Latest update as of 10/6. The issue was fixed again but then you changed it back. Based on all the other people who agree, why do you keep moving the pieces to the bottom. At least give people the option. It is much better when they are on side. Also as another user commented why all of a sudden do you have the same exact pieces for every puzzle. It makes it so I know where certain pieces go. I miss when each was different. You had fixed the issues I had the last time I wrote this review and now you regressed with the latest update. You made the puzzle area smaller again and moved the pieces to only be at the bottom. I prefer it to the side so I have more screen for the puzzle. And why all of a sudden do I have to watch a 30 second ad when before it was only 5 seconds. Previous: The latest update is awful. The puzzle used to be my whole screen and now it is tiny with unused space to the sides. There should be an option to have the pieces on the side and not only on the bottom. I also dislike that you cannot see the full picture over the puzzle you are working on and instead it covers the whole screen. I would also like to know why the option to return pieces back to the side is gone. Please return the puzzle screen back to the way it was. This used to be my favorite app but not with this update.

Fantastic, Challenging,Brain Teaser and Great Hand-Eye Coordination. I have always enjoyed a challenge and this Jigsaw HD App is giving me this and more! I have a few puzzles on 3 different packages I have not completed but I will but I don’t like one package puzzle that I have downloaded but I will finish it in my own time but for the most part every package has been fun and most have been very very challenging and enjoyable to work! I highly recommend this app for anyone looking for fun, rewarding and a challenge! There are many free puzzle packages and many many great puzzle packages to purchase as low as $.99 and most I’ve seen is $4.99. The more expensive the more puzzles in the package about $.10/puzzle. I have found all the puzzle packages I have downloaded have at least one usually more are very hard along with an easier one. Many colorful scenery puzzles, animals, architectural, beaches, castles, lighthouses, beautiful homes, landscapes and more. This puzzle app used to be wonderful. Update: I changed this app from 2 stars to 5 stars as my issues were addressed; i.e., they fixed the bugs. I play it quite a bit. I bought this puzzle app many years ago. Obviously it was great, or I wouldn’t have spent money on it. I’m giving it two stars because it still works at all. I hope posting this updated review doesn’t ruin that too. I just want what I’ve already paid for. Now: I get ads again. There is no longer even one ‘in between’ number of puzzle pieces (goes from 12 to 63+) so I stopped using the rotation feature. I want to use rotation again, but 63+ pieces is just too many for me, especially on an iPad. The app freezes every 5 puzzles so I have to delete/reinstall. I tried and tried to address these issues. While I did get a response, I never got a Helpful response. I finally gave up. What I do not understand is why they kept saying they’d try to fix it (which never happened) instead of simply sending me a new working download. It wasn’t as if I hadn’t bought it already. I didn’t want anything for free. I just wanted what I’d paid for.

Outstanding app support. I have owned this game for a few years and have found it to be the best of its genre. I have always found the gameplay to be smooth and user friendly and I happily spent the $10 to remove the ads. The developers offer a wide array of diverse puzzle packs for purchase and a surprising amount of free puzzle packs in addition to a daily free puzzle. I received a new iPad for Christmas and could not get my numerous puzzle packs to transfer to the new device. The packs were there visually but I could not access any of the individual puzzles for actual play. I contacted customer support and I can’t even begin to describe the level of support that I received from Tatiana on the Veraxen team. She offered detailed steps for resolution. The first few attempts did not work but she stuck with my issue until complete success was achieved. Finally, a company that actually seems to care about their customers! I would not hesitate to spend money with Veraxen because they stand behind their products.

Hooray!! Doing mental cartwheels!!. This is my updated review for one of my very favorite apps. I have been hoping for a couple of years that the folks at Veraxen would make a version of their outstanding jigsaw puzzle app for iPhones in addition to the one for tablets. They have done it!! Ran across this by accident looking in the app store for something else. I have bought far more in-app purchases with this company than any other. No other jigsaw app has such artistic pictures and arrangements of subjects. Really beautiful, absorbing and relaxing. Thankyou so much, Veraxen for making your app for iPhones now, I am delighted!! ——My previous review: This is hands down, the best jigsaw puzzle app in the App Store for Apple. The selection of pictures is great, the quality and variety of the photos is simply outstanding. My absolute favorite. I wish you could also make a version for the iPhone as well. Would love to have this on my phone to go. I don't carry my iPad Air everywhere, because it's a bit too heavy, so would love it for my phone. Keep up the great work. Just love it!! Like taking a mini vacation.

Great Little App So Far. I’ve only had this about six months, but so far it has been very nice to relax with a puzzle whenever I feel like it. I haven’t spent a dime on this app - there are lots of free puzzle packs. Although, it does seem like they are slowly offering me fewer and fewer. When I first started, there was a free pack to choose almost every other day, but now it can be a week or more before one pops up that is free. Also, there seems to be a variety for everyone, from landscapes to kittens and everything in between. My only complaint is that most, not all, of the puzzles are clearly within six set categories I would broadly define as: landscapes, city streets, animals, flowers, interiors, and color patterns. Since I have collected over 75 puzzle packs and completed over 300 puzzles, this has started to foster the feeling of monotony in the back of my mind. On the positive side, I will tell you there are lots of options to allow you to customize your experience, most importantly how hard (how many pieces) you want each puzzle to be.

I Love It!. I’ve been playing your puzzle app exclusively for about six months now. No other puzzle app even comes close to the quality and beauty of yours. I save every puzzle into my photos and when I get about 40 of them done I show them to my mom and we talk about each one and how beautiful they are. I am 61 years old and handicapped so I play a lot of your puzzles. I also suffer from depression and anxiety and my therapist has seen marked improvement in my moods and I told her how this game has helped me so much so she highly recommends this game for me and her other clients as one of our therapies as it has helped tremendously. Thank you for being so generous with the free ones. I currently have 153 puzzles in my “in progress“ folder. I’m always afraid I’m going to lose my “In Progress” games, which is highly unlikely and I did mention in a previous comment that I wish we could save our progress on Facebook. You said you are working on that and I really appreciate it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me the most beautiful jigsaw puzzle game. I wake up each morning looking forward to it. I am very particular about the games I play and only have three that I play all day and am thrilled that yours is one of them. Thank you for the hard work you all invest in order for us to enjoy this game so much! 🥰

Almost a masterpiece. For those of us who are looking for some of the more relaxing type of games might want to give this one a try. This game offers a variety of high quality virtual jigsaw puzzles in one collection. There are daily jigsaws for free and you can also buy different packs on whatever suits your fancy. This game has plenty of variety in both the selection of different themes you can choose from as well as the difficulty in which you want your puzzles to be in. One thing that could be improved, however would be to have more than one musical selection to cycle through while you are playing the game. The one that is included is nice but can get a little repetitive after so long. On the other hand, it is a nice little ditty that doesn’t really wear on your nerves after you hear it so many times. If they could come up with a selection of similar music to play, this would make this game so much better.

Best Puzzle App!. I love this puzzle app. So far I’ve completed over 500 puzzles on it. I’ve played it for a little over 400 hours total (not all at once of course). I like that I can choose where the tray is located and I can even watch a movie on my tablet while also working a puzzle. Being able to choose my background color is also super handy when working a lighter or darker puzzle. The shop constantly has puzzle packs on sale and tons of free ones, if you don’t want to purchase any. At first I never purchased them, but the app is so good, I like purchasing at least 1 every couple of months as a “thank you” to the app developer. (Most packs I purchase are on sale and cost less than two dollars) There are daily free puzzles, which are awesome. Oh and you can save a puzzle you’ve started and finish it later. I like the achievements as well, I only have three left to complete. If you need a puzzle app to keep you busy, this is the one I’d try first. (I have a couple other puzzle apps, but this is my favorite one) To the developer: The only thing that would make this app better is if we could work a puzzle with over 440 pieces. I’d love a 500, 550 and 1000 piece option. 440 pieces only takes me about 45-50 minutes, depending on the picture.

Loved this until screen format suddenly changed. I have used and loved this app using the free puzzles. I then purchased a group of puzzles. Within 24 hours the format set up of the puzzles changed on the screen. The pieces on all puzzles were moved from the right side of the screen to the bottom of the screen and I don’t like it at all. I’ve tried several puzzle apps all with the pieces at the bottom and I didn’t really like them. I chose this app because it had the pieces on the right side which was visually pleasing. I’m so disappointed in this unwanted change. I tried FAQ and tried several things but nothing helped. But for this change I would have given 5 stars. I’m changing this review to 5 stars. I sent an email to customer service regarding my dismay at the change in format and received a personal, prompt, courteous and detailed response from Alexandra explaining the situation. While I am still disappointed with the change as it is not as easy visually to use for me, I received some lovely and fun new puzzles with the upgrade. In today’s rapidly accelerating reality when an organization’s people take the time to explain meticulously what is going on, it says a lot to me, so Veraxen gets 5 stars for great customer service. I do love the puzzles and they provide me with a great way to de-stress and relax. Thanks for great product and service and I hope the interface can change or adapt in the future.

Wokeism. I have enjoyed this puzzle app since it was first introduced. Their daily puzzle is part of my morning coffee routine. The puzzle images are very diverse and interesting. During holiday periods like Christmas, Halloween or Thanksgiving the developers offer puzzle images that depict classic holiday scenes that are fun and appropriate. Something changed in this routine recently in that no holiday images were offered for this years (2022) July 4th celebration. This was a surprising departure from a well established norm. My fear is that this omission of July 4th holiday imagery was a not so subtle protest over recent Supreme Court decisions or other left wing grievances. It is very disappointing to me that the app developers have gone “woke”. I guess the bubble gum artist “Pink” is on their board of directors. I don’t understand why the developers think it is appropriate for them to pollute a fun application with woke politically motivated nonsense! I would like to make suggestion to the developers that they focus on the quality and consumer appeal of their application and stay out of politics. Leftist nuttery is very unappealing to a very large part of the customer pool.

5 stars before update - UPDATE: Back to 5!. Updates since the big one done around Thanksgiving have gradually turn this back into the app I loved!! I play it nearly every day again. The only new function I still don’t care for is the screen rotation. I would prefer it stay locked in a horizontal position. I also added app to my phone but doubt I’ll ever use it there as screen is just too small for puzzles. *** Before yesterday I loved this app, and hope things will eventually get fixed so I love it again. With the current update it has become difficult to even get a piece to move. I often have to select it numerous times to get it to go anywhere (I’ve used both my finger and a pen). I really don’t like that the board rotates when you rotate your ipad. It keeps me from looking at my puzzle at a new angle. Don’t really care for the new slightly smaller board, or that what when you want to preview the image it fills the screen. It was often helpful to see the preview and the work I’d already done at the same time. I lost all my statistics except total puzzles played (no longer have time averages or counts for each size puzzle). But what upsets me the most (other than the pieces not responding like they use to) is that almost half the puzzle packets I’ve accumulated over time (250+) I can’t seem to access now.

Best Customer Support EVER!. Both the wife and I use this app and we have both upgraded to Premium. For Christmas I gave her a new iPad. I used the backup/restore method to move everything to the new iPad and everything worked, except this app. I tried a Restore Purchase and that downloaded and bunch of puzzle packs but none of them worked. Open the pack, click on a puzzle and nothing happens. Ok, to make a longish story short, I reached out to customer support. Tatiana responded with suggestions but that didn’t work. She then took the time to verify my wife’s user ids (old and new) and then helped me get the Premium status back and a bunch of the paid for puzzle packs back. So now, the wife is happy and I am happy. I am concerned that the transfer from the old to new iPad did not work properly like every other app did but Tatiana made it right. Thank you Tatiana and I hope you all figure out how to make the transition to a new iPad go more smoothly in the future.

One little thing. I started using this app several months ago and fell in love with jigsaw puzzles all over again. Growing up there was always a 1000 piece jigsaw on the table that whole family would play. Sometimes a few pieces, sometimes for hours, alone or with other family members. I quit playing when I had two cats that thought it was great fun to tear them up over night. So it’s been years. Passed them off to my son’s family and thought I just couldn’t do it any more. Enter this app. I had tried a few others, but far too simple. This one has a great variety and I have loved it. I get annoyed with the dump the pieces button location next to the button to see the picture, but I live with that one. My only suggestion is the background colors. Sometimes none work with the puzzle I am working on very well. Can’t use the white or the yellow, so bright it hurts my eyes. Blues. Brown, greens don’t mix well with landscape puzzles. Does it stop me from playing….no!!!! So really 4 and half stars. Thank you for returning my love of puzzles to my life!

I didn’t think that I would complain. It’s a nice game, I really like it. I want it to be me or my device but it’s not. The only important thing that I need for it to do it just doesn’t want to do. Even coming here to write the review, I had to touch the ‘write a review’ five times before it would respond. You see a piece and you know where it goes so you touch it to drag it to its desired location, you let go and nothing is there. You didn’t grab it so you go back and you might have to grab at it three or four or five times. Or, just as bad, if you get it to move to the spot you wanted but you missed it by millimeters and you just touch it to nudge it and it doesn’t move for five or seven touches. My device is an iPad, big one, I should not be having this issue. I only complain when it drives me bonkers and then only when I am fixing to delete. It’s a free game, I should be happy. But, this is as bad as that movie where the cameraman shakes the camera to add a little action or excitement. That pisses me off, I don’t like a shaking camera. Not at all. Ever. I have walked out of a movie I did pay for because of that. I have changed channels away from movies that do that. I get so tired of having to touch a piece more than once to make it move. If this is by design STOP IT, if it is by accident, FIX IT. PLEASE.

Love this app. I discovered this app quite awhile ago. For a long time I used the app with the adds. I’m pretty cheap so the thought of paying to get rid of adds wasn’t my first choice, however, after many months of using the app on a daily basis I decided to take the plunge and pay to get rid of the adds. This was very disappointing to me, getting rid of the adds changed several aspects of the puzzle, within a couple of days I wrote to the developers and begged for the old version back. Literally the next day (or the day after) there was an upgrade to the app that fixed the things I complained about. Probably coincidence but the response was amazing. The only complaint I have now is that in the old version when you got to the end of a puzzle the few pieces that might be missing (laying on top of the puzzle) light up so that they are easy to find. That disappeared with the upgrade, I do miss that however it’s not enough to keep from 5 stars. Love this app, use it every day and yes I will admit to frequently purchasing the extra puzzles.

Best free jigsaw puzzle game. Only have one issue, devs,. My request: The only complaint that I have about this game is that one cannot zoom in on the complete picture. Those of us that are visually impaired do need to be able to zoom, especially when playing on a phone. The cover pic is simply way too small for my failing eyes. My review: This is a free game with ads to support the devs. They are not obnoxious or intrusive. They’re at the beginning and end of the puzzle each time you open one. They can be ended early as well. There is one puzzle game that literally ran an ad every time a piece was placed correctly. Imagine a 500 piece puzzle!! Deleted that one quite quickly. They have lots of free puzzles and offer free puzzles daily on their Facebook page. You can pay $9.99 USD to be ad free. You can purchase puzzle packs for $.99 USD to around $5.99 USD, I believe. Not unreasonable, imho. All in all, great game. You can even track your stats. Your best time for each sized puzzle and also an accumulative clock with how long you’ve spent completing puzzles overall. Which shows me that I have a minor addiction to this game and/or I have no social life. Possibly a little of both. =] Download this game. You won’t be sorry.

I love this. I tried several other jigsaw puzzle apps before this. The last one I was told to update but it never did. It installed. New version and I lost all the puzzles I had bought, ones I was working. This is really easy to use, the pictures are beautiful. I can lose myself in one of these puzzles. Kudos to the developers who have created a lovely app. I have had this, on my iPad a month or so, and I think it is superior to any others. You can make the puzzle one of a few or many pieces. There is a free daily puzzle. If it’s easier I really like, I get it, one it move a few pieces and then get if it. Later , when I have time to try a new one, I open the green box that contains all the oussles I have started, this way I can grab the daily free puzzles it not have to work them right then. This app is my escape from a hard day, and as a caregiver to a famiy member, I often have hard days when I have little or no time to myself. There is something calming and soothing about scrolling sideways through all the pieces searching for just the right one. And when you put a piece in the correct place, your puzzle winks at you by momentarily lighting up that tiny puzzle piece you just placed. Download this app. You won’t be disappointed!

Going to delete this app. I love this app because they have great puzzles and graphics, but since this last update (June 2019) I have been experiencing a lot of problems. The puzzles keep freezing within the first several minutes then the app closes and I have to reopen it. It NEVER did that before. So I have started using this less and less. Plus, it drains my battery super fast and I’m not sure why. I could be at 100% power and when I use this app I need to recharge within like 20mins whereas with other games like candy crush, cooking, bejeweled, etc I can have hours of play before needing to recharge. I have just tried doing a puzzle today (6|24|2019)and it froze. I closed out and restarted and it froze again.... so now it’s freezing MORE times per session. Used to be just once. I don’t know what they did with this last update, but something is amiss. Maybe it’s something to do with the ads or coding, but whatever it is.... I’m about to delete this app that was reliable for years, but now is becoming disappointing. This was a 5 star app but the constant freezing and closing has made it a 2 star app. Please fix whatever you broke, devs. You are doing a disservice to this lovely, calming game.

I cannot play if I cannot see…. …the puzzle pieces! Within the last week, suddenly, the size of the puzzle pieces shrank by half. The ads along the bottom of the screen are larger than the pieces themselves. I wrote to ask about this and was told that maybe I needed to use less pieces…I usually use 99! So I went and used 45 pieces on my next puzzle…btw, I was using the onscreen magnifier to see the pieces to finish my current puzzle at that time. Guess what? The puzzle pieces were just as small! ***I liked this puzzle app. I even came back after getting a new device! I like the variety and enjoyed finishing about one puzzle a night. But I seriously can no longer SEE the Pieces. I think the answer I received in reply to my request was flippant and showed no regard for my concerns. I am certainly disappointed. ***I’m keeping this app in the hopes that a real customer support representative will look into this. Btw, the puzzle app I’m playing with now, has puzzle pieces twice the size of the ones on this app with the same screen size….! I hope JIGSAW HD comes to its senses! I might be 70, but I’m all here! I would prefer to play JIGSAW HD….BUT, I-have to be able to see the pieces! (20-25 vision!!)

Have been loving this app but.... Overall, I agree with what many others have been saying, this is an excellent app for jigsaw puzzles. I’ve logged many hours into it and haven’t had to pay at all! The ads are minimal and not very invasive and the selection of free puzzles is top notch. I would have rated this 5 stars, and was even contemplating buying a couple packs finally but then I got on today and discovered that they have changed the screen orientation! I absolutely hate it! I specifically used this puzzle app and this one only, BECAUSE it didn’t put the pieces tray at the bottom when in landscape mode. It was always on the side, which makes sense. Putting it at the bottom means that it has shrunk to whole puzzle and made moving things around frustrating. I have seen another review complaining about the same thing and I hope that they will update soon and at least let people choose where they want the tray instead of just binding it into this super awkward position. :( very sad to rate this lower than 5 stars but I would still recommend it because it is perfect in basically every other way.

Fabulous little app.. Great puzzle app. I use the free daily puzzles. Haven't bought any additional packs. Variety is nice. Tailoring the sizes and shapes is a great perk. Even the ads aren't obnoxious. I highly recommend this app if you like jigsaw puzzles. UPDATE: I have been using this app every night to help calm my mind in order to sleep. The only time it snags a little is when my iPad is updating apps or the ads are high graphic. I typically turn off my wifi and the issues resolve. It's been a few months and I still love this app. Plenty of free puzzles in my "in progress" arsenal. I have to place a couple pieces on the board before exiting, and then it will save the puzzle. Still the best jigsaw app I've used. Thanks guys! UPDATE #2: Taking away 2 stars. Around December 2017, the ads on this app have become out of control. They involuntarily take me to Safari and some weird website. Even if I don't tap the ad banner, it automatically switches to Safari. It takes a while to return to the game. It also is taking a whole lot longer to load the puzzles. Sometimes they won't load at all and I have to close it out and reopen the app. This used to be a great app, but it has gone downhill in the last couple of months. The only way I can get my puddles to come back up is to turn off wifi. Disappointed.

Nice app, currently working well. I just downloaded this puzzle app today as I am having trouble with my other two puzzle apps at this time. I was very pleased with how smoothly everything was working at this time & the speed of the downloads. I would have given it a five star except for a few things. One is some of the puzzle packs are expensive; but there are a few good sales. Also, I would like to be able to save worked puzzles within app not in my photos on my device; especially the pictures I like best. (From help section I concluded there is currently no other way to save them full size. App does show puzzle with a green check mark to show it as worked in a small picture size though.) Also, I would like to be able to put puzzle pieces back in side scrolling margin if I can’t immediately fit them in place instead of having to keep them out in the middle of my puzzle. I tried to place them back but they just slide under margin where they can’t be seen. Otherwise, I really enjoyed this puzzle app.

Ads were extremely pervasive until I paid, but I’m glad I did. I played around with several puzzle apps and I liked this one the best. I sometimes use an ad blocker/logger and I saw that this app was making TONS of connections to dozens and dozens of different ad servers. You’re making a killing on selling puzzle packs, how about toning down the ad quantity and doing a much better job at vetting ads? My reason for reviewing today is because they just updated the app and moved the puzzle piece bar from the right side to the bottom. Why?!? I’m using this on an iPad like most people would be (because the pieces would be too small to grab on an iPhone). Am I the only one that uses my iPad when sitting down on a couch, or laying in bed? Having the pieces along the bottom makes it SO much harder to use. Please change it back, or better yet, let the user choose which of the four edges to put it on. Also, please try to finally change the piece shapes and layouts randomly. I feel like I’m cheating when I can recognize several puzzle piece shapes and know exactly where they go regardless of the image on them. I know people have been asking for this for a long time.

BEST JIGSAW APP. I have never written a review, ever. But I just sent one because I had a tiny little complaint, and still gave it 4 stars. In all fairness, now I must tell you how good this app is! 4-5 stars for sure. I’ve been doing your puzzles for many years. Your app gets better and better. (Except for the one little thing in my other review.) I’ve read some of the other reviews. Someone wrote about how it freezes up, ads don’t clear, etc., which isn’t caused by your app. I used to have the same problem. It was my internet service. My cable/WiFi kept blinking in and out intermittently. It was hard to get it fixed because every time I had cable at the house it would be working 🤯. Anyway, love 💕 this app. Very relaxing. And the choices of pics is unending. If you can’t find something you like, then it’s you, not the app. Most notably is that people can download many free packs and never spend a dime. Unless they choose to! Options galore: number of pieces, shapes of pieces, rotate on or off, choice of pictures, etc.

Wonderful jigsaw puzzle app. After trying a few apps, I found this one to be the best overall. I like the way pieces click into place with a nice sound and screen flash. They are also ‘magnetic’; get close enough and they click into place, even as you move it around. There are lots of free puzzle packs and a free daily puzzle. Other packs are $2-$10. The pictures are gorgeous and right there in my lap, not taking up table space. No missing pieces, no storing unfinished puzzles, and I can work on many at the same time. I usually play the 224 pieces size (it goes from 12 to 440) with no rotation and normal shape pieces (they have two impossible other shapes for the absolute masochist). The puzzles look great on my large iPad and the pieces are easy to see. Although you can pinch and zoom the puzzle itself, you can’t to the pieces stored on the side (I use the iPad zoom for that but then can only see part of the puzzle). There is also no outside the puzzle work area. All work is done inside the working puzzle area which can be difficult when it is filled up.

Favorite jigsaw app. As promised I am increasing my review to 5 stars for you removing the ad box on my screen. I do really miss the completed or My Puzzles file. I go back and look through the puzzles I have finished and sometimes rework them with different difficulties. It’s almost impossible to do that without having them all in one place; otherwise I have to open each category of puzzles to see which puzzles have been completed. Do you think you could bring back this section or category? This has always been my favorite jigsaw app and you have beautiful puzzles. My only complaint is with the placement of the ad box at the bottom of the screen. It is so frustrating to bump this box even slightly and be taken out of the app to another site! I have “lost” puzzle pieces on completed sections of puzzles when this happens and it is so frustrating for my concentration to be broken with this switch to another site. Please move the ad box out of the way of my hand, then you will get a 5 star rating from me.

Wonderful - use your own images or the app's. I really like this jigsaw puzzle app. I think it is the best jigsaw app; I've not seen another that even comes close. I've played this app for a long time and have worked many, many of the app's puzzles. I also enjoy searching through Goggle images to use for puzzles. I think the puzzle packs are reasonably priced, and there is no added fee to use my own images. The pieces look realistic and the HD finished puzzle is beautiful. It's very easy to move the pieces and sort them. I like that the pieces lock in once correctly placed and that the single pieces can be moved onto the board or back to the list by command. This makes sorting really easy. I also like that the pieces can be freely rotated or already properly oriented by my choice, and also that I can sort for just edge pieces. I would like to have the option to rotate my iPad and have the puzzle set up for left handed use. This would be really great. What I love is how responsive the app managers are about updates, suggestions, fixes, etc.

Loved it until my puzzles disappeared!. I loved this app and played it every day until recently. The free puzzles were high quality images, variety of options interesting topics, and every puzzle can be customized for level of difficulty wanted. Unfortunately, recently the puzzles I had not completed began disappearing if not completed within a period of time I have not been able to figure out. This happened with the free daily puzzle, and some of the puzzles stored in my permanent folders too. All progress is lost and the puzzle either disappears (free daily puzzle) or my progress is wiped out and the original puzzle is put back in my folder as though I have never worked on it at all (free puzzle packs stored in folders). This is very frustrating and disappointing! It is not possible to always complete a puzzle I one sitting. It takes me about an hour to complete due to my chosen complexity. That’s a long time to not leave the app because I’m concerned my progress will be lost! Most of us have actual responsibilities and lives besides playing a puzzle game!

Waking to huge disappointment. I have recommended this app as a 5-star gem to friends for years and I spend as many as 2 hours a day working with the excellent content. Imagine my surprise, after completing a puzzle in the wee hours, when I woke up today to a surprise new version that features the pieces on the bottom! I have no issue with the larger ad bar because, after all, I am playing for free; and I could live with the smaller pieces, perhaps, if they were still on the right side. But it is unforgivable to reduce the working area in exchange for sorting areas! It was easy enough to sort inside the play area and work around groups of pieces as you built the picture. Perhaps for developers placement of the bar is a non-issue for most; but I have physical limitations that make it more difficult for me to work from a bottom bar. Please consider allowing players a free option to choose either bottom or right/left placement of pieces and please revert to full size play area. It makes sense for you to charge players who want to remove ads. I really do not wish to give this heretofore great app the boot. I would rather get it back to that 5-star level again!

Best Puzzle App I’ve Ever Played!!!. I read some others reviews and have been playing this app for such a long time, I felt it was time to finally write a review. I’m not sure why others are having such a hard time with the app. I’ve never had issues with adware or anything. I’ve played the daily free puzzle, downloaded the free packs, and spent money on packs. I have also made puzzles using my own pictures. I am an AVID IPAD USER and I have never found a puzzle app that was so great and that held my interest this long. I find myself striving to get new achievements, although that would be my only request to the developer...to maybe add some new achievements. Also, I do all my puzzles at 440 pieces, I wish that I could have that as a setting in settings. But those are tiny things in such an amazing app. I hope that what’s happening with the other people gets fixed because if it’s stopping people from downloading, they are missing out on a really great app. Thanks guys. :)

Great Puzzle App. Update: In the last day or two the issues that I had started having with this app seems to have been corrected. I am so pleased that the app is now working again as it should. Thank you so much for taking the time to address the issue. This has always been such a great app and I use it every day and will continue to do so. I enjoy this app. Great variety of beautiful pictures. REVIEW UPDATED ON DECEMBER 30, 2022 Since the last update my app is not working properly. When I need to stop and come back to the app at a later time the app doesn’t save my place. Next time I go back into the puzzle the part of the puzzle that I had completed has been undone. And I have to work the puzzle all over again. This is very disappointing because I have had this app for a long time and have enjoyed it very much until now. The app has worked great for the several years that I have been using it up until now. I sure hope this issue will be addressed and fixed. Thank you.

Still waiting! Put pieces back on the side!!. Updating my review. Still waiting for an update to put pieces back on the side. The playing area is now too small for me to see, and pieces are too small also. I read your suggestion that we can zoom in on board and pieces in the playing area. I just want you to know I tried that, it doesn’t work because it cuts off the top and bottom of the puzzle. I can’t even do the edges, they’re cut off. Please listen to your players and put things back the way they were. Best jigsaw app I’ve found until...you shrunk the playing area and put the pieces on the bottom. Now it’s so hard to see that I can’t even play. Why did you change things? Terrible update. Leave things alone! What set this app apart from the rest was the nice full screen picture area (I play on iPad) and easy to see pieces on the side. Now it’s too hard to see. I will be deleting and searching for another if this doesn’t get corrected. From reading other reviews, it is clear everybody HATES this change. One reviewer says you now want us to pay in order to get the pieces on the side format back. No way am I paying for that. Please listen to us and put things back the way they were. It was a perfect app, I would have easily given it 5 stars. How disappointing, because I used to love it!

Great puzzle app. Update: I'm not sure what happened to this great app, but it has definitely gone down hill. Both my husband and I have had problems with puzzles loading (I seriously have been sitting here for 5 minutes trying to open my downloaded packs, but none will load so I can choose one), shut downs (during a puzzle the app shuts down multiple times, where I have to bring it back up), freezes/lags (a lot of times the app will freeze NUMEROUS times when trying to swipe puzzle pieces around), and I've noticed when I swipe the app away once I'm done and close my iPad, when I open my iPad again the app immediately starts. All these things have made me terribly frustrated with this app and I have been reluctant to play anymore. Please make this app great again, I loved doing your puzzles everyday. This a great puzzle app, with a large variety of puzzles to choose from (seasonal, animals, nature, sci-fy, historical, etc.). I love the new "free puzzle of the day" feature, I now look forward to the puzzle each day! I usually do puzzles in my free time or as a way to relax, almost daily. I've tried several other puzzle pass, but have deleted them all for this one. Fantastic app, wonderful selection, it's a keeper!

Upgrade disappointment!!!!!. I have used this app for years and always enjoyed it, but the latest couple of upgrades have been frustrating and today’s even more so. The changing of where things are is frustrating when you have worked it for years and your fingers automatically go. I liked the pieces on the side and do not like them at the bottom! Imagine my dismay when a puzzle I had spent hours working on suddenly had no pieces on the board they had gone to the pieces area. When I went out to figure out what had happened and if there was a way to undo the action for I did not even think I had touched anything. When I found where they had out the in progress puzzles, the one I had just been working on was not even there. I can’t seem to find it! Sorry guys, but this is not acceptable, that you can accidentally lose all the work you have done and there is no way to put it back! I am amazed that I received a response to this review from the company. I appreciate their answers and concerns about my experience and willingness to take into account what I am concerned about. This is why I am updating my review. There is one comment they made which is not true in my case. If all the pieces have exited your board accidentally, and you close down the free daily puzzle it does not save it in the puzzle in progress, it just disappears.

Nov 3, 2020. Bottom tray only?. Today my puzzles began the bottom tray, with no Setting to choose the side tray. The playing area is smaller, but I saw that I could set a multi-piece puzzle part on the side area. The narrow top strip may have done the same but I never tried it. I agree with others that taking a peek should not obscure the entire board. I will get used to the bottom tray but would still appreciate a Setting for it. I had finally got used to Pause being at top right, now it’s at bottom left again! How I use this game. At midnight I check the free puzzle and either get it or skip it. I would really like labels on some of the travel photos! Then I begin the puzzle and pause after partially completing it. I search the In Progress for a similar puzzle and complete that one instead. If I pause that one too I can see them side by side to admire and compare. And I may choose the new one to finish after all, or save them both for later. I currently have over 100 in progress, and must give some up to make space on my iPad. Thanks for a great app! Jan 2, 2023: After an update some time ago, the daily puzzle is accessible with a tap, months of puzzles. It’s no longer get it today or lose it. This changes the game a lot! I see ads for this game while playing other games. The ads show terrific pictures, even animated ones! Seriously? Beautiful ads, but not very realistic. I like that I can choose as low as 12 pieces so the grandkids can play.

Relaxing, addictive but now with fatal ads. Nice app with a wide range of beautiful pictures. I love being able to change the size and shape of the pieces...rotating or not. There are some annoying little glitches, preventing this from getting a 5. Sometimes the pieces will freeze and you have to wait several seconds to be able to move them again. Very occasionally the entire app will crash and close. None of this prevents me from opening it up and enjoying it almost every day though! Update: Yesterday I would have given this app 5 stars. I updated 2 days ago and the look and feel are smoother and very nice. Today the initial ad came on (a new one for a paint by number app). There was no way to turn it off, which is fine, as I am getting this for free, but even after the app's video was over, there was no way to the puzzles. No "x," no buttons except the one to buy the app. Otherwise just black screen. Poked around the screen, hopefully. Nada. Went to the app that was advertised and came back and there was still seemingly no button to get me to the puzzles. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I would give the app 0 stars if I knew this was permanent. I'm hopeful that I will actually see puzzles again on the puzzle app and not just an offer I "can't refuse."

Fun Relaxing Puzzle App. I have several of these puzzle apps, but this is the one I go to, enough to spring for the premium version to remove all ads - which made quite a difference in functioning and puzzle space especially on an iPad mini. The puzzles are beautiful, and cover such a lovely variety of interests. And they are very generous in providing free puzzles, especially if you go to their Facebook page where they provide free packs every week. One thing that would improve the game for me would be the ability to search your puzzle library by content - if you were wanting to do puzzles of sealife, it would load all the sealife puzzles you have, instead of hunting through all the various packs and mixes yourself to find what you are seeking. I would also love the opportunity to do more than one daily puzzle - for instance if you missed one. Maybe it is too difficult, but if you had the daily puzzles available for their whole week? By the way, any plans to someday be compatible with Windows so I can use you on my laptop?

Referring to Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD — about the PIECES. I love this Jigsaw Puzzles for Adults HD game but noticed two things that could be changed to make the game much more enjoyable. First, the choice of pieces. The choice in the middle which is classic or traditional is the same for each piece. They should have VARIOUS cuts to make it more challenging and less predictable. Secondly, to get the pieces to fit you must maneuver them perfectly before they can click in. I play another puzzle app that PULLS the pieces into place as if they have a MAGNET attached. This is much more pleasant, easier for the player and gets the puzzles done quicker. I have also noticed that many of the pieces actually don’t attach correctly leaving gaps between them. This is corrected only when other surrounding pieces are placed. Please check out and play MAGIC JIGSAW PUZZLES by ZIMAD to experience the “MAGNET EFFECT” and to see that there are never any gaps between the pieces when placed. Also, you will notice the VARIOUS cuts of the pieces. Perhaps you can adapt these ideas to your puzzles. I would love to see that happen. THANK YOU for a nice app and for all the free puzzles. They are greatly appreciated!

The best puzzle app!. This is the best jigsaw puzzle app I’ve tried ( and I’ve tried most of them). The photos are varied and beautiful. You never have to buy more, because they give away 25 puzzles a week: a free daily puzzle plus free puzzle packs on Facebook. Other things I like are that I can sort the edge pieces with one touch & I can move unmatched pieces off the board. The photos used include nature, cities, animals, and graphic designs (like a group of crayons) - some easy, some hard. You can choose how many pieces, and if the pieces are rotated or not. I went ahead and purchased the ‘no ads’ upgrade, because I hate ads. This only gets you a few other perks, but the extra puzzle packs aren’t included. Since they give away more than I can do in a week, this doesn’t bother me, and I like supporting the developer directly. The only thing I wish is that there were more paintings included, especially of fantasy scenes. Though most of the puzzles are photos, a few are drawn or painted. Unfortunately, most of these are very easy or would appeal to children. With this app, I’ll never run out of beautiful puzzles! My thanks to the developers.

Customer support is tone deaf. I have tried to contact support for some repeat issues. I do not receive much, if any, help. Often there is no response or it takes days/week to hear from anyone. App claims that puzzles can be downloaded using internet and then worked offline, but I have numerous puzzles in different packs that never download completely, or if they do and if I try to work them, I get a pop up box stating my internet connection is not on……and puzzle will not open. Based on the app description, this should not happen EVER. I have reported this earlier, yet here I am, still facing the same issue. App does have a good amount of puzzles; most cost, but a fair number are free for those who need or want free puzzles. I will say the free packs are certainly not the best puzzles, but not terrible; there are usually a few in a free pack I will work, depending on how many are actually in it. The puzzle packs do have some repeats, with puzzles showing up in multiple categories. Like many others I would prefer a tray option for the sides, but this is not a deal breaker for me. For visual purposes, I would much rather have the ability to enlarge the tray so the puzzles pieces could be larger if needed. Some pieces are already larger than others in the tray, so I see no reason why all cannot be large. The backgrounds, while adequate, could use some upgrades. Contrast is important, and of those available, many camouflage the pieces. The yellow is so bright it hurts my eyes.

Simple, Great UI, Non-Intrusive, but EXPENSIVE!. Played for a little while. There’s tons of content, and you only get one ad per puzzle (unless you have to reopen the puzzle again), and it has a ton of useful features to offer without shoving “pay me for features” pop-ups in your face. It does offer puzzle packs for money, but it also has daily free puzzles. It even keeps communication with the users open, requesting you allow tracking to help them make money from advertisers, but not locking content if you disable the tracking. I love donating a little to these small devs when I play their games for a few hours, so I was going to pay to disable ads in the game. The standard is $3, or sometimes $5 for some games you might play for a while. But disabling ads in this game was a whopping $10! Not a ton, but considering they also sell periodic puzzle packs, it seems a bit extensive. If they drop the price, I’ll happily donate and even update my review to 5 star. Until then I might play a few games every now and then, and keep watching my ads.

Ads are getting ridiculous. I play this game all the time when I’m stuck at home. I like to multi-task and it’s fun to do when you’re watching tv or listening to an audio book. Unfortunately, not only do you have to put up with multiple ads between games, but just today, they’ve begun forcing you to look at ads even when you put the game on pause. You can give them money and supposedly they’ll stop tormenting you but I won’t do that. It feels too much like blackmail. I bought a new puzzle pack last week but once I’ve finished it, I’m gonna delete the game. The ads have just gotten ridiculous. You’d think they’d be satisfied by the fact that you’re actually buying their games but not so. They need your blood money. Oh well, that’s what happens when you get greedy. Not only that, I feel a little vindictive when an ad or a series of ads ruins my favorite games and activities so I make it a point not to do business with any of the advertisers that have made my life miserable. Before today, I would have given them 4 stars. I frequently get interrupted and have to pause my game often so the addition of these new ads have effectively made this game useless to me. I think I'm being generous giving this game 2 stars. You’re welcome app developers. I’m gonna try to finish the puzzle pack I just bought from them but I’m honestly not sure I have the patience for it. What a waste!

What I enjoy the most is making my own pictures into puzzles. I think that is cool addition to this jigsaw game. Would like free picture packs more frequently. Beware malicious adware with use of this app!!!. My wife and I downloaded this app and, although the ads were annoying at first, the rest of the app was good enough to make up for it. An ad comes up, you wait a few seconds for a tiny, minuscule “x” to pop in the corner, you hit the “x” and the ad goes away and you go back to the puzzle. Now, at least once or twice an hour we get malicious adware on this app trying to convince us that there are multiple viruses on our iPad Pro due to visiting “adult websites” and we need to go immediately to their website and pay them to remove it. We’ve never been to any “adult websites” and, as it turns out, there are no viruses on our iPad either. A little online research showed that there are several disreputable apps out there that allow this sort of malicious adware to be used within their apps. Unfortunately, this otherwise nice puzzle app is one of the ones that allow this sort of malicious material to appear in their app. If it were just another ad, the “x” would appear and you could get rid of it like the rest of the ads. This malicious adware doesn’t do that. It locks the app completely, forcing you to kill the app and start all over again. I would definitely avoid this app like the plague until these types of ads are no longer allowed within the app.

One of the best puzzle games. I have had this app through two iPads now. Every week there’s free puzzle packs, I have probably accumulated over 300 puzzle packs since it came out. Free is just as pretty and challenging as paid for puzzles. I had an issue a while back when it updated, an ad would pop up and not close. I emailed them about it, and they promptly emailed me back. They fixed the bug and offered me a puzzle pack that was not free in the store. Fast forward to more recently and the new iPad didn’t transfer all the puzzles on the old iPad over. I emailed them asking for trouble shooting. I followed their advice and got a free pack for my troubles. Some more of the puzzles came back but not all. Emailed again and got asked for a list of puzzle packs that didn’t come through. That list amounted to close to two hundred packs. I had no clue what was free and what i might had paid for. They have been tracking that list down for a week now even stating what I paid for and what was free. They have sent me links to download the missing ones. Not just the paid for ones but the free ones. I have never had this great of customer service from an app. I figured the free ones were gone but they are tracking them down. It is the best customer support. They offer the most free packs than any other puzzle game.

Used to be 5 Stars.. I have played this for several years and loved it. Has been my favorite app. Starting with the updates at the beginning of July, most of the time it freezes and I can’t play. I tried every troubleshooting fix suggested and even reinstalled the game and lost all of my progress and puzzles. It was fine, I thought, if it meant I could play. Problem started again at the beginning of August and after last week’s update, I rarely can get anything to download or even open. Again, tried all suggested troubleshooting. Only twice this week have I been able to download a puzzle AND open it to play, but I have to leave it open and not exit the puzzle or the app to be able to play it. I got one to download and open today but after sorting the edges, I had to exit and can’t open it again along with all the other puzzles in my In Progress folder. Occasionally, I can get the free weekly puzzles to download but I can’t open them. And I forgot to mention I watch ALL THE ADS and the puzzles still don’t open. The ad ends then screen goes back to home screen or folder screen, no puzzle. I can’t even exit the folders. It just freezes. So relaunch, relaunch, relaunch. I play on an iPad that works with all my other apps. Too bad this one has ended up like this. The artistry, composition, selection, and sheer number of free puzzles has always been 5 stars. But if you can’t open it, what’s the point? If I can’t open the free puzzles, I certainly wouldn’t pay for some.

Trial Version. This is by far, the best puzzle app out there! I love it! I’ve tried a number of puzzles & this is A-ONE in my book. I absolutely love it! The ads are scarce & if there is one, it’s only a few seconds. The colors are vibrant, the puzzles pieces fit snugly & evenly. There are such a wide variety of puzzles to choose from, too! It’s easy to do but challenging at the same time giving you a number of different options to choose from when putting together a puzzle. Such as choosing the number of puzzle pieces, you can rotate pieces or not, change background color, background music if you desire and there’s a timer you can turn on or off. These are just some of the options available - and I haven’t even paid to become a Premium member - which is a one time low payment not monthly like so many of the others. You can also make in-app purchase for puzzles which are very reasonably priced! Do yourself a favor - stop looking for a puzzle app & give this one a try; you’ll be very satisfied & happy you did!

Terrible update. I was enjoying this app immensely on my iPad, then they changed the orientation of the puzzles from having the pieces on the right hand sidebar to a bottom sidebar (when in horizontal mode), so that now the pieces are so tiny I can’t do a puzzle without using zoom. I can never see the whole board on my iPad and the puzzle parameters are very small. I wrote to tech support and got no response so I deleted the app. They lost a customer, as I bought many puzzles. Has anyone else had this experience? Please fix this, Veraxen! Ingrid

Very good. I really enjoy this game. Some of the pictures used as puzzles are ordinary. Whilst I know the pictures come one every 24 hrs are free , I have noticed some pictures are repeats having been offered previously. When offered ordinary pictures , I usually ignore this game so randomly I return to play. My suggestion is that the last 7 days of pictures are presented to the player to select . That means players returning after a couple of days can select a picture . Just a suggestion .

Faultless, fun, fully enjoyable.. Great game, lots of free puzzles, just can’t keep up, sometimes I purchase a set that is particularly appealing to me, but it is not by necessity. There is one add each time you start a puzzle but it is thankfully pretty short and you still have some control over it to abbreviate it, I personally don’t mind, after all puzzles are a test of patience as well. It is possible to avoid this test with a one off fee. Some of these adds are pretty good and where worth following, rare as it is. Overall I fully enjoy this application that is well maintained and wholeheartedly recommend it for young and old.

New ads are annoying. I love doing the daily puzzles in this app and did not mind the ads that appeared as they were easy to view and close. However, recently the ads have changed and all I see is a blank screen with some icons or text in each corner, the one in the top right corner looks like it should be showing how much time is left till the ad has finished, but it does not move and the one in bottom right is to download. It is quite frustrating just sitting there looking at a mostly black screen for several minutes hoping something is happening so I can continue the puzzle

Tremendous puzzle fun everyday. I have always really enjoyed this. A new free puzzle everyday of the year. The scenery of the puzzles is top notch and totally professional. So much relaxation and competition every day. There are a huge number of paid first class personal entertainment puzzles to choose from along with more free puzzles than you could ever complete. Seriously, what’s not to love? Never once in years of playing had any sort of technical problems. Five stars.

Jigsaw. I have been using this app for ages but have been having trouble lately so deleted it then downloaded it again I lost all the puzzles I had bought and the one I was working on plus all the free ones I had got, so not very happy. I also had no adds on my app now I have. This is very unfair. I am still having a lot of trouble with this app. I have three unfinished puzzles that I cannot get into to finish. They are showing up in my folder but when I click on them the will not download, I tried using another apple iPad but not all of purchases have downloaded I have tried the restore button but no luck. Hope you can help me solve this big problem as I really enjoy doing the puzzles

Update - fixed itself!. After three weeks of grief, the problem has vanished. I didn’t update iOS or change anything and I had already done full restart. Still takes ages to open each puzzle, and guys you must be getting rich because there are heaps of ads. I may have to shell out the the $20AUD. 😁 Previous review ((Having great difficulties with your latest update. Biggest one is that usually when I open it, it gets to the “Buy Ad Free” screen then goes dark and freezes. I have to quit and leave it for a few hours or restart the iPad to get it to work. Apparently it doesn’t store the puzzles on my iPad now, each puzzle takes ages to open with the graphic cycling round 3 or 4 times. I didn’t have these problems before the last update.))

Great App, heaps of enjoyment. I’ve looked at a few others but none have been quite as good as this. I have had many, many hours of enjoyment and look forward to many more. It would be great if you had a version I could put on my MacBook with more pieces on the bigger screen. Please fix the problem where I have not been able to purchase the premium version @ $5.99 to be add free and add as many of my own puzzles. Since this offer went from the weekly offer and when I decided to purchase it, I have been unable to do so as selecting this option fails to activate the purchase. Thanks.

Enjoyable way to pass the time.. I really enjoy the puzzles on the Jigsaw app. I’ve been using it now for over a year first with the ads, which were annoying then paid for it and haven’t been sorry. I find it’s a good way to pass the time. You can put it down and pick it up later on and continue on the same puzzle. You get a free puzzles every day and can choose the number of pieces which make it easy or harder if you wish. There are plenty of choices of scenes to choose from which make it pleasant to complete. It would be nice to have the places identified ie England or France etc. There are also others on offer which can be purchased for a small price, usually in packs of around 8 puzzles that are a bit more specific to your taste in puzzles. And you are often offered free packs as well. The best way to pass the time!!

Another quality ‘game’ app from MobilityWare. I’ve never been a jigsaw person. I dl this app for Miss 5yo grandbaby‘s education. My DH is a jigsaw tragic. Between them, they have me enjoying jigsaws. I love that the number of pieces can be adjusted from 4 up to 1000+. Finally, i love that there are free puzzles, frequent specials and a one-off in-app for ad-free free version. PS: to the people who complain about both ads *and* an in-app purchase for ad free: Do the math. Then go develop an app (unfunded), pay the costs of compliance with Apple/App Store (also unfunded), maintain the app (also unfunded) continue R&D (also unfunded) so you can constantly upgrade the app in order to make it workable with every ioS upgrade, keep a moving stream of content (also unfunded) so users can stay engaged, nottomention standard daily overheads - including maybe rent, food . . . Keep it up for, say, seven years — then write reviews about how you think the price of a cup of coffee (say two cups, for argument’s sake) is too much to ask for this app. Or, for for matter any app. And no, I’m not a relative. Just a grown-up who can do basic math.

Banner in annoying spot. The ad banner and pieces on the bottom of the screen is very annoying, I have a very small iPad so it makes the whole puzzle even smaller and now I'm constantly hitting the ads by mistake and because my iPad is very old many ads makes it crash and I need to restart the game several times. I can no longer play until the banner is back on the right side of the screen. The game also constantly crashes when loading and find myself restarting the game up to 5 times and looking at more puzzles crashes the game even after restarting the iPad. All this was not a problem a year ago.

100% recommend. This game is so good especially if your having a stressful day and you need to rewind and relax I go straight over to my device and get on a new puzzle it even has a option were it will randomise the puzzle for you which I just did one of and I got a beautiful corn field, it also give you options on how many pieces you want the puzzle to be it goes from 12 pieces to 440 pieces!!! To the creators, Thank you so much for making this awesome game I really do enjoy sitting down to relax and playing this I hope you have a good rest of your week thank you so much💗💗

Worked well until it was “improved”.. This app was great until they decided to “improve” it by moving the jigsaw pieces to the bottom of the screen instead of leaving them on the side. On an iPad, the bottom border is extremely narrow and having the pieces on the bottom edge makes it more difficult to manage the device and the play the puzzle. Also it is easier on your wrists and fingers to scan the pieces up and down on the side rather than across the bottom. At the very least players should have the option as to where the pieces sit on their screen but I’m told that’s not possible.

Five Stars & Five thumbs up.. This app is perfect for unwinding from daily living. If I am overly stressed I will turn to this app to take my mind off of things. Even if I am not stressed I like to do a couple of puzzles every day & it is great to be able to complete puzzles without my cats jumping on the jigsaw & chewing up the pieces. It is very therapeutic & calming. There is a large number of puzzles that are free & come in sets with around 12 jigsaws in each set plus a new puzzle daily & you can even go back through the calendar to do past daily jigsaws. Some very affordable sets of jigsaws are available to purchase at varying prices. It is just a very good app to have. Five Stars & five thumbs up.

Daily Puzzle. I love puzzles and find them very relaxing. I think there is a good amount of free ones and the others are a fair price. I would give 5 stars if this app let me keep the daily free puzzles once I have done them. In all the other categories the completed ones just get a tick but the daily one once you put the final piece of puzzle in the whole thing disappears. I have tried saving it but nothing works. Anyway I don’t want to save it in my photos I just want to save it within the app like another puzzle app I have that has a folder of all my completed puzzles. Also I wish once completed the picture would still look like a puzzle and not smooth out so yo can no longer see the outline of the pieces. A real puzzle wouldn’t do that.

Puzzle fanatic. I've loved doing jigsaws for years. When I discovered this app I was ecstatic. I had tried several other apps but didn't like them. Jigsaw HD gives you daily puzzles to keep your mind active. You get free puzzle packs. Love the fact that I've never run out of puzzles to do. I like that I can challenge myself by trying to beat my best time and that you can select how many pieces you want to do. Unlike other apps you aren't obliged to pay a fee to do the puzzles...it's an option.

Latest release. It’s super annoying when new releases remove features and add totally pointless ones! - the progress bar for puzzle packs has been removed, why? I want to see which packs I’m almost finished with - there is now no room around the puzzle to leave pieces you’re working with - when a puzzle is completed you go to a screen that wants me to share it or click the next puzzle, no! I want to go back to the main page but there is no option to do so! Really really annoying changes that may push me out to a different puzzle app. Please be more careful with making changes to not disrupt basic usability

The puzzle choice for those who don’t have space for the real thing. I have been using this app for over 12 months and love the simplicity as well as all the free puzzles I can chose from. The cost of the paid ones are quite reasonable as well and the pictures are varied and well done. The big win for me is that I don’t have an appropriate space to complete physical puzzles so this works perfectly. I can do as many as I like, change the difficulty (love this! too!). I finally paid for the premium version and have not been disappointed at all. I LOVE that I can change the puzzle type as well as move the pieces around. Feels just like the real deal without the mess :)

Looks good, but.... Looks terrific with great pictures. I often touch the ad banner right below where I pick my pieces. Either I have fat fingers or another part of my hand or other extremities that accidentally contact the adverts - physically. Suddenly the banner I did not mean to select opens Safari and all the rest... Nevertheless I ignore these interruptions I brought on myself and my clumsy anatomy! Look great though and I enjoy the puzzles. I always get a small sense of satisfaction when I place the last piece. I had to fine you two stars until you move the adverts to the top of the game.... out of reach.... nice and noticeable; not irritating. Love and kisses to your coders and other staff. Note: Nothing inappropriate of course. Bye...

Loveapuzzle. Puzzle is very well organised though moving back to home library of personal puzzles to choose yet another purchased puzzle to complete is not obvious nor easy. Would also like to see the $ nominated. $AUD, $US etc so that one knows what they are really paying (manage expectations). Thanks for providing free puzzles allowing pensioners to enjoy this app too. Really appreciate that a previous suggestion of changing the dark background has been taken up and you now can change a colour to suit each puzzle and what is best shade for your eyes to easily see the outline of each puzzle piece. Great to play now.

Change the ads. I’ve been playing this app for many years. I love the puzzles, the daily puzzle feature and it’s really easy to use. Lately though many of the ads are for gambling apps with slot machines. With a 12+ rating? Really? Come on. I would not let my 12 year old play this game due to the type of ads shown - you’ve sold your soul. The worse part is, these are long ads and you can’t fast forward them. I’m all for ads when I want to use an app for free, I get it, but you can be responsible about the type you agree to show.

Awesome App. This is the best jigsaw app on the market. I have been playing it for a number of years now and still find it very relaxing. The only criticism I have is that the puzzles should be able to, via the settings or on the main page, be able to be sorted out on the main screen. Such as sorting the puzzles by downloaded date, alphabetically, done, not done, ascending or descending, etc. Like I said earlier, the game is awesome. Big thanks to the developers 👍👍👍

More stylish, too many ads. I have used this app happily for many, many years. It has a good range of puzzle sizes, and the availability of an easy option with non rotating pieces, and heaps of puzzles in a great variety of subjects and difficulty and uses both photographs and sketches. Now v 1.4.3 is released. I like the better range of background colours in this version but would like to suggest the possibility of the colours being adjustable in intensity. (i.e able to be made a paler version of the same tone). I’m very unhappy with the ads. I understand ads pay for free puzzles but they are now so extended and there are so many. I would pay for an ad free version but do not see why it has to be bundled with create your own puzzle. This may be an attempt to make the cost more acceptable but it just makes me more annoyed because make your own puzzle function was available in an earlier version and was removed slyly in an update. The cost is really exorbitant too. What about an annual subscription instead at a more reasonable price.

Puzzle now too small to see. I really love this App. I play it every night to help me sleep. But I agree with all of the other comments that I hate the change to the piece bar now being below the jigsaw, and the actual size change to the jigsaw. I now find I’m straining my eyes to see the pieces on the board. The whole thing just isn’t as enjoyable anymore. Please listen to your users opinions and change it back if possible, otherwise I can foresee people finding another jigsaw app.

Jigsaw Puzzles For Adults HD. I like this game because I don’t know why weird right ok here is the real thing I love this game because it is easy and sometimes hard but it is still a good game I will all the time rate the review 5 stars when ever I do reviews just to make your happy ok. Happen. This app is awesome but just one thing ,the apps music is very sad. Can you make the app happier for me? You know when I said one I mean two. All though the app is more than just awesome you know? But the thing is that it had said no more own photos puzzles and stuff after just one time I made own puzzles. This app is totally excellent and awesome and it’s just very good. After I deleted the app and open it again,I remembered things it was sad that I deleted the app. I lost puzzles memory I have forgotten

Fantastic app!. I’ve been using this app since the beginning of 2020 and many of the puzzles challenging which keeps my mind very active but is also relaxing compared to all the war apps online! The variety of the puzzles is great and there is plenty to choose from .. I have already completed 90 puzzles since the beginning of the year and never get bored playing! The recent improvements, like being able to put pieces on the outside border while playing and being able to move the picture outside of the screen allowing better vision of the centre of the puzzle are welcome additions to the app! I love this puzzle app .. thanks to the creators/developers for such a superior app .. keep up the good work and keep those puzzles coming, especially the free ones😀👍 .. I have now completed 421 puzzles and still lovin’ this app 👌👍🙂

Fantastic job to the creator. I absolutely love this app and cannot go a day without it. It’s a bit hard playing it on my iPad due to all of the cracks, but I love to play it on my phone! Sometimes I like to just sit down in bed and chill with some hot chocolate whilst I play. Also, the creator of this app is a pure genius! I’ve played games like this but not as great as this! I hope this app brings as much joy to others as it did to me. I’m giving this app five stars because I love it, it’s relaxing and I can tell that the creator put effort into it. Relaxing activity - annoying adds. I’d give it more starts but the adds really irritate me. I understand the purpose of the adds, that doesn’t stop it being annoying. They’re also in a really irritating place where you sometimes accidentally press it & it takes you to the adds website. I’m guessing that’s the very purpose of putting the adds where they are, but it just results in a lower rating than if they didn’t exist or where somewhere less stupid.

Great app. Love this app! The pictures are beautiful, there is a new free picture every day and pieces and background can easily be adjusted. My only, minor gripes are that the background music is totally elevator music; and that the ad bar down the right side is too easy to accidentally touch, which takes you off somewhere else, and it can be difficult to come back to your puzzle. With a bit of practice, you can mostly avoid touching it. I would still recommend this app to everybody who loves puzzles!

LOL your reward for finishing a puzzle is an ad. Naively I thought if I bought the Xmas edition I wouldn’t get ads, how wrong was I, as soon as I finished the first puzzle I was rewarded with an ad about poker machines! Also the app keeps asking you to pay to get rid of ads all the time and I mean all the time surely the developers could ask you once. Also whilst you are asking me to pay to turn off ads you could have had an actual paying ad. I think you are just a bit greedy, you know if you weren’t so money hungry and annoying I might pay to turn ads off. You have to realise if I had 100 apps and all of them want me to pay to get rid of ads then that would cost me a fortune. I would prefer a one off up front cost and get the whole thing just like when you go into a store and buy a box of puzzles, you get the whole box.

Love these puzzles. I’ve been enjoying the puzzles for a few months now and, not being picky here… but it would be nice when the puzzle is finished if it could remain on the screen for a few seconds so I can appreciate the clear picture. Also, in the past few days I’ve been in the middle of doing a puzzle and have been interrupted with ads. I don’t mind the ads when opening the app but it’s very annoying in the middle of a puzzle. Thanks for this app though, I’ve been enjoying it.

Nette. I was not a jigsaw person till I was introduced to this app. What a gem it is.... now I look forward each day to the daily jigsaw and my skills are improving. The choices of puzzles are varied and beautiful..... well done to the creators.... the fact I can also use my own photos from my album is an added bonus. The pricing to buy various styles of puzzles is very affordable and there are also very good quality free downloads as well..... Love my Puzzle App!. I’m absolutely addicted to this puzzle app and have used it for a long time, every day. I loved the fact that you can change the number of pieces and rotate or not rotate. I also love the enormous choices I have. Some one said the pieces no longer flash when the puzzle is nearly finished. Maybe they don’t realise just near where you choose border or not, are two little tabs that you can get all the pieces left onto the screen or all off. So if I have four pieces to find I just click on the one that pulls the pieces onto the screen and there are my four pieces. Sometimes when I get too many pieces on the screen I use the other tab to pull off all the single ones. No need for the flashing. I hope this app keeps going for a long time. My fie yer old is also addicted and is naturally very good at doing them including rotating. Enjoy doing the daily puzzle but make it easy by doing big pieces!! Five stars!

I chose 5 stars because. I really enjoy this App especially after I purchased it as I could do more of my own favourite photographs . I never really had much interest or skill to do jig saws before but realise that it’s something that one improves on as you soldier on . I spend time doing my favourite photos of beautiful places I have visited but the ones I have the greatest pleasure I’d when my children, grandchildren and great grandchildren’s faces emerge …..lovely smiles and twinkling eyes . most of them live at a distance so it is lovely to see them in this way . Thank you

Super Puzzle App!!. I have been using this app for more than 2 years and it is the best game/puzzle app I’ve found in the Apple Store. In an average week I probably complete 10+ puzzles ranging in size from 63 pieces up. The puzzles are challenging and are available in a large range of pictures types. Without hesitation I recommend this app to anyone who enjoys jigsaw puzzles from a child to a senior citizen like myself. The only problem I’ve encountered is that with puzzles that have a large numbers of pieces, it can be difficult make out the shape of some pieces (my eye sight is probably getting worse as I am getting older). For me this problem was largely solved when I purchased a large screen iPad Pro and when possible cast the screen to a large screen TV…what a difference that’s made. Again this is a super app and I hope the developers and content selection people continue to keep up the fantastic work they have been doing over the years.

New update.. Have not had a problem playing this game enjoy it as not bombarded with ads. Three days ago there was an update worst thing I could of done was to download that update have had nothing but trouble now the jigsaw puzzle that I started today’s puzzle April 1. Won’t reload. Just freezes to dark screen. Have gone out and back in a couple of times and still the same. Yesterday the puzzle that I was doing. When I was three quarters through went back to the beginning again. Frozen several times to a white screen. And now takes ages for a jigsaw puzzle to load. Pls fix the awful download you have put out or I will have to find another one to play. Would of given 4-5 star rating till this update. Now only 2 till they fix this issue

Daily puzzler. I love the puzzles, I look forward to them everyday. Some are prettier than others, but, I know it would be impossible to please everyone. They stimulate the mind... the only trouble I have is with the dark background, especially when selecting the pieces from the side panel, as the background there is darker than the main area, it makes it hard to work out what the details are. I would love to see that panel lighter, and a lighter background, in general. Keep up the good work... Thank you Daily Puzzler...

Please change it back to the landscape view!. I love this app, but I was so disappointed with the latest update that has changed all the jigsaws to a portrait view. Please please please change it back, or at least allow users to choose between the two! Some other suggestions: 1 - For jigsaws “In progress”, please add the title of the pack the jigsaw belongs to. This would make it so much easier when users have multiple packs/unfinished jigsaws on the go to resume the ones they want. At the moment, you have to manually search for that pack in progress in your dashboard and it can be very time consuming. 2 - Allow users to shuffle/filter the packs in their dashboard by different filters. At the moment I have hundreds of packs and they’re all mixed up, some are in alphabetical order, others are not, but it’s very confusing. Sorting by oldest to newest, alphabetical order and complete/incomplete options would be great! 3 - I’ve noticed in the new update that the size of the jigsaw pieces changes once you remove them from the bar at the bottom and slide turn into the jigsaw space. As someone who is neurodivergent, this is a real mind flip. I wish I could explain better, but all I can say is it plays tricks with my mind. Would love if you gave users the option to return the jigsaws to the landscape view should they wish. Thank you. ☺️

Great way to relax your mind. I love this app and use it most night as I find it a nice way to relax my mind before bed. The puzzles selection is great too but it would be good to see a few more ‘hard’ puzzles to challenge us. It would also be great if once you complete a full collection of puzzles and it is marked as ‘done’ that set moves to the bottom of the list. The only down side is a lot of well placed ads so you constantly bump them but I understand that you need this so you can continue to provide this great app for free! Highly recommend

Delightfully surprised at how awesome this is!. I thought this would be like most digital puzzles, but they look real to life! The gameplay is like a real puzzle too - you can gather your pieces all over the place =D. I love all the options, such as rotate or not, and amount of pieces. The pictures are beautiful… and unlike most apps these days the costs are reasonable and will keep me playing it for years. Thank you for that!!! I’ve been unable to jigsaw due to an injury (I can’t sit up) but your app brings that back into my life. Thank youuuuuu!!!! May I ask one thing for a next update? When I click on the red eye to see the puzzle picture, my poor eyesight can’t see it (and I’m on a 12 inch screen). Could you make the snapshot bigger, possibly? Otherwise I’ve been sooo impressed. You guys have thought of everything to make this app incredible.

Addictedpuzzler. I love this app. Like many of the reviewers I wait to see what the daily puzzle is going to be with baited breath! I agree with another reviewer in wishing we could see the complete picture at the same time but I have no idea how you can do that without making the actual picture/puzzle too small. It would be great to have the complete picture a bit bigger cause when you go to the smaller pieces it can be hard to see the detail you need. Having to flick backwards and forwards however, is possibly having an impact on my memory and helping me remember details more easily. Win, win!

Love the App. We put this App on my 91yr old mother’s iPad to teach her how to use it. She’s loved it and. Sue has become addicted. I never thought she would use the iPad. Thank you for the best App. I now have it and my sister and grandchildren. The ads do become tiresome, but I understand they’re necessary for the free Apps someone like my mum on a pension can enjoy. As true as the above is the app has been crashing lately. It just freezes. I can only unfreeze it by deleting and installing it losing all my free and half done ones. So it’s happened twice now. Please help. I have an iPad Pro with 256g. So it’s not space.

Very Enjoyable App!. I have been using this app for a few years now and am generally pretty happy with it. The constant barrage of ads can be annoying but I understand that advertisers pay to enable a free version so I live with it - not a problem if you play offline. The only thing that really irks is the small size of the picture that can be opened whilst playing a puzzle. This often makes it difficult to identify where a piece could go. I would ask the developers to consider the ability to enlarge the detail of a picture during play. Thanks for an enjoyable app!

Love the puzzles but ... love the game hate the problems/glitches. This game is terrific except for when the game just continually keeps closing and won’t let me play but also when your doing a puzzle finding a puzzle or something it might just close for no reason and keep closing but I also might just freeze and take forever to unfreeze or it will freeze and quit the game fix these problems and the game would be 5 stars ⭐️ it gets really annoying and frustrating when it keeps doing these things and makes ya not want to play which I do want to play it just want let ya and like I said gets annoying and frustrating but if it was fixed it would be a lot better and more relaxing do love the game tho when I do get to play it I would like to go to this game and destress which sometimes I can except for those time that the problems happen.

Not many adds. I’m 71 and I Love this app and apart from the great jigsaws I love the fact that there are not many adds. How often I download a brain challenging app only to delete it within 10 minutes of playing because every time you reach a level or two another add pops up, usually 30 seconds. Drives me crazy. Absolutely recommend this although I haven’t figured out how to have rotation on🤔🤔 Thank you so much for your reply. Does this mean that if you turn on rotation once you start the puzzle you cannot turn it off?

Love my Jigsaw Puzzles. Every picture completed gives a sense of satisfaction. Some days I set a time limit, eg 3 minutes and try and beat the clock - but not too often. The pictures are so full of detail, colourful and enjoyable to see the finished result I want to savour each one. The Free Packs are such a bonus. Some online games are just greedy money grabbers. One last thing, with animal pictures I always leave the eyes till last. Amazing how the puzzle comes to life.

Lastest version (late 2019) disappoints.. I have enjoyed using the app for several years and would have rated it Five stars plus. However, I am disappointed that previous version features have been dropped in the newest version. 1. With one tap I used to be able to get ALL edge pieces into the body of the puzzle where I could then shuffle them around. There was an edge icon with an arrow pointing into the puzzle. Now I have to move edge pieces in individually, taking about 80 moves. 2. When the puzzle gets overcrowded with pieces I haven’t yet placed, I used to be able to send the pieces back to the side with one move. There was an icon with a jigsaw piece and an arrow pointing out of the jigsaw. Now I have to individually place them back to the side one by one. 3. If I have only a few pieces to complete the puzzle and those pieces are hidden in the jigsaw, they used to light up, making it easier to complete the puzzle. I would like to know how to go back to the previous version. I have sent to emails to customer service but received no reply. MaryAnne

Best Puzzle Game Ever!!!. I just downloaded this game and I’m already addicted to it.I would totally recommend this game to others because it gets you focused and it times you so you can learn to finish puzzles more quickly. Something I love about it is that it tells you when a piece is in the right spot and you can’t loose any pieces.(I lose them all the time)! The only thing I don’t like about is that the corner pieces to the puzzle are jumbled in the middle of the other pieces so you their a bit hard to find. That’s a bit frustrating but apart from that the app is amazing!!!

Excellent. I really enjoy these puzzles, I like the fact that I can change the number of pieces, change the background colour (although I find some of the colours a bit strong) decide for myself whether I want the pieces rotated or not and the fact that there are a great range of types of images. My only disappointment is that sometimes, after completing the puzzle, I wonder where the photo was taken. Some of the scenery is fantastic but I have no idea where it is. It would be much appreciated if the scenes had captions.

Such fun!. Love these diabolically complex puzzles @440 pieces. Great detail in the tiny features of the shapes of each unique piece. One suggestion - let the user brighten the background of the strip where the pieces are held before being placed. Your backgrounds on the work surface are bright, but the side bar is not bright enough for the level of 440 pieces.

Great App!. Great Jigsaw puzzle App for the iPad. Easy or challenging, you get to pick. I find when rotation is on, it can be a bit jerky but that could be my iPad not the App.

HELP!. I used to totally enjoy this app but ever since I bought a puzzle pack ten days ago I haven’t been able to access ANY of my puzzles. What’s going on with this. I’ve gone so far as to uninstall and reinstall the app but NOTHING is working. So very sad and frustrated.

I couldn’t be happier. I downloaded this app because I read an article that said puzzles were good for your brain. I am shocked at how much I like doing these! It’s so easy on my iPad. I’ve bought a lot of the puzzles when they go on sale because they are so cute! I find it really relaxing. It’s a fantastic app. And I’m pretty picky.

Jigsaw Puzzle Collection HD. I love this jigsaw puzzle app. A new puzzle every day and free ones now and then. One of my favourites. However, I am having problems with it freezing up, or being unable to move the puzzle piece around the playing area. Frustrating. I have deleted it and installed it again, hopefully that will help.

Puzzles. The complexity of the colors/ shapes in your puzzles affords the use of intellect and the search for formation of pieces makes for a good use of time and effort to complete a puzzle. I enjoy the fact that majority cannot be completed in one sitting but require several sittings and even a couple of days to finish. Your collection of puzzles stimulate the artist in me as well as the organized logical math teacher I used to be. Thank you for the hours of fun and stimulation your puzzles give me.

What happened. I loved this app before for its modern look and it having no borders when making a puzzle but now there is a weird yarn coloured background and there are borders and I can’t find a way to turn it off I will play this game again if that option is put in place

Cats 2. I have played this app for more years than I can remember. I have had many, many very pleasant experiences putting your puzzles together. I realize that God in His wisdom created cats however I haven’t been able to put my finger on as to why. I honestly don’t mean to offend cat lovers and offer my somewhat sincere apologies now. I have noticed over the years that when an animal is featured in your daily puzzles it seems most often to be a cat. So as not to interrupt my consecutive streak I put them together with the fewest amount of pieces that’s not to embarrassing for an adult. I realize that this is my problem and writing this review is just part of my therapy. Cats 2 I have come up with a solution to my cat phobia that is to let players choose the option of a four piece puzzle where all the corner pieces fit together. Thanks!!!

(original review ****) After having grown up doing jigsaw puzzles as an after dinner family activty, it was nice to find an app that effectively brought back the jigsaw puzzle fun in a hand held device without having to take up the whole dining room table. App works beautifully. Looks great on iPad Pro. Pics not as HD as I would have thought them to be. As many have mentioned, app gives choice of puzzle size, and whether or not pieces can be rotated or fix in upright orientation. A daily free puzzle and PLENTY of puzzle packs for purchase, many free packs and an option for using your own photos. I'd like an option to arrange the folders into the order one chooses. Also, the "drag pieces out" option should be on a menu other than the pause menu. I'd like a gallery of copleted puzzles and finished puzzles should have an option to be replayed, as some puzzles are much funner than others. One side has an ad banner, which isn't too big or obtrusive. On older iPads, the changing of the banner can slow the game down. No slow down issues on newer iPads. I have not downloaded any other puzzle apps, so I cannot offer a comparison to other apps of the same type, but this app is calm, fun and a nice way to pass some time.

Sale?. Used to be a sale area on top next to popular and all. Now you have a big red square says sale, when I went there, nothing is on sale. Also there are usually several free puzzles every few days and now there haven’t been any new free puzzles other than the one daily. Disappointing, can’t keep buying puzzles every day and being home so much the past few months I wish there were more free ones or at least .99 cent ones. All of a sudden the sale button is now back to normal, weird. Thanks I don’t belong nor will I join Facebook, so your reply is useless to me. Put more free puzzles on app so all people can enjoy it. Update got a bunch of free puzzles thru Facebook without joining thanks for the info . Update again why on gods green earth are the puzzle pieces now on the bottom of my screen.? I am more than angry😡 I can’t find a setting to change it back, the pieces are smaller too. I will look for other puzzle apps that give the user the ability to put the pieces where they want them and easier to see.

Fun, beautiful, huge selection. I’ve been playing Jigsaw HD for a few years, I think. I enjoy the variety and huge selection of puzzles and that I have options for the number and shape of puzzle pieces. I love the addition of the new calendar that allows me to revisit the daily challenge puzzles. Thank you for the new features, I really like them too. One issue with the new feature is (on the page we’re taken to after completing a puzzle) the option to choose a puzzle from the selection of three has an option on the top with a calendar page in the corner with a date and that date is incorrect for that puzzle. So when chosen, we’re taken to a puzzle that actually corresponds to that date this month and that puzzle is not what we saw offered and expected to start. I love the app to help me relax and entertain me.

When you transfer this App to a new IOS device you will lose a lot of puzzles.. The only puzzle sets that will transfer over are those purchased through the Apple store. I lost all free sets and all finished sets. Losing the finished sets was especially disappointing because they were my children’s favorites. They are so sad not to be able to do them any longer. And I’m sad because some of free sets had puzzles that were my absolute favorites. I had enjoyed them so much that I looked forward to doing them again, or was saving them as a special treat. And the new sets (whether paid or free) just don’t have the graphic pizzazz that some of the older sets had. These new releases are for the most part pretty blah. I’m so bummed …. Later comments - I have received an offer of help from the developers. I have spent hours going through the list of puzzles I had, the ones still available on FB. I’m still missing a lot of puzzles. Hopefully the developers will be able to help me. But it has taken me hours and hours and hours to get p the list together and to reload puzzles.

Love your app but . . .. Your app helps me to relax at the end of the day. However two things frequently cause real frustration: 1) Whenever scrolling puzzle pieces at the bottom of the screen using my Apple Pencil on my iPad Air 4, it frequently will takeoff very quickly and scroll forward quite a ways. I then have to stop and search for the spot where I left off with my search for a puzzle piece. 2) If I inadvertently touch the ad with my Apple Pencil at the bottom of the page it will frequently switch to portrait mode and when I close the ad it goes back to landscape but all of the pieces that I have carefully sorted and laid out on either margin will suddenly be on top of the puzzle and I have to resort and move all of the pieces. If these two problems could be repaired, I could give your app a five star rating and it would be so much more relaxing to play.

Not happy with new format. I’ve been addicted to this app for months. The format was recently changed which put all of the puzzle pieces along the bottom of the screen. The pieces are smaller and therefore harder to see. Additionally, when I drag the pieces from the bottom, I end up dragging the wrong piece because the pieces are too small. I really wish the format could go back to what it was before. Update 9/1/23: overall I am still very happy with this app however check the puzzle packs on sale carefully! Many times the pack will be noted as being on sale when it really isn’t. $0.99 puzzle packs consist of 10 puzzles. $1.99 packs consist of 20 puzzles and so on. I have seen packs saying they are 33% or 50% off when they aren’t actually on sale at all. Count the puzzles in the sale packs before purchasing them!

Ok game but…. I’ve had this game for about a month, I originally found it on another jigsaw game that had some ads, the ad for this game said no ads, ad free, and no annoying ads, multiple times throughout its ad so I decided to get it, at first it was fine, not very many options but still ad free, I just rejoined the app for the first time in awhile and immediately got an ad that glitched out and froze my screen while blasting music! I had to close out the whole app, then when I rejoined another ad popped up, this one closed thankfully, but all my progress had been reset. I was annoyed and clicked to restart a puzzle I had almost been done with, and guess what, an ad! I just ignored it and started on the puzzle and before I had even finished the boarder another ad popped up and I was starting to get annoyed, I finish the boarder and start to work on the inside when, guess what, another ad. This game is full of ads, don't advertise ad-free if it will be covered in ads. Truly disappointed 😔

Good, but could be so much better. BLUF: so much useful functionality missing that would make this a 5-star app A good collection of puzzles, with more that can be added via in-app purchases. The app basically works, but it could be vastly improved by adding functionality to the frustrating interface. You can rotate pieces in the puzzle area, but not the box. You can drag pieces onto the puzzle area from the digital ‘box’ to check if they fit, but then they’re stuck there, you can’t drag them back into the box, so you end up with a cluttered puzzle area. (You can move _all_ the pieces back to the box, but some you may want to keep out.) You can pinch to zoom in on the puzzle area, but not the pieces in the box, nor even the picture. When showing the picture it puts a funky shadowing over the puzzle which makes it hard to compare the two. None of these are deal breakers, but certainly impact the enjoyment. Overall, this will remain on my iPad and I’ll continue to enjoy it.

A question, Can you use your own photos without buying the app?. I see a lot of jigsaw apps claiming, use your own photos, then when I try, it says Upgrade aka BUY. I get tired of being misled. I've had to uninstall so many of these because of finding out I have to buy the app to use my own photos. I had to rate on the stars, but disregard that for now until I check this out. If an app has to be bought to use my own photos then the developer should say so. A lot of developers are leaving this out causing the customers disappointment and frustration trying find one then will let do so without spending $. Times our tough. Great! An honest developer, thank you. I appreciate the honesty in the description. Aka. Does what it says I highly recommend this one. I also have a suggestion, see if you can update this to let us use our own music. thanks. Now it crashes. the app doesn’t open anymore. It just crashes.

Beautiful. Best puzzle app ever!. I just downloaded this app a few days ago, but I’m already in love with it. The pictures are gorgeous, and you can see that they were chosen specifically for jigsaw puzzles, as they usually don’t have a lot of a single color near each other. I like how there are a lot of special features, such as size tailoring, only show pieces with edges, etc. I personally mostly play 63-piece puzzles since they take me around 5 minutes to finish and are thus a great thing to do when I study. There are a lot of free packs in the store and a daily free pack, which makes me keep coming back to play. What I probably love the most, however, is the small amount of ads. All I get are a few ads on the special offers and a 3-second ad I get every time I finish a puzzle, I nice change to the fact that every other puzzle app gives me an ad every minute. Overall, brilliant app! I hope you guys keep it up!

Was my favorite, still my favorite, hope will always be my favorite....but.... I still gave it 5 stars because I’m hoping you’ll be able to fix the issues I’m having since I did the update last night. My puzzles are much smaller now, the puzzle pieces are on the bottom now, and my biggest peeve is the puzzle, even once you get the border done, moves all over! Before the update, my puzzles were much larger, the puzzle pieces were on the right side, and the puzzle stayed in place. Also, what happened to the page where you can change the style of the puzzle pieces, etc? Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I have had this app for several years. Unless these issues can be fixed, I will not be doing another update because I’m very unhappy and disappointed in this one. Hope to hear from you soon and have a great day.

Disappointed. I’m very disappointed in the latest upgrade. The puzzle pieces will flip out when connected only they’re not actually connected and can’t be moved. The only way to fix it so they show connected is to go out of the program and then come back in. Once you’re in a puzzle there’s no way of exiting the puzzle to work on another one is to totally shut down the program and then restart. You can’t go back home at all. Also I bought the premium version a couple of years ago and now I’m getting ads again. Restoring purchases doesn’t take the ads out. The only way to remove them is to repurchase the program. Why should I have to pay for it twice. I tried sending a message through your help section and never got a response. I’m almost ready to find another app and scrap this one entirely. So sad to see this app deteriorate!

I love this puzzler. I play it constantly. Hi I love the new app update but there is one thing I wish you would fix. The put pieces back and the magnifying glass are so close that I accidentally put back my pieces instead of wanting to look at the pic. Is there a dance you could move it to the top or somewhere not as close? Pretty please. And while your at it I would love a option to keep the pic up while you place pieces. Anyway anyone looking for a puzzler. Look no further. I have put together hundreds of pictures and I love it. My last review told you guys about a few problems the update had but now it’s fixed and perfect. Thank you thank you thank you! The newest update is pretty but you can’t place all the pieces on the board or just the edges in a group on the board anymore. Also you have to manually scroll to the top of the pieces when before it would snap to the top if you wanted it to. When you rotate the puzzle pieces they don’t like to rotate so you have to hit it a couple times just to get it to rotate once also the pieces get frozen sometimes and the only way to fix it is to exit out of the puzzle. I love this puzzle app and have played hundreds of puzzles on it. Please fix these issues please please please! My previous review is below. I like that you can use your own pics and that you can choose the background colors. I just wish you could have more puzzle pieces. :)

GREAT PUZZLE APP!. I love this puzzle app! The puzzles are lovely & are challenging - depending on the size of the pieces you choose. You can make it as difficult & challenging as you want. Every day there is a free puzzle. The free puzzles are so pretty & fun but I have also purchased a number of sets. The sets have a theme & cost only a few dollars for 8 puzzles or so. When they have a sale, many puzzles are only $1.99. The finished & unfinished puzzles are saved so I can go back to enjoy them any time I want. And... You can use your own pictures to make great puzzles! I think there was an upgrade for his. I probably got it because of the ads. It's only $3.99 I think. Well worth it! I often work on a puzzle before going to sleep. I'm really glad I got the app. It's the only puzzle app I have enjoyed & have not deleted! Have fun!! When I want to be Challenged I can use the little bitsy pieces. when I want. Thank you so much!! Great job!!! Barb

Why I appreciate this app!. I’m a senior, nearly 76 and seriously disabled with strokes. Your site has made a world of difference for me. I’ve lost use of my right side and have difficulty getting out and about. With my husbands help I e managed to keep a few friends these last ten years but mostly I live a rather lonely and isolated life. I do have a wonderful husband who is wonderfully kind about getting me out and about a bit. But over the years, my friends are mostly gone or Ill. My “fun” is talking to my husband or visit with children over the phone. When I’m lonely or sickened by TV, I turn to your puzzles. They provide an escape for me, and help me more than anything to keep me busy and also keep this old brain working. It has surprised me but your site has become terribly important to me and I truly want to thank you for this.

Beautiful puzzles. Love these puzzles. I do ,however, wish there were identifying captions saying the locations on the travel puzzles. Would really like to know where some of theses beautiful pictures were taken and made into the puzzles. Also, big shoutout and thank you for the free “stay at home puzzles” made available the past few weeks. Great stress reliever in these trying times. Update of review Please return puzzles back to previous format. Swiping up format is not conducive and harder to look for pieces. Too much looking down bad for neck. I have bought lots of puzzle packs, some of which I haven’t even started, including a Halloween one a few days ago. Don’t think I will do any of them and will have to look for new app. I just don’t understand why app developers have to mess with a good thing.

Great App. I didn’t know I liked making puzzles on my iPad until I saw this in the App Store. I figured I’ll try it. I am so hooked. This app has the most beautiful pictures. AND you can go into your gallery and take any one of your own pictures to make into a puzzle. It’s awesome. Yes there are picture packages that they advertise to buy, but they also have specials frequently for free. And each download has a package of 4 or 5 different pictures. The controls are awesome too. So easy to use. A child can use it. Yes...you can choose a 12 piece puzzle for a child with their favorite character. Just take a picture/screenshot of the character, save it to your pictures then choose it when you’re in the app. My granddaughter loves it too. I can’t say enough about this app. It’s the only puzzle app I’ve ever downloaded; but it will be the last. There is no need for anything else. This one does it all. THANK YOU!

Needs some fine tuning. I have tried about a dozen jigsaw apps, and this one is much better than some. One can zoom in as close as needed; the pieces can be scattered or placed on a toggle bar; and the app offers more free puzzles than I have seen elsewhere. Pulling my rating down are these design flaws: the background color cannot be changed once you open a new puzzle; the shapes offered to cut the board are limited to three, and none are very interesting to use; the game slows as minutes pass, causing the puzzle pieces to jump; and lastly, there is only one board. The best-designed jigsaw puzzle allowed to toggle boards. One was the progressing solution, and the other was a blank worksheet, incredibly useful in working distinct areas without having to squeeze these components over a partially solved board. The last design feature I covet in a jigsaw app is the ability to select groups of pieces to move to the second page.

Everything you could want.... This is the perfect puzzle app! Create your own puzzles from photos or screen shots, choose the difficulty, every day at least one free daily puzzle, and a terrific selection of puzzles available for purchase. I’ve had it for quite a few years now and everyone who sees me playing, wants to know which jigsaw app it is. No disruptive ads! The designers have kept it glitch free, the only time I need to reload my purchases is when I buy a new iPad. The only thing I might say against it, is the latest update changed the puzzle options and I can’t (Yet) find how to change the background color. Beautiful puzzles, make it as easy or hard as you like, you choose the shape of the pieces and whether they rotate or are locked. Brilliant!! Highly addictive, but come on...you could literally play it for free, forever, without buying a thing.

Veraxen support staff. I love the puzzles, I find them interesting and satisfying. But what I like most about the app right now is the support staff. They are really interested in my opinions, and they try their best to help. My puzzle tiles were locking in the wrong positions and I found it impossible to take them apart. I let them know, fully expecting to hear back that they were not at all interested and that their app was just the way they wanted it, something that other game producers had said to me before. But their reaction was empathetic and highly professional. After finding out about my device, they were able to fix the problem for me, and situation that was happening with the tiles no longer happens on my device. All in all, my experience with this developer is extremely positive, and that makes playing the puzzles even more enjoyable. I cannot rate this company highly enough.

Puzzle lover. I love doing puzzles and get to this app everyday. I too was disappointed when puzzle pieces changed from side to the bottom but I got used to it and don’t mind so much now. Couldn’t that be an option in your settings for side or bottom pieces? That would satisfy everyone. This app does drain your battery and it runs hot. Now I’m losing patience with the difficulty to move pieces. The smooth movement I used to experience disappeared. Now you have to tap the piece several times to get it to move. When it does move it may disappear inside the puzzle on top of already placed pieces making it difficult to find. Other times it doesn’t move when you try to drag it to the spot you want and then all of a sudden it jumps to that spot. I keep hoping when updates come up this will be fixed but so far it hasn’t. Hope you are working on a fix.

Still a great way to do puzzles, but hate the update. So, I’ve loved this app and my preschool aged daughter loves it too. However, there was an update today and I, personally think it has really made this app worse. I used to have some puzzles at my level saved if I had to stop doing a puzzle and she had some saved at her level as well… now, if we want to do the same puzzle, we can’t do that, you either have to restart the puzzle and ruin the other’s progress, or you have to finish the other person’s puzzle. Also, it stopped showing how many pieces the in-progress puzzles were… that is how we knew which puzzle was hers and which was mine. Now we can’t tell without resuming the puzzle. Last change that I REALLY despise… there used to be room at the top and bottom of the page I could save pieces I was working on without blocking the puzzle… now the puzzle takes up the whole page and there is no “working space” and I really need that working space… now it covers up the rest of the puzzle and is a HUGE inconvenience.

Different pics but SAME PUZZLE!!. I’ve enjoyed this app but after a couple of dozen puzzles, it became apparent that the puzzle is the same even if the picture changes. I can now tell where many of the pieces will go entirely by shape. Not only that, but the smaller puzzles have the same layout and piece shapes but those shapes are just pulled from a corner. So the puzzle with 224 pieces has the same shapes as the upper left corner of the 440 piece layout. So, it really diminishes the challenge. Why else would you do puzzles other than the challenge of it? It’s like playing Monopoly with all of the cards always in the same order and you always have to buy the same properties, all the dice spins come out the same, etc. BORING!!! And when you buy extra puzzles (which is not needed b/c there are plenty of free ones) you’re only getting a stock photo (im pretty sure I know which stock photo company is used) on top of the very same puzzle piece layout. Even how the pieces are placed in the tray is the same each time. I can tell by memory if a neighbor is nearby as I scroll along the row of pieces.

Frustrating. Due to the pandemic and my job loss, this app USED to be a calming space for me as I try to figure out how I will make it. However, today, I am beyond frustrated by my inability to resume my puzzles in progress because I have been repeatedly stuck on the screen ad regarding Medicare. I’ve tried to be patient and even went to the link even though I am too young for Medicare. However, I am still unable to get back to my emotionally soothing puzzles. So disappointed by this and confused. Especially in times like these, I previously appreciated being able to, temporarily, escape... Not sure why this happening but I don’t need additional stress right now. I donot expect anything to come of this for me personally but would like the developers to know that when working properly, this app is helpful to those of us struggling. When it is not, the frustration is discour. Thank you for your time.

Okay you need ads. But not flickering ones. Updating here. I received a reply to my earlier comment. The same standard "paste in" reply saying that the site owners need ad income. I'm fine with that. But surely you can put a ban on "moving" ads at the bottom of the game screen. That's just not fair! I'm adding a new comment ... Your puzzles are beautiful. The free packs are equally attractive and are offered generously. Five stars ... except ... It is impossible to concentrate with that incredibly distracting moving and flickering ad at the bottom of the screen. I have to put masking tape on the bottom of my iPad to play the game. This is absolutely ridiculous. Ads ... okay. I understand. But MOVING ads are insane. Who in their right mind decided this was fair? I notice today that you added a free collection titled "Stay home and be OK". It's a beautifully chosen collection of primo puzzles ... fifty of them! In these stressful times, that's a gesture which deserves thanks and applause. I'm glad I didn't quit! Yes the maddening ads are still intruding on the right hand side of the screen ... but I'm more adept at avoiding hitting them now. Here's the original comment from months ago! I notice today that there's been a sly "tweak" to the ad panel on the left hand side of the rectangular view. Oh yes, it's a small tweak. But its sneaky and makes avoiding the irritating ads next to impossible. No I'm not paying to remove it. I'm moving on.

So relaxing. Really fun game, with puzzles that are not too easy, not too difficult. Very repetitive and calming music playing in the background. Once you put the last piece in, it gives you a little sort of victory flourish. There’s a timer going which I just ignore except to pause if I’m stepping away. Challenge yourself if that’s your game, but take as long as you want if you just want to have fun and relax. Best part of this game for me, compared to others I enjoy playing: (1) Minimal ads, only appearing IIRC when you start/end a puzzle or unpause, (2) Tons of free puzzles with no hardcore push to buy or limits to play further without paying. I’ve completed about seven puzzles so far with lots of new ones waiting. Funny story about my second puzzle: somehow I was done but a piece was missing! Really?? This is a problem even with an online jigsaw puzzle?! Well, no. Turns out I had a hard to spot piece out of the tray, just sitting on the ginger cat’s fur, hiding.

Much Improved. This is my favorite iPad puzzle app. They have a great selection of puzzles, many free packs to keep you interested and some great packs to purchase that often come on sale. Thanks for making the puzzle building area large again. That really improves the playability when using a larger number of pieces. I suggest the following improvements: 1) Bring the choices for rotation on/off and background color back onto the first screen with the number of pieces when you start a puzzle the way it use to be. I set all three based on the specific puzzle I am going to work on. The number of pieces doesn’t need to be so LARGE and right now I have to burrow down an extra level for every puzzle. 2). If you could make a few more options for the number of pieces at the lower end it would be nice for kids. 12 is real simple, 48 can get hard for a 4 year old. Adding some in the range of 24, 30, 35 would be nice. Thanks for the nice puzzle app.

Fantastic especially with no-ad purchase!. I love the beautiful puzzle selection and all the free puzzles. I played for months with the ads until a Royal Match ad just “got under my skin” bc of it causing repetitive crashes on June’s Journey (not this app). Thus, I decided to take advantage of HD Puzzles’ $9.99 No-Ad option and it’s been worth every penny!! I wish every app would make such an option available. I love this app even more; play more puzzles; and have decreased June’s Journey playtime. My only suggestion would be to add a selection tab for “houses.” Sounds odd, but they have seasons, food, hobbies, travel, etc etc and you can pretty much find whatever you’re interested except houses. Great job developers! UPDATE: I was shocked to receive a response from the developers, much less the offer of a “free gift.” I sent them an email explaining as such and eagerly await. This is an awesome smoothly operating app. A nice way to wind down.

I hate the update!. This was my favorite app. I love being able to make my own puzzles. The only improvements that I longed for were additional pretty colors for the background, and a way to create my own puzzles without having to flip through the huge collection that I have finished. I think that the update has put this game on par with the inferior puzzles that I have tried. I liked having the ability to put many puzzle pieces back in the tray with the touch of a button. I find the experience with these changes to be extremely frustrating. Please give us options or a way to return to the previous version. I want to give this game 5 stars so badly. I would never have given it a low rating before the update. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It is obvious that you really do listen to us. I am very happy with the current version. It is easy to sincerely rate it as a 5. I would rate it higher, if possible.

Loved this app until..... I loved this app until you changed the orientation of where the pieces are...from easily accessible on the right to down at the bottom. I HATE the pieces at the bottom and am extremely disappointed in your decision to change it. Why, why, why did you change it???? My placement area is smaller too....another disappointing change. The placement area used to almost fill my iPad screen...now, I’m playing in a restricted area. Yuck! Why the heck you engineers have to screw up a perfectly wonderful app is beyond me. You should give people a choice as to where the pieces are at and the size of their placement area. I won’t be playing as often with these changes. I am sorely disappointed. My request? Change it back. I could care less about free puzzles...just give me back the orientation with pieces on the right and placement area that nearly filled my screen. For these changes, you get a 2. Not a 1 because I do like most of the puzzles you offer. But honestly, for these changes, if there was a zero like...I’d probably choose that. Wow....what a letdown.

Some improvements I’d recommend. I love this app. I have paid for ads to be removed. I’ve bought puzzles. I’ve spent hours playing! I recommend it to anyone who likes puzzles. The pictures are great. I just have a few suggestions. The tray is a slightly different color from the background. It would be easier to see colors if they matched. I would like it if the pieces on the board and the pieces in the tray were the same size, also. When you zoom in on the puzzle it would be great if the pieces in the tray would also grow. I was really happy with the recent update. The achievements look more doable (I could never finish a puzzle fast enough before). The interface is nicer. But! What happened to the functionality that allowed you to send pieces back to the tray?? I just finished a puzzle except for one piece. I’ve spent a long time scanning the puzzle for the missing piece, I still can’t find it. It’s just annoying. I’m not a competitive puzzler. I just want to relax with the puzzle. Without the little flash that used to show me where the piece was or the ability to send pieces back to the tray it’s just frustrating. It’s like hunting around on the floor when you finish a cardboard puzzle, something I did not miss in the electronic version. Please, put back the option to send pieces back to the tray!

Long Time Puzzle Lover!. I have had this game since I first found jigsaw puzzles as an app! At first I downloaded various ones & tried them all out, but eventually found that I really only came back to this particular one due to the ease of use, the music, and all the “extras” and free puzzles that are available every so often! I totally recommend this one for anyone who loves putting puzzles together! From beginner to expert, it’s fantastic for all users, and I like to challenge myself sometimes by making them very difficult with a huge amount of pieces, but mostly I do an average number which is challenging but not too hard, so I can do it within an hour or so… Most of all, their FUN & you don’t need anyone else in order to do them. Also, they don’t take up the dining room table for a week! Hahaha!

Best jigsaw app there is.. I love jigsaw puzzles and I've tried nearly every app the iTunes Store has to offer. Once I started using this, I didn't mind paying to upgrade it to the full version, and it was absolutely worth it. Since you can make your own jigsaws out of photos (the best feature by far), there is no need to purchase puzzle packs. I browse DeviantArt constantly for interesting paintings and illustrations to use and never run out of options. I love listening to a book on Audible and working on a puzzle. It's very relaxing! Update: I have been using this for 4 years with no issues but the latest update has forced me to downgrade my review. The new design for when you are working on a puzzle is terrible (please change it back!), and the puzzle pieces frequently freeze/get stuck, requiring me to touch them several times to get a response. This was once my favorite app, so I am very disappointed.

great app. These are the best puzzles that I have found: visually pleasing, lots of puzzles to choose from. I've had this app for many years now. I always choose the 440-piece puzzles. They are just challenging enough to take me usually 2 to 3 hours to complete. I wish we could go to more pieces per puzzle, but I can see how that would make the pieces so small they would be hard to work with. I also like the fact that you can get free puzzles of good quality, but I also occasionally like to buy the puzzle packs when the subject matter is interesting to me. All puzzles, free or not, are very beautiful, crisp and clear. And for the puzzles that I buy, hey, it's very cheap entertainment, in the grand scheme of things. My only reason for giving four stars is the application crashes usually every day. I need to shut down my computer (an iPad, actually) to get the puzzle back, but at least I don't lose any progress I've made on a puzzle. I sure would like this bug to be fixed, if possible.

Free puzzles. Why are there no free puzzles; there have been no free puzzles for two days now. Finally there were two new puzzles that was three days ago and I’ve already worked those so when are you going to have more. Thank you for the 3 sets of free puzzles. Was beginning to think there would never be any more. I so enjoy doing them. But I hate the noise and music that comes on. You have lots of puzzles under more puzzles there are a lot of us who enjoy doing the puzzles but we can’t afford to buy them so why can’t you change the ones that you have under more puzzles to buy can’t you change a lot of them to being free so that we can enjoy them and thank you for turning the sound off. 🦅🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸 You have hundreds of puzzles for sale for over a month if they haven’t sold then why don’t you put them for free so we can enjoy putting them together. Last couple of weeks you have added two free parcels today you only added 1, why only 1? Also, under more puzzles you have hundreds that have been on sale over 2 months. If they have not sold by now why not change them to free. Let us who can not afford to buy any enjoy them please. These textures are. Not pretty at all. Challenging but not pretty. You were having 2 free pones on Wednesday. Now foe 2 weeks you have only had 1. Why?? Wow 50 free puzzle today. Thank you. And 48 of them look really great. Thank you thank you. You give us one free pack on Wednesday. Why can’t you give a new free pack every day?

Why is this so blurry on my 12” IPad Pro?. I have a few puzzle apps, my favorite in one of your competitors that offers bigger 1000 pieces ones, maybe that’s something you could consider offering. If you did however unfortunately I still don’t think I would be able to use your app if it remains as it is, out of focus. Every time I decide to see if it’s fixed to give it another try and of course I would pay to upgrade it too, the image isn’t crisp and clear like everything else on my iPad Pro. Everything is slightly blurry not only the puzzle but your graphics and the dreaded ads also. I have downloaded cheap looking apps that didn’t have great graphics at all but at least they were clear. I don’t what exactly you need to update on your end to fix that but I hope one day you and I hope it’s soon. I will continue to check the app from time to time as I have been to see if you get this resolved but I will no longer do it with as much frequency because to be honest with you, I am pretty close to giving up on your app for good. That’s really a shame too since it looks like you have a couple of good puzzle artists that I think I would enjoy working on.

Pop into Place!. I enjoy these puzzles very much and have been doing them for years. I prefer puzzles like these, where the pieces find their places, as if magnetized! The assortment of pictures is simply incredible and include every category. You can think of - pets, plants, homes, flowers, architecture, mountains, water, holidays and so many more. It’s just beautiful to have so many choices! Sometimes I’ll do a puzzle on my iPad and then later forget that I have done it and do it again on my iPhone - but it’s always so enjoyable. Jigsaw puzzles are good exercise for the mind. To think you can look at such a small segment that has no resemblance to anything in the picture and have a gut feeling that it goes in a certain place - then it pops into place! Sometimes I cheat and go by shapes. I love jigsaw puzzles and I have stayed for years with JIGSAW Collection by VERAXEN!

Don’t waste your time. This is constantly interrupted and forwarded to google. Difficult to move puzzle pieces from column to puzzle. The constant closing screen and going to google happens within 5 to 10 seconds. I personally don’t use google but duck duck go that doesn’t track you. I will delete and select another...plus many cost ...you must search for free a puzzle. I would give it a zero if possible. I will add to this. Originally gave a 5: however I agree w this statement. I too use duck duck go. Don’t appreciate all interruptions. Plus as stated. Hard to move puzzle pieces. Also sent to iTunes to pay & I refuse to pay for gaming. They all eventually try to get you hooked then whammy..you find your self at iTunes only to cancel. I would give a 3. Puzzle pieces difficult to move plus picture moves while trying to put piece in place. Bookreader

Change is too small.. If this review was a week ago, I would have given it five stars. However, with the update the puzzles are smaller. Same puzzles, just smaller and not covering the majority of the screen. I also prefer the unused pieces on the right side. I appreciated having the choice of on the bottom or on the right side simply by changing my device from portrait to landscape. But that choice was taken away. Please reconsider this change. I was very happy with your app having done several puzzles to relax. But now, especially the 440 the pieces are very tiny and the smaller puzzle size is less satisfying. I am VERY disappointed. I just realized that with the current format the pieces in the bar are significantly larger than the ones in the puzzle! Before the unused pieces were slightly smaller than when they were moved into the puzzle. Not good.

Great, but can use a few improvements. This is the second puzzle app I have gotten and liked it enough to pay for the full version. What I particularly like: -Upper & lower space to hold loose pieces -The ability to unload or pack in all loose pieces What can improve: -Ability to see all completed puzzles (including daily) in one spot—including stats, as I “race” my friend but only see the time for a second before I can’t access the data again, just the picture to share or DL -ability to share than more than fb-such as messages or Instagram. -ability to quick scroll all the way to right or left of the loose pieces not on the board -extra space on right or left side of the screen as well -ability to add friends to compare stats—see point one -ability to filter/sort in progress puzzles -by oldest/newest or %completed

Puzzle layout. Why oh why did you change the layout of your puzzle screen once you have picked a puzzle or are returning to a puzzle you have been working on??? I hate it , you don’t even get the full screen of your puzzle AND you have ads at the bottom of the screen preventing the puzzle to fit the screen . Ads use to be on the right side of the puzzle where I could ignore them because they are very distracting especially now at the bottom of the screen . I use to really enjoy the Relaxing and Peaceful feeling I got working on my puzzle, now I’m fighting it moving the puzzle up and down to work it. Please return it back the way it was, it was a lot more Functional and Enjoyable . A unhappy puzzler............. This my 3rd time sending this complaint, when you have a winning format, why do you think you need to screw it up by changing it???? It’s not user friendly, I hate the pieces at the bottom instead on the right side of the screen an you have reduced the puzzle screen. Please leave well enough alone, put back like like it should be...... once again, a very unhappy puzzler.

Fun! Fascinating! Fanatic!. Love this game! I wasn’t really even a fan of doing jigsaws but really enjoy doing them with the digital touch. I have to do the daily, plus a couple extras each and every day. I like that you obviously read and respond to many of the reviews, so here is my feedback: 1. Allow users to go back later to view previously solved puzzles. The pictures are gorgeous, interesting, and cleverly designed - which is really what attracted me in the first place. We only get to see it at full resolution one time, immediately upon completion. If we want to see it again later, we’re prompted to work it (again). It has a checkmark showing I’ve done it. Let me see it (large) when I want and just make it an option to rework it. 2. Have option to move the “tray” with the puzzle pieces to left or right side. I’m a lefty and my arm gets tired reaching across the screen the whole time. Luckily the game will orient if I flip my iPad so I can at least move my touch sensitive home button to the left side so my right thumb won’t keep accidentally moving pieces as I’m holding it my right hand. 3. Stabilize the app so it doesn’t freeze up so often. And what’s up with the battery drain? 4. Add these enhancements then the app is just about perfect. With one final suggestion: give us an option to buy the app to remove ads! Keep offering free dailies and packs, just offer the other ones as optional in-app purchases. Great app! Keep it going. 😊

Really?. 1st, this app cost $15. That's more than 3x the cost of other puzzle apps I have on another tablet. 2nd, this app has never EVER let me do 2 puzzles in a row w/out crashing after selecting a 2nd puzzle. EVER. Sometimes it app won't even reboot at ALL. 3rd, the selection to choose from when wanting to buy a new puzzle pack is limited & there's no place to do a search for say.... Scenic Ireland, Scotland or scenic caves, horses, etc. instead I have to go to google & search images myself, save photo then try to reboot this puzzle app & create my own puzzle & select from my photos. Yes it's free that way but very tedious & since that's what this app says they're so good at... Why can't they found it? It's a simple thing for the programmers to do. One last thing... Please make it possible to have a small permanent picture of the puzzle that one is currently working on up do we can glance at it while actually working on the puzzle. This magnifying glass icon that we have to click on for a quick look is just not cutting it, anybody who does puzzles knows how helpful & important it is to have a constantly available photo of what the puzzle is supposed to look like when completed is.

Addictive Pastime. Wish you would indicate where the scenic photos were taken. Lovely. Suggestion Wish I could delete puzzles that I give up on. Some are just too difficult. Update. Doesn't get hot now that I turned down the brightness in settings. Wish the backgrounds were brighter lighter. I go to the daily free puzzle every day. Love Love Love. Update: Love the daily free puzzle! Best ever! My iPad 3 kept getting very hot! Request for a solution was ignored from designer but more research gave me a simple fix. Turn down the brightness in the iPad settings. Done and remedied. Disappointed that the game designer didn't suggest this. Beautiful photos and many are free. Difficulty can be increased and you can start with corners and edges only. Absolutely love this app. Only criticism is that I frequently get a webpage opening which is a distraction. I must be touching something to do this. Grrrr. Update! My ipad3 gets very hot! No solution.

Nice, clear images. This is a wonderful puzzle site...best I have tried. I like the photos and the size of the puzzles with options for more or fewer puzzle pieces. ( Please tell us where are these lovely location shots!! i know I have been to some of those places, and this adds to my enjoyment of the pulling process.) Pieces move swiftly for completion and make a very satisfying "click" when they lock correctly in place. The side bar where pieces are stored are occasionally "sticky" so they don't always come loose easily. ( this has been fixed since I originally wrote this review) I do love the sidebar as a convenient place to store the pieces, move them easily up and down And the special button if I want to first get just the sorted edge pieces. I appreciate that you give us one free puzzle a day. This is truly a well do e puzzle app, demonstrating thot the developers know what matters most to puzzlers! Thank you so much...and keep it up. I am loyal to you!

Jigsaw Puzzles HD. I love this app! I’ve been playing for several or more years. I love that I can rotate the pieces and play puzzles with 168 pieces on my older mini iPad!!-apparently a real find these days! I confess I only play the free ones with pictures I enjoy. But I rarely have no puzzle to play. Because I choose complex ones, I tend to have a few “in progress”. My only suggestion would be to be able to more easily delete puzzles in the free packs that I don’t want to play. Currently, I must start the puzzle with a few pieces and then exit out to the “in progress” box where there is a trash can icon to enact. No real complaints though! I understand the ads and picture selection because it’s free after all! But I can select a picture I like every other day, most times. And, even though there is only one song for music, I’m fine with it. It’s relaxing and I turn it on when I really need to relax! Thank you for this wonderful free app!

Spectacular pictures and easy to use. This is such a great app. There's a tremendous variety of high quality pictures to choose from including a free picture everyday. Purchasing pictures is very reasonable. The app gives flexibility in number of pieces and background. So relaxing and fun to use. My only very small complaint is that in themed picture collections they sometimes throw in totally unrelated pictures probably to get the total count per set. Overall the pictures are beautiful and clear. A couple of other suggestions: It would be great if you could search the available picture sets by title instead of having to guess the topic and look at all of them. It would be much appreciated if each of the sets featured in the group specials each day could be seen individually so you have some idea what you might be getting. It would also be great to have a way to find the actual location on the gorgeous scenic and building pictures. I do love the app!

Great brain exercise, very relaxing!!. I have completely fallen in love with this app! I do a puzzle or two almost every day and find doing them very relaxing; it takes my mind off life’s little (or sometimes big) frustrations for an hour. And when I can’t sleep, a puzzle virtually always does the trick. I also believe the process of sorting, finding patterns, recognizing different textures and shapes is a great way to keep my mind sharp. The images are stunning, so much so that my boyfriend and I have often wondered if some of them are Photoshopped:) My only request to make this app even better would be a link or some info about where specifically each photo was taken. I’m a very avid traveler and would put many of the places on my travel-to-next list! (I realize it wouldn’t be possible for every photo lol) Thank you for a great app!!! Michole

Love this app. until it gets stuck.. I have thoroughly loved this app. (in fact it’s nearly addicting) until it starts getting stuck. At 1st, every time started a new puzzle I had to leave the app. and restart to make it load. That has improved. Now if I do 2-3 puzzles in a row, the pieces seem to stick. I cannot make them move or rotate. Sometimes I continually tap and eventually they’ll move, but in most cases I must leave the app. and return, or turn off my iPad and restart it. Other than that, I have found this puzzle app. to help me relax and enjoy a better night’s sleep. I will play this until I can no longer play for free. As a senior advocate I recommend this for senior citizens to encourage a good brain stimuli activity and a great relaxation device. On my budget, however, when the apps/games get to the point that you must pay to continue to play, I dump them and delete them from my device. Please don’t turn greedy and keep the free puzzle options.
