Really terrific app

Good running app  Really terrific app  4 star

I really like this running app. I can't run nonstop, but am able to do it when a voice tells me when, and how long, to go. My only complaint is that it stops directing me if the phone goes into sleep mode. I have to change my settings every day and if I forget to switch it back, I'm left with no battery by 4:00 in the afternoon.

Love it so far! Only have used it one time. I burned 415 calories! I also did a 15 min ab workout after. I am a female, 5'10, and 222lbs. Trying to lose weight and get down to 160. I will write another review in a couple of weeks, but I love it so far!

I like this app and it's plan. I'm not a runner and I like how the plan eases you into it, which allows me to feel accomplished but not over do it. The pop-ups are pretty annoying, especially for someone who can't afford the premium version. I would recommend this app to others and I already have. 👍🏻

I used to love running - then had two kids and pretty much just ...stopped. Years went by (my oldest is six), I did insanity, T25, Max 30, piyo because home DVDs were the best option with little ones. But I always missed running outside!!! After searching and looking at the reviews, this Running app seemed perfect. Well after my sixth run - it IS perfect for me!! I have a ways to go but I'm SO happy I found this app!!! I have the free version. Seriously love it and feel like a runner again!

I truly can't tell you how long I've been looking for an app that accommodates literally all types of bodies. I am a very very obese young lady that can't quite afford a personal trainer or expensive care. This app also has walking to get you started. I need to play around with it to see if I can get the music to play while I'm still on the tracker.

I like this app when it works. It crashes on my Apple Watch. It has my logs one day and not the next. Finish a run and it shows no record of it. Very frustrated. Please fix. Too many pop ups.

I don't have any complaints! If, I'm trying to lose fat and look more lean this app really helps make that happen with the increase/decrease in heart rate. I've learned that sprints are the best cardio for me and although they can be done on your own, the app makes it much more convenient & easy especially when you're too fatigued to think about "how many more sprints do I need to run"

I love the app. It's great and all but it's hard to believe I burned 700+ calories running in 40 mins. It's a great motivational tool but the estimated calories burned should be adjusted. The one thing that I would call out about this app is the fact that when the music lowers and the coach talk the music stays low until the app talks again, it's rather annoying. Before the update, the coach would say their thing, music goes back to normal volume. Since the update music stays low sometimes between intervals of the coach talking. I still give it 5 stars 👍 great app guys!
