Scanning won't work and it doesn't have another option. Many credit cards are now blank on the front. The app will not scan the front and there is no option to take a picture of the front. That option is only available for the back of the card. As a result, I have several cards that cannot be saved!

A little light. Thanks to another review, I've learned that the app is not completely broken. Just the tapping of a card will crash the app but you can still swipe right to flip a card to see the back, as well as drag the card to the left to reveal the edit icon. Pressing that gives you full access to the card and any notes you may have made. I never used the app in this way so thought it was completely broken. They definitely still need to fix the app and their silence is deafening. But at least I can still use the app I paid for.

Doesn’t scan atypical credit cards. Some credit cards have an atypical front face. The automatic scan doesn’t work on them, and there is no option for manual capture of the front face. I have to use another cards front to make things work. This needs to be fixed, otherwise great app.

Most Functional. I have an use most organizational apps this is the easiest way to keep track of every kind of car do you come across. It has never failed me. So both in while traveling I need proof or a business card and it's right on hand.

Need Face ID option.. I’ve loved this app for 5 year or more. Recently, I upgraded to an iPhone 12 and there is no face -id option. When I turn on touch-id the app crashes on launch, and I have to delete it and reinstall.

Works great; best scanner I've used. Update: developer has fixed the bugs that prevented the app from working with iOS 8. It now works flawlessly and does an excellent job at imaging and storing all my cards. Also, the developer was very nice in communicating with me regarding the status of the new version. This is now a great app again and a must-have! This app doesn't work with iOS 8. I contacted the developer several weeks ago and he said he was working on an update. When this app works, it's fantastic and a 5-star app. Unfortunately, you can't use the camera to add cards right now so it's a bit useless.

Fantastic App!. Incredibly useful App! Just wish we could use it like the Apple Pay so that we would have all our IDs and Card together. Also it would be great if we could export all the cards as pictures into 1 file for secure backup One of my best Apps

Been excellent until recently. This is great app which helped me store all my cards in my phone without carrying them around. However, it’s been crushing all the time lately and become unusable. Please fix the bug ASAP as I rely on this app almost everyday. Thank you

SO DISSAPOINTING! Does not work.. I spent WAY too much time reading reviews and researching all of these credit card/wallet apps. And when I finally settled on this one, paid and downloaded, it doesn't work! It would not scan the card, and would also NOT let me take a picture of the front of the card. I was able to take a picture of the back of the card and crop it. But then after entering all of the information for the card, the app would not save the card or info. The master password options are a joke—really, you only have a choice of the letters A, B, C, and the numbers 1–9? And it is only a FOUR character password? Seems really secure...NOT! Which I guess doesn't really matter since I can't actually enter any of my cards or private information anyway. I simply want something to store the info and photos of all of my credit cards, licenses, passports, social security numbers, et cetra. Something intuitive, nicely desiged, secure and affordable. Why is that so difficult to find? I was just going to request a refund and forget about it, but iTunes hasn't finished processing the transaction apparently. So since I can't spend my time going through the refund process right now, I get to write this lovely review instead. Thanks for wasting my time Card Mate Pro.

Don’t tap!. As I see it tapping the card closes the app as a security feature-if you only swipe the card it all works as it should

Very Useful and Well-Designed App. I love this app - and it keeps getting better. Every time you take a credit card out of your wallet you risk an opportunity to lose it. As anyone who has ever lost one knows, the consequences can range from a substantial nuisance to a catastrophe. In fact, I keep some of my cards in a safe and use this app where possible to provide information needed for a purchase. I will not go into the mechanics of the app but will say that it elegantly does the job that it was designed to do. Its operation is intuitive, although I always like a written user's guide to be sure I'm not missing a feature. I highly recommend this app.

Waste of Money Only worked once. Paid $2.99 for this app so I could put my credit card info all in one place. I was only able to "scan" one card and the photo quality is not good. The info I entered with it is very light gray and I can barely read it. I have tried to add 2 other cards and the "scanner" will not work again. I hope it is not a scam to get my credit card info.

Crashes - Can’t use the app anymore. I’ve been using this app for a year or so now, and I really liked it... until recently. As of a couple months ago, the app has been crashing anytime I try to click on one of my saved cards to view the information about it. I can’t access any of my info anymore, and therefore this app is useless to me now. The two stars are because I enjoyed the app before it stopped working.

App Bombs Out. I’ve had the app for a few years and it was one of my favorite apps until recently. Now when I pull up the app enter my passcode and hit any of the cards the app just closes. No matter what I do it won’t pull up the card information like it did originally. Any attempt to get support goes to an undeliverable email address or a website that is unreachable.

Stopped working.. This was a great app. I purchased it, and I do not purchase many apps. I used it for years... no updates, but if it ain’t broke, right? Then a couple months ago it stopped working. When I pick a card to display it takes me to my Home Screen. I looked and it was automatically upgraded a couple weeks earlier. Checked on my iPad which was not upgraded, works fine. No problem, just contact the author. Nope. No longer valid email address. Website is no longer working. Apple support was totally useless. If you are the author/publisher please fix this. Otherwise my money is wasted. Please?

Great. Needs landscape view.. Developer website is down. App asks for Bluetooth permissions saying it’s necessary to use camera, but it’s not true. Not granting Bluetooth permission doesn’t prevent using camera. Not sure why the misleading message.

Crashes. I’ve had Cardmate Pro for several years and it has always worked fine. Since the latest update it crashes when opened. I’ve tried the support link but the email comes back “undeliverable.” Since this is a paid App, I had hoped that the developers would be helpful. This App did everything expected when created and easily would have earned 5 stars in the past but is now useless.

Fixed somewhat. It now doesn’t crash when you tap on a card. The ability to sort the cards in the order I would like the to be displayed is now gone. Keep working on it and I’ll keep reviewing it and increasing the ratings.

Lost data. I have used this for 2 years. It works ok. Some issues but handy to have digital access to my information. Recently it crashed and cannot be opened. I have gone thru the recovery steps on the website. My data is all lost. Not accessible and it’s out on the web somewhere which is concerning. Don’t bother with this app.

So Useful!. I love this app! I never seem to have the stores' loyalty cards in my wallet but I always have them in my phone. After having a credit card stolen on vacation, I also had all the information needed to cancel the card right at my fingertips.

Nice app. Very easy to use and quite handy. Keeps everything in order and easy to find. No other app is as good and simple. Wife and I rely on it quite a bit. Good to see the developer continues to update it.

Great App for keeping backup images of cards. I use the app to maintain a copy of credit cards, store loyalty cards, etc. It works great. I never have to worry about not having access to a card because I don't carry it.

Don. This is the greatest app that I have ever used it has everything that I need at my fingertips and I have recommended this app to several of my friends.

It’s Working Again!. They finally updated the app to work with the newest iOS, which is wonderful!! I do wish they’d add a few more options in sorting and storing the info, though, and bring back facial recognition. Keep making positive improvements and I’ll be able to increase my rating.

New update collapses app. I have used this app for years and I found it far easier then constantly pulling out my wallet. However, the new update has caused the app to crash consistently whenever selecting a card. It makes the app completely unusable. hopefully your update is coming soon.

What happened?. This was my favorite way to organize my credit cards and not have to grab my wallet every time I bought something online -and the pro feature allowed my info to download when I got a new phone- it was great! ... until the last 2 months. It freezes and shuts down every single time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled twice and no change. The pro version was wonderful, I don’t know what changed recently but I’ve had to find another solution.

Loved it until recent update. I have been using this app for years! I love it. However, since the most recent update (first in over 2 years), it no longer works on my iPad. When I try to open a card, the app crashes. You made to be compatible with ios14, but my iPad can only update to ios12. Bummer! If you fix it, I’lld change my star level to 5. I’d hate to have to find another app to replace this one.

Great way to store cards. I’ve been using Card Mare for several years. It’s not perfect, but I love it. It’s great way to keep your cards handy. Due to the lack of merchants keeping up with technology I haven’t been able to stop carrying a wallet, but I’m close. Highly recommend

Best of the lot.. I looked at all of the credit card storage apps I could find on the Apple Store. And, short of writing one myself, this is the top-of--line.

Decent. I gave this app 3 stars because I bought the pro version. However, if you use the Visa card option to add a card it doesn’t recognize the newer cards (where the card number and expiration are located on the back of the card) causing the app to be unable to take the picture to save the front and back of the card.

No longer works!. I have used card mate pro for a a long time and have appreciated it.. no gripes. However, this app will no longer open and I assumed all my stored cards were lost. Luckily I downloaded the free version (lite) and will show my cards again🤦‍♂️… it’s been awhile now— is this app gonna be fixed ?

Highly useful application. I really like this application because I don't have to carry a lot of credit cards around.

PAY ATTENTION to the bad reviews, they are not lying!. The app will ONLY scan credit cards for the credit card section, you do not have the option to take the photo on those. The problem is, it wont scan more often than it does. And the scans are not clear like the photo cards. My new PayPal card has the number on the back not the front. So the app will not scan it at al because it doesn’t recognize it as a credit card. You can put the credit cards in the normal gift card area, but lose the functionality of the app you paid for. NOT happy and requesting refund.

Fixed the glitch. This app was broken for my iPhone w/ iOS 14 for several months. Now working again. Thank you to the developer for fixing it. It is still the most useful app available for storing cards like drivers license, passport, insurance etc.

App is broken!. This app had not been updated in quite a while, and the developer decided to update it in December. When it was updated the app broke, it does not function like it used to. There is no way to contact the developer, the website is down and it’s a shame because this was a really good app. I sincerely hope the developer reads these reviews and will fix the app.

Great app but needs improvement. I love having an inventory of all my cards in one app. It seems secure, I’ve never had a problem with that. But, the scanning operation simply does not work. And, there’s not an option to just take a picture of the card. If they can fix the scan, it will be the best in class.

1 thing fixed. Finally, after 6 weeks, tapping card crash is fixed. Now there is faceid crash and dark mode text visibility issue are left to be fixed. Faceid would be the most critical. Developper still not respond to any contact and app support links are broken. Lets hope fixes comes at once.

New Credit Card Format. This app does not seem to work with the new credit cards that are being supplied by banking institutions. These new cards do not have the card number on the front of the card. The card number is smaller and on the back side of the card and this app is unaware and will not scan.

Can’t add credit card. Taking a picture of the front of the card, the only option is to auto-scan it. Even though I can position the camera to get four green bars around the card image, a picture is not taken. For the back of the card though, I have the option to manually take the picture. Because I can’t get a picture of the front of the card, I can’t save it. This used to work in the past.

Big Disappointment. Reviews looked good and functionality seemed to be just what I was looking for. Started by trying to load my Starbucks card. App wanted me to scan a barcode - my gold card doesn't have one. There was no option to take a photo instead. Tried to add a club membership card. App again insisted on a nonexistent barcode. I give up. Can I have my $2.99 back and an apology from Apple for vetting this app?

Skillfully written, flexibility appreciated. Scanned ALL of my cards: DMV, credit cards, library cards, insurance cards, and more. Favorites category is helpful. Ability to sort is useful. One of my top 5.

Stopped working. I used to love this app and even “gifted” it to family and friends. But after the recent update I no longer can use it. Each time I try to open a saved card the app crashes and closes. I have read numerous other people are having the same problem. I have talked with some of the people I had sent the app to and all of them say it’s stopped working.

Not a good app and they charge me every year. I paid for this over a year ago and used it foe a while. worked fine. Then all of a sudden they upgraded their app and when i refuse to download the new one and pay again. My version start to crash down and when i finally give up and paid the money it earased all of my record and forced me to start as a new customer. Very inconvenience.

Potentially Great. So many great things about this app. But for me, it is offset by one thing. Card data can only be synced with the Apple Cloud. This means I can't share card data that both my wife and I share ... like store cards, insurance info, etc. This is because my wife can sync only to her iCloud and I can sync only to mine. The two clouds can't mingle. SOLUTION: CardMate should also sync to DropBox and other cloud storage that we can both access. Without this ability, I had to load all our cards twice ... once for me and the second for my wife. This is the biggest flaw to this app.

Great app!. Easy to use, shuts itself off when you go out of the app. Will require a new login each and every time. It's intuitive and safe. I highly recommend it!

Unsupported app. I have emailed developers twice now that app crashes when trying to view card. No replies. Went to their website. Their website is no more. They made a great app. Got people to pay for it and abandoned the app totally. Updated: Would always crash when app was opened due to the Touch ID was ON. Touch ID is not on anymore iPhones. I had mine ON and it made app crash constantly. I deleted app knowing I had it backed up to cloud. Reinstalled app. Set password and left Touch ID OFF. So far app works right now. I have not dug to far into app but it opens now and I can see all my cards. Hope this helps to those that paid for the app and now the app support is no longer.

Works Great!. I have used this app for well over a year and have never had any problems entering info or reading entries. I love how I can segregate cards into applicable sections like credit cards or access cards just to name a couple. I use this app every time I need to access info and it probably gets used more than most other apps on my iPhone. Thanks for a great useful app! I wouldn't be without it!

Sad, flawed, maintenance has stopped?. Some time ago the app started crashing if you tap the card for options. Maintenance has evidently ceases after many reviews complained and nothing has been done. Too bad, it was a great app for a long time. You can still use it for many functions but who knows when it will quit. AVOID

Crashes when opening a card detail.. This app originally worked fine. It now crashes and closes the app whenever you tap on the card so you can look at the image of the back of the card or to look at any comments or notes. There is no way to report the problem. I even tried to leave a message on their Facebook page but never had a response.

Cant Scan Front Of Credit Card. There is no option to manually take picture for front of credit card. Making it unusable. The option exists for store cards and other cards but not for credit cards.

Perfect. I've tried a bunch of similar apps and this is the best one by far. Simple, elegant and won't show you random ads or coupons or try to sell you stuff (like almost every other one dies)

Poor. Not worth the money.

Doesn’t work any more. I suspect that the developers have folded. I tried the App Support tan and the server couldn’t be found. Will be moving to another app.

Update?. I have updated to the latest ISO on my iPhone and now I can’t open the app???

No longer works. I have been using Card Mate (pro) on my iPhone for several years with satisfaction but it has just stopped functioning and the icon has added in red ‘lite’. When I select a card the app exits, I just downloaded and paid for the app again but it isn’t seeing my saved cards. Very disappointing!

Crashes when you go to view your card. Looks like the developer has not updated along with iOS updates - the app used to be very good and has all my cards in it, but now it just crashes when I go to see the detail of any card stored. Time to move on.

CardMate Pro. This is a very good app but if you update to iOS 8+ the product stops working you cannot edit, add, scan or do anything with the app. Please update as this is an excellent app to keep your card all in one spot. If you update app you would have 5 stars

Fails with new IOS. Updated phone to iPhone 12. All cards are visible on the app but the moment I select a card...the app crashes. Worked well before upgrading my phone so it must be a conflict with the new IOS

Still crashes on launch. Despite another update today, this app still crashes on launch. The app support links also do not work so there is no way to let the creator know. Starting to look at alternatives: Folio seems to be ok.

Stupid app. Stupid app, after the app updated, all my file inside the app were gone

No good. Not sure why so many great reviews. I spent the time to input most of my cards, only to disappointed each time I try to use them when shopping. Not even one card has been able to scan at the cashier.

Dragging cards to move?????. Loved this app. Worked really well for me. Was able to drag cards around to placed them in my order. Now, can’t do it. It’s not a big thing but it’s annoying if I don’t have control of the app anymore. I like to have the cards I use most on top. Please fix and I will give you back your extra star. It’s unfortunate that I have to use the review to state my problems because there isn’t any help from the developer.

Great app. If you ever lose your wallet... You'll be glad you stored all the info in the app to quickly act and cancel cards and alert credit bureaus...

It crashes. I had the free version ... when I bought this, the data from my free version transferred into this one ..when I open a file It crashes and then disappear ... I want my money back ... don’t waist your money ... you might regret like me

Cardmate Pro. Paid $2.99 for this app. Auto detect doesn't work and almost impossible to get a solid green bar to appear around perimeter of a credit card. If I use manual scan option, a white bar appears on right side inside green guides and almost impossible to scan a credit card. Very quirky app. Email sent to tech support and no reply so wasted $2.99.

I would give this app -10 stars if I could. Will not scan my new cards anymore. I have the Pro version. No updates for at least a year. Support link goes to a website no longer working. Why is this not being updated? And why is still being allowed for sale? Don’t buy this piece of crap - total waste of money!

No Longer Working. I’ve used this app for many years with no issue. Since the last IOS 14 update, I can not open details for my cards. The app crashes every time. Attempted to reach developer via email but the email got returned to me.

Broken.... Same problem as everyone else. Worked awesome for years until it started crashing every single time.

Great but buggy.. Bug1. Crash when tap a blank INFO card area. Bug2. It will disable reachability function after its crash until re-wake device. (Serious issue!!!) Bug3. Incorrect photo-shooting frame on iPhone 6 plus. And big chance crash when take a new card pic. Hope fix these ASAP!

Face plants with face recognition. Worked great for many years on my iPad and iPhone 5S with finger print recognition but crashes at start up with iPhone 12 mini with face recognition. Temp fix is if iPhone passcode is turned off, turn off password in CardMate in its settings, restart iPhone passcode, go back into CardMate settings, choose password but make sure to turn off open with fingerprint, and use password only. Please fix for facial recognition..

Works just perfect!. This app really helps me when I leave my wallet at home. I have been able to make purchases just using this app with my cards info.

It lighten my wallet so much. Now I have most of my card on it, still experimenting with it at the stores for loyalty cards. The system should allow the users to have a choice of pin stronger than 4 digits.

Problems since latest update. CardMate is a wonderful program, works well until the latest version 3.4.5 update to support IOS14. Since the latest update, the program keeps crashing when you try to go into “Edit” on any existing card details. Please fix.

Up until today..... I would have given this a 5 Star Review but when I went to use it today, every one of my Cards (and I had a lot of them) was gone. I can’t remember if there was a recent update that might have caused that.

Buy the app two times. I bought the app as card wallet pro (3.99) + tax =4.51 oct o5/2017 I did a full iCloud back several times. Now I have upgraded to iPhone 8plus iOS 12 and when I tried to reinstall the app it says it is unavailable and charged me for the new version which is total different and did not save my saved data I sent a email to company we will see what happens

Not working anymore. Extremely upset that I’m also having the same issue and you aren’t addressing it. The app isn’t working and it has vital info. I have cards I must access as my wallet was stolen. Upgraded to version 3.4.5 then crash at edit card function. My iPhone 11 Pro still on iOS 13.6.1. After Card Mate Pro upgraded to 3.4.5 , I can not access edit card function. This app crash on every try. Please fix this issus.

Keeps crashing. Great when it works, however with the latest IOS update the program now continuously crashes when tapping on any card to view its information.

Issue with app crashes. Since update , same issue app crashes - Would not recommend at this time. At other times works great.

App Crashes. Since the last update the app crashes whenever I attempt to access any of my stored cards. The contacts website doesn’t open to ask for help. I’ve been using this app for years and this is the first time that I’ve had a problem using it.

Stopped working. Cardmate pro worked great up to iOS 14. At that point if a card is selected the app closes. It opens but still closes as soon as any card is selected. I would have given it a better score. But. .....

Cardmate not working. Cardmate stopped working after upgrading to version 14.4 on my iphone X

This app doesn’t work anymore. The app will not scan cards and there is no longer a way to upload an image. Trying to add a store card doesn’t list popular loyalty cards anymore. The only option left showing is “add another card”. This app should be removed from the store as it no longer functions and does not seem to be maintained by the developer.

Perfect. Actually very essential! I love it but i would like if u can add the option to duplicate cards with its data ! Sometimes u need to leave the old card and and add another same card with different expiry so if u please take it into consideration and allow us to duplicate cards with its contents !! Overall It's really perfect especially that u dont need to carry any of ur important ID's & in a simple click u could combine the front and back of any card to be sent by email ! Thanks and keep it up

No longer supported. I loved this app however it appears to be no longer supported - the developer website and support email are both dead. The app has issues with deleting cards. This app should be removed from the App Store!

CardMatePro. I bought card mate pro a few years ago for my IPhone 6s. I upgraded my phone yesterday to IPhone XR and my current version of CardMatePro did not work with my new phone. I had to purchase the latest version of card mate pro for $3.99. I feel that a refund should be in order.

Update 2 weeks ago?. Even though there was a update 2 weeks ago claiming to fix “bugs”, still doesn’t fix the fact that it crashes every time you try to select a card. Workaround is hitting “edit” and getting the card number that way.. but doesn’t work Everytime. Crazy how you pay for an app and then eventually support stops...

Pretty good. A nice app to have, works well. The only minor things was when I upgraded to the paid version, I had to scan again the six cards because it was not possible to import data....and the auto-scan did not work so well for me, but nice over all.

Not working. The application worked well for a while but ceased to work properly. Now, it comes on but crashes as soon as I touch a card for any reason.

Well Done. Great app, just was I was looking for! Simple, however, it used to work on iPad, not anymore. Just locks sideways and then crashes, too bad. Good if you have an iPhone.

As soon as I get my information transferred to another app I’m going to unload this and never look back. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP. I purchased it several years ago, a good portion of that time it would only crash; with the developer refusing to fix the problem. Also while it says family sharing on it, it does NOT, and it’s telling me I have to pay for it again. I just spent 43 minutes on the phone with apple support, they state there is nothing I can do but reach out to the developer. The developer has no way to reach them, the link they provided to their website, is to a site that doesn’t exist DO NOT PAY for this app.

Card Rotation. The program doesn’t allow cards to rotate from portrait to landscape in the new IOS system

Unresponsive developers. I reached it via email to no avail. Having issues with the photo features of not taking photo of card regardless of clarity and being inside the green box. Also no option anymore to add business cards as it won’t let you save card if you don’t input card number.

Latest Version keeps crashing. I've been using the pro version for a long time and loved it. For the past few months (since about Oct 2020) it crashes when I click on a card image to view my card back details. Please fix it,otherwise it becomes useless enough to move to a different platform.

Do not buy. Warning this app worked great for 2 years then for some reason it now crashes everytime you click on one of your credit cards. I tried to email the company to get help in resolving the issue but got no response. Do not buy this app!!!!

Stopped working. I’ve relied on this app for many years, but with the latest IOS, it doesn’t work. When attempting to opening any card, it crashes. Sure there are temporary work arounds, you can’t use the app as the developer intended. The developer can not be contacted and the site is down. Sad, now I need to look for another program. This WAS a good one.

Camera doesn’t work. USED (past tense) to be great app and I had been using it for years, but now the camera insists on taking the credit card picture automatically (doesn’t allow me to take it) and it doesn’t work Nowvthe app is useless!!!

Wallet is thinner!. Great app. I put all my cards in...from airline membership cards to driver's license to rental car memberships... even my passport. I like that it requires a password to view the contents.

What happened?. I really liked this app until it stopped working. It won’t open at all. I click on the icon and instead of opening it just closes automatically and disappears. Please fix

Love the program, but.... I’m a long time user and have found this program very useful. But after the most recent update, the program will quit when I try to view a card. Sure hope this gets fixed!

Apps Fails. When trying to view a card the app closes.. Does not work. When trying to view a stored card, the app fails and closes. I have paid for the “Pro” version, however it fails in the exact same manner. And Bonus, try getting “Help”. You are given a BLANK PAGE. we paid, fix the app or remove it.

I found a workaround...: - to look at details for any card, don’t Tap the card to open it, but, - move the card to the left, - you will see icons to the right of the card, - select the first one, which is to edit the card, - you will see all the card data as usual, and - that is all 😊 FOR THE DEVELOPER: PLEASE SOLVE THIS CRITICAL PROBLEM YOUR APP IS USED TO BE GREAT APP THANKS

Card review. I just love this app. The one thing is I find adding credit cards to my I pad.

Sometimes doesn’t work always crashing. It’s simple and user friendly. I mean it’s good when it’s working. But usually I open an item to see or get Cc info and it crashes so it’s basically pointless. Considering a diff app that actually works.

Good app but apparently abandoned. I used Cardmate Pro for a couple of years, it worked well to hold loyalty cards etc. It now crashes whenever you tap on a card, making it basically useless. The support page is gone so I’m assuming it’s been abandoned. Too bad, I liked it, but now I need to find something new.

Used to be great Not now. It’s corrupt now. When I touch the card to flip it over the app kicks me out of the program. I tried to ask for help & got the message it couldn’t connect with the server.

Worked great but then…….. Since I updated to IPhone 13 and IOS 15, app no longer works. It will just crash when you try to open. I deleted and reinstalled losing all data and now it still does not work. Sad since this was a great useful app before.

Can’t Take photo of cards. App needs serious attention. Can’t add new cards because the app won’t scan the card and there’s no option to take or upload a photo manually. App is basically worthless without this feature.

Please fix the crashing!. I love this app... if only it would not crash when you tap on the card to see the image... and if the photo process wasn’t so buggy. I would rate it 5 stars if only the bugs were fixed. It’s been broken for a long time.

Rip off. Worst support ever. Used this app for several years with no issues. The recent update crashed each time I tried to select a card for viewing. Since it said I had a “lite” version for the first time I gave up and paid for the pro version which has the same issues. No response from the developers. Bad forM!

Great app but now always crashes. Loved this app and used it for everything. Now yiu are unable to open any of the cards up as it crashes as soon as you do. Until they fix it don’t bother.

App used to work, now it crashes. I use this app regularly, but now when I go to copy a card number the app crashes every time! Also I don’t know how secure this is? One of my credit cards was recently used without my consent, and I’m guessing it’s because it’s stored on their servers?

Constantly crashes. I have used this app for years, but recently when I tap on any of my stored cards the app crashes. I deleted and re-installed it, but that didn’t fix the issue. I hope there is an update soon that will solve the crashing problem..

Crashed!!. I've been using this great app since 2015; however, unfortunately, it has been crashed after the latest update for iOS 14. The developer should fix this problem shortly, otherwise people will be looking for another stable app.

Doesn't work. Since I’ve switched to an iPhone 13 Max Pro the app no longer works. It opens then closes. Luckily I can still get it to open on my iPad, but worry that will stop as well. I really like this app, but am concerned about continuing to use it since it hasn’t been updated in 9 months.

Where is tapping the card patch. I still think this is a great app and would have given it 5 stars but for the developer silence regarding crashing tap function.

I’ve sent so many emails asking for help and no one will call or email me back. I’ve waited since last month for some help on their Card Mate Pro. Beware who you are buying from. Need some work. Great idea. Very helpful to store your cards. The resolution of the card images needs to be much better since the pictures are blurry

Exactly What I Need, but it’s Now Out of Date. This app was very good exactly what I need to keep all of my card information at my fingertips. However lack of updates has made the app behave ‘strangely’ as time goes on.

Used to work great. With latest iOS update app crashes when you tap on a card. You can still edit and add cards. But can’t tap on a card to enlarge it. Crash!!

OK but. Works fine with most credit cards. BUT, it will not scan the front of my CitiBank Costco VISA card. It does fine with the back. What shall I do now.?

Currently crashing!. After an update my app crashes immediately if I try to view one of my cards. That has been happening for many months now please fix!

Was OK. it was OK for a while. Then, for an unknown reason it deleted all of my card information! This is very disturbing as I put a lot of energy into putting all kinds of card entries into this app. I was going to install it on my wife’s phone, but that’s not going to happen now.

Chazz. This app will not allow me to take a photo of my card manually. The scan for the photo of the card will not work. Contacted the developer about this issue.

Stopped working. I’ve use this app for a while but recently the free one stopped working wouldn’t take a picture of the front of the credit card. so I upgraded to see if the for payment app was better and it is exactly the same doesn’t seem to be anyone to notify

Needs Fixing. The developers need to fix a long running error where the app crashes if you tap on the card. You can still get around that by swiping and tapping edit but that’s extra steps that are unnecessary if the app work like it was supposed to.

WILL WE GET DUMPED??. Best card storage app I’ve found but...no updates, no activity. Are we to expect app to quit working with next iOS update? Leaving us all stranded in a pickle? Would help to hear from developer on this. So far no issues but is that soon to end??

Swipe don’t tap. Love this app as well but suffering same issue of tapping and the app closes. To see the card, swipe left and hit the edit button. You can then see the card via the edit function.
