Rip off. I have access to all the questions online through my jb learning account for free, well it was included with fees I paid for the class. Why would I pay again? Even though I've connected my jb learning account, it still wants me to pay $4.99 per subject for EMTB. I would love the convenience of having the app, but I'm not paying those fees again. What a rip off.

Review. I like it but some of the EMT-B questions are more ALS than BLS

EMT-B Registry. I used this app for a week/ week and a half and am amazed with this app; as a primary resource. I used another book to take a practice exam and that was it, passed on the first attempt. If you buy all the questions (other than operations) you will have all you need to pass. Maybe supplement some by watching a couple videos on YouTube...Well worth the money for the questions offered in app! Thanks

Commentary is worth the price alone!. The author of the questions was one of my Paramedic preceptors. He truly cares about the education of EMS professionals. The questions are very well written, and you can tell a lot of time and effort was expended to create them. However, the real value comes from the commentary he provides in the rational for the answer to every question. He thoroughly explains why an answer is right, and why the other options are wrong.

App. I downloaded the app to itunes on my computer because I have a droid. It won't open at all unless you download it on an apple product. This is crap and you need one that's universal for droids.

Poor. You buy HBO you get all the content in their app. You buy the preferred package with JB Learning and you don't because they say it's different content. Same company, same material, different content? That doesn't pass the sniff test... Crappy policy.

Pretty good. I've had no crash issues however it says $30 for all 699 questions under paramedic. Let me point out if you buy each category individually it's $8 cheaper.

Don't bother. I already have my account online with the purchased NREMT test prep attached to my account. Downloaded the app for ease of use when taking the tests but it does not recognize that I've already purchased the test prep license online. Spoke with tech support and they stated, just as I suspected, that it's a different product and would need to be purchased seperately. Not too sure if I agree with JB Learning on that since I've already spent money on books and the course itself.

Crash! Crash! Crash!. I downloaded and payed 30$ for the content on this app and it does nothing but crash! I cant use any of the exams because it crashes when I enter one! Horrible app! Do not even bother wasting your time!!!

Too Small for Iphone. The ECG's are too small to diagnose on the iphone. An ipad version is needed before I would purchase the Cardiac modules

Don't Buy this App. The quiz set I purchased would not download to my IPhone. I want my money back!

Awesome test prep. Great app I used it while in a AEMT class and quite a lot of similar questions on the Nremt exam I will defiantly be using this when I start paramedic school next month

It keeps crashing. Optimized for iPhone 5? Funny that what I have and it keeps crashing.

Can’t open App. I downloaded the app a few days ago then last night I decided to pay for the contents, which I was charged for. Ever since buying the contents when I open the app it only stays open for about 2-3 seconds then closes completely out. I called customer service and they told me to delete the app and then to reinstall it. I did this numerous time with no success and I told the gentleman I was talking with that that did not work, his response was, “well that’s all I can tell you to do”. Terrible customer service and I have paid for something that I can not use. I am very disappointed and I will not be recommending this app to anyone in my paramedic class.

Need more $$. I purchased the computer based testing already and now they need more money for access to the full list of questions. How about charge a small fee for the app and grant me access to the questions I've already paid for!

Love it!. I love the app and think it was a big reason why I passed Medic NR on the first attempt! The questions are very similar to NR questions and I love the rationale for the answers during practice tests. I would love to see a section on pharmacology, though! That was always my weakness - learning the indications, contraindications, side effects, adult doses, ped doses and so on of each medication. I know some local protocols call for different meds than others but it would be so helpful to have a section on the most common meds. Thanks so much for such a great app!

Doesn't work on my 5S. Crashes every time I try to check out a test. Beware!

Navigate test prep. I love this app! It is extremely helpful, and easy to work with! I have learned so much. Makes it easy to study and quiz on the go,and you can save and sync it with your regular account online! Get it!

Poor grammar and typographical errors. I decided NOT to purchase additional questions after encountering several grammatical and typographical errors in the practice questions. It seems odd that an app connected to a textbook publisher failed to hire a proofreader. When developers try to charge $$$ for in-app purchases, they should strive to provide the user with a high quality product.

Good app for questions. It's great for prep. My problem is JBlearning charging the crap outta you for the questions after 1..you've already paid for them gotten a new phone and re-login it always shows an error message of no connectivity, has been like this for the last 2 yrs. Or when you already have a JB learning account and it still says the same, no matter what you're having to purchase the questions repeatedly.

Paid for questions then it stopped working. I purchased the full EMT question bank in February. Suddenly it is telling me I have to purchase them again. There is no indicated subscription cost, I’ve already purchased the questions.

Log in failed. I paid almost $70 for the paramedic version on the computer. I got excited when I found this crap, I mean app. I go to log in on this app and it says log in failed check internet connection. Doesn't matter if its 3G 4G or wifi. It won't work. Would be a good app if I could log in and not have to pay more money. FIX IT!!!!

Great questions. Bad app!. First of all, I will say that the questions are top notch, and the explanations are fantastic. I would recommend this app just on this premise. My only complaint is the app itself. It works fine while you are in it, but as soon as you leave the app, even for a moment, it locks up solid and you have to start over. I have several friends and students who use the app, and they have the same problem. The app needs to be seriously updated. So I say download it. You won't be sorry with the questions, and it will help you pass your test. I just wish a big education company like JB learning would fix a simple app problem for the benefit of us all.

Works great, but needs an update. This app is great for on the go and it does not require cell service or wifi to work. You will have to use the in-app purchases to get all the practice test questions. The app is almost identical to the JBL website in regards to building your own practice test with instant feedback and the practice final exam. The only problem ive come across is that some of the answers to the questions are wrong. The correct answer will be marked wrong with a different answer highlighted as correct. Also, a feature should be added that makes it so you can build a test based on all the question you answered wrong.

In app purchase. Can't restore app to an upgraded IPhone. Have to repurchase them all over again. Such crap

Terrible QA for Paramedic tests.... Had this app since I took EMT and now Medic. After taking multiple “Final Exams” I’ve realized this app cannot be trusted to provide correct information. Multiple questions would say my answer is wrong, yet explain how my answer is, in fact, CORRECT and the “correct” answer is wrong. Seriously? How am I supposed to trust this app to prepare me when it cannot provide the correct information, itself. Recommend going elsewhere for correct and accurate preparation.

Don’t waste your money. *this is not an emotional response to failing any exam, I passed and am working as a medic* Most of the content was incorrect, worded poorly and in no way will prepare you for any test. I could’ve bought some pretty good beer, but instead I’m sitting here, writing this review, completely and utterly disappointed. Spend your money on something else, ANYTHING else.

The app marks right answers wrong sometimes.. When taking multiple practice exams. I’ve noticed that it will mark the right answer wrong and say another answer is correct. Then if you read the rationale at the bottom it confirms your original answer. Not happy about this. Needs to be fix ASAP!!!!

Fix this. I have an account online already, and this app won't let me log in with my already existing jb learning account. It is pointless to buy questions on the app when I already bought them online. FIX THIS!

Best one on the market. This app is the best one on the market. I have all apps for the national Registry paramedic and by far this one is the best. You get 10 questions with the option to buy all the questions for $25 buy all of the questions. It will be the best money spent don't buy any other apps just this one!!!!!!

Happy with my purchase!. I felt overwhelmed trying to find a study aid. I was worried that I would pay for a website or app and then hate it. I very rarely pay for apps. I feel like this was worth the $30 for the all paramedic level questions. It was nice to have it on my phone so I could take study breaks whenever and wherever. I bought all the paramedic questions and did short practice tests with 3-5 questions from every subject a couple times. From there I found stuff I thought I was weak on and did more studying on that. I did one "final exam" but probably should have done at least one more and varied my type of studying more. But I passed the NREMT on my first try so it must have been just enough.

Great app for the NREMT-P. Great tool used to study for the NREMT-P. I’ve used multiple programs and apps and this by far was the best to prepare for the test. Highly recommended if you want to pass the test 1st try.

GREAT, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE IPAD !!. one thumb up.. the other is not quite there.. this app needs an UPDATE; making it work for the iPad by improving the size, dimensions, and ultimately an iPad edition .. Then this app will be two thumbs up !!!
