The best app for this purpose. I was searching for an app so I could make invoices for my business. I found the Invoice Manager and it is the best thing I could have done. All my clients are stored in the database so all I have to do is fill in a few details and print it out. It used to be very time consuming filling out invoices manually, now it can be done within 30 seconds. In addition there are also lots of options to customize your business processes. To sum up the Invoice Manager makes managing my business easier

Perfect. After researching invoicing apps on the store, I decided to try this one. Very happy with my decision. Highly customizable, also there are a lot of useful options. Works great

Can lose your data at any time. I had all of my business contacts and invoices saved on this app and then one day it is all gone, five years of records. What a nightmare. I tried contacting the creators twice and no response. Only use this if you don’t mind losing the information later.

👍🏻. There are a lot of necessary tools such as a Live Currency converter and a Cost Calculator. It helps me sometimes.

Response. Sure would be nice to get a response from you. Have only been trying for a month now. All my companies invoices and estimates magically disappeared and I have yet to get a response back from my multiple attempts.

No help. I bought this app with backup and restore but error when u backup data , send email to company but no answer

Doesn’t work. Purchased this a couple years ago and now every time I go to create a invoice it asks me to repurchase and then crashes. Emailed developer a few times and have never gotten a response. Please don’t waste your time or money with this. It’s a shame too because it use to work great and had so much potential.

Best for business. This app helps me a lot with making invoices, quotes in my job. All needed tools are in one app.

Absolutely "must-have". "MustHave" for everyone, the app lets you create invoices in no time, i found the interface quite stylish, hope the developers will update the app more often.

Lots of awesome features. This is a really great app with a lot of features. I like the way that you can customize the invoice to your choosing, so that you can make it unique. It's really easy to make an invoice, too. You don't have to do much to make one. The app also has a ton of useful features! One of the most important ones is Touch ID locking, because sometimes I let others use my phone and don't want them looking at my financial data. One plus for that!

Used to be a good app. No updates. No updated!!! No customer service.

All I want is in one app. This app has all tools I need to use in my freelance company. Its features increase my productivity. And also it is very handy to use.

Crash crash crash. This app has issues every time Apple comes up with an update. I am having issues with iOS 17 that came out last week. I cannot access my documents or create new documents.

Don’t purchase!. Wish I would have read reviews before buying! I bought both upgrades and didn’t get squat! I tried to backup my data and restore it onto my iPad for days and have finally given up. I emailed about a refund but haven’t gotten a response.. it’s been 6 days!

Very useful. It's a really amazing app for those who have business, individual enterpreneurs and so on. It's easy to use, graphics are minimalistic so that it doesn't annoy you. There are so many functions that it is a necessary tool for business if you want to reduce your routine work.I especially appreciate the possibility of customization - you can add your own logo, for example. And this app supports different payment systems that is very useful!

It works. I like this app, I wish it had a little more instructions. Took some playing around to get the most of it. Which it is pretty feature rich. One thing I dislike is when I do some one off products they are automatically entered into inventory. It confuses me occasionally when I select items for an invoice with similar names and it can be a pain. I hate the in app purchase of back ups. I think that's highway robbery so that cost you a star. And back ups are needed I lost a few records already.

Best helper in my work. This app is a real helper in my business. I'm completely satisfied with the quality of it as far as it is for free. Such a great gift actually

Very useful.. My friend recommended me this and I'm so grateful. I really love the interface and smartness of the app. Great bonus is that you can use it without the Internet connection.

Beware SCAM. ***SCAM***My husband got this app several years ago and it worked fine for him. I got it a couple of months ago and it only let me make one invoice before it required the upgrade. I paid $7 for the upgrade and it let me make a new invoice but it will not email it. So it is basically pointless. There is no customer service at all. Click on the link in the app purchase screen and you will see. It takes you to some math website.

Don't Upgrade to new Yahoo Mail. Was a great app until it upgraded to the new Pro Yahoo Mail. Now I can't email invoices to clients so I can get paid. Someone please fix this!!

Do not purchase.. I paid $6.99 for this a few years back when the icon was orange. I just updated my iOS and my purchase no longer works, all of my data is inaccessible and the app I purchased is no longer available. Complete rip-off!

I’m not getting any answer. The app used to be awesome but for some reason it doesn’t let me see my clients info, invoices and estimates I have made. I tried to contact support but I don’t get any kind of answer. One more thing. When I tried to get my clients info to the cloud, it told me that someone is using invalid addresses for this app and it is usually because that or those persons are stealing user’s information. Be careful with this app please it is a scam. THE START IS BECAUSE IT DIDNT LET ME PUT CERO

Good app. A good application for people who are engaged in business and securities. It is really helpful to me, but it can't replace my desktop office.

Useful and simple. It is very useful and easy app, I've tried many different invoice apps and this is the best one I've used, because it has all necessary useful features and tools. And especially I like that there is no Internet access required to use its functions

Best invoice app. I'm sure this app deserves to be called the best invoice app because I've tried lots of them. It has many advantages, firstly, it is easy for use. Any person can understand how to work. Secondly, I liked the cheap subscription - unlimited time sheets and receipts

Helpful stuff. While a little bit complicated at the very beginning (for me it was), this app is still the best helper I’ve ever had in my business. It helps to calculate everything and take everything into account.

Great assistant.. Downloaded this app just to make 2 invoices very quickly, but liked it, and now this app is one of the must-haves for me. I can now easily organise my invoices and sale receipts.

Receipt tracker picture saver is broken. I use the receipt tracker for company expenses and the photo part of it doesn't work. I can take a pic of a receipt and save it but when I close the app and reopen the original pic is gone and my business logo in its place.... this is on ALL my receipts.

Must-Have for me. I found the Invoice Manager and it is the best business app in iTunes! Working with this application has become a real pleasure. It really saves a lot of time. I can confidently recommend this app. However, not everything is so perfect.

First business. Started my own business and to give myself a little more credibility and less complaints, I began giving individuals receipts. This app has made things run so much more smoothly. From keeping up with stock, to creating invoices and turning them into receipts. It allows you to transfer your receipts and invoices to different devices as well. Absolutely love it! Easy to use. Also, if you ever get lost, they have a full website where you can find already answered questions of the page. It'll help you navigate better. I never write reviews for apps, but for this one, I had to.

Backup Data?. I tried a couple times to reach iCu e media about this app and no response. I have/had the Invoice app on my ipad and loved it, but now can’t get my info on the same app on my phone. My ipad is dead, did I lose everything in Invoice??

Great app!. I was looking for something similar to quickbooks to help keep account of inventory, help calculate all the items with the option of adding taxes to them, and to be able to send receipts to customers as I am trying to sell some crafting items I am beginning to make, and this app fully serves my purpose even to the point if I really can get these crafts sold I could eventually create my own business ( and not to worry about how to add taxes to the sale, as the app does it all and even will email the receipt to the customer.

Preview not working?. Love the app and have been using it for several years. But for some reason the “Preview” option is not working? Love to be able to look and see it it’s displaying on one page before sending it to customer. Pleases advise, Thanks

Used to love this app. I have been using this app for almost 2 years with no issues. Suddenly about a month ago I could not backup my data. Emailed support got a standard “we received your email we’ll get back to you soon “ reply. Since then nothing. It’s too bad because otherwise it is a great app

The biggest scam ever!!!!!!! B. *****BEWARE OF ICUBEMEDIA ****** They will take your money and you won't get your upgrade!!!! I upgraded and come to find out the the only thing I got was unlimited invoices no backup or way to do so. What is the point of making as many invoices as I want if you can't back them up. I didn't even know I couldn't make unlimited invoices......the sole reason for the upgrade was to be able to backup what I had already done. I spent a month trying to get my upgrade straightened out before I told them to shove it. They just keep giving excuses, Glad I found out early on there customer service/support is a joke. App was mediocre at best. I went with HouseCall Pro much, much better! The app is top notch and support is first class.

Became smoother. I had some minor troubles with synchronization and sometimes loading data took time in this app. Now everything goes smooth.

Irreplaceable business app. It's great that I can store all my finance documents in one app. Also love that it provides high security level and I'm not scared of losing important files. This app combines all useful tools for modern businessman such as reports managers, project tools. Design is minimalistic and very informative.

Stopped working. This app needs to be updated. Stopped working after latest iOS update.

JDunn. Have just started using this for my mobile workshop seems to be what l need was using myob needed an app that does not require an Internet connection to do a bill as my work is way out the bush

Handy App but needs tweaking... I've used this app a couple of times for our new business and although handy, it's also a little complicated to use. One major thing I found is if you have a few items on then invoice and you delete one and replace it with another, it scrambles the descriptions for all the other items so the none of them match anymore! So, you have to start again in the order that you wanted to, adding ALL items again. Very frustrating. It asks you to save the invoice EVERY time you back out of it whether changes have been made or not, the ABN never shows on the invoice anywhere at all, and worst of all there are HUGE spaces between the last items displayed and the coatings at the bottom of the invoice which can't be modified..so even a small invoice always ends up with 2 pages, the 2nd with very little on it but for the total amount owing!! Need to be able to adjust this to own liking...looks very unprofessional 😡

Avoid and look further. This app used to be good but is now too glitchy and has proven to be unreliable. The sync function is useless as the images end up being mismatched which is just great for record keeping NOT! For the odd invoice here and there it's ok but for something you need to rely upon then forget it. Support is useless, NO ANSWERS TO SEVERAL EMAILS!! AVOID!!

Loading. App wouldn't load

Good app but don't bother with backup feature. I've been using this 7months now, I bought the backup feature for $7.49 and it failed to restore any of the data, they couldn't help me retrieve it at all. Lost everything and had to start again!

Waste of money. This app is very bad in sync function and does not work very well at all.

Update please?. It's a pretty good app for the price, a few things I would like to see though: - Option to give discount per item instead of off the subtotal only - Option to put in just First Name or just Last Name only for MyCustomer (some customers don't want to give their full name and at the moment I have to put *** or something else to fill in as they are required fields - Option to attach thumbnail pics in invoice - Option to put in custom attributes in the subtotal or customer description section (ie. security deposit instead of shipping cost, event date instead of customer's address) - At the moment it's very hard to edit comments individually, it wont allow me to break sentences to the next line (return key doesn't work) Thanks!

Great app,professional looking invoices,no subscriptions. Love the features of this app,data backup to a cloud. Receipt tracker with photos. Great detailed reports. Flexibility with invoice information. Just having problems with transferring data backed up to the cloud from my iPhone,and getting it onto my iPad. iPad seems to get frozen while downloading data. Other than that a huge range of reports and features available. No monthly subscriptions after purchasing within the app. 2018, and after a year and a half of using the app I’m getting no emails replied to. The back up function to back up data into a cloud keeps timing out.

Good idea poorly executed. This is a nice idea, and has a lot of the basic functionality you need in an invoice manage,net system, but it lacks critical features like import and export and the invoice templates are very limited. I switched to Quick Sale Pro and am happy.

I’m impressed. Fairly complete and very robust considering the cost. Quite customizable although I wish the ability to add a few custom fields was built in. I love the customization choices with PDF printing. I’ve only used the free version for a few hours, I’m buying the full version and add-one I expect they are worth it. Also love the fact that this is a one time purchase not a subscription monthly and the results stay on my device.

Very evolutive apps. I use this app for the my small company. It is simple to use yet complete. The support team is very present and always available. Since I have bought the apps 4 months ago, new option were included and problem resolved. I would recommend it to anyone who need an invoice application that is simple to use and complete.

Seriously a joke. I’m sorry, but this app needs some major major work. It’s like something that one person whipped up overnight with no coffee without focusing on anything. It is far from seamless. And things simply don’t work. Full of bugs. Example: on the 1st screen (setup), after you spend 10 minutes filling in all the business info, the only button available to you is “Skip”. Are you serious? No save? No continue? What the hell? And you have to select from preset logos? I can’t select my own? Seriously, I’m going to use this app to invoice the developer for my wasted time.

Some errors. I bought this app and it works fine but every time I want to delete any item , it deletes it but the problem it will replace all the descriptions in all items with the deleted one They must to fix this problem or I need my money back , tried to contact the customer service too many times but no one responded to my calls or emails Not recommend until they fix the problem

Frustrating. It works good except the frustrating fact that every 4th transaction it tells me I need to "save a transaction" before I can move on even though there is nothing to save. I've had to now delete and redownload the app twice now because of this. If it does it again I'll be deleting permanently and asking for a refund.

Amazingly useful app!. I really like this app, I used to make invoices in others programs and it was just a headache, but this app makes things a lot more easier and practical. My favorite thing about it is that I don't have to always had internet connection to keep working, which is really useful, especially for me, not a lot of apps have that feature. Amazing for business. This app is a must have if you run your own business or freelance or anything like that. You can create detailed invoices simply and effectively. They're amazing looking and this app walks you through the whole process. I use it daily for business to business sales. Couldn't recommend it more.

Useful app. I use to write my own invoices with Excel. But every i had to go back to the show and use my desktop then email them to my customers. It really was a huge task this was overwhelming. When I find this app last month it was all that I wanted to for my business. I love it.

Very useful. This app gives you pretty much a clear and complete overview of your whole business, from inventory to sales reports. I also love the ease with which I can create a professional looking invoice on my smartphone. This app is not exactly free, but the price they charge is very worth it imho.

Nice!. Does what you need it do do! PLUS NO MONTHLY CHARGE!! Buying it outright is such a plus and at a totally fair price! Flow of the app is a little weird sometimes but overall makes sense. Also the settings don't quite cover all what I wish it would, such as the baseline currency for the converter. Can't seem to figure out how to get it to stop referring to the Canadian dollar.... Overall great app though. I can manage everything, and send everything I need via email, export PDFs, even offer payment options for my clients! I've barely started to use it but I'm already very happy with it. No regrets whatsoever.

No more payments!. I have try 5 invoice apps on the app store, this one is better when it comes to mobile invoicing, specially when I don’t want to use data on my iPhone or when I don’t have WiFi on my iPad. I have paid once and no more payments.

Great. Invoice Manager is great. It has saved me hours of my time in creating invoices, billing, and collections as well as reminders. Customer service is fantastic, people are friendly, it's a small company and they've been very responsive to me so far. It's really easy to make an invoice, too. You don't have to do much to make one. The app also has a ton of useful features!

Great Customer Service. I emailed the service staff & asked to be able to make my own name for the tax rate instead of just 'VAT' as the tax rate name plus a third tax rate. They promised this change with their next update. Once it is updated I will be buying the full version. Also, the service team responded to my email in a very timely/quick manner :)

Great for consultants. This is a great, simple invoicing app for consultants. I don't need to send that many invoices, the issue probably only comes up when I am dealing with an old fashioned business. But when I do need to send an invoice, this app is simple to use and I can instantly send an invoice to a customer via email.

Beautiful app. Easy to set up your company and has astonishing features! One of my favorites is the currency converter. It helps me when shopping or having to convert. I love the templates the app offers and would highly recommend this app.

Really Professional. Having an online shop can be a struggle especially at the beginning cuz I didn't quite know how to create decent invoices and stuff for my customers. The best one. This app is just amazing. It has simple and user-friendly interface so I promptly understand how to use it and it makes my life much easier. I never thought that keeping all my business organized could be so easy. It's a must have app.

BE WARNED!. App has been buggy for over one month now and all they can tell me is that they are fixing it this week. This is after one month! Do not buy this app. They can't even fix a simple bug where the product you choose after entering, is not the product that appears on the invoice. You will have to enter each product when creating separate invoices. Total waste of time. I can also imagine the bugs inside the other apps this company has made. Be warned!

Good for small business owners. The interface is very user friendly, a bit complicated for the first glance, but just take a time to get to know it. Everything is categorized, you can add items, services, customers, then it makes it so easy to create an invoice or receipt. What i liked also, is that they offer some good-looking templates, i guess this can make your company stand out, while other companies often have really simple black&white templates.

Tons of features packed into one!. One of the best things about this app for me is the receipts feature. It's easy to use and keeps them all organized. Plus you can add a message to the receipt like "have a nice day". That and the time tracker are my two favorite features. There are still tons more to explore. I recommend this to anyone dealing with money or running a small business.

Lost everything. I've been using this app on my iPhone and iPad for over a year. Bought the "pro" version to sync and save my data. Never worked great, always buggy, but now I lost everything after my iPhone broke. Bought a new phone, couldn't log into invoice manager pro account. Tried emailing, no response. Can't reset password. Can't do anything. Lost an entire 2 years of invoices and all my customer contacts because I trusted this app. I want to puke.

Great utility. This app is very well written and actively being developed. Been using it for 6 months and the developer makes it better and better with each new release. You can also easily keep track of all your invoices, payments, inventory, you name it, they have it. Highly recommended.

Totally recommended. I was surprised then I've downloaded this app. It has solved my problem - now I don't need to worry about my invoices when I'm out of office. It also does not need high internet connection speed , and could be used everywhere. 5/5

You don't need a computer!. A great mobile invoicing, this app is capable of doing everything of its own without the need of a PC. I personally recommend to start with setting up your product, pricing, customers etc...however you can start create a new invoice then the app will tell you before you preview or print to add your personal information regarding your company.

Worst icon ever. The app is so good but the icon ruins it for me, it looks like a Vegas billboard...please classy up the icon, if I'm one in a million then so be it but can't look at this icon on my home screen, I would love to spend the money on the pro version but couldn't with the icon's appearance, please take a look at quick books, invoice2go and others to see what a current environment app SHOULD like...and I don't mean a simple color change or alike, redo it from scratch so that it looks classy and professional...let's see if one voice can make a difference.

For organized people. I think this app will help to organize invoices for people who have their own online business. I have a small shop with craft jewelry and I really enjoyed this app. Be organized and control your invoices!;)

Still using.. Great. now I can change the design of the app and choose the theme that I most liked. Overall I think that the developers did a good job. Invoice Manager works the same way consistently and without bugs.

I like this invoice manager!. This awesome program works exactly the way I want to be. It's important that it can track when a payment is due, to be able to take picture of the expense receipts is a nice touch, I wish that I found this app before. 5 stars!

PURE UNADULTERATED GARBAGE‼️. When I first got this app I thought it was going to be great, very simple to use. I could NOT of been more wrong! Very glitchy, caused my iPhone to keep switching into landscape mode. No place to add $$ for materials, parts, supplies. After creating just one invoice (with great difficulty) the app would not let me do anything more unless I purchased the full version. Don't know what they've changed but having read all the fabulous reviews, I am extremely disappointed‼️

Invoicing the smarter way. Invoice manager is that and more. It has saved me hours of my time in creating invoices, billing, and collections as well as reminders. Imagine being able to use your phone or tablet to create an invoice or find a previous invoice for a customer on the spot? No matter where you as long as you have your device your productivity doesn't stop. I've recommended this app to my colleagues and friends.

Good. This app is one of the most helpful for me. I've tried a lot of such programs, some of them have in-app purchases to use the full functionality. The Invoice Manager is comfortable to use from the first second. By the way, touch id support is another advantage to its big functionality and intuitive controls.

Nice one!. I've used a dozen invoicing tools over the last several years. Some of them pretty good. Some of them not at all. After a few days with this app I knew I had found a happy home. I strongly recommend it. It has the invoicing, recurring, payment portal, reporting, features I need. Its really, really good.

Awesome. Very interesting app for business. It is really handy. You can organize your business using only one app. There are all the options you need. Creating and editing invoices is similar and comfortable. There is live currency converter what is also really comfortable.

Great. This app is great to work with expenses . If I dont have my check book registry to keep track, I know that I am able to do it here. The app is very accurate and it's great to know you are able to keep track not only of your bank account but other accounts as well.

Serious flaws. Purchased this app in July 2015. Set up is easy however the software does not retain invoices that are saved. Contacted the developer and have had no response. I placed this app on the shelf until I accidentally opened it in Nov 2015. The new interface looks great but still has the same issues. Restarted the iPad several times but it still does not retain the invoice your create. I would not waste your money.

Best. Probably one of the best apps to manage a business. It has all the tools you would need to do just about anything money related. Preloaded with many templates for you to choose from, also supports PDF for your convenience. Highly recommended for business owners small or large.
