great game...I have most of the same complaints as everyone else! so I’ll just focus on my main point. What’s the purpose of accumulating coins in your piggy bank? I’ve filled it up multiple times only to try and collect and see a prompt screen “your piggy bank is full, break now for $2.99.” Why in the world would I pay $2.99 for something I ACHIEVED!?! That’s sooo crooked, you guys & I’ll just leave it at the for everyone’s sake. With all these bad reviews, one would think you would want to keep those loyal consumers around. By Idk maybe either fixing it, or fixing it and improving the game with there requests involved? But shooot what do I know

Don’t waste your time. This is NOT a free game! You can only play until level 40 before it locks you out for 3 days OR you buy tokens. It claims you can go forward if you have 100 stars l, but I literally couldn’t get more then 97. Either you can’t score high enough to get stars in the level or the game will not count stars anymore. Meaning, I needed 5 stars so I went back to play levels again to get more stars. I couldn’t score high enough or I did get more stars, but the game didn’t add them to my total. I couldn’t move passed the locked level. If I can only play for ONE day before I get locked out for 3 days, ridiculous! I have no interest in investing anymore time on a fake free game. Do better!

Everyday no prizes from the spinning wheel. I have played this game for years and really like it, but for the last week or so I’ve been really annoyed because I keep getting an error saying a video can’t be played after I spin the wheel. There’s also times when you go to play and you accidentally barely touch say your super jelly, and hit coins & it empties your reserve. Not sure how to contact the developer.

Fix this!. I’ve had this game for years and played almost 2000 levels. Over the last month it has been glitchy and crashes and often doesn’t load properly. Just today, for example I bought some extra coins and it completed the sale and then crashed, so when I re-opened the app my coin purchase wasn’t there. I will buy extra lives on a level, and it will take my coins, and then crash so my extra lives aren’t there but it already took my coins. Somebody please update this app and fix that!

Missing coins. First off I have been playing for YEARS. I’m hooked on the game. I’m up to level 1600something so obv I’m a long time customer. I got a new phone a few days ago and while my level/progress transferred over fine, my coins - years worth - somewhere in the thousands - reset to 70. I contacted customer service through the chat and they just did not answer. It’s been a few days. I’m super disappointed that no one is taking a few min to fix this! I can’t find an email or a place to get ahold of anyone.

Crash!!. This game is fun. But crashes after level and even on purchases. So until this is fixed not worth the effort to use 5 lives. Takes forever. When fixed will play again. But no more for now. I have tried s second time so I am over this game. You see, to be oblivious to many problems. Crash every game, take lives. Is a constant pain and not enjoyable anymore. So bye bye. Till you fix these problems...AND NO I am not going to contact someone else. Seems to me you need to let them know about complaints. There no good things Would gladly give 5 the game is loads of fun. NOT WORTH ALL YOU HAVE TO GO THRU TO PLAY. SO BYE!!‼️‼️

Love the New Version. More fun than the old version of the game. I am playing a couple times a day now that you have changed to offer incentives and rewards. Keep improving the game and making it fun to play and players will keep coming back for more. Still lovin it now my fave game!!!! Not my fave any more because I get lots more rewards from other apps. Still fun though!!!

Jelly Splash. I love this game! It’s great for kids and adults alike. It’s gameplay is kind of like Candy Crush, but better. The most satisfying part of this game is the sound of the jellies when they match up and make a squishy sound. Jelly Splash may be the most fun game on my phone. It’s completely free of charge and is extremely addictive. I recommend this game to people who love Candy Crush and to people who love satisfying games. It is my recommendation that you download this game on your phone or tablet or computer so that you can enjoy the Splash! Thank you and enjoy!

Terrible set up. When you start a level you are given a screen with a choice of boosters (3) which you most likely already have then right underneath each of these boosters is a coin symbol indicating the amount in which to purchase....if I have 10 of something don’t put the price directly under it and then LITERALLY MILLIMETERS UNDER THAT the play button!!! Many many wasted tokens on purchases unintended due to faulty set up! Super annoyed, I deleted the app after making “millimeter-errored-purchases” for about the 10th time! I brought it to the developers attention, they don’t give a rip...big surprise.

Great game but with MANY bugs. I have been playing it for many years now. It is great and the levels are interesting and fun. It really keeps me entertained. However, this new version is making the game difficult and annoying. I am in level 1023. I understand that the higher you go the difficult the level becomes but the difficulty is insane. I may play one level for over a week (playing 2 - 3 times a day) and use power ups and still end up loosing. Another major pitfall of this version is that it crashes all the time. I sometimes cannot even get it to open. When I finally get it to work it crashes during and after I am playing. It is very annoying because it happens every single time. This bug has been there for at least the last 3 updates. Every time the update comes out it says that they fixed annoying bugs. That might be true but that crashing bug has not been solved. I am going to stop playing until they come up with a new version. If the new version still has that bug I will stop playing with it definitely.

White Blank Screen. Why do I keep on getting white blank screen after being prompted to watch advertisement? It is crazy to be out of action for many days every time this happened!!!😩 Playing this game is really really frustrating. It crashes all the time even just after one game. Please fix the bugs! I made the mistake again yesterday for tapping on the spinning wheel to watch the advertisement, no price for guessing, I got a white screen at the end of it and it's still the same today!!!!! Why can't this be fixed?☹️ The game hangs at the fifth node of the Tower challenge from yesterday while I am pretty sure I would win this round with only one more move, can somebody please make it work again so that I can continue................?😖 Hey! I have been playing this game for months if not years, I have been accumulating and saving my coins and managed to hit about 10,000 coins today then all of a sudden, all the coins just disappeared and I am left with only 70 coins, what’s the problem??? Great game to pass time! But I am still waiting for the return of the lost coins after the last feedback.

Used To Be Fun. This used to be my favorite game, I loved it and played every day. But in the last few months it has changed for the worse. Levels should be harder as you go up, not impossible! I’m in the 1100 level. In order to win a level, apparently you have to either hit the ‘one’ correct way or pay lots of money to buy more moves and other aids. And the “unlimited lives” tower on the weekends? Geez! I’ve spent the last 5 weeks never getting past the third level - there’s 15 levels!! I’m embarrassed to even say how much I’ve spent! It’s all very rigged now and sometimes what I see pan out in a game is just pathetically and obviously rigged! Sadly, this game is just a way for them to make money and I am no longer supporting their greediness. It’s a shame, because the game used to be fun and you felt like you had great chances to advance. Save your money and move on!!!!

Used to love this game. The game itself is fun and cute. But its so annoying that sign in to facebook hasnt been working for months now. I allowed the app to track me. I allowed facebook to track me. I have all the settings in my phone and facebook for jelly splash to be able to log in to facebook. I even used to be logged into the game through facebook. Then one day it stopped and I’m worried that if I delete the app and download again, that I will lose all my hard work (im in the 1000s levels). Seriously please fix this its very annoying and makes me not want to use the app anymore. The “sign in with apple” button doesn't work at all btw.

Frustrating. This game use to be challenging but now it’s frustrating. Looked forward to reaching the top of the Ancient Tower now I’m lucking to get past the third level. Wooden Wheel is becoming a joke, you know after 5 spins you are going to get 30 minutes of play time so why put so many minutes as a freebie. Many times while trying to fill the rainbow the game shuts down and you lose your points you’ve accumulated. Videos are to long and redundant. 30 second video isn’t going to keep my attention any longer than a 15 second video. This game has gone down the tubes over the last several months. Certainly no longer my favorite.

Fun game!. I enjoy playing this game, it’s fun and cute and easy to get the hang of. I just have one complaint... sometimes when I start a level there’s a little note at the bottom that says watch this video to get some more points. I click watch video but it doesn’t do anything and that makes me sad because I’m always good with getting some extra points lol. If you could fix that I feel like this is a pretty good game! Behind developing. I was playing this game for years. It was one of my favorites. All of a sudden it stops performing. It crashes all the time, sometimes I get it open and I start to play and it crashes. Other times it crashes the moment I put my finger to the screen. I have spent a lot of money with in app purchasing and have written them dozens of times. Each time they get the game to work for a few levels and then it crashes. I have lost lives and coins consistently when and if I get to play. I finally decided it is not worth the aggravation and frustration to play and have now deleted with 180 coins still available. It is a shame that a good game went bad all because the developers are obviously programming something wrong for their loyal customers. I will miss the old days of playing when it never crashed. Too bad they have lost players because of their inability to fix the unstable nature.

Addictive. I love Jelly Splash, I find it addictive. I can sit and play it for hours. The only thing I don’t find fair is the piggy bank. I put forth all that work to accumulate coins, just to have to spend real money to break it open? No thanks. Now, if there was a special level to beat within a certain amount of tries to claim the coins in your bank, that would seem better. Other than that, fun game. Does randomly crash now and then, but no enough to where it annoys me.

Fun but set up against the player. Love the game. Super addicting and fun but what seems to be absolutely random, is actually set up against the player. There are certain levels you can’t win without making in app purchases. It’s not a coincidence that you have the option to buy three more moves when all you need is one left. Fun game. Shouldn’t be set up for you to make in app purchases. What seems random is not random at all in the later levels.

Higher levels computer generated. This game is Fun however, it could use a few more freebies or an easier way to earn more coins or helpers. Once you go past the higher levels it seems to be computer generated and you’re playing a computer that wins 98% of the time thereby kinda forcing you to have to “buy” help in order to win. Not nice!

My favorite, longest-played game!. I’ve been playing this game for around eight years now, and it’s only gotten better as the years have passed! The gameplay mechanics are great, the sound effects and music are perfect, and with the available power ups (which have gotten so much more attainable over the years), there’s no reason not to love it. Thanks for continuing to update and expand this fun connect-match game! Especially during this quarantine it’s helped me while away the hours (and hours and hours...)

Corona disappointment. I’m disappointed that after six weeks of being stuck in my home playing video games that this game has not stepped up to being a partner to its players during this corona crisis/shut down. There’s nothing new or exciting in this game. It’s become a bit boring. And really some of the levels are so hard that it will not allow you to pass without a cheat, and they are not offering even one little incentive. As far as the tower goes, it’s harder than Ever- almost defeating the purpose of even trying to play. I don’t know if the game makers gave up on this game or are just not into helping to make a difference. Sad.

Where are my piggy bank coins?. Update: It happened AGAIN! I had four days left to buy my piggy bank and I was working to get it to 500. (It was at 260.) Now it is blanked out and I have to start over. Incredibly frustrating!!! I will not spend another penny in this game until this is fixed! I have played this game for years and I like the new features, like the tower. But the last couple of times I have tried to fill my piggy bank, it empties before I can purchase my coins. Today I had almost 400 in there and four days left to purchase. Tonight there is 0. Where did they go?!?! It is getting really frustrating and I don’t want to play. Please fix it!

Aggravation. So had this game and enjoyed it until the 180 something level. I wanted a leisure game that wasn’t too hard to play, for relaxation. I don’t want to get aggravated when I’m trying to relax. The game had just enough challenge until that last level I played. Literally IMPOSSIBLE. I played it dozens of times, but would run out of moves for the 15 color combinations they wanted to pass. EVERY TIME. You either make the game moderately easy or insanely difficult. Not both. It was a great game, until it wasn’t. I got so annoyed that I deleted it. Five stars for the first several “areas” but they hurt themselves

Problems!. I thought that it was my Mini because it kept closing on me or wouldn't even open so I deleted and reinstalled it twice. Now I can't even open it on my Mini, but on my iPhone and iPad everything is fine. Please fix whatever is wrong soon because I'm addicted to Jelly Splash. I'm glad that I read the reviews but sorry that others are having problems too.

Not like any other game. If you're like me, you're sooo sick of getting into the App Store or google play, seeing a fun game that's free, but when you buy it, it's not as fun, exciting, and challenging as you thought I'd be. Not only that but it slams ads in your face every 20 seconds and make you want to throw your phone at the wall. JELLY SPLASH IS COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF ALL THOSE GAMES THAT MAKE YOU DISAPPOINTED IN THE APP COMMUNITY!!:) Jelly splash has continued to exceed my expectations! It is a game that never gets boring, NEVER shows ads, makes me think, and all together, it gives me a fun and relaxing time! Jelly splash is super family friendly but still perfect for all ages! The developers did an outstanding job creating this game and understanding the wants of people! Highly recommend this game!

SOOOOOOO GOOOD. The app is amazing and addictive. What more could you ask in a game ?! If you log-in daily , you get FREE prizes ! And a lot of the time they have challenges and polls going on . And it DOESN’T REQUIRE WIFI ! The only down side is that every now and then you have to stop for a couple of days for new levels to reload . They probably do that so that you’ll get off of it cuz it’s so addicting!!! I definitely recommend this app for you ! 😃

Love the game but has a negative. Great game but I hate it that they are trying to push buying coins to get to other levels. You have to wait 4 days before you can open another batch of levels. You can ask friends but I don’t do that because I hate getting the notifications on Facebook so I don’t do that to other people. Get rid of having to buy coins or waiting 4 days to open other levels and it will be a great game

Horrible. This game is rigged !!!!!! It is doing whatever it can to make you lose I have been on level 60 for a WEEK and it moves all the captured jelly’s all over so it is impossible to connect the jelly’s Do NOT buy this game it is RIGGED!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😒 I get that it gets harder each level but I have only been playing for 3 weeks and I’m on level 60 . I can not even imagine what it will be like in the mid 100s and 1000 it is horrible. I thought it was a easy game you could play before bed but no. I find myself thinking of strategies for the game before bed and getting frustrated when playing. I can’t believe people for keeping this app when they are in the one thousands they are probably either a genius or crazy . You go people that made it to the thousands 👏. Love the game. I like this game I like the different challenges the tower is a great way to get extra “abilities “. It would be nice when you pick to use extra moves or any other bonuses on the opening page of a level if the program asked if you were sure. Needs to be less hard levels. I need to complete a level in a day not two weeks, some levels are too hard I have almost deleted the app a few times.

Aw picky comments. Very fun,but quite a few glitches in the coding, which can be slightly frustrating.

Repeating and ridiculously long Ads. I love the game however there are Ads always coming up which is frustrating. Some goes for 18 minutes which only drains my data!!! Plus the ads just repeats over and over. 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

Good game except..... I enjoy the game, the gameplay allows for challenge except unlocking the next chapter is such an effort. I had to ask friends on fb to unlock the next level and when they did, nothing appeared on my notification and when I loaded the game, nothing popped up. When I tried asking again, I couldn't. I feel like this is lacking compared to another app where they have completely removed the unlocking system, since the game only allows for certain lives which means we need to wait anyway. If I have to unlock I either have to pay real money, ask friends(which absolutely did not work) or wait 4 days!!! Overall, I think that whole unlocking next chapter is not necessarily and makes me not want to play the game anymore.

This game ❤️❤️❤️. This game is so great! I absolutely love playing it! But, I hate waiting over 30 minutes for more lives!! If I'm not on the game within this time, another 30 minutes is added on! Some glitch?. Honestly I don't know what people are talking about. The game's not that hard, though yeah it's a bit ridiculous as to how many stars u need to get before u can advance to the next stage after awhile. However, I'm doing ok, I'm at around level 320 right now and I haven't had to spend any money on coins or powerups tho I have used up all the free ones. :P Anyways, today when I opened up the game it said that I had unlocked a new area and for some reason I have 904 stars but the last time I played I only had 885 stars... So I'm not sure what has happened. This is after I did my software update for latest ios8.3. I don't think it's related but anyways I don't want to be playing on false stars just to have later on the stars taken away again... Please resolve. Thank you!

Game sometimes crashes :(. I’ve been playing jelly splash for years and usually it’s been an awesome way to pass the time. However, lately it’s been crashing right when I complete a level. And it’s always a level that’s taken forever to complete so it can become very frustrating. Could this be fixed please? Thank you! Great game otherwise.

Great game but.... for those who don't have facebook, once you complete level 40 you can't continue unless you sign in with a FB account or buy coins. Please make an option to continue for those who don't have FB. A series of 3 quests to gain keys to unlock the next section would be good, similar to what Candy Crush has. It's a great game but I won't be making a facebook account just to continue onto the next part of the game.

Too addictive to put down!!. If you love candy crush or fruit cubes, you will fall in love with this totally addictive game! You won't be able to put your Idevise down for a second while you still have lifes (that regenerate, of cause) and even when you don't, you will never put it down. :D you will never let your friends near it incase they loose one of your precious lives and then they'll be like 'fine, I'll down load it and you won't be able to touch MINE!' And then you two will be addicted together :)

It's seems a little bit far fetched for my liking. It starts off ok but as you play on some levels get beyond ridiculous and what seems to be rigged and just not enjoyable or challenging. It's what you call frustrating to where you want to throw your device across the room, yeah not fun. It's a way of developers forcing you to purchase 140 of which 70 of those coins are needed for 3 extra moves which is EXTREMELY pricey. Also 1.99 for 140 coins of which 100 coins of those are used for another set of lives. It way OVER THE TOP, especially when other games are charging half of that. There are other similar games out there that are NOT charging this much to enjoy a game. 2 stars just for the first few levels I actually did enjoy before it got a bit riddiculous

How annoying!!. Loved this game for the first couple of days until when I had finally gotten through level 40, I all of a sudden couldn't progress further without either harassing my Facebook followers or spending money on buying more coins. Now I hate it with a passion. Why don't you make a paid version of the app so Facebook doesn't have to be involved? I'm happy to pay for a game but I swear to goodness if I get one more flaming game request on Facebook I'm going to go postal!! What a disappointment for a game that should have been great!

Game no longer fun to play. I used to be a regular player, but now the video option on every level to get a bonus doesn’t work, each level costs real money to pass at the highest levels and it’s just greedy.

Over priced & too hard. I'm on level 400 & am sick of paying for out & receiving v little in return. U but 140 coins to have 70 of them used up in buying 3 extra turns...not on developers👎👎👎. I used to enjoy playing, but unless u want to start giving more value, making these levels a bit more achievable & rewarding players for their loyalty like other games do; I'll b dumping jelly splash. Addictive but very buggy. I have thoroughly enjoyed playing this game for the past few weeks. It's fun and addictive (and sometimes frustrating) with occasional challenges and tournaments. It does however have constant issues with crashing which I'm annoyed about so refuse to pay as I would likely lose any purchases. It appears I'm not the only one experiencing these issues on iPad - levels being competed and not saving, accidental expenditure on jellies or moves, the app constantly freezing or crashing, a white screen where an ad should be but nothing to do to remove it, losing unlimited lives because of crashing, etc. Once fixed I may consider paying however for now am happy playing for short periods at a time to avoid financial loss. Would be 5* if no bugs and there weren't so many "catches" with ads for bonus points, etc. I'd rather pay a premium ($5) on a full version than have to constantly pay money or hassle Facebook friends (which I would never do), etc.

Can't ask FB friends that play game for life's. When I run out of lives it only comes up with my FB friends that aren't playing to ask lives. While I realise you want to get more people playing one would assume you want to keep us playing. Should have similar to candy crush, juice cubes where people behind u can click on top scoters & send lives. Should be able to type in name of friend you want to ask life from. Bit stupid if cant keep playing cause I've got no lives. I've managed to get 4 other friends to start playing in one day yet I can see us all stopping if cant get lives.

App won’t open!. Love this game. I play all the time but after the last update I can’t turn the background music off. The repetitive whistling tune gets very old very quickly. Please fix this as I like the sound effects but I don’t want to play with the annoying music. And I did the latest update and it is still happening only more frequently!!

Used to be a good game. I've played his game for years , It used to be fast and fun to play. But since it changed graphics in the upgrade it is slow and crashes every time I try and play. I used to love this game now it's impossible to play.

Jelly Splash. This is a super fun great game that gets more tricky and complicating as you get higher through levels of the game! I heard about this game from someone else and it is my favourite game to play with excitement happening all the time!!! I definitely recommend getting this game to enjoy!

New music and sound effects...not happy.. I really love my Jelly Splash but the change to this new music, with birds ( eww) and new sound effects are horrible. I don't like these changes at all. My husband laughs when i scream ‘ancient jellies!’ Because he knows it means the chamber is open for the games. I never get far though!!

Addictive. Totally addicted to this game now. I'm on about level 85 and while some levels were very difficult and required the jellies to fall just right to solve a level, I haven't had to spend money to get further yet. If I did then I wouldn't play. It would be great though if there was a single "undo" option so if your finger slips it doesn't spoil the game. It would also be good if there was a resign option so that you don't have to play out all the moves if it's obvious you won't be able to solve that round.

Addictive!. This game saves me from boredom and also helps me doze off to sleep. One suggestion I have is for there to be some type of confirmation before you spend coins on a power up jelly. Too many times I’ve miss-clicked and accidentally spent 90 coins on something I didn’t mean to press. There should be a confirmation screen before it spends your coins.

Used to be my favourite. I have been playing this game for years now. I recently got a new phone and tried to move my data over but it won’t let me log into Facebook (I keep getting this error message even though I have strong internet connection). I decided to start over. I have had non stop problems from there. First, when completing the ancient tower, I got no gifts so I deleted the app and redownloaded it and it fixed the problem. But when I redownloaded it, the wheel was nowhere to be seen. So I deleted it again, the wheel showed up but this time there were never any free spins available. I kept waiting for about a month and nothing. I deleted it again today hoping it would fix the problem but now the wheel is missing completely. I messaged support multiple times but they can’t do anything because my user id changes every couple of days for no reason. I used to love this game and was obsessed. I still love it but it’s awful now. The inconsistencies are horrendous. The app not allowing me to log in with Facebook OR apple, the ancient tower not giving prizes, the wheel either not working or disappearing, my user id changing constantly are among the issues I have experienced. I don’t understand why it’s doing this. Please fix this.

Restart Progress. I last played this game about 2 years ago. Redownloaded it and all my information and levels were still stored. I really want to start all over again! My FB is not linked nor is Game Center, deleted it and downloaded it again. Great game but there should be an option to start all over.

Terrible set up. When you start a level you are given a screen with a choice of boosters (3) which you most likely already have then right underneath each of these boosters is a coin symbol indicating the amount in which to purchase....if I have 10 of something don’t put the price directly under it and then LITERALLY MILLIMETERS UNDER THAT the play button!!! Many many wasted tokens on purchases unintended due to faulty set up! Super annoyed, I deleted the app after making “millimeter-errored-purchases” for about the 10th time! I brought it to the developers attention, they don’t give a rip...big surprise.

Challenging, but also dynamic. When I'm looking to relax my mind, or redirect my focus--like on flights or while needing to decompress--I like playing this puzzle game. There's no need to purchase in game if you're patient and willing to try. Occasionally I do purchase some in game credits and it's mostly because it's cheap and I'm feeling impatient. No biggie. Fun!

Freezes and then crashes. I've been playing this for a while. Currently trying to get past 779. I've beaten this level 4 times but before it gets to the final "star count" it goes black and kicks me back to my home screen. When I go back into the app it's like I didn't play it except that it uses the coins or helps are gone. I have enjoyed this app until now. I'm ready to uninstall and forget about it due to frustration.

What happened?. This game used to be great, now it crashes minutes after opening on my iPad mini. I've beat the same level 4 times now, it crashes every time, and makes me repeat it. The hidden tower was the only saving grace, and 99% of the time, it won't ever take me to it. It doesn't even pop up anymore. It's been crashing after opening for months on end. I kept it in hopes it would get fixed, but clearly it's not going to happen. Probably going to trash it.

Frustrating. I absolutely agree with most recent negative reviews. It would be great if app would not consistently crash, take lives and worst of all, crash after winning a level only to reconnect and have no record of recent win. I really should just delete app,so as to avoid further frustration!

Cost. There is frequently time leftover when you complete the level which I have already purchased, there should be a way to return the leftover coins! I get very annoyed when I am paying for the main part of the level, and then I use more money in 5 coins amounts. Then you frequently only use one or two. Refund that not used of the extra time or coin.

Great game but CRASHING ALL THE TIME. Listen I love this game as so many others but why is it that the crashing is getting worse and worse with every update -as you select a level, during play time, after you win (therefore sometimes not registering the win). Not happy. On level 1158 & all of a sudden the levels are all extremely hard to beat without purchasing anything. I spent a good bit on this game previously & I am cutting back. Every now and then would get to a level that took a while to get passed, but now it’s every single one. I’m not even getting close to completing it. Oh well, once I’m stuck for so long on a level, I stop playing. The “extras” should be a little easier to get other than having to buy coins.

Jelly Splash. I would give this game 5 stars, but it keeps turning off between each level. I also lost a spin of the wheel when it went off during the video I was watching. When I got back on the game, I had lost the spin. This has only been since the last update. Before that I had no complaints and love the game.

Good game but takes too long to unlock a new world. Every time I unlock a new world i have to wait at least 3 days in order to play the new levels. It is very annoying and a very long wait just to play the new levels. Another thing is whenever I play it on my iPad it just takes me out of the app after I play one round. Poor Execution. Decent game but waiting 3 days to go to another level or keep paying to go to another level is not happening😂😂😂. It’s a game period and once I beat the level I’m on, move to the next level or delete the game. Waiting 3 days is ridiculous and paying to go to the next level definitely is not happening. Started crashing. Love this game but now i try to play and it just closes down totally bummed I hope they can fix it soon. Too hard. This game is fun but I have been stuck on level 346 for over a week I understand the levels gets harder as you go, but No this level is completely impossible to beat. Great Simple Game!!. I like this game because it’s super easy to play, in the sense that it’s mindless. While it’s mindless however, it still incorporates strategy. I even find myself complicating task in levels when trying to work on getting more jelly’s gone, or in the middle of one of my EPIC PLANS. Over all it’s a really good simple game, and is very satisfying. I think you should get it :)

Fantastic Game. I have been playing this game for waaaaay too long. Even though I passed my Facebook friends long ago and am now a couple hundred levels ahead of all of them, I still love this game Update: have now been playing this game for almost 6 years. Still my favorite game of all time

Levels. Jelly Splash levels are almost impossible to get 3 stars on! You have to try multiple times, and by that I mean almost 100 times to get 3 stars. I started getting 2 stars at level 12! Any other game I’ve played my 2 stars doesn’t start coming in until at least level 30. The points that Jelly splash ask for is way too high! They’ll ask for 100,000 points in one game to get 3 stars, ok fine. When I can’t get remotely close to 100,000 after playing the game 70 times, that’s when it becomes a problem!

Level 1323. Cannot connect iPhone or iPad to Facebook after recent update version 3.37.1 in late May. iPad mini fine. Keep getting message to connect to Facebook & when I check Facebook settings it lists jelly splash as active. Will no longer update progress among devices.

Very buggy on iPad. This game is fun--been playing for years--but I'm finally writing a review to request that the developers *please* fix all the bugs on iPad! I can hardly play anymore. About four out of five attempts to open the app will crash by the time I can even select a level, let alone when I play. I've had it happen a lot where I beat a level, the app crashes, and the victory is never counted. VERY irritating. I'm going to have to stop playing unless the developers can stabilize the app.

Not Happy. I don’t like the fact that the tower is not 3 tiers long which you can’t get even close to finishing because you’ve made some of the levels almost impossible to get through without using all of the extra help. This game is not as enjoyable anymore because you know you will never reach the top. ☹️

Removed Facebook Friend Option?. Ever since I reinstalled the game a few months ago; and Re-Logged/Re-Connected into my Facebook Account. I've not been able to send/recieve gifts, send messages, ask for help, or keys n' such. When I login it says I have no inbox messages or gifts; my friends don't show up on the board on their levels anymore, it says I have no friends on Jelly Splash or Facebook in game. I'm confused; was this feature removed? I love this game; but I used the Facebook additive aspect a lot with my friends n' family. Hope this is just a bug; and it wasn't removed.

Why???. I’m at level 1400+, so no rookie here. Why did you get rid of the spinning wheel? That was a great way to earn a few extras! Loosing that means I spend a lot less time playing. Fewer coins + fewer extras = less playing time. Also noticed that you took away the extra coins for advancing through the tower levels? Why limit that? It’s not like you were giving away an excessive amount of coins anyway!

POOR BUTTON POSITIONING= unwanted coin use. Please please PLEASE…. Ask “Are you sure you want to make this purchase?” I have accidentally purchased like 70+ super jelly’s for 70 coins by accidentally hitting the button above”Play” for the level. Also today I accidentally hit for refill lives because the screen popped up right where my finger was hovering. 100 saved coins gone! I didn’t even want to purchase that I save the coins for 3 more moves mostly. Irritated. Will give 5 stars for this game if that feature is changed. Thanks!

Love/Hate relationship. I love this app and have been playing it for years. But the new update has too many crashes. Whether it's after watching a video or losing a level, it crashes. He white screen that comes after watching a video is ridiculous bcuz sometimes I don't even get what I earned from watching the video because I have to start the app over again. We are in 2018. Crashes like this should not be a problem. What's going on app developers!

Used to be fun - now unreliable. I’ve been playing this game for years and have always enjoyed it. For the past couple of months (immediately following an update), the game started to crash randomly. I’ve won games and before it has a chance to register the win it crashes with no record of the win. To add insult to injury, every crash takes away a life, even if you haven’t completed the game. Recent updates promise bug fixes but they haven’t achieved that yet. I’m ready to call it a day and delete the app. It USED to be a great way to pass the time.

Completely addicted…. I have been steadily playing this game for over about 8 YEARS! When I started, the levels went up to 500… I just completed level 1243! Unbelievable! Please keep them coming! Would LOVE more games with the “slime” dots, or blackout ones! The little ghost ones are also great! 😁🤔👍🏼

APP TRACKING TO ALLOW FACEBOOK TO CONNECT!?!. Why must I allow app tracking to connect to Facebook!?! It sticks! Now I cannot watch videos to earn perks! Correct this problem or I will not be able to play anymore!!!!!!!!! Message I receive every time I try to sign in to Facebook - “Sorry we could not connect to Facebook at the moment, please make sure your internet connection is stable”. There is nothing wrong with my internet! Don’t understand what is happening!?!

Get rid of background music please. I would have rated this app as 5 stars except that the background repetitive music (which suddenly started this morning) cannot be muted. If this continues, I will stop playing Jelly Splash altogether

Very upset. I’ve been playing this game religiously for the last 3 years and got to level 921. Then I updated it and they had the nerve to start me back to level 1 😩😳😡. If that didn’t happen it would’ve been five stars. I’m so upset 😡😡😡 Update: maybe it was a glitch cause I’m back to my level now. 😂🙌🏽🙌🏽

Jellies !!!. I use this game as a calming tool~ I play it at least once a day & more when I need to free my mind !!! But I can’t get past 617 and use to It counted the first game I played every day but now I have to play a game before it takes me to my daily reward dnd it don’t count the first game I play ???

Lasting fun!. I’ve been playing this game for years and still enjoy it as much, if not more than when I started playing it. The game changes enough to keep my interest sparked and it isn’t so difficult that you stay stuck on a level for weeks! I highly recommend the game!

Needs updating. I’ve only been playing since last night. On a few levels I earned 2-3 stars, but the game shows I only received 1 star for that level. Please update. Update: I just played another level, where I earned close to 8000 pts. I only needed 1000 to pass the level. I also had 5 or more moves left. I still only received 1 out of three stars. I changed my rating of this game to 1 star instead of three. I would rather give it 0 stars. I’m deleting game.

Amazing game. I've played this game since I was a little kid (almost 10 years now) and honestly it withstands time. It's sentimental to me but wow I can't recommend it enough. It's great for when you have no service and need something to do or just want to see the little cute Jellies. 10/10 you should totally get this game.

Crashes never get fixed. I love this game but it crashes constantly with no real fix. I have done everything support has recommended to no avail. The latest conversation with support was ridiculous! Free up space, older models, and finally we can't help you any more. 40 GB of free space, ipad 4, hmmm, is it really my devises issue? Wooga, do you actually read these reviews?

Love the game but it’s BUGGY. Love this game but the UX can be so frustrating.. I was just about to beat a tough level and topped up on coins (1 move left) to buy some water splashs to beat the level. And after the purchase the shop crashed on me with a loading screen. Waited five minutes and then force quit the app. All progress on the level gone and my purchase feels completely pointless now. Will file for reimbursement and probably stop playing. Fix your bugs!

Frustrated with this game. What is going on with this game? I used to enjoy it! Now I just get frustrated. In the last month or so it has gotten so hard to win any of the games. I enjoy the ancient tower on the weekends. I used to be able to win prizes but lately I firmly believe they have made it so hard to win a level so that you have to buy coins. I really think I’m about to delete it and find something else!

5 days?!. It’s annoying that when you finish a section if you don’t have enough stars you have to wait 5 days to get to the next area or pay. 99¢ is that big of a deal but candy crush got rid of the whole “pay or wait for the next area” thing and when they did have it they only made you wait a day, not 5. Ridiculous.

Crashing & Fail to Load. Once I reached level 200 the game began to glitch and had loading errors. By level 300 I would watch videos for "bonuses" and it would crash and fail to give me the bonus. At level 420 or so it just refused to ever load again. This was the only game I ever played and now it's gone :( Imma sad jelly Mama.
