Spend a lot - lose a lot. Good games with lots of variety and challenges but I agree with other reviews in regards to having to spend money to play. Challenges are made nearly impossible to win without buying more tickets. This app used to allow more winning but it’s very infrequent now. Challenges consist of large amounts to spin but “big wins” are like 150,000. Doesn’t make sense. Review of 1 star for the games but the fact of spending money (which I have plenty of times) is making this not fun anymore... 😔

Losing all the time to guest players. On the tournaments I get great scores only to lose at the last minute to a guest player. Who are these people. Should not be allowed to play unless they register. Feels like a shill preventing real players from winning. Used to at least win on occasion now nothing in the last 2 months. Lucky play casino. Worst game as far as loading. It is always shutting down and then you can never get back on. I have 500 and some billion coins and hundreds of spins, but can’t load game back up. I think someone should look into the reason why.

You cant win!. You cannot win at this game, just buy credits and lose them. When you bet big you will lose more rapidly,only to drop to a lower number and have your winning percentage increase, but you will never get ahead. Now the prices have increased on your saved credits in the vault!!!,So unless the prices drop back down or the amounts that can be multiplied go up to times x50 or more I'm done!! Total RIP-OFF!!!

I love this game but... I’m ready to delete it and never play again.. 3 times this has happened to me since I’ve started playing games on this app and it’s always when I play the Royal Reels. I get 5 Kings and it starts the bonus screen then I find the king in the bonus screen which means I should win the jackpot. Nope I don’t get the jackpot. Downward Trend. I’d like better odds on daily free games.. On the free play games with x# of credits to make xxxx# of credits, it is nearly impossible to win. I can’t even get to second level. Don’t know how to get extra credits for second chance “boost”. I’ve gotten through 4-part game maybe twice in over a year playing nearly every day. It’s hardly worth it to even try. Crappy game. This casino game is tighter than a real casino that pays real money. They have specials where you can win extras but don’t let you meet the goal. Even if you spend real money to buy tickets to win fake coins it just eats your tickets and rarely lets you win enough coins to even be enjoyable. And it will continually eat your tickets letting you buy 5 to 10 more spins at a time but as you get close to the target and almost out of tickets it stops letting you buy spins anymore just lets you pay tickets to start over.

Fireworks. I would like to know how you can play a game for five hours on my iPhone in the meantime get a phone call go back to the game and all the firecrackers are unlit so you have to start all over, so I why play these games because you never have a chance to win the big coins. Thieves. I’m trying to figure out when exactly you went from one of my favorite games to play to just out right thievery. I have been playing for a couple years now and though you keep adding games, and challenges you also make the challenges impossible to win without repeatedly buying tickets. And then each spin costs up to 40 tickets? This is ridiculous. Now I rarely play because I’m tired of being ripped off. Use to be the best game!. This was my favorite game but now it is hard to win. Poor service and response time. During an update my game went from having over 1769 scratch tickets and $25 trillion dollars to zero as if I was a new player. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I emailed to have my account reinstated and to date no response and of course no reinstatement. What support???. I use to like this game a lot. Recently I would play all week to get to day 7 on the bonus spin. Best bang for your buck. I am have spent a lot of time and money on this sight. I am at level 338 You get a lot of bang for your buck. Like any game you have to pay to play. Excellent game but has problems. Games are fun to play with lots of challenges. But often when you win a bunch of coins the game freezes, forcing you to close it without collecting your coins. As you must buy coins for real money with your reward only virtual by winning tournaments or more play coins, a frozen game is very frustrating. The bug needs attention as one reviewer noted above. I have a new iPhone so the problem is not mine. In the last three days different slots have frozen so I will not play until it is fixed. I lost too many winnings!

Terrible slot. I’ve played many on line slots and this is one of the worst slots. I purchased over 2 billion credits and was betting at least 10 tens the minimum, but did not win by much. The free games were very difficult to obtain even though my bet was at least 8 million credits or more. Often times the wins were only 10 to 20 times the bet so winning was less than exciting. In terms of game sisal, I don’t like the set up and the graphics were less than appealing. I will not be playing this slot again.

Won’t pay winning lines. A few months ago, I noticed that in Tournaments, winning lines didn’t pay. I reported it and they acknowledged it was a problem but didn’t reimburse me for lost credits. I played again today and they never corrected the problem. 20M credits lost due to faulty games. If you play tournaments, (I suggest you don’t) watch closely. You are likely being cheated and they won’t reimburse you.

No Communication. I have been awarded 8 free scratchers now thru a variety of free games and when I go to use the free spin the app freezes up and the free spin is taken away as if I use it and there is no points awarded. I have emailed the company several times reference this problem to get this fixed and the scratchers reinstated so that I play them and get the bonuses awarded to me. They have not responded to any email or fixed this issue. All I want is for them to response and fix the issue. Be aware if you have this issue also.

Why are we being shorted?. I love all of the games. What I don't like is they reduce the prizes depending upon how many people are playing. Inconsistency. The game freezes a lot and is down often. Bonus safe feature fluctuates in cost to buy. 2 hour bonus wheeI amounts also change every do often, up- down, have never gotten explanation for that inconsistency. NO FUN. I don’t know who gives these slots games great ratings, but I have played everyone that I can find and there all the same just take your real money and give you very little back in return. Spinning wheel. This game would be much better if every time you spun the wheel it didn’t land on all of the little numbers. It is usually 2500, 3000, 3500 or 4000. Seldom does it ever stop on anything else. I think maybe the odds need to be changed where there are equal chances of landing on the higher amounts. It is getting discouraging for sure. You shouldn’t be able to spin every 2 hours and 4 out of five times it is a little number.

Unable to open game in iOS using 6th gen iPad. Disappointed. I’ve played this game for years, and had built up quite a profile. Billions of coins and several charms. Had progressed many levels on many games. One day it all disappeared. No help getting it restored. I was given a small portion of my coins ( some of which I paid for). I was told the case was closed. It has taken me months to play this games again.
