Cost a cake pro. Pros: I like that you can put in a recipe and it will talley the cost for you. It also takes into account your time to make bake and decorate. Cons: there are no options for teaspoon or tablespoon measurements in the recipes. You must use a decimal percentage of a cup! Crazy. Who knows that? Also, it would be nice if there was a conversion for servings vs just a recipe for cake. If I could input how many servings a recipe made, then The app should be able to figure out a per serving charge vs just per cake.

Sad. I was really excited about this app but I have no way of changing it to American dollars when I try to use it. It’s a pain to covert to grams then to try to covert to American dollars also.

I like it however..... great app great price. however. when you click in add an ingredient you can't get out of it without adding an ingredient. NEEDS more measurements. ie. teaspoon tablespoon...

I just wasted my $3.99. This app is a piece of crap!!!

A must have!. I had the free version and was waiting for this new app. 4.99 is a little steep but well worth it. Can't do without it!

Pros and Cons. Pros: I love that you can add your own recipes and pantry items and then you’re able to make a quote from those lists. Cons: It doesn’t allow you to use teaspoons or tablespoons. I have to go to my browser to find correct amounts in percentages and grams. It also doesn’t have where you can use a partial recipe. I may not need an entire batch of buttercream for a quote. I would also love to see an option for editing titles of your recipes/quotes. I just updated to an iPhone 7 and I’m not able to use the app on ios11. I would love an update to this app.

A must have for every home baker. While I was skeptical at first I must say that it's completely worth it. As a baker who looking to make a lil extra money from a hobby this is a life saver..I did the foot work and the only thing that is close to this is Cake Boss and that's $150 and its only for the pc maybe the Mac now.This is $4 and its on my iPad. Yes it will take time to Input ingredients but its complete worth it! $4 verse $150 for very similar application.

Don’t recommend. I just got the app today Cannot change currency in pantry setting, and it will not load my ingredients into recipe loader. Save yourself the money.

Needs standard system. This is a great concept for and app but it would be nice to have an update to switch to the Standard system for US users. It takes longer to convert everything and the stores don't even label baking products by grams so its harder to plan and purchase.

Good. Pretty useful app

So helpful!. I love this app. It will take time to get it customized but it is a must have for the in-home baker.

Cost A Cake Pro. First I'd like to point out that app support is quick, and I hope they work it out soon. This app is a great idea but needs some work still: -Needs to install the Apple keyboard, the one it has is a pain to work with because the capital key stays on like CAPS LOCK, it's only in English and there's no autocorrect. -It would be useful if it allowed other currencies. -Only works in portrait view. -Pantry list should be editable and allow more info, like brand, provider and date of purchase of ingredient or extras. That said, I'll wait until they fix it to keep on using it.

It's ok. It's ok but I need to have lbs put in and ferinheight not kw (basically it would be nice to use for US measurements of all things specially since I paid for this and now don't have the time to convert everything

Seriously?. I paid $3.99 for an app that crashes every time I go to open it.

Awesome. This app breaks it down for you. Just put all your Ingredients down to the ounces and prices and your set! The only thing would make this better is if I could put my icings and cakes in a category.. But this app does what it says and works well! Thanks love it!

Disappointed. I wish I knew that this app used pounds instead of the American dollar when referring to cost of items 👎

Like it very much!!!!. Still need some work. I'll love if it had also the measurements in pounds cause in some cases thats the measurement i use, so i have to convert my recipes to ounces in those cases (is not that bad to do the conversion but it takes more time). In all is a great App and does not cost that much. A must have!!!!!

Easy to use.. I find this app to be very helpful. A must for professional bakers.

Good app. Like the new app will take me some time to input my own recipes and cost of ingredients and I like that you can change the currency and measurements for country specific and the conversion table is great!! Much better than the precious app

Can't do without it!. Never before have I found such a useful app! This has made costing my cakes so easy. It takes a little practice getting used to where all the info is but like everything else, it gets easier the more you use it. Couldn't live without it now!

Not bad. Quite like this app for helping with quoting orders. Would be nice to be able to edit a recipe's name or description after it has been created though. Other than that, pretty happy so far

Please update to iOS 11 ASAP. I love love love this app, I use the pro version for my business but it won’t work on my phone now please update it as I really need it for my business it’s a valuable tool.

Love it!. I downloaded this product to help me with the costing of my cakes as a hobby. I love it! It's so easy to use and I can add any item into the app that I need, it has all the unit measurements you'll need too!! Thank you for making pricing my cakes so easy!!!

Needs an update. This app has the potential to be truly great, unfortunately the developers have given up on improvements, bug fixes and listening to their clients all of which would improve the app and make it much easier to use. Until some effort has been made to make improvements and fix some glaring and amateurish not to mention annoying errors in this app I would not recommend it to anyone. Although it is not a lot of money, it is still ridiculously expensive for such poor quality.

Pretty happy so far. This is a good and helpful App, but it would be 5 stars if only the developers added the ability for an iCloud sync across devices. Also, changing a recipe name does not stick. It allows you to go through the motions to change the name but immediately reverts back to the original name once you save the change.

Shelly. Needs a few tweeks for us Aussies. Tsp needs to be changed finding grams is annoying. Cup measurements are in decimals eg .75= 3/4 cup when you need a few to complicated. Other than those few things it is very good.

Makes pricing so much quicker!. It does take a while to register all ingredients but you can't get out of that! Only issue is I can't turn it to Landscape on my iPad & iPhone - my only complaint. I have a keyboard for my iPad which I can't use unless I type with the screen sideways. Fix this and it is brilliant!

Could do with the ability to sync info. Easy enough to use and it certainly helps me get a better idea of just how much it costs me to make per cake. I just wish it had the capability to sync recipes, ingredient lists etc between your iPhone and iPad so you didn't have to re-enter information (or at least import a spreadsheet of information which had matching fields).

Needs a few updates. Fantastic idea! Note to the makers though - not all countries work in pound, you should give options for currency. I know you are able to change the price of ingredients and the quantity of ingredients in the recipes, I think there should be an option to delete an ingredient or recipe all together. Otherwise it gets too cluttered with stuff that doesn't relate to the user. Until this happens, I won't be using this app.

Not for australian use. I downloaded this app thinking it would be fantastic for my business. Only problem was is the prices the use for ingredient costing is only relive my if you live in the country where this app was made. The cost of ingredients in Australia are very very different. But I guess it gives you a rough idea....

Poorly developed. This app would have been more useful if you can customize the currency and some guide on how to navigate through. I sent an email for inquiries and it has been days still no response. :( Wish i can return this app!

Needs update!!!!. Would love to review this, but unable to use it until they update. Paid for this and got to use it for 6 months, before it was no longer supported. :(

Finally great app!. I love this app! It has made my cake life sooooo much easier! Only wished there was a option to edit recipes that have already been added.

Don't waste your money. Terrible program- very difficult to use. Only certain types of measurements allowed for adding ingredients and recipes, so you have to calculate on your own before adding them in, which isn't always accurate. There's a much better app to use. Sorry that I wasted my money on this.

Unhappy customer for sure!. Should be able to get a refund for a product that you paid for and it isn’t kept updated. Very disappointed.

Potential is there but needs a lot of work. This app has the potential to be a great tool, which is why I rated it 3 out of 5, but it needs a LOT of improvements. First of all, as it is now, it's not worth $3.99 and I feel like I was short changed, but past experience tells me good luck with trying to get a refund! The unit measurements are restricted, so if we need to measure something in units that isn't on your list, we're screwed! Which brings me to my next point...what the hell is "use name"? Another thing is that you can't play music from your iTunes if you have this app open. As soon as you open it, your tunes stop playing. So if you like to listen to music from your iTunes on the same device that you are costing a cake...well, you can't! And another point still, there's no grand total. If you are costing a cake, there should be a total of all the ingredients plus your time and delivery charges. In "My Quotes" you can't edit. It opens to a page that says "Edit Quote" but you can't edit at all. This app is just way too rigid and is frustrating to use more than anything. Advice: fix the app, and drop the price to $0.99. I did not get my money's worth and it's definitely NOT worth $3.99.

Great app needs a couple little tweaks. This app is great for basic costing, and putting together quick accurate quotes A couple additional features would be great 1- a place to add in profit. It's got recipe cost and time cost but no line for profit. And if you aren't making a profit it's kind of pointless. Easily solved with a calculator for now. 2- the ability to use 1/2 or other fractions of recipes. Overall it's a great little streamlined app and does what it's supposed to. I've had no issues with crashes or anything of the sort.
