Easily one of the best drumming apps.. Easily one of the best drumming apps. It's simple enough to use for even the most novice. Though it has enough features that really make it a professional quality drum / sample sequencer and live drum machine. Easy beats is the drum machine / sequencing / looping / beat construction app that will not disappoint.

Won't support in the future. I dislike the model of replacing apps in the store with new versions as opposed to upgrading the existing app. I don't expect this app to win out over some very solid competition on my iPad if I have to pay for it over and over. Currently it's like my 4th or 5th favorite drum machine/beat composer, so it can go away and I would not notice.

Super drum machine, slick interface, great sounds!. Love this app. The interface is a little quirky, but once you figure it out it's very intuitive, and you can whip up a whole song's drum track in no time. Five stars, but I'd give it 6 if it would export a midi file.

Almost the greatest drum app. Love the variety of sound and the simplicity. If there were an easier way to create more complex, and multiple time signatures within the same song, along with some easy way to put in triplets instead of setting it to 48 beats per measure and increasing the tempo and doing all kinds of long division, this just might be the greatest drum app in the history of life on this planet. Think about it

EasyBeats 3. If you are a beginner or a season pro, EasyBeats 3 will make you even better. I have tried meant drum machines, but none quit give me what I want. Sure you can tap-tap-tap and make noise, but EasyBeats and now EasyBeats 3 make that noise into music! I've talked to the dev and he is awesome! Get on his twitter and tell him thanks! EasyBeats 3 is just off the chain awesome. Make your own sounds to play in your beats! If you have not bought this, what are you waiting for. Also, it works with Audiobus. Which means you can record your pre-made beats in GarageBand and then lay down more tracks! It's AWESOME!

Useful to brainstorm ideas. The sounds are good, but it would be nice to be able to use samples from different kits on the same project. Also, it would be nice to have 6/8 time signature instead of being stuck with 4/4.

Easiest and most enjoyable drum app. I'm always looking for the best way to program beats on the go and Easy Beats 3 is the way to go. A to a of features, great flexibility, audio quality and importability are all great in this app. Little bit of a learning curve for some creative features, but all in all a great program! 2 thumbs up!!

Finally!. When i first saw the video, i was so excited to download it. Now i did, im making beats like crazy! Check out my new beats, i go by "757" #samoanpride However, im still trying to share my beats online and i couldnt see any of my beats uploaded. Why? Other than that, its great...thanks for the upgrade!

A+++++. One of the best hand held beat makers on the go. I've used this beat maker a lot of times to make my music tracks. And I've even been asked could I make a beat for someone that heard a beat I made with this mobile software. I rate it A+!

Waiting all day for this :). But one thing that is messed up is when i try to change whether a sound(like c major cord) can be over played by another sound ( e minor) with the 1 2 3 4 OFF buttons it makes the whole sound crap out and i have to restart the kit in order for it to play right again. Other than that everything else seems really good. Awesome work man.

It's like the Mardis Gras sushi party of beats!. This one, I was enjoy the previous version of this thing too, but WHOOSH! this one gone farther than any before. Not to mention SHARING like god intended us to. If the NSA is already listening to all our beats then why not our friends too. Previous was good but this new version is WORTH the upgrade and in fact, I have discontinued work on my competing app called Christian Master Beats (i'm religious). LOVE IT! A++ WOULD BEAT AGAIN!

I’ve noticed. I would like a easier way to create my own drum kits. insert my fav sounds and finding them. Cataloging sounds and how they are filed and set up should be simplified not clustered.

Cannot import ANY samples. Can’t import samples with the updated version of iTunes nor can you import them from Dropbox. The tutorial videos are outdated as well and does not correspond with the new app

Good, however. This app is an amazing beat pad that you can use if your pretty serious about making music, but can't get your hands on equipment. It supports phone-computer downloads, which means that what ever music you have on your computer you can bring to this app.

Good at what it does but missing critical features. The recording and pattern manipulation are excellent in this app. Compared to others the work flow is simple, intuitive and produces good results. However, for $10 or a subscription it needs some serious attention: 1) more drum kits - the current selection is SO small, and repeats so many of the same sounds I initially thought this app was a scam. 2) ability to control other drum apps via midi - this would some what make up for the lack of samples. 3) triplets, etc. - any decent sequencer needs to have some ability to modify the layout of the pattern in various ways. Locking users into a simple grid is not good for anyone besides beginners.

Awesome!. I've been using EasyBeats since the first one came out. It's the best MPC style app. Once you figure out how to load your own samples into this 3rd one, the possibilities are endless. Can't wait to see how the next version is.

Hours of creating. It's a real cool drum machine if you like music. You spend all day or 5 mins making a beat. I would give 5 stars but it keeps crashing when I try and upload them.

Good sounding drums but that's all. Had this app for almost a week. It has good sound quality, but for some reason it didn't come with all of the kits like it says it does. I contacted them and all they did was email me and say it should've come with the unlockable kits, but mine didn't. I emailed them back and still have not heard from them. Plus, the audiobus doesn't seem to work properly... I like the sound quality of the drums, and the ease of making beats, but other than that it's been crap. Oh and btw when you can get the audiobus to work there seems to be a chirping sound that wasn't in the recording before hand. Find something else if you can.

Sweet!. First drum machine app so I cannot compare to anything but wow I'm impressed. I used to get annoyed learning stand alone machines though to be fair I've not bought one in years. Still, this is actually fun to use within seconds of loading and yet so far from cheese. Kits sound great! THUMPIN

Awesome App!!!. Being a metal head, I was a little nervous at first that it seemed to be geared towards the electronic/hip hop genres, but this app is awesome for ANY genre. The fact that you can use your own samples is insanely awesome. I feel like it's a $300 program in a $4 app. This has inspired me to start a second(and maybe third!) band/project.

Good work. I have everything out there (everything :) and when things get too complicated and overdone that the idea of the idea or the feel of something is getting lost this is exactly what I need to come back to. Would like to import my own samples, of course, but don't see a trick for that yet, but it's a very high quality 'does what it says on the tin' app.

Missing one item to make it great. I really like this app. It is missing just one thing that I think people who have been using these beat making apps will require: The ability to bring in your samples without using the computer. It needs the ability to bring in sample from other apps. There are a ton of people who don't even own computers, but own an iOS device only. Edit: Didn't EasyBeats2 Pro have the ability to Audio Copy/Paste from other apps???

ZERO STARS. This used to be a great app, but now it doesn't even work. When you erase notes, they don't call away, creating what I call "ghost notes" which play even though they are not there. When you copy and paste the track into another app, like GarageBand for example, the drum pattern plays correctly and does not include the ghost notes, but they DO play in the app while you're trying to create a drum beat, making it impossible to create a beat because you don't know what the beat will actually sound like because of the ghost notes that still play even after you erase them.

Could Be the Best. Needs access to iTunes library for sampling to go to the next level though. Also, the volume seems lower than other apps. And I don't understand the fake reflection on the screen. Really ruins the minimalist look. Oh, and quantization control has been lacking for some time now. The new icon is cool, though. And I should add that it's one of very few music production apps that can be used in split view.

Don't believe the hype.... I collect ios music apps and my expectations were high for EasyBeats 3 based on so many 5-star reviews. However, this is not a muse enabling app nor has flexibility as one might think from the reviews by nOObs who have never touched a drum pad before on their life. The deal breaker for me are the global effects, inefficient use of interface space, and cluttered overlaps of the sequencing page and overall rigid flexibility. Also, the price is a bit high for just for sake of simplicity and minimalism. In fact, iMaschine from NI is just as simple and way more versatile and could be had at the same price.

Simple but Deep. If you're looking for an app that lets you build great rhythms from the simplest drum beat all the way up to complex multi-sound labyrinths, this is the app for you. I think you could make a career, or a long term hobby, of using this apps features. They are simple to start, but have incredible depth and complexity. Lots of customizing available if you need it. I'd offer suggestions but haven't gotten all the way to the ends of what this thing can do. I will say I've already made some ridiculously addictive beats already, on just day 2 of use. Amazing. Nicely done, app creator. Nicely done.

Awesome Beat App!!!. Lots of kits/sounds and plenty of ways to tweak the sound and sequence with ease! Fat beats for cheap, as well as aesthetically pleasing. It's universal which is also a huge bonus. Highly recommend!

Favorite beat app. I don't write reviews and rarely even give stars except out of frustration but this is easily my favorite drum beat app and I would like to support it. The fact that you can use your own samples and edit them during play has made this not only a fun toy but a tool for live performances. Many people have been confused about where the beats are coming from during shows because there's just a phone sitting next to me. Thank you for your work & looking forward to any other apps/updates you may come up with.

Nice scratch pat that’s about it. It’s easy to use and sounds good but with the inability to change time signatures and tempo within the song, and especially the crippling 16 patterns limit per song, musician/songwriters will be disappointed not being able to write a drum part for an entire song. And it’s not like I’m trying to do anything elaborate. I’m just laying down some basic patterns for stoner rock songs.

Great app!. I really like this app. It's very user friendly and super fun. I have been playing with it for hours before I decided pro was def worth buying. Cheap entertainment. I just wish I had even more kits...

What more could you really want from an inexpensive app?. This app rocks. For those of us who grew up without this kind of tech, it is easy to appreciate how much it changes the game.

TOTALLY SICK. What an amazing set of easy to use tools. Ive been an FLStudio user for many years and the setup and use of this app is 10fold easier when you dont need VSTs that are loaded on a PC. it doesnt take but a minute to create awesome patterns. I went pro within 5 minutes. you wont be sorry. This is the best and easiest on the market without driving yourself crazy.

Fun and creative app. I have so many beats in my head, I'm glad I can get the ideas I need out on something. I would give it 5 stars but it tends to glitch up and you can't share it on soundcloud. Also how about reporting people from claiming your beat as there own would be a great feature. I just heard my beat and someone else is trying to take my credit for it.

Now what?. I love this app I have made some great beats on it. After I'm done making them now what? Where can I upload them to. Is there anyway we can upload them to soundcloud?

What the hell. This was an easy, noncomplex app and now i can not even figure out how to change my samples. They were organized to my liking and now.. Its useless. This is bull. I want my money back.

Exceeds expectations. So versatile, so much freedom to create. EB3 offers surprisingly vast possibilities for a drum/loop app. Some of the interface could be more streamlined, but this is hardly an impediment to how much fun can be had creating beats. Its simple to use but surprising complex if you feel like digging in and really getting creative. It becomes exponentially more fun as I learn how to make the most of all the options, especially the ability to import my own custom samples and drum kits. Its usable on the iphone 4 but Im tempted to buy an ipad just for the bigger screen and faster processing power. This app is worth well over the $4 price. Thanks HUSoft!

Good but room for improvement. Really great app, accessible and lots of things to try. It's easy to make great sounding beats in seconds. My only suggestion would be a feature to add friends and send them your beats directly, with the patterns so they can add to, revise, etc.

Producers playground. This app is awesome, i've had it for 2-3 years and it's actually helped me produce several songs. Whether you're messing around or trying to figure out ideas this app is really dope and I would recommend it to any hiphop producer willing to drop $7

Good not great. I feel this app is a definitely good but not great. It's certainly worth what it cost. I do wish you could go up to 32nd notes and such for when using lower tempos and still be able to do faster things. Really the only complaint is how limited it is in such aspects. I don't expect this app to be as good as superior drummer or something like that, but a few more options in what's possible would be nice. Otherwise everything sounds great and I feel this app has a lot of potential to be something really great.

Umm ever since the update all my paterns have been scattered out of order now i cant find anything thanks all my samples are scattered too ive been using this for years can u guys please fix the order of every thing back to the way it was this app was already disorganized now its worse than before because i kno where my old samples and beats used to be now that u changed the order i have to delete samples and beats just to see anything edit: there are way to many glitches and bugs ill save a beat that ive been working on and edited and it will not save my work thats really frustrating after sometimes hours of working on a beat so thanks!!! CAN YOU FIX UR BUG RIDEN APP AND UPDATE WOULD BE GREAT!!!!

Broken app. I would have rated five stars but now I lost all my beats, I can download other beats for their best panels and I can’t upload any beats. Please fix

Awesome. I really like this program. You can make some awesome beats with it and Export them into garage band. You can create your own sample packs on your computer and add them to your library. There are great tutorial vids. It can play in the background. It's never crashed on me. The only problem I have with it is some of the samples crack. Definitely worth $5.

Love these apps. Easybeats is the best! I found my passion through these apps years ago and decided to get the proper tools for beat production soon after. If it weren't for easybeats I may have never known my musical potential. I still use it when i dont have my laptop on hand just to get simple ideas down. Would give 10 stars if possible. Very impressed. Though I would like to see some more kits to be added because now I'm bored with the current one. I also want more than just 16 pattern loops. I would also like the inclusion of a low pass filter as high pass, reverb and distortion aren't exactly enough to create the sound I want.

Amazing App. This app is excellent! A new feature that I'd love and that I'd easily pay to unlock (and I'm sure many others would too) would be to be able to pull samples from songs on your iPod library to make a new kit. Again great app!

Very good!. It offers more than it seems. Sounds are nice and it is very easy to use it. I would like to rearrange pads for example I like Kick on the right side and snare on the left. Highly recommended!

Great app with a bug. This is a great app. The interface destroys all of its competition. I’d like to give this 5 stars but I found an annoying bug that I hope will be fixed soon. The swing type does not properly save with your pattern. For instance, if you open a saved pattern that was saved with a 1/16 swing, but the previous pattern that was opened had a 1/8 swing, the newly opened pattern will be in 1/8 swing rather than the correct swing type. It’s pretty annoying. Seems like a simple thing to fix, which I hope will be done soon. It would also be great if Easybeats introduced a way to export a midi file of the pattern, rather than just audio, so the patterns could be dropped into a DAW for use with other kits. Introducing this feature would make for a 10 star rating!

Ahhhhh. So bad! First negative review i am writing of any app but this has very little variety and you get bored of it within a few days, if not hours. I cannot believe i paid for this.

Very nice!. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a highly customizable metronome or drum machine. Lots of realistic and high quality sounds. Community kits and patterns are really cool too! Great job!

Great app. But it would be nice if we can integrate each sound into another instead of it changing the entire thing.

Wowzer-more than I expected. Quality Samples, Easy Interface, Multiple skins/colors to mix it up as I get so tired of constant appearances that don't change. Took me a little bit to figure out the arrangement part (swiping to measure/pattern 2, or 3 etc and copying pasting patterns) but once I did programmed a fun little song with some fills. Mind you I didn't watch the tutorial video, though when I did still didn't catch it first view. I literally played with this thing for a whole day. Even put my guitar down, to mess around with it. Only complaint is there should be more rock kits. 4 for hip hop, but beat production is popular. I ordered a beat buddy drum machine, and bought this to jam to in the meantime and for $6 it was an awesome deal. Zero regrets here. I have a quality drum machine in my pocket anytime. Also like that they didn't try to sell me an iPhone version then an iPad version. Looks as beautiful on my iPad. Hopefully useful? Definitely useful.

Paid $14 to find out I wouldn't even pay $2 smh. Version 3? Updated 2017? How is there no simple Dropbox,Audio Share or Audio Copy straight to pad implemented for building your own kits yet? Also it only comes with maybe 15 kits anyway so it's very limited to begin with. This honestly just feels like a demo version missing all the guts. As of now it's a total waste of $14. Look at BeatHawk and ElasticDrums and build a better, simpler file/sample import system. Give me a reason not to delete it off my iPad and come back and give you 5 stars.

EB2, EB3.... I luv ya... I have a lot of good times with yo' app, dude. I'll give ya 5 stars when all bugz have been squashed. All apps have'm, though, from Korg and the big leaguers on down... That's why I fully recommend this app to all! Easy Beats has a very intuitive, creative environment. It is more fun for me than other drum machine apps. The app developer is a genius. He's one guy "in his bedroom," as his documentation states, but he deserves a mansion.

This app delivers, and then some!. Easy Beats does what it does really well. The built-in samples are OK, but you can import your own! It's very simple to come up with a beat. It's also quite usable on the iPhone (4S), even though iPad is more fun.

Bad time signature representation.. All it does is give the ability to change the number of steps in a pattern. It still looks like 4 beats though. I want 3 beats for 3/4 signature.

Great App for Noobs. I previously messed around with Korg iKaossilator but I don't have a ton of experience with drum kit apps. Easybeats is fun to mess around with and has lots of great help and tutorials, definitely worth paying for.

Finally. The app finally has audiobus support!! the one drum app that I love finally has it! I love this app, and I can play the music/beats in the background! Another plus... This is the best version by far!

Really Well Designed App. Its very much like "Beatmaker" but much easier to use. I spent $20 on Beatmaker and I just deleted it because this app is so much better.

1st rate app, 3rd rate icon. Love the superb quality of this app, but that icon... Easybeats2 had a beautiful one. Add a small '3' to that icon & re-use it here because the style of this new icon is retrograde tacky. Otherwise, best drum sequencer available on iOS. Don't wait. Get it. App: 5👍, (Icon: 1👎)...

Great app. It's awesome, good interface and good sounds. The extra effects you can put on your beats are nice as well.

Veryuseful. Really in depth and worth the pro upgrade. I used the free version forever and it's still great and gets you accustomed to the idea. I've suggested this app to every musician friend of mine.

The best sounds on a Drum app!. The drum sounds are fantastic. This is easy to play, has great patterns, and super easy to tweaks your drums. I own a bunch of drum apps, and this is the best. It's my go to app for awesome drum sounds.

Fantastic!!!. This is a fantastic app! It is easy to use, even for the musically challenged like me. This app just saved me $400! I was going to buy a synchronizer/drum machine, but this does what I need and was only $5! What a bargain!!!

Was Fun. App keeps crashing when I try to share. If they fix that issue then I will give it four stars. Till then they are lucky I gave them 2.

Only Thing Missing. The only element missing from the app is a manual that can be read. Frustrating. Other than that it's a good drum app

Awesome app except.... The app itself is really amazing. Plenty of power packed into it. However, the app crashes EVERY TIME I attempt to share a pattern. I bought this in hopes of exporting the audio for use in other music programs. Needs an update to fix this issue.

Update needs to be fixed so that I can use it 😔. Update isn't working. Before releasing an update near Christmas (of all days), can ya check to see if it works? Looks like everyone is having the same issue. Please restore it back to the version before 12/19 so I can restore my purchases since I deleted it in a futile attempt to fix. 😩

Nice product.. Works good. Just starting using it . wish it connect right to iTunes though and make it easier to get beats and samples.

Need More Time Signatures!. Nice app works well for what is it, but without an option to change time signatures it becomes limited very quickly.

Need To Export!. I need to export my beats and this app will not allow me too. EasyBeats 2 is better because of the exporting feature. EasyBeats3 is supposed to be the upgraded version and I can't take none of my beats with me
