Cancel this subscription three day free trial.. Help! How does one unsubscribe from this service? I just downloaded it today. I need to unsubscribe. There’s no Apple ID within the app. i’ve contacted support with several emails and still no response. Can someone please give me a guide as to how to unsubscribe. Before my three days is up. Update: cell phone settings > clicked on ID > subscriptions > authenticator > unsubscribe. Contacted Apple support because they’ve always been awesome. They confirmed I was unsubscribed within the allotted time. It also helps should I be charged. Apple will refund. Contacted (800) 692-7753.

Trick. Be careful when you setup because I didn’t pay attention and I signed up for premium

Best AAP. I have been enjoying my security apps with authentication since downloading. No flaws were found looking for better times with my financials to be protected. I lost my phone twice and so far I have not had not one breach that an attachment to the software which is superb. thank you for your creation.

This app is a nightmare. Do not use under any circumstances!. My company requires this, and no matter what you do, it doesn’t work. Also, there is no customer support at all.

Cannot reach any customer service for help. I got a new phone and everything transferred over except this app. I cannot log into my business website without it. And I cannot reach anyone for help in disabling my two factor code so that I can actually work in my website. I am losing money every day and cannot see customers orders. I would definitely find an authenticator app that has is there to help you in time of need. Someone you can talk to when you run into real issues --this company is not there to help.

Not another charge. Wasn’t ready for another charge for something I wasn’t informed about and May not use, a subscription when stated one time payment.

Deceptive onboarding, useless free version. This application includes a sneaky upsell at the end of their onboarding flow. They substitute a button that enrolls you in a piad version where the "next" button was. If you're not paying attention, you'll wind up with an auto-renewing paid version. Additionally, this app is useless with the free version. Every action brings up a conversion modal. Scanning a qr code, manually entering information, etc. Avoid. There are much better free versions.

Be careful before you download!!!!. You’ll be charge after 3 day trial for full subscription $39.99 which is not cool at all and I’m not happy with this service. They should’ve warn us again before they charge but no… they’ll fully charge and no refund. So, sad that this app still on the app store. They’ll charge for the people who not aware of this unfair service. I don’t recommend this app for who want to try on but I recommend this app for who willing to pay to them for the service. Confused. Don’t know what it is doing.

Fake app. This is a real way to stole money from unaware users. On top of it, never worked !! and I had to reset all sign in process. Wasted money and time !!

Too many hoops. Not interested in downloading your app in the first place, let alone being up sold a $50 service, thank you. All this just to authenticate? Give me a break.

Microsoft Authenticator. Obnoxious revenue grab. On top of annual software subscription - and apparently trying to grasp access to addition user information. This is why many no longer trust MicroSoft and will try to avoid dependency on them in the future.

Tedious is not a strong enough word. I have not been able to get to the point where I can enter my mobile number, or my Salesforce account number on this app. I’m sure it makes perfect sense to whoever wrote it, but it makes no sense to me and I have been using computers and applications without any problem for many years. Not only that but I was forced to buy the annual service twice just to get to the point where I’m writing a review. All this in 15 minutes if I could give it a negative score

DO NOT USE THERE ARE BUGS. I now HATE this Authenticator with a strong passion now I got a new phone logged back into my apple account downloaded this back so that I can get back into my account on Roblox but when I tried to log in Roblox it says it needs the Authenticator pin so I try and get it and for some apparent reason it isn’t there at all I don’t know why but you guys are seriously the worst authenthicator I’ve used.

Watch out!!! Try canceling it!!! Nooo!!. Do not connect to this shifty company. Stay away from a company where it’s impossible to cancel before renew date or start date, even though they advertise it. Be careful.

Got charged for $79.99 after cancel subscription. Just got charged for $79.99 after I cancelled the subscription a mth ago(within 3 days trail). No email or notice sent and I have not resubscribe the service.

Customer Service. I have emailed multiple times now. I want a refund I don’t want to pay 79.00. I thought it was a free trial. There is nothing in my subscription to cancel on the ITunes App either. Incomplete. There is pretty much no obvious way that I can see where I can manage a subscription and cancel my purchase. The only option they offer is to renew the purchase. Seems very dishonest.

How can I get my money back?. I clicked on the app by mistake, thinking that it is Microsoft Authenticator. Terrible service. I sent dozen emails to your support service and requested to cancel my subscription before start day but no one cared. I found this app terrible.

Watch out scam not the app you are looking for. Design to mimic Microsoft authenticator please check to make sure you have the right authenticator app. This looks exactly like Microsoft authenticator, and then asks for money.

Game changer!. As someone who finds it hard to remember all my different passwords, this app gives me the security and efficiency I need.

This is a fraud! Be aware!. The app intentionally use a name quite the same with Microsoft Authenticator to mislead you to get it. Once you click it, you will automatically be charged more than 49 dollars! Stay away with it!

Don’t download it, it will charge $50. Be aware this app will charge you $50. It automatically add into the subscription and will charge you annually. I don’t know if I can get a refund, I will try to argue with Apple Store.

Request for a refund. I tried to refund based on previous review. I couldnt find refund process on the app and sucscription shows nothing from my app store, but it got charged from my credit card. Let me know further process. Its annoying paying money by downloading the app.

Scam of Scams. Clicked by mistake - instantly charged my cc $79…..when I realized my mistake I went to my subscriptions in Apple ID - not showing. Appears this is an ad based scam - Apple should remove it from their store…all reviews state same experience as mine. All are 1 star, yet they show as 4 star….what a joke. Reviews do not lie! Developer (ahem Scammer) replies back that they follow IOS rules, and should be able to go into Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions and manage from there…..if not showing there you are not subscribed….really why was I charged $79 then….
