Best Disney App!. I originally purchased this app for its attraction wait times (accurate every time). It's the first Disney app I've seen that gives wait times for the restaurants. The best feature is the crowd index. It lets you know how busy (or not) it is inside the parks. Well worth the money!

App not updated. Bought the app while at Disneyland. It was completely out of date. Had the wrong attractions closed and wait times were completely wrong. I thought maybe I needed to change the date but couldn’t find that type of feature. A complete waste, we couldn’t use it at all.

Great App. Best app to check before you decide to go yo Disneyland and while you are there. It has everything, and is always current and up to date with the goings on at Disneyland.

No support help. This used to be a great app. I’m having problems with the app to the point that I’m not able to use it. I have sent numerous emails to their support over the last two months with only one reply from them not really even addressing the problem. I’m very disappointed in the lack of support they have given to a long time user. chads018

You need this app. Great app. It always updates me of things going on live at the moment in the parks and downtown. It's like Mickey is saying "hey we miss you when you coming back"

Great App, Needs Design Improvements. I purchased this app when I got my annual pass to Disneyland. Where there was reception at the parks (very spotty at times in the park), the messy interface took a while to load. It's not very intuitive, and the further you scroll down in the dashboard, the more spammy it looks. Still, it was really helpful to have this app to navigate and plan our day trips to the very crowded park. You have to be somewhat methodical. I thought that with the purchase of the premium version, the design and user experience would improve. It didn't. Very messy, and I resort to this ONLY to look up the wait times. I wish I could do more with it, but I'm not willing to tap on every "feature" to see if it's a promotional button or an actual built-in tool. I'll give this app a four or even a five star once the developers give it a much needed facelift. And please, let the purchased version of the app truly be free of other unnecessary promos.

Really Useful!. This app has everything I need as a passholder to help make my visits go as smooth as possible. I feel like I'm able to maximize my Disney experience by having this app as my personal cheat sheet and guide each time I'm at the parks. Love the customizable options too!

Great app for Disneyland. I've used many an app over the years including the "official" apps from Disney that just never seem to get it all together. MouseWait is great! Much like the homespun Internet, your biggest gripe might be too much information, but hey... There are worse problems to have.

There or here. If you can’t be at Disney property, the closest place to be is MouseWait online.

This app is garbage. The interface is extremely clunky, the wait times are not even close to real-time, and the list-based wait time feature is profoundly less useful than a map-based wait time feature would be. I am truly baffled by all of the glowing reviews!

Worthless.. Sorry, I wanted to like this. It is a waste of money. Nothing updated when we were at the park and the tools you get outside of the Disneyland app are worthless in my opinion. It requires a user to update the wait times when they are at the ride - worthless. I'm pretty sure Disney is more credible in updating wait times on their own app. Tried to like it, didn't.

Horrible that is overpriced and doesn’t work. I used to use this app as the non paid version 3-4 years ago. It was great. So when we got our passes again I went for the paid version. Wow has time changed. No updates. Nothing is right. Nothing changes. Constantly crashes.

Mousewait, LOVE It!!!. This app is the best way to feel like you are in the parks when you are not. Mousewaiters post so many amazing pics to view, have funny things to share, not to mention all of the tips and advice from Admin and Mousewaiters. The Mousewait community is awesome and so is the Admin that runs it. GOT MOUSEWAIT???!!!

The Best Disney App. Love the new update! Everything runs so clean and smooth. This is the best Disney app. Great place to meet friends in the Mousewait Lounge as well as get up to the minute news. This is a must have if you are a Disney lover even if you are not in the parks. Always something exciting going on at Mousewait.

Widget fixed! However.... I wish they would have an option to make the background transparent so you can see the wallpaper.... :/ so beautiful.

What happened. This app used to be so good. Now it is not accurate for most of the rides. I even paid for it.

Must Have App For Disney Fans. My newest obsession! I stumbled upon this app a few months back, and I'm so glad that I did! My husband suggested that I download it before an upcoming trip for the wait times, but it turned out to be so much more! Also included in this app is, crowd index, food & prices from all the different restaurants, the mousewait lounge which lets you post your Disney pics and view others pics, Disney music, and and quite a few other awesome features. I have learned such great things about Disneyland, and also gained knowledge of tips and tricks, for an even better Disneyland experience. I absolutely love this app! I also suggest downloading Virtual Plaid, as a companion app 😊

Still love it!. Been using this app for a few years. Tried other Disney apps but this one is definitely the best. The people in the lounge are very nice (much better than it used to be). The improvements have all been great. Make sure you update the wait times when you're in the parks. Thank you Admin!

Not worth $3.99. This app was not worth paying for. It was a bit difficult to navigate through the items. Although the dashboard seemed somewhat useful it wasn’t much different than the official disneyland app. The main problem was that i could not see live waiting times. It was overall disappointing.

What a time saver!. Absolutely love this app. Very accurate and well worth the purchase price! Saved us so much time at both parks. Love love love the crowd index( let's you know how crowded or not each park is).

Needs work. The only thing I have to say is you need to work on Wait Times. The times are way off.

It looked useful........ We found the app very inaccurate on wait times and it frequently said fast passes were closed when they weren't. Some rides closed temporarily but the app was not updated. We were at both parks for three days and after the first day I never looked at the app again.

Needs a map. The only thing it doesn't have is a map of the park. But other than that, it is a pretty good app.

Disneyland app is better. Mousewait is good and got great reviews. I paid for it. When I first did a search for Disneyland app, it couldn’t find anything at the App store. Then, I did a search on my computer and it found a free app sponsored by Disneyland. That app was perfect for wait times at attractions, restaurants and the location of restrooms. Easier to use. Check it out first.

Love this app!. I have used this app for over 5 years now and have met so many fantastic people in the lounge. Being in the parks and going to meetups have resulted in some of the best friendships I’ve ever known. I cannot imagine life without these people. The amount of information that MouseWaiters post is incredible. I feel like I’m always “in the know” due to the informative posts. As well, we like to have fun in this place. The atmosphere is always light. It’s a great way for so many folks to “escape” to a positive and safe environment. Thank you for creating this incredible app!

Must have. A trip to the parks isn't complete without this app. It gives you wait time info and is quite informative of all things Disneyland, thanks to so many users sharing what they know. A great way to interact with others who love everything Disney.

App used to be best. Used to be best ever but this past year it's down slid. It closes every time when you refresh and too many users must think they're hilarious by posting wait times for rides clearly closed for refurbishment and posted at front gates /Disney blogs the same. What's the point of user input of times, when more and more, people update times that are very wrong to mess people up. It's expensive and a lot of time spent to go and take your kids etc ....why screw with people's experience and think it's funny? I go to Disneyland 4-5 times a year so now I just use Disneyland official app for everything but for those that don't go often and rely on this app...don't! Closes constantly mid use and people posting inaccurate wait times on rides or worse, times on closed rides!

Great planner!. Just loaded this and I love it! I can keep in touch while I'm away and always know my blackout dates and hours of operation, plus which events have been closed. Amazing! Thank you!

New version works for me.... ...but still some issues. The post to the lounge/story screen is still cumbersome because the keyboard covers what you're typing. Additionally, on my iPhone 7plus, the buttons at the bottom of the app are cut off and you can't see the text. Some requests: 1) Add ability to have carriage returns in at least an original post. 2) Add ability to see who thanked a reply 3) Bring back the fast scrolling.

Needs an update. The app isn’t working properly. I went to the park on two consecutive days and it wasn’t working. Doesn’t give correct data. Always says the park is at 20% capacity when it’s not. When I try to update times on rides it won’t allow me to put the exact time, only fast pass times. Waste of money.

MouseWait is THE Disneyland app to have.. For an app that is packed with magic and is constantly getting better MouseWait is THE app. Wait times, honest food reviews, menus, show schedules, live pictures from the parks and so much more!! MouseWait is a MUST for anyone who loves Disneyland.

Really Good!. It's not just ride times. There's a blackout calendar, food reviews, Disney news, a blog, event schedule, and more things I'm discovering all the time. I have recommended it to my friends that are Disney fans and they all enjoy it too. Glad I found this. Update: Really like the new version. It allows me to move around the buttons so I can have all the functions I use a lot in the order I wish. The wait time list requires less scrolling and I can see more times at a glance. Still one of my favorite apps! I even stay with a higher price cell provider just so I have great coverage everywhere in the report area.

Great must have. My go to APP when in the park. Wait times are accurate as updated by registered users. The real time lounge is fun to keep up with park goers when I'm not there.

What are you waiting for??. I just updated my Mousewait Platinum to the new 10 version and all I can say is Wow! The pages load practically instantaneously. The ability to rearrange the buttons in any order remains an option so your most favorite ones can be placed at the top. This is so convenient and a real time saver. The one-finger operation is so handy for those of us with larger screens too. If you visit the Disneyland Resort, this app is a must! It will save loads of time when you can simply check wait times on your phone. There are certainly a number of options for checking wait times but this one is the original and definitely the best in my opinion. Need to find a place to eat? The eatery locations along with menus and reviews are at your fingertips. I’m patiently waiting for the California Parks to reopen so I can experience everything this wonderful app offers once again. Best App for a Magical Disney Experience. Love this app and it just keeps getting better and better. I use it even when not at the park just to feel like I'm not so far from home. This app is great to check on wait times and includes fast pass times. It makes finding food easy and checking out the menus, although I'd like to see separate breakfast and lunch/dinner menus.

Magical!. Mouse wait is an incredible app filled with helpful and real time information! I was so relieved to have this with me during my first trip to Disneyland. It made the entire process, which seemed intimidating at first easy to organize and understand. My favorite features are the lounge area- to get a real idea of what foods are good/where to go etc. and what is closed for refurbishment/park hours. Upon buying it though I did receive multiple problems which is why I unfortunately can't rate it 5 stars. It is constantly crashing! And I just got a new iPhone 6. I also experience many times (if I'm looking at the food section) where it doesn't read my command? It won't open the button I'm pressing on but instead the link above. :( between the constant crashing and inaccurate readings, it makes it really difficult. Also, I think it would be great if you folks added photos of the dishes to the menu section. It would be incredibly helpful to see what you plan on ordering! I hope you will be able to fix these flaws because this app is wonderful and truly magical!

Waste of money.. No clue this was only for disneyLAND not disneyWORLD...waste of money for me as we will never go to Disneyland.

I never go to Disneyland without Mousewait!. This app gets better with each update! I use it throughout the day when in the parks to get the most up to date info on what's going on and love to use it to "virtually" visit the parks from home when I can't be there thanks to the wonderful posts in the lounge. This app has the most accurate wait times and the greatest people who post the most amazing live photos that make you feel like you are there, even when you can't be. I recommend Mousewait to everyone I know or meet! Absolutely worth having!

An amazing online community. I recently upgraded my mouse wait... Best $4.99 ever spent! I love knowing what the wait times are for my favorite rides! The ability to access menus for restaurants that I haven't tried yet is so cool...it sure makes trying new things easy. The online community is really something that can't be put into words. Never have I been part of such an amazing group of Disney oriented folks that are willing to give tips, share ideas and give support to others online. Remember to read the FAQ's before you post and be prepared to become totally addicted to the Mouse Wait family!

My home away from home. MOUSEWAIT is more than an app. MOUSEWAIT has become part of my life. I love Disneyland so much and the average person can not comprehend actually missing a place as much as I do Disneyland. But the wonderful people who are on this app understand. They understand the feeling you get when you walk through the gates of Disneyland and walk down Main Street. They understand the magic you feel and how the "real world" doesn't exist for the moments you are blessed to be in the parks. I am so grateful for this app and everyone on it.

Amazing but kills battery faster!. I love this app! Everything about it has worked well for the most part. The only 2 things I'd change after my recent visit is to somehow make wait times a little closer to what it really is for the most part. Also with running this app. While in the park or otherwise it drains the battery very rapidly. I have lost all battery life by noon on some days and only this app. Is running. I have a 5S, so a fairly large battery. I've even tried turning off the ap. while not in use and it still drains quickly. Sadly, there are days I couldn't use it due to this issue. Everything else I love!

Unable to get this app to work. I had the free version and upon opening the app I only got a black screen. Decided to upgrade to paid version and same thing happened. Please tell me what I’m doing wrong.

Disney family. This is by far the most up to the minute information about disneyland. You will make so many amazing friends through this app. I would never leave home without this or trust any other app out there that is disney related. Mouse waiters do real live updates on wait times when they are in the parks, they also will post breaking news which is always fun. You will not be sorry to download this app for your love of disney will just grow!!!😃 Always happy to support admin and this amazing creation.

Not functioning. Everything shows closed almost daily. Crowd index shows zero. Years ago it worked. Bought the $5 platinum and same story. I’ve no idea why there’s no function. Requested refund.

I upgraded but still not sure about this app.. People seem to love this app, and use it a lot, so after getting annual passes I went ahead and bought the Platinum. I am not sure why the interface isn't more aesthetic- big ads, harsh color scheme. But the crowd index feature is nice and seems like a nice community. I tried to post a few things but I still have no idea if I did it right or if there is a moderator that must approve posts first or what? My posts have disappeared into cyberspace with no explanation. One big disappointment, the block out calendar was wrong for SoCal select, so don't trust that! Look at the official calendar before making promises to your kids. We had to upgrade to Deluxe to get in the park last Sunday. I also had trouble with posting and confirming my email address on the free version and wrote in for support, never heard back from anyone. So I have to give 2 stars until I figure out what all the fuss is about. The $ saving tips weren't really all that helpful either.

Love this app. I've been using this app for almost a year now and I ABSOLUTELY love it!!!! It's very helpful whenever I'm in the parks. There are so many nice mousewaiters that I feel like I'm making new friends even though I haven't met a lot of them. This app helps you navigate the parks and find a lot of new things you may never knew existed before! It's especially great if you're looking to try new food in the parks because you can read other peoples reviews on the food. Thanks Admin for the continuous updates and a great app!

Bummed...in Anaheim. I bought this app only a day before our family's Disneyland trip...I only had a few times to mess around with it before our disney adventure. Well...when it came time to use it, the maps didn't help, it showed one of the parks as being under construction, restaurant locations where never where they pin pointed too, not even close! Some where in the opposite side of the park. I will say the menu options and the ride wait times where the only two thing I found useful. Other than that I feel the the $7.99 I spent was a disappointment. I've used other park apps...and they where wonderful. Not by the same developer, but it just proved to me that something user friend and useful for next to nothing is doable. And this app just sucked...😔

Avoid this app!. No one uses this app so the estimated wait times are never updated and never accurate. The UI/UX is baffling and navigation is a nightmare. Use the official Disney one.
