“Ads-free VIP” is a lie!!!!. I thought the app was fun, so I decided. Sure. $10 for three months, and no more annoying advertisements? I’m willing to do that. When I tried to compete a contact form (no direct method of communication), the app kicked me out and lost the complaint that I was writing. Remove all the ads for me or Refund my money.

Not that great. I downloaded the app for the first time today and thought it would be fun. I love to make people laugh and love to start up and interesting conversation. But there are people on here that are preppy that love to make you feel stupid. I posted a funny question that most people would understand but people started answering me and saying ( Explain ?) ( Bastard !) and I was not even posting any bad questions.

Minors under 13. The app says 17+ in App Store but if you create a account people will report what you say as a Adult and in their policy it says 13+. Why? It’s frustrating as a adult that children have access to adult things

Askfm. This is the most attractive social app that i am using actively after facebook. I just love this app. Stay positive! You guys will enjoy this app. Thanks for this beautiful social platform❤️

Who asked you... Ask me anything.. that's my favorite part about this appo, ask away or from near by, either way your question will seek an answer! Try it, but you might like it and end up with more answers than... well you get the point. Best app next to the AppStore app!

Needs updated.. I know that this app was already updated recently, but I’m getting annoyed. The last few days every time I open up a box to ether send a shoutout or to answer a question, the design box automatically picks a design for me to type in. I don’t want that. I want to type without a design at all. It’s annoying that I have to exit out EVERY-TIME I open a box. I wish it would stop. I’m contemplating on deleting the app because of it. I don’t want to because I love this app, but I’m getting frustrated with this automatic design popping up every time. I use this app multiple times a day so I hope you understand how annoying it is to close a design box every time you want to type something.

Fix the app. They really need to fix the app back - so that’s answers aren’t appearing in the questions/shout outs area and sometimes you don’t see them because you’ve received so many answers. If they want to keep the answers under chats that should be fine but it’s not a question so why should it take up your whole feed when you can’t even clear them out of the way!

App freezes. The latest update completely freezes the app every time i open it , nothing responds , i’ve tried to delete it and reinstall it to see if the problem is fixed but it’s still there, please fix it. Thanks. iPhone 7, ios12.3.1

Fix iT. Keep having to restart my phone to use the app. It tells me that my version isn’t supported but there is no update available... but once I restart my phone the apps opens

My fav app!!!!. I love this app so much I’ve used it for years, however it has changed ALOT before there were no ads and that part is annoying

Liking and suggestions/changes. I like this app a lot but there are some things I don’t like. I don’t dislike this app so much that I want to delete it. My suggestions for this app: 1. Be able to delete questions 2. Be able to save save questions 3. Make and save questions as a draft 4. Search for questions 5. Have a history of questions we have asked 6. Be able to edit questions 7. Be able to comment on answers users have given us 8. Have a box beneath the question to add information Please update this app with these suggestions/changes.

It’s fun!. It’s very fun answering random questions like this. I definitely recommend if you’re bored or just have nothing to do. It gets you thinking with some questions.

Very good. Very good application to know other people, especially if you’re young! Because, at least here, most of adolescents have got it, thus here you can potentially know them, even though their answers themselves, and so get to know who you think to like. Only difect I’d pinpoint: it can be very thrashy if you don’t use it carefully!

Stupid app. This app keeps saying system error and it’s not letting me log in

blocking users. Please create an option for blocking people on ask,i blocked a girl she is annoying me with her answers she always answers me to let her followers see how much i am bad and she is keeping answering me even I blocked her,please i ask app let our questions despaired from blocked accounts and everything realted to us !!!!! Please make sure block option will delete every answer and every question related to us!!! Please this is annoying me so much i don’t want her followers to see my account from her answers???i swear she is annoying me every time in religion and my own life !!! Old profile & messages. How can I go back to my older messages and questions that my friend sent me from a couple years ago it looks like everything is updated since last year

Loved it for Years but it KEEPS CRASHING. Developers, please respond if you see this. The latest update to the app, 4.6 I believe? Crashes immediately upon opening. I can’t even access any features of the app. I’ve had my ask account for years and have liked the platform for a long time, but now I’m disappointed because I can’t even use it. Please resolve this issue! It wasn’t a problem before updating.

Still A Terrible App and Developers Don’t Care. So get this... after spending two years building up a 1400 question list and my answers, there is no way to SEARCH! Can you even imagine. If I send someone to my ask page, the would have to scroll through all 1400 of my questions where if there was a search and someone was going to ask me my thoughts on abortion, they could just search it. No instead, ask expects the site goers to scroll through 1400 until they find my abortion answer. Stupid. Soon as anyone else makes an app like this, watch how many leave.

very slow. I’ve had the app for awhile and it’s functioned fine but the past week or so it’s taking FOREVER to open to my home page and I have to keep opening and closing the app hoping for a miracle however I know it’s not my WiFi everything else on my phone works as it should. Kind of frustrating if I just say. I wasn’t going to say anything bc I’m lazy and was just going to deal with it but now I’m curious what the issue is or if anyone else is experiencing similar difficulties

Amazing app!!!. I fell in love with this app as soon as I got it! I made so many friends and I only had the app for a month! I currently was trying out for the vip program and I got accepted. I was really happy! And now I’m currently on the leaderboard for the top users in the United states🇺🇸 I would recommend everyone to get this app You won’t regret it :)

Likes. Can you please fix this bug. If some user liked a question on his page, the other followers will view this question as it’s been liked by them, but they didn’t like the question, so if someone liked all the questions on his account, and another user visited that page he will find that all the questions been liked by himself, this like also not real because it doesn’t add one, and no notification will be sent to the user

Last update. The last one was awful. I tried to switch the language on the post, but It does not allow me. The old vision was better it allowed me to switch between language much easily. I prefer to have the ability to switch keyboard on posts like the old one thank you

Decent but lots of ads. I use the app when I want to check on my twitter friends and just talk and ask questions. It’s fun but the ads freeze up now and then.

Question thread. Please bring back this feature otherwise it’s impossible to have a coherent chat with an anonymous user

Used to be good. Used to be good now super glitchy, have to close an re launch app repeatedly to get it to update/ load correctly. Also get personal messages that were sent as shout outs. Looking at other apps because the glitches make it unusable

Update suggestions. I never get over the community guidelines, I wanna my account back because I have memories on it. It’s not easy to make a new account! I was VIP account, sending questions with full respect ! I’m a dentist if I use violence or bullying please tell me! How can I get my account back or the specific reason why it was banned not emailing me with copy and paste message..

Meaningless loading indicator. The app's stability is very poor. Very often, when requesting new data, the loading indicator keeps appearing instead of the result. Reluctantly, I have to force close the app. Even after paying for the VIP in-app, advertisements are displayed intermittently, very annoying.

Great 👍. This give me communication, well... Sometimes very important,ask advice 4 someone, or just ask something...:) I like it!

Bullying and Mental absence. This site has big issues. I heard of child porn showing up on peoples accounts. Experienced bullying and total intentionally causing mental abuse to people using this app. They join together and pick on people who are just trying to pass time or meet new people. It’s not properly managed in my eyes and isn’t a good site for any child. They first had it rated for 12 yr olds and older…now it says 17yrs but really isn’t monitored. I do not recommend this app to anyone. As for myself I am more disappointed in the people on there more than anything. Grownups acting like school yard bullies. I recommend this to no one.

App needs more supervision. I’m not here to criticize the app, but people can go intense if you don’t agree with what they say or just find it necessary to threaten you, or if they wish they’ll delete everything. Mind you I’m not a fan of politics I don’t debate that on any other platform, I usually just ask questions for personal opinions and some have good responses and conversations but I don’t got time for negativity or to help others who think deleting everything and posting they’re rude comments makes them look clever. Apparently this is not a good app to have small conversations or ask for legit answers out of weeks using the entire app I probably only had two peaceful conversations everything else all people want is negativity. Most of the time I’ll try blocking users but it’s impossible they still receive your questions and can still respond so at that rate you’re better off not blocking them because it won’t work with the users unable to be blocked another basic question means same heated answers. So if its not working out sure, just keep looking for something else I don’t believe in negativity nor do I wish to leave low reviews when I leave low reviews i’m basically saying be cautious of what you’re downloading. The app is still good and lots of communication just needs a bit more moderation and making the block button more useful otherwise I appreciate you taking the time to read this and I hope ASKfm continues to grow.

Great app. I like how you can ask and be asked anonymously, would definitely recommend it.

New bug after coming back for a while. I am likely not the first to say this, but I am unable to copy questions in order to translate them. I can’t do it without copying a question above the one I intend to copy, but even then I am unable to use the copy function when I try to copy a question that has another one in it (where users continue to follow up an answer). My only choice would be to guess what the words in different languages are just to answer it, because otherwise I am left to not answer them.

Used to be a good app in getting to know friends, now it feels spam. You need to fix your algorithms. Personal questions don’t show up in real time. Sometimes, it takes days or weeks before an old question shows up. Im also pretty convinced that a majority of the personal questions that I get in my inbox are spam. We should also have the option to disable seeing questions that aren’t personal/ people who follow you.

Last update issue. I cannot delete the answer from the list like before

Need a way to close pop up ad faster. I honestly wish there was a way to close the pop ups for the 15 coins ._. It is so annoying, but other than that it works fine

Help. When I get on, it says system error. And when I go to see my questions and/or responses to questions, it doesn’t pop up. I can see my profile and wall though

I really enjoy the app, but it needs to improve in some things.. When I upload a video the size just looks very off from the original video. It frustrates me because I would really want to answer some questions by attaching a video but it doesn’t look good at all. Also for my Bio I tried adding some emojis but it just won’t let me add certain ones, I would greatly appreciate if they can work on adding more of these. Other than that it was been very fun to be eganged in this app, very addicting!❤️ One recommendation that I have in case of a new update would be to add a chat, when making new friends instead of asking for their social media a chat inside this app would be very useful👍

Rechanging password issue. When i try to reset my password ask send me a link in mail to recover my password but when i click the link the login page is open like seriously? I mail to ask gm a lot of time but no response

Complicated to use. The wall should display everyone's questions instead of your own. Your own questions should go on your profile. Constantly getting question on random things should be turned off and only receive questions asked specifically to you. Anon answers and others should be displayed for everyone to see in one thread to keep post/questions and users active not individual threads Also ppl ask the stupidest questions everyone once and while someone will ask a serious one

Dangerous app. I had ask off and on for years. I finally deactivated it for the last time two months ago. People can send anonymous messages and there’s no way to find out who they are. Which would be fine if there weren’t a whole bunch of creepy people on this app. I am a young woman and a lot of the messages I received made me feel very unsafe. I emailed the email provided by the app and they told me they could not tell me who sent the anonymous messages because of security reasons or some crap. I have no way to every figure that was and it’s very alarming to me. I don’t believe anyone should get this app but especially not young people. If you are a minor please DO NOT download this app. It’s not worth it. This app is not on your side.

This app is ill managed. This app has so much spam you cannot believe it. They do nothing when you report. I had a verified account but the harassments were to much and every time i had to go to local authorities to stop it. I contacted there Managment via twitter and reported many time in the last 15 months with no results. So today i am going to delete my account. And BTW you need a PC to delete your account, you cannot do it via mobile !!!!! So i do not recommend using this app because there is no one who cares what happens to you and about your privacy or well being. I will get the usual reply from the developer, we are sorry to hear about this , we are this about privacy and so and you can email us @ this address. Making them self the good guy but hey they are not. I have sent emails and on twitter for 15 months. It is the guys job to write a reply. No to solve the problems you and i face. This is what I believe, i am trying to force their hand into positive change. Please help me to do so.

This app has so many cons. One, when you block someone, the person can still comment and chat with you. Two you can’t see the followers that follow you, and three this app told me that I was violating the rule when I did nothing wrong. Y’all need a lot of fixing on your app. That’s why I deleted this app in the first place.

Parents Must Oversee Their Child’s Page. App functions fine. My only concern is the age limit for those who are allowed to use this application. Because the adolescent mind is not fully developed, they are more likely to engage in risky behaviors. Due to the ability to remain anonymous and ask questions, teens may engage in cyber bullying more often. However, I see that there is a “safety” policy in place, but I highly recommend that parents keep an eye out and oversee their child’s page for signs of bullying!

It’s alright. Shoutout doesn’t work though. I asked a shout-out hoping it’ll reach people in my town but it reached all the way to ITALY. I don’t care about people talking to me in Italy but if I were to ask something about my town, I want people in my town to answer me. Can you fix this because I’m not comfortable with using shout-out anymore.

Little rant.. I am not sure if this was intentional or not, but by disabling the ability to ask anonymous questions has ruined the application. Many people will stop using it. Yes, people got hate but there was always the option of setting up you account so people couldnt ask anonymous question. I really believe this was a stupid idea and should be fixed!

Problem causing. Allowing people to post or ask things as anonymous causes issues. This leads to a lot of bullying and harassment. I know a few teenagers who have self harmed after being bullied by others through this app. I know of incidents where police have been involved because of the results of the bullying. This is an accident waiting to happen. You need to consider the mental health of people using this app, they are mostly teenagers and very vulnerable.

It's ok. I recently switched over from qooh me to ask fm, and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. However, there are some issues in this version of the app that I am disappointed about. If you want to ask an anonymous question, it comes up with the message "this option is currently unavailable". Also, as of today, whenever I open the app for more than 5 seconds, it automatically directs me onto the App Store advertising another app. This has left me very frustrated and I would like to see an update fixing these bugs ASAP

Advertising why you ruin it. I can't look around the app anymore since somehow (not touching any part of the screen) I get put over to the App Store to the advertised app, I don't know what's happening but I truly hate this new update as I can't do anything anymore since i keep changing over the App Store for no reason I've even tried fixing it but closing the app by double clicking the home button and closing the app to no effect/fix please stop most if not all advertising it's ruined and raped the app -,-

I voice the thoughts of everyone here.. If you're gonna disable anon, at least remove the button. Personally I think we should still have the feature, as it is useful in many ways and people kinda need it. There are certain questions that people won't ask, simply because it will give away personal information or private things if labelled with their name. ~@Aviatorch

well done ask fm!. I think that is brilliant that they have turned off anonymous , to many bullying was happening and it had cost to many life's I don't understand how it's such a big deal that they turned anon off, as it's for asking questions you can do that without being behind anon! Woo

Update defeats the purpose. not being able to ask anonymous questions defeats the purpose of this app.. you should just keep the option on privacy settings that you don't want to be asked anonymous questions if people would like to have that option, but don't punish everyone else! other than that I have no other problems :)

Ask is cool but.... But since the update when ever I have not touched the add and I know I haven't it still keeps jumping to the App Store and it gets really annoying and also I understand that with the only 2 emojis(✌️❤️) are aloud on there because of twitter but can we please have some privileges to use some others if we can't use an emoji we can't exactly show our mood if you know what I mean but yeah it would be cool if you changed that and especially the ad it is to much ✌️❤️😑😑😑

It's so good. Download the game. It's soooooo good! You can find out secret about other people and give off hints to the one you like! It's just so good. I would defiantly download and ATLEAST give it a try and if you don't like it then delete it but I'm PRETTY SURE YOU WILL! ♥️

Feed. Every time someone i follow likes a lot of answers I scroll down my feed and all I can see is old gifts people have received and it won't refresh so I can't see anything on my feed it's so annoying please fix!!!!

Ads. This app is really good but the ads are very annoying they are coming up all the time and even if i don't tap them i still brings me to the app store! It can get very annoying! Also sometimes it takes for ever to upload a photo when i have full bars of wifi (and it's not my wifi because it happens at friends places too) Apart from that it's really good!

BRING BACK ANON. i understand the reasons as to why it has been taken off but why keep anon available on the actual website? and why keep the checkbox there when you cant even use it? lame. it was way better with anon. people still use anon anyway on the computer so whats the point of taking it off one but not the other?

System crash. The system keeps crashing on my phone telling me to reload and when I do I makes me reload all over again and won't stop

Selected Anon?. Because of the bullying, maybe you should try to bring back anon, but if someone is reported as bullying, take away their anon ability :) if you can't do that, you've already made a good choice.

Anonymous Questions. This app was about asking people questions and you could allow your self to be anon, and yes there was bullying and harassment and stuff but if they honestly didn't want it they could just turn off the setting to allow anon questions. And even if there was bullying, why didn't this app have a filter? To filter through bad words and nudes and bullying.... So that if there was any of that the question would be cancelled and the person who sent the question would be notified... I think that would be appropriate, but why would you delete the anon button anyways, a lot of people used it to find out actual questions about people when they couldn't have the guts to say to it them in person or know who they were, what if it was a gift and they asked what they were interested in and you wanted it to be a surprise, you wouldn't be able to do it because you took off the anon button! Which is one of the stupidest moves this app has made, do you not see how much people your loosing and how much bad rating your now getting... You made a very bad decision and need to change it back or you will lose at least a quarter of the people on this app/site. Good luck to the future of this app if it's doesn't get changed back.

It's great but... I think there are to many people out there that ask themselves questions that are to do with bullying for attention so in the next update could u plz do every single person like me who needs to help a friend out with bullying so I wouldn't need to know their asking themselves! Shut it down!. This app is being used for anonymous bullying! By letting children have this app you are opening them up to be bullied or be the one bullying others and it's all anonymous! I'm not limiting it to children doing the bullying but high school is bad enough with face to face bullying when you know who said it… why allow an app where gutless people can say what they want and get away with it! Does anyone monitor this app at all? Something needs to be done about this! From an annoyed sister and friend!

Good app but..errors. I went on my account and I went to see how much questions I answered but it shows up I haven't answered any questions or gotten any likes. When I go to answer a question it comes up communication error. Could you please fix this I love this app x

Great app. Everything is good just need an unlike button just incase you like something from a year or two ago while searching through someone's page for strictly scientific purposes.

Needs improvement. I love using this app, but there are a few things that need to be changed. You should be allowed to 'unlike' answers, as it's annoying when you accidentally like something you didn't mean to. Also, you should be able to see who your followers are. Otherwise it's a fairly good app.

Love it but,. This app is so great but I wish you could add your name after the person has answered the question so they could know it was you and also it would be great if you could keep track of questions you asked but haven't been answered.

ohmygod stop the adds. I think a few other people have mentioned it as well, but the adds are so annoying. Even when I know I havent touched the add, it takes me to the app store which is unbelievably annoying. Whenever im asking a question, every ten seconds- no exaggeration- it takes me to the app store to look at some crappy app im never going to download. Another thing is that you desperately need to be able to unlike answers. As long as you fix these, it's a 4/5 star app.

Video comparability. Hi ask fm im glad you have made the app which is very very helpful thankyou. However as part of your new update in the future i suggest you make the app able to view other peoples ask fm videos created and also to create our own video answers over the app ! Thanks

great app, terrible update. i use this app all the time, but the recent update has turned me off of the app. it will not allow me to ask anonymous questions. i have sent no hate and see no reason why i could have been reported, but this has really disappointed me. once again, awesome app (worth the DL) but please make a new update-fixing the anonymous questions button. thankyou!

FIX THIS ASAP. Downloaded this app so i wouldn't have to get on computer all the time, but the update has made the anon not available, so i still have to get on the comp when i want to ask an anon question. Please fix this immediately. Its an excellent app besides that. 4/5 stars. Because of the anon not available.

My questions delete by it self. My answers / question delete by them selves? I refresh my page and the questions will be gone and please let us use all the emojis, just say like I get a hate question like your ugly I answer it then it will just be deleted by it self why? Please fix it and also please change that you could see your followers please thanks xx

Entertaining to use, needs privacy settings though. It's entertaining to use but it really needs privacy settings so that when you block someone they can't see your profile.

☺︎♡. this app personally makes me feel productive in a way, especially when you get questions thatcome through where you end up writting your heart out to. i feel that some questions that come through really make you realise what is happening in life and gets you thinking which isnt a bad thing. i have noticed that some people (kids) send through questions that they have to answer for their homework, i will admit that it is smart but it needs to come from them and have their opinion involved sometimes. otherwise, great app, keeps you busy when you have some spare time and sometimes the questions make you think and reflect which can help improve your daily living😊

One more thing that I forgot. I totally get why you are deleting hate questions, but I really think it should be deleted before the person can answer it or it should be a opinion in settings so you can choose if you want all hate deleted... Because me personally I don't get a lot of hate and I find it kind of funny when I do because I don't react the way they want me too and I know for a fact that by telling my friends that get hate a lot to do that it's has stopped a lot of people asking them hate and it's funny for other people to see how I react to the hate

Good one!. This app just personally makes me happy. I guess it just depends on the person using it. It’s good, it just needs more promotion.

No Freedom. Even censoring out any swear words, and answering as open as possible. There is no freedom of speech, and was warned not to say anything that would help snowflakes that report me for being too honest. It’s actually a waste of space

Push notifications. Would give it a 5 star, but I don't get notifications, just a number update on the app. Would like notifications to Actually be able to pop up on my screen! :D overall love the app!

The Ads Are Ridiculous!. I used to love this app. It was entertaining, convenient, and at times made getting to know someone much less awkward. Not anymore. Ever since the ads have been put on this app, it's just so infuriating to use! I don't have the problem of going to the App Store even when I've not touched the ad, however, I've accidentally bumped the ads when trying to scroll which, by the way, half the time I wouldn't have to do if the ads weren't in the way! The ads with moving animations etc also make it difficult to read questions and answers and are ultimately just a nuisance and not necessarily good for my eyes. Another point I'd like to touch on is the removal of anonymous questions from the app. I honestly do not see the point of removing it from the app when you can still do it on the actual website, all the removal has done is cause frustration and people who are genuinely asking anon questions due to embarrassment or the want to give everyone a laugh including the recipient are less likely to ask. The people who are really determined to cause hurt and send hateful 'questions' will do it regardless. Following the removal of the 'ask anonymously' option, and even more so now that ads have been popping up all over the place, the most common questions/answers I see are along the lines of 'ask is dead', 'ask is so boring now', and 'who even uses ask anymore?'. Ask is dead.

Good. Would be better if you could create gifts within the app. I'm trying to send gifts and it's not working.... Would be better if you could unlike and answer, and also would be great if you could see your followers :) needs an update.

What did you do apple!!!!!!. Askfm was once my favourite and most used app which I ha originally given 5 stars until someone decided that they were going to remove the apps function of asking anonymous questions!!!! Now there is no point asking others questions and no one is going to ask me questions as removing the anonymous removes the fun!! What were you thinking!! And there was no mention of this in the update info so updaters were lead into a false sense of security! Basically I'm jut not happy anymore!! And I know my self and most people I know who use the app have gotten rid of it and are looking to new forms of social media.

The idea itself is fabulous. The idea of the app is great and creative but with the 3 updates I have used I have: • received an advertisement which brings me back to the App Store even if I do not touch it AND • had the ability to ask anonymous questions taken off me and even after the 2nd update which was supposedly used to allow it, it only changed the wording from "anonymous questions" to "hide my name". I would deeply appreciate it if these issues were looked at, as it takes away the whole point of the application and in my opinion, it will make a lot of the users delete the app. Thank you!

Good app👌. It's pretty stupid when people say not to get his app because you can get hate on it. Like you can turn anonymous questions off? But yeah it's a good app overall, has some glitches here and there but there's nothing really to complain about.

Ask fm. We would all appreciate it of you removed the ads, as it is really annoying, and that you bring anonymous questions back to us but also monitor and filter the bullying and deactivate anonymous questions on someone's account if you see that they are bullying. Need change!. Can you please change that you cannot see where someones answered you questions, or make it so you can delete them please, there's some private questions I don't want my friends to see when they go on my phone :)

Worst update ever - don't bother downloading. Used to love the app, was fun and easy to use etc. ...then they updated it. I'm so tempted to delete it now because it is so awkward, confusing and difficult to use, far too many ads and they've also now removed a lot of decent features too (eg. I can't seem to delete my notifications anymore). Plus they changed the colour scheme to orange. Why orange? Blue was perfectly fine! Honestly it now just hurts my eyes! A "mascot" is also extremely unnecessary, it's like this update was designed by children! So in summary, if you want to ask someone something on anon, find out their tumblr or something else like that. Don't bother downloading/using this app, it's now become the worst thing I've ever used.

Blurry profile picture.. I absolutely love this app but when I change my profile picture it looks really blurry. I look at my friends profile pictures and they aren't blurry. I don't know if it's just my account or a few others but could you please fix it. One more thing, can you please let us use all emojis cos you can only use like 4.

Can't see what I type. Good app but ever since I updated it when I try to answer questions it doesn't show me what I'm typing like the text is invisible it still types and when I click answer it comes up but it's annoying not being able to see what I'm typing!

Anonymous mishap!. Uhh this new update with "bug fixes" and whatever else was included in peeving me off! What's the point in having an ask anonymous option if you can't use it? I even checked my settings to see if it was just in there but it isn't. Please remove it!!!

Answers. I think you should be able to clear your history of asked questions so you can get rid of the fact that you asked a person that question. To make it private or being able to delete it would be really good

bullying. here's the thing. this app does have its advantages, but more than that, disadvantages. all i see on this site is disgusting bullying rude anonymous questions, I myself get a lot of hate on this, people anonymously telling me to kill my self and using nasty language, either delete this horrible app or make the use of more swear words and certain questions unavailable and not get sent to people. or even betterment get rid of anonymous questions, disgusting and inappropriate, this is coming from a 15 year old girl.

Banned?!. I made an account and went to login with my user name and password and it said I was banned. I hadn’t even been in the app yet! I emailed and received a response that it was fixed but it wasn’t. Not worth the run around to keep trying and trying over an app.

Easiest way for hate to sent. I had this app in my early teens years ago, and I got bullied about everything and anything. It’s like giving people a platform specifically to hate on someone. Highly advise against getting this app because it’s nothing like how the ads make it out to be.

Not good anymore!. I used to enjoy the app until you made a new update and added the Shout out to it, which caused everyone to hate the Ask FM, and our usage of it begun to decrease. Seriously you should stop this or at least develop a way where people can control receiving shout-out questions or not.

It’s okay but.... The sexual harassment is getting bad. Is it because I’m VIP? Because in all honesty, it’s gotten worse since I gained VIP status. I block more people in a day than I get overall questions.

Updates.. I love this app it’s fun but today my app basically just crashed keeps saying it’s not up to date for the updates even tho it is & now will not allow me to use it. So i’m annoyed by that & am wondering what is going on.

Signup. How come iOS users can no longer signup with the username of their choice? Upon sign up numbers are automatically added to the username and capital letters aren't applied.

gets worse and worse. the bullying on this app is ridiculous , it keeps getting worse, profiles are being deleted for something as simple and swearing or even remote nudity but anons upon anons can harass, insult, belittle and threaten others and nothing ever gets done. this app does nothing but promote self harm and suicide and one day someone is going to take it to far and sue the creators and i hope they do. the blocking system is ridiculous and doesn’t work. tbh the anonymous option should be removed completely as it’s 2021 and bullying or any sites that enable others to bully should be dealt with seriously given the suicide rates. the app gets worse and worse.

Room for improvement. few things that are not good 1. There used to be a comment section, not there anymore, you have to ask a question in the question thread in order to say something 2. automatics question are boring/not well written (in french anyway they finish the setences with « ))) » for no reasons) 2+. regularly, i receive questions that are supposedly asked by a real person (i.e you can signal them) but asked to plenty of people and probably written by Ask’s team judging the by their syntax. 2++. It’ll be cool to know when a question is automatic (or to disable them) because you can only view the question of the day and then the day after it becomes just a regular question 3. I get it, ads are the thing that makes you survive and feed your childrens but you can’t just put an ad every 5minutes

Been on ask for two years.. I decided to rate a review since I’ve noticed a couple things over the past two years I’ve been on ask. 1. Got way to strict. Anonymous questions on my page get reported or deleted and I’m the one who gets in trouble for it? What’s the point in having a website called ask.fm (ask whatever) if there’s consequences to doing so?, Makes no sense to me. 2. The ads are a little to much, I liked ask way before the ads even started I noticed more but I’m going to keep it short.

Cyber-intimidation. You should look at how teenagers use this app because when i had it every day someone was insulting me anonymously ! With the time it became very frustrating for me ! I was hurt so i deleted the app and now i think i will never use it again. Im not the first one and i’ll not be the last one !

Ads everywhere. I can't use this app anymore... it's so frustrating! You want to see the profile of someone, oh no, you need to watch a stupid ad. That's not the way you wil have people using this app. Pffff

Disappointed. So I’ve been on this app since many years and the more they make updates, the more it gets disappointing. There are ads that pop up all the time.. It might seem innocent but I barely can stay on the app more than a minute without being constantly annoyed by pop-ups and let me say that those ads last more than a second or two.. Many of my friends are deleting this app and I’ll probably do it too soon.

It’s kinda fun. If your friends have your ask @ they can ask you anonymous questions. It’s fun answering them and it’s a fun way to get to know you and others. The only downside is that anyone can ask anything and some questions are really inappropriate and annoying.

ask. I went to Ask every day for years, I loved the concept. Since a year, I do not go at all, I deleted today. First, when I try to do something on the app, there is always an ad that pops up! I do not come on the app to see ads every 30 seconds. Then, for some time, we get a lot of new questions sent automatically; not only are they not interesting, but I am constantly getting alerts of new questions. All the people I followed did not go to the site for these reasons and also because you did not add anything new. Unfortunately Ask has become redundant and boring ..

Edit answer. I would have a request for you regarding the answers to the questions. Once the question is answered and published, there is no way to modify the answer unless you delete it. You should add the option to modify our answers even after they are published. That would be a pretty convenient option for most of us. A fun ego boost for anybody.. Had this app for some time and I gotta say it’s really my type of thing. Wouldn’t recommend it for someone under 13 tho, it tends to get pretty raunchy. But it’s loads of fun!

I wouldn’t.. The app does what it supposed to do. But there is no real way to get your name out there on it. 2nd when I do get a question, it’s in Spanish and the last I check, I’m in the very middle of the states. And last your ads couldn't be any more invasive!

Need help. When I started this app it won’t let me make my account because I’m only 12 and you plz fix this.

Crashes all the time. Constantly crashes Sometimes I can’t even finish writing an answer. I’ll be in the middle of answering and the app crashes. This is a big problem considering most of the questions are random.

Fake notifications. This app is dumb for sending you fake notifications after you deactivate account . Everytime I deactivate my account I get multiple notifs that someone asked me something & no one did .

Annoying shoutouts and random question!. This app was working good but since the last update it became really annoying when it started popping questions from people you don’t know as a “shoutout”! I wish it can be removed

Garbage!. This ridiculous app keeps redirecting me to the App Store EVERY time I open it. No app should ever redirect to another app without my permission. I will no longer be using this app until this issue is fixed and I certainly don’t recommend this app to others who are considering it.

Unfairly banned. My account was UNFAIRLY BANNED. I curse when I answered some questions and sarcasm with others, I was not rude in the slightest. I didn’t see anything about how I couldn’t use any curse words when I signed up LAST NIGHT. One star
