Lack of support. I had used this "software" for a year but more than six of these months were just problems: the vpn didn't' work with Mac only on phones/tablets. After I sent many emails to costumer support and received automatic step answers the answers I decided to call them. The tec guy on CS told " that is a Mac problem..." So, I decided to change the software for another one. I'm really happy now with another option that works with Mac. In these days perhaps is too hard to fix bugs, for surfeasy is "easy" blame apple than fix the bugs. Don't spend your money and time with this app, try another one.

Problem subscription. I have a subscription from their website and recently also bought annual subscription from App Store. When other sun expired I can’t log in and no way to log in using the new subscription which is paid for the year via App Store. So I have a year paid that cannot use. My login was jheaney@live now expired. How to utilize login from App Store account. I never set up login details and it’s expired via old external direct account. Do not want to subscribe again bc can’t contact them.

Not stable. It worked great for the first few months of my subscription. Since last summer it has been spotty at best. The vpn cuts out constantly and I find that when I need it most, such as making an online purchase, it’s not even on. I cancelled my subscription. Waste of my money. The iOS app interface doesn’t work very well. I can’t view the map and can only turn on or off but it cuts itself out anyway. Very disappointed.

Using it as a secondary.. App is great—however, it could have more features to it for non-plan/free trial users. App looks more appealing than any other VPN I know out there, but here are some suggestions: 1) Advertise it • this app definitely needs more attention, and ads are the way. 2) Unlimited Data • The main reason I use this as a secondary, is because it doesn’t have unlimited. I mean writing this gives me 100mb which lasts me forever but still. 3) It’s kind of slow? • Betternet, another VPN, has faster and unlimited data which is why I use it more. To summarize, this app is great but there is better ones out there, this app is mainly for users who will play not who would rather just use with ads and slower speed.

Great App!. This 1st time I downloaded a VPN app & I chose the great one!!! I recently downloaded it on my iPhone, tablet & my PC & it was so easy to do not confusing or complicated at all!!! & it’s been smooth sailing on all 3 downloads!!! Not only are all 3 my devices now running faster cuz of SurfEasy VPN but it’s like it’s not even there! It runs completely in background causing no issues all while protecting my privacy & devices!!! Oh & I love the rewards u can earn!!! This VPN app got it all right!!! I was hesitant on whether I should install & I’m so happy I finally did!!! Thank u for great App! Keep up good work!!

Good VPN. The default “purchase secure data plans” screen that takes over the whole screen is annoying. It used to show a map of the Current Connection Location (was helpful), but it was replaced with “spend more money here” screen.

I don’t what complaint is I Love them!. I have full subscriptions and had issues connecting to devices when I purchase new phone and computer. They were like Ninja’s and fixed the issues within minutes. I used Support and they have SUMBIT problem upper right AND I GOT ALL TAKEN care of within minutes. I still get the usual garbage email that slides through but I’m very happy and have always gotten great customer support. Been a customer for going on 3rd year. Do lots of traveling and feel safe. So not garbage to me for $49-$50 annually! iCloud costs you $35 annually for 200g’s...

One of the better VPNs I've used. I'm frequently out of the states, so I use this VPN to view my home sites that are blocked in other countries. Works really well. 4 stars because sometimes it's a bit slow and my data gets used up while downloading or bringing up certain pages.

Used to be perfect but latest version does not work on my iPad nor computer. I have spoken with them 3 times and sent numerous messages but issue is not fixed. They need to fix their program EVERY time I open my iPad or restart web , or the Surfeasy program the map is blank, it does not show anything after a “Safe and Secure OP Adrees” & “You’re SecurelyConnected to:” I have wasted hours trying to fix this The best I can do is a work around I discovered. But I have to do it every time, many times each day, when I discover the program has stopped working. I reopen Surfeasy ( of course getting all blank s on the screen ) then go to the side panel & select a new region and the app will work ....for a short while. As to working on my iMax High Sierra, they need to fix their program. I installed it but there is no indication that it is even working or even there!

Good Product - Easy to Use. Easy to use between devices. My wife and I both use this between our devices and really enjoy how easy it is to install and register across each of our devices.

Fake virus advertising to download app. The developer of this app is using fake advertising, impersonating “Apple Security”, indicating that “a virus” has been detected on my iPhone, and that a VPN solution will fix my issue and protect my privacy. Although a VPN can certainly give you more privacy (or not, as you are sending all your information through their server). The advertising makes you click on it and it will take you to the iTunes Store to download this app. There is NO virus on my phone or your phone. Don’t trust this app.

Won't even install anymore. New review: I deleted and reinstalled but the VPN profile won't install when I respond to the prompt to install it. It was burning up data a mile a minute a couple months ago; now it's totally unusable. No response from customer service. I'm over it. I need to find a reliable VPN service , and clearly I can't get that unless I pay for it. These could have been the guys I paid, but the app went crazy and then dead. Recent review:A very good free service with almost no dropouts and the advantage of changing locations and appearances all over the world. However, the mbs of data are currently burning up at the rate of practically 1 a minute and before you know it your free monthly allotment of data is gone.

Used to good...then it went downhill. The VPN app used to be good but then after an update about a year ago it started to go downhill fast...to a point that now I keep getting a ''no internet connection'' error when I open a browser (although there is connection as the other 7 devices not using SurfEasy we have all connect fine...) or a 503 service unavailable error like 60 to 70% of the times I open a browser. The funny thing is that if I keep refreshing the browser page it goes back and forth between the no internet connection error and the 503 one until at some point it connects to the site.

Says VPN on but no change in IP. Have used this app for several years. But now I can’ get it to use a different IP address than my own. It shows the VPN icon and says I’m protected but map and IP address show nothing has changed. I’ve toggled to different countries and back to US or optimized and it still ends up using my personal IP address. 1-star for this plus how do I know my communication is encrypted?? Beware, check your IP address before and after turning it on.

Used to work. I used this service for years and it used to work well. The past year has been going downhill. It has constant issues connecting and maintaining the connection. It became really frustrating and unreliable to the point that I couldn’t trust it to allow me to do anything sensitive on public WiFi. I attempted to contact support but never received a reply. I tried reinstalling but that didn’t fix anything. Now I have given up. Just going to switch to a different service unless something changes.

Very good. This vpn is very good and unlike every other free vpn or even paid it does not have ads and I hate ads because of how long it feels when your waiting for that timer to reach 0 it feels like hours so download surf easy and try it

NOT WORTH TWO CENT 😡!!!!!. I didn’t even know I had this app downloaded on my phone until I happened to see the subscription billed on my bank statement. Needless to say, I deleted it immediately, because it’s a JOKE! Every time I search the web for jobs, I start getting flooded with phone calls from schools wanting me to go back to school and get a degree. From what I read about this app, it’s supposed to let you surf the web without anyone knowing what your looking at. Well obviously they’re watching my every move. 👎🏻

Wish I could give it 0 stars. I got a pop up on my phone telling me that I had 6 viruses, which i later found out was a scam. It told me to get this app so I did. When I realised you had to pay for it, I went to click the home button to go to the home screen and delete the app,but as soon as i did it asked me to put my fingerprint in to purchase it. So I accidentally paid for it. Since I am new to Apple I thought that if I just deleted the app the payment would go away. Now I realize that it charged me for this month and the next month.I didn’t even use the service. I want my money back. I have canceled the subscription.

So far so good. Super easy set up and the graphics are very clear. I also like the different paid options. The free bits of data also help to try out the product before you sign over your money which always helps! Defiant worth giving a try at the very least.

Unstable - blocks internet- crashes. Do not buy this app. I initially used the free one and did not experience any issues. I paid for the yearly subscription and immediately started seeing issues. These included: 1) failures to establish vpn 2) vpn became stale and blocked all internet 3) had to constantly turn on and off the vpn to get connectivity flowing again 4) crazy latency in all devices. Do yourself a favor and save the money. This development team is a joke and when you submit tickets you get no resolution and no real help. I’m not interested in QA’ing their product. Go with the competition.

bad customer service, bad user experience. I’ve contacted customer support through email, chat, phone and I can’t get through to anyone. The service does not work, I keep getting told to “Restore Purchase” and that doesn’t work either. So now I’ve wasted $9.99 that was never what I wanted to purchase anyway, I was trying to purchase the monthly $4.99 plan instead but they defaulted to that option. This whole thing a a joke and a really bad experience. Take your money elsewhere.

Poor customer service. I have been using Surf easy for last few years and it was okay till suddenly it stopped working . From app I contacted support multiple times with no response , after 2 days I deleted app and try to restore and it did not worked luckily it had option to email support which I did and they could not find any records , seriously shows in my subscription as valid subscription , after back and forth with customer service and providing all the proof of valid subscription including receipt , I get this email While reviewing your receipt, the date mentioned was Jul 1, 2019 valid until Jul 1, 2020. So, in 4 days your subscription is expiring. Please check if you have a latest receipt for the recent charges, as you might have mistakenly sent the old receipt. Among the best of the best. I’ve been with this company continuously since shortly after they launched. They’ve always had a superb product that does what they say it does. Their customer service is A+++ Their representatives are knowledgeable, helpful and patient. If what they have covers what you need, consider yourself lucky to have found them and don’t hesitate to give them a try. They really do stand behind their product.

I im writing this review for the reward. So this game is good so far. They wanted me to write one so I am. I am so this game is actually really safe. But I'm afraid that they're going to have me and you. But how I got this app was from Featured because it said thatI was getting a virus so I got this app. And this is keep me safe so far but. I will be writing more if this game makes my followers.

Lacklustre. I’ve been using SurfEasy’s ultimate plan on my computer for about two years now and it’s been my favourite, but the mobile version is horrendous. The VPN doesn’t stay on nor does it reconnect even with direct connection on, additionally with locking your phone, it turns off unless you have an on going connection via your music playing in background. It doesn’t block majority of trackers (social-media apps like, Instagram, Tumblr, Google Analytics, etc.), either. Moreover, I can see everything that goes through my DNS; I have to download an additional application to compensate with the majority of the third-party trackers that SurfEasy allows through. I hope these are but obstreperous bugs and that they’ll amalgamate into something that holds true with “encryption”, it remains one star until this gets fixed.

Safe again. This app made me feel safe again, because I got a virus on my old phone and everything stopped working. So I’m really happy with this app. The only thing I have to complain is that why do we have to pay to make our phones safe, shouldn’t they be safe already?

So far, so so good.... I just installed this on my laptop and signed up for the free plan. I'm collecting rewards right now which is a nice feature. I really don't know enough about it to leave an accurate review. One thing I am noticing is it keeps disconnecting and saying I don't have an internet connection when I do. It just did it again while I was typing this. Not sure what that's all about and that's why I rated it 3 out of 5 stars.

Poor customer service. Call on phone and your left there for a long time. You then get a message to leave a number for a call back, still no call back. Leave a message on line and still no response.

Generally good, but notifications include ads. Works for my purposes, which is only occasional use for browsing and viewing limited amounts of media in other countries. I don’t leave it on all the time because that slows things down. Recent strike against the app: its notifications include ads for expanded levels of its services. Developers who use notifications for ads need to think again.

Not good. I used this app for free and it worked somewhat okay. I purchased a 1 month subscription and it wont even connect to the internet. I turn Surfeasy off and the internet is working, when i turn it on it wont work. Disappointed, paying for something that doesnt work is irritating. No recommendations, hotspot is better and problem free. When you sign up you get automatically signed up for subscription which I forgot about, I added an iTunes card and they took 33$ for the yearly subscription which I have no use for. Click app support and the page just freezes and doesn’t take you anywhere. I’d like a refund please.

Charged my phone without my knowledge for months. I tried the fee version of the app and deleted it before it expired thinking that would end the subscription, but little to my knowledge they had been charging me $10 a month for months and once my phone started giving me the “verify to install an app” message I knew something was up. Once I checked my purchase history and saw I was infuriated, and couldn’t even reinstall the app to fix this nonsense until I paid this “$10:95” outstanding bill. I even called the apps customer support but got “no operators available at the moment”. What a scam.

Gives you free data for doing stuff. You can get free data from doing things like rating the app, comfirming email, add second device, etc. It also protects your phone from being vulnerable to others.

Never has failed me.... I’ve been using this app for a couple years now. Has never failed me and does as its supposed to do. I feel more secure and that’s important to me. One more blockage for the bad guys to hurdle. Make’em work for it.

Stopped working a few months ago, now word after multiple support requests. Trying one more time to see if vpn will connect. Stopped a few months ago, uninstall, reboot, reinstall and all other troubleshooting I could think of since sent multiple support requests. Just tried again and never get past loop of being asked for device password when starting connect vpn. Asks if I want to allow vpn configuration. Then fails to connect, which is where I left off before now that I have been through the process again. Waste of money at this point. Works fine on MacBook and windows. Just iOS doesn't work. Stay away. App Dev: I tried for 6 months to get help. Moved on to another product in December and you just getting back to me in August?! Great example of the quality of your customer service and why you lost me as a customer. Potential customers, you have been warned!!! Stay away!!! Would give -5 stars if I could.

Meh.... I don’t really care for the fact that if I don’t want to pay for a service I’ve never tried that I have to do all these things (like leave a review) to “earn data/rewards”. Only reason I even looked into it is because it was offered on my computer. I won’t bother pay for a subscription. I honestly don’t see how effective it is.

Will not uninstall when deleted.. I can’t get this off my ipad or iphone even after deleting the app. It still shows up as a vpn in my device VPN settings, and in my list of installed apps still shows up as needing an update even though the app icon is gone and the app supposedly deleted. This problem goes back as far as my iphone 4, which after deleting the app, I could still enable and use the VPN even though the app had been deleted. If I enable it on my current devices, since my subscription expired, it completely disables internet access, won’t even let me drop back to the limited free mode. I am having weird network/hotspot problems on both devices that neither Apple or Verizon can figure out and need to uninstall all networking apps that might be causing the problem, before having to resort to scrubbing everything with a complete reset..

Does Not Work. Please do not buy this service. It stop working on iPhones in April 2019 and they have no clue why it doesn’t work or when it will work . However they have no problem charging you for a year worth of services upfront and then saying we don’t have a clue when you can use it !!! I second "garbage, garbage..." etc.. I've tried cancelling my subscription twice. The app is built to give the user the run-around -- I can't even access the View Plans page, where the rumored Trash Bin for cancelling is located. I haven't even been able to log in unless my iPhone auto-logs me in. I have tried to reach out to customer service, but like other reviewers, I've just gotten the run-around there too. But you guessed it: Every month like clockwork, SurfEasy charges me $2.99. Sickening.

No update in 2 years. The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years. Do you really want to spend money on an app the developer has abandoned? No wonder why it doesn’t work and there’s no longer customer support. Think about it. They will probably deploy a new app (with the same name) but it will be subscription-based. Good luck with that 🤷🏾‍♂️.

You get what you pay for. I paid per month for quite a long time, there were times where it wouldn’t connect but overall it did exactly what i needed it to, let me browse while at work. Then i got a new phone, i installed it and tried to restore purchase, error. I reinstall and try again, error. Check subscriptions, still there. So i send an email and they add a month to my account. Next month comes along and same thing, email and they add it again. 3rd month, same thing, I’m annoyed but i just email and ask them to put a month on my account. They tell me i need to call CS for some unknown reason. I shouldn’t have to do that just for the app to work so i cancel the subscription and move on. It’s the cheapest VPN i could find but as the title says, you get what you pay for.

Garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage, garbage. New update, same garbage. 4 months no fix. Same old canned automatic responses to emails. Same old lack of responses for an update on status of fix. Same old garbage broken product. Watch, it’ll be the same canned garbage speech response to this “Oh golly gee! We the developers really care! Contact us at our b.s. email service address and we’ll find a fix! We really do care!” Do yourself a favor and save your money, save your time. Look elsewhere for a quality product with qualified, competent technical support. This is a garbage product and the support staff is either incompetent or just don’t care about the quality of their product. I’m so frustrated with their terrible product, terrible customer service, and terrible technical support that I’m actually finding more joy in telling people how pathetic their company and product are than using one of the million actual entertainment apps available that actually do work and are competently supported.

Was happy but not now-canceling. I have used this vpn for several years and it had glitches but overall I was happy. It worked on my pc, iphones and pads. It slowd the download speeds about 30-50% but I could work around that. Recently though minor glitches have become major headaches. My ios devices lose vpn every hour or so which causes apps and web sites to lockup. My windows desktop loses vpn, gives me a error msg that a hotspot needs sign in. My computer is on ethernet and doesn't have wifi enabled. I have to restart my computer to regain internet. Tried to reach support but they came back and said they were busy and would contact me. Never did. Cancelled my service today. Will try another vpn

Obligatory Rate for Free Extra Data. Just started using because of downloading it for Opera web browser on my phone. I don’t generally care for VPNs. Tried Nord a year ago and all it [seemed to do] was slow my internet down. Rating for the extra data for my PC, but am curious to see how it works on my phone. Will update rate after some time has passed.

Don’t use the 7-day free trial !!!!!!. After using the free data I had the app told me that I have reached my data limit. And gave me the option to have a 7-Day trial. I, like I’m sure a lot of you would, gave it a shot. After pressing the free trial nothing happened. It kept saying “You’ve reached your data limit” how can I reached the limit if I haven’t even used it ????!!!! The worst is that after the 7-day trial they would charge you $1.99 + tax. I cancelled the subscription, through the App Store, before that time because it didn’t work and I wasn’t gonna waste my time with it. Then I got an email from Apple with my receipt for that App !! I launched the app and even after being charged it still DOES NOT WORK !!! I send the reports to the app developers and nothing.

Pretty good. I’ve used VPN’s for a while and I enjoy having my information and location private especially in today’s world. I have not had a problem with this VPN and I can use this in all my devices. Thanks for providing something that is easy on the pockets and keeping our information and location safe and secure.

Never had an issue!. Don’t use SurfEasy very often, but over the last four years, NEVER had a problem. Connects quickly and stays connected, unlike another I’ve used.

Once was good, now terrible. Have used this app for a long time and was generally happy. Past few months it has gotten to the point where it just will not connect. iPad Air, iOS 10.3. Have deleted and reinstalled several times but makes no difference. For 3 bucks a month would at least expect it to work. Looking for something else. Meanwhile I've been totally unable to remove this app from my iPad. Tried everything, even followed their instructions (!) and still can't get rid of it.

Going elsewhere. I’ve been a user for several years. Many updates are buggy at first. I am always nervous about updating and breaking it. Which happened this time AGAIN. I Have a month left in my subscription, but I can’t take it anymore. I’m trying another VPN service. I have never tried a different VPN so maybe the outages and disconnects are to be expected... I guess I’ll find out. I tried to call in today and kept going to voicemail. I used to be able to get tech support, but now it is harder than ever. If they would have picked up the phone I would still be a customer.

Can't Create Account. I downloaded this ap on my phone. It creates a subscription. Then, it does not do anything. It simply sits there on the 5th page you hae to scroll over to get to and says, "Loading Subscription Details" and hangs... The sign in screen works - but it never lets the user create and account to sign into... I simply took it off my machine, (had to cancel my subscription at the Ap store or would have been charged every month), and will find a VPN service that works.

Should have listened to reviewers. This product was recommended to me my someone who is in the security business. Said this what he has on all of his personal stuff. So I gave it a chance even though reviewers said run away. I had it installed on two iOS devices and a laptop running Windows 10. I would not stay running on any device I had it installed on. Pushed the button to turn it on and it would give me the endless spinning wheel and then would go right back to red indicating the service was not running and leaving me unprotected. Now this would have been easier to accept had it been happening on either the iOS or Windows platform, but it was doing the exact same thing on both OS. Indicating to me this was a bigger issue that I was above my pay grade. The support section was useless on this subject. I really wanted this product to work because it was so highly recommended by someone I thought knew what they were talking about and it was the product they used personally to protect themselves.

Cannot open app.. Within the span of a second the app crashes... There's a very limited amount of vpns available for my iOS version so this is very unfortunate indeed.

Tricks you into paying.. After my trial, the app kept popping up trying to get me to purchase the package - I pressed cancel numerous times and it kept coming up. When I pressed the home button to use my other apps and it confirmed my purchase even though I did not want to buy it!

Waste of money, app doesn’t work. I bought a year subscription of unlimited use of this app. It was a complete waste of money as it’s not unlimited like I paid for. A much better VPN is Onavo at least it’s free and will permanently work. Don’t trust SurfEasy it’s simply a scam

VPN won’t turn on at all. Very disappointed with the service received for over 1 month now. Nothing has been done to fix the problem and every time I contact them I get another ticket to answer the same questions and get into the queue again. Not happy at all. Still no VPN on my IPAD and nobody has done anything or contacted me. Not happy

Problem to use in China. Installed this app for all my devices and made sure they all signed in before I came into mainland China. It worked constantly (connects and disconnects) in the first 3weeks then started to fail to connect, possibly been signed out for some (?) reason, where there was still one week before the monthly subscription would expire. It won’t work anymore once it’s been signed out or the sign-in expires during staying in the firewall.

Good to terrible. It used to be good but it’s one of the worst VPN- since last 2 updates it won’t connect via cellular network or wifi even when the coverage is excellent. Servers only in few countries, expensive plans and no longer good.

No good for what I’m looking for.. I have trouble posting comments on YouTube. It will appear as tho my comment was posted but if I sign out of YouTube my comment disappears. I don’t believe other people can read them. I got this VPN in the hopes that it would cover my IP address in order to be able to post but it not working. Maybe that not what a VPN is for but if it is your service is garbage!!

Can not connect to Samsung note. I’ve tried and tried but it keeps saying it cannot connect to API(1005). I’ve emailed SurfEasy but they never respond . It won’t let me connect to my home Wi-Fi on my cellular iPhone 8+. All other devices that are not running on a cellular provider work just fine . I deleted the app and my wifi connected automatically. You people at surfeasy need to respond to your customer complaints. Why is SurfEasy avoiding its customers complaints ?? I’ve yet to receive a reply from an email I sent them last week. What gives? Are you legit or not ??

Flawed and ineffective app and apathetic developer and customer service.. I have reported this countless times: the VPN turns itself off and turns off Wi-Fi connectivity, constantly, every few minutes. It is a cycle. When I attempt to turn it back on, it takes several tries. This is the only reliable thing about this VPN- that this will happen over and over and over, without exaggeration nor embellishment. And I constantly send a diagnostic report. The fact that this is ongoing, for a couple of years now, and worsening, shows that those responsible for maintaining this app do not care about its subscribers. My only fault is that I neglect to cancel my annual renewal subscription. So much of my valuable time is wasted trying to relaunch the app and write then send a diagnostic report. I’ll now post this as a review on the App Store to discourage others from wasting their hard-earned money on this flawed app AND poor to non-existent customer service.

Doesn’t always stay connected. The app works but it turns off on its own, from time to time so, I have to check often to make sure my connection is still protected. Many times, I’d check to find the VPN off and I’d have no idea how long my connection was unprotected. It wasn’t like this long ago. The app was, at one time, very reliable and when I’d check if the VPN was still on, I’d find that it was. It was very reassuring. I hope SurfEasy can get back to that level of security again 🤞🏽.

Scams you out of your money.... I tried a small portion of the free trial and and then deleted the app and purchased another VPN blocker. App/developer continued to drain my iTunes account of funds until I had nothing left. By the time I realized it was too late to request my money get refunded. Lost $60 with this app.

SurfEasy VPN. I have used this for 3 yrs. Tried others but his proved the best. Very intuitive interface and works Worlwise. Auto Optimize Is great to maintain internet speed. You can pick any Contry anytime. Unfortunately many streaming services have started to block VPN and you have to disconnect it to watch Netflix. Hope there is a work around that issue. Netflix issues. Works good, blocks some ads, but not all of them. Sometimes you can change regions and watch Netflix in other countries but sometimes you can’t, which really sucks. Definitely needs to be updated again as it’s not working with Netflix.

Don’t get this app. I was tricked into getting this app because of an add that claims I have 6 viruses. First of all I have not watched any “adult site content” with this device and even if I had then an apple error message wouldn’t bring me to this app. Don’t believe the ad if you are still worried you might have a virus then go to your local phone store or something along those lines.

Useful VPN poor customer service. I found this VPN good for my needs and was a happy customer until one day they canceled my subscription and were not able to reinstate it. This is because the customer service representative was confused. I am not a happy customer now.

Shady practices. Ladrones no confíes. Unethical platform. Double charged me for three months. Refused to refund me customer. Be aware. There is a glitch in their app that doesn’t recognize my number or email and app would reset me to free trial and would ask me to “renew” each month yet they had me on a monthly automatic billing. After several emails I callled them and they gave the run around and refused to give my money back. Thieves on plain sight.

Turns off by itself. Downgraded it to 2 stars. Not sure why but with the latest upgrade I’ve noticed it turns off by itself. No WiFi interruption needed. Just turns off for no apparent reason. Also, the total blocked numbers aren’t correct for the day. Higher then lower numbers in one day. 🙄 Fix the problems please!

Don’t Get This VPN. was happy at the beginning, but service has deteriorated with zero customer support. For example some websites don’t let you in when you’re on a VPN, so I used to just turn it off. Now the “power switch” doesn’t turn it off. I have to delete Surf Easy in order to shut it off, then reinstall. It’s become garbage, all cases I’ve submitted have been ignored. STAY AWAY!

Poor App, Decent Service. I’ve been a loyal customer of SurfEasy for quite a while now. The service is not bad, but only when the app works. The app crashes a lot and constantly doesn’t work. I have been unable to use the service for the past 2 months due to app issues, yet have paid for them. No customer support or solution yet.

My son said I must have. Well this has worked wonders on my iPhones. I have had to problems, an you can earn free usage without paying money. This was a great plus for me!!

Does not work for some countries. It works relatively fine for the US servers but Spain addresses are not working since months. I have sent the logs through the App and nothing has changed, preventing me from watching the spanish football league. If this doesn't get fixed soon I will pull out my subscription.

Uses Mobile Data During WiFi. This app will force on your Mobile/Cellular data WiFi assist for all your apps to use and you may not even be able to shut it off without reseting your network settings. Do not recommend installing this app with an iPhone at all unless you have complete unlimited data usage.

Long time user, now ex-user. I have had a subscription to SurfEasy for a couple of years. Just upgraded my iPhone to XS Max and haven’t been able to get a stable VPN connection since. Most times, it won’t even connect and the the app freezes. I’ve tried reinstalling as well as the in-app reinstall of a connection. App is garbage now. Uninstalling and cancelling my subscription.

Easy to use. The app provides alerts when you are about to access an unsecured wifi signal. Very easy to turn on / off the service.

Surfeasy. I’m disgusted with your service now. Your service is available on my iPhone and all of a sudden it’s stopped working on my iPad. I’ve deleted it thrice and reinstalled, but it doesn’t accept either my email address nor my password. I’ve been your customer for over 10 years, what’s wrong with customer support. No response to me. Please suggest a different provider.

It doesn’t work. I initially bought VPN on 2016 and it used to work fine. I stop their service for a while and decided to go back a month ago. Since then, I had been experiencing issues with SurfEasy not connecting. It request permission to create a VPN configuration and as soon as I enter my password, it takes me back to the app and doesn’t connect. I am not sure what happened to this app that was once reliable but it doesn’t work now. To add to this issue, reporting the issue has not helped and it is frustrating to keep reporting almost on a daily basis. I DO NOT recommend this app since it doesn’t accomplish its main purpose.

Great VPN. No complaints with this VPN. It gets the job done... I’ve used several that were blocked by certain apps but have never had that problem with SurfEasy.

Can’t register more than one device. Hi, I installed surfeasy on my iPad and then purchased the 4,99$ monthly plan but i am not able to use a second device even though i’m supposed to be able to use 5 devices. would appreciate some help. thank you in advance👍🏻

Great service. I have never used vpn server before. I got a letter from Century Fox letting my know my up IP address was used to download illegal content from them. I hope this hides me from that.

Moving on.. Back in February this VPN APP was working parity well, but after the last update it keeps telling me my subscription is invalid. My subscription is Auto Payed through Apple and I New it was up to date. After one week of emails back and forth with the developer I had to get another VPN APP, as I was leaving on a trip and could not weight any longer for them to figure this out. I found a free VPN with minimal adds that works great.

I'M PAYING FOR A NOW DEFUNCT APP. This Surfeasy VPN is not working at all now. It will not change countries the 1 or 2 times that it connects per day. However, most of the day it does not connect at all. I've sent several reports, and it is still not working. It does not seem to be truly up to date with the latest iOS update. I'm paying for nothing at this point. I am searching for a new VPN.

They're a scam; details below. They don't exist on the web at all and you won't find any single support channel whatsoever. Their revenue is based upon websites that sideload illegal iOS apps and trick you to accept a subscription renewal after 7 days and then trap you into a loop of very, very bad VPN experience. Too bad and too sad that even with my report to Apple support they declined my reason for a refund and this app is still available here.

H O R R I B L E. This app is horrible. It would CONSTANTLY disconnect leaving me vulnerable AND I’d have to stop what I was doing and go to the app and reconnect. Despite several reports to them about the issues, not even one response from them! UPDATE....as you can see, their typical scripted response. Since I deleted this app, I’ve moved on to one that is far cheaper and I haven’t lost connection once. Keep looking. You’ll find a good VPN that stays connected.

Cannot Connect Corrected. After a couple days support responded and fixed the issue. I was instructed to “reinstall profile”. I would give them 5 stars if it would’ve been handled the same day.

4.6.8 is rubbish. I really don’t know what bugs you fixed but 4.6.8 keeps dropping out on iOS. After the update it wouldn’t work so I deleted the app, reinstalled and now having trouble with it staying active both on WiFi and the cell signal. Please fix it or put it back like it was. I really don’t want to have to go to another company but I will if need be.
