Great app. Awesome app for my kids that are toddlers. The only reason not 5 stars is because sometimes my subscription will glitch when trying to use two devices at once. My daughter will play on phone while son plays on ipad, and one device will have issues on being subscribed. Otherwise its a great play app and keeps them entertained while educating them. Thanks palykids!

Creative; versatile; and full of age-appropriate content. Excellent app for our two young girls in our family. The three year old loves the stories and games as her older sister. PK fosters good digital experiences. Many of the featured games and stories allow the young user to move forward with very little instruction. As the adult sponsor I enjoy the high level of technical compatibility that PK has built in especially being able to control downloads, etc. Great app!

BE CAREFUL. This popped up in an ad on one of my other apps, when I went to hit cancel on it the cancel button is ironically so close to the SUBSCRIBE NOW button that I had hit it. I was like okay, well since I hadn’t given them any information I can just back out and not be charged. WRONG!! This app IMMEDIATELY without me agreeing to any terms or conditions from the ad, had my PHONE NUMBER AND BILLED MY PHONE ACCOUNT, I got a text from my provider that a 9.99 charge had been added. Absolutely RIDICULOUS. I downloaded it to cancel the subscription, but it said I had to email. After emailing, all the support told me was to click a link to finish setting up my account! Thank god my provider blocked the charges and credited me back, because I have a feeling these people will not!!!

SCAM!!. I was playing on a game and avoided clicking subscribe, but it finally happened. It said “creating account”. Then I got a text that they had made an account using my number. I don’t like the fact that they used my phone number without asking. I was also charged $9.99 through my phone provider. These ads should NOT be allowed. Apple should NOT allow this app to stay on the store when they purposefully trick people into wasting their money. I have email them and hope to have this issue resolved since it said it was an ongoing charge!

This game is a scam it should not be allowed. So I saw a ad and I was playing Roblox then I found it I wanted to download it but then I went inside and it cost money so I deleted it and I think that should not be allowed because this is the only actual fun kids game I’ve ever seen and it’s not fair to children because some parents can’t do that so please make it free whoever is reading this xd but still I hope you can make it free for all people and it is a scam I don’t think this game should be allowed you have to pay $20 a month I think I did not subscribe but the game popped up anyway and I was really mad about that I saw videos about the game and most people think this is a scam I think the same as them well anyway I hope you agree with me :)

Awesome for my 18 month old. He’s on my phone so much now and has become intrigued with electronics he loves watching Marsha and the bear and this app has the videos and songs all in one plus much more! Games as well! He’s learning his ABC’s by drag and match games this app really shows you how smart our children are and can be at a young age! The little bugger is blossoming right before my eyes with his education! Lol

Auto subscribes for service. If I could give this a 0 I would. I’ve never used this app. I never plan to use this app. I was playing a totally different clicker game and was just tapping along when this ad popped up. With my click tapping I must have hit the subscribe button twice. I saw the “creating account” logging and immediately closed the game I was playing, thinking it would cancel the creation. Nope. Not in the slightest. Immediately received a text from this (asking me to complete registration) AND my service provider (telling me a $9.99 charge has been added to my bill). Immediately emailed the company for this BS, and read these reviews. Spoke to a rep who cancelled and blocked the charge. I’ve been really good about not activating that stupid ad, and the fact that the contract is on the ad itself is ridiculous. Fix you’re stuff. Stop auto subscribing people to this

More of a Question.... I know this is a good app! However, I’m wondering if my 8 year son is too old to benefit from it. He is struggling with reading, and I need something to get and keep him interested in reading. He currently has a goal to read 260 minutes each month, and has yet to even read 100 per month. Can anyone offer advice on this?

Something is wrong. I think this app is broken. Yesterday I singed up and today I’ve been trying to log it multiple times and it won’t work. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, it just doesn’t load on my phone, it won’t start. I tried to log in on the website, it says my password is invalid, so I try to reset the password, it is still invalid after just resetting it. I think this app is broken and I’m now not sure how to cancel my payment, because I don’t want to be charged for the app that doesn’t work or even won’t load.

Scamming. Downloaded to leave a review. Having the same problem many other have... I got a text while grocery shopping saying an account was created and I assume it was a robo message, so I ignored it. An hour later my mom told me she got a text saying a $9.99 monthly subscription was added to our bill under my number. I literally never heard of this app and my kids weren’t even with me... I had to call sprint to block them from billing us because I never signed up for this. How can a random third party app even do this? App should be shut down!

Very Few Free Things. So I downloaded this game for my son because it said it had “lots” of free content which is not true at all. It has a handful of free things. The free shows have to be downloaded and even the ones that are “free” only have 1 episode that is actually free. The only cool things is the voxel portion and the piano that changes to different animals. I get that they don’t want to have ads, thank you. But honestly from what was free there wasn’t anything that makes me want to pay for it.

This app is awesome must get. At age 1 I got my baby into this and wonder at first if I made a mistake he got right in and loves it it was so good for long rides in car or jets be even at home when he went to his check up he was singing the AEIOU vowels song he is now 4 and still always go to this kids play and I always tell mothers this is a good app, to this day he still goes on it and loves it smile sing along dance he is 6 now

Subscriptions. I hate that if you didn’t buy the subscription, then you only get to like do like a couple things on the app and if you didn’t create an account or injury, email or anything, then you’re one of the characters like my daughter was Mimi and her name is not Mimi, and she was really disappointed and I couldn’t create an account because of safety thingsand yeah

Love it!! I love this app and I am a child with autism (7 YR OLD). Although some new features to the block game could be added... 1: Make it a little more like Minecraft. Do better graphics for it, add first person, third person front and third person back FOV. 2: Make strings. Strings are ideal for recreating real life structures, such as the London Bridge or the Eiffel Tower.

Some videos are NOT appropriate!!!. I trusted this app and have been a subscriber. There is a lot of great content on here that my kids have already watched on other apps (storybots, etc). But today my 4 year old started signing a song “you don’t have a wee wee”while pointing at her fathers crotch area. Sure enough- she showed me a video from “Monica and friends” where an annoying brat of a boy pulls off the pants off an angel, points at his crotch and sings “you don’t have a wee wee”. I’ve yet to browse through other videos... but I really didn’t like any of the dialouge in the 5 mins of Monica and Friends I watched. Whiny, bratty characters. Pretty inappropriate. It makes me wonder what other content are in some of the video channels.

This game is coming out bad. This game was going to be amazing for little kids but now it just wants business. Normally kids would go to the art section and color whatever coloring page they want because they were all free, now when they had a new updated, everything needs money. If little kids are playing this game then why would you need to pay for a game. Like this game is great but you need to change the update because I’m not liking it very much. I’m sorry but if that new update is not fixed then more people will not pay money.

Cheating charges for over a year!. I have sprint. Do not download this app. If it is ever downloaded, you will be secretly charged and following their support instructions to cancel will lead nowhere but more charges month after month! I have tried canceling the $9.99 X 2 charges (plus another $9.99 on my husband’s line) that I discovered on my phone bill as a third party charge after realizing why my monthly phone bill went up over $30 a month for almost a year. For the love of sanity and compliance, cancel my charges and refund!

This is so fun for both of us !!!!. All these cool videos and sing alongs really influenced my 3 year old ! He loves the dinosaur’s rap songs and magic hands ! He has really learned a lot. I also love that it’s an easy navigation system. I only had to show him like once, or twice where things were and in a couple weeks he was showing me new things ! We really are enjoying PlayKids. Canceling is a headache. My 6 year old son accidentally signed up for this because a pop up that appeared during a game he was playing wouldn’t go away. He thought he was exiting out of the ad, and instead ended up signing up for it. I am not trying to cancel the subscription, and the process is unclear and aggravating. I don’t trust apps that use predatory methods to confuse someone into subscribing. That approach is like drugging someone to get them in bed with you. Canceling should be clear and easy to understand, especially when you had to trick someone to subscribe in the first place.

Love Love Love for eight years. I had this game since I got my iPad I download it onto my phone and I still love it since I’m under 10 I can still play it but I really love this it’s really fun but now I have too much stuff on my phone so I can’t really download it again but I would recommend

I hope you are able to see this review. So either you have an ad that is authorized and is allowed to pop up everywhere or you have people who took your app and made an ad without authorization and put it all over place and started a scam of 10 dollars a month. I am concerned of this and would like a response. I am terribly sorry for the awful star rate I am giving and I would change it within the time I get a response and answer if this is your ad. Play kids. I was sitting my my little sister and she was doing the drawing part of the game, she was learning how to draw a girl. Then, when the drawing was over it said, “Would you like to see your drawing on our Facebook page? Don’t forget to enter your name and age!” Why do you need to know what little kids names and ages are? Y’all planning to kidnap them? Idk, I’m just disappointed. Y’all need to change that. What if my little sister actually put her REAL name and age on that ? Like what would y’all do. Exactly I have NO idea, remove that. It probably doesn’t scare these little kids on here that are like 2-5 but it scared me thinking my little sister would put her actual name and age on y’all Facebook page. It’s nice to know that y’all ask for the name and age so you can put the drawing in their name. I just really didn’t like that. Maybe just take the age part off? Thanks!

Bait and switch. Just downloaded and checking out the app before I let my 4yo play. Appears to have fantastic content and very well developed, but absolutely everything is locked. Even when you choose a section that has FREE on it, there is only one option without paying. I am going to try the paid version in hopes that this app will keep my kid occupied during important events. I'll update on a couple weeks.

This ad for the app is an absolute scam. So about six months ago, I got the ad for this app and I accidentally tapped “get the subscription”.So after I accidentally did that, I pressed cancel and it didn’t tell me that anything went through, so fast forward to now my dad tells me “what is this charging me for six months” and I say I don’t know. Then he tells me the name and I remember what happened, I told my dad what happened and he said that to open the app and cancel it,But the thing is I don’t have the app and it was still charging my dad!We still don’t know how to cancel it and I am furious with this stupid app, I need to find out how to get this payment off!

Absolutely dreadful. I hate these ads, this company, the help support, and literally everything connected to this company. Unlike other ads the second you hit the create account it automatically charges you and subscribed to this company. It took forever for me to get in contact with someone to help me “cancel” it. She said it was cancelled but I was continued to be changed. It wasn’t until i had someone call the actual service provider for them to cancel it. This ads also pop up way too many times it like its just waiting someone to slip up so they can get money out of them.

Scam! Kid accidentally clicked, now we can’t cancel!. My daughter accidentally clicked on this app, and I begin charging us 9.99 per month. We have called their phone numbers, gone through the whole phone system, sat on hold, go onto the website, tried to go through the App Store, everything we can think of doing to cancel. They are very crafty scammers. They obviously count on kids accidentally signing up for the premium service and parents being too busy or confused by their tricky methods to cancel. We have tried several times to cancel. We are smart people who are tech savvy and run a business. This is an absolutely horrible, unethical business model.

Satisfied. Update!! They finally reached out to me and corrected my membership so I retracted my first 1 star review. My children enjoyed this app but I am very frustrated with the lack of support for canceling a subscription. I was given zero alert for auto-renewal and my card was charged $32 without my knowledge and then to cancel you can't even speak to a person. It's unclear if when I canceled my subscription by phone if it actually went through because I was dealing with a robot and there is no mention of receiving a refund. I purchased this app for a year while my kids were being home schooled during a pandemic but now can't afford it and I'm pretty disappointed with the lack of response or support from this company. This is my 3rd attempt at trying to contact this company! I've never had such trouble canceling and getting money back before! I might just dispute the charge with my credit card company argh!

10+ stars. My son is 5 yrs old with AUTISM and this app is great, he is in LOVE specially with the Party and Books so do I. He is reading since he was like 2 (he was not verbal with others just was able to read his books) and now he is a little more verbal with others and learning reading comprehensive at school and this app is helping him a lot. I love this game because I want a fun song and I really recommend signing up for the premium because it was not fun until I actually purchased the premium but when I purchased the premium it made a big difference it was a lot of fun as soon but the only problem is that you have to pay for premium after your sound a free trial but you can get a 73 trial feel likeBut it’s a lot of fun I’m trying to tell me that it’s like awesome so it’s actually prove a pretty good app especially for kids it actually does not teach you how to warm but it’s still a lot of fun for kids especially for if you want to make your kids to do projects and then it’s also going to be wonderful especially if you want your kids to learn how to do projects that they do not know how to do yet so it’s a lot it’s very good for all of the kids that would like to do projects I really like project so I think that’s why I like this app it’s a lot of fun I want to say because it is an eight it has Roblox it has all that kind of fun stuff with projects to do but you have to sign up for premium if you would like all of them and only it only comes with one project if you’re not sign up for premium though it’s not so good without premium but purchase of the premium any service for a good review here

Should NOT Be Allowed. I’ve seen ads for this app many times and avoided clicking subscribe, but it finally happened. I was playing a game, the ad popped up, and I hit the subscribe button by accident. It said “creating account”. I assumed it was fake until I got a test that they had made an account using my phone number. I do not like the fact that they used my phone number without my permission. I was also charged $9.99 through my phone provider. I am livid. There is no way to cancel without contacting support, and from what I’ve heard, support is the farthest from being helpful. These ads should NOT be permitted. It is a stupid cash grab attempt that requires nothing but a click and I’m suddenly subscribed for a payment of $9.99 monthly to an app for children when I don’t even have kids. Apple should NOT allow this app to stay on the store when they are purposefully tricking people into wasting their money.

Great!. I love the PlayKids app it helped my son learn so much about the alphabet and shapes and colors to learning about emotions. The only thing is I can never seem to get my child’s activity report, where it explains to you how much your child is learning.. it always says internet connection is lost? But other than that I would definitely recommend to parents!

Help Center NIGHTMARE. Accidentally subscribed to this app through an annoying advertisement and immediately emailed the help center to cancel my subscription. I immediately reached out three times, once through an email and twice through tickets through their help center, but my account still has not been cancelled and I have been billed multiple times. I’ve never used this app and have put in a request for a refund as it is a good chunk of change for an app I am not using and have gotten no response. Seeing as I have received no response nor refund, today alone I have sent out an additional two emails and have had no luck through their call center. Thoroughly displeased seeing as I have been billed multiple times following my request to cancel my subscription.

Horrible experience. I’m not sure of the quality of this app but they need to get their advertising under control. It should in no way be possible to simple create a full account and start a $10 subscription without putting in any of your information, especially when you have no intention of signing up for said app. To have advertisements on other games which take your information behind your back and sign you up for the subscription that cost the most, and if I hadn’t seen the ad again I wouldn’t have been able to figure out how to cancel the subscription and even then the instructions to end the subscription were useless. You submit a ticket just to be told to call a number and cancel it that way, its so dumb and roundabout. So are there responses the the reviews so far too. If you’re app is so atrocious that you have to resort to such horrid measures maybe your app isn’t all that great.

PlayKids. Both our 8 and 5 year old granddaughters enjoy this ap. They watch the videos, play games such as putting puzzles together, matching and doing color pages to name a few things. I also like the parental educational information.

Great app. Inability to share accounts across all family devices is what makes it a 4. Wish this app would be usable across all family devices with same subscription. Aside from that it is great. If I could have on all devices with out multiple subscriptions I would give 5 star. I understand why the developer would want to cause each device to have the app but that is not realistic at $8 a month. Please give us a family plan option to use single subscription on all our devices.

My toddler's favorite app!. My child is 3 years old and has a plethora of games and videos to choose from. She still picks this app to play over everything else. It has books, games, videos and new content is always being added. All kid friendly and educational. The Superhands, Little baby bum, Junior on the job, and Storybot videos are probably her favorite. My friends son is 11 and he'll even play and watch videos with my daughter. It is hands down the best childrens app I've came across!

Here’s what I think... Hi! I used to play this game as a child and my nieces absolutely love it! I think the game is fun to play even though I’m 18😅 I absolutely love it and I’m happy it still is here! This is a very good app for my nieces and sister! It really gets stress out of my nieces head and it definitely got some stress out my brain when I was a kid too! I’m amazed on how much this app has grown. The app is amazing after all 😊

Everything is perfect except one thing. Hi PlayKids! This app is a amazing app! It really teaches lots of stuff. The shows and the stuff are a little too old for me so I play the games! And one of them I play is this building game you have. It very fun! But there’s one thing that made me upset. You can’t do furniture and doors. I know you have this other game that’s seriously just the building part that does have the furniture and doors. But can you please add them to this one?

Good but after last update, main screen doesn't change between day and night. My son likes this app. But, after the last update, the background of the main screen/the train has not been changing between day (sun) and night (moon). It's been constant night. My son has been distraught that an update has not been released to fix this. Also wish pictures could be saved in its original format so can open and edit in the app. And could draw more than 5 free form pictures.

Good (kinda). It’s a app from my childhood I’ll love it to this day but I don’t really like the (3) designs and yes there were 3 different designs the first did not include every character except the dog not the little but the dog looks all grown up the second designs are the one’s you will see in the cartoon and then the third designs I won’t talk about that cause i don’t know but I’ll admit there do look cool but the second designs are my favorite designs so bye!.

2 changes I want for the game, and 2 more things.. One change I want is in level 2 of the connect the stars minigame, the car is way too tall. Replace the car with a image of a real car and then get rid it f the background of the image. A second change is to make the block game free and make another minigame not free. By the way, I think you should delete your ad. It’s way too loud. And the last thing is that this game wasn’t actually that bad, you guys did a great job on this!

Childhood.. This was the best game ever when I was younger I use to play it all the time and when I got hurt while playing this sometimes I didn’t care and when I was sad and I cried alot I played this, thank you for making my childhood better, it’s time to download the game again!!!!

the new update is horrible. it is completely revamped and doesn’t have half the activities. for the last couple years my son has been fixated on Junior’s “The Fight” book, reciting it daily and now it’s gone. he doesn’t understand what happened and just keeps asking for this book. is this book available for purchase anywhere? i will purchase screenshots of that book, i feel so bad for him.

ADS SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED. So one day I was just playing one of these games on my phone and an ad for this popped up! I accidentally clicked subscribe and it said “creating account” I didn’t think much of it because I thought it was fake but it isn’t/wasn’t. It’s charging my dad $9.99 i’m not sure but each month. (The only reason i don’t know is because I never accepted anything). For the user Id thing it has my phone number. I can’t believe there are ads like this and they don’t even let you cancel or accept anything it’s just goes through they don’t even ask for permission! I can’t believe it anyway i’m not sure what to do so i thought i would make a review so the developers could at least respond and tell me what to do or do it by themselves.

Horrible Support!. 7 months ago I made the attempt to get this app on my Samsung TV. Unfortunately, it just took my credit card info and was not able to log in. I tried getting support from them and couldn’t get a response. Since I never saw the charge go through my credit card I dismissed it as a glitch and gave up on the app. 6 months later I noticed my card getting charged every month since the day I tried getting the subscription! I’ve maxed several attempts to contact them via e-mail to have them cancel the subscription and refund these charges for something I haven’t been able to log into and have no support for. Several emails out to them, recurring charges still happening and no response from them!

Overall very good app. The app is great, lots of entertaining songs, games and videos. On the plus side things are downloaded so when there is no WiFi or cell connection is bad the content is still available. The only negative is that because things are downloaded it takes up lots of space. Downloads can be deleted in settings so as long as you continue to delete unused downloads it’s good

I miss the old times. Hey, I used to play this game as a kid and I miss how it used to be. It’s not a bad review it’s just I wish I could back in time to see how it was before. I miss the old characters,shows,and games. Also to the developers that keep this game updated, keep going.

Gave up in 3 minutes. Please hire someone to improve the user experience. As a parent I missed: - profile set up as soon as I log in for the first time - kid profile at all - prompt to show me around in the app - content organized per age - Where do I control screen time? - no ads? Are you sure? As soon I turned in my volume there was some kind of beverage advertisement, suggesting to access a page address - that was really odd - and much more… Besides that, I had to kill the app twice in 3 minutes because the videos auto-rotate the iPhone screen, but when I went back to the menu the app got lost and didn’t re-sized the screen. The second time I killed it was after watching 1 episode of Hello Kitty world video. Besides the content being SO useless and shallow, there was no option to return to the menu.

Feedback on Playtime. An app that is really in tune with our kids. I've found it keeps them entertained for hours-great for road trips. As a parent, I feel confident that I know what my kids are watching is safe.

Amazing yet overly expensive. The app is great kids loved it so we paid for subscription but still had to download the content.... which we pay for through our data usage. Then after months we decided to unsubscribe and lost access to everything we had downloaded. I guess that’s the point of the monthly subscription but far out I feel ripped off. How to justify the monthly cost is beyond me. It’s basically $12 a month to borrow the ability to access and rent the material pfft

The minecraft game.. I love the app and all but about the water will not remove also how is minecraft learning stuff? The water gets my son in a tantrum so if you can please remove the water in the minecraft game I would be overwhelmed P.S I love the piano my son learnt how to play happy birthday!

Luv it. Luv luv this app, children I work with that have additional needs really enjoy playing the piano and watching the 'TV'. I will become a member so I can get full versions of all episodes.

Avoid. You’ll be hit with a paywall within 20 seconds. I’d personally avoid this one for the kids unless you are willing to hand over the ridiculous subscription fees.

Play kids. My daughter moves this app. I thought she'd spend hours watching the videos but she's never watched them she just plays the games over and over. Love the parent controls too. Great app.

Awesome but needs more parental controls. My 2yr old son is addicted to this app. I have to monitor his usage to 15mins twice a day, otherwise he'd be on it constantly. I have noticed his skills improve very quickly but agree there needs to be more control settings for downloads or perhaps 2 episodes only before parental codes required to continue????

Nice app. Nice all, my son loves it. I feel the subscription fees are a little high so we use it as a free app only. It would be nice if the window to subscribe didn't pop up constantly. And locked context was hidden so my son doesn't keep clicking on it. Maybe tiered subscriptions or pay for content we would like/use might be an alternative option.

Terribly hard to unsubscribe. Awful tricky app all about money. Once you get in good luck trying to get out of being charged. None of the unsubscribe links work. Infuriating.

Annoying app. My little one like this app so I’ve tried the trial and cancelled it within the trial period but it charged me even though Apple support confirmed that they couldn’t see any subscription...

Awesome app!. This app is a saviour with my 3 kids! I can put it on and know that I don't have to worry about the content of the app. It is super easy for the youngest (19 months) to navigate. One little hint though.. Turn off the use of data, there are online shows which can use up a bit of data if you are not careful. 😃

Do not trust the “3 day free trial”. Signed up for the 3 day free trial and was instantly billed. Just a warning to others!

Big issue. I have big issue the app because when I try to open the app it take me outside only 4 seconds and I will be outside, it was working very good last week. 7 day trial crash issue. This app worked so well for me before I signed up for the 7 day trial to access everything. Now it is crashing so bad which is really upsetting for my children because we have only just discovered this app and they were loving it, just for it to no longer function properly. Please update to fix crash issues!!!!

More variety. Miss 4 absolutely loves all the PlayKids apps. But just wish that the stories app would update with new books as we have exhausted the ones we have downloaded. Also had trouble with some books not downloading at all. We also lost some of the shows that were downloaded.

Great for the kids. My kids love this app! I put my phone on guide lock so they can't exit the app and mess with anything else on my phone. The games are pretty average but my boys love the shows. Give them a pair of headphones and they're suddenly quiet kids waiting in the doctors office. We don't use it very often but it is a lifesaver when we do.

Horrible. Rip off!! Essentially you are paying for all kids shows which you can access if you have a Netflix subscription. This app mostly has things for kids to watch. The games aren’t too challenging and some don’t seem educational at all. I wish I would have looked more in-depth before purchasing this app. Complete waste of money. I don’t want my child to be stuck watching songs and kids programs the entire time. I was expecting more interactive educational games. Some of the games just play music, they don’t tell the children what shapes they are filling in. There is a drawing game which doesn’t even let the kids draw, they watch things being drawn on the screen for them- disappointing. The colours, alphabet and things like that are super basic. It’s pretty much, “repeat after me”. I assume parents already do this with their toddlers and want more of a challenge. The games are redundant. As a teacher, very disappointed in App and the description provided. Way better games/apps like “funny food” to really teach kids. REFUND PLEASE. If I could give it half a star I would.

Great app. great songs (except baby shark baby car lol) that kids love. They are catchy and we sing them tog. Many games, colouring, caring for a monster ( feed and bath her) , building trucks, diff music genres, our 2 yr is always finding his favourites and something new each time. Took off one star as there are a few videos I am not fond of and the Sesame Street ones have a diff volume if they go between one and another. Also dislike the Russian bear dancing. It doesn’t send a good message but the rest is awesome. You do have many settings you can use to personalize or limit.

It’s not that good anymore. I used to play it, I loved it so much but now you need to pay for everything i went to voxel and you needed to pay to keep playing it had a one minute timer and you couldn’t play anymore unless you pay

Good but not worth the price. I like that there are a lot of things for kids to do in this app, like play games, watch videos and books etc. However, I do not think the videos included and games included are worth the price. The books are pretty good and nice my daughter enjoys them a lot. But I don’t think I’ll be annually re-subscribing.

Will not move past opening page, or open off line. Relied on this app and subscribed for a couple years. Now I can’t get past the user agreement page. And also, the app stopped opening when off-line even though I have plenty of games and shows downloaded. Around my area, we often lose connectivity in the car and it should be usable still with downloaded material. Cancelled my subscription.

Disappointed. First I’m not connecting ANY Ed/game account for kids to my Facebook and think it’s pandering to require I do so just to save my account info when the cloud can do that- but I’m not offered that choice! Second, after I fill everything out I’m presented with a subscription page I can’t get rid of, forcing me to subscribe to use the app. 1) It was not mentioned that was standard requirement for monthly membership-if I’d of known i wouldn’t have downloaded in first place. It does state $1.99 and $4.99 club.... where are those choices in sign up menu?? 2) I can’t afford a $8 mo reoccurring fee. 3) NO option to use app (even limited) without paying. BS

A scam. Continues to charge you after canceling. I have attempted multiple times to get this company to stop charging my credit card. Without luck. Despite canceling this service months ago—and despite *multiple* emails to the company, I continue to be charged. They provide users no information on how to cancel, besides an email address. I have now reported them to Apple, to my credit card company, and to my state attorney general. BEWARE!

You first look at the game on the App Store thinking ooh this will be fun you download it make a free account and none of the shows are free even earth to Luna said FREE but the only free thing in the "free" shows are these two weird games memory match and like a small puzzle thing the app isn't as fun for older kids and only like a fifth of the app is free barely any it's better for kids under three who don't exactly care about if it's just a few games

Bad. I remember this game used to be so fun . I could play almost anything i wanted. But now almost half the stuff isnt free and it’s really stupid . Like the color page for example. Watch your wallet. After your 24 hour free trial, this app will automatically subscribe you for two weeks. I forgot about this and unsubscribed through the App Store. After the two week subscription was over, and even though I cancelled the subscription, I was charged for an additional month. I strongly recommend you do not install this app. Also, the content is not worth $7.99 a month.

Why I like play kids. I like play kids is beacause they have kid appropriate games shows and more. Me and my cousin luca watch it when every we are in the car with my mom I hope other kids like play kids like me thank you play kids.

My son loves it!. His favorite it Super Hands, but loves many other shows and games. We have had this since he was 2, now he is almost 5 but still loves watching and learning.

Worst update ever!. Why did you change the app this was a fun app until you updated and changed the look! Where’s the train? Where is the piano? False subscription. Accidentally clicked on an ad that said subscribe and it automatically subscribed me. No conformation. I got an email saying I was charged and tried to log in to unsubscribe and get a refund, sure enough my number wasn’t even associated with an account. I never made one and I can’t unsubscribe. I tried through the Apple website also. Very unprofessional. What if a child saw the ad and bought the subscription with no clue what they did?

Delete this off the app store!!. I was playing an app and the ad popped up and automatically subscribed me to this service. A month later I was charged for something I haven’t even used or known about. I tried to cancel my account through apple and it wouldn’t show because it is a third party app. Very angry at this company!! I don’t even have a kid to use this service! Please make this right!

GREAT APP. This was a great app for my grandson. He love to watch hands ( they made crafts), story videos, the train and etc.. and enjoyed the different items that is on this app. Once my granddaughter turns 2 years old, I will get this app.

Trial wasn’t recognized. Signed up for a 4 month trial with T-Mobile, it didn’t recognize my trail and required a premium subscription to do anything. Had to delete my account and cancel my credit card because I didn’t have any assurance I was even logged into the right account since my trial wasn’t recognized. Don’t recommend doing business with them.

I started by downloading the app and whenever I downloaded it, it opened and then shut down so I logged back and thought it was just my phone but whatever it told me to put in age I put in my sister’s age because this is for my sister and it will not except her age she is five so I don’t understand why you are letting five-year-old into your app please try to fix that. The Ad automatically subscribes you be careful.. I was trying to save pictures on another app and an ad for this app popped up. I clicked no thanks and it automatically charged my and started a subscription without even double checking that’s what I wanted. Fix your ads please. Some of us can’t afford a sudden $9.99 charge on our phone bill.

I have been being charged for this app for over a year, and I have no subscription to it whatsoever my son asked me to download it and I saw you had to pay and deleted the app. But ever since it downloaded I have been being charged…. And no he did not subscribe you need my face just to download. I even tried to download and restore it says I have never had a subscription with playkids.

My daughter loves PlayKids!. We have had a subscription for two years. She likes the videos and loves the memory game! We play it together as it gets challenging even for adults!

Perfect for children. We love PlayKids explorer! One of the best tool to teach your child with fun of it! We loved the 3D cards too and the coloring pages. Highly recommended! You should try it and I can assure you that your child will definitely love this app!❤️🙂

Unauthorized Charge. I’d never heard of this app before when I suddenly get a text from my provider telling me I’ve been set up with a recurring subscription for it at $9.99 a month. Looking it up online, I was able to find two other people on Reddit who had the same experience. I was able to cancel the charge with my provider, but I’m leaving this review as a warning that there is something fishy with this app.

If I could put zero stars, I would.. I keep getting ads for this stupid app that you have to pay MONTLY for. If I didn’t call my phone provider I would have been charge 9.99 a month. Why the heck does an ad for app let you sign up right then and there? Didn’t even tell me that there was going to be a fee. If any apps have this app’s ad on them, they should remove it.

Can’t login or cancel subscription. I need someone to get back to me and help me to cancel the subscription. I created the account from there website, but can’t login to the app. No matter how many times I tried to reset password still the same. I also tried to reset it from the website, it doesn’t recognize my info at all.

Bad Update. My kids love this app and I was seriously considering a subscription (now because of the lower price) but I opened the app the other day and it immediately started taxing my battery. Closed the app, turned off the the phone still taxing my battery. It was using 38%! I killed the app but it took my battery to nothing in a matter of 3 hours. I wasn’t using the app and it killed my phone. Yikes. Takes background app refresh to a new and scary level.

Do not install Free version!!! Subscription trap.. I just downloaded to check the free trial and to know the app. But my dotter didn’t like. However I was surprised by a payment. And it was not the cheapest, but annual subscription. Now I have to contact Apple to see if I can have my money back. They should not make automatically payments after free trial because it is not a clear and faire way. At least they should warn somehow.

Good Cntent but the app takes up way too much storage space.. The content is great! Seriously good stuff. Please update the app to allow content to be streamed to a device instead of downloading it. In a few weeks my daughters tablet had half the storage taken up by content which doesn't allow for other stuff to be used.

One bug. My child found a bug and she hates it It’s in voxel and the screen is tiny and the controls are hard to use She likes everything else but she hates the bug, voxel is also her favorite game in the app I wish I could rate this a 5 star but 4 star because the bug

Greedy developers. I am very upset right now. I made the mistake of updating to the latest version recently and now nearly all of the previously free content is LOCKED. It's bad enough these greedy developers charge $80 per year for a subscription but now they had to lock down practically all of the limited amount of free content. Come on. Obviously they only care about $$$$$ and not kids. I am uninstalling this app.

Play kids app. The app is very nice not worrying about kids not leaning. I do really recommend it for the wonderful kids. And the price is very affordable I really recommend it for the kids.

Only worth downloading if you purchase app. It’s only worth downloading if you purchase the app because the app limits you to a couple games a day then won’t let your kid play another game any other day until you purchase or rate the app. Reviews failed to mention this very important point.

High quality. What a great app! My only concern is some typos in the English version of the app. Might I suggest having a native English speaker do some spell checking? Regardless, it’s clear that this is a very high quality educational app.

Kids love it!!. Both my 2 year old and 3 year old love using this app. It has a ton of interesting games for road trips and if you pay the 8 bucks a month you can download as many videos as you want for te longer trips.

Don’t trust this app. I have been having issues with this app for years. Despite canceling this subscription it continues to charge me and Apple won’t help due to third party billing agreements. They recommended I post here to express my views. Stuck with zero support other than notifying my bank that these charges are fraud since direct contact with this company doesn’t help as they do not honor their word.
