Cannot Share. Wanted this to work because of the added notes feature. Unfortunately couldn’t do anything with the file after it was made. Not able to save ,not able to export, not able to email. All of these show as options but nothing happens when selecting them except going back to the buy premium page. Maybe the subscription app will do these things but it’s too expensive to me for a measure app when there are plenty of other free ones out there.

Hard to use. Not what you’re probably looking for.. FREE TRIAL ISNT FREE!!!! This app automatically charges your card for the 3 day “free trial”! Currently working with Apple to get my money back. Also, the app is very hard to use. You have to tap and drag the screen to create your own arrows. Too many glitches and the measurement is based off of something else in the image so, you could do this with pen and paper. Don’t download this app!!!!!!!!!!

No free trial!! Charges your card first! do not download. This stupid app WOULD be nice if it actually worked. It would’ve been even better had I been able to try the app for 3 days like it advertises and THEN charge my card IF I want to continue to have this app. Let me tell you, I downloaded the app, placed 1 arrow (did not even measure!) and that’s IT. then the app refused to let me click anything else without paying and that’s ridiculous. How are you going to charge my card for a free trial??? DO NOT DOWNLOAD !

Trying to measure anything 😡. Its to complicated.... It needs to be user friendly & it's not....actually it's extremely difficult to use or understand.... All I want is take a photo & let the the app automatically tell me the measurements!.... All I should have to do is take the photo then I tap the photo it will in the highlights in red show the measurements on the screen... But no it shows these fingers like 2 seconds then gone.. I want an app that's simple , easy...& real user friendly.... I'll look else where....😬

Doesn’t Work on iPad. I’ve had this app for a long time on my phone. Works great but at some point they changed their system and I lost a bunch of projects. Customer support was no help. Trying to use on iPad now and it’s not cooperating. I can’t restore any purchases and I’m bombarded with purchase prompts every time I open it. It doesn’t let me send the project anywhere, not even to my own photo library. Major fail and I’m now looking for something else.

So handy, so clear. As a designer, builder, I use this almost every day. I love the clear lettering, text boxes and free form drawing.

What was a good app has now been reduced to junk.. I used MyMeasures PRO for years. Documenting window treatments. This upgraded version has turned it into a useless app. Pictures disappear arbitrarily, buttons are placed in illogical positions and prone to error. I sent them a list of bugs and weird behaviors, without reply. If they could revert back to the previous version it would improve usability by magnitudes.

BAD BAD. Don’t waste your time on this app. It shows on the video before you download it. That you can do all these things. It does none of that you can’t even try to get across the wall to measure a picture. I do not recommend this up to anyone plus I get your email address it’s required. So they continue crap plus it’s an ad it’s just a waste!

Used to be my favorite measurement app. Somehow when I offloaded the app to switch phones, all my projects got lost. Also, they have disabled all pro features! I don’t mind re-paying, but I should be notified...

What happened? Latest version crashes. Please help latest update crashed the app. I use this app every day. It does what’s made to do. Simple and easy. But after the latest update I’m not even able to open the app. I need to get some photos out and nothing works. Can you help?

Very disappointed. When you upgrade for the pro version you receive the version old but you don’t receive the new bro first, so I have to pay twice to get the new pro version. There is no such information that explains that you choose between two different commercial versions. So if you want to get the pro version do not upgrade old version.

Great with a little flaw. I love this app, and it makes my life as an interior designer so much easier... but it crashes often. I just keep restarting it, hoping they will fix the bug that causes the program to crash.

Absolute rubbish. Had to purchase the full app just to get the basic features and see if the app was worthwhile... so, right away, scam. Purchased, and can say in all certainty that this is complete non-functional rubbish. You cannot interact with arrows without accidentally moving them and you cannot lock them. If you relative measure one arrow to a reference arrow and then change either arrow, it does not automatically update the arrows. The precision is rubbish, even with Apple Pencil. There are really very few features and none of them work properly in my estimation. I want my money back. There should be a button to return an app that proves to be absolute rubbish in the first 10 minutes.

App support. You app is horrible and does not work after I paid for a subscription! when I click on the ? between the two arrows it gives me no measurements at all! your app has zero instructions and you can’t find any how to instructions anywhere. Do not waste your money!

No free trial. 1) I was immediately charged instead of getting a 3 day free trial. 2) I could not get the app to work. I tried to use the various tools (like the measurement tool where you base an unknown length off of a known length), and either nothing happened or it filled all the measurements in with 0”. Those were the only two options. I would not recommend this app to my worst enemy. It is that bad, frustrating, and scammy.

Unable to perform. I got this app to help me estimate the dimensions of my house to know how many strands of Christmas lights I’d need. Unfortunately it was unable to measure the sides of my house, rain gutters and eves. It may have been because of the distance from the house. However, I was able to measure a short wall inside the house, you know, when it was at arms length and I could have easily measured it with a tape.

Beware of the free trial!. I downloaded this app today. The juicy bits were behind a paywall with a 3-day free trial. Sure, I’ll sign up for the trial. Little did I know that I was going to be charged the first month subscription fee on the very same day as I accept the trial. 5.99 isn’t even a huge deal. It’s all about the principle. It may be an isolated incident but it also may not. Either way proceed with caution.

Crashes&Freezes A Lot. Fairly easy to use and easy to share but after adding dimensions to photos it seems to freeze up and the only way to get it back is to close and relaunch the app, which sometimes erases entered data.

Very disappointed. I did an in app upgrade months ago, so I could have the pro version. I paid for the upgrade and now every time I open the app I have to sign into my apple account. On top of that, it will only allow me to access photos on my camera roll on my IPad, for my iPhone it will only let me access my photo stream. I could access other folders before, but not anymore. Which is where I have drawings I scanned and wanted to dimension them. There is no way to ask questions, no website help. Just a stupid video on everything I already know. All I want is what I paid for.

Don’t waste your time on free version—can’t do anything in it. You can take the photo and draw arrows. That’s it. Wish I had that 20 minutes of my life back—downloading the app, watching intro video, taking photo, figuring out the arrow drawing, then pointlessly searching around the app for how to get 3 simple measurements. You severely wasted my time, WAY overpromised with your ad copy on the App Store and then think I will still pay you $5.99? Never gonna happen!! And App Store how about you start monitoring the ad copy these companies provide, because it’s sure starting to feel like bait and switch on a regular basis.

Looks good but free version only lets you do one measurement. This looks to be a great app. Maybe even exactly what I have been looking for. But free version only lets you do one measurement and when I try to add another arrow or angle the just sends to the upgrade page again and again. I read the help section says to use two fingers to add one of the tools. The arrow is one of the tools. Of course I tried to tap once, double tap press and hold then two fingers same time then two fingers one at time. If you want me to spend my hard earned $5.99 let me have access to know if I like it or if it works the way I need it to!! So maybe it’s me, but I watched the video, read all the help options and followed the simplistic info on how to add an arrow or angle with two fingers. So if I missed something that would allow to use the app beyond one tool one measurement and not add a second arrow. You know height AND length instead of just one, please do advise. Or let people actually use a free version and its features and not have the free version only be a advertisement and only bring you to the upgrade page again and again and...so annoying. I hope someone reads these...

Can't review if it doesn't let you use. If it would allow me to use the free app for long enough to see if I like it I might buy the $5.99 version. Try to test out the free app and it won't let you get far enough to see if I would work for me or not. Try allowing at least 1 week of use and then maybe I would like it. Sorry I'm out and will probably buy the next one.

Sales person. This app use to be good. Now it is just junk with subscription required. Paid for the original until they decided to get beyond greedy. The are other apps that cost $5 only once and they work great. Save you money and look elsewhere.

Measure. Works very well. Easy to use. Been using it for years.

Bought it once. I bought this once before before they had subscription feature. Now my previous stuff is gone now I have to buy it again!!!! How many time will they change it to charge people twice or three times??

Save your money. Signed up for the free trial literally cancelled it 15 minutes later as the program did not meet my expectations and was still charged for it for a year. Definitely annoyed would be one thing if the program worked properly but measurements were significantly off.

Use a measuring tape.... I purchased the original app and that no longer worked with the iOS updates so I was forced to download the “new” one. What the developers most likely did was create a “new” app but at a subscription level. I should have been grandfathered in and the restore did not work given that this is probably a “new” app. I get it, it’s business, but not to honor the original purchase that was without the subscription is unacceptable in my book. Plus a yearly subscription rate at $30+ is just unacceptable.

Crude and incapable. I realize I’m just messing with the free version, but it’s laughably stripped down to the point of hardly being a good gauge of the app’s potential. For one thing, I saw NO evidence of any AR capability. Distances are not measured by the app at all and must be entered MANUALLY. Angles, on the other hand, are automatic, but they don’t factor in perspective. So a rectangle viewed from a side angle will not read as 90°. Finally, the AR measuring shown in the video must only be in the paid version. But if I can’t test it, I don’t buy it. This app is really just the same as drawing on a not-to-scale photograph and marking it with measurements you’ve taken yourself with an actual tape measure.

Freezes all the time. When it doesn't freeze it works great. That the time of writing this review, app store shows the last update was 11 months ago, so i don't think the app is activity being worked on.

Stole my Money..No way to cancel the auto billing option. Looked everywhere and there is no option to cancel the auto billing after the 3 day trial and it was super sneaky how they set it up to get you into it. If someone could let me know how to cancel it would me much appreciated.

Must buy for each device. Downloaded the app and found that it had some good merits. So I purchased the pro. Then on a job used iPhone an took all the measurements needed. Got home to work up design, None of the data was retained. Assumption is that you have to upgrade each device. Not worth that much. Very disappointed.

One Star Because its a Subscription Service. I’m giving one star to this app because the developers are charging a monthly fee. It’s a fantastic app, to be sure. And the team of five people deserve their pay. However, charging $36 a year for a measuring app is beyond reasonable. A measuring app with loads of features is still just a measuring app. Paying the monthly fee for “extra features” beyond measuring is just not worth it when using a free app is an option. I would rather buy the app for the price of a tape measure and skip the monthly fee. What is that? $25-$30? In that case, I would be happy to give a higher rating. This new subscription model makes sense for some apps; like Evernote for instance. But it is absolutely ridiculous when applied to many other apps; like this one.

Not what I was looking for. The app is not what I thought. I signed up for a three days free trial but it also asked me to select a plan to get started. I thought I could cancel my subscription if I didn’t like the product during the free trial, but can’t find any option to cancel.

Freezing. App freezes after you lock the phone and you can’t use when you unlock the phone. Fix this or give me my money back!

Horrible app won’t let you use it even on a trial let you give a teaser. Horrible app it won’t let you use anything unless you buy it. No 30 day trials. Nothing stay away from this thing. It’s not what you think. It’s another garbage scam

False advertising. The information gave the impression that you can take a picture and get measurements from within the picture. but that is not the case. On top of that, I paid for the full version but no features I could use.

Charges you and not correct. 1) didn’t realize when downloading at first rhat i was going to only get a free 3 day trial offer so no so have to figure out how to delet so not to be charged. Only wanted to measure one thing. 2) Also couldn’t figure it out . Took a picture of driveway to measure it and it told me it was 32” wide which obviously isn’t right .

This is a SCAM. Careful... you’ll delete this app immediately because it is completely worthless. Requires that you enter the dimensions manually. Thee days later you’ll receive notice that you have a one year subscription for $37. If apple allows this kind of app on their store, i am rethinking whether to buy another iPhone.

Boo. Never deleted an app so fast in my life. Even though you get a free trial, you can’t use it at all until you sign up for a plan. No thank you. How do I know if I like it? That’s a lot of hassle to go through to find out.

Lure to purchase full version. Extremely disappointed with this app. I downloaded the app, read all the necessary directions and watched the video. When it was time for this piece of junk programming to do what it said it would do. It did not! I literally took one picture and requested the measurements. It didn't provide it to me!!! It continued to display a lock symbol and asked that I purchase the full version! Waste of time download!!!!!! After this disappointment I’m going to purchase a measurement app it just will not be THIS ONE!

Paid for pro version however developer won’t update. This is the oldest scam of these app developers. Get you to pay for their pro version and then not update the app when the next iOS comes out. Save your money and go with Stanley or some reputable company who releases new updates with iOS updates.

Works but freezes if you leave app. I use this app frequently. The app is good but one thing that bothers me so much is that whenever you’re in a measurement screen (adding measurements on top of a photo), and you either lock your screen or go to another app and come back, the app just shows a spinner forever. The only way to get out of the spinner is to hard quit the app and open it from the beginning. This app has had this bug for quite some time now and I’d hoped a fix would’ve been released but nothing. Devs, please take a look into this issue as it makes the app very frustrating to use. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times, updated my phone and ios, etc, nothing helps.

Needs woork. Needs serious help love the idea of the app but small little thing make it difficult to use like adding be photos or documents to files you create

Almost lost $36. The description and ratings ALMOST made me think, “Sure, I’ll get so much use out of this app that a $36 subscription is worth it.” Of course, that was before I‘d ever used the app. When I did try to use the app on my up-to-date iPhone 10, it crashed as soon as I selected a photo to import. I am deleting the app and very thankful to have only lost 30 minutes and not $36.

Useless. First it does not deserve a 4.6 star rating and you can’t even measure anything! You go up and it asks you to pay. If you don’t you just take a picture and then a arrow appears then YOU HAVE TO TYPE IN THE LENTH so what’s the point of the app? A waste of space. It’s supposed to help you measure!

Hard To Navigate. I have been trying to cancel my services and no one is giving me clear instruction. Only saying it is in the app. But the app doesn’t have a tab that takes you to the cancellation action.

Ehh It works.. You would think paying for the full version would get you a version that actually operates smoothly. Lags and freezes constantly.

Terrible. Doesn’t work. Drew one line on a phone. It showed a ? Froze up and quit. I restarted and the photo is still there with a line on it and can’t be changed. There are no controls in the free version. Once you make one measurement, thats it. It’s set and you can’t change anything. Actually hilarious how poor this is.

It’s a money making gag.. Ok, so as a Contractor I have to measure a lot of things. This app isn’t user friendly! After the best part of two day, over 25 photos and 25 attempts per day. The app is just another scam, it doesn’t work to anyone’s needs when free day 1 and totally a waste of money day two.

Dangerous. After download the free trial, it does not work on me. I do not intend to update the paid version. However, without any notice the apps will be bill and charge on credit card. No value and not easy to use. Feels like being set up. Do not trust anymore trial for free in days.

NO SUPPORT! ⚠️Warning⚠️ Don’t Buy!. I Purchased the Pro version a few years ago. I used to use it a lot in my job. Then I got another job and didn’t use it for a few years after it. Now I just got another job and I need this app again. When I access the App Store, when I select the apps in my purchased app folder, I select My Measure Pro and the Pro version I purchased a while ago states the app needs updating by the developer in order to update and continue using on my iPhone 10. There is NO SUPPORT button on the App Store to reach out to the developer. When I download the trial version and select “Restore Purchases” it just freezes and does absolutely nothing 😡 There is no way to contact the developer. 😤 I Now need to look for another app as this developer is not trustworthy. Very disappointed 😔 ⚠️ WARNING TO EVERYONE ⚠️ Don’t buy the full version as you will have NO support if you encounter issues like I have.

Doesn’t measure as promised. Very basic, exaggeration of what can do. Wants me to place dimensions and type them. They want $54 for a year subscription with only 3 day trial, so I had to quickly unsubscribe before one works out one have wasted their money. I think other reviews may be fake.

Best app. This app is probably so far the best measuring app I’ve used. Great quality, does exact measurements, and would really help if you were struggling with something like homework. Please install this app - it’ll really help 🙂

The 1st version with icloud support was great. Now $$. Why wouldn’t you support a free cloud storage service. Greedy for the $... Disappointing.

Poorly designed and not user friendly & dodgy T&C. Always beware of Apps where in the T&C they say under “Use of personal data” the words “Please refer to out Privacy Policy” - and there is NO PRIVACY POLICY!!

SCAM - if only there was a ‘Zero’ rating. Free trial locks you in with no way to unsubscribe without payments being taken out. High rated reviews are presumably the work of the developers!

Old version not working. I used to have that old pro version and it seems like the company has gone into liquidation, or sold it to somebody else and now there's no updates for the old version so I have to rebuy the app again which is a bit disappointing really

Subscription trap. If you try this app be warned you agree to an expensive subscription that commences when the free trial ends. It isn’t obvious how to end your subscription, not surprisingly.

Decided not what. No other app compares!. This app is unmatched by any other measurement app! Clear, concise. Worth every cent. The company that took over this app is also a brilliant company...I’ve had such a positive experience with them!!!

Wow. I bought a measuring tape down at K-mart for $5, with 50 cents of that being goods and services tax. What a rip off that was. When I tried to measure something, some weirdo would pop out of nowhere and tell me I can’t measure a fricken thing until I paid him $100 a year. So i’m like brah, if you haven’t noticed, I like to measure in the nude and your like really really oppressing me right now. But he was like yeah nah. So there I am with a sad emoji face, unable to do any work. It was a time of great sadness and pain. And my boss, he wasn’t happy let me tell you. He was like dude, how do you expect to erect anything when your still living in the stone age. Use your phone brah, and for the love of god, put some clothes on. My boss really is a genius. I searched, found this app, and now for only $60 a year....I can measure anything.

Major UI issue tricked me into paying 55 dollars. I downloaded the app, and immediately there’s a pop up window asking for a 3 day trail, I clicked on it then after 2mins I decided that this is not the app for me. Next thing I noticed I got charged 55 dollars for a 1 year subscription and I can’t refund it as I can’t find a way to contact the merchant. 3 day trial=instantly 55 dollars urh??

Would give 0 if I could. I downloaded this app to see how accurate such an innovative piece of technology could be. Upon opening the app after download I was hit with pretty hefty subscription options almost as expensive as services such as Netflix. They offered a 3 day free trial so I thought I’d give it a go. As I started playing around with the features of the app I received a transaction notification. Low and behold the app had already charged me my first months fee. Not only that I’ve worked out it’s always inaccurate. They say it can be used by architects, carpenters, and engineers. Which one out of these professions would use inaccurate measurements.

My Measures - very easy to use, incredibly useful. Very practical, intuitive & quick app.

Waste your money. Didn’t agree to buy this but now I’m being billed for it. What an expensive scam

Keeps crashing. The app used to work fine. However now it crashes whenever the app is minimized or the screen goes to sleep. So have to force exit the app and then restart what you were doing.

What’s going on?. I use ‚My Measure Pro‘ for many years. I believe, I paid twice for the Pro Version. Again, the developer’s update is a new buy and tops up additionally for iCloud use. No money from my side. Won’t recommend.

Terrible. I paid for the Pro version and then a new version of iOS came out.. the software won’t work anymore and the developers would like me to pay again. I lost access to all my files... stay away!

Free app is absolutely useless. The free version of the app serves no purpose. Buyer beware: anything you’d want to use the app for, including exporting a jpeg or PDF is behind the paywall. The free app is a complete waste of time.

Very practical!. I love this app! I payed for it when it first came out over five years ago and now they want me to pay again? What the hell !! I’m not sure I will pay again.

Needs conversions. Would like the ability to convert measurements from imperial to metric automatically. Also AR measuring seems a bit hit and miss.

Bring back project lock. This is a great app, I’ve been using it for many years. Purchased the pro version back in 2017. However since version 7 they have removed a very important feature. When you were done creating a project with your measurements and lines / shapes the project would lock (switch to a view only mode). You would then have to tap the unlock icon to make changes to your measurements and lines. With this feature removed I find that accidental changes are all too easy, and if you leave the project without realizing that you made changes that you didn’t intend, there is now way to recover the original placement of those lines and shapes. I have had to return to 3 job sites so far and retake my measurements. Please please please bring this feature back. But other wise still a solid app.

They steal your money.. I downloaded the free trial to see if this app would work for me, it didn’t do what I needed and cancelled the trial after 10 minutes. They still billed me $8 for the month.

Great but where is the update for iOS 11???. Love the app but pretty useless if you can’t use it. Haven’t been able to use it since the new iOS upgrade. The developers should be on top of this can of thing. 😡

😤. I had a previous version of the the Pro. After the update to the new iOS I no longer have access to those measures. Plus they want me to pay again for the latest version of the Pro version. Not happy 😤. Loved the old version. No where to email the developer to complain so I’m doing it here.

The item description in the AppStore is misleading also I believe if you upload your pic into windows paint you will have a similar experience understanding this app main goal is profit not user experience or even usability if you have a measuring tape and paper you can problem do this app job I about 1/16 the time the that being lazy with your measuring tape

GARBAGE. This app crashes CONSTANTLY. Say good by to your work, it looses it sometimes when crashing and sometimes it holds onto what you have just done. There is really no predicting what will happen - except that it will crash. Then when you attempt to request a refund - the App Store will tell you that you cannot do that with this app. Great scam. Garbage.

Mad as Hell. This app automatically charged me a year subscription and I was not aware as the app did not have a price tag upon download . That is sneaky and downright theft ! I will never use anything from this developer and I expect my visa to be refunded 🖕🏻

Accidentally purchased. I needed to measure something quickly. Downloaded this app. Went to measure and had my finger on the home button. I use fingerprint for purchases. It popped up to purchase and because my finger was on the Home Screen it purchased it at 34.79. I did not notice this and removed the app after measuring the one thing.

FREEZING. This application is constantly freezing on my IPhone Xr. No other app has done this. I love the app it’s easy to use and very effective . Though I have to keep resetting my phone. Please fix this!

$7.99 a month - for app they didn’t update in past. I had previous version of the app and then developer didn’t update so wasn’t working on the latest version of ios. But now - want a subscription service. Rip off.

Lots of uses. I love this app. I take pictures of all areas of my house. I use it when I shop for furniture and other items that need to fit in a specific space.

Careful! You might end up paying for a month instead of a trial. I tought I was subscribing for the 3 days trial... they charged me for a month. The Apps is not what I thought. I was looking for an app that enabled to take measurement. This apps lets you take a picture, and you write over manually the dimensions of the object. 7$ a month for this? Not worth it.

Best App ever,. I've measured all my rooms, furniture, carpets, windows etc., distances to electrical outlets, doorways, even outdoor patio and deck. Even then I have to add items. When we shop there's no guesswork if 'it' fits.

Scam. I wanted to trial the app and was in a free subscription-I deleted it after 2 days (Jan 26th) then get a bill for a year subscription for $48.99 on Jan 28th. I never wanted it and was sneakily, unethically scammed into paying for something I did not want. Today Jan 29th after seeing I was charged, was unable to get a refund. Disappointing as I would have considered this app in the future-for sure not now.

Won’t work. I followed the tutorial, but can’t get passed the select arrow stage. I want to cancel the free trial, but there isn’t way way that I can see to do that either. Need to make sure I’m not charged after the free period.

COULD be a great app. COULD be a great app but the free version is much too limited to really get a good feel for how it works. Everything you do throws you into the “upgrade to paid version” page. Too bad.

Misleading. Got the Pro version to use the measure option. Doesn’t work unless you have a Leica measure tool! The app also crashes every 5 seconds. Don’t see much value over the old application. Waste of money.

Subscription scam !!!. This is a 3 day free trial. After that you will automatically be entered into a subscription and billed for over $30. The app is not even that good for free.

Google trap data Tracker. This app keeps trackin your phone even if you remove it from your device. It’s a 3rd party google trap for customers. Install lockdown app and see by yourself what happens.
