Can’t see resumes?!. Why can’t we see the resumes???

Templates. I cant access any of my templates, but its nice to use after I send my initial response through the website.

It takes away functionality. When I pause a job post, indeed connect won’t let me view candidates anymore. But when I try to access this through Safari, it just kicks me over to the app. So basically, once you pause accepting new applications, you can no longer see current applicants on your phone in any way unless you delete this app.

Oof. This app is so painful.

Good for employers who want chat/text message with job applicants. This app is for employers looking to chat/text message with potential applicants/candidates. Yeah, it’s definitely limited compared to the browser version of the Indeed website, and it could be improved, but you can call and view an applicants resume through it as well. So it works ok for what it is.

Worthless app. App doesn’t even work and connect with account

Nice app - gets the job done. Has a simple interface for messaging or calling candidates while on the go. I’m impressed!

New applications. Doing a super job for me

Garbage. This app is so limited in its ability that it is abundantly clear indeed is more geared for employees than it is for employers. Half the time the app won’t even display the resumes. Very disappointing!

It doesn’t work.. I’m a tech savvy person and know it’s no user error. This app doesn’t work at all. I sign in and it tells me I can’t view my job postings. I want to be able to see applicants while not at my computer and weed them out, but this app doesn’t function so I can’t. You would think a company that it tech based would have a flawless app, yet here we are.

Nice look but some glitches. The app is a much more streamed than the website but the chat feature doesn’t allow you to see the text you are typing while your typing it. So it rather annoying having to go back and forth to the keyboard and text box. Hope they can fix this glitch.

App won’t work!. Just keep spending saying that it’s updating, but never stops and never goes to the application. It simply just doesn’t work.

Easy to use!. Such a great app to stay connected to your applicants.

One day but not now!. Great beginning lotta glitches once it becomes consistent with the website version. It will be much better. The only thing I see it good for now. Is a quick response when you don’t have your computer.

Frustrating App. Indeed for employers is easy to use on a laptop with the chrome browser- but this app stinks. Despite having messages and new applicants, I can’t access any of it thru the app. Despite logging in and out multiple times.

Needs more work. Just doesn’t work well at all! They need to get a focus group of employers to work with them to make it functional Don’t waste your time with it the way it is now! Indeed really needs to get this fixed if they are going to be around and relevant in the future.

Great to respond on my phone. I’m so grateful Indeed went back to an app to communicate with applicants on the phone. The app functions well & I have enjoyed the ability to access my job position anywhere.

Limited functionality. This app doesn't actually do much. It would be nice to be able to quickly sort or classify applications as they come in. Also, the app is pretty buggy. Often I get a notification to view a new application, but after viewing the application and returning to the list, the new applicant doesn't appear on the list.

Not quite ready, still in Alpha testing. This seems like a good idea, but I can’t view my jobs on it and can only view chats with people I’ve messaged AFTER downloading the app (no previous chats are visible). I can’t create a message, see any candidates, or see older messages. Once the alpha testing is done, this could be a very helpful app.

Latest update broke the app!. Since the latest update, all old conversations are deleted even if the person sends a new message.

Not good for recruiting team. No settings and no filters! I work with 9 licensed users on our company account. I see all their job postings. I can’t filter to only see my job posts, but I can on the website. I get notified every time someone applies to everyone’s jobs, at all hours of the day. Why can’t I turn this off, or filter it to just be mine? I can do that through the website. Unless you’re the sole licensed user on your account, this app is a waste.

Job details?. Indeed has issues across all of their platforms that make it difficult to navigate as an employer. This app is no different. When you have a job posting on the screen and click the three dots, then “job details,”.. there is nothing but a spinning icon. I need to see what the details of my own posting are, from the app.

Needs Improvements. This is a very basic app to just view the recent chat between you and potential candidates. Not much options for viewing and filtering candidates etc. Even the chat has very limited options. Not much of a use.

Horrible. This is just pitiful. I mean come on. You’re a huge company and you produce and app like this. Account won’t pick up the people who apply even tho it does online. Very limited in features compared to online, just absolutely pitiful. I’ll use something else

Easy to use. It is very easy to use and works great.

Missing Filtering and other functionality from website.. It would be so much more useful if I could mark a candidate as a potential match. Also, can’t see the full answers to my questions to applicants. Why?

Bad app. Different interface than online portal, clunky UI, no way to remove old jobs and old candidates from view. All around prep for a company the size of Indeed.

Unusable. It takes away the usefulness of the website and condenses it to a useless list. The website has gotten worse also.

Terrible apple too many bugs to even log in. Would give 0 stars can’t even log in without it glitching out and asking to verify 5 different ways

Lacking features. The app has so few features. Super disappointed in how basic this is. Nothing more than messaging and seeing the applicants resume. At least add some of the more popular features from the website.

Simple features not consistent with web experience. The app is simple. And I love that. Until yesterday, loading someone’s resumé was non-existent. Seems like that bug and format was fixed. However, I add about 3-4 custom questions for each applicant to answer. They are softball questions, like, ‘what are your short term and long term goals?’ and ‘where would you like to vacation?’ When someone applies now, I get a standard email and I can see the custom questions answered right in a one-page review before I even go into the indeed web platform. Would be so easy to add this into Indeed Connect. I don’t care about the answers to my questions, but it weeds out about 50% of lame applicants that upload a resume and apply to 10 other job positions that indeed recommends they apply to. Help us (employers) help you. Indeed is a great platform, but if you could help us more easily weed out candidates that were unresponsive, robotic, and lacked bare minimum human behaviors and skill sets, it would give us a leg up to hire quality leads and appreciating the quality of the platform more than the quantity it provides. Just makes us work more.

Eh. Great for glancing at a resume. However that's the about the only feature the app is capable of.

Horrible. Indeed. You need 1 app with 2 subcategories; 1 for seekers and 1 for posters. As an employer who doesn’t sit at his desk, I need an app to view applicants and their resumes on the go. This app doesn’t even have an easy sign in, it keeps trying to sign me up even though I already have an account.

First job offer posted. Excellent tools and tests to screen sales candidates. High hopes!!

Many Resume issues and lag. So many times the resume cannot be viewed and we get a blank page. Although the resume is available through the web interface. Also, refresh/pull down does not always refresh the candidate list to the live data I see in the web interface. Same with the job post title, not updated.
